Bought a smart tv but it wasnt smart enough. This did the trick. Only issue is that the tv usb didnt have enough power so either had to use the supplied adapter. I bought a 2 to 1 usb cable that supplied enough power from the 2 usb ports on the tv.

After using Chromecast units for several years and having issues with smooth playback from TV ON Demand I decided to try one of these. They are great, very easy to set up and simple to use. Downloaded apps for TVNZ On Demand and TV3 both work great. Netflix also works great with this device. It can be a little slow to initially load the system but once it is up and running I have had no issues playing videos. In fact it works well even with an old school USB modem stick as the internet connection. So impressed I am going to buy a second unit to put permanently in my motor home which will save me taking the one from my house TV. Now just need PBTech to put them on special again

The product came with a power adaptor that doesnt work in my country. Luckily I was able to plug this in via USB for power otherwise I would have had to go buy a power converter. The stick is extremely slow especially when opening apps and navigating around the UI. It stops lagging when you start streaming which is the only saving grace. I watched reviews on YouTube and the stick looked like it performed decent but I think they sped up the footage to make it look that way. The remote feels very cheap and its difficult to type in search queries using the clunky onscreen keyboard. The voice assistant feature on the remote seems to be hit and miss. I speak slowly and clearly but it often doesnt pick up what I say. I dont have a very strong accent so I dont know what gives. I paired a pair of Apple Airpods to it but they dont seem to stay connected most of the time unlike all the other devices Ive paired them with.I would not buy this product and get a Firestick instead.

Cest top pour ce prix Comme elle a la fonction Chromecast intgre pour moins cher quune chromecast, cest un comble je peux lire les contenus multimdia photos, musique etc… depuis mon smartphone sur la TV ou lampli. La tlcommande est trs pratique pour naviguer dans et entre les applis mais pas trop pour crire vos mots de passe. Comme cest bluetooth, on peut ajouter des priphriques comme un clavier, une souris ou une enceinte sans fil. Si je dois lui trouver des dfauts, je dirais quil manque un emplacement pour une carte micro SD pour stocker ou tlcharger du contenu. Pas de port Ethernet ni possibilit den brancher non plus. Il vous faudra une bonne connexion WiFI. Lappareil est galement un peu large pour tre branch entre plusieurs cbles HDMI derrire lampli. Jai t oblig de le mettre sur le dernier port. Pour finir, le recommanderaisje Cest un grand OUI. Je vais dailleurs en reprendre un pour la tl de ma chambre.

Easy enough to set up but half way thru it says set up you local content and shows all countries apart from United Kingdom. Once on and running the WiFi set up says CONNECTED but NO INTERNET VIRGIN MEDIA ONLY you have to turn off your router to get this to disappear and for stick to actually properly connect with WiFi. The remote its self is a bit laggy well to be honest if youve got quick clicking fingers its very laggy to the point you have to leave the app your in and the reenter and go much slower so it doesnt freeze. As for video playback it is very good no 4k but does have its moments of complete freeze like it cant keep up. All this will probably be fixed on next update of the stick. Also if ordering in the UK from ClickElectronics please be aware it doesnt even come with a UK plug and it doesnt come with an adapter plug either more expense.I ordered 4 and all have had the same issues quoted above. This is an honest appraisal of this device and is now up to you if you want to buy yourself. Thanks

It feels like Xiaomi has decided that because this is only a 1080p stick, they can skimp on the processor choice. As a result, despite offering a good feature set on paper and when it occasionally works, most of the time the experience is a laggy, stuttery mess. Video playback is usually smooth if you can get that far, but the user interface is borderline unusable, taking multiple full seconds sometimes more than 10s to respond to button inputs. Apps routinely crash. The TV is borderline unusable. I might just have a defective device, but I suspect not. I recommend going with the Chromecast with Google TV if PB Tech ever gets it in stock which is VASTLY better at a fairly low price. Failing that, go with the Mibox S, which is much faster.

Pour le son il faudra juste passer par enceinte ou casque bluetooth. Vraiment trs heureux de ce produit car javais dj 2 boitiers Mibox 4S et je suis entirement satisfait depuis 15 jours de fonctionnement journalier. En plus, il se connecte sur wifi, et lon peut aussi utilser aussi un clavier touchpad en bluetooth. Il savre vraiment excellent. Je le recommande tous.

