This is my second pair of the AirPod Pro earbuds. My first pair was stolen and I identified the location but the police have been less than helpful in getting them back. At any rate. I spent the money for another pair for my iPhone because the first pair were great. They pair easily with the iPhone, fit well with the adjustable earpieces though changing them out is challenging. The sound quality for music is good not quite to the standard of the Bose which I have but is good as a general rule. They cancel the outside noise enough to stay focused on your conversation and eliminate the vast majority of extraneous distraction but allow enough in so that if there is something that need attention you know it a child crying or something. The battery life is phenomenal on the new set. I replaced my original AirPods with the Pros and have been much happier with them than the originals regarding sound and fit. Overall a really good buy worth the money. I highly recommend these to iPhone users as I do not think they pair with Android devices not 100 sure on that but read it somewhere. My wife used them while speaking with someone on my phone and likes them so much she said she would like a pair. She has always had the cheaper horse collar type headphones. Maybe I know what to get her for Christmas this year.

Good It has the H1 Chip with IPX4 rated to resist sweat and water, making them ideal for sports and exercise. The Internally tapered tips conform to your ear shape while vents help equalize pressure for maximum comfort. It has Active Noise Cancellation continuously adapts to the geometry of your ear and the fit of the ear tips to keep you isolated from the world around you. Press and hold the force sensor on the stem to switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency Mode, which allows outside sound in to keep you aware of your environment. With the H1 headphone chip features 10 audio cores for low processing latency and realtime noise cancellation and Bluetooth 5.0 for reliable, highquality reception. Plus with Audio Sharing enables you and a friend to enjoy the same song or movie by simply bringing a second pair of AirPods close to your iPhone or iPad I though was cool and More than 24hour battery life with charging case.Bad the only thing I have to say is they fall out with your chewing Gum, Drinking something or talking to someone but other then that they are good earphones

The air pod pro compared to my beats studio3 working with my iphone12 pro max. Both are good quality but some thing with the AirPods are better than the over ear beats but some things about the beats are better. Overall the AirPods are a good product. What I like about the AirPods is that it shows on my phone battery percentage on the case and the true noise canceling drops out background noise even when you are not listening to music. What I dont like is it hurts my left ear when I wear them for too long and if you are wearing them both and take one out it turns off the music. The beats studio are fantastic but the AirPods are better at low volume. The only complaint I have about the beats is that they hurt the top of my head when I wear them for more than a hour. The sound quality at high volume is most definitely better than the AirPods. At the end of the day the noise canceling on both is great but the corded option and the overall comfort and experience of the beats is worth it for a little more money

The Airpods Pros are quite good actually. Im not using them with an iPhone but an a oneplus phone. The great thing is I can get an app to display all the battery percentages. I own the powerbeats pro, oneplus buds z, sony xbsp00n.The Airpods high and mids and lows sound so so crisp and clear and I cant express that enough. I started to clearly hear details in music like instrumentals and sounds that with my other buds would not as loud or noticeable and in the background. I listen to songs that have various elements of from multiple genres. The bass right of the box is very tight and crisp and at max volume no distortions at all. Now out of the box the bass was way too light for my taste The great thing is with oneplus phones they have built in dolby atmos eq so I maxed out the bass and the Airpods sounds absolutely insane. They respond really well to the atmos eq and sound adjustments. Without the dolby atmos I wouldve had a difficult time using these because of how light the bass was. Now everyones prefers sound differently to an extent and so for my personal liking I prefer crisp and heavier bass so thats not say they are bad just that it wasnt to my taste out of the box.The noice cancellation is amazing. Once its on I literally cant hear most of anything outside. Like it drowns out a lot of sound. Yes there is some level of sound that can be heard from outside but its low. Like its not like dead silent when its on where everything is entirely drowned out and I cant hear anything including myself but its quite strong. I have beats solo pro and they do such an good job at noise cancellation and these are like pretty much the same but earbud form. The transparency mode is great to hear everything in my surroundings and to talk to people its crystal clear and its as of I dont have anything in my ears at all. The controls are quick and easy press once to playpause. Press three times to reverse tracks, two times for next track. Press and hold to change modes from noise cancellation to transparency.Overall these sound amazing and the noise cancellation is superb. I do wish they had heavier bass but thats not a bad thing they dont. They are amazing balanced and music is so fun to listen to with them. They are also very portable. They are worth every penny I spent on them and because of the ear tips they stay in my ears fine. Like the song and powerbeats have much better fit for my ears and Ive only tried these and one more pair of earbuds that are pencil style. For my ears the pencil style as far as Ive tried them arent that great for fit but its not bad. They fit fine but from time to time I just have to push them back in. Each persons ear is different and people prefer different fits so thats subjective here.

I found they exceeded my expectations as far as features are concerned. Like many, the noise cancellation option is excellent I leave it on that setting. The range for me is also perfect. Working around the house and yard, I seldom need to have my phone on me. I use the primary for listening to music and get maybe 2 hours on a full charge. I was disappointed in the bass response. It was below expectations, but that changed a little read on. The silicone ear tips were too small for my ears, and if I got one to stay in, it was uncomfortable and even painful if worn for long. My solution was to buy large memory foam ear tips specifically made for AirPod Pros. They fit well, comfortable, compliment the noise cancellation, and the bass response improved. One ear tip was still too small. I modified the memory foam ear tip to fit under the supplied large silicone ear tip, and it worked perfectly. So now that Ive partially redesigned the AirPods, I enjoy them much more, but if you dont have lots of patience or want to spend more on something thats already expensive, skip the above suggestion.

I LOVE my AirPods Pro. Before I purchased them I was worried that they were a little pricey for small earbuds. I was completely wrong. They are worth their weight in GOLD The noise cancellation and transparency feature is amazing and they sound great. My husband is a video gamer so sometimes he can be loud while playing games on his PC at home. The noise cancellation feature is perfect for silencing out the background noise when he is playing games. They are the only ear buds I can use that do not hurt my ears and they come with multiple tip sizes so that you can get the best customized fit for your ear. The case holds a full charge and the AirPods charge quickly when you place them back inside the case. I love them so much and I purchased my mom a pair for Mothers Day. She loves them just as much and is hooked. A few weeks ago I accidentally dropped one of my AirPods in the sink while washing dishes but they have an awesome feature that will blow excess water out of the speakers so the earbud did not get damaged at all.

I upgraded from the original AirPods and wow is there a difference. For one, the Pros new soft tips hold much better than the solid design of the old AirPods. This helps direct the sound better so that its not muffled. I did not buy these for the noise canceling but have ended up keeping it on while using them. Its not Bose level good but it definitely takes out a lot of room noise. Voices and other sounds can still be heard. Also, Spatial Audio is out of this world. You really have to hear it to wrap your head around it but they have magically created surround sound in a set of earbuds. It is such a joy to watch anything with this feature turned on. If you watch video on your iPhone or iPad and soon Apple TV when they release tvOS 15 do yourself a favor and buy these and rewatch all your favorite movies with Spatial Audio on. Your ears will thank you.

This has to be one of the most overrated products ever sold. Yes theyre neat looking, yes the sound quality is very good and yes, they connect quickly and the case is super neato. BUT, Im dismayed to see what little customization is available. Ive been running in Jaybird RUN for two years and they are fully customizable with the included equalizer app. It makes for a fully versatile listening experience. Apple claims that the ear piece somehow magically adjusts the hearing experience to the shape of your ear Yeah, right The listening experience absolutely goes south when paired with a bluetooth TV. Other than the TV volume control, there is ZERO customization available. The internet is replete with consumer complaints about fixed low volume or lack of volume on these devices. The threads are invariably followed by a series of advisory steps one can take to adjust the listening experience. Theyre useless and ineffectual. For the record, Im a die hard Iphone convert. No better phone on the market in my opinion. The airpod pro No so much.

The noise cancellation feature is amazing, better than I expected. Unfortunately, the battery life is too low for those of us who spend the day on zoom calls. They do charge extremely fast but you still have go without while they are charging. The feature that tells you if you have a good seal in your ear is also a nice feature. In other words if the plastic tip is too small or too big it will advise you so that you can adjust. And yet one of the buds managed to pop off and almost made its way down the kitchen drain. I purchased an accessory that provides an additional cover with a hook that helps it from falling. The problem with that is that you have to remove them and install them daily in order to place them in the charger and close the lid.Challenges aside the actual performance is solid. I cant rate higher than a 4 however.

Avid apple user here I love the airpods pro. I appreciate how easy it is to connectuse them right out of the the boxcase. Its literally so easy my 5 year old can use them on his own. The sound quality is good for my needs and I love the noise cancellation feature. They come with different size earbuds so you can get the perfect fit for your ears but the ones that come with them fit me immediately. Also I love that they seem to work from longer range than several other earbuds I had to connect by bluetooth. Also cool that since these connect by the apple chip I can still connect other earbuds or airpods so I can share listening with other individuals. Best feature for me who has several apple products iphone, ipad, imac is that I can use the airpods interchangeably with all of them with the simple push of a button no disconnectingreconnecting to each device needed.

I had the gen2 AirPods and lost one of them misplaced after a drunk night. So decided why not upgrade to the Pros. In ear I definitely noticed a huge increase in sq over the AirPods. And the feature of transparency mode is awesome as well as noise cancellation mode. I notice I dont have to have the volume as high with these as I would with regular AirPod because of the clarity and seal. Now the bad thing. These bad boys will fall out your ear in a heartbeat. Tried all the fittings and just horrible. Like Id bend down to tie my shoe and next thing I know my AirPod Pros are bouncing down the sidewalk do their little dance. The gen2 AirPods def stay in my ear way better almost effortless unless Im doing some crazy workout. These Pros once that seal is loss in your ear, they are going bye bye lol.

Airpod Pros provide a flat sound which means that you can hear everything clearly from low bass to high symbols in a balanced way. A flat sound may not be preferable for bass lovers but for those on the fence these will not disappoint as the bass is surprisingly impressive for such a small device. The Airpods are easily on another level to all of the competitors out there. The noise cancellation is truly amazing and makes the sound so much better. I have sat right up the back of rattly old buses, basically sitting right on top of the deafening engines and that was childs play for the Airpods noise cancellation as my music was crystal clear. The touch controls are simple and work perfectly.Do yourself a favour and buy these. You dont even need an Apple device to use them as they connect to anything.

Overall, the airpod pros are great and are functional. The different sized tips are useful however the small is still a little to big for my tiny ears. Despite being slightly to large they stay in my ear and fit well enough compared to other ear buds Throughout my time wearing them I notice as I talk the airpods will occasionally move out of position and fall out. This is due to my small ears and movement of my jaw. It doesnt happen enough that its annoying, I just pop them back in and its goodThese are great for zoom calls and phone calls which was my main reason for buying. Music wise I feel like the sound is over rated. If youre a big music buff I dont think youll like the sound quality. I have cheaper headphones that sound better. Ive tried providing as much detail and explain my personal experience as best as I can as I find reviews useful.

    tania.m

The headphones met the expectations, Ive been with them for a couple of weeks and the points to highlight are their own 1 Noise Cancellation if you activate it while you are not listening to music, it reduces the outside noise quite a bit, but not absolutely. When you listen to music you do not hear anything from outside. 2 Ambient mode It fulfills well the function of listening to the exterior without needing to remove the headphones. They also do this by listening to music depending on the volume of the music. 3 It connects quickly with the iphone, the sound is very good, perfect for my taste, although for those who like bass sounds may lack a little. 4Computer connectivity Although it depends on the type of computer, at least my experience is that you dont hear it like you do with the iphone, the sound quality is low, the noise cancellation works anyway and its good for online classes and not to get distracted by outside noises. 5 The cable comes with the typical input for charging the iphone, but the other end is type C, so if you want to use the cable that comes you will have to buy a charger with that input. I charge them with the same cable that I charge the iphone. 6Battery, works according to those specified. although always it discharges a little but 1 earphone that the other one. difference of 5 or 10 maximum. I wrote all this experience for those that are looking for recommendations, since also when I wanted to buy them I did not find many, I hope it serves them. I recommend them and although they are expensive, they are worth

Truly excellent product. They are expensive no doubt but they will make you love it when you try it out. I bought the Powerbeats first and my ears started hurting after few hrs of usage so I had to return them and I gave these a shot and it was a good buy. You get to use full features like proper noice cancellation and spatial audio, which is not available on the Powerbeats. The noice cancellation when both AirPods are in use took a bit getting used because Ive never experienced anything like that before so first few times it was almost nauseating. Im also a truck driver and I dont have any issue with calls, even the person on the other end. The truck noise is just not there when Im having a conversation. Crystal clear calls on this small tech is just amazing. I had sworn not to spend so much money on headphones when you can buy cheap ones on Amazon but I just had to try it out. Which is what I tell you just try it out and if its not working out for you just return it. Just dont hate it before you even try it. Also dont buy it if your not going to use it with a apple product, you wont like it.

The sound quality is great, and the noise cancellation is effective at smaller noises, but louder noises still seep in. The controls are easy to use.The inear design is actually harder to keep in my ears than the originals, I find myself pushing them back in to prevent them from falling out of my ears way more frequently when Im out and about. Maybe my ears are just misshapen, but I find myself going back to my original AirPods for shorter term use when I dont need noise cancellation, or just want to avoid them falling out.I will say I appreciate the fact the case has wireless charging, and I can charge through the case, so I can just set it on a wireless charge pad, and not have to remove the case or the lightning port cover of my case to keep it charged. These work great as both earbuds and earplugs too to an extent. Ill admit the noise cancellation freaked me out at first, but once you get used to it, its nice to have, and doesnt completely cancel out louder noises, which is best for safety reasons. Id recommend these if you want the pro features and are willing to pay more for the pro features.

Very disappointed. Reviews I had read prior to purchasing indicated that they didnt fall out of the ears as badly as they did before, but I find it a constant problem, even when I am barely moving. They dont fit nicely, even with the alternate rubber parts switched. Most annoying is that any time you try to adjust the earpiece so that it wont fall out, you accidentally turn off your speakers without trying. So you have to wait for the thing to reconnect, which it doesnt always do, so you have to get your device out again and control the earbuds from there. When not in use they MUST BE returned to the little charging case, or they interfere with your automobile Bluetooth and its extremely annoying. If you are near anyones devices it wants to connect to them. Very irritating. You can only control volume from your devices and you cant skip tunes on your music library.I would never recommend paying for these again.

I own 2 pairs of Beats and a pair of wireless Treblab ear buds that sound good and cost me around 75.These earbuds sync with both my iphone and ipad easier than you could ever imagine. Im used to turning my headphones on and waiting 510 seconds for them to sync or pressing the power button on the earbuds and waiting for them to sync. I never had an issue with that extra step and small delay but once you use these and see how seamless the entire process is, its very hard to go back. The initial sync process out of the box takes less than 5 seconds. everytime after that, the second you remove the airpod from the case and place it in your ear, it automatically connects. These are so much more comfortable than the original airpods. The plastic ones hurt my ear my son has them. The technology to allow you to hear outside sounds is very smart especially if walking in the street with these on. And then the ability to change that and allow you to drown out all sound is perfect also especially for someone who flies often and wants to drown out other sounds and voices on a plane. The mic is amazing. A few conversations with them and Ive asked others how I sound and noone knew I had the call on the airpods. They all thought I was holding the phone to my ear. Thats huge as I am on the phone a lot for work.I couldnt see myself paying 200 for ear buds ever but my wife pulled the trigger as a gift and I fell in love with these. I honestly wont go back to the cheaper brands unless I have long term issues and these cant make it past a couple of years. Its too soon to tell as Ive only had them for a week.Pull the trigger. You wont be disappointed.Only drawback is that my Treblabs have deeper base however those earbuds get a bit deeper into my ear and eliminate all outside sound and dont sync as well and the mic is not good. Its give an take. If Im in the mood for deepbase music, Ill grab my Treblabs or Beats Studio. These are my new every day buds.

Oh my, I love listening to my music on my iPhone and it sends nothing but good vibes my way especially now that I bought these airpods pro. The sound is magnificent It blocks out all the noise around you that you never realized was so annoying I love these so much that I wished I would have purchased a back up in case I miss place these. I love them so much that I have been using them everyday. So my grandson came in my room and saw me in my on little world with the biggest smile on his face and gave me a happy look of being Surprised as though he never saw that side of me. It made us both laugh because I knew what he was thinking about saying but didnt, that I was Having a really good time singing to my music. So as a Christmas gift for him, I purchased him a surprisingly same gift to listen and talk on all his apple devices. I cant wait to see his face on XMAS Im going to camouflage the box of apple air pods. Thank you apple and Best Buy for a happy moment of love, laughter and surprise to my grandson and I. We will always remember that day he saw and realized his Grammy is human and can still have fun just like him.

When these first came out I heard terrible reviews on them. Even the sales people told me they didnt like them which was shocking so I opted for the regular gen 1 AirPods. I recently decided to upgrade to the pros and I am very glad that I did. I use my headphones every single day. Whether at home or at work so I needed something that was going to stay charged. I dont charge my AirPod pros for maybe a week when Im not using them every day for hours and when I use them at work everyday I charge the case maybe every four days. They stay in your ear At first I had an issue with the jelly ear piece but I changed the size to the small size and they fit perfect and they have a good seal for the noise cancellation. I like the controls a lot better on these AirPods. Instead of tapping them you press the stem and I just like it better because tapping my AirPods always made them loose in my ear. The noise cancelation is amazing. I didnt think it would work well because theyre headphones but I was dead wrong. Overall these are amazing. I love them for work, working out, and just using them at home. These work so well. They dont hurt my ears like my last ones did. The sound is great. Im very happy with my purchase.

Ive been reluctant to upgrade from my original EarPods to the Pro version due to the bad reviews I keep reading. I finally took the plunge in the hope that the noise cancelling feature would drown out Wimbledon on the telly my wife is a tennis fanatic and they certainly do that I am surprised, and delighted, that the sound quality on music is light years ahead of that from original AirPods. Aside from the extra bass, the mids and highs are far clearer. I was worried about comfort, too, as I kept reading how the supplied silicone tips placed excessive pressure in the ears. Again, I need not have worried. Theyre incredibly comfortable and stay in place during all normal tasks. I cant comment on how they behave during strenuous exercise but Ive been cleaning the car today and they stayed in place without any problem. If you like music then be assured you wont be disappointed with the audio quality. There is simply no comparison between these and the normal AirPods. Surprisingly, they also sound better with music from my iPhone 12 than my Shure SE530 inear headphones do via a dedicated DAC and headphone amp. If youre hesitating, stop Buy and prepare to be astounded.

Its definitely the best working headphone Ive ever had for all things Bluetooth and connecting to devices and switching from one to another. The sound is very good. The noise cancellation is light but helpful, I love having transparency more. The silicone tips, even with the large ones, dont feel like they have a good grip, so Im always a little worried about them falling out, but they havent. On the plus side, you forget you are wearing ear buds because they feel so natural. And the sound is very pleasant and well rounded and has punch where needed. Sometimes I end up feeling some kind of slight compression pumping when things are very dense or loud, but that could come from things like Spotify even, so I cant really judge it, but the fact that I can pick up on it speaks to the general clarity and transparency and strength of the sound. And for the first time I have just watched a whole movie on them connected to the Apple TV 4K not immersive sound in this case but I feel like I will be doing that soooo much more, with the noise cancellation actually turned on at home think low level fridge noises and such gone, because I felt so much more in the movie without getting that headphony feeling, I can stay more focused, listen at lesser volume, and even when I run I to the kitchen for some water, Im not loosing another line of dialog. Thats an awesome discovery of new ways to do things for me.

    AirPodsProReview

I love my AirPods Pro so much. I ordered them over a Black Friday sale, having wanted them for about a year, and was so pleased with them. They are definitely expensive, but they feel, look, and sound premium. They work effortlessly just like the regular AirPods, and the noise cancelling and transparency mode work really great. They can even reduce the sound of a loud vacuum to just a whisperThey are small and comfortable, and are easier to clean than the standard Apple AirPods. The squeeze controls on the stems work like a charm, and from what I can tell so far the mics inside them work really well too. The case has wireless charging, which is great, and it also comes with a Lightning to USBC cord to charge it. If you dont have a USBC charging brick, a regular one from years past will work too. Such a fantastic product, I highly recommend them, especially if you have the budget and are an Apple user. Again, they are expensive, but in my opinion they are worth every penny I spent on them. If you can afford them they are worth it, especially if you can find them on sale.Photos The first three are from when they were brand new, the last 2 are from about a month later. They still work, sound, and look almost perfect The only thing that I would point out is that the charging case does get scratched pretty easily so I would recommend buying a protective case for it. I did a few days prior to writing this review, and the catalyst waterproof case works great for protecting it.Another thing. The buying experience from Best But was flawless as well. Make sure to check the store you are picking up from because I had a family member who messed his up, but the pickup process was super easy and was done in about 5 minutes. So pleased

Well, so you are an Apple user. If not, stop reading and move on to another set of head phones. These sound good if you can get them to fit correctly. Do not eat or talk while wearing or you will just need to constantly adjust. Buy open box, or refurb. Not worth the money new. So far I have already had to replace each ear once. Left because something came loose inside, and Apple covered replacement. May have paid a small fee, but it was within warranty so I do not recall. Right ear stopped working after waranty so I just bought one from Apple for my left arm right handed so needed to keep that. For what these have cost, I am equal to brand new. I bought on a black friday open box, so, guess I should have just bought brand new first time around I dont know. Just not a good fit design for my ears I guess. I have yet to get spatial audio to work proper as the fit on one ear never passes iPhone test you can run. But I like the ease of connectivity, and we have Apple TV so watching programing with dual headphones on same device with different volumes is real nice. Just wish we could get the design better, better battery life…

I love these, and Im so glad they fit. I have tiny ears, and most earbuds, including standard Apple earbuds are wayyy too big, and just fall out as soon as I place them. I bought a set for my husband for his birthday and tried them on with the smallest silicon tips. They actually fit and stay in place when I move around. Once I figured that out I bought my own set.The noise cancelling feature is truly an experience. The active noise cancellation is amazing, and helps block out all those annoying environmental distractions. But sometimes you want to hear those environmental sounds, like when youre out for a walk and you need to be aware of your surroundings… And heres what I think is the coolest thing of all theres a transparency mode when noisecancelling is turned on. You can hold down a button on either earbud, and suddenly the AirPods perfectly transmit all the sounds around you that would otherwise be blocked by the buds themselves. Its like being in a room with magic speakers playing that only you can hear. The environmental sounds the same as if you have no earbuds at all, including the directionality of the sound. Hats off to Apple engineering. There is a new feature which is also really cool Spacial Audio. This wasnt a thing when I bought them, but a few weeks later Im watching a movie on my iPad and suddenly I notice that I seem to be hearing things not just in stereo like normal headphones, but its like actual surround sound, with all the subtleties that come with that. On top of that, if I turn my head, the sound still seems to be in relation to the device Im using. The guy on the screen whos talking, still seems to be talking form that direction, and the sound of traffic that was behind me now seems to be coming from the side.. sooo cooolAnd of course, the bluetooth sync process is absolutely seamless, which makes using them so easy to set up and use, and switch between devices.Absolutely delightful, highly recommended

Having been an owner of the original AirPods, AirPods 2, Samsung Galaxy Buds, Sony WF1000X and Beats Powerbeats Pro, I thought I knew what to expect from wireless ear buds. But the AirPods Pro have blown them all awayThe biggest issue I had with the Galaxy Buds and WF1000X was that they were oddly shaped and didnt sit naturally in the ear. Both also had microphone issues, with people I was talking to commenting on how loudly the people next to me were speaking, even though the closest people were an aisle or two over in the store. The microphones just picked up everything in earshot rather than focusing only on the area near the wearers mouth. The Powerbeats Pro were the best for working out and never fell out, but suffered from connection issues that meant that sometimes the audio was out of sync or just in one ear, despite having just been in both ears a moment earlier with no other changes. I found this odd since it was supposed to have the same wireless chip as the AirPods, which did not have the same flaw. The AirPods 1 and 2 were great for sitting in the ear comfortably and staying put, even in moderate active exercise. Their sound quality was also great, but had incredibly short battery life. I would often have to switch between them on days when I had a lot of video calls with my employees and clients. Then came the AirPods Pro. A great battery life for such a small headphone, incredible sound quality for listening to music and conversations, perfectly tuned microphones which reject offaxis noise better than the rest and topquality noise cancellation with the option to also turn on transparency mode which actually sounds like Im not wearing headphones at all. They are not the first to use a transparency mode, but the others in the past, such as Sony, amplified surrounding sounds too much and made it overwhelming and disorienting due to its lack of directionality. The only issue Ive had with the a AirPods Pro is that I had to have one replaced after about 5 months due to a faulty microphone which created static in noise cancellation or transparency modes. This was a common issue, with hundreds others reporting it on the Apple support website. However, Apple kept up their great customer service that theyre known for and had a replacement sent to me within 2 days of me reporting the issue at no cost to me.In the end, I highly recommend the AirPods Pro and have actually bought some for my family members as well because I cant find a better product than these

    Review

My main problem is that this version does not stay in my ear canal. I tried them for the first time at the gym this morning. While running on the treadmill it popped out every 2 minutes. So annoying. I compared this version with the earlier version that my daughter has and sure enough, the new version is larger. I guess that is okay if you have medium to large ear canals. I do not. So, if you are looking for a tight fit to actually move like an athlete, this may not be the product for you. I am returning my AirPod Pros today. Also, to skip a song, I have to press twice on the stem instead of tap on the shell like the earlier AirPod. So hard to do with gym gloves. Maybe there is a setting I needed to change but with the problem of this falling out of my ear, there is no need to bother. The sound was good but that was not my main need. A good fit was my priority.

I had bought an LG T.V. from Richer Sounds just under a year ago which came with a 125 cashback voucher which had to be used within a calendar year. I was puzzled by what to spend it on. I considered an Apple TV but there will probably be a new version later this year, so opted for the EarPods Pro. So glad I did I already own Masters Dynamic MW07 earbuds, bought before the earpods pro came out, but always seem to have difficulty pairing them. Also, I find them rather uncomfortable to wear for longer than 30 mins. The Apple EarPods in contrast are an absolute joy pair immediately with iPhone, IPad, iMac and even the LG television. I can also wear them for a couple of hours, and forget Im even wearing them. A less obtrusive design than the earlier model the noise cancelling feature is excellent. Wont bin the MDs too expensive for that but they are no real competition for the Apples. The best on the market for anyone who values quality. The best possible way I could have spent the 125 voucher Many thanks

It took a lot for me to actually take the plunge and spend so much money for these. I have used headphones everyday for hours on end due to being a full time content creator, and even then I never minded using your regular everyday corded headphones for editing. Skull candy was always my preference due to the isolation it gives me from the outside world when Im deep in the timeline of my edits. Since taking the plunge and buying these bad boys, I can honestly say they have become my favorite tool for editing and everyday convenience. They were incredibly easy to set up with all of my iOS systems and switches pretty flawlessly from my MacBook Pro to my phone depending on which one Im on at the moment. The ability to switch from Noise Canceling and Transparency mode is incredibly and so much easier than constantly taking them out. We all know how that goes. No set of headphones or earbuds will ever stop someone from interrupting you while you are working or trying to avoid them by looking busy, so this way you dont have to constantly take them out just to have someone trying to make small talk with you. The battery life is fantastic and even when the AirPods battery is low, it just gives me a reason to take a break from staring at a computer screen. They charge incredibly quick in the charging case and then they are ready to go again. The wireless charging case is convenient to just throw on a wireless charging pad, and you can even tap the top of the case while on the pad to see how charged the case and AirPods are with an LED indicator. The sound quality is pretty good and it creates a nice balanced level. I will say its not they best sound youve ever heard but I can say that they work incredibly well when Im doing audio leveling for my videos and just listening to music on a jog from my phone. It gets the job done. The only downside I have faced, which isnt incredibly inconvenient, is the fact that the tips for the AirPods make them stick pretty far out of your ears so they can sometimes sit funny in your ears. Not a major issue, but for some people it may not be comfortable. I dont mind and I probably have these in my ear for 5 to 8 hours a day depending on my work load.

