During Lock-Down I have experimented with a number of so called speaker phones, even those from respected peripheral brands have resulted in poor audio at 1 or both ends, dropped calls and a generally unsatisfactory experience. I have given up on these and fallen back to the Soundbar on my DELL Display. However this POLY Sync 20 is excellent, good volume, clear audio at both ends and non-intrusive noise management, yes its a little bit more expensive but I am genuinely impressed. Please Note – I cannot comment on the Blutooth mode as I am using it wired. 3 people found this helpful