I had hoped that Google Play on an Android TV Stick was the same youd get on an Android Mobile Phone or Tablet, however, it isnt This Stick despite allowing you to select English United Kingdom for your language has no United Kingdom in the Region settings. As such, you dont appear to be able to download any UK TV streaming services such as BBC iPlayer etc. the closest country to the UK, is France but when you set your country to that, you wont find any UK TV services other than ITV Hub and My5 to download through PLAY and the ones you can, I cant actually get to play any content. A little Googling and it appears that this is a common problem with Android TV boxes esp. previous boxes by Xiaomi. So, unless you are happy to Chromecast off your phone tablet and waste energy, rather than just stream directly off the stick, your only other playback services are for the big boy subscriptions Amazon Prime, Disney, Netflix etc.As i already have a 1st Gen Amazon Fire Stick which can do all that already but doesnt allow me DPlay, I was hoping this stick would be a good replacement. Unfortunately, it isnt, so Im having to stick with a very slow and overheating Fire Stick.UK TV streaming issues also seems to be a problem on the latest Amazon Fire TV Stick from reading the buyer reviews so Im not sure whats going on with these companies but users on Amazons site were saying only 2nd Gen Fire Sticks allow you to play UK TV services such as the BBC iPlayer.I guess, for now I will have to wait and see if anyone makes a reasonably priced TV Stick that does it all, is it too much to ask

I have been using Chromecasts for more than 5 years purchased in US before released in NZ and love using them. When I read that this Media Stick also had a builtin Chromecast and I had a TV that needed a new Chromecast, I thought Id give this a shot. What an excellent decision This is a Chromecast with a Remote Control. It is very simple to get started and the Android TV OS is ready to play Netflix and other streaming services. Even though I dont have an Android phone, setting up my Google account and linking everything was very easy. Sideloading a custom apk for a foreign TV streaming service took a little longer but once I found a web browser in the Google Store, I was up and running. The Remote Control is easy to use, but be warned, it does not come with batteries so make sure you have 2 AAA batteries ready to use All in all, an excellent enhancement on the old Chromecast. Im very pleased with this.

Very easy to get started and use,remove control is good too Some things that I didnt like were that it gets really hot after a while so better configure it to go to sleep after 30 minutes, when the memory usage gets too high, it really slows down and some times just hangs and a restart is required. A workaround is enabling the Development Mode and restrict to a mac of 2 or 3 apps open at the same time. Another issur, but this is not related to the android tv itself is that if you want to use it as a chromecast and want to stream from your phone netflix, netflix does not work with it Wifi is good, havent hade any buffering issues

I have a household of nonsmart TVs and had previously bought a Mi Box S. Based on the success of the Mi Box I subsequently bought this stick device for another TV. Its excellent value for money but with that you cant expect ultra high performance. Its perfect for the average persons requirements with an easy and consistent interface and well supported with all the major and many minor apps for your entertainment pleasure.

Not happy with this product, it restarts randomly and sometimes screen go blue and makes very loud noise. In terms of usability the remote makes alot of clicking noise and Android TV is not yet ready for big screen as number of apps is less than Roku and other platforms. I cant even get BBc iplayer or Britbox on this device. The google voice is as stingy as it is on phones.

Have an old TV and need to upgrade so you can watch YouTube, Netflix and Prime Amazon movies or videos Try this one and all your TVs shall be reuseable as long as you have a fast internet modem. You can switch from any number of TVs as long as you have an HDMI. If you have a soundbar, this stick will also work on some APPS like Prime. If you have digital TV, this stick might or might not work on HD but ninety percent of the time, it works with soundbar with or withut HDTV.