I purchased these on sale in the middle of October price matched for 200, which made them go from a good value to a great one. Bought them for my wife for her 37th birthday. Shes a civilian manager for the Army. She cant really be on her phone, so I bought these so she can take calls discreetly and text without touching her phone. We have a kid dealing with cancer, so phone calls and messages have been seemingly noon stop with the oncologist and other medical professionals. These AirPod Pros have been amazing for that purpose… And Im an Android guy writing this. They are comfortable, the battery lasts all day, they stay in without issue, like previously stated they can be used to make and receive calls as well as allow you to hear texts and even respond to them, all with some squeezes of the stems. My wife said that they are the best bday gift shes received and Ive purchased some nice things for her throughout the years.Im not a fan of Apple, but they definitely did their thing with these AirPod Pros. I highly recommend them, specially over the regular ones.

Ok Ive had the first generation AirPods since they first came out and have absolutely loved them. They have stayed in my ears perfectly, at the gym, dancing, head rocking, they have never ever fell out of my ears I know they did for some but they were a perfect fit for me I guess. So I decided it was time to upgrade to the AirPods Pro thinking they were going to be even better Well, as far as sound quality, tech features and the look, YES they are leaps and bounds better. I love the smaller stick that hangs out from your ear, the added functionality and the sound quality is absolutely AMAZING. However, THEY FALL OUT CONSTANTLY Im totally bummed about this I have tried all 3 sizes of tips and all 3 of them fall out within 20 minutes of listening to music EVERY SINGLE TIME Even when Im just sitting at the computer not moving at all Its so frustrating These were even more expensive than the original AirPods and they wont stay in my ears I gave 4 stars because the product is absolutely amazing. I guess Ill just have to reinsert every 20 minutes UGH

Sounds is amazing, just as good as my Powerbeats Pro i got these airpods pro because the powerbeats got a bit glitchy just after being almost 2 years old, I didnt use to believe much in noise cancelation but its phenomenal. I test it by lightly clapping or snapping right next to my ear, I couldnt hear anything cant hear the gym attendant vacuuming behind me when I run. The noise cancelation made my eardrums feel a little weird after almost 2hours of wearing so I turned off the noise cancelation. At first they hurt my ear a lot. Theyre a bit larger than my Powerbeats Pro surprisingly and it was the main white part in the outer ear that hurt, not the cushionstips cause the tips fit great. But after using a few weeks everyday now Ive gotten used to the feel. However, my ears move a lot when I smile so they pop out as I smile or speak almost every 10min my ears are not really small, closer to average Id say. Ive gotten used to adjusting them frequently. The buttons work great, it requires a firm but not super hard press, with ease. I do miss having volume buttons like on my old earbuds but the pauseplayskipfowardbackward works excellently.I wear them over 8 hours a day for work then gym and its held up great, with me charging them in the case during breaks to ensure they dont die. However I notice the right airpod sometimes lags in connecting to phone immediately, could be my phone Im getting a new one soon, or Ill exchange them.Ive included a few pictures that hopefully dont get altered.P. S. the charger that came with them is USBC to Lightning not that surprisingly, but since i dont own that kind of wall addapter with USBC connection Ive been using my old iphone charger with the usual USBA wall adapterbox. Ill soon have to buy a new wall adapter like how you must to use the charger in the new Iphone Pro…might be a downside for some people like me to not be able to use the included charger with preexisting adapters.

Okay. So ever since Steve Jobs passed, Apple has been heading downhill FAST. So I was wary when these first came out. But I was getting annoyed with my bulky, cumbersome Sony WF1000XM3s yes thats a mouthful, so i decided to pull the plug and go ahead and order a pair. Also I was ordering the brand new iPad pro and I wanted that Apple integration. I got them, and was IMMEDIATELY happy with my purchase. These are hands down the best earbuds on the market, as a whole package. maybe not number one in any or all specific categories, but these as a whole, are the best in the business. Comfortable, stylish, and absolutely worth every penny if you use any other apple products. The case is so small and easy to take with you anywhere you are going, the battery life is great, charge time is quick, and noise cancellation is amazing. SOUNDS GREAT RIGHT but wait theres more Not only are they great at CANCELLING noise, they straight up can ALSO become a hearing aide for you as well. no joke. When you put on the sound pass through mode, everything sounds clearer and I stopped missing so much of what my girlfriend was saying to me genuinely SHOCKED by how good and helpful it is. Yall, these are a MUST.

I owned the firstgen AirPods and loved them. The basic AirPods shape was the only kind of earphones that would fit my ears comfortably, which is why I havent gone to another brand. My AirPod batteries had gotten very shortlived after years of use. Gummytipped earphones never fit my ears very well and would easily fall out, so I was worried about getting these.I was pleasantly surprised when I found how well these AirPod Pros fit in my ear. The sound quality is great, better than the previous versions. The transparency mode is a huge help, as well as the noisecancelling mode. The mics are also a big improvement. Those combined with Siri works great for working outside with gloves when I cant grab the stems to skip tracks or toggle the transparencynoisecancelling.I got these on sale for 200 which is why I made the jump. Thats still a lot of money, but I use them enough to justify it. The retail price of 250 sounds like just a bit too much to me.Its up to you if its worth that price to you. The previous versions may work well if you like that fit and dont need the fancy transparencynoisecancelling features.

Though expensive, Ive very much enjoyed my air pods pro model ear pods the last five weeks. They are a huge improvement over the wired Appleear buds Ive been using heretofore.Sound quality cant compete with on ear headphones, but I like the three sizes of adjustable coverings. Ive been using the ones that came on the buds, and they have fallen out once or twice, but only with extreme or jerky motion.I cant say I completely understand how the swipe feature commands work, but the buds work with all my apple devices iPhone X, 2016 iPad, and a 2011 refurbished 13 Apple Air book. Charging method is great, and I love the way an icon comes up on screen to communicate how much battery life is left in each ear bud as well as how much charging power is left in the charging case. The case is solid state and looks like it will hold up very well with multiple openings and closings daily. In five weeks of perhaps ten hours of use per week, Ive only had to charge the case twice.I bought the Air Pods because of their Bluetooth connectivity, and because they have a decent directional mic built in for greater clarity during online video conferencing. Oddly, I have yet to usethem for video conferencing despite the fact Im in online meetings all day as part of my job. I prefer myunfettered ears and the computer mic and speakers. The pods have definitely made me look forward to streaming films and other content on my phone and iPad, though. I dont have a lot of time for screening, but being wireless makes it more enjoyable when I can afford an hour here and there to screen series and films. These are definitely worth the money, and if I ever learn all of their features swipe for white noise and noise cancellation, start and stop sound, etc Im sure Ill feel even more satisfied with the product than I already am.

Ive tried a bunch of different cheaper option out there and though they were good. They always seamed to be lacking. These are my new favorites no question. I never really believed the hype at first but you really do get what you pay for. Sound quality is pretty good and theyre loud enough for me. Not super impressive but definitely at the top of my list of ones Ive tried. Controls are intuitive and dont accidentally get hit if you try to touch or adjust them my last pair drove me crazy because of that. Theyre fairly comfortable. I do forget Im wearing them sometimes. Fits my right ear perfect but my left one fits a little tight. So if you have really small ears they might not be as comfortable for you. The transparency feature is my favorite part. Helps you hear your surroundings better and you can still talk to people just as long as the volume isnt to high. It also keeps you from getting that feeling of having ear plugs in. Battery life isnt the best but still a good amount of time. I like to use one at a time. So if one dies I just switch. They do charge surprisingly fast though. Case battery life is pretty good. Couple of days to a week between charges depending on use. I use to think they werent worth the money but I was wrong. They might not be the best out there but they work great for an every day use earbud.

Pros Transparent mode is a nice feature, the noise isolation is decent for white and pink noise cancellation. Very convenient for taking phone calls in a loud office environment. Excellent pairing with multiple iOS devices and MacOS.Cons sound quality is just OK, and not much an improvement over standard first gen AirPods. Noise cancellation is not as adaptive in a manufacturing environment.I am comparing the AirPods Pro to a set of first gen AirPods and AirPods Max. I think moving the price point of these to 40 above wireless charging AirPods is a better deal. I paid 249 and the extras of more comfortable fit and noise cancellation are not worth the premium. The noise cancellation and overall sound quality of the Max is considerably better. I know, buds vs over ear, but I have a set of preLogitech UE I.E.M.s with stock tips that will stand toe to toe with any overear at the same price point. Compared to the Max, the sound is somewhat limp.Another irritation is that you cant control volume at the earpiece itself. Id rather have volume control to be at the ear so when someone comes up to talk to you, you dont have to bumble around with your phone. Track selection is not as needed at the ear IMO.

I have the Sony WF1000XM3 buds and the Jabra Elite 75t, so I have some perspective as to the capabilities and quality of these products. The AirPods Pro do great with highs and mids, allowing me to hear sounds in tracks that I missed before. The bass is not bad, I repeat the bass is not bad, its just not AS good as Sony or Jabra. It does mix well with the other frequencies though, providing a cohesive sound profile for just about anything you throw at it. The AirPods Pro are also the most comfortable to wear. The others were fine, these just dont feel like theyre adding any weight to my ears. The ANC on the AirPods are even better than the Sonys, which has been an ANC leader for a while. Battery life is sufficient, but could be better and is variable on if you use ANC constantly and what volume level youre at. Calls were good. I rarely use my buds to make calls but the other end said they could hear me clearly. If you are in the Apple ecosystem, this is a great choice since it is well optimized with the software and will get updates in the future. Im hoping Apple improves the sound and battery life in the next AirPods Pro.

I will be the first to say that I thought that AirPods were a gimmick product by Apple to have another overpriced accessory in the market and I am an Apple guy. After having my previous buds go out, I reviewed several buds and decided to give these a try since they were on sale. I was wrong in my initial thoughts because these buds are great if you own another Apple product . The sound quality is clear and not muddied like most wireless buds. Spatial audio and active noise cancelling are AWESOME I find myself watching more online content honestly more Apple TV content like movies just to get the experience. As an Apple user, all of the bells and whistles are there with be read and responding to text messages, call clarity, and listening to music. If you are not an Apple user, these buds are still good as far as sound and ease of pairing. Obviously, the functions proprietary to Apple products wont be there but you will still be impressed.

Pros Excellent sound and noise cancellation from such small earphones.Im comparing the AirPods Pro with my 1st gen QC35s which have been my favourite ever headphone Noise cancelling on the AirPods Pro is at the very least as good it truly is brilliant Overall sound quality is really very good and if I didnt have the QC35s to compare it to then I would probably be jaw dropped by the quality. Bass is noticeably better on the QC35s than these, but you have to forgive that being that the QCs will have bigger drivers due to being over ear vs in ear.Cons Two things are really annoying about the AirPods Pro, but the following still wouldnt detract me from recommending them You can pair these with as many devices as you like, however, they can only keep an active connection with one device at a time. This is most annoying when you have them paired to your computer for video calls and paired to your phone for phone calls. On the QC35s it allowed dual connections so the transition between computer and phone was seamless. If you pair these with a nonApple device that doesnt have volume control i.e. connecting to a FireTV that would rely on your TVsound system to control volume then you have no option to adjust the volume on the AirPods. Again this was possible with the QC35s.

My previous pair of true wireless headphones are the Jabra 65ts so I will be comparing those to the APP. Overall I like the AirPod Pros better because I think they sound better, have good noise cancelation and the battery life is better. I also like the touch controls better than the Jabras. For the Jabras, I feel like they fit better in my ears especially the right one. It takes me some time to get a good fit with the AirPods even after changing out the different size ear tips. Im debating whether to try a pair of silicon ear tips to see if that makes any difference. Yet, even with the Jabras fitting better, I can definitely keep the AirPods in considerably longer without ear fatigue. The AirPods are super simple to pair, even when not using a MacIphone. Im happy with how long they stay charged and how many charges I can get with the case before I have to charge the case.

I have read rave reviews about AirPod Pros so I was determined that this holiday season, I would make the purchase. I have Ankers and they work great, but wanted to try these. My favorite thing is that it works with my iPhone. I had them on and listening to a podcast and cleaning when a text came in. Siri read me the text and waited for me to reply. It was seamless.I also like how easy it is to get it to stop, skip to next and turn on and off noise canceling. My only complaint was I got these on sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving only to find out they were available all over the place for 30 less. I have price matched in the past, but apparently you cant from the Sunday before Thanksgiving through the sales. Plus, I had purchased AppleCare and it wasnt clear if I could easily return both to get the lower price. So here I sit feeling a bit bummed about 30 bucks when money is tight. I did however get other great BB deals so Ill just figure its ok.Price aside, these are great little devices. I did purchase an add on that puts them on a leash of sorts so you wont lose them while working out. They do fit nicely in your ears. They come with other tips and a USB C cable, but not a power plug, which is kind of odd of Apple. Its their new thing…not enough included.

My favorite thing about AirPods is how effortless they are to use with multiple Apple devices. Having used normal Bluetooth headphones for a while, switching devices was an annoyancea small one, but an annoyance nonetheless. With AirPods, I just put them in my ears and theyll usually connect to whichever device Im using without any extra steps they do need to be updated to the latest firmware for this to fully work, but this is something that happens automatically once theyre paired to your iPhone, just leave them in their case and theyll update before long. If youre someone who uses multiple Apple devices together, AirPods cant be beat in convenience. In terms of sound quality, I like AirPods Pro a lot, but theyre not exceptional.AirPods Pro have active noise cancellation, which I havent been able to test a ton, but it definitely worked for blocking out the noise of a PS4 fan. With the latest firmware, AirPods Pro also have a cool feature called spatial audio. Its an amazing surround sound effect that adjusts the direction of sound based on where your head is facing, though only some video streaming services support it. I definitely recommend trying it out with Disney or Apple TV.The headphones come with three sizes of tips, and iOS has a test you can use to see which size creates the best seal for better sound quality. They also come with a USBC to lightning cable, which plugs into the case. Of course, I dont have a USBC adapter so I cant use it, but any lightning cable will charge the case, so you can use the one you use for your iPhone.I kind of wish these AirPods had volume buttons. Since they dont, youll have to either use the buttons on your phone or Hey Siri to adjust the volume. Each AirPod does have one button, though, which is used for playback controls, answering calls, or toggling noise cancellation. It works well.Overall, Im very happy with these buds. Theyre super convenient and they fit in my ears nicely. If youre an Apple user and you want headphones that sound good and just work without any hassle, these are worth the purchase.

I used to own the power beats 3 and I decided to upgrade to the Airpod pros instead of the power beats pros. Greatest decision Ive ever made, the noise cancellation is amazing and theyre more comfortable than the power beats. As well these are so much more convenient to carry with you. The only complaint is these arent good to do sprints in, but then again these arent advertised as a pair of headphones that you can work out in. That said though Ive taken these to the gym and jogged in these and taking my dog on several walks without any issue. I would recommend that anyone who gets these to buy a case and the memory foam ear tips. Im a very clumsy person and honestly, when you drop your brand new AirPods pro case on the ground it isnt a good feeling. I bought the memory foam ear tips because my ears are shaped weirdly and after some time it feels like theyre going to come out. The memory foam ear tips just solve that problem. I would highly recommend Comply Foam Tips on amazon.

Im not an early adopter for all things that are made by Apple or have either air or pod in name but after thoroughly enjoying my original AirPods both names, I was talking to a friend who bought the AirPod Pros and said they were far superior. So, I went ahead an purchased a pair. The AirPod Pros are a slightly modified form factor, not quite as long as the original. They are designed to insert into the ear canal and come with multiple ear tips to help make a comfortable fit. Once you determine the ear tip, the next coolest thing for me was the noise cancellation. Its not subtle…just suddenly any background noise you were hearing instantly disappears This is a setting you can easily adjust in your phones Bluetooth settings.Beyond that, Im pleased that the Pros pair quicker and easier than my original pair. Friends tell me that they have never had issues pairing, but my original ones were always a struggle. My only complaint is that I have had them fall out of my ears at inopportune times. This is something that Ill explore with some of the other sized eartips, so hopefully its easy to resolve.I just picked up a pair for my wife this past weekend too

The technology in these little things is astonishing. Its amazing how much functionality can be crammed into something this small. Im an engineer and even I am amazed by thisThe sound is good, but you obviously wouldnt use these little wonders for critical listening. Frequency response is smooth, and noise cancelling works amazingly well. I wish the music had a little more body and power to it. I mean all the frequencies are there, bass, midrange, and highs are all there and they are well balanced, but the sound could use a little more guts across the whole spectrum. I adjusted the equalizer, but it had little effect on the sound. I guess the internal digital signal processor does its best to make the sound acceptable no matter what type of material is played. If you are an audiophile, these get solid 4 stars. If you are a casual listener, these get 5 stars.Would I recommend these to a friend Yes, absolutely. The physical fit and the total wireless convenience is superb.

Maybe I was trying to stay under the 200 price point Whatever it was Im glad I finally made the switch. These have a good balanced sound, great fit no clogged ear feeling, excellent call quality, good noise canceling not as good as the Sonys but close and very comfortable. I will admit after hard exercise while sweating, I have had one work loose but I found some little Air pod Pro ear hooks on Amazon that took care of that problem. Have not had one work loose since. If you are in the Apple eco system it will only make sense as it will set up seamless with your other Apple devices. I know they will work with Android and other devices but I had some call quality issues and Bluetooth connectivity issues with my Galaxy S7 maybe because it is an older device all other devices are newer and had no problems. Overall I love these and dont think you can go wrong as long as they fit you properly. For me that is the key followed by sound quality, call quality, Bluetooth connectivity and battery life.I used an iPhone 11, iPad, iMac, Series 5 Apple Watch, Surface Pro and Galaxy S7 for testing.

About a year and a half ago I was in the market for a pair of wireless earphones, and at the time it was between the AirPods Pro and creatively named WF1000xm3 earbuds from Sony. Both were commonly debated in the audio field and had very different offerings. In terms of sound quality, it was generally accepted that the Sony earphones were the top choice ahead of Apples offering, and, having opted for the Sonys myself back then, I have been truly impressed by the sound reproduction from the deep lows, strong mid range and remarkable highs. Sure, the earbuds are bulky, they stick out of the ears and youd have to play around with the fit fairly often if you went for so much of a walk with them in. Connecting the Sony earbuds to the bluetooth wasnt always a smooth experience, and once you managed to get a connection there was a good chance of it dropping off every now and then. At this point I hadnt experienced any AirPods with iOS so wasnt able to comment on how well the Sony earphones integrate with the Apple ecosystem in comparison. But, these were the sacrifices I was willing to make in favour of the better sound.Today, a year and a half later, the AirPods Pro have been reduced in price by a significant amount. Since my original purchase of the Sony earphones, Apple had introduced spatial audio, and more recently, Dolby Atmos support for both their Apple TV service and, most notably, their upgrade to Apple Music. You can now play higher quality, lossless audio thats more akin to hiif levels to provide you with more detail in the sound played. That said, current bluetooth technology wont allow this to be played wirelessly so you would need a DAC digital audio converter and wired earphones to truly experience it as intended. Apple has added this service at no extra cost, compared with other music services who will charge you double the subscription for the same experience. It was a combination of all these factors that made me jump at the chance to try out the AirPods Pro. I was on the fence about spending more money when I had a perfectly good pair of earphones, and still had that sickly feeling in my stomach after completing my order. Very was quick to deliver the following day, despite the late night order. After unpacking, I flipped open the lid of the AirPods case and straight away was greeted with the AirPods animation on my iPhone. One tap on connect and I was done. Seamless and, quite frankly, a million times faster and easier to connect that the Sonys. After waiting patiently for the AirPods to update to the latest software I toggled all the settings to product the highest quality streaming and enabled Dolby Atmos. Theres a head tracking feature that Ill come to in just a moment, but for the basics, Dolby Atmos takes a variety of sound sources and cleverly places each sound element to different parts of the sound stage. In laymans terms, youll hear the sound not only from the left and right, but also above your head. You can pinpoint sounds that feel like theyre coming from further away and like the sound is in the room with you. When you add in head tracking, the sound remains centre stage so when you move your head from left to right, the sound stays in front of you. It really is truly immersive.Dolby Atmos and Spatial Audio combined with Apple TV services is top of my list for the most impressive feature overall. I jumped on to my iPad, fired up the first episode of See and played the first ten minutes. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. In my mind, the sound wasnt coming from the earphones, but instead coming from the iPad but filling the room as though it was a cinema. When I moved my head the sound stayed in front of me and gave me a hard time trying to figure out what was going on. I had to check that I had my earphones in and that other people couldnt hear what I was watching, and I remained unconvinced that they couldnt. I felt like I was sitting in the comfy chair at the cinema, with sounds coming from all over I could truly pick out where each individual noise was coming from. Its truly astounding.Take this technology and now apply it to Apple Music. Whilst there are only a few thousand tracks that support the Dolby Digital format, all other Music can be heard in Spatialised Audio. The technology will take a stereo recorded audio track and do its best to create a sound stage thats as close to real surround sound as possible, so whilst not the same as the Dolby Digital experience, its a great halfway compromise that Ive been enjoying everyday. In summary, the sound quality of the AirPods Pro fall short of the Sony earphones, the deep lows and the crisp highs arent quite as good. BUT, with the new audio technology available through AirPods Pro, the simplicity and integration to the Apple ecosystem, the much smaller case and wireless charging capability make the AirPods Pro a superb choice, particularly if you can get them for under 200.

I have only used these ear puds with a iPhone on only so far. I do not what experience or ease of use you will have with other devices. So with that said, these ear puds are excellent over all. The battery life is amazing even with noise canceling or transparency setting on. Transparency setting allows outside noise to enter like heading aids, but with less audio enhancement while listening to you movies, song, calls, and or audio books. There is also a spatial audio setting that enhances movies and gaming audio experience. Turning on the spatial audio option is awesome, you get a near prefect audio surround sound immersion. The ear buds have touch controls on the device that allow you to change some of the setting without touching your phone or other device they are connected to. Also very important these ear puds charge very fast. Less than 15 mins seems to give them a full charge pugged into a charger or just charging in their case. Those are the pros of the device and here are some cons. First and foremost they do not have much in the way of customizing the audio your listing to via its own settings. You get five setting only volume control up or down, Noise canceling on or off, transparency on or off, and spatial on or off. They fit in my ear well but not the best. They fall out of my ears while changing shirts. They will not fill cancel all noise in noise canceling mode but it is still very good for such a small device that is wireless and fits in your ear. They still cost more then most or their competitors some of which like the Samsung ear buds have better audio settings. Over all I would recommend these to other Apple ecosystem users but maybe not anyone else because their competitors do well if not better on other devices as to compared apple devices. Buy if you are a Apple user.

Great shipping and packaging. Removed 1 star from value, because theyre 100 more on FH, however I got them during Dec when they had a coupon bringing them to only 10 more than Apples cost. My favorite part is how the touch haptic senses whenever you take an AirPod out of your ear and pauses whatever youre listening to automatically and then resumes play as soon as its back in your ear. Not to mention the transparency mode As the mom of a three year old, I need to keep my eyes and ears on at all times, and I love that with the AirPods Pro I have the option to choose between Noise Cancellation works perfectly to block the sound of loud fans and machines, Off, or Transparency mode which uses a mic on the AirPods to funnel sound back into your ears on top of whatever your listening to, especially helpful when using in a grocery store. The other thing that is so smart and convenient is the Bluetooth charging case, because I can just lay the case down on a Bluetooth charger while using the AirPods Pros in my ears and then as soon as theyre low on battery takes about 4.55 hours I can just place them back in the case for a quick charge without having to sit next to a cord which makes charging on the go a breeze The only cons, as others mentioned is that while they do come with a charging cable, they do not come with a block to plug it into an outlet, not to mention the usb size is the special USBC. Another con to note is that if you purchase the protection plan through FingerHut then you are unable to purchase AppleCare through Apple. As far as size and them falling out of your ears though, they come with 3 ear tips, to adjust for a snug fit so they dont fall out. Personally, I had to swap out the Medium size they come installed with for the Small ear tips and since then have had no issues with them falling out. So thats my only advice, even if the AirPods pass the fit test use your own judgement and try the other included sizes for the perfect fit

Last year I bought the 2nd gen AirPods, and loved how well they integrated with other Apple products. Ive been using AirPods Pro since midJuly, and its easily the best earphones Ive ever used. The noise cancellation is really nice, especially when using public transport. The new auto device switching feature makes it even more seamless when switching between my Apple TV, iPhone and MacBook. Ive also used the new Spatial Audio feature a bit too which simulates 5.1 surround and from what Ive experienced, its shockingly accurate A tiny complaint I have is the fit, but it shouldnt be a huge deal for most since it has other size tips included. So if youre in need for wireless earbuds, are invested in Apples ecosystem, and are looking specifically for features like noise cancellation, definitely go for AirPods Pro if price isnt an issue. TLDR AirPods Pro are powerful and convenient if you use Apple products and dont mind the high price.

At first, I was disappointed by the sound quality, but thats because Im spoiled by the HomePods sound quality. Since were home more often now, I use HomePod for my music listening and Im spoiled by its sound. Well, sometimes external noise dogs barking, family chatter, neighbors can be distracting as a student, so I wanted to try the noisecancellation of AirPods Pro. Once I enabled Noisecancellation, it became clear that THIS is the feature that makes AirPods Pro stand out. Combining sound isolation with my music even at low volume drowns out background sound, and puts you in a state of seclusion. Its like being placed in a bubble with only you and your music. Studying has improved. Focus has improved. Stress has reduced. The immersion of noisecancellation and simplicity of its functionality almost make these an indispensable tool for me.Also, Transparency mode is almost as if not more incredible. With Transparency mode, you can hear your surroundings as if you arent wearing them at all. I think I can hear better with them in my ears on Transparency mode than without them. Its pretty crazy.Noisecancellation and Transparency alone make these an excellent choice for me. I enjoy incredible sound quality, and while these sound great, I wouldnt say its the best feature of these earphones. Theyre definitely something worth experiencing yourself.

As someone who purchased the AirPods Pro as an upgrade from the original AirPods, which I loved, I can attest that they are a significant improvement. The sound cancellation is very impressive. It will basically entirely cancel any low to medium volume background noise, especially if it is a continuous noise such as a fan. Louder noises will be noticeably reduced, but you will still hear them. Transparency mode is also very useful if you want to be aware of your surroundings while walking or need to talk to someone briefly.Additionally, the spatial audio is remarkable. While it only currently works with a handful of apps such as Apple TV and Disney, its really cool to experience. It basically feels like youre not actually wearing the AirPods because the sound seems to come directly out of your iPhone.Lastly, the AirPods Pro are very easy to setup and connect to your iPhone or Mac. Im still waiting for Big Sur to be released so that I can try the seamless switching between the two devices. The wireless charging is certainly convenient but not gamechanging. The only reason I didnt give 55 for ease of use is that they do still hurt my ears somewhat after wearing them for 30 minutes to an hour. Perhaps I just have sensitive ears though.

I need these for spoken word, Audible, podcasts etc. If you are an apple user, and not an audiophile, and you are rich, then these are FANTASTIC. they work like a breeze with all my devices, you can control Siri to raise and lower headphone volumes, answer texts verbally etc. They are really good for music at my level not an audiophile, losing hearing, especially in the treble range. They are a million times better than airpods one, that always end up going quiet because they get blocked with ear wax Ive taken various pairs back several times. The noise cancelling is amazing for something so small, but not the best especially comparing to overtheear monsters. The hearthrough, however is amazing, the mics are brilliant at getting the noise from the external environment. If you are tight on cash, buy something else. If you want the best experience in music they are not worth buy the Sony instead. Otherwise, go ahead

Great alternative to the regular AirPods. Ive had the first generation and second generation AirPods so moving up to the AirPods Pro was a big leap. The noise cancellation is very good, just make sure that you have a good seal with the in ear silicone tips. It did take me a while to figure out that each ear of mine takes a different sized tip, Medium and Small. They stay in much better that way and noise cancellation is great. Just like all noise cancelation earbuds, it will not get all noises, but it does a good job for a lot of frequencies. The transparency mode is a great in office and out in public feature, it really does a good job at letting you hear your surroundings or people that are talking to you without having to take off the earbuds. The battery life could be better but thats what you get with noise cancelling and transparency modes, extra battery power needed. The case is way nice to get a quick recharge and the fact that its wireless charging is a plus. If you have troubles with the ear tip fit, check out amazon for some alternatives with better fits and sizes along with memory foam silicone coated tips. With the new software updates, spacial audioDobly is a really cool feature along with auto switching from one apple device to another apple device seamlessly. You can also have the earbuds read out your texts messages as they come in with Siri, and reply hands free. I use these when doing work at home, podcasting late at night, and making important phone calls during the day.

