I purchased a Canon R50 camera and was unsatisfied with the supplied lens, the picture seemed too ‘zoomed-in’, this was exacerbated by the fact the Canon R50 is a crop sensor camera. After buying this lens I was much happier with the video and photos it produced, I am able to capture a much wider field of view without it distorting the picture. A must-buy item if you’re buying a crop sensor RF-S camera. This lens is for RF-S cameras.