Me gust demasiado el Mi TV Stick, es muy ligero y fcil de portar. Me lleg con cargador americano que es lo importante sealar. Pude por fin darle ms sentido a mi antigua tv jaja. Fcil de usar e instalar. Existe dos formas de ponerlo encendido en mi caso conectarlo directo a la corriente elctrica, o con el cable USB conectarlo a la tv al mismo tiempo. As me funciona. Tuve un detalle al conectar mi red wifi. No me aceptaba me sala sin conexin, pero el problema estaba en la configuracin de la hora, lo puse manual y listo todo qued al cien. Eso s, tengo que sealar que esto tendr que hacer cada vez que vaya a usar el MiTvStick, no se si es error en mi equipo tv o en el artculo. Dejando eso atrs, ahora disfruto de contenido en streaming de Netflix, primevideo, PlutoTv, YT y Spotify, hasta el momento. No olviden que no es 4K El Chromecast facilita toda transmisin del mvil al dispositivo. Lo recomiendo adquirir

I purchased this on sale and its great. The supplied remote control means i can finally login to hotel WiFi and then Chromecast. Actually dont need to Chromecast as the stick is smart enough on its own. Have read reviews that say its a bit slow to respond but I havent found that at all. Only disappointment was the lack of the two small AA batteries required for the remote.

El hecho de que tenga menos memoria que sus contrapartes Box ha generado malos comentarios, pero al probarlo demuestra que funciona muy bien para lo que fue hecho consumir contenido de video hasta 1080p ofreciendo ventajas de movilidad y adems abierto a usarlo para videojuegos retro o casuales, por una fraccin del precio que pagaramos con las consolas clsicas o mini. En el primer da prob Netflix, Prime Video, Klic, IPTV, Kodi, TED, Google Play Movies, PlutoTV y VLC ste ltimo consumiendo contenido uPNP y todo funcion muy bien, no notas gran diferencia si comparas con un Mi Box o un Mi Laser Projector. La memoria le afecta bsicamente si cambias entre aplicaciones, si abres Netflix y luego otras dos apps, al regresar a Netflix ya la habr cerrado y volver a cargarla. Fuera de eso tiene velocidad muy razonable. Quienes dicen que es hardware viejo, no es cierto, trae el procesador AMLogic S805Y que sali hace pocos meses, aunque limitado a 1.2 Ghz en lugar de 1.5 supongo que por motivos trmicos en un dispositivo tan pequeo y con 4 ncleos en lugar de 5. As que no es el S805 de hace 5 aos como algunos reviewers mencionan, sta es una versin optimizada a requerimientos ms actuales. En temperatura siempre se mantuvo en alrededor de 42.4C medido con Aida64, as que tampoco se presenta el problema de temperatura que algunas reseas mencionan, y as se ha mantenido durante las dos semanas que lo he usado. Se aliment bien con el puerto USB de un proyector porttil, pero en una vieja Sony Bravia presentaba un conocido problema con casi cualquier dispositivo stick, en el que advierte un problema de configuracin del dispositivo USB, el cual se resuelve muy fcilmente usando un cable USB que solo sea para carga un poco de cinta de aislar que cubra los dos conectores centrales del USBA resuelven el problema en caso de no contar con un cable de carga.El cargador que incluye el Mi TV Stick es americano 5V1A, as que no requiere adaptador. Tambin lo prob con emuladores y se juega bien hasta N64, para juegos ms demandantes definitivamente no sera recomendable. No tiene puerto USB tipo A y el de alimentacin con un cable OTG no permite usar memorias USB o Discos Duros, as que para pasarle contenido o software que no est en la Play Store, se logra a travs de la nube o la red local.

La Stick TV es compacta aunque, al menos en mi tele, las entradas HDMI estn muy juntas y al conectar la stick directamente, estorba a la otra entrada HDMI, as que tuve que redistribuir las conexiones HDMI para que no estorbara a ninguna.. Yo alimento la Stick TV con el puerto USB con el mismo cable que incluye. Aunque slo trae 1GB de memoria y 8 GB de almacenamiento instal Netflix, Prime Video, TV por IPTV, dos emuladores con varios juegos, solid explorer y spotify y hasta el momento sin queja funciona bien no son lo ms fluido que pudieran ser pero nada que moleste. Me gust que para los emuladores pude conectarles dos joystics con bluetooth para jugar simultneamente. Adems el chromecast nativo que incluye funciona igual que el otro chromecast de google te tengo. El control remoto bluetooth que incluye trae micrfono y funciona regular con google assitant, del total de comandos por voz que le digo me detecta como el 70 bien. Para lo que lo necesito me funcion muy bien.