Ok, so I have not used noise reducing headphones or earbuds in the past but I am an avid apple user. I decided to buy the AirPod pros to replace my regular AirPods. I was looking for something that kept me in the ecosystem and would help me silence out the background noise at home with the kids and when Im out and about. The AirPod pros work as intended and do a good job of silencing out the background noise. They are uncomfortable at first and then they either soften up or I just got used to them. Either way I can wear them for hours now. The battery has never died on me so I cant tell you how long they last. Several hours like the regular air pods. I heard people complain about condensation or ear sweat, you do have to keep your ears clean as this relies on a perfect fit to keep the noise reduction working so occasionally you might take a tissue to your ear if its hot outside. All in all its a good product. Ill be excited to see what feature the next gen will have. These do reduce noise but I wonder if they will ever get to the point where it cuts out all noise around you 100. I would recommend.

I was always a headphones guy. I didnt think I could get the audio quality and comfort I wanted from earbuds. A few years ago, I gave in and bought AirPods the original model. The audio quality was sufficient, and lucky for me, they fit well too. Many others I knew had trouble with comfort with that model. Over the last few months, something electrical started to give out. The left airpod would die within a few minutes and basically rendered them useless. For that reason, I was hesitant about buying a new pair of AirPods, especially when they costed 100 more than the original ones did. These ones have been worth every penny. The replaceable tips give them unprecedented comfort. The sound quality is impeccable. But perhaps the most amazing feature is the noise cancelling. I put them on in the car and I could no longer hear the car running for a second I thought I went deaf I say all this to say…these AirPods are incredible…

Im giving this three stars because sound is greathowever tried to cancel soon after ordering, because price seemed way too high for these. Even though it was still in edit mode, it didnt allow me to cancel and it came shortly after in mail, with order still being in edit mode. I figured since I got them, and paid such ridiculous shipping, I may as well try them. As I said sound was great. But the accessories were so flimsy and cheap. I looked up price for these accessories and believe me they were no where near this. I found the AirPods with wireless charging case on another online shopping site, for 189.00. Thats much cheaper than price I paid and dont have to pay shipping. Yes its great to have easy pay, and you may not have interest, but with the price you pay, it is just as bad. This definitely is not a good value, and its even higher now. I returned them yesterday. I ordered them with accessories that were much nicer, and a much better price.

I love these they work flawlessly with my iPhone, iPad, MacBook. The features are awesome I had a different brand of ear pods before these and hated that I could never hear my surroundings with them in.Because of that, I would only ever wear 1 in my right ear. I walk dogs and I needed to be able to hear my surroundings well, and also couldnt fumble holding my phone while walking multiple dogs. There Transparency mode is amazing It can even enhance what you hear whats going on around you. And when Im home and need it, I can click on either pod to instantly switch to noise cancellation.Everything is just great.Only thing I would change is better battery life and being able to use these universally with all my electronics. The functions I love are limited on other devices that arent Apple.

The AirPod pros are amazing technologically. The ANC and transparency mode is superior to anything else. However, there are a significant number of people out there who experience an allergic reaction to these. Check out the Apple forum and see tons of people experiencing the exact same symptoms itching, clear drainage from ears, ear infections, crusty ear canals. The similarity of symptoms is uncanny. It took me almost a year to realize that it was my AirPod pros causing the problem. I never suspected them because I never had issues with other earbuds.Clearly some people are able to use them just fine. I wish I could because they are otherwise amazing earbuds. But be aware of these issues as it seems to be quite a few people with very similar symptoms

This is an amazing product but I do not think it is for everyone, as for some people it stays on their ears, for others it wont but personally I think it is worth it. The ability to easily switch between noise cancelling and the transparency feature while outside, in the mall or in the university library is great. If an earphone falls out the music or whatever you are listening to stops playing, so that you become aware if one of the earphones fall off, although I have never experienced it falling off for me after switching the ear tip to the smallest, especially when I am eating food or in the gym. It is best to clean the ear tips and the AirPods every now and then with computer screen wipes so that the ear tip does not get too slippery from sweat etc. Another tip that may be useful is to change the ear tips to the smallest size as I found that even though the fit test showed that the medium size was good, the AirPods kept falling off so I decided to switch to the smallest ear tip which prevented it from falling off so easily. My friend told me it is was not loud enough even with noise cancellation on, but I think it is. My friend is mostly used to having headphones on with pretty loud volumes when playing video games which is likely why he thinks they are not loud enough. If you are not planning to use noise cancelling, I do not recommend you get the AirPods Pro as personally I think they are the main highlight of the product. Also if anyone is wondering you can still play music with one AirPod on one ear and the other charging on the case, although you cannot have noise cancelling on with only 1 AirPod on and if the other AirPod is not in the charging case, the music or whatever you are listening to will stop playing unless you manually play it as if it is not in the case the AirPods will recognise the other airpod as fallen off. Finally enjoy your AirPods Pro, they are worth it, although it may not be for everyone which is why there are other options for those considering to buy wireless earphones

At 249, these are priced in the same class of truly wireless headphones such as Master Dynamic and Sennheiser, and sonically they just dont match up. Now while the AirPods Pro raison detre isnt highend audio, if they are going to priced in the premium segment, theyre going to be compared to premium headphones, and the audio needs to be better than what they are. Sonically, these are, for all intents and purposes, a slight improvement over the second generation AirPods wwireless charging case. Compared to other headphones at this price the sound stage is relatively narrow, the bass uncontrolled, and the mids harsh and grating. The sound isnt terrible by any means, but neither is it very remarkable and thats just not good enough for 249.The inear comfort and design isnt all Apple has touted it to be. Even with the largest eartips I have to jam them uncomfortably far into my ear canals to get a good seal and sound. Apples iOS 13.2 builtin fit test tells me that I get a good fit with both the medium and large eartips. The mediums certainly make things more comfortable, but they didnt form a very good seal and the audio was on par with my nonPro AirPods 2nd gen. The large eartips allow for a much better sound, but theyre uncomfortable and not something I can use for extended listening, so its all moot. And the white eartips are going to get trashed very quickly.Noise cancelling and ambient listening are good additions, but the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless also offer these features alongside bestinclass sound for the same price as of this writing the Sennheisers are on sale for 249. While the Sennheiser offer only passive noise isolation in lieu of ANC, I found I hear less of my surroundings with them than I do with the AirPods Pro even with active noise cancellation enabled. The Master Dynamic MW07 GOs I own also offer better passive outside noise abatement than the AirPods Pro ANC and are more comfortable. The MW07 GO do lack ambient listening, but theyre also 50 cheaper than the AirPods Pro.I also found the force sensors on the stems to be a bit finicky to use. In the position the headphones sit in my ears, the control surfaces butt up against my face and require some feeling around to find and press properly. Mine didnt always click when pressed, or initiate the corresponding command when pressed. As annoying as it is to tap on my ears with the regular AirPods, its a much simpler and convenient control scheme, and darn near foolproof. And still not being able to adjust the volume without invoking Siri which requires Internet access to work an asinine limitation, and is horrendously slow when it does work is absolutely ridiculous for a third generation product commanding a 249 premium I shouldnt need the Internet or physical access to the transmitting device to adjust the volume on truly wireless headphones.Battery life is about average for the segment at 5 hours, or 4.5 hours with ANC or Transparency mode enabled. The Sennheisers offer about 4 hours and the Master Dynamics are rated for 10 hours though I doubt theyll last that long.Lastly, even after being returned to their charging case, they remain connected to my MacBook Pro for some time, which would cause some unnecessary battery drain if not manually disconnected. This happens every time. The nonPro AirPods do not exhibit this issue. The only things I can say I like about these are that the Bluetooth connection is more reliable than my other headphones even with Bluetooth 5, my Sennheisers and Master Dynamics start cutting out after about 30 feet thanks to Apples custom H1 chip, the always on Hey Siri integration except for volume adjustment, and the sleek, pocketable charging case.I really wanted to like these more than I did I enjoy my 2nd gen AirPods, but unless one is fully committed to Apples ecosystem and vertical integration, or love the original andor nearly identical 2nd gen AirPods but want a better sounding version with ANC and ambient listening, I cant recommend these. There are headphones at this price point and cheaper that are better than this. Im honestly quite disappointed for 249 I expected better than this.I tested these extensively alongside the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless and Master Dynamic MW07 GO, and between the three here are my personal preferences taking into account price to features ratio1. Sennheiser MTW 2492. Master Dynamic MW07 GO 1993. AirPods Pro 249

These AirPods arent that great for me. They consistently lose connection with my phone also an Apple productiphone12 disrupting important work calls. I have to fish around trying to find my phone while in the middle of conversations to reconnect to calls. The earbuds are a lot larger than the older models and they tend to make my ear a little sore after a few minutes so I can only wear them for very short periods, 1015 minutes maximum before they start irritating the cartilage that it presses against. The noise cancellation is also a little strange as it gives the effect of being underwater when I hear myself speaking on calls. Although these are designed to have more features I feel the older model worked just as well, if not better, they were a better fit for smaller ears like mine and they were half the price I regret thinking that newer is better. This the higher end to the Apple earbuds however all of the Apple earbuds sound the same except that the PRO has noise cancellation capability meaning you can cut out most outside noises on both or one ear bud. Other than that all 3 versions of these earbud are exactly the same in quality of sound. I do really appreciate the noise cancellation. Used it on an airplane and it is amazing. This one has Wireless charging case unless you truly have an issue with plugging in the case for charging which can still be done with this wireless charging case. I find this angle of sale benefit silly. Either wireless charging case or not, you must still charge the case on a device which must plugs into the wall. Not worth caring about this feature.Ear bud tip On this product there are rubber tips. Rubber tip or not, my ear buds fall out of my ear constantly. This can be an issue if they fall into a sink. However with this one I used the largest ear tip bud for a women size its seam overkill, but this gave me the greatest security in keeping ear buds in ear. They still fell out if it got caught in my hair.Mic for talking works great and Im actually impressed that you can carry a conversation this way.Cost for this version is the most expensive, but I find all Apple products are always over priced.

The sound quality is good in these headphones, and so is the noise cancelling. However, they will not stay in my ears for more than 15 seconds at a time. They slip out constantly, which makes it really hard to enjoy listening to music with them on at all. I have tried every size tip, Ive done the tip fit test multiple times, and nothing helps. Lord help you if you want to wear them for exercise, because they wont even stay in your ears for 2 seconds at a time, especially if youre running or bouncing at all. Ive had to resort to buying special hooks to keep them in my ears, and they dont even fit in the case with the hooks on. My verdict you can get even better sound quality and noise cancellation from headphones cheaper than these, that will stay in your ears properly and will be much less of a hassle. Unless you have your heart absolutely set on AirPods and are willing to be stressed out by them constantly falling out of your ears, do not buy them. 100 not worth the price.

When I started looking for wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation, I checked competitors like Jabra, Sony and others just because I didnt want to be biased by brand loyalty. I have many apple products so it was a no brained that AirPods Pro would fit better than others in the ecosystem. However after using AirPods Pro for a year, I would say Im extremely happy with this purchase for several reasons like connectivity, decent battery life, audio quality and the output overall. It has been a utility purchase for me because I walk around my home and workplace while leaving my phone at the desk a lot of times. I was amazed by how far I can be away from the device and still be connected to my AirPods. Excellent piece of earbuds with occasional connectivity issues but the updates keep rolling. I would definitely recommend the AirPods Pro to any buyers out here, who use wireless pods a lot in day to day life. I would also recommend spending more to go for quality, rather than buying other cheaper options.

Waited a while to get these and have used the regular AirPods for a couple years now. Read a lot of reviews on various products. I wanted something that blocks ambient sounds more than the traditional AirPods so that I can lower the volume and save my hearing. Plan was to use these for exercise primarily…jumping rope and weightlifting. These are good for sound isolation for the price. At least in my experience, they are not completely sound blocking, but the sound isolation is very good and serves the purpose for which I bought them from that perspective. I used them outdoors in the backyard to pull vines from the trees and uproot them from the ground read a lot of up and downsidetosidehead bobbing and turning movements. Lots of sweating. No hint of them possibly falling out even when I tripped over a vine and came down hard. I have been traveling and havent gotten on the jump rope yet with them, but I have no expectation at all that they will fall out.I dont remember how long theyre rated to last, but I bingewatched a TV series over the Thanksgiving weekend easy pairing with the Mac and was surprised, after four hours, to see that there was a good bit of juice left. Also, loved thatat least with Netflixwhen I pulled one out of my ear to talk to others, video playback automatically paused. Maybe thats standard with headphonesearbuds these days, but I dont buy new tech that often.

As an Apple user deeply embedded in the ecosystem, the user experience of these bluetooth airpods is amazing. Connection is typically great, and I like how easy it is to switch from device to device. I also love the share audio feature with other airpods nearby ANC is incredible, and transparency mode is very handy and nice as well sound quality and ANC makes these very nice bluetooth earbuds for nonapple users too. However, two main complaints about this are For nonapple users, there seem to be more connectivity issues upon startup from watching my friends experience, though when it is in use the connection is quite strong and doesnt tend to drop a common problem for a lot of bluetooth earbuds apparently is the massive decrease in audio quality when the airpods are being actively used as both input and output sources ie. calling someone on zoom and listening to spotify at the same time having voice memo open and listening to media at the same time. i know this is a codec software issue that isnt unique to airpods, but still sucks to experience, especially given the price tag

If you are debating between the original airpods and the airpod pros, I would recommend spending the extra money and get the pros. The sound quality is good, and the noise reduction works nicely too there is a selection of inear tips so you should be able to find the size that best suits you. These are lightweight without the worry that they would just fall out of your ear. You can skip back forward track, pause play music, and activate deactivate the noise reduction from either of the two ear buds. If you want to turn the music up or down, you have to use your phone buttons or use siri. The case always charges your ear buds when you put them away. The case itself lasts a long time between charges, and the ear buds themselves have a good battery life too. I havent used the wireless charging facility. The charger cable does not have a USB tip, so you will need an adaptor if you dont have a recent iPhone MacBook device.

First off, everyone complaining and giving bad reviews for how much an item costs on Fingerhut, I suggest you go back to the TC of when you first signed up. The prices are marked up, for the convenience of paying over time. Now that I got that out of the way, I love my new Airpods Pro. I just recently got my first iPhone the iPhone 12. I was thinking between these and Beats Solo3, only to find out theyre not available any more, so that made my decision easier. I am just finding out, what most have known for some time already, and that Apple products are very well made, and worth their price. I had gotten some Airpods Pro for my fiance for her birthday. I liked them very much, so I had to get a pair for myself.I use them constantly, as I am working from home, and use them to takemake calls throughout my 10hour shift. I have to charge the Pods twice a day, and the charging case, only once every 34 days. The iPhone instantly recognizes them upon putting them on. There is a handy widget that shows the individual lives of the Airpods themselves, as well as the case. There was static coming from the Pods my first time using them, but I havent heard it since, so it may have been the particular line I was on. I know, especially this time of year, these same Airpods may be on sale. If you can pay outright, I suggest doing so. This is not a knock on Fingerhut, I have been using them for years. I am simply suggesting you know what you are getting yourself into, rather than leaving a bad review because you didnt.

For earbuds, these are amazing for their ease of use, size, and weight. The fit is comfortable and you barely notice them in your ears. I was worried they would fall out during workouts, but have not had any issues. They last all day long. Setup couldnt be more simple with an iPhone and its easy to pair these with other devices like computers and Peloton BikeTread.Best Buy delivered these to my doorstep within 2 hours of ordering even though the original delivery date was going to be 3 days away. I was blown away Talk about exceeding expectationsWhat could be betterThe noise cancelling is not anywhere near as good as my Bose over the ear headphones. For example, they dont filter out typing on a keyboard or mouse clicks at all. Voices are subdued somewhat. So I definitely expected more in this area considering my Bose headphones are 5 years old.I rated the value as excellent, but only because of the Black Friday deal. If I would pay the normal price, Id knock off 1 star in that subcategory.

Before buying the new AirPods Pro, I read numerous reviews pitting them against my Sony WF1000XM3 and most have the Sonys winning. Now having both I have to say I completely disagree. The form factor of the AirPods Pro is better, theyre lighter, and fit better in the ear without causing longwear pain to the cartilage of the outer ear. Regarding overall sound quality, theyre excellent for this price range and theyre as good as the Sony BUT LOUDER. That was my biggest complaint with the Sony is that while theyre not quiet, sometimes I wanted to really blast a song and just as it was beginning to get good and loud, my volume control was bottomed out leaving me wanting a tad more. Ive tried pushing it using the EQ in Spotify but all that did was introduce input distortion. These AirPod Pros get loud enough to where I find myself actually bumping the volume down a notch or two from max. Ive yet to hear them distort with a flat EQ.For a really unfair comparison, I hooked up my Shure SE846s to the iPhone X via a wired DACAmp combo for a proper listening session to Sub Focus Torus album. After a few minutes I then went back to the AirPods Pros. Yeah… zero contest and a good reminder why 1000 inear headphones cost a 1000 but, at the same time, I wasnt let down by the Apples either they sound good in their own right. Given that theyre wireless, super easy to use, smaller, significantly cheaper, I think theyre worth every bit of their asking price. Not a let down even against a pair of real IEMs.For anyone considering the AirPods Pro versus the Sony WF1000XM3, I own both and, handsdown, the AirPods are the winners. I would even say in the noisecancellation department too. I just completed a flight yesterday and got a chance to try out the noise cancellation. Worked a treat and I didnt need a 3rdparty app to control the ambient noise volume since its built right into the iPhone.Side note for any Shure owners reading this I have tried their Mk2 Bluetooth adapters for the 846s and theyre crap. Sound quality is good but nowhere near loud enough to enjoy. I also tried an older standalone Sony bluetooth receiveramp and while it was louder than Shures offering, the sound quality was garbage in comparison to the AirPods Pro. If I want a good listening session, I go wired with the Shures. For travel and everything else, Ill happily reach for the AirPods Pro.

Pros Initially thought they were too expensive which is why it took me this long to purchase. It was only because of the daily exercise allowed with lockdown that I realised I needed AirPods. Once I tried then, I regretted that I didnt buy then earlier. I used them for listening to my iPhone 11 when walking or MacBook Air and iPad when watching Skygo. The face that Siri is fully functional is brilliant because I have access to so many commands handsfree. Noise cancellation is really useful so when I am cutting the grass I can continue even when a call comes through. When the AirPods are placed near my iPhone 11 it shows the battery life for both the AirPods and the charging case, which is so useful. I have skipped wearing the AirPods and they remained in place, which is great. But what is strange is that I was walking calmly and the right AirPod fell and just missed rolling into the roadI enjoy keeping the iPhone, MacBook Air, or iPad in my room while I walk around the house or garden listening to music. Now I am working from home due to lockdown, I am delighted that the AirPods connect to the Windows Surface Pro as well. The quality of connection to nonApple devices is premium quality as well.Overall, I am completely satisfied with my Airpods. A little secret, I am now able to listen to music in bed while my husband snores the AirPods are that comfortable that I am able to wear them while I am laying down in bed at night. When the AirPods are placed near my iPhone 11 it shows the battery life for both the AirPods and the charging case, which is so useful.Cons 1. Sometimes I have found it difficult to remove the AirPods from their case. It has taken several attempts.2. While I was walking the right AirPod fell from my ear. It rolled and I quickly chased it just catching it before it fell into the road. Imagine if I hadnt caught it and it had fallen into the path of an oncoming car3. Put the connect button on the AirPods, not the charging case. I often change from listening from my iPhone to my MacBook Air and realise the charging case is upstairs. If the connect button was on the AirPods it would be more convenient.

I love them Theyre sure to fit snug as long as you have the ears for them. Ive been told these may not be compatible for everyone and could be too large to fit even with the included smaller tips. Ive find the smallest size fits well for me and Ive even fallen asleep with them on. Not recommended to do so but its just an example of how comfortable they can be. I feel 3x more confident that they wont drop out of my ears when I go for a run compared to the Gen 2 Airpods. Spacial audio is a great experience when you have the available media.. The only reason I wont give it five stars is because they got rid of the tap functions from the other model airpods. It probably has to do with the size of the Airpod Pros but I feel like they could have redesigned them to offer the functionality. They did replace that feature with buttons you can squeeze. However, I dont find myself using these functions as much as the tapping on my Gen 2 Airpods. Still love them. Audio quality is great, the noisecancellation is adequate, and the sound transparency which lets you hear your surroundings could also amplify noises.Quality is excellent as per Apples standardsValue is average only bc I dont see any other manufacturer offering this form factor but I do think its slightly overpriced. I had the regular AirPods and loved them. So when they no longer held their charge about 3 years for me, it was time for an upgrade.I have had the AirPod Pros for a month now. The sound quality is much better than the original AirPods. But for some reason, the tips dont fit my ears well. As such, I cant get a proper seal with any of the tips. Thus, I am unable to take full advantage of the noise canceling feature. Also, the size of the AirPods are larger than the originals. At first fit, I didnt like the larger size, but got used to it. So it isnt a big deal. They fit much better in the ear, and do not feel like they will fall out. I also like how comfortable they feel when laying on a pillow. The original ones were somewhat uncomfortable when resting on a pillow. I think the auto reading of text messages received is the best feature. In the first week I had them, I thought the original AirPods were better except for the sound quality. But now, I love the Pros. The sound quality is better, the fit is more comfortable, there is no feeling of a loose fit, they are sweatwater resistant, the tips keep waxdirt from clogging the speakers, and it reads your text messages to youTwo things I would change1 I like the double tap feature on the original AirPods for pausingunpausing. Its much faster than squeezing the AirPods.2 I wish there were better fitting tips to better experience the noise canceling feature.

Tbh you can buy these anywhere and if youve had the original AirPods you can rest assured that these are even better. Great sound, good noise cancellation, great battery life and above all comfortable. The important thing to consider though is why you should buy these from Richer Sounds and not the million other sellers. I had a pair of Cambridge Audio Melomania for 18 months that I bought from RS. In the end I started to get some interference and one of the metal bands came loose. I contact RS they organised for a courier to next day delivery a brand new pair and take away my broken ones.I thought that was quite impressive but before opening the new ones I rang the store to see if I could upgrade to the pros. Spoke to the Preston manager and no problem. Paid the extra over the phone. AirPods where delivered next day and I returned the Melomania to the store.Ive used RS since they opened their London Bridge store and I can honestly say its worth purchasing from here for the peace of mind that you get great customer service.

Ive been wanting to try these since they came out, but already had two sets of the regular AirPods thought I lost the first ones, bought replacements…found the first ones again. You know how it goesIm SO glad I bit the bullet and got them. The regular AirPods and all hard headphones really hurt my ears. Apparently Im more of a delicate flower than I like to think. These are perfect for me. I dont notice them in my ears and have been really happy with the sound quality. I mostly wear them on walks around my neighborhood, listening to podcasts. Spotify sounds great through them too dont come at me Im def not a fancy music listener, cant speak to the tonal quality or any of that jazz.It has taken me a while to get used to having phone conversations through them I catch myself speaking louder than necessary because of the noise cancellation inching closer and closer to being a boomer every day. That being said its all MY issue, not the AirPods Pro. Theyre great.Get em and your dainty ears will love you for it.

From sound quality to build quality these earbuds pack a punch I originally purchased these but after two faulty units and went with the high end Sony WF1000XM3. I literally returned them the next day because they failed in comparison to the AirPods Pro.Sound Quality 1010Honestly, the sound quality on these buds are the best Ive ever heard. They get really loud without losing quality. The bass really, really bumps and the treble is clear and concise. I literally hear new instruments in music that Ive never heard before while listening with these earbuds. Theyre that goodFeatures 810From noise cancellation to pass through, these earbuds pack all of the necessary components to survive every day life. The automatic noise cancellation is SERIOUSLY mind blowing. Compared to the Sony WF1000XM3s, they completely blow them out of the water. The hum of an airplane cabin is eliminated, the roar of machinery in a factory ceases to exist and the cars on the road are gone with ANC enabled. The pass through is also top notch and feels like the buds arent in your ears.Fit 710The fit of these buds is the only gripe I have, but even then its nitpicking. I find that the earbuds slowly drift out of my ears while walking around or bending up and down. Its not a big deal because they never get to the point of falling out, but sometimes they lose the seal for ANC to really work. Im not sure if my eartips are too small or too big but I havent really played with them much. The buds themselves are very comfortable and do not stick out as much as the regular Airpods. They tend to curve outward and back in as opposed to the straight down stick of the regular Airpods.Battery Life 1010The battery life is just amazing. I put them in at 9am and listen to podcasts until 130pm and theyre usually at 15. I pop them in the charging case during my 30 minute lunch break and theyre back at 100 to last another 4 hours. I always keep pass through or ANC on but with it off I would get an extra 30 minutes of life.Overall 910For the price at the time of writing this review 220 and compared to other true wireless earbuds, the AirPods Pro take the cake for me. I can never see myself switching to another brand for my wireless audio needs.Good job, Apple. You finally made something good.

This is a review of Apple AirPod Pro vs Jabra Active 75t.TLDR I wanted to like, neigh, love the Jabra set, but the Apple product met my needs better. Why I wanted true wireless earbuds My trusty Anker Bluetooth behind the ears earbuds were aging, and I had a few specific gripes on business trips that I wanted to resolve.1. The microphone. I need to be able to take calls in some noisy industrial places, and the Anker set wasnt doing it.2. The wire between the earbuds was a hassle with glasses and a facemask on the airplanes. Thanks, COVID3. I hate the sound of my own footsteps in a sealed ear canal. I would nudge my earbuds halfway out of my ears to prevent that while walking down a terminal or across the city. The results. Jabra could have been the winner, but there were four main issues. Transparency mode was poor, poor performance The microphone quality was constantly panned by peers Switching between more than two devices was fiddly and a pain The plugging effect that I hate when walkingI do like the app, and the sound quality was great. I took them to the hospital for an overnight stay postsurgery. Holy crap That was the best I ever slept in a hospital. I only woke up when the nurse shook me. It was amazing Plus they are so recessed it isnt obvious you are wearing them and they fit in a motorcycle helmet. The first two items could be chalked up to a bad microphone in this pair, but after trying the Air Pods there was no going back. The standout, grand slam feature for the AirPods Pro is the quick switching. This is what Bluetooth connectivity should be. It is amazing. Yeah, I know it is a proprietary thing that rides on top of the Bluetooth protocol, but I heartily wish it was part of the Bluetooth standard I have four iOS devices. A phone and tablet each for work and personal use. No matter how I plan out my day, I find myself always needing to switch from one device to another for Teams or a company broadcast or a phone call or a moviemusic. The quick switch feature is seamless and just plain works. The music quality is more than acceptable. The microphone quality is great, even in industrial environments. Transparency mode works as exactly as I would expect. I would like an app or mixer to reduce the amplification of background noise in some environments, it made me feel like I was wearing hearing aids in a busy environment. Finally, I found a pair of headphones that dont have the sealed effect that drives me nuts, thanks to the ported design of the Airpods. The Airpods Pro could improve by addressing these issues Recessed design for use on motorcycles or just for discreetness A phone app to tweak some of the settings Volume adjust on the Airpods themselves dealbreaker for someIn the end, the Airpod Pro was a handsdown winner for what I needed. The microphone performance, vented design, transparency mode, and Apples quickswitch feature could not be matched by my experience with Jabra Active 75ts performance.

It paid off for me and now I have authentic AirPods Pro for almost half the price of new ones, with a caveat you probably wont be able to add AppleCare, because these are refurbs. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried about getting a defective item, but since I purchased from Walmart, and not a thirdparty, I could return the AirPods to a local store for a refund if there were any issues. The AirPods Pro arrived in the original box, with 3 ear tip sizes the ones on the ear buds, plus two other sizes on a card, and a USBCLightning charging cable. Everything looked clean and new, with no scratches, and the AirPods Pro paired with my iPhone easily. The AirPods themselves arrived fully charged, and the wireless charging case had about a 20 charge, once plugged in the light came on and the case started charging. They will show up in your Find My devices, so that should help avoid accidental losses.Any questions about sound quality are totally subjective, but I havent noticed any popping or static, both ANC and Transparency modes work, and Apples Spatial Audio is noticeable. As I mentioned above and others have pointed out, it doesnt look like you can add AppleCare protection to these, but again, if youve want the best ear buds for the Apple ecosystem, 50 off is hard to argue with.

So I purchased these at a time when the price dropped to 199. Initially, I ordered from Walmart.com my first pair actually fit quite well with the small buds. I was studying for a major exam and needed to drown out as many sounds as possible. The first day I got them I put them in and I thought I lost power in my house. All the small noises you may or may not be aware of in your environment was almost null. The droning of my AC, bathroom fan, laptop fan which was totally cool. However, just within the first couple days, I had connection issues where they would go completely silent. No sound would come out and even the noise cancellingtransparency setting would lose the sound notification. Once the sound would slowly come back there was a horrible screeching noise as if all the sound from ongoing music, and multiple presses in an attempt to switch transparency settings was trying to catch up all at once. After a pretty annoying instore returnexchange process I have a new pair. Unfortunately for some odd reason the buds do not fit me as well as the first pair even when switched Even had one plop out of my ear when I was standing. Not having connection issues.Battery I have earbuds wo noise cancelling I bought several years ago 15 that work to this day and last me double what Airpods do. Airpods 4ish hours w noisecancelling and a bit more without NC then back into the case so all and all you can get a full 24hrs in with multiple charges.Looks White clean look. earbuds youre gonna see how nasty your ears are.Sound I think the average consumer will enjoy. There are more subtle aspect of music that I didnt pick up on with other headphones. Doesnt get as loud as my cheaper earbuds tbh.Fit probably more luck than the regular airpods or wired default apple earbuds given but could still cause problems for tinier ears. Luckily there are third party tips that can be boughtProsEasy connection almost instant to apple devices. Can switch between apple devices with the same iCloud account.noise cancelling first timer pretty cool but think could be betterIf regular wired apple headphones dont work for you, you might have luck w these.Consway too expensive to what I think theyre worth.Final thoughts do not buy these full price. if you really wanna shell out money and probably get more worth Id look into Sony earbudsor overear headphones. Ill keep them for the somewhat quieting effect

For people who never use these to the people who never have them out of your ears…these are worth itI dont use these everyday or for that long of duration. I was skeptical because my tiny ears never keep buds in them. They either never fit OR dont stay in.Admittedly, the left one falls out periodically or I feel it slipping but its not terrible. These come with 2 or 3 different size squishy ear pieces and that are magnetic and easy to swap out.You can use 1 just one. If you use both, youre given the option to shut off the world or somewhat be involved if you shut off the world you WILL NOT hear anythingWhen I was given these and my husband and i were testing them out, I was on the opposite side of the couch with a chill song on lowish I heard NOTHING.Remove from ears, your music automically pauses.I use them probably more for talking on the phone while driving. I have a wrangler and in the summer time with top off, good luck hearing the person talking handsfree. These work EXCEPTIONALLY wellI LOVE the wireless charging case and how easily they pair with your iPhone. FunFact, they will pair more than with just your iPhone. I have them synced to my windows computer at work AND husband has a Motorola no issues with either This actually REALLY surprised me because as anyone knows, Apple doesnt play well with others

First the fit. They wiggle themselves out within minutes, regardless of tip size. Especially when talking, they do not stay in your ears. The seal on any tip is wildly inconsistent. Any movement with them in causes a feeling of pressure in the ears, and it sounds like something is always tapping or pressing on the body of the buds when theyre inserted. Second the noise cancellation. It works, not amazingly and not horribly. They seem to pick and choose the noises that make it through. Loud sounds make it through. Third the sound quality. Bad in both modes. The original airpods first gen sound significantly better. The bass is shallow, lacking, and incomplete. The midrange and highs are extremely edgy, and without detail. The best way to describe the sound as a whole would be crunchy. There is not enough clarity to hear different instruments well or any kind of soundstage, regardless of recording or playback quality. They are however, aesthetic and quite well optimized for the iPhone, as expected.

Ok Ill admit, Im an iPhone user. But honestly, its these kind of products that make me stay with Apple for phones. The simplicity and setup for these AirPods is straightforward and they are easy to use You take them out the case and the instant you put them into your ears, they turn on Did I mention they have noise cancelling so if you work in a noisy area, that all gets drowned out It is amazing They also have a feature that does the opposite and allows noise in, meaning you can be a true Gen Z zoomer and keep the AirPods in while still being able to hear your surroundings It is very useful if youre lazy like me lol.The battery life for these things is about 5 hours, which honestly is impressive for me especially given how loud and powerful these things are. The audio quality is also near audiophile levels of quality, which is very much a good thing, especially for the priceFor the 200 I spent on these, I have honestly zero regrets Apple has proven to me that even if most of their phones are overpriced beyond belief BUY THE SE, ITS AMAZING AND ONLY 300, and their Macs are just a source of laughing stock, their other products they produce are amazing in their own right

So these earphones are actually pretty good. For comparison I tried the original airpods, they are too big and hurt my ears AND the loudness of music was absolutely trash. Im talking prefer my 7.99 JVC wired headphones over them trash. I then tried the Sennheiser true wireless earphones, a mistake. The loudness was also trash and I expected better from a brand thats supposedly top notch in this category. When I look for earphones I look at how loud the music is on the lowest level. I wear earbuds almost everyday because I listen to music everyday and everywhere I go, so loudness is important for me to drown out the outside world. Ive never had noise cancelling headphones which is why loudness is being repeated in this review, its what I like. Skull candy wired earbuds with no mic used to be my go to but they no longer sell them, so the JVC are a great alternative. These Apple AirPod pro earbuds are great at cancelling loud noises but not so great at cancelling wind blowing through a car window or people talking loud. Id like them to COMPLETELY cancel out all noise and they would get five stars from me. My right earbud slips out a bit so maybe I need to change the tip, but these stay in the ear very well. Theyre definitely ear wax collectors so I pretty much use an alcohol pad to clean them every three uses. Battery life is alright, super weird how the case can be fresh off the charger with no earbuds in it and instantly drop to 87. Maybe I got a bad case The buds last a pretty decent amount of time as well. After awhile they do start to mess with your head, as far as making it a little stuffy which probably means theyve been on too long. If Apple would make these completely take away outside noise, Id love them 100. There are moments where I cannot hear anyone or anything but loud conversations just cant be kept out. Apple should include a little tile tracker on the case or something like with iPhones just in case you lose it, not that I have but just for convenience. I think what also sells me on these is being able to see the percentage screen pop up on my phone when I open the case. Its hard to stray away from Apple products when they add little touches like that for convenience. Id like to try some Bose wireless and Beats just to see what Im missing out on as far as sound quality goes. For these its pretty smooth and full but there is bass missing that I know my favorite songs have. Once again, those JVC 7.99 buds ruined me so I look for these things. Would recommend to a friend, I also paid a great price match price for these so I cant complain. Another thing i like is that I can touch these and my song doesnt switch or Siri doesnt stop it because they have the option to turn that stuff off. The Sennheiser headphones did not and I hated that. Its also why I looked over the Bose true wireless because while many people like touch sensitive things, I do not like accidental interruptions of my favorite song.

AirPod Pro reviewIts an Apple product, so you expect a certain standard. Im sorry to conclude that the Apple AirPod Pros fell short of my expectations. But, if you have huge ears, like to overpay, purchase a product that requires you to buy something else, not be able to disinfect, and have a short battery life while thinking your call might have dropped, this is perfect for you.I have been using headphones for years and prefer the in ear style of headphones with the rubber tip. Unfortunately, for the AirPod Pro, while the rubber tip insert part was fine, the hard plastic that swells up past the rubber caused me discomfort and required me to take them out often. This bulbous part of the earpiece also prevented me from inserting the earphone deeper in my ear they way I am used to, which made the earpiece fall out whenever I bent over. It made working out with them a nuisance. I have never thought my ears were too small for in ear style headphones before I started using the AirPod Pros. While I loved the ability to choose between Active Noise Cancellation technology or I guess regular mode, there was some issues. I would hear static or clicksrandomly at times. Almost like they needed to find signal or lost it. It is disconcerting when talking to someone during a phone call and hearing that, making me feel like the call had disconnected. This would happen with the phone in my hand. The battery life is just too short. While I know you could put them back in the case for a quick charge, I still cannot use them if they are in the case. I felt like I was married to the case because of this. So now I am carrying a phone and case around which is just too much. Not to mention that since I sweat a lot when working out, I have had to wipe them down often. But the left earpiece stopped working which means they cannot handle that level of moisture. Not only that, in the age of COVID, and the need to disinfect everything, you are risking damaging your earpieces when disinfecting. Even more so since they keep falling out of my ear and hitting the floor. There also seemed to be an issue with the charging case sending information to the iPhone about the charge levels. The window that is supposed to pop up on my phone screen when I opened the case to indicate charge levels would work randomly.I love the freedom wireless headphones offer. This was my first attempt at trying them. Unfortunately, The AirPod Pro have made me feel that using my ten dollar wired In ear headphones with the adapter for the iPhone seem like the way to stay until they resolve these issues.I would also like to add….If you still intend on buying the AirPod Pros, get ready to purchase the USBC charging adapter, or use your old USBA lightening cord and adapter. Apple is making it a habit of not providing you with the equipment necessary to use your purchase without having to buy more items or already own them. I recently acquired an iPhone 12

I bought some AirPods to replace the Amazon version 1 earbuds that I had been using. The right bud had developed a buzzing sound that made it useless. I would have considered the AirPods when I bought the Amazon ones but Apple hadnt introduced them yet.The AirPods are certainly not perfect but the fidelity and noise canceling technology they employ is not bad. The real things that make the AirPods better is their small size, light weight and their integration with all things Apple since they easily connect to all my Apple devices. The only negative thing I can say about them is that Ive not been able to get as good a seal with the provided silicon earpieces as I would like. When walking the seal seems to disengage slightly and I need to tap them back into place periodically. I have ordered some third party memory foam earpieces to see if they can alleviate this problem.Buying them at BestBuy reduced their cost though price matching.

AirPods have quickly became the most popular wireless earbuds on the market, and has now shifted how we look at headphones with pretty much every major audio brand pumping out new truly wireless headphonesAirPods competitors. I bought the first generation AirPods used for cheap and loved the convenience, portability flexibility. However, wished for the noise cancelling and sound quality of my Solo Pros in ear bud form. These AirPods Pros blew my expectations out of the water providing excellent audio quality that isnt too dull or blown up, great transparency mode and the same great portable package. The Good Apples H1 Chip is truly amazing and is what makes the AirPods Connectivity with iPhones Apple Devices so effortless. Bluetooth is stable, switching between devices is automatic if playing movie on another device and AirPods nearby they will automatically switch or popup. Range is also really good, I would say about 1520m with walls inside. Audio Quality is significantly better than AirPods. I didnt mind the standard AirPods audio quality, but it was just meh, a bit on the boomymuffled side. AirPods Pro on the other hand sound incredibly wide especially for earbuds, have great bass when needed in more modern songs which is controlled and doesnt muffle other elements, instruments sound great and vocals are centred. Audio quality is now definitely a highlight of the AirPods Pro should well and truly be good for most I love the sound signature, if you cant tell Design The Earbuds cram in new technology, however unlike the Sony WH1000XM3 or Bose new Quiet Comfort Earbuds dont stick out of the ears, but instead has a smaller stalk that is less intrusive and more aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. They sit really well in your ear canal and arent that heavy. They truly disappear in your ears however, the original AirPods I found to be slightly more comfortable due to not having silicone ear tips. The Case is small and portable, and charges via lighting which is a plus when it is used with lighting charged iPhonesdevices Noise Cancelling is very good, and constant noises such as my fan trampoline springs are almost completely silenced. They also have significantly better passive isolation thanks to the silicone eartips when compared to the original AirPods. Very impressive on small earbuds As expected, overear cans have better ANC. Transparency mode is awesome and works super well on AirPods Pro. It is so convenient to just hold the earbuds stem and answer a quick question when living in a packed household. I found it to be better than on my bigger OnEar Beats Solo Pro. Squeeze audio controls. Initially I was a but sceptical as I loved the tapsensors on the original AirPods, but I love how I have access to all my controls skip, reverse, playpause, and long hold for ANCTransparency Mode or Siri on one stem, and arent limited to one control as on AirPods. The Overall user interface is so Apple intuitive aesthetic. Pop up window when connected to iPhone, and little window on iMac to transfer. Noise Cancelling controls built into Control Centre. I also like having the headphone settings built into settings others may think differently as it means I dont need to download a seperate App. This means no audio editing tuning like other headphones, however I didnt feel the need to change the EQ, and if you are into audio tweaking regularly then maybe look at Sennheisers offerings. Convenience Portability cannot be more of a plus case is in a long pill shape, so doesnt stick out if the side in pockets like some other earbuds and buds are again so remarkably small true marvel in engineering.Cons The Biggest for me was fit the sole reason this review is 4 stars, not 5. Although they sit nicely in your ears and are perfect for around the housecommute, they arent great for sudden movements. This is due to the shallower ear tips that are more comfortable, however provide a less secure fit. Jumping on a trampoline or running causes the earbuds to start slipping out. I tried all the sizes of eartips settled on small, as medium would create a bouncing sound when walking weird. Would be nice to have other fit options there is COMFLY foam tips which are meant to fit better but add more dough to the already pricey price. I am just going to use the normal ear tips. I didnt have many other complaints, however you should note Android users shouldnt buy AirPods miss out on many of the H1 Chips benefits, and there is now many of other options, The case is made of glossy plastic so I put a clear matte case on it, so it is a absolute scratch magnet Like every pair of headphones, they are consumable products, so the battery will degrade over time expect about three years with good to okay battery life for regular users my other ones were almost three years and battery lasted an hour to two less than they used to didnt impact me though and this is the same with all wireless headphones. Price although on sale I think they are worth it, as they are a premium product, they arent cheap and for some may not be worth the RRP if not using regularly I use mine every day. No fear there.FYI I got mine about a month ago. Use straight for about three and a bit weeks. These are my findings over time.Overall absolutely amazing earbuds that feature great audio quality, noise cancelling, exceptional Transparency mode, engineering and convenience a true apple product. However, fit could be better, and of course they agree quite expensive

The sound quality is top notch, not the best out there, even for buds, but way above average. Battery life is more than good enough to leave them in on pass through mode if desired for most of the day. Every once in awhile though I get one or both earbuds switching modes out of pass through to sound cancelling or off. This is really disorienting. It usually happens and is super noticeable when Im just wearing them not listening to anything and they are in pass through. I believe it may be instigated by having high pitched slightly louder noises around me, it will suddenly glitch out and produce a sound almost like my ears a ringing, like one of the hairs fell off inside your ear right into your ear drum at least I think thats what causes your ears to ring. Anyway, even with the sporadic issues I still love them and would totally buy them again. Definitely buy the apple care though just in case you break one, really wish theyd cover lost buds. I replaced the apple tips with memory foam tips and couldnt be happier since they always felt like it was going to fall out of my one ear, even with the large tips…the 30 memory foam buds on amazon are amazing, seals a lot better and completely gets rid of the feeling like they could fall out. If you have normal ear holes though the apple ones are probably more than good enough, theyre super comfortable and hold pretty well, but one of my ear holes is larger and Id need an XL size for that, which was the reason why I switched tips.Apple please fix the glitchiness with the pass through mode sometimes switching off or causing ringing when high pitched noises are detected and attempting to pass through…I dont know if thats the cause but it always seems to happen when I notice a high pitched moderate to loud noises present. It can be quite disorienting and feels like its your ears and not the buds doing this, but its happened enough where I am highly confident its just a glitch with the software. This is the reason why I cannot give a 5 star review…that and I guess you should include XL tips too, the small are so tiny, but what about us big earholed people

After reviewing several wireless earbud choices on line, I elected to purchase the new Apple AirPods Pro since I already owned an Iphone and liked the idea that they would seamlessly pair as well as for their noise cancellation. Since my usage would be limited to just 2 instances in which I would like to use these earbuds coupled to my phone and neither involved listening to music, I was not turned off by the report of the absence of deep resonating base response. Quite honestly, I was more interested in listening to XM talk radio news when walking the dogs for an hour each evening and again when traveling in the somewhat noisey cab of my motorhome, where base response is really not important. However, I have a hearing condition in which my left ear causes such distortion that it is almost unusable as everything comes through garbled. Therefore I cannot wear the left Airpod, but since my right ear is near normal I decided that this would not be a major concern. When I attempted to do the ear fitting test, I get a great seal on the left bad ear but not so on the the right good ear. No matter what adjustment I make on the right Airpod to or what size tip I try, it never gets a good fit. This is quite evident what I am out walking the dogs, Whenever I bend over ie to bag their poop, the earbud falls out. As I move about I can feel it loosening and have to constantly try pushing it back in. While I am completely happy with the sound that I get when I can keep it in, I am concerned that it will fall out and get lost, especially when we are chasing after squirrels. While I am sure that this difficulty is probably specific to only me and my right ear, it makes using this product as I need, somewhat nebulous. Since it is still in warranty I will try contacting their tech support to see if something can be done to rectify this situation.

I wasnt sure if I wanted to get suckered into paying topdollar for Applebranded AirPods, but Im really glad I did. I wanted true wireless ear buds for running and exercising, but didnt want anything expensive in case they got wrecked or lost. But Im glad I settled on these AirPods Pro in the end. Being an iPhone user but not interested in buying Apple just for the sake of it I shopped around a bit, but everything seemed to come with compromises. I reluctantly bought these because of the positive reviews and I figured I would use them for the daily commute as well because of how small and lightweight they are I could finally ditch the overear Jabra headphones Id been using. The only downside I can name is the higher than ideal cost and a couple of very minor audio glitches from time to time this doesnt bother me, and Im super fussy. Everything else is awesome. Theyre comfortable to wear. The noise cancelling is really good and this wasnt even a need for me, and they pair amazingly well its just a slick experience if you carry an iPhone. Theyre also rock solid in my ears when Im out running, and wonderfully compact when Im heading to and from the office. If youre able to pay a bit more and dont mind looking like a bit of a poser when youre out and about, I definitely recommend them

Pros H1 chip connects like magic with your iPhone. Noise cancelation is quite possibly best in class. Transparency makes you feel like batman. For myself I think they are very comfortable and can I accidently fall asleep wearing only wake up in the middle of night in slight discomfort having left them in. Typical battery life is about 4 hours off a single charge. With the case this extends to many days without charging via a mains socket. Speaking of charging, the Airpods charge very quickly. From empty to about 40 takes less than half an hourCons Sometimes one air pod will not charge when it is in the case at all, so when you go wear them one is fully charged and the other is nearly dead because it was not put in properly. This isnt a user error its just small design flaw. Sometimes one air pod will refuse to play audio so you have to put them both back in the case, turn off Bluetooth and then reconnect them which highly concerning because you may think that one air pod is broken.

These are the second Apple wireless airpods Ive purchased. My first were the original longstem versions from a local Costco. I had those for nearly three years before I sent them through the washer and dryer.I got these because of the good price at BH as well as BHs excellent service. After wearing them since receiving them, Im far less happy with these than the first pair. The primary reason is they wont stay in my ears they will at the most inopportune times fall out into the worst locations.I have tried all three sets of ear tips, and I tried the Apple builtin Ear Tip Fit Test. With all three sets of ear tips the test always sounded the same to me, so Im not sure what Apples test was trying to do.The final straw for me came last night in my kitchen. I had the airpods in listening to audio while cutting vegetables. I had my head slightly down while cutting, when the left pod just fell out. It hit the toe of my left foot and bounced underneath the kitchen stove. I had to carefully wrestle the stove away from the wall, where I found it. It wasnt dirty, but it was nevertheless very annoying retrieving it.This isnt the first time Ive had one of these new airpods fall out. Having them fall out at all is very aggravating, considering their cost and the fact I never had the older, less expensive airpods, ever fall out. Not once.Im debating right now whether I should just return these and get the second version of the nonpro airpods. Technically and audiowise theyre outstanding. But they do me no good if they will not stay in.

These earbuds are what youd expect from Apple… the quality is excellent and the sound is just as good. Using these for phone calls has really been an eye opener compared to wired earbuds that came with the iPhone I never get complaints from other end now. I knocked a star off for 2 reasons I was surprised the noise cancelling didnt remove everything. Ive tried some others and they blocked out EVERYTHING. These seem to focus on mechanical noises only. Idk. Maybe I just expected more But if im canceling out the world, I want everything to be gone. Its kind of good that I can just pause my music and have a conversation with someone real quick. In the end this might just be me and my limited understanding of noise canceling but still, I expected more from such an expensive piece of equipment. And the other reason for the bump is its inability to connect to my devices whether iPhone, iPad or laptop. Most every time I need to connect I have to go to the bluetooth settings and connect them. And yes I know they auto connect to the last device they were used on. But this is not always the case for me. And I hardly ever get the little window popup showing the battery life of everything again showing me theyre not connecting properly. If everything was as nice and smooth as advertised, Id go 5 stars. But for the price and having these small issues, I couldnt do it I dont care if its Apple or not.

Ok ima make it real short these are great sounding . But heres where it wasnt for me as Ive read other reviews Im not the only one . Got these Friday September 18 return it Sunday the 20th . Why They make me ear canals moist after a while of wearing . The suction buds that come on where a little too big they kept pooping out so I switched to the smaller ones was ok much better . The second day I had them on for like 2 hours straight while working out they kept slightly pooping out a bit. Also if you want to hear the richness of the sound you have to make sure they are snugged in if not the sound would not sound great . Since trey have to be snugged in besides my ear canal becoming a bit moist around the ear canal I felted a discomfort in those two hours . So that did it for me to return these not gonna have 250 earphones Laying around for nothing . Might not be everyone that has these problems but they are good sounding though . I prefer the original ones over these in comfort and also price is cheaper now on the older ones . Got me a pair what a relief . So there you go people. Be safe

It all comes down to compatibility usability on iPhones versus audio quality. It is dead easy to use with Apple devices. Pairing and switching is sooooo easyBUT, the audio quality is crap, given the price. I own both Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless gen 1 and Sony WF1000XM3. Whether you like a sound signatures is definitely personal, but Sennys have a wonderfully rich sound. One almost forgets these are inear wireless headphones. Sonys are also really good, but to my taste, a little too analytical… good but dont have a personality. These Apple ones dont even compare in the same league… the frequency rolls off the top, and the mids are way too forward. Great for vocals and phone calls but not good at all for instruments. I did update my phone to ios 14 and experienced the spatial audio. It was freaky at first, but really fun It is like having a 5.1 gaming headphones, but of course with the crappy sound quality.Ill be honest and say, the only reason why I got these is to use the audio sharing feature so that both my wife and I can watch shows on a screen together while the baby is asleep.

I have never been as impressed with earbud headphones as I have with the AirPods Pro. I actually bought two sets of AirPod Pros one for me and one for my wife. I bought a refurbished pair through Geek Squad which made me want to buy a pair for my wife. I will be brief 1 sound quality is so good that it has to be heard to be believed. The only place or thing that even comes close is my cars stereo. 2 the noise cancellation is really very good for earbuds. The transparency feature works great too. I also like the fact that you can turn both noise cancellation and transparency off. This increases the life of the AirPods Pro. 3 They switch seemlessly from apple device to apple device. So if you are listening to something on your MacBook, then take a phone call, the AirPods Pro switch from computer to phone the minute you accept the call. After you hang up right back to the computer. The whole thing, the transition, happens as though you have an invisible personal assistant by your side. 4 The charging case provides multiple charges and the level of charge on each AirPod, or both, and the charging case. Plus it is small and charges either wirelessly or with a cord. I could honestly say more They are that good Very, very, very happy with my purchase.

I had the AirPods and loved them, they fit so perfectly in my ears and I could workout with no issues and I would always forget I had them in my ear. Now I know everyone has different ears so it wont be the same for everyone. The AirPods pros are good and I love the new features BUT they do not fit as well as the previous gen. They tend to hurt my ear after an extended period of use. It works well with my apple products but lacks the comfortability of the previousgen which I would say is a BIG issue considering if you want to wear them for more than an hour. There is this little slit that faces the side of your ear and for some reason, there is just enough of a gap where the edges show and tend to dig into my ears after a while, not a great feeling. When I think apple I think of a superior product and this just falls way short. If you have a friend that has them, I would suggest trying this for a day before getting your own.

Amazing headphone with everything you would expect from apple. noise cancelling is fantastic. having the ability to switch between noise cancelling and ambient is great. size and weight are acceptable and case is pretty funky.battery is a little short as with previous headphone I just left them in my ears all days while at work and if you do this with airpods the battery will drain and when you have that 4 pm conference call they will be out of juice. As mentioned the size is ok but the fit is still lacking. I tried all three sizes and they still manage to pop out when smiling. sitting at my desk all day is no problem may have one fall out but while running I typically have to press them in at least twice on a 5 k run. compared to my old mpow 40 headphones which never fell out I am a little disappointed.lastly, as much as I thought I hated the connector cable of my old headphones boy was it handy when I needed to take them out and not worry about damaging or losing these little guys. All and all great headphones, get them on sale or with gift card because the price is pretty steep.

I bought these to replace my BEATS X headset. Both the BEATS X and the AirPods Pro paired easily with my iPhone 10s. I used the BEATS X for sleeping to shut out snoring and other noises because they were soft and fit in my ear without rubbing on the pillow. Also I could adjust the volume from the connecting wire between earpieces. These AirPodsPro have better sound quality and better external noise cancelling capabilities than the BEATS X headset, but the ear pieces are hard and do rub against the pillow as I am a side sleeper. This rubbing noise is not horrible, but it is a nuisance factor when trying to sleep. When the noise cancelling is disabled, it is generally quite easy to follow what someone else is saying while continuing to follow the sound coming through the AirPods Pro. This setting is easy to shift into and out of and is convenient while Im on a phone call and someone else is trying to get my attention for a short question.Another issue is volume control. Fortunately I have an Apple Watch and it will often allow me to adjust the volume from the dial on the watch. But do so reliably only if Im listening to Apple iTunes music, not an Ebook or something from another audiooriented app. Most sound control come from adjusting the iPhone. As the audio Im listening to changes voices on the radio, the type of music, etc. I have to be near my iPhone in order to adjust the volume to hear clearly. There is no volume control on the AirPods Pro. The sound cancelling mode setting is awesome and does help with the volume control issue above, but not sufficiently to cancel the need for volume control on the AirPods Pro.I havent tried these on an airplane because of the COVID19 travel problems, but I think theyll work well. Their battery lasts for about 45 hours before replacing in the case, and they recharge from that quickly, especially if it is fully charged. The case is easy to charge either wired or wirelessly.

I never really liked the look of the original AirPods. They were long, stuck out, uglylooking, and worst of all no cups. Ive never gotten a good fit for any earpods, airpods, etc. They always fell out. I got these on sale for 199 and decided to try them out since they finally fit in your ear, not sit on your ear. Ive been very surprised by the sound quality. The noise cancellation and the transparency mode as well is really great for something this small. I cycle and using these in transparency mode has allowed me to still hear everything around me while listening to music. Youd also be surprised how much noise these things can cancel out. I have used Sony 1000XM3 overear headphones for years and they are amazing at cancelling out noise, but nothing this small and sweat resistant has really been able to do what the AirPods Pros do. The only bad thing is, as youd expect, the low end is almost nonexistent. I think their DSP is moving those signals closer to the mids, as you can hear them try to replicate the lows there sometimes. Its still overall a wellbalanced headphone. I get about 45 hours max. I love the fact that they drop in magnetically to the case. The case will get it a few charges. Connecting to iPhone or iPad is super easy. Flip open the case and it will show up on your devices. The apple integration is definitely very tight. My one gripe is I wish there were more cup options, as I feel like Im inbetween the medium and large sizes.

The nonpro version of these never fit my ears and I was never really impressed with the sound from them. I had 120 in Best Buy rewards and I decided to give these a try since they have the silicone ear pieces and based on reviews Ive read. They arrived with a decent charge and my iPhone immediate asked if I wanted to pair with them the moment I opened the case. I immediately queued up a favorite track and could not believe how clear the vocals were and overall detail. I could not believe how well they fit as well. Phone calls are incredible. People comment how clear I sound on the phone. Ive only had them for three days, but I can definitely tell you that you will forget you have them in. I use them all day for conference calls and music. I will use one for all calls while the other charges and swap ears when needed. I switch to both between meetings and enjoy my playlists. I never imagined I would enjoy these enough to use them all day, every day, but I do The only trouble I had was pairing them with my MacBook Pro with Big Sur. I kept getting a pairing error, but without doing anything they did eventually pair. I could be wrong but it seemed to happen after repairing them with my iPhone, keeping bluetooth enabled on my iPhone and then pairing them with my MacBook. Its almost like having them paired with my phone helped the MacBook. Odd, but this was the scenario after all my other attempts with my phones bluetooth off. If you find yourself in this situation, be patient.