I have been using Chromecasts for more than 5 years purchased in US before released in NZ and love using them. When I read that this Media Stick also had a builtin Chromecast and I had a TV that needed a new Chromecast, I thought Id give this a shot. What an excellent decision This is a Chromecast with a Remote Control. It is very simple to get started and the Android TV OS is ready to play Netflix and other streaming services. Even though I dont have an Android phone, setting up my Google account and linking everything was very easy. Sideloading a custom apk for a foreign TV streaming service took a little longer but once I found a web browser in the Google Store, I was up and running. The Remote Control is easy to use, but be warned, it does not come with batteries so make sure you have 2 AAA batteries ready to use All in all, an excellent enhancement on the old Chromecast. Im very pleased with this.

I was in the market for a Chromecast, but found this Mi TV Stick on sale and it has builtin chromecast and can download apps from Googleplay, easy to setup and I can now watch Youtube without needing to use a phone. It is HD only so good for older TVs as it isnt 4K, only gripe I found is that the google voice search was poor, as it doesnt seem to cater for the NZ accent NZ english wasnt on the list of languages when setting up

Does the job and is a good price for an android tv official device. That said, disconnects from wifi a bit and connects to wifi with no internet as the date is out of sync. The date has to be manually synced every now and then. A tad sluggish compared to the firestick 4k, but that is probably down to the 1gb ram and light spec. However, for the price, it is decent enough, but I suspect googles new chromecast will fill the need better than this once released.

Pude darle un uso ms a mi antigua pantalla. Estoy muy satisfecho con la MiTvStick, es fcil de usar, solo se conecta a la pantalla mediante el puerto HDMI y su configuracin es muy sencilla. Hay que hacer nfasis en qu se puede conectar mediante el cable a la corriente elctrica, o mediante el cable USB a la misma pantalla siempre y cuando tenga entrada USB. Puedo usar Spotify, Netflix, primevideo, PlutoTv, etc. Para juegos no lo uso, pero he visto que es muy bueno. Si resolucin FHD en mi caso es ms que bueno. Ahora disfruto de mis series favoritas. Tambin me gust porque su interfaz es sencilla de usar, su Chromecast me facilita emitir la pantalla de mi mvil a la pantalla. Se calienta lo normal, el mismo calentamiento de mi Tv.

Its excellent value for money but with that you cant expect ultra high performance. You can switch from any number of TVs as long as you have an HDMI. If you have a soundbar, this stick will also work on some APPS like Prime. If you have digital TV, this stick might or might not work on HD but ninety percent of the time, it works with soundbar with or withut HDTV.

Je conseille dinstaller toutes les applis TV sur son smartphone avant dinstaller la cl, cest plus facile ensuite, vu que linstallation se fait depuis le smartphone. Very slow. Constantly having to wait or reset the device for it to connect to the wifi router sitting next to it. Some apps crash or perform worse than others, especially the Prime app. It gets hot. Obviously it doesnt have enough memory. Comes with no HDMI extension or connection for an ethernet adapter.

Cumple todo lo que promete, va bien, es gil, buena calidad de sonido y audio, bastante mejor que el propio sistema de una Smart TV al uso si no tienes fibra en casa.Puedes mandar netflix, youtube, filmin, prime, etc desde el mvil. Tambin tiene HBO. Puedes mandar el spotify pero solo si eres premium, creo. Igualmente puedes hacerlo todo con el mando en el propio sistema, sin mandar nada, que es bastante cmodo igualmente.Ahora bien, la nica pega es que no puedes o al menos yo no he encontrado manera de que ni Chrome ni Firefox detecten el dispositivo para enviar el contenido de una pestaa ejemplo, ver un partido o una pelea en streaming o al da siguiente, y querer mandar el video del mvil o del ordena a la tele. Puedes doblar la pantalla, eso s, pero ni con la app de webcast he podido mandar un video de una pestaa del navegador del mvil, ni con las propias opciones del navegador. Parece que no detectan el chromecast del dispositivo.RESUMEN Merece la pena si consumes youtubenetflixprimefilmin a diario.

It feels like Xiaomi has decided that because this is only a 1080p stick, they can skimp on the processor choice. As a result, despite offering a good feature set on paper and when it occasionally works, most of the time the experience is a laggy, stuttery mess. Video playback is usually smooth if you can get that far, but the user interface is borderline unusable, taking multiple full seconds sometimes more than 10s to respond to button inputs. Apps routinely crash. The TV is borderline unusable. I might just have a defective device, but I suspect not. I recommend going with the Chromecast with Google TV if PB Tech ever gets it in stock which is VASTLY better at a fairly low price. Failing that, go with the Mibox S, which is much faster.

I had hoped that Google Play on an Android TV Stick was the same youd get on an Android Mobile Phone or Tablet, however, it isnt This Stick despite allowing you to select English United Kingdom for your language has no United Kingdom in the Region settings. As such, you dont appear to be able to download any UK TV streaming services such as BBC iPlayer etc. the closest country to the UK, is France but when you set your country to that, you wont find any UK TV services other than ITV Hub and My5 to download through PLAY and the ones you can, I cant actually get to play any content. A little Googling and it appears that this is a common problem with Android TV boxes esp. previous boxes by Xiaomi. So, unless you are happy to Chromecast off your phone tablet and waste energy, rather than just stream directly off the stick, your only other playback services are for the big boy subscriptions Amazon Prime, Disney, Netflix etc.As i already have a 1st Gen Amazon Fire Stick which can do all that already but doesnt allow me DPlay, I was hoping this stick would be a good replacement. Unfortunately, it isnt, so Im having to stick with a very slow and overheating Fire Stick.UK TV streaming issues also seems to be a problem on the latest Amazon Fire TV Stick from reading the buyer reviews so Im not sure whats going on with these companies but users on Amazons site were saying only 2nd Gen Fire Sticks allow you to play UK TV services such as the BBC iPlayer.I guess, for now I will have to wait and see if anyone makes a reasonably priced TV Stick that does it all, is it too much to ask

Im very impressed with this living rural and not many options for television without a large antenna. TVNZ, ThreeNow, Netflix, YouTube, VLC etc all work flawlessly, Chromecast builtin, HDMI CEC support meaning you can control both your actual TV and Mi TV with either remote control you wish to use, switching off the Mi TV will switch the TV onto standby automatically too if you wish to have that feature. It works with Google Home too, I fall asleep with TV on sometimes while Im in bed, I tell the Google to turn off the tv in 30 minutes and if CEC is switched on your tv and Mi Stick it shuts down the Mi TV and puts the tv on standby all by itself. So good.

Does the job and is a good price for an android tv official device. That said, disconnects from wifi a bit and connects to wifi with no internet as the date is out of sync. The date has to be manually synced every now and then. A tad sluggish compared to the firestick 4k, but that is probably down to the 1gb ram and light spec. However, for the price, it is decent enough, but I suspect googles new chromecast will fill the need better than this once released.

Very easy to get started and use,remove control is good too Some things that I didnt like were that it gets really hot after a while so better configure it to go to sleep after 30 minutes, when the memory usage gets too high, it really slows down and some times just hangs and a restart is required. A workaround is enabling the Development Mode and restrict to a mac of 2 or 3 apps open at the same time. Another issur, but this is not related to the android tv itself is that if you want to use it as a chromecast and want to stream from your phone netflix, netflix does not work with it Wifi is good, havent hade any buffering issues

I purchased this on sale and its great. The supplied remote control means i can finally login to hotel WiFi and then Chromecast. Actually dont need to Chromecast as the stick is smart enough on its own. Have read reviews that say its a bit slow to respond but I havent found that at all. Only disappointment was the lack of the two small AA batteries required for the remote.

Wouldve probably paid a bit more for the smart vu if it wasnt on special because of the freeview button on the remote and the mibox because of the usb port. Only downside so far is that its possible that the device can freeze for a moment when switching between heavy apps e.g. Kodi to Amazon. I normally dont have any problems with Xiaomi products, but this one seems to overheat WAY too easily and when it does, it either freezes up and randomly reboots itself, or the wifi drops out I really wish it had a wired connection as an option as well might be more stable if it did. I hear the TV box version of this Mi Box is more stable… but again wifi only Dont know if I could recommend this, except for really occasional light use.