Ive had my first generation AirPods and have absolutely loved them. I used them in so many different settings and situations from running, working out, and while gardening. However the battery life has noticeable diminished so i thought why not upgrade. So i did My AirPod Pro truly are a better product in so many ways.Pros Sound quality, surface charging and the noise cancellation is outstandingCons Not much, really only two areas. The fit is good, it even has a little fit checker to see how well they have sealed, but the wiggle out. I have tried all three sets of ear tips and they still tend to work their way out unless you frequently push them in. Ive had them plop out while gardening and just moving around. Ive purchased aftermarket items to try to keep them in place and they really dont work. The only other real complaint is controls. I loved double tapping to pause or to skip a track on my olde AirPods. You can still do this by squeezing the stem but it s cumbersome. The only option that you have with tapping is using Seri or toggling the noise cancellation.Otherwise overall these are the best ear buds i have ever listened through

Coming from the wired EarPods, to the AirPods, I wanted to see what the difference was that made the AirPods Pro pro. The smaller form factor is nicer, and the ear tips are also a nice touch. It took some getting used to for wearing the ear tips, and had to change to the small ones. Even then, Im guessing my ear canals vary, as the left AirPod fits more comfortably, but my left AirPod seems to be a bit too snug.Noise cancellation is done quite well, removing the lesser background noise and peoples voices. What most impressed me though was the transparency mode, which allows and enhances noise around your surroundings. Apple has done an absolutely superb job with that, and the ease of being to quickly switch to it is nice.Price price is certainly steep, and I recommend getting them on sale. On a good sale, I would certainly get these though.

Apple just does everything better, and AirPods Pro are an excellent purchase for day to day activities. The price is a little steep but the performance is extraordinary, and is very hard to beat. This is a top tier pair of wireless headphones. I use these on a daily and I dont regret getting them one bit. With 4.5 hours of battery life, you can have these all day Charging these wireless headphones is almost instantaneous as 30 minutes of charging will give you a few hours to listen to your music. What makes these AirPods Pro so amazing is the Active Noise Cancellation ANC feature and the Transparency mode. The ANC is spectacular in every way possible. In public, at home, this feature is perfect when you just want to be alone with your music and block off the outside world. Transparency mode makes this product ten times better. You can listen to music anytime during the day without it stopping you from listening to the outside world. AirPods Pro give you the best of both worlds, whether its hanging out with friends or spending time at home studying.

The sound quality on these is great. Music sounds awesome with these and the ANC feature is surprisingly good. I used these on a backpacking trip, and there was a rowdy group near us that was blasting music late at night and yelling a lot. But i popped these in and went to sleep, and didnt hear them at all anymore. The case is nice and small and offers a charge for the buds. It also has a small amount of magnetic pull to help things stay in place. The downside is the buds dont fit my ears well at all. I always have this problem with Apple earbuds. They always hurt my ears after a while. It doesnt matter which size rubber earbud i use, it will hurt after an hour. My ear canals are quite small, so i dont like when a bud has a hard plastic part that pushes against my ears. The Galaxy Bud shape is perfect to me and i never have headaches with that design.

The AirPods Pro are by far the best wireless headphones you can buy on the market, however not for sound quality necessarily, its more about the convenience and feature set which truly give the AirPods Pro its value. It has noise cancelling and transparency mode which both work very effiencetly, the noise canceling is very good, when traveling it eliminates most noise, however I can still hear people talking slightly but low end such as turbulence is cancelled out completely. Transparency mode works perfectly and I can hear everything around me perfectly as if I am not even wearing them, I would use this mode when shopping or outside when I want to listen to listen to music but still be aware of my environment. In terms of sound quality, I personally find them really flat, this is just something consistent within the Apple ecosystem of audio, people say the sound is so clear and balanced, but realistically what that translates to is its really flat so the bass isnt weak, but its not powerful, and the mid and high end are clear, but not overpowering. I wish there was an EQ builtin for the AirPods Pro themselves, instead of tweaking through the settings within a music service. Also, they are a lot more quiet than headphones its price, but due to the headphones driver size that is expected. Honestly, if you really want noisecancelling and transparency mode and thats a dealbreaker, then go for the AirPods Pro, however if you just want good wireless headphones that have Apples W1 chi and dont care about the other stuff, then go for the regular AirPods, not the Pros. I have both, and I tested them excessively and in my findings I realized the fact that the regular AirPods have an openear design, which basically lets sound expand and gives overall more depth to the bass and overall dynamic of the sound, whereas the AirPods Pro have a closed ear design of course due to the fact they need to be noise cancelling, overall giving the regular AirPods the better sound, and making the AirPods Pro seem really congested and flat. Also the tips on these get super wet, which seems really weird, but the thing is moisture gets trapped within these and so that makes the tips loose, so you have to push them back in a lot compared to the regular AirPods. Also, it should be noted that there are no taptouch controls as with the reg. AirPods, instead you use a stem to pause and play which isnt bad, but to be honest it feels cheaper than the functionality of the gen. 2 AirPods. Overall, if you need the additional features, get these, but honestly as someone who has both the Pros and regular AirPods 2nd gen., I think for the price and value these, the regular AirPods defiantly sound better. these headphones are honestly for those who need noisecancelling headphones that have Apples W1 chip. Sill good sounding, but there are better alternatives within the Apple ecosystem.

Love these. They are my first AirPods, and I am very impressed. Didnt want to spend the money, but admit they are worth it and I should have bought them sooner.Noise cancelling is very good for listening to music or just drowning out noise at a busy location. Music sounds just ok, but that is not why I bought these. Transparency mode works perfectly for when you are on the phone or not listening to anything, but have both earbuds in. No one knows I am on wireless earbuds while we are talking on the phone, so they work well for calls… better than holding the phone in my opinion.Believe what you read about them being tough to wear. They do go into your ear and it can be irritating. I got used to them quickly, but had to try different size tips included. I know other people who hate them and never got used to the feeling. The only way you will know if you like them is to try them, so make sure you can return if you dont like, and wear for a while to test them out.I think they look cool. I wear them during Zoom meetings all the time, or when washing my car, hiking, etc. I have Sony wireless over the ear phones for gaming, airplane travel, music, and would never wear them doing the things I do with the Apples. I would look like a doof in meetings with those huge things, and would destroy them with any hard activity.

My husband is the one who has been shopping for AirPods for himself and weighing the features, so I wasnt sure what to think when he announced he would be getting me a pair, too. I did know that they had the rubber ear pieces I prefer, and that they had a noise cancelling feature which I have not ever used on any earphones before. Set up turned out to be a breeze. As soon as I pulled them out of the box and opened the case they magically paired with my phone without me doing anything. It was pleasantly weird, like letting the genie out of the bottle. Lol No opening your phone and searching for the device, to pair it, needed. A tutorial almost immediately popped up on my screen. It went a little quicker than Id like, but when it was done, the Tips feature on my iPhone came up and walked me through a lot of it slower, giving me time to experiment with the controls and the noise cancelling features, including a nifty feature in Bluetooth settings that plays sound to measure if the fit of your rubber earbud tips are too loose and not cancelling out sounds enough. I find these earphones easy to use and comfortable. While I can still hear things a little even with the noise cancelling feature, the amount it decreases even sharp sounds is a wonder to me. The only criticism I have for the AirPods is also a criticism I think applies to all Apple products this year. The charger cord that comes standard with all Apple products this year has a lightning cord end on the side that plugs into the device, but the end that used to plug into a USB adapter or outlet looks like maybe a mini C now or some such thing. It does not come with an adapter of any kind. Thankfully, our house is well stocked with lightningtoUSB cords already, or else I wouldnt have anything to use to charge my new iPhone 12 or my new AirPod Pros. So, if youre new to Apple products, be forewarned and buy an adapter or a lightingtoUSB cord when you buy these, or you wont be able to charge them until you get one of those things.

In many ways, these earphones passed my expectations. The noise cancellation worked better than I would have thought for a pair of earphones with silicone tips, and the transparency mode can be quite useful. I was using them on noise cancellation mode when I got in my car yesterday and I couldnt even hear the car start or the hum of the engineroad when driving. They are also comfortable in the ear and seem to stay put pretty well. And of course, having truewireless earphones is so much nicer than dealing with the hassle of tangled wires or having the wire get caught on something, causing the earbuds to get yanked out of your ear. This is my first pair of AirPods so I cannot compare them to previous generations, but I would say the sound quality is just good, not great. The bass is warm and present but I feel that the higher frequencies are lacking. Again, I dont know how this compares to previous generations, but I own studio monitors as well as a couple pairs of studio headphones so have grown accustomed to and prefer the flat frequency response that they offer. The battery life is okay but I think it should be longer for the price that you pay for these. One other thing I do not like too much is how difficult they are to get out of the charging case. They are slick and fit very snugly in the case which can cause getting them out to be a little extra work if you have larger hands.Overall, I think these are pretty nice earphones that show a lot of potential for the truewireless market. The set is fast and simple and and the features offered seem to work well. Sound quality is about what you would expect for the price they dont have professional sound quality but they are suitable for casual listening. Sure, Id recommend it if you have the money to drop on casuallistening earphones. If youre wanting topquality audio, I would turn elsewhere to brands with a reputation for professional sound quality. They might cost quite a bit more but an audophile would deem it worth the higher price tag.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE first of all Im blown away at the noise cancellation. for the size of the airpods the noise reduction is absolutely astonishing and blows my mind .. it works like magic absolutely have no complaints about the airpod pros. it sounds a lot better than previous airpods, the seal and noise cancellation defenitely helps with the quality of sound.PROS noise cancellation , absolutely mind blowing .. best example i can think of that proves how amazing this feature is that my friends and I were in a car that was blasting VERY LOUD electronic music, and with the airpods in with noise cancellation i couldnt even hear a sound playing from the cars music.. the noise cancellation drowns out pretty much everything when you have music playing. when you have nothing playing, you can still hear some of the high end noises from around you, but the moment the music kicks in everything drowns out transparency mode is excellent convenience , apple beats all the other competitors in this category sound quality is much better , its a very well balanced pair of earbuds. its similar to the old airpods, but overall improvements with the seal and ANC very very comfortable, i wore these for hours and didnt even realize I had them in they have 3 different sized eartips to help you get the best seal. the medium worked perfect for me the press feature on the side of the airpods works well i know some people complain about getting rid of the tap feature from the old airpods but the new press and hold feature works amazing battery life is good, just keep an eye on the battery percentage on your case you can check the by opening the lid next to your iphone, but make sure you have least one airpod in the case in order to show the airpod windowCONS honestly dont have any haha , just wished the airpods pro came with a wall adapter.. it only comes with a USB c charging cable. BUT you can just use your iphone adaptercharger for the airpods caseoverall im VERY HAPPY with the airpods pro. it is a lot of money for sure when you consider the total with taxes, but in my opinion i think its defenitely worth it. the noise cancellation alone has me won over haha.. but then when you add in the convenience, sound quality, overall design i think looks better than old airpods and other brand earbuds, it defenitely is worth the money, it really doesnt get better than this

I rounded upthis is really more of a 3.5 star review. My old AirPods g2, I think had lasted me years, but I have two kids and I was starting to have to turn the volume way up to be able to hear anything over them and all their accompaniment, so I was really excited to see the AirPods Pro have noise cancelling technology. Im happy to report that I no longer have to turn the volume up to the red zone in order to be able to mostly hear my podcasts and audiobooks. That is not to say that I think these would be particularly useful over, say, airplane noise. I havent tested this, of course what with the pandemic and all, but since there are still times household noise makes it hard to hear what Im listening to, Id be very surprised if they were able to adequately tune out those engines.I am disappointed that because the noise cancellation requires the earphones to have the little silicone tips, they are nowhere near as comfortable as the regular AirPods and they are less inclined to stay seated in my ears. I have been using these AirPod Pros for 3 months, and I find that I have to nudge them back into place a lot. I have changed out the different sized tips and am sure I have the best fit I can achieve, but I do get nervous about the lessthanideal fit because I use them often while baking, cooking, and washing dishes. If one falls out while Im doing that, it could be destroyed. In three months, I have already had one fall out of my ear into some water in the sink, but after immediately drying it and putting it in a container filled with rice and silica packets, it still works just as before. The instructions come with a strong admonition to prevent the AirPods from falling, as impacts could affect the tiny computery bits inside mine have taken quite a few tumbles to the floor, both from my fingers they are much more awkward to handle than my old ones and my ears.

I bought a brand new pair of Air Pods Pro alongside my girlfriend that were on special last month. I was excited to finally have the chance to get myself a pair of these earphones and since they were sealed I didnt expect anything to be wrong with them but sadly I was wrong. The earphones came with a missing ear tip and seemed to have been worn with lint being found inside the charging case. Even though it isnt something common to hear it still happens and it just happened to me. Therefore, I am not writing this review to rant about one ear tip but rather how horrible Brandsmart customer service is. Not even 24hrs passed that I bought the merchandise and I was told that these are not a returnable item and that they had nothing to do with the product, they simply sold it. As a result, I was directed to contact Apple and ask them to exchange the item but to my luck Apple does not exchange or reimburse any products that are missing they only do so if they are damaged. So in the end I was left with an incomplete item and feelings of being played and absolutely powerless by big companies Corporate America because no one wanted to help me when all I wanted was for the item to be exchanged. Last but not least, I recommend anyone else that continues to buy from this store to read the contract that Brandsmart make one sign at purchase because I was not told there is a 0 return day for apple products. Thank you, I hope this review helps someone else.

The AirPod Pros are simply amazing. For the longest time Ive never liked inear earbuds, but the AirPod Pros are the first and only pair of earbuds that I actually like. Theyre so comfortable to wear and they stay in so well. Its like with the AirPods 2 where I forget that Im wearing them. Truly amazing. Just imagine if they made a wired version. Not only are the AirPod Pros the first pair of earbuds that I actually like, they are the first pair of any ANC earheadphones that Ive owned, and I am extremely impressed and happy that they are my first pair of ANC earphones. I was worried that the ANC was not going to be good since Ive heard about a firmware update messing it up, but as far as Im concerned the ANC seems to be doing a great job and it is absolutely a pleasure to have. I also love that the AirPod Pros separates itself from other wireless earbuds because of the transparency mode. I feel like it is definitely an underrated feature of the AirPod Pros. I am a huge fan of it.

So, first of all these are probably the most comfortable in ears Ive used. They are super light and just dont put any pressure on my inner ear. The connect seamlessly to all of my iOS devices as soon as I start playing any videoaudio and hardly need to be manually connected. The audio quality on phone calls is probably one of the best as Ive always had people struggle with my other wireless earbuds and I can hear them nice and loud. Now the SQ is the thing I was most disappointed with. They just sounded flat on first listening compared to even my 75 monster wireless buds which sound amazing but fall out of my ears every 2 seconds. Playing with the eq on Spotify at highest bitrate I finally got a really nice sound. The soundstage for me doesnt sound very wide compared to my others but the comfort of these makes these the pair Ive ended up using everyday. The crazy part is movies sound incredible on these especially when the spatial audio feature is used. The bass sounds like a real subwoofer and the sub bass is incredible so its odd that the music doesnt sound like this by default. Either way, the comfort is the main thing for me as I had off shaped ears and almost every in ear style headphone falls out of my right ear inc this one but with the help of some memory foam tips from Amazon, these now stay in all day long and are still the most comfortable pair Ive ever used

First of all, I am comparing these to my AirPods 2, which fit perfectly in my ears and work quite well. The Pro version of these AirPods is lacking in several areas. 1. They fit okay but are actually painful after about 30 minutes, no matter what size ear molds I use. 2. They still fall out… what on earth I thought the point of these was to prevent that fail. 3. The sound is good on my side listening to music, talking to others, etc BUT, I was told several times by those on the other side of the phone conversation, that I was hard to hear. Another fail. 4. The fact that it is a Pro version, it should have ALL the capabilitiesoptions the regular versions has, but they removed the double tapping capability AND the option to change tracks on a playlist…… HUH Plus, you have to squeeze the AirPods Pro to activate Siri and the other capabilities, which causes a tug on them while in your ear, further loosening them……. fail, fail, fail. 5. The hearthrough option is kinda useless for me. I personally like to hear whats going on around me, like if Im running which they fall out anyways so I guess thats a kind of hear through so that I can make sure someone isnt yelling my name or a can hear my surroundings AND BE SAFE. Even when I did use the noise canceling, it was just okay. Plus the hear though option sounds a little digital. Like the wind blowing is digitally altered or something… no thanks. Im sorely disappointed in this product and am frustrated I bothered to purchase it. I wish it was better , I really do but it fails in my honest opinion. Just save money and buy the regular AirPods, or wait for the next gen.

These are spectacular in every conceivable way. The noise cancellation is jarring. The stereo separation when listening to music is fantastic. The microphone is loud and clear. I have always disliked AirPods. I couldnt believe they could be comfortable for anyone. They also in my opinion looked silly. Samsung, Jabra, Bose, JBL, everyone but Apple seemed to me to be left in the cold with both fit and appearance. This is no longer the case. These are so comfortable. They come with 3 different sized silicone tips. Your iPhone can even run a diagnostic when theyre in your ears to determine whether or not youre using the best size gel for your personal perfect fit. I am literally blown away by these AirBud Pros. I have worn them for six hours straight not in constant use but at the ready, in my ears, paired with my Apple Watch and on. The battery life is great The case charges them when youre unable to plug in. I have never understood spending more than 100 for earbuds. I get it now These are worth every cent.

I have tried many different truly wireless earbuds and out of the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless, Sony wf1000xm3, Airpods pro. Ive been using the AirPods Pro for over 1 month now and I like that the Airpods pro because it is super easy to use and comfortable. they are the most compact out of all of them and light. They are great for the gym and never fall out of my ears. The sound is a little disappointing but it sounds great. It just isnt as great for truly getting into your music like the Sony wf1000xm3 and Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless. Even with not the best sound quality, I would take the Airpods pro because it is the easiest to use and I absolutely love the transparency mode. The noise cancelling is excellent as well and I would say it has better noisecancelling than the Sony wf1000xm3 and the transparency mode. It would just be perfect if they had better sound quality. I would still recommend this product for sure.

I love my AirPods Pro. I am coming from a pair of AirPods 2 and I was hesitant to try the AirPods for 3 reasons. First because of the price, which to me after using them I believe they are well worth it. Second, I have had pairs of noise canceling headphones and I ended up returning them due to the cabin pressure feeling, but Luckily, the AirPods Pro handle ANC so well. I cant even tell that I have them in my ears. Lastly, I was afraid of the rubber ear tips, I was actually a big fan of the AirPods 2 and I had had trouble with rubber ear tip earbuds in the past, however when used the AirPods Pro then fit extremely well and gave me a nice secure fit. So who is AirPods Pro good for I would say anyone who is can afford them. However, if you dont care about active noise canceling and the AirPods 2 fit in your ear I would definitely recommend them because they sound really good and still offer the same basic features for half and now more than half the price.

Have been using apple devices for many years. One of my prior disappointments was that their earbuds that cam with a phone never really fit well. I tried the Air Pods when they first came out and was just as disappointed. Ended up trying to use a workaround I found on line to keep them in place. Still, no luck.So I was excited to try these. Waited for them to go on sale at BB and also purchased Apple Care. They sound great. The noise cancellation feature is really nice. The fit is much better but still not perfect. For example, was filling up the kitchen sink with hot, soapy water when the right one decided to pop out of my ear and landed in the water. GrrrrrrrrrrAmazingly, after drying it out it still worked so that was a pleasant surprise. The one complaint I do have is that there is not a simple way short of using Siri or the device you are connected to in order to change volume, pause etc. I have Bose Buds too and they have that capability but are also a little bulkier than these. So Ive decided to keep these and try to live with it.

My first choice for wireless pods was a pair of Cambridge Audio Melomania Touch, whose design and battery life were much more to my taste not to mention the price point However, they never really paired reliably despite following all guidance to the letter. Sometimes only one would come on, sometimes both. I wasnt prepared to live with that even though the were a secure and comfortable fit, and looked discrete when out and about. The other issue I had with them was that is was almost impossible to insert them without operating the touch controls, so I would either mute them, turn one or both of them off, or turn the music volume up really loud whilst putting them in.So, they went back for a refundWhat to replace them with…I have to say, I was attracted to the very likely possibility that the AirPods Pro were just going to work out of the box. I carefully researched the controls and came to the conclusion that they would be easier to insert without operating one of the controls and I was right. Apple really have made these so simple to live with.As far as comfort goes, at first I thought they didnt fit very securely as they feel like theyre hardly there. It turns out that, for my ears at least, they are really secure. Ive only walked in them so far, but they havent budged even once. They have stood up well to some jumping up and down and head shaking, and I cant make them fall out. They are much more comfortable than any inear phones Ive used before sennheiser, beats to name just twoSound quality obviously isnt going to impress any audiophile, sound engineers, or music producers any time soon but thats not who they are aimed at. Streaming Apple Music through these, even when walking next to a busy road, gives a pleasant listening experience without feeling the need to crank up the volumeIsolation is moderate, which for me is a good thing as it creates less pressure inside my ears and means I can listen through them for longer without the usual fatigue.Controls are secure, and require a light pinch of the short stems. If you didnt already know, there is no volume control on these. For me, I just use Siri commands instead havent had any funny looks so far.At least a couple of full recharges in the case too but its hard to tell as they charge up every time you put them away, but at least they are always topped up.Really glad I got these in the end, even if they come at a cost.

The Airpod Pros by Apple is the future of wireless headphones. The AirPods themselves are very light and comfortable in the ear. When you are wearing them in your ears it sometimes feels as if there is nothing there. The overall sound quality on the AirPods is great as well. The sound of the music is crisp and clean. Aside from the headphones, the AirPod Pros unique charging case allows the AirPods to charge incredibly fast. Placing the AirPods in the charging case for just 15 minutes will give you 3 hours of battery life in the AirPods The charging case itself is fairly light and small. The features that I find most intriguing with these headphones are the Active Noise Cancelation and the Transparency Mode. The active noise cancelation blocks out all external noise from the environment that you are in, while the transparency mode allows you to let noise into the headphones so you can hear what is happening around you. With the click of a button on the right or left AirPod you can enable the noise cancelation feature as well as transparency mode. Whenever I am using the AirPods whether its at the gym or even on a long car ride, I have the noise cancelation feature enabled. With the AirPods being resistant to sweat and water, I dont have to worry about my headphones being damaged from these things especially while I am working out at the gym. There are no major problems that I have come across with these headphones, but there are some small issues that I have run into while owning these AirPod Pros. Some small issues that I have encountered are that the AirPods are extremely easy to lose due to their small size, music will sometimes cut out and youll have to reconnect your AirPods back to your phone, and lastly, sometimes it can be hard connecting them to new devices. With the AirPod Pros being priced at 249.00, I believe that they are well worth the purchase. They come with so many amazing features and they are known to be a reliable pair of headphones. When I first used them, I was very impressed, and I didnt want to use any other pair of headphones.

I had the standard AirPods but they were hurting my ear canal so I went for it and upgraded to these.First, the removable ends allowed me to find the right fit for my ear and they feel much better when used for extended periods of time.Second I love the fact that I could find the right amount of noise protection using the iPhone settings utility.Third I love the 3mode sound options.Lastly, the noise cancellation is excellent. I wear these at work without listening to anything just for the noise cancellation.I will say the fact that Ive dropped them while removing them or putting them in has made me nervous. They are solid but end up being slightly heavy for their size so with their slick finish and my fat fingers Ive had them disappear into the couch, and they are pricey so if you tend to drop things or dont have great dexterity with your fingers keep that in mind.

Compared to the original AirPods, the form factor of the case and the earbuds just look awkward, but the functionality is great. This is the kind of the ugly older brother to the originals that is more powerful.TRANSPARENT MODETo me,the best feature is the transparent mode sound. This uses the microphones from the noise cancelling feature to actually pass ambient sound through to your ears while you listen to music or the phone. It seems like such a small feature, but ultimately, the ability to walk around with full environmental awareness AND music or your phone is pretty awesome. It makes the music presence more like high quality background sound All the time.NOISE CANCELLATIONI put these in when I was on a plane alongside my Bose Noise Canceling headphones. The performance was comparable or possibly even slightly better because these seal your ear. Given the match in performance, Id rather wear these because its easier to sleep.SOFT BUD TIPSThe soft bud tips arent magic, they just work the way all other bud manufacturers have been doing for years. Oooh, but Apple made them white and… nope, just soft tips. Move along.CHARGINGCompared to the originals, these function the same. If you have OCD and use your earbuds all day long, you may find they need to go into the case sooner by half an hour or something … but Ive seen no real difference in regular inoutinout daily use.CASEWith a millimeter difference here or there, its the same size as the original case, rotated 90 degrees.IPHONE INTEGRATIONSame special proprietary features as the originals, but the icon looks like a pair of confused ducks.OVERALLI wear them every day, leave them in when Im not using them and consider them a key part of my work life for phone calls and music. Do they constitute a full upgrade to the originals Not totally, but somewhat. The transparent sound is the main wow feature, and the noise cancellation is solid. If the loose feel of the originals bothered you, the new tips solve that. If you dont care about the cost of buying new ones so soon after getting the originals, these are a worthwhile improvement on the originals and youll be happy. If I lost mine, Id pay for another pair.

I had high expectations with this headphones. As an owner of the original AirPods y was disappointed with two main things sound quality and wireless charging. The sound quality of the original AirPods was good for phone calls, but when you wanted to listen music they were simply not good. As a music fan I hated that. Then was the no wireless charging feature when I had wireless chargers everywhere at home. The AirPods Pro solved all that. They sound amazing. Cristal clear, rich, vibrant and so powerful. I cannot be more happy with them. They have a learning curve in my experience. They were a little uncomfortable at first and that worried me. Paying 250 Taxes for something uncomfortable is a very bad idea. The ear tips took sometime to get used to, but nothing serious. Apple included three ear tip sizes. Try them until you find the right one for you. The noise canceling feature is great. Also, took me some time to get used to it, but I love it. They still have the same problem every Apple headphones has the slippery plastic and sweaty ears becomes a pain in the ass. After a long listening session I find myself trying to readjust them in my ear. Its like they want to escape. Once the left earpiece jumped right into a bowl of cereal. That was a suicide. I contacted Apple and they replaced it under warrant. Months later, I put them on and noticed some sound distortion in the right earpiece. I took them to an Apple Store and they decided it was best to replace both earpieces. Apparently they didnt pass the tests. Overall, great headphones and excellent warranty. If youre looking to only get into calls with them, save yourself some money and go with the original AirPods. If not, go get this ones. The price is definitely worth it. I found a beautiful leather case for them from Nomad.

I ordered these from very and it came in an orderly manner as per usual.Opening the box is a pleasure like all Apple products. The pods are very comfortable and Ive worn them for 4hrs at a time with no issues, the charge case is really small which is a nice feature and it charges the pods very fast.ANC on these headphones is very good, they block out most low frequency sounds, car engines, footsteps, the pump on my fish tank and clicking fingers and this is before you even start to play anything, soon as you put your media on itll block out everything. They dont block out completely but do dull down some high frequency sounds like people talking, and seagulls before playing media and listening at low levels. The main feature I wanted these for though was transparency mode, its amazing, like your not even wearing In ear headphones making it perfect for use in shops and interacting with other people with out the need for taking your pods out, dare I say it improves my hearing haha.I was between these and a slightly more expensive set from another brand from BSOE, Im glad I went for these they really are fantastic.Yes theyre expensive but not the most expensive and the seamless pairing to Apple devices and the whole Apple eco system seriously makes them worth it if your an Apple user.NOTE models made before Oct20 can experience sound issues, my right pod had this fault but I contacted Apple and its a know issue and they will send out a free replacement and you send the effected pod back to Apple.