Om toch op een makkelijke manier Netflix te kunnen kijken heb ik deze stick gekocht.Installatie is kinderlijk eenvoudig.Via de bijgeleverde HDMI verlengkabel kun je de stick eenvoudig aansluiten op een tv met een hdmi aansluiting aan de achterkant van je TV.Ik kreeg het helaas niet voor elkaar om stroom geleverd te krijgen via de USB aansluiting.Dus gewoon via 220V. Als de stick niet gebruikt wordt schakelt hij zichzelf uit en wordt dus niet warm en er blijft geen storend lampje branden.Het beeld is super scherp en geluid loopt mooi synchroom.Al met al zo tevreden dat er nu 3 stuks in huis zijn.

I got this yesterday to smarten up a samsung tv that was no longer smart due to its age. On reading the set up instructions, this 70 year old techno phobic thought oh no It basically said 1,plug in the wires 2,set it up. So I did just that ,once turned on all the instructions came up on the tv ,even pairing my phone. I liked that it was really easy and intuitive. I purchased this because I didnt have to use another device to operate it. It was stand alone,I then removed it and put it on another tv and it didnt need set up,as it was already paired with my home wifi. This makes it a very useful portable unit. 4 star only because it was a little slow ,and only 1080 resolutions which tended to show slightly blurred images on a large screen.otherwise happy.

Firstly, despite its Global tag in the item heading, this item was NOT designed for UK use you cannot even select the UK region during setup because it doesnt exist in the options. Therefore, none of the UK TV apps will work a huge disappointement and reason enough to warrant a return………and then it got worse.This is by far the most inferior Android device I have ever purchased and Ive purchased loads of them over the years. This one is a shocker. Wouldnt be so bad if it only cost about a tenner but for nearly the same price as a Fire TV Stick, its beyond taking the whatsit.I loved the idea of this and having full Play Store access and Chromecast built in, but then part way through setup it decided to randomly restart and did the same every single time thereafter. Going by other peoples feedback, I very much doubt that this was a rogue duff one its one of many.Do yourself a favour order a Fire TV Stick instead, which is what Im about to do right now.

Ich habe diesen TVStick bei einem anderen Anbieter gekauft, mir dann aber zustzlich einen Firestick von Amazon bei digitec gekauft. Dieses Teil ist im Vergleich eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Menu ist billig und wenn ich zwischen den Apps wechseln mchte, kann ich einen Kaffee rauslassen und drei Hemden bgeln, bis die Umschaltung funktioniert hat. Zudem wechselt das Bild zwischendurch in einen Blaustich ber, sodass ich es dann wieder ein und ausschalten muss. Einfach nur billig gemacht. Das Ding ist so schlecht, dass ich es nicht mal mit einem guten gewissen weiterverkaufen knnte. Also ab in den Elektroschrott und Minusbuchung.

I was in the market for a Chromecast, but found this Mi TV Stick on sale and it has builtin chromecast and can download apps from Googleplay, easy to setup and I can now watch Youtube without needing to use a phone. It is HD only so good for older TVs as it isnt 4K, only gripe I found is that the google voice search was poor, as it doesnt seem to cater for the NZ accent NZ english wasnt on the list of languages when setting up

TVNZ, ThreeNow, Netflix, YouTube, VLC etc all work flawlessly, Chromecast builtin, HDMI CEC support meaning you can control both your actual TV and Mi TV with either remote control you wish to use, switching off the Mi TV will switch the TV onto standby automatically too if you wish to have that feature. It works with Google Home too, I fall asleep with TV on sometimes while Im in bed, I tell the Google to turn off the tv in 30 minutes and if CEC is switched on your tv and Mi Stick it shuts down the Mi TV and puts the tv on standby all by itself. So good.

Sideloading van apps is ook mogelijk, dus dat is ook heel mooi. En natuurlijk heel fijn om een afstandsbediening te hebben, na jarenlang de Chromecast bedienen met telefoontablet.Nadelen op de raarste momenten liep de stream vast of knalde er zelfs helemaal uit. Daarna kreeg de stick soms uren of dagenlang geen nieuw contact met de wifi, en dat terwijl de oude Chromecast op exact diezelfde plek achter de tv prima werkte.Helaas heeft de stick geen ethernetaansluiting en ik had geen zin om extra tijd en geld te spenderen om uit te zoeken welke ethernetadapter werkt op deze stick, dus ik heb m teruggestuurd, want hier heb ik niks aan Dan maar wat meer geld uitgeven voor een NVidia Shield of zelf een Android box maken met een Raspberry Pi…

Bon Chromecast de la marque Xiaomi qui fonctionne bien pars si on la branche sur la prise usb de la tv pour lalimentation. Lorsque la tv est teinte, cela coupe lalimentation de la mi stick et lallumage elle ne se reconnecte pas en wifi perd le wifi. Pour y remdier il vaut mieux la brancher directement sur la prise lectrique avec ladaptateur fournis. Aucun problme comme a Pas mal dapplications et jen ai mme rajouter comme plutt tv et Molotov. Trs pratique pour caster avec mon tlphone lapplication sfr tv. Comme cela je peux regarder pas mal de chanes sur la tv.

We have an old 42 plasma which we didnt know what to do with, then we saw this little beauty and decided to turn our plasma into a smart tv, and this works a treat It can update the preinstalled apps and operating system, as well download new apps from the play store, although I will probably only use Netflix and Youtube apps on this. Maybe Disney in the future. It came with VLC media player installed so we can browse the network and play videos from our storage drives. Great buy for the price

Branch sur le port HDMI dune tl en directe. Aliment par le port USB de la tl Eh oui, je suis chanceux. Il y a une petite rallonge HDMI fournie avec si la place pour le stick est trop juste. Jai aussi une Nvidia Shield. Bien sur, il ny a pas photo. Le stick est beaucoup moins ractif, linterface est qqe fois saccade. Mais une fois quon a lanc une vido, elle passe nickel en full HD. Ah Il y a aussi, vu que a passe par lUSB de la tl, que quand jteins celleci et que je la redmarre, le stick reboote chaque fois. Bon cest un peu plus long chaque fois, mais si on le sait, on allume et on fais autre chose en attendant la minute que a met. Autre solution, mais jai pas test, le brancher avec ladaptateur, comme a il reste allum tout le temps.

jai achet ce stick pour une 2eme tv car jtais dj trs contente de la mibox s. Cest incroyable davoir dans un si petit produit lquivalent de la mibox S. Jai eu trs peur avant dacheter en lisant des commentaires que je pense maintenant douteux parlant de pannes etc… Pour moi a marche nickel, jai achet chez boulanger aussi parcequen cas de souci on peut le rapporter en magasin pour la garantie. Tout marche pareil que sur la mibox S juste une petite lenteur lorsque lon demande le google vocal en appuyant sur le bouton, il faut patienter quelques secondes par rapport limmdiatet de la mibox mais sinon super pour youtube, netflix, spotify et molotov, je nai pas test les jeux. Niveau branchement il se branche sur le HDMI de la TV et il est aliment en USB sur la prise USB de la TV, mais il y a ladaptateur secteur Super contente, je ne regrette pas davoir franchis le pas

Not happy with this product, it restarts randomly and sometimes screen go blue and makes very loud noise. In terms of usability the remote makes alot of clicking noise and Android TV is not yet ready for big screen as number of apps is less than Roku and other platforms. I cant even get BBc iplayer or Britbox on this device. The google voice is as stingy as it is on phones.

After using Chromecast units for several years and having issues with smooth playback from TV ON Demand I decided to try one of these. They are great, very easy to set up and simple to use. Downloaded apps for TVNZ On Demand and TV3 both work great. Netflix also works great with this device. It can be a little slow to initially load the system but once it is up and running I have had no issues playing videos. In fact it works well even with an old school USB modem stick as the internet connection. So impressed I am going to buy a second unit to put permanently in my motor home which will save me taking the one from my house TV. Now just need PBTech to put them on special again

Malheureusement, mon vieux TV naime pas le HDMI du Mi Stick et passe de temps en temps limage en ngatif il faudrait pouvoir le tester avant.Je lai branch sur un moniteur PC pour le convertir en deuxime Tv.Je lai conseill un ami qui voulait se racheter un nouveau tv pour la mme raison qui en est vraiment satisfait et donc na pas rachet de nouveau Tv.En plus des applis natives, jai install France.tv, et VLC et Kodi pour lire mes vidos sur un stockage box ou un NAS.