The new design brings comfort plus convenience with the new Apple AirPods Pro I am very impressed with the overall comfort of the AirPods Pro versus the original AirPods. I was apprehensive to purchase a pair of the original AirPods because the standard Apple earbuds that came with iPhones and past devices were incredibly uncomfortable theyd literally hurt my ears. So I waited and continued to use wired headphones when I would have preferred to be untethered. Then I borrowed my brothers AirPods 2 several times and experienced the same discomfort. I believe the similar design to earbuds was the issue. The new Apple AirPods Pro are smaller and offers a great fit providing 3 different ear tips to select from in the box. The noise canceling feature works amazingly a transparency feature is also offered The distance for connectivity is incredibly impressive they maintained a clear, uninterrupted connection to my MacBook that was streaming a live workshop from my kitchen while I worked in my basement and around my house. If you have been on the fence about finally buying yourself AirPods like I had been, I hope this review helps you I am very pleased with my new Apple AirPods Pro

I live in the Caribbean so had a friend pick me up a set of air pods pro from one of the Walmarts in the states. I had the chance not quite a month later when I had to make an emergency trip to the US, to return them and did not do so because I had already ordered third party addones that I hoped would fix the issue. They did not. So, reading through my ratings you are probably asking yourself why I only gave it two stars. After all, I liked the sound quality. I liked the features. I liked the ease of use. So, why two stars The design and the fit or rather, the lack thereof. For some reason, Apple had to mess with the original design and when they did, they changed something so these things no longer stay in your ears. It does not matter if you are sitting still watching tv, turn your head too fast and they will go flying across the room. Eating Forget wearing them as the movement of your jaw will works one or both out of your ears and you will be scrambling to catch them before they hit your plate. Now, please do not take my word for it. Google the issue and read through the more than 10 million complaints. The issue is so bad, Apple has been known to replace them multiple times for the same customer, for the same reason they do not stay in the ears In the end, the customer I know about sent them back for a refund and bought a different headset. It is a shame really that Apple has not listed to the millions of us who have complained about the issue. Even with third party addons the fit is acceptable. Either you lose the noise cancellation feature or you have to remove the air pods from the adapter before you can charge them.It is true that Apple provided three different sizes to choose from. It is also true that the material these things are made of slide out of your ears easily, rendering the air pods useless. If you insist on having an Apple headset, go with the original air pods or with an over the ear headset like Beats. But please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on the air pods pro At least, not until Apple listens to its customers and solves the problem.

Great buds I am not a big fan of Apple products and try to avoid at all costs but with the exception of a lower than expected IPX rating, these meet all of my needs. I also picked these up at a reduced cost which Best Buy matched.Prior to purchasing, I spent several months trying every brand of wireless earbuds on the market these were the clear winner. The Jabra brand was a close second but I had major update firmware issues with them and I did not like the touchtap control features. As with anything Apple, there is a great market for aftermarket additions my major issue with these are the slippery silicon tips as they would not stay in my ears. The solution was to order the Comply Foam Tips and they enhanced my listening experience which included creating a secure sealfit while I exercise. The controls are fine and I love the haptic feedback. Sound quality and noise cancellation are also well above average. The case is very small and recharge time is fairly quick. If these had an IPX 7 or higher rating, they would be perfect.Since Apple now own Beats and Bose, they have made a major move to dominate the wireless earbud industry and these were clearly the winner for my needs.Hope this helps

These are THE BEST active noise canceling ear pods in my opinion… if they fit your ears. I cannot workout, mow the yard, do anything active in them or the left ear bud falls out no matter which silicone tip I use. When they are seated in place, ie used while watching television, working at a desk, they are AMAZING for phone calls and noice cancelation. It completely removes the incessant hum of an AC unit while Im sitting on the patio. Probably would take out the sound of a pool filtration unit too. When listening to music or a well produced podcast, you are definitely in your own bubble and thats amazing. Music sounds good but I wouldnt say great. Most would say it sounds good enough, no complaints.Thankfully Best Buy took these back as I believe the first important role of an ear bud is for it to stay in your ears. I exchanged for the Sony WF1000XM3 ear buds, which also fell out of my ears. Their noise canceling was not as good despite others claims but music DID sound better with more bass, more clarity. After returning the Sony unit, I bought the new Samsung Galaxy Buds Live. They sound great, stay in my ears. Noise canceling is third behind Apple, then Sony. BUT THEY STAY IN MY EARSPROsSound is goodNoise cancelation is THE BEST IVE HEARD.Great for phone calls, not as amazing as billed. My callers could almost always tell they were on some sort of speaker phone device, so it didnt fool anyone.Negatives The main gripe for Apple is that the fit is poor major deal breaker. Regular AirPods dont fit me either. SIRI is suppose to always be on which seemed really cool when advertised. Unfortunately I had to repeat myself frequently so the feature was unreliable. My Alexa devices are more responsive.OVERALL, I would buy these over any other if they just stayed in my ears

The GoodSound quality is very good for headphones of this size. Significantly better than regular AirPods. The active noise cancellation is really good. The fact that it can detect when people are talking near you and allow that to play through the headphones is REALLY nice. The charging case and its new and improved hinge are fantastic. The badPrice. Good grief Apple why the hell do you have to charge so darn much for these thingsBattery life. I know that its a hard ask for devices this small to have a better battery life, but when you use them as much as I do it gets pretty annoying. My average battery life is about 45 hours with intermittent usage, but they stay in my ears for basically the whole time.Price. Did I mention price These things are basically a bargain compared to the AirPod Max things.ConclusionIf you can afford them. Get them over the regular AirPods. The sound quality alone is worth the jump in price and then throw in the noise cancellation and its a great deal. You can occasionally get these for 200 on sale so Id say wait for that to happen before you jump on it.

Coming in at 249 the Airpods Pro have a lot prove in order to justify their price, especially when you consider some of the very competitively priced options from other contenders in the market. Luckily, they manage to do just that. These, in my opinion, are handsdown the best truewireless active noise cancelling earbuds on the market IF you have an Apple device especially if you have multiple to use them with. If you mainly plan to use these with an Android device or nonApple computer go ahead and skip to the bottom of the review to see why you may want to avoid them. Now then, without further ado lets talk about some earbuds. One of the first things youll notice when opening the box is the alternate silicone tips included. Its imperative that you try all of them to find the one fits best in your ear and provides a good seal if you plan to take advantage of the ANC in this product. If you dont plan to use ANC then you bought the wrong product Aside from ANC almost every feature Im going to list is also available in the regular AirPods which you can pick up for 50 less if you still want a wireless charging case or a whopping 90 less if youre cool with plugging things in the old fashioned way. Now then, the AirPods come with two noisecancelling modes Active Noise Cancellation, which uses two microphones on each Pod to cancel noise like every other pair of ANC headphones or earbuds out there, and Transparency, which acts as more of an AANC antiactivenoisecancellation mode that passes through the sound from the microphones instead of using it for noise cancellation. Despite only using two microphones on each AirPod for noise cancelling then ANC mode on these earbuds works really well, especially if you have a good seal. I wouldnt exactly wear them on an 8hour flight thats what the Bose OvertheEar headphones are for, but the noise cancellation is good enough that you probably wont hear the construction from across the block and the comfort isnt halfbad. Transparency mode is great, and out of all the earbuds and even some headphones Ive tested that have had this feature none can touch the AirPods Pro in terms of quality. Some earbuds with these modes can sound kind of muffled, have issues with peaking, and sometimes take a few seconds to sound normal again if a loud sound like a dumbbell hitting the ground from across the gym happens. You can also turn off ANCTransparency, but you wont be gaining much battery life from doing so, and theres not really much of a point. Id rather hear nothing or hear everything rather than halfhear muffled sounds.Where these headphones really shine is the software if you have an Apple device. One of the best selling points for this product is that your AirPods can automatically switch between your paired Apple Devices as you use them, and the experience is rather seamless in my experience. For example, lets say youve been listening to music on your phone and it comes time to attend a company conference callvirtual meeting on your Mac. Instead of having to go into your settings to connect to your headphones you can simply just start using your Mac and itll switch to your AirPods as soon as you get into an application that plays sound or needs to use a microphone. After the call is over you unlock your iPhone and hit the play button on your music app of choice and itll switch right back. Later in the day you decide to sit down on the couch and relax with your iPad. You decide you want to watch the new episode of that one show on Netflix and hit the play button, and bam, your AirPods are automatically connected without you even lifting a finger. It should be noted that due to the criteria of switching media playback starts on a device paired but not currently connected to the Pods some people may find this feature annoying or a hindrance rather than helpful. If thats the case then you can turn off Autoswitching in the settings for the AirPods on your individual devices, that way if you want your AirPods to switch between your iPhone and iPad but not your Mac you can do so.Playback controls are, of course, present on the device in the form of forcesensitive stems. To perform actions you simply squeeze the stem of either AirPod. Both AirPods have the same controls, so it doesnt matter which one you use. To playpause simply give the stem a single quick squeeze. To skip the current track squeeze twice, and to rewindreturn to the previous track squeeze three times. By default squeezing and holding will switch between Transparency mode, ANC mode, and ANC off, but can be rebound in the settings to summon Siri instead. You can also summon Siri by simply saying Hey Siri. Unfortunately, there is no way to raise or lower the volume through the squeeze gestures, so youll have to either use Siri, your devices volume controls, or the digital crown of a paired Apple Watch in the Now Playing app if youre using your Pods are connected to your iPhone. Not being able to control the volume from the earbuds themselves is one of the only flaws in an otherwise excellent product.Additional features you may enjoy include Spatial Audio capability for supported video content and Dolby Atmos Spatial Audio support for Apple Music. exclusive to AirPods Pro and Max Dolby Atmos support for Apple Music. exclusive to the AirPods lineup and select Beats headphones Conversation Boost mode for Transparency mode, which uses the microphones to boost the sounds of voices coming from in front of you. Ambient Noise Reduction slider for Transparency mode which helps reduce less important noises like a humming machine but not noises like a voice. Announce notifications with Siri. You can choose which apps are announced. Tracked as part of the Find My network to help you locate your lost Pods. As long as somebody with an iDevice is near the location will be updated and sent to the Find My network. Get an alert on your iPhone if you leave your AirPods behind at a location. You can set certain safe locations like your home where you wont get a notification even if you leave your Pods behind. Proximitybased tracking using the Find My app to help you pinpoint the location of your lost Pods in a room or area. AutoSwitch support on Apple TV. Play whitenoise without a separate app using Background Sounds. Background Sounds will play even when using other media apps, like a music app.Overall, the AirPods Pro are a quality product, but its the software features that strengthen its value compared to competitors. Its sound signature is about the same as the less expensive AirPods, but the 50 premium you pay assuming you get AirPods w Wireless Charging Case gets you good active noise cancelling and some other neat extra features. If you decide to get the regular AirPods without the Wireless Charging Case included its a difference of 90 BUT buying the WCC separately down the road will cost you 80 alone, leaving you with a price difference of about 10 in which case it certainly would have been better to just get the Pros. Easeofuse is great, as expected of an Apple product. When using an Apple device you get a pretty comprehensive settings menu when you inspect the AirPods in your Bluetooth settings, which allows even the most technologically inept people to do things like set the balance of their AirPods or rebind stem gestures. If youve got 250 to spend and a slew of iDevices then I 100 recommend this product.ANDROIDNONAPPLE DEVICE USERS START READING HEREHi So youve got an Android phonetablet or want to use the AirPods on your Windows device. Or perhaps your Chromebook blegh or Linux why are you even reading this then device. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product to you. For 250 all youre really getting is a pair of truewireless ANC earbuds, with none of the other software bells and whistles that make this product shine. While you can playpauseskiprewind tracks and toggle the AirPods ANC modes you cant increase or decrease the volume using the earbuds alone and you cant even summon your devices voice assistant to do it for you like you can on an Apple device. This means youll be relegated to using your devices volume rockers or volume control center, so tough luck if you were hoping to use these as workout headphones. The most important part for you at this point is probably sound quality, but even that tends to suffer. On Android devices this is due to how wildly different some devices handle the AAC Bluetooth codec that these earbuds use to deliver high quality sound. It may sound great on one Android phone, but terrible on another, and theres not much you can do about it unless the manufacturer releases an update to their flavor of Android or you root your phone and flash a custom version. This is at no fault to the AirPods, and AAC implementation will hopefully become standardized in future versions of Android. ChromeOS may suffer from similar issues and Linux may vary from distro to distro, though you can almost certainly fix it with relative ease in Linux. On Windows Devices I would stay away from these and any other bluetooth headphones with a microphone like the plague. This doesnt have to do with codecs or anything like that, but rather how Windows handles Bluetooth audio as a whole. Im running out of characters on this review, so I cant get into the nitty gritty, but its an issue to do with AG modes and switching between them. Hopefully it will be fixed. Coming with iOS 15, which was not released at the time of review. Coming with tvOS 15, which was not released at the time of review. Coming with iOS 15, but Siri will still announce text messages in older versions of iOS. Coming in a firmware update to be released with iOS 15. Devices on older firmware will only show their last location in proximity to your paired device on the map.

After about 1520 or more mixed uses and 30 hours…Things I LikeExcellent ANC and with venting does not feelsound weird like some others.Ease of linking with IOS devices plus instant on or off.Ease of using Siri for actions vs having to touch or slide buds.Pretty good sound.Reasonably more comfortable than others, especially after some usage time.3 sound modes vs 2 transparency which is adjustable, passive NC, or Active NCHandy and smallcompact case which fits in jeans watch pocket so well its like not even there or I sometime forgot I put them.Ability though a bit tricky and tight to wear under a motorcycle helmet. Which BTW was a key reason for my buying. Also very handy when doing outside work or projects… my 2nd key reason for buying.Amazing BT range Ive had times outdoors doing stuff where I was 150 or more feet from phone but no issue. Its obviously less when there are objects in between lessening the range , but still excellent.Low pointsFitment could be a bit better… maybe with slight design or material change to pads or more variety.Bass is good but could be a tad better. maybe with better passive seal would help. Ive found after some listening time the bass seems a bit low or weak so they need a little push in to seat bettertighter and it helps.Lack of customizing tone controls as most particularly as we age hear differently or have different preferences. Using EQ in Music settings on IOS will offer some tweaking, but not custom enough to user needs or preferences.I wish the standard sound was just a bit fuller like Sony, Master Dynamic, Sennheiser, new Bose and Jabra. But its good enough and the added feature advantages make me satisfied. I can wear my over phones when Im not on the move doing anything and want better sound.Find my air pods is a nicehandy IOS feature, but does not appear to work for the case alone or if they are in case when you are looking for them. It would be better if both pods when out and the case with or without pods maybe vibrate else sound were findable.Though acceptable, a bit more battery life would be nice.Lack of a voice activated Hey Siri means of call answering for times one cant readily squeeze the stem to answer a call. when under a helmet or in midst of a projectwork when hands are too busy.

I travel quite a bit for business, so being able to listen to music or audio files without the interference of outside noise is important to me. About a year ago I bought the top of the line SONY headphones, which I really really liked because of its excellent sound quality and noisecancelling features. I recently purchased the Apple Airpods Pro, and omg, I am amazed by its excellent noise cancelling feature, which is as good as my fullsize SONY headphone, if not better actually. Needless to say that I no longer take my full size headphone on trips because it takes a lot of room in my backpack, when my new Airpods do the job just as well without taking much room in my travel backpack.I should really give it a 5Star rating, but the only reason I give it a 4star is because I already lost one of my AirPods and I am not happy. Lol. I couldnt find it anywhere using the Find my AirPod feature on my iPhone. That hurts since they are expensive and I only had it for a month. Guess, Ill be more careful next time.

Okay, so I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review on these, and Im glad I did.Ive had these since 2019, and theyve worked flawlessly up until yesterday morning. I use them regularly at the gym or when Im running, and I noticed a small rattle starting to occur in the left airpod. Started off happening only at lower volumes, but has since gotten worse and it happens constantly. I dunno if its a combo of me sweating and them moving that caused it.. but yeah.I absolutely loved these things while they lasted, the way they work so seamlessly with the iphone combined with the nice transparency feature made these perfect for those study days in the library, and they even worked well in the gym or on outdoor runs. If they ever release a pair of these made specifically for working out Im definitely getting them.Would I recommend them to a friend If theyve got an iOS device theyd like to use them with, definitely.. I run a bit more than the average person and I think that contributed to mine starting to mess up. I just over a year and a half of abuse out of mine..

I do really like these and how you are able to change the rubber tip to fit inside your ear, my only issue with this is that they often fall out despite me trying both small and medium buds. Other than that, theyre great Sound is awesome although pretty much the same as their regular earphones so I wasnt blown away but the quality I found was already great in the sound. I also love that if one of your AirPods becomes loose or is starting to fall out, itll pause whatever you are listening to which is a great feature because I plan to use these when going back on my runs so if one was to fall out youd notice. The battery life isnt brilliant so if youre out and about and want to listen to music, definitely make sure not to forget your charging case, I think mine last about 3.54 hours without charge So not great having such a short battery life but the charging case is great, when you open the case hold or near your phone and it tells you how much charge you have left, I found that pretty cool. I cant really compare to the generation 1 or 2 since the AirPod pros are the first AirPods Ive owned. Overall Id give 4 since AO had a great offer on and I do really like these AirPods, but if I wasnt going to use these for exercise I probably wouldnt of paid the price for this product

I bought my AirPods knowing full well that I would be purchasing a new iPhone a few weeks later. In the meantime, Ive been using them with my Galaxy Note 9, and theyve worked great Once connected with Bluetooth, all the features you would expect are there, except for maybe voice assistant I dont use it, so I havent bothered to check. The volume is a little low on Android, but there are workarounds in the Android settings to fix that. The only reason this doesnt get five stars is because sometimes the sound will cut out in one earbud, or altogether in both. I dont know if this is an Androidonly issue, or if theres an issue with the inear recognition software, but its not a huge deal for me. Ive yet to see if these issues persist on an Apple device, but Ive used them on my girlfriends iPhone, and they work just as well, if not better there no volume issues. Im no audiophile, so I cant tell you how well these stack up to other premium headphones, but they work great for earbuds. While the noise cancellation is fantastic and I cant stress that enough it certainly doesnt stack up to overear headphones where noise cancellation is considered. These will still work in a pinch when walking down the street, but Id be curious to see how they hold up when on a plane or a busy bus. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase, and whether youre on Apple or Android, I think you will be too.

But they are great nonethelessUnobtrusive Considering that these are tiny earbud style devices that you jam into your ear canal theyre quite comfortable.Intuitive Extremely easy to connect to Apple devices. Very seamless pairing literally out of the box.Premium Material definitely feels high end and makes you feel flossy when you whip them out to listen to your tunes. That said, it does come with a premium price tag.Portable Barely notice the case is in my pocket. So much so, that I forget if grabbed it from my nightstand before leaving home.High enough Fidelity Smooth mids, kinda punchy bass, and a relaxed treble range make for a comfortable listening experience.Love, love, love Being able to switch between noise cancelling and transparency modes should really be a standard thing with earphones. The AirPod Pros incorporate it well and all in a tiny package. Fair warning Although noise cancelling doesnt completely block out your surroundings be prepared to get yelled at by your wifey for not hearing what she said.

Have had the AirPods Pro for over 6 months now. Wanted to upgrade from a pair of Bose Soundsport wireless buds that although they were better staying in your ears, had no noise cancellation feature. You had to crank up the volume to tune out the background noice. These AirPods Pro work nicely. A few hiccoughs after a few weeks, as Apple upgraded the firmware on the product, and the noise cancellation feature wasnt at best when I first had them. Apple has since modified the firmware, and the sound cancellation feature is much better. You need to try out the different size buds, I found the larger ones to make a tighter fit. If you are using them to workout, job and you are sweaty there is a tendency for them to get a bit loose in your ear. You just need to turn and twist them back into your ear for a tighter fit.I like the compactness of this product over the Bose. Overall, I like how these work great with being an Apple ecosystem person, syncing well with my iPhone, iPad and Apple watch.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THISgave it two stars because of the noise cancellation and sound quality, maybe a few other nitpicked features here and there. The good seamless pairing with everything apple.Crisp sound and amazing noise cancellation feature, I mean, that thing works. If like me you take the train to work everyday, it completely blocks off the noise, which is pretty cool. They charge pretty fast and can last a bit of uninterrupted play time theyre no beats tho lol but yeah. The bad THEY DO NOT STAY IN YOUR EARSNo matter what i do, what ear tip I use, they do not stay put, you have to constantly be pushing them in, you could be sitting and these things fall out, I dont see anyone even working out with these, so I would not recommend. Also something I personally found annoying is that there is no tap to playpauseskip. It has these embedded buttons at the tip of the earbud and since its so short you end up displacing them in your ear and we already know they dont stay in to begin with, so just put that money into savings instead.

These things are every bit as good as people say they are. I was hesitant at first due to price, but that was gone within the first hour of using them. Integration with iOS is fantastic, Siri has never been more easily accessible, switching between left, right, or both is stupid simple and seamless, and as a side bonus, theyre also super easy to pairuse with other nonApple Bluetooth devices. Sound quality for both playback and phone calls is excellent, the noise cancellation is very good not as good as noise cancelling overear headphones, but then again, no earbud is, and the transparency mode is absolutely fantastic like you dont even have them on Battery life is only decent, about 4 hours on a single charge, which to Apples credit is what they advertise. However, they do charge very fast in the case, which also supports wireless charging, and does last 56 full charges as claimed by Apple. When theyre running low, pop them in the case for 510 minutes and youre good to go for another 45min to an hour or so.Only complaint is the stock ear tips arent super comfortable and would sometimes cause them to fall out when working or bending over, especially if youre sweating at least in my ears. HOWEVER, a cheap set of foam ear tips from Dekoni fixed that issue right up, and now they never slip or fall out and are much more comfortable, to the point I forget theyre in sometimes Well worth the extra investment.Definitely the best ear buds Ive tried yet, even without the foam tips, especially after the last few feature updates from Apple with more audio customization options, auto switching between devices, and spacial audio Love themIf youre an iOS or iPadOS user, just get them. Dont even bother with anything else. This is as good as it gets for true wireless earbuds on iOS. Android users and general Bluetooth device users, Id look elsewhere. The main benefit of these is their ease of use, feature set, and seamless integration within the Apple ecosystem. Functionality outside of the ecosystem, while still good, is basic and limited. Youd only be getting like 20 of the full experience.

These were 250 and went on sale to 160 just before Christmas. I was not interested at all until three things happened1 My wired headphones finally bit the dust.2 They went on a massive sale.3 I found out how good the mic was for phone calls.I was actually talking to a friend in MN Im in KS and asked him about the voice quality when he was on the phone. He said, Im actually using them right now. I was pleasantly surprised since it sounded as if he was talking directly into his mobile. I have a low, monotone voice, so boom mics hardly EVER pick up my voice properly especially these LITTLE boom mics that barely extend past the ear. Fantastic so farMy only complaint is that, because theyre so small, I tend to leave them in places where I forget where they are. This wouldnt be an issue if Find My Device actually had an audio ping. It doesnt it simply notifies you the next time they connect to a bluetooth device. This does me ZERO GOOD when I cant find them to begin with Put a small speaker to ping Apple

First thing the look and feel of these airpods are awesome. Im apart of the apple ecosystem so I like to be updated my wearables often. The noise control spatial audio feat is great for a decent music or movie experience. The only bad thing that really turns me off would be the way they fit in your ear, even after changing the tips. Very uncomfortable plus they will fall out easy. Actually the worse thing would be the software or hardware issue with connection. They wont always connect or you will receive the Not your Airpods message and will need to reconnect them. Best thing to fix this issue would be to reset your network connection in your phone settings then reconnect airpods. I would love to recommend this to a friend but I would honestly say go with the 1st gen airpods. As I still have my 1st gen and Im happy as Im able to use them when my AirPod pros start acting up.If Apple would make the the pros like the 1st gen but keep all the pros features they would be great.

Ive used these airpods ever since I bought them. I also use them on an android device.Firstly, music qualityThey have great reproduction of music. Slightly heavy on bass in my opinion but your experience may vary especially if you set your own equalizers. The features such as active noise cancelling and transparency mode are great and are what i was going for. For active noise cancelling, you really feel like you are standing in an isolated room when you have this mode on. I barely hear anything, but I also barely use this mode except when I have something that I need to listen to intently. The other mode, transparency mode is neat to use in public settings. If you set the volume right, you can listen to both your music and your environment so if you feel like you need to enjoy your tunes and get something done at the same time, this is perfect. The case is okay and it holds a lot of charges. In my opinion, the case is glossy and is slippery at most times. Ive dropped it a few times but I was lucky it fell on carpeted surfaces. Also it is a fingerprint magnet, so beware of that. Also, the charging cable included with the case is Lightning cable terminating to USBC if you dont have a wireless charger. It charges decently fast.ConsI guess the one con this product have would be price. It is really pricey to buy, you could buy different wireless buds in place of this which also has the ANC ambient noise cancelling feature and the transparency mode.

AirPod Pros are SUPERIORIm a bass head, which means anything that has thumping, emotional bass is my kind of sound quality. Although these lack that very area, it makes up with Optical Audio and the ability to Noise CancelI tried Powerbeats Pro, simply because of the beats brand name, but I might have just as well put my head between two trash cans. Pathetic audio, but great style and fit. Im not here to advertise, but music and sound lovers should check out Sonys XtraBass headphones for massive bass. Theres a brand called Tozo on Amazon that has better sound quality than PowerbeatsThe Pros definitely reign over the traditional classic AirPods in ALL categories sound, quality, fit, and more The design of the Pros dont cause any fatigue in your ear, but you do however acquire moisture in them which lead to the AirPod and your ear being oily.I would definitely buy these again and again. An awesome feature I love is that you can connect them to your Apple TV Once you connect them, you can now listen to your TV, RIGHT IN YOUR EAR I mean who the fruck needs a home theater when you have Optical Audio I can find nothing wrong with AirPod Pros. 10010 for sure.

I was in the market for a pair of true wireless earbuds, and, having both an iPhone and a Macbook, AirPods were my first thought. However, I hate, hate, HATE Apples standard earbud tips that they use for their EarPods and AirPods. It doesnt fit correctly in my ears making for a sound quality experience that is fairly disappointing, and they fall out easily. So when I heard about AirPods Pro and their silicone tip, I immediately knew that they were my 1 choice. The noice cancellation is so much better than I ever could have imagined from a pair of earbuds, and the noice transparency mode is such a welcome convenience. I love being able to go straight from absolute silence besides my music to hearing all of my surroundings while still keeping the playlist going. Of course, they are a bit pricey, but if youre an Apple user that doesnt like their typical earbud tips like myself, then these are the buds for you. The simplicity of pairing it with Apple devices and the added features you receive are well worth the price, in my opinion.

I really love the Airpods Pro. Im kind of a headphone and earbuds snob, and I didnt think I would really like the Apple product. But after spending some times with two upscale brands, which proved unsatsifactory in terms of sound quality, I tried a friends Airbuds Pro, and I was sold. I have lived with them now for almost three months, and Im very happy with the overall sound.I suppose the bass could be a little bit better, but I might just be used to a heavier bass sound from my older wired earbuds and they probably overemphasized bass. But these phones have a wonderful midrange and sense for depth for a pair of earbuds. And sometimes I have to turn the volume up on my iPhone almost all the way up, but this is very rare and only the case on a couple of songs that were recorded at lower volume.I would also recommend these buds for people who have trouble getting a fit with some other earbuds on the market. The way these are shaped, they would seem to fit a wide variety of ear shapes and ear canal shapes, and I think the fit was why I might not have been happy with some of the competing products. And if you have an iPhone, they are very easy to connect.

If you own an iPhone and youre looking to get wireless ear buds, you have to get the AirPods or AirPods Pro. I purchased the AirPod Pro and was not disappointed. In case youre unaware, Apple is soon to update the AirPod Pro. The available information indicates theyll be no major change in performance but more along the lines of a shorter stem. Shaped more line a giant kidney bean. The Pro already has shorter stems than the standard AirPods. The major difference between the Pro and standard AirPods being the Pro has Active Noise Cancellation and Silicone Ear Tips 3 sizes included. But because of the planned update, the Pro is often discounted, so get em while you can. The sound quality is excellent and ANC is above average. The other nice thing is Apple AirPods pair instantly to your iPhone. The only thing to be aware of is there is no volume control on the buds. You control volume from your phone or by Siri command. Thats a non issue for me, but just wanted you to know.