Le Mi TV Stick une tlcommande bien pratique, elle est jolie et minimaliste. En plus, elle a des touches daccs directes Netflix et Prime Video. Toutefois, bien quelle regroupe plusieurs plateformes telles que Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, etc.. il faut naviguer jusquau menu, choisir sa plateforme puis son profil puis choisir son film pour enfin le regarder. Finalement, il est plus rapide de lancer le film en le castant depuis son mobile De plus, le stick demande a se loguer lors de la premire connexion avec un profil, du coup, celuici devient le profil par dfaut, il faut donc aux autres membres de la famille se rendre dans les profils pour changer et tomber sur le sien.Un peu galre la longue. Si un autre membre de la famille passe derrire, il doit retourner en arrire pour aller rechercher son profil car il garde en mmoire le dernier profil connect. Dernire chose, mes google home ont du mal lancer les consignes Pause, stop,etc pendant la lecture, avec le stick, a fonctionnait mieux avec un google chromecast….

La premire difficult tait le manque dexplications avec le mode demploi, que si la tlvision na pas de connexion USB, alors il est essentiel que la prise lectrique soit suffisamment proche pour que vous puissiez la connecter avec le cble fourni. Lutilisation dun cble USB plus long ne fonctionne tout simplement pas, et une rallonge secteur est ncessaire.Une fois fonctionnel, vous devez galement tre habitu utiliser des appareils Android tels quun smartphone, sinon vous tes prt pour un apprentissage difficile.Nanmoins, il finit par fonctionner et fournit une image de qualit raisonnable.Bien quil ait refus de trouver mon wifi 5g quil prtend prendre en charge.

I got this yesterday to smarten up a samsung tv that was no longer smart due to its age. On reading the set up instructions, this 70 year old techno phobic thought oh no It basically said 1,plug in the wires 2,set it up. So I did just that ,once turned on all the instructions came up on the tv ,even pairing my phone. I liked that it was really easy and intuitive. I purchased this because I didnt have to use another device to operate it. It was stand alone,I then removed it and put it on another tv and it didnt need set up,as it was already paired with my home wifi. This makes it a very useful portable unit. 4 star only because it was a little slow ,and only 1080 resolutions which tended to show slightly blurred images on a large screen.otherwise happy.

Easy enough to set up but half way thru it says set up you local content and shows all countries apart from United Kingdom. Once on and running the WiFi set up says CONNECTED but NO INTERNET VIRGIN MEDIA ONLY you have to turn off your router to get this to disappear and for stick to actually properly connect with WiFi. The remote its self is a bit laggy well to be honest if youve got quick clicking fingers its very laggy to the point you have to leave the app your in and the reenter and go much slower so it doesnt freeze. As for video playback it is very good no 4k but does have its moments of complete freeze like it cant keep up. All this will probably be fixed on next update of the stick. Also if ordering in the UK from ClickElectronics please be aware it doesnt even come with a UK plug and it doesnt come with an adapter plug either more expense.I ordered 4 and all have had the same issues quoted above. This is an honest appraisal of this device and is now up to you if you want to buy yourself. Thanks

Firstly, despite its Global tag in the item heading, this item was NOT designed for UK use you cannot even select the UK region during setup because it doesnt exist in the options. Therefore, none of the UK TV apps will work a huge disappointement and reason enough to warrant a return………and then it got worse.This is by far the most inferior Android device I have ever purchased and Ive purchased loads of them over the years. This one is a shocker. Wouldnt be so bad if it only cost about a tenner but for nearly the same price as a Fire TV Stick, its beyond taking the whatsit.I loved the idea of this and having full Play Store access and Chromecast built in, but then part way through setup it decided to randomly restart and did the same every single time thereafter. Going by other peoples feedback, I very much doubt that this was a rogue duff one its one of many.Do yourself a favour order a Fire TV Stick instead, which is what Im about to do right now.