These AirPods are fantastic I had the AirPods 2 and really liked them as well. However, I must have above average sized ear openings because those fell out a lot. I wasnt able to use them for working out because of it. These AirPod Pros come with 3 different ear pieces. Ive tried all 3 and honestly, all of them fit more snug that the previous model. I have already used these in quite a few workouts as well at other times.Besides the fit being so much better for my ears, I like the additional features. I really like the noise cancelling function when I need to keep out background noise. You can also easily switch from that mode to transparency basically functions like a hearing aid since the actual seal of the AirPods keeps out noise as well, and just normal mode.Lastly, the AirPods 2 had a good sound but these seem to be somewhat improved in that area as well.

I love my new AirPods Pro. They come with 3 different sizes of rubber earbuds to ensure that they fit snugly in your ears. The battery of the case might not last as long as the previous generations, but the battery of the AirPods themselves definitely last longer. They can also function from slightly further distances from your phone than the previous generation could. Something that did initially throw me off and that took some getting used to was the fact that the AirPods are placed into the case facing the opposite direction than the previous generation. Sorry if that sounds confusing, but youll see what I mean when you open your case. The case has a landscape configuration as opposed to the previous generations portrait configuration. The case is also ever so slightly bigger than the previous generations, but that doesnt bother me much. The AirPods now have a nearly unnoticeable button on each of the stems to answer a call or to get Siris attention, replacing the double tab action used in the previous generation. I have to say that my most favorite new feature of all however, is the noise cancellation capabilities. I often use the noise cancellation to muffle the sounds of the airplanes, trains, and ambulances that pass by my house at night. Ive been getting much more sleep at night. In fact, the noise cancellation works so well that I slept like a rock throughout the entire duration of my neighbor using his firearm to put his elderly dog out of its misery. I had a hard time explaining to the police how I didnt hear a thing.

These are amazing wireless earbuds. Pretty much everything I expected from a high quality company like Apple. I was worried about them falling out at first, but they are surprisingly difficult to knock out. I work in a very loud environment and the noise cancellation is so nice, and being able to switch noise control modes just by pressing the button on the side is a nice touch. I would buy these multiple times over if I had to. I have never had them run out of battery life during use, even after multiple hours. Also, I only charge the case once every three days even with constant use. The battery will no doubt deteriorate over time, but at the moment it is way more than sufficient enough for me. The only downside is that they dont work with my pc, but I think that is more of an issue with Windows than Apple.

These pods are the first big purchase Ive made with my card and I have to say, they are excellentBattery Excellent I only need to charge it at least once a day, but it could probably go for two days I have a habit of charging things everyday. I like that it comes with the wireless charging case, also tip you can double tap the case while its wirelessly charging to see the light come on. The pods will last you for a whole day if you use them from time to time obviously they wont last if you keep them in 247.Sound quality The noise cancellation is the selling point for me, my house gets loud because my family plays music, and we also take frequent car rides. It works 99 when the pods are in my ear completely you can hear faint noises, but they are usually drowned out by any music you play. Transparency mode is really useful if you want to listen to music while paying attention to someone talking to you, or any outside noises. It sounds almost like you dont have them on I wish the bass was a little louder, but I think overall, the sound is balanced.Quality The pods are white and are easy to spot if you drop them unless your floor is white and the case is small enough to fit in most pockets. Obviously you should get some sort of case if you want to prevent scratches it does it like its plastic but the whiteness hides them well. Also, the tips are good I tried taking them out to clean them and noticed that they take a bit of force to remove. They are a lot tougher than they look, you shouldnt worry about tearing them. I think the seal is pretty good, but Ive noticed them trying to pop out which ruins the seal. Just make sure you try to find the best fit for you.TDLR Really good

Ive had these AirPods Pro for several months now. I bought them to replace my previous Bluetooth earpiece that finally wore out after years of good service. I like being able to use these AirPods when Im exercising and doing various activities. The sound is great when they are positioned just right in my ears. I wish it was easier to answer calls with them when I place them in my ears. With my previous Bluetooth from Plantronics, when a call came through, all I needed to do was remove my Bluetooth from its case, turn it on, and it would automatically answer the call. That all happened in quick succession. With my AirPods Pro, when a call comes through and Im not wearing them, I remove them from the case, place them in my ears and hope they will sync up with the phone fast enough for me to answer the call before it gets to voicemail. Usually I have to answer the phone manually and ask the caller to hold while I wait for the AirPods Pro to sync up with the phone. Its not the most convenient thing to do when Im driving for work. But…first world problems, rightAlso there are times when the sound is staticky, even when Im seated right next to my phone. I find that strange. And recently I learned that the noisecancelling affected the callers sound as well. I thought turning it onoff was merely for my benefit. I figured the caller would hear the same clear sound as they would when Im talking through the phone, regardless of the noise in my environment. That is not the case. I tested it out with a couple of friends.Turning on the noisecanceling made the call clearer for them and for me. But when Im driving, I want to hear more of the environment, for obvious reasons. My previous Bluetooth from Plantronics was a regular Bluetooth with microphone noisecanceling that had great sound for the caller. I could hear them and the ambient sound from my environment when working, as thats only what I used that Bluetooth for.Overall, the AirPods Pro have been very useful to me. I cant say that I see where they have been worth the price yet. And they have fallen out a few times during exercise. Hopefully with the coming software update from Apple this Fall they will be even more useful.

I love apple products currently. I am using iPhone11 AirPods version1Newly upgraded my AirPods pro last week. While comparing version 1 and AirPods pro there is a lot of difference,Airpods pro is the highestend model in the market.First plusupgrade Shorter stems, but they have larger buds and Airpods pro have a large black airflow grill while comparing to version one. Airpods pro is provided by a mic inside and outside. The next important thing I have to say is battery life The battery life varies depending on how far away you from the device and the volume we set the durability of battery change for me. The battery lasts for 5 hours approximately according to my experience.Comfortable to use If your ear has a small cavum then this is perfect for your Air pods. It will fit tight and it will not fall down even during my workout time and running time. I had the same confidence with my AirpodsAirpods pro is waterresistant it may withstand little rain, but I will not recommend it for a shower and swimming pool.I like to highlight the sound system where I fell in love with that, the Airpods are coming up with noise cancellation and transparency mode, the sound quality is awesome while comparing to my first version. Airpods pro has additional feature active noise cancelling with high sound quality. Finally, I am going to take off one star because of the multidevices usage. Sometimes the switch between my Macbook and Phone and Watch is not very seamless. They are all connected by my apple id but still, sometimes, my AirPods Pro and Airpods of course doesnt know which one to stay connected to.The best product to buy who really love to hear music and who love to travel a lot, which is user friendly and easy to carry. If you can afford this, youll never regret your purchase decision. Go for it.

I purchased these as a gift for my wife. I initially tried the regular AirPods but they werent as easy to fit or keep in her ears. I returned those and purchased the AirPods pro. She couldnt be happier. They connect super easy to her iOS devices and show battery status for both the buds and case when they connect. They buds fit great after she found the best fitting ear tips. The ANC works excellent and does a great job of isolation. When shes listening to these, I can stand right beside her and talk at normal volume without her noticing or hearing me. She uses these AirPods for most of her communication and av needs which includes streaming music and video, listening to church services and phone calls. Conversations sound crisp and clear on both ends. The mics use beamforming which picks up sound from a specific direction which helps eliminate unwanted background noise. Music sounds excellent with a warm, rich and clear sounding soundstage with pronounced but not overly heavy bass. There is also an adjustable EQ The buds stay in place under most circumstances and feel comfortable. The included wireless charging case works nicely with my nonApple Qi charging pad photo attached. The case begins charging immediately when placed on the pad.Ive been mostly disappointed with Apple products lately but the AirPods remind me of the Apple I used to know. The one that did not compromise on quality or user experience. Now, if these last less than two years, I will feel very differently. For the price these command, I should get AT LEAST two years of use. Given my recent experiences with shortlived iPhone and iPad batteries, I am justifiably concerned.

If you own an iPhone and are looking for a pair of bluetooth earphones which is kind of a must these days, this is the best product you can buy yes, even better than Max. Going to list out some features below, which in my opinion makes this the best earbud out there. Im also going to compare these to Sony WHXM3 and AirPods Max here and there.1. Sound Quality Fun. Its not neutral but nothing is too emphasized to the point where it feels unnatural. I have an HD650 and a Focal Elex but in the last 6 months, most of my listening has been through AirPods Pro. The reason is simple, its convenient and the sound quality is good enough that I dont feel like sitting down and reaching for the big boys all the time. Compared to Sony WHXM3, which I also own, AirPods are better across the spectrum, except lacking in bass volume or weight. However, I still prefer the bass of AirPods Pro because its tighter and faster. I find the XM3s bass quite sloppy and boomy but with equalization it can be better. Mind you that AirPods Pro is by no means a bass heads headphone. If you want that, AirPods Max is the way to go. I bought the AirPods Max and returned it recently because I didnt like the sound signature much. Its too vshaped for my liking. I honestly feel that AirPods Pro is a better sounding product than Max regardless of price, but I can see how some people prefer that.2. Noise Cancellation Mic Noise cancellation is superb, class leading for earbuds. Its quite comparable to the XM3s. When Im outdoors on the phone and its windy, people at the other end cant hear the wind. Same with my AC, which is quite loud and people can tell its on with the Sony, whereas with these in, a lot of times people cant. A lot has been made of the transparency mode on AirPods Pro and Max. I find it a bit too transparent and prefer just taking out one earbud when I need to hear outside things. Of course you cant do it with Max.3. Size and form factor I use these in the gym, around the house while doing chores, walking, biking etc. Honestly, this has been one of my most used set of earphones and Ive had them less than 6 months. Its easier to put on than IEMs but stays in and fits like one. I find it very comfortable for long use. The AirPods max felt uncomfortable to me and the clamping force is a bit too much I thought. So, again I would say that AirPods Pro is better in that regard.4. Apple features I can seamlessly switch between apple devices without taking them out or needing to repair. I can add items to grocery list while Im cooking in the kitchen using Siri. Connection to apple ecosystem is definitely more convenient than android, especially if you plan to use this with multiple devices. Of course, the product is aimed towards apple users. But if you can find them for a discount, Id say this is a really good pair of earphones on its own regardless of the ecosystem, probably best noisecancelling one in the market. All in all, this was probably my product of the year in 2020. Im so happy with it that if it gets lost or stolen, Im immediately buying another one. I cant remember being this happy with another product in a long time. I just hope that apple doesnt go for more of a vshaped sound in the next iteration.

So Im an apple fan, but not a fanatic and when these came out I thought it was just another Apple cash grab from the previous AirPods.Night and day difference over regular AirPods. So for working out, I was a big fan of Shures 215 bluetooth ear buds. The noise isolation, the volume and the sound quality were all really important to me and why Shure was great. But the problem is Shures bluetooth wraps around the back of your head and the bluetooth adaptor sits on the back of your shirt. So when youre working out or on the Peloton, sweat gets right through it. Ive replaced that thing twice in 2.5 years. So I wasnt about to buy another pair. The best thing about the AP Pro is that there is no wire and the sound quality is just as good as the Shure 215s. They do fit insanely better than the regular AirPods and sound is drastically better as well. However, the fit while better than regular AirPods isnt as good as the Shures, however, they do the job and do not fall out of the ear.The noise cancellation in these things are also like magic. Its insane.Really happy with my purchase.

But the airpods them self are perfect literally when it says opend box thats all they mean. The airpods themselves where still in there wrapping plastic and not used at all, it came with the charger and the extra ear bud thingys and a regular apple charger works for them. The purchase was totally worth it there absolutely amazing I love them its such a cool experience. And they dont fall out of you ears if your wondering and if they do they automatically stop whatevers playing like music or, YouTube video anything. So you will know when you drop them. They dont fell uncomfortable in the ears. Also Im 13 just a little thing to add. They battery lasts forever. And nothing was damaged they are so easy to connect and also I have the iPhone 11 for reference. I have not had any problems with them at all If your thinking of doing it do it But these ones though. thank you so much so happy. Hope this helps.

Sounds extravagant but there are advantages. They are so easy to setup and comfortable to wear, clear sound for both music and voice. You really notice the difference as soon as you turn on the noise cancelling and you become totally immersed in what you are listening to. Even better is the way you can share what you are listening to with another set of AirPods. My wife and I love listening to audiobooks and can now share the experience while pottering around the house or out on a walk without annoying other people. Finding out about this is what pushed us to get the second pair. Further to this, not having wires dangling around your neck, getting caught up in what ever you are doing, is a real bonus. I really didnt think it would make that much difference but it does. The AirPods come with 3 different sizes of buds which are comfortable and secure, if you pick the right size for you. We have been out running with them and, so far, they havent dropped out, unlike the old wired version which constantly fell out of my ear, so a big thumbs up from that perspective. To help choose the right size there is a utility that tests the fit for you and the results are not what we expected so would have chosen completely the wrong size. The Bluetooth connectivity is excellent and, for us, covers the whole house as well as outside. That is to say we leave the device in one room and can then get on with stuff anywhere else in the house without the hassle of carrying it around with you.If I have a criticism at all it would be that there is only one colour which can cause confusion when there are two of you but there are worse problems to have. I would highly recommend them for their comfort, ease of use, build quality and most of all for the lovely sound that you get out of them, no distortion from either music or voice.

I was a bit skeptical on buying these over the original AirPods. But on consulting my friends, they all highly recommend it. So I figured why not try them. As an existing owner of normal AirPods which retail for roughly 160, looking at spending roughly 90 more to gain Wireless Charging, Noise cancellation, a working microphone my existing pods where damaged just shy of AppleCare coverage, potentially a better fit for workouts and finally water resistance. On my first use I decided to go for a walk around the block and I was amazed at how well the noise cancellation works. Cars will zip right by me and it did not impact my listening experience at all. It was as if I was in my own world which really surprised me as I did not expect it to work as well as it was claimed. On my next test I went and did a yoga workout which is how I found that for me the Pros might not always be a slam dunk as the right pod would not stay in my ear. There are three different cap sizes supplied but going up a size or down a size did not really remedy my issue as it always came out. Im going to assume it is just my weird ear to be honest.Microphone quality is good, no issues when conducting Zoom or Face Time calls.Battery life is great, I did not notice it being any shorter than my existing non pro pair, although it should be noted with the transparency or noise cancellation modes active it takes about 30 mins off at about 4.5 hours out of the case before you need to recharge. The most important thing I would advise doing is to protect this new investment is getting AppleCare, as well as a case that will keep the pod case closed when dropped. The AirPod Case when dropped tends to make the pods shoot out and can potentially be damaged.

If you have an iPhone, iPad or Apple TV you will love these. They connect to all of your devices so you can listen on the go or while at home or while watching a movie and just want to hear all the little details or when you just dont want to wake or keep anyone up and listen as loudly as you like. The sound quality is much better than the regular Air Pods. The noise cancellation works fantastic. You can mow the lawn and listen to a podcast and hear every word. The transparency mode is really cool. It almost amplifies the external noise so you can hear everything around you and not feel like your ears are plugged and have unwanted pressure. Really makes you feel like you arent even wearing them in that mode. They stay snug in your ears while doing any activity. If you are on the fence, you wont be disappointed.

Expensive but no buyers remorse. These work as advertised. Noise cancelling isnt as good as a proper set of over the ear headphones, but how could it be. The noise pass thru feature is great at work if I want to leave my buds in and listen to low volume music, but I do feel like I need to remove them when talking to people, not because I cant hear them, because I cant gauge how loudly Im speaking. Connectivity to my idevices was an absolute breeze as was connecting them to my laptop. The squeeze to change noise canceling and the click to pause features both work really well. I get ear fatigue somewhere around 2 hours, where they just feel like an annoyance in my ear. If I take them off for a few minutes to charge them, and put them back in my ear, they feel comfortable again. If you have an idevice, Id strongly recommend these, otherwise, I might look at what Bose is doing with their new true wireless earbuds because I think pricing is relatively close. The game changer here isnt these specific buds, its the existence of true wireless earbuds in general. I would live with these in my ears if I could use them as hearing aids Im getting old or bionic ears

Id like to start this review by stating that iPhone headphones in excess of 1200. Ive tried numerous in ear headphones, and Ive never experienced anything like this. The mode to touch the button to hear ambient sound around you is amazing because you can listen to music and all of a sudden hit the button and hear whats happening around you. Especially in busy cities where you have to hear whats going on. The noise cancellation was also very surprising to me. I bought these thinking that I would try them because I do like Apple products, but I thought the price was extremely high for earbuds. I now see why the price the way they are, and I cannot imagine having an iPhone now without these. These headphones are the best headphones Ive ever owned in my entire life. And I was a musician, so Ive used quite a few.

These things pair phenomenally well with Apple made products. They arent great at staying connected to only one when another comes online. Not to a point of unusableness, but at the same time it can be annoying. The Siri use and call voice pickup is really nice for all kinds of apps and services like Skype, Zoom, and Discord. The issues I have here The magnetic case is not great by any means in the event of a fall. The thing comes open and the AirPods shoot out even with a small fall which result in scratches. These things can get really dirty in your ear and it is honestly gross to have to see on the whites. I wish these came in more colors than just stark white. They dont really blend well with any color phone and case other than white. These seem to be dying really quickly with only a year of use. If you are someone who can afford to buy new pairs every 15 months or so, then they are perfect. If not then youre stuck with a product that sputters, and screeches in your ear.

I had the original AirPods but didnt feel compelled to upgrade to the Gen. 2 as the extra hour of battery was kinda meh and the wireless charging Ive never really been fulled behind. When Apple announced these, I figured there were enough new features in these to justify spending the money to upgrade.Out of the box, the first thing that surprised me was the size. The case is a longer but it feels shorter. I have the Powerbeats Pro as well and thats always been the scarlet letter on those is the case is HUGE. The AirPods themselves the stems are not as long as the previous generation although the AirPod itself is larger. The pairing process was simple enough. You do have to update to iOS 13.2 so that took around 15 minutes or so and just like the original AirPods that card comes up and they pair almost instantly. One of the things I hated on the original AirPods was the handoff time between when you say put an AirPod in and the phone toggles from previous sound source i.e. car, HomePod to AirPod or generally just the time it took to connect when you received a phone call. Both are vastly quicker. After putting them in and firing up some music the sound quality is MUCH better than the original AirPods. I paired one headset from the new AirPod Pros and one headset from the Powerbeats Pro and the sound profiles are identical I would say the Powerbeats are a little more bassheavy. The soundstage is definitely wider, fuller and louder alltheway around than the original AirPods. The transparency feature was one I was excited to try. New for this generation, the AirPods have physical buttons that you can press or press and hold facing forward from the stems when theyre in your ear for easier accessibility its looks and feels much like the Apple Pencil Gen. 2 indented side that was created to give a better grip. This replaces the tapping system that honestly, worked when it wanted to on the first generation AirPods. A press and hold, by default on both headphones, toggles the Noise Cancellation to Transparency Or turns both off to conserve battery. This can be modified under Bluetooth AirPod Pros by tapping the i. You can also change one or both of these to be able to activate Siri manually, although these support handsfree Siri which is why all the controls are set to toggle thru the noise preferences instead. The transparency works best when music playback is paused. When music playback is still going on because of the way these seal, it feels like youre toggling the noise cancellation between high and low. When playback is paused then you can hear almost like the Live Listen feature but without having to use the iPhone. Presumably its passing audio from the muchpronounced external microphone and amplifying that into the AirPods. The other cool feature located in the Settings for AirPods is the ability to do an Ear Tip Fit Test. Often time, one of the reason these type of headphones with changeable tips get poor reviews is because people just use the stock size that comes on them without knowing if theyre truly the best fit or seal the latter being especially important on noisecancelling earphones. So theres a test built in that will play a brief song and use the technology built into the AirPods to determine if you are wearing the right size tips. Nicely done AppleI have yet to take a call on them so I cant comment on that, but the call quality was never an issue with the original AirPods. Supposedly with some of the newer headphone chips inside of these the H1 chip is supposed to provide enhanced call quality and performance. Wireless charging included is nice likely not to use it but at least its not something like the Gen. 2 AirPods where thats exclusively what the price difference is for.The only criticisms I have are 1 the AirPod silicone is white and youre going to have to clean it often to prevent wax from drying up on it in other words, colors wouldve been nice and 2 I wish they added loss and theft to the AppleCare plan instead of just accidental damage especially with the AirPods themselves being physically smaller in size in some regards the stem primarily. The AirPods now sit in the case inverted or back facing out whereas the previous gens sat with the back flush with the case.Overall, theres value to be had here from all previous generation owners. Considering these have a lot of firsttime features like sweat resistance, transparency mode, noisecancellation, wireless charging, a customized fit, better audio and call quality, etc.

Right so, heres the reason I purchased the AirPod pros. Last year in peak lockdown I was looking at headphone reviews on YouTube and it was a toss up between the Airpod pros or the Sony WH1000XM3. A few weeks later, my partner gave me my birthday present early, which was the Sony xm3s and dont get me wrong. They sound absolutely incredible I did however come to the realisation very quickly that the Sonys might not be a practical for me in everyday use. I like to use my headphones whilst working away, cleaning the house, out in the garden, working out which may get sweaty I even use them on my commute to work. Now as they were overhead earphones, I never planned on working out in them. I did notice when cleaning or gardening and general use in summer. I stopped using them allot as I noticed the ear cushions were getting sweaty gross but true. I also noticed a pressure in my head that usually leads to a headache after using for over an hour or two. I had an impulsive moment one evening and just ordered the AirPod pros and I am so glad that I did. Apple have hit the nail on the head with this product. They automatically connect between my iPad and iPhone depending on which one Im using, automatically pause when I take an AirPod out. The noise cancellation is impressive for such small buds and the transparency mode just literally feels like youve got the the song playing in your head because you cant even feel the airpods when they are in your ears. They are remarkably comfortable, I could wear these the whole day and forget I have them in. The battery is sufficient enough as I just throw it on a wireless charger every other day keeping the battery between 2080 is good for optimal battery health. The sound quality is decent enough, clear and full, they lack a little bass for my preference but I may have been spoiled by the Sony high fidelity sound but between the two Ive already had loads more use out of the AirPod pros and I havent even had them a few weeks yet. Just buy them, I doubt youll regret it. I received them the next day in perfect condition by a pleasant driver. I always default to AO with any tech or appliance purchases now because there pricing and service is second to none. Very happy customer

These are a great pair of truly wireless earbuds. I had the regular Airpods and the Powerbeats Pro for a brief period of time before I returned them. They both had good sound quality and nice features but the fit of them in my ears did not work well. The regular Airpods not the Airpods Pro were too small and would fall out of my ears with the slightest head movements. The PowerBeats Pro was too large and painful when wearing. However, the AirPods Pro gets the fit just right. They include interchangeable ear tips that allow you to select whichever is the most comfortable. The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancellation and transparency mode are also super cool and work well. Also, the size of the case they use to charge is perfectly pocketable and includes wireless charging if thats how you would like to charge them. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants an amazing pair of true wireless headphones.

Aside from all the memes about having the Pros versus the normal AirPods, these headphones are really worth it IMO I got them on sale, so I think it was a great purchase. They are so light weight in my ears, I basically wear them all day at work without any issues. Charging them from 20 back to 100 takes about 2530min, so I end up taking breaks with my headphones around noon. I work 8am5pm and wear them 90 of the time with zero issues. The charging case is lightweight and small easily fitting in your pocket without any bulge. Taking off the rubber tips are tricky at first, but once you grip them with your thumb and index finger properly, they snap right off. Im happy they come with smaller tips, cause for me, they fit so much better versus the medium and large tips. Cleaning is a breeze If you notice any wax, they wipe away easily with an alcohol pad My favorite part is the drastic change from transparent to noise cancelling The change is instantly noticeable Now, using noise cancelling does drain the battery, so use it wisely Plus its so darn good, it could be slightly dangerous if your job involves a lot of communication. Ive been caught a handful of times where people are telling me something and I can barely hear them, so I end up assuming the message is not for me. lol. All in all, these are perfect for the individual who is busy, on the go, talks a lot on the phone, gets a lot of messages, loves music, and is in and out of space calls. If you love Apple and have an iPhone, get them and dont look back

I just got these yesterday, Ive had them for less than 24 hours. Having come from the normal airpods and getting the pros I am very pleased. I liked the normal airpods but was not real pleased with the volume, they were not very loud. I havent really used the noise cancelling feature except when I first got them and it was wild all my kids were talking etc. and it was super quiet haha.. I was like whoaaa The sound quality in my opinion is awesome and has good bass response and highs etc. I havent tried bose as far as pods or anything, but I like how simple it is to sync with your iphone and just that these work.. the battery is good, I have been using them all day pretty much, I charged them on my lunch break but for the first 3.54 hours I still had prob 19 battery and that was listening prety much the whole time w occasional pause here and there. I am honestly very happy with this purchase, the call quality is good, the transparency feature is pretty cool as well. I think they are a good buy, I got a discount on mine, I paid 219 are they worth 250 I think they are, but at the same time thats a hefty price tag too… its one of those things are you happy with what you have With rumors of new airpods coming out soon, Id say these will probably drop some, but I an honestly say I am pleased with my purchase and glad to have gotten them. I think you will be pleased as well, I havent tried the spatial sound yet, but I hear its awesome as well..

I love my AirPods Pros. I love the noise canceling feature, and I love the bass it produces when the noise cancellation is turned on. The pause, rewind, and forward controls are simple. Pairing them with my iPhone and my iPad were a snap. Going wirefree has made a huge difference in my music consumption and enjoyment. I wish they also had volume control buttons, but thats not a dealbreaker for me. Why did I give it four stars instead of five The main reason is that within a few months of owning them, one of them stopped working, and I had to take them to the Apple store to get serviced. Luckily, they were still within warranty. Now that the other one is doing the same thing months later, I have to go through the hassle of making another Apple store appointment since I dont want to mail them in to be serviced. Also, it can be a bit annoying with them slipping out of your ears, but you can either change the tips that come with them three different sizes tips come in the box, or you can buy foam tips online that mold to your ears. I suggest getting AppleCare for them, if possible the limited warranty is only one year, and with me having these issues that I havent caused, Im concerned about having to pay for repairs in the future if these issues persist.

If you have an iPhone, dont make the same mistake I did by purchasing wireless ear buds that promise the same performance of the Apple AirPods Pro. Its just not possible. Although they will work with Android products, they are really made specifically for Apple products. Bluetooth connection is pretty much instantaneous as soon as you put one in your ear. Listening to music or having a conversation simply remove one of the airpods and the music will pause. Noise cancellation is awesome. However, if you want to wear them and be aware of your outside surroundings, you can simply change modes. If I had one complaint, it would be regarding the ear tips. I wish Apple would introduce memory foam ear tips for the airpod pros. Even with the large size silicone tips, I sometimes have a hard time keeping them in my ears.Final verdict These are simply the best. Worth every penny

Honestly not worth the money, I wish I would have got another set of second gen AirPods. These pros are just awful I have been waiting for Apple to come out with headphones with adjustable ear pieces because usually regular ones dont fit my tiny ears but even with the small tips I am dealing with pain, dropped calls, and connection issues. I have had to pair these AirPod pros EVERY TIME I use them with my iPhone 12. Now lets talk about the noise cancellation and Siri…lets just say that I have never screamed at Siri until I got these. Siri does not understand my voice 90 of the time with the AirPod pros, I dont know if I can speak any more clear or slow when using Siri. Also, one of the things I love about my second gen is that Siri settings actually save to the device so every time I put the second generation airpods in Siri will and read new messages, which side has the microphone and all of the other little things that I have set for ease of use throughout the day. The pros do not save any settings, the noise cancellation rarely works, I have to pair them every single time I want to use them and even when I am using both of them and take one out to hear my child I have to pair the pros AGAIN. I wish I could still exchange them for another pair of second gen because the pros are just sitting at the bottom of my purse.

Im not really an Apple fanboy. Ive enjoyed using android phones for years, and I grew up on Windows. I tend to critique Apple product with a higher scale than anything else, because the company is so big in the United States. So, believe me when I say that these are the best current choice for premium wireless noisecancelling earbuds. I have tried almost every major competitor, and these are just a better allaround pick. The case is small, holds a charge for a few days, and is extremely well built. I use a nomad leather case with it, and Ive dropped it many times, and never have I had to worry about it. This contrasts with the Sony offering. The case for those earbuds is enormous, and isnt very well built. This case is much more pocketable, and I can even fit it in with my wallet and a few other nick nacks. The earbuds themselves are very comfortable, and are the only earbuds that I can actually forget are in my ears. Theyre much more comfortable than the Bose, Sony, and Master Dynamic offerings. The sound is good, but not great, with sparkly highs but not a lot of kick in the bass, especially when compared to the other offerings on the market. But, that being said, if youre really looking for sound quality, why are you looking at bluetooth earbuds in the first placeThe noise cancellation is good, and pretty much as good as everything else. The Sony earbuds might be slightly better in this category, but not by much, and not by enough to warrant the size of the case. But, whats way better than the Sony earbuds and anything else on the market is the Transparency mode. This is why I have kept these earbuds instead of all the other options. The Transparency mode is by far the best of any earbud on the market. It makes these a much more practical choice for office environments, home, or anywhere else.

I use these mostly for phone calls and less for music although the sound is terrific. They are so simple to connect, charge, and use. You dont even have to turn them on and off. Once you raise to your ear they turn on, making a sound so you know they are active and ready. They come with a lot of additional features such as charging case, comfortable ear tips, and noise cancelling mode, which really surprised me.I would recommend these to anyone, Apple phone or not. You just know that if you have an Apple phone then the integration is simple because all their products are made to work so seamlessly with each other. How many other companies put so much into their design and operation Even look at all the Apple packaging across their line of products, always amazing. They are a company that makes both the hardware and software so you can be assured the experience is just as intended, perfect.

I have tried many different earbuds and headphones. I have researched and researched what would be my next earbud and decided on the Apple Airpod Pros because they were 199.99 at the time of this review. I bought them with an Apple Watch SE because I thought theyd both compliment each other well. The moment I put my earbuds in, the noise cancellation kicked in. I wasnt expecting anything at all, and my exceptions were pretty low since I had tried the 2nd generation Airpods and wasnt too impressed. That first kick in of the ANC…. Ill never forget. Really sets the tone for an amazing experience. These earbuds have ANC but youre definitely going to find better elsewhere if thats your sole reason for buying these. Nonetheless, these till provide an insanely great experience. Audio calling is clear and clean, spatial audio with compatible apps almost feels like a mini theater in my ears, they auto detect when I take one airpod out and turn off the music for me, Siri compatibility is quick and clean.Theres many other feature but essentially these will only work best if you have Apple products. I almost wish I had a Mac or iPad to try these out with. These definitely work amazing as a first AirPod but for those with second generation AirPods, you may not feel the need to upgrade yet and thats understandable. The only biggest difference is noise cancellation. And again, have your expectations low. These wont have the ANC level of Bose QuietComfort or Sony level headphones or Beats. But their effectiveness is amazing. The biggest earbud sized worked for me but if you already have trouble with earbuds you are definitely going to have trouble with these also. Ear tips are sold online by third party but at that point you might want to consider if maybe Beats or something with a hook would be better for your case.

I use an Android phone, so my earbuds of choice are the Pixel Buds. If I used an iPhone, I would use the AirPods Pro everyday. They have a good fit much better than the nonpro version great sounds and pretty good noise cancelling. The integration with iOS is, as expected, spot on. If you take a bud out, the show you are watching or music you are listening to pauses. In iOS you can see the battery remaining.Speaking of battery, I didnt run tests but I used them for a full day of conference calls and only threw them into their case a few times during the day and never had an issue with them dying. The main downside is the price at full price you are definitely paying the Apple tax. That is probably worth it if you are using an iPhone, and even more so if you also have a MacBook or iPad, as switching between iOS devices is quite easy. However, it is not worth the Apple tax if you plan to use these with an Android device there is just too much lost functionality to justify the cost.Best Use Case You own multiple Apple devices, and want earbuds that block out noise or your ears dont fit the nonPro version.Worst Use Case You only use Android devices.

I use these from time to time since they are the only earbuds I currently have. the sound is pretty good for the average user and was improved with the latest update on them. they support spatial audio if you are on ios 14 which I test with a family members phone and it is amazing. it makes movies seem like you are watching them in a movie theater.the anc does the job, but isnt on par with over the ear headphones so dont expect it to outdo those. the comfort on these is alright not the best depending on how you are going to use them. if you plan on using these for more than 2 hours you really have to make sure your ear usually works with a lot of earbuds or else they might be uncomfortable after 2 hours. I personally do have to take them out for a few minutes after 2 hours use, if I use them for an hour then they are perfect.the size on these is amazing especially if you want to carry these around everywhere. the case is small enough to put in your pocket and it wont disturb you that much. they also have a total time of 24 hours so you can take them with you for a whole day without worry.

These are decent earphones with some good features.ProsNice compact charging caseEasy to pair with iPhones and Apple devices these also work for Android usersNoise cancellingTransparency mode3 sizes if ear tipsThey normally last about a week before I have to charge the case againThe case is about the size of a floss container and can easily fit in my pocket.I only have to pair the earphones once and I can use them whenever as long as I dont turn off Bluetooth.Noise cancelling blocks most noises but you can still hear loud or high pitched noises. Transparency mode allows me to wear them while riding my bike and still allows me to hear my surroundings. The ear tips come in small regular and large so you can use the ones that fit.ConsPretty expensive for earphones that sound like any 40 to 60 earphones that I have used in the past.A single airpod charge lasts about 3 or 4 hours Dust and pocket lint somehow collects inside if you drop the case, the AirPods go flying outI was not totally impressed with the sound quality because they just sound like regular 40 to 60 earphones. Not a lot of bass and the highs dont sound too great. If you are binge watching something or listening to music for more than 3 to 4 hours, youll have to stop and put them in the charging case again but the case holds several full charges.Somehow, dust collects around the rim of the inside of the case but there are a few companies that sell dust guards for that problem.I have dropped the AirPods case 3 times so far and they havent sustained any noticable damage but every time they fall, the earbuds fly out if the case.Overall, its a decent pair of completely wireless earphones in a compact case and is easy to take around and they have good features.

Absolutely amazing performance in every way I tried to be cheap and bought refurbished Sony 1000mx something like that earbuds as I heard great things and they looked nice. The noise cancelling on those was a 7 out of 10 and the audio quality was a 8 out of 10. I returned them because the call quality was a 0 out of 10 and it was extremely frustrating that nothing worked. I returned them and got a pair for my wife and I. Wow am I glad I bought these Previously to this I had the original airpods 1st gen they lasted about 3 years until dying in me. The noise cancelling kn these is a solid 10 out of 10 wow The audio quality with special audio is like being in a movie theater you have to hear it to believe it. Best of all the voice call is crisp and the people on the other end hear you perfectly. These are in my opinion as good as it gets for an iPhone user until apple makes the 2nd gen of these. I got these for my wife. She wanted to have some headphones to wear at work that didnt give off the dont bother me vibe that the over ear headphones she had gave off. These have been really great. They work so well with iPhone that I couldnt imagine going with anything else for general purpose use. The sound is very good not the best Ive ever heard in an earbud but more than fine for music and phone calls. The noise cancelling works well and the transparency mode is the best Ive heard in any headphone. My wife did have some issues getting these to stay in her smaller ears with the included ear tips, but we ended up ordering some foam tips from Comply that have done the trick. I like the controls on the stems and its nice to be able to switch between noise cancellation and transparency mode there, but I do wish volume control was integrated instead of through Hey Siri. AirPods Pro arent perfect, but they do most everything else so well that its easy to ignore the minor drawbacks.

With apple you should expect a high quality product that excels in every category. A product with sleek design, extreme comfort, and great functionality. These are all things you get with apple product, and these AirPod pros are no exception. I have owned both of the previous generations of AirPods, and I am an owner of BeatsPros. These AirPod pros are far better than anything Ive used before. The noise cancellation is otherworldly, like I actually was genuinely surprised such small ear buds could have such a significant impact. The design, sound, charging case component, and mic are all perfect. The only issue one could point out in what seems to be a almost infallible product, is the price…. Yes it is subjectively expensive to some, however you get what you pay for, and here you are getting a banging product. In my opinion it is well worth the buy, and the price tag is justified by the brands reliability and the product itself.

I have purchased many cheaper nonapple ear buds in the past. I finally splurged on the AirPod pros. They paired up with my apple devices in seconds and remain connected when in use. No other bluetooth earbuds work as well in my experience. The sound quality is phenomenal. The noise canceling feature works wonderfully. I can barely hear outside noise when it is activates which is as easy as holding the button on the pod for a second. When in normal mode, ambient noises can be heard clearly. It is as if there is nothing in my ears when the music is paused. Interacting with people without having to take out the pods, as is customary with lower price alternative ear buds, is another excellent feature of the AirPods.Apple creates products that make interacting with technology a fun experience.

Sound quality is fine but not dramatically better than regularAirPods in my opinion, despite the hefty price. Noise reduction does have an effect but as reported elsewhere, it does not block out all noise Id say about 75.My major complaints all deal with how poorly these connect with my Apple devices iPhone 8 Plus and iPod Nano mainly, and occasionally a MacBook. I have nearly daily issues where they dont connect right away, or either the right or left AirPod doesnt work. There is a process to fix that which I found on the Apple Support page unpair and then repair with the device but its a hassle and it doesnt always work. Plus it shouldnt have to be done EVER, since Im pairing AN APPLE DEVICE TO ANOTHER APPLE DEVICETwo weeks ago, after owning these less than two months, I could not get the right AirPod to work even after several attempts to unpairrepair with my iPhone. I called Apple support and they were helpful and offered to send me a new right AirPod Pro and Id send the old one back once I received the new one. No mention of there being a cost to me for doing this, and I was never even asked how long I owned the AirPods or where I purchased them. I assumed since the product is still fairly new they dont need to ask this since everyone should still be under warranty. Anyway, in my case it was about 60 days ago I bought them. I still havent received the replacement right AirPod and imagine my surprise when yesterday I received an email from Apple Support saying I have two more days to pay the repair price of 96 for a replacement right AirPod Pro That takes some nerve on their part, to expect me to pay for them to fix a defective product still under warranty.Another problem is when checking the battery level for the AirPods and charging case, I often have to openclose the case several times before it displays on my phone, and sometimes it doesnt even work then, despite the AirPods being paired with the phone. These have been nothing but frustrating since I got them and while the sound quality is good they are definitely not worth the price or even half the price in my opinion. I would not recommend these to anyone based on my experience and this is coming from an Apple fan with probably 1520 different Apple products in my household.

TLDR Worth it over regular AirPods by far. Get on sale 199200.Sound QualityThe sound quality is good, while I would call regular AirPod sq fair. It is still nothing compared to something like the Sony WH1000XM3s, but for not being over the ear headphones these are fantastic.Noise CancellationThe first thing I noticed was how good the noise cancelling is. It does a surprisingly great job blocking out a large portion of noises around you to the point of not being able to understand someone talking to you with music at 30.The opposite of noise cancellation, transparency mode, has been very helpful for hearing my surroundings when I wantneed to.ComfortI have never enjoyed earbuds as much as over the ear headphones, but after using these for a few weeks I can say that they are the most comfortable headphones I have ever used. At first they didnt fit right but changing the tip size to the smallest size did the trick. Along with the great comfort, they stay in my ears even while moving around I have not worked out with them yet.Apple IntegrationThe whole point of AirPods the ecosystem. This is one of the best reasons to buy AirPods. First time pairing is easy. Everyday pairing is seamless, even on Mac and switching between Mac and iPhone. My only gripe here is that you cannot check the battery of the case unless you open the lid.

The sound quality is top notch, and the transparencynoise cancel modes are super cool and useful. They connect super easily and consistently to both my phone and watch. Now for the downsides. I bought these AirPods Pro mostly to use while running. Needed to replace my first gen AirPods because their batteries were dying after 2.5 years. The Pro was unacceptable. The gel cap created a suction that is nice when you are blocking out crowd noise on say, an airplane, but it created a constant thumping sound directly to my brain every step I took while running. Too loud to ignore or get used to. Secondly, they got rid of the double tap to skip function for skipping a song. I used to tap or slap twice anywhere on the AirPod to skip a song or start one over. They replaced that function with a tiny little button that is hard for anyone with normal human sized fingers to press. And you have to double tap that tiny button to skip songs. It is deeply frustrating and nearly impossible to do while on the move, not to mention if you are wearing gloves. I am super disappointed with this change. I guess it is fine for daily use on a bus or around the house, but not if you are exercising.

I had the original AirPods but found them to sit quite loosely in my ears. Whilst the sound quality of them was still outstanding they just didnt fill me with confidence that they wouldnt fall out and breakI saw that Very had the pros on sale so decided to nab them up OH MY The sound quality, fit and comfort are night and dayThey come with three sizes of silicon tips from large to small. I found that I was a small and these were pretty comfortable, however I felt I was pushing them in quite a lot. For an even nicer fit and comfort if your ears are in between sizes to comfortably fit of the provided tips you can get foam tips elsewhere. The sound quality and noise cancellation make these worth the extra cash in my opinion Listening to Spotify, YouTube and Netflix the sound from the AirPod Pros is pretty balanced Unlike some in ear earphones they arent bass heavy The sound I experience from these is very refined, balanced and packs a punch. They are clear, crisp and have no distortion that Ive experienced so farIm not a heavy user so battery life hasnt been an issue for me Id suspect you would get the stated battery life from these, considering other factors such as volume, noise cancellation etc.My advice If youre debating getting them just do it At the sale price they are a steal You wont be disappointed. The only real issue to consider is the fitment of the tips, however this can be said for all in ear earphonesJUST GET THEM

Dont get me wrong I love the sound Quality and the noise cancellation top notch But if you cannot keep them in your ears because it keeps falling out especially during workouts, just riding a bike, walking etc. Then how can you enjoy the music or content I ended up trading them in for beats pros for the most part they work better for me the sound quality its not as good as these AirPod pros but at least they stay in my ears. The beats pros dont have noise cancellation for ambience, but if Im watching a video while wearing them I cant hear the television which is cool. Also I had charging problems with AirPods Pros . One ear would be charged another one would not be charged or would sync. I think I made an overall better choice going with the beats pro. One caveat with the beat pros in the beginning they might hurt your ears but go with the smallest size selection and it feels much better.

Great headphones for mobile phone and music. The most impressive quality, to me, is how such a small form factor can do so well with noise cancellation. I live in a high rise building where we have been doing concrete repairs for several months. The AirPod Pros can cancel the noise of four simultaneously dueling jackhammers. Granted I am 24 floors above the jackhammer action and indoors but I am still impressed. The mobile phone call quality is the best bluetooth headset I have ever used and I have used a lot of them. Fitment for me is excellent. If I have any complaint other than price it would be battery life. There is never enough battery life and all things given, I could justify lowering the 5 star rating for that. With that being said, I am in sales and on the phone most of the day. Due to utilizing the noice cancellation it seems to have a greater draw on battery power, I purchased a second set to ensure I always have them ready for back to back to back conference calls my life has become.

Cons The whole problem for me concerns the seal of the AirPods Pro. Nothing wrong with the delivery nothing wrong with the function of the APP, but everything wrong for me about getting a proper seal between the AirPods and my ear canal. I tried every which way to get a proper seal but it would not work. I even tried the Seal Test app on my iPhone but always got a negative result. My advice is buy them, but try them very carefully to make sure youve got a positive seal, if not, send them back for a refund DONT make the mistake I did and leave it too long before returning so youre over the fortnight limit for returning, Ive had to sell them to Music Magpie for a considerable loss. I think Apple need to work on getting a foolproof seal before they introduce any more upgrades on AirPod Pro. This review is, of course purely subjective, but I hope it warns some people not to accept an insufficient seal on their APP, because as far as my experience goes the seal is critical to the integrity of the product, it would be like having an expensive quality car where the windows just dont close properly

We are an apple household there are several MacBooks, iPhones, iPods, AirPods, etc. living under our roof so, you could say we are fairly loyal to the brand. These wireless earbuds certainly stand in Apples tradition of sleek design and overall userfriendly functionality. My wife, after using her AirPods for about 5 months, convinced me to get these as my first pair of wireless ear buds. They connect easily and swiftly with my iPhone the sound quality of calls is excellent and people seem to understand me easily, too.Pairing with other devices sometimes takes a bit more effort but ultimately, we always succeed. The sound quality of music or movies is ok, and certainly acceptable for every day use and backyard movie fun in the hot tub. Do we encounter losscompression when creatingdecoding a wireless signal or are the internal speakers in the earbuds just somewhat limited Not sure all I can say is that my overthehead professional grade Sennheiser headphones create a stronger rendition of the sound from the same source an unfair comparison, perhaps…A couple of general gripes At 250 for this pair of AirPods, I would have expected the ability to adjust the volume by touch on the earbud itself. This feature is available on many competitor products, and is sorely missing here especially when my wife and I are both connected to the same audio source, but would like to listen at different levels. The fact that Apple likes their own plug systems, disabling compatibility across other platforms is wellknown and lamented. But the fact that this package did not even include a regular USBtoAirPod cable, nor a plugin charger, but merely a miniUSB cable that does not even fit Apples regular USB charging cubes is outright pathetic. And a few personal observations Everyone comes with their own unique physique. These earbuds fit my ears ok, but always seem to droop slightly over time, especially when talking on the phone jaw movement. I can still hear the sound ok, but when readjusting, the quality increases significantly. Again this will be individual for every user. I have large finger tips you should see my text message typos…… But it has happened to me many times when adjusting the position of the earbuds in my ear, that I accidentally terminated the call, because I triggered the touchcontrol. I am still learning to more carefully handle them… Folks with a more agile affinity for, and better tactile control of, their toys might enjoy the factory settings for the touch controls…Overall a decent product, but frankly one that failed to blow me out of the water in the way Apple used to over the years. They used to produce gear that was simply without comparison but these earbuds, while good, are not at that level. Sorry, Apple I guess you have spoiled us and created potentially unreasonably high expectations with us.

Lets start with the pros the sounds quality is well above the regular AirPods. The hold to pause and haptic feedback in your ear for input is very well designed. The transparency feature is absolutely impressive Hearing new sounds but filtering out the background noise. So why did I return these Small ear canals. So these come with medium silicone ear pieces. I swapped them for medium. They even include a sound test to make sure the seal is good, which they were. But when I did any form of activity such as running or brisk walking.. I found myself trying to push them back into place…There is a work around though if you buy memory foam compatible caps I heard this fixes the issue, but my ears can get a bit waxy for memory foam gross so I ultimately decided returning these for the regular AirPods which do NOT fall out of my ear while running the better investment. So TLDR these are for you if you want superior sound quality over your AirPods you want noise cancellationThese are NOT for you if you want to do strenuous physical activity AND have small ear canals dont mind sound quality if functionality is present

I have been using the standard AirPods since they were first introduced, and have use them so much that I have gone through two pairs. For my third pair, I decided to splurge and get the AirPods Pro and after a month of use will probably go back to the standard AirPods next time I need to replace a set.Fit This will vary for each person, but at least for me I cant keep these in my ears. They come with three sets of rubber tips, so there is some fit flexibility available, but regardless of tip used these just dont stay in and will just fall out of my ears at random times. For reference, the traditional AirPods fit me perfectly. Again, every ear is different but if traditional AirPods work for you, dont assume these will as well. I am scared to use these in the snow or around water because I have zero confidence that they will stay in my ears.Sound This is where I expected to see the improvement since the traditional AirPods are a bit weak on bass even compared to the corded Apple equivalent. I dont see any improvement, or if there is it is so minimal as to not be noticeable. Perhaps this is a result of the poor fit in my ears.Noise Cancelling Surprisingly impressive. I honestly forgot these had it when I purchased them and only noticed when I kept leaving my fairly noisy bath fan on if you havent had noise cancelling headphones before thats the type of noise that gets cancelled.Design Besides the poor fit which might just be my ears Im a bit mixed about the design. The good the rubber tips keep ear crud from reaching the pods I am obsessive about cleaning my ears, but even still crud managed to get on the grills of the traditional Air Pods. The bad these are considerably larger than the traditional AirPods. in order to keep the charging case thin, the Pods fit inside in a way that makes it somewhat hard to grab them to remove them. The size and shape also make it tougher to get into your ears, especially if your hands are full and you try to get your left one in with your right hand.I never thought I would give an Apple product a 2star rating, and much of the fit issues may be specific to my ears, but even if these fit perfectly and securely I dont find the improvement over the standard AirPods worth the difference in cost.

Being an audiophile I typically purchase audio equipment from manufacturers that have been in this industry for 15 years. While shopping for true wireless noise cancelling earbuds I originally was thinking to purchase a Sony, JBL, or Bose product. I was intrigued when I came across the Apple AirPods Pro and saw they had an extremely high rating. I thought no way, surely these ratings are inflated and that Sony, JBL or Bose would be the better choice. Wanting to prove out my skepticism, I decided to try these out.Ill start with the cons. Low frequency bass reproduction is a weak spot with these. Another thing that was difficult was taking the AirPods out of the case as I have big hands. Now for the pros, midrange and high frequencies are reproduced with such high fidelity that you truly hear your music the way the artist had intended it. I mostly listen to rock and heavy metal, but also like instrumental, Singer Songwriter genre, and Acapella as well. These earbuds are pure magic for these music genres

Ive used the air pods pro now for about a year, and I still love them. They dont excel in any area really but as a whole package they offer quite a bit of convince if youre in apples ecosystem. I use these at work everyday as an hvac installer, dusty dirty environments everyday and they held up well. I needed something that had transparency so I was always aware of whats going on around me, and to hear my partner. For this they work wonderfully. There are earbuds out there that sound better, have better noise cancelling, are more customizable, but apple offers a lot here if you have an iPhone. The price is very high, if sound and anc is what your after I think the new Sony xm4 buds are where its at. If you do want AirPods I probably wouldnt buy this at this point since new pros are around the corner. Once the new set comes out these would be great on discount.

Not happySince Ive purchased these they lose connection constantly. I will be on a call and suddenly cant hear. Ive had companies just hang up because they dont realize its my poor excuse airpod. Which really infuriates me because I have to call back and be on hold all over to just finish my call I was on.I have to take out the airpod from my ear and put it back in sometimes 3 or 4 times during one call.My normal people I call all the time are use to it. They know now not to hang up. Its disappointing being an Apple product. Purchased these right before the Covid lock down in March so calling for apt is not an option. Calling Apple for an appt is still not a option. They try trouble shooting. So for months Ive been suffering with faulty pods. Ive did the forget this device and reset them and disconnect blue tooth still bad. I was finally able to get an apple person Jan 4th to send me a left and right replacement pod and sent back my faulty ones or Im charged. So I did this and these are acting up. The right one wont even charge at times in the charged case. I only use them for phone calls and today didnt need to be on the phone to use them at all. Finally wanted to use them this evening and right one dead here we go again. In a fully charged case but its dead. I wiggle the pod around it shoots up a few percents then close case it shows right pod zero percent on my phone screen. As far as opening the airpod case snd its suppose to pop up on my phone, that only happens about 25 since owning them. Its never been a solid feature. My total for these including my Apple Care was close to 300 bucks and its terrible snd the whole Covid help system is terrible too. I also read AirPods Pros bought before Oct 2020 are faulty on CNET.com Mine are more than faulty, including the replacement pods they sent they seem worse. I wonder because they came out with upgraded ones that just like with their iphones the others before it just really slack, its sad. That idea seems to far out there with AirPod Pros but everytime there is an iPhone update they get worse. PS MY IPHONE IS A 11 PRO MAX not old. Im calling Best Buy myself tomorrow skipping Apple excuse no appts. With Total Tech I also have I MOST DEFINITELY should be helped Ive only used total tech once in my second year. Well see.

Both the Apple Airpods Pro and the Sony WF1000XM3 wireless earbuds had very good reviews so I decided to purchase both and see which one worked for me.SoundI have been in audio engineering for 40 years but honestly sound is a very personal thing. Some people like heavy bass while I prefer a genuine full spectrum experience, as if I were sitting in front of a live orchestra. That said, I suspect the Sony earbuds will make the bass aficionado very happy. In my opinion they lacked a full range experience while the Apple was very refreshing making every instrument stand out, even the softest notes. Both had good quality as far as NO distortion even at max volume. Speaking of volume, the Sony could not achieve the same loudness as the Apple. I should also point out that I was using an Apple iPad Pro as my source device, not that it would or should make a difference The Apple also had better clarity most likely because the Sony bass drowns everything else out making it sound a bit muddy.ComfortIn my opinion the Apple wins this one hands down. The Sony is much heavier and seems to run a bit hot as my ears literally burn when I use them. I cant imagine trying to listen long term with the Sony while the Apple earbuds feel very comfortable for the long haul. They both have different size buds that can be interchanged very easily. The Sony has more options and even has two different materials that might appeal to someone who has skin allergy. The down side of the Apple might be that because they are so light it might be easier to loose them however if one the Apple buds fall out, the sound comes to a halt on both which is very nice. Another thing to point out for the athletic type is that the Apple is sweat resistant where the Sony is not.Function and ControlI hate to keep harping on the Sony but once again it mostly fails in this category. One thing the Sony has that I truly like is the ability to pass through external sounds by simply touching and holding the left bud. This also pauses what you are listening to while you attend to the interruption. Once you release your finger it resumes your music or whatever you are listening to. Unfortunately the Sony tap touch control for pausing, advancing and changing sound modes are hit or miss at best. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt making for a very frustrating experience. The Apple has a little microswitch on each bud that consistently works as advertised. Either left or right bud of the Apple perform the same function while the left and right buds of the Sony have unique functions. The Apple has a seal test that you can run in the app settings to help you get a good fit.UPDATE After loading the latest firmware the controls are much better for the Sony. No other improvements noted.Carrying CaseOn both of these the case function as an integral part of the system. They both have internal batteries that charge the buds while the buds are in the case. The Apple case is a bit smaller and lighter making it the better choice for my pocket. The Apple can also be charged wirelessly or by USB cable where the Sony must use a cable only. The Sony is more stylish and feels more expensive. I havent yet tested battery run time but from what Ive read, they are both similar.SummaryOverall the Apple is my pick and makes me very happy. Im sure there are many more options one might consider concerning either of these brands but this is just my experience in a nutshell and I hope it is helpful.

The best feature of these earbuds is their noise cancelling ability. It works well to muffle ambient sound. That is the primary reason I purchased them and the only reason I have not returned them.Sound quality is adequate as is their comfort in wearing. So, why the three starsThe BIG, and so far unresolvable drawback is their unreliable connection to my M1 Macbook Pro. The Airpods lose connection when I move from program to program on the computer. I am constantly opening the bluetooth utility to manually reconnect. If that isnt bad enough, very often when pausing the program by pinching the earpod stem, upon resuming, the crazy device has taken it upon itself to connect to my iphone Whether the problem is with the Airpods or the computer, I do not know. But I do know it is an Apple problem Hopefully this is a bug in the Big Sur operating system that will be eventually worked out. But for now, my 200 earbuds are only operating at a three star level.

Ive never been a fan of the stem out of the ear look, but after having dealt with Android and Samsung for so long, made the jump and couldnt be happier Coming from note 10 and Samsung buds, these just work so much better, once you get into the Apple ecosystem it all makes sense and works SO WELL Instant syncing with my iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Sound is fantastic and with the hear through functionality, these actually help me hear people talking in crowded rooms They stay in place better than almost every earbud Ive tried, I purchased the comply foam tips but havent put them on yet because its been unneeded. Lost one of my galaxy buds on a walk in the past, didnt even know it fell out. They have deep bass, crisp highs and an overall rich sound. ANC also works great Im so pleasantly surprised and happy with everything Apple. Ive been an Androidgalaxy user since the palm phones became unpopular. Im not planning on ever going back.

Bought from Best Buy in Sept. 2020. The charging case is dead now in June 2021 9 months, as the lightning port wont charge Airpod Pros. Hardly used and certainly not abused. Apple Care was purchased and Geek Squad wants to send them off to Apple for a week. Apple store doesnt have a service appt available for days. Called Apple for replacement and they are charging me 30 for a replacement case, as well as placing a 140 hold on my credit card until the old case is returned within 10 days, in which Ill be on a planned vacation for a week. So now that problem is mine to deal with if I get charged. While the product is useful, the service from both companies, as well as the inability to use these Airpods for a week is frustrating. A dead case in 9 months makes them useless. The replacement and return process feels inconsiderate 1530 days would be more helpful with all the current Covid restrictions. Whats the point of a 1year warranty if I have to shell out for something that broke within a year And what is the point of Apple Care if you cant get an appt for days, and still get charged within the year for something that simply died, and wasnt used or abused by the customer I bought a new pair for my wife last week before this happened and am going to take them back to BB and seek an alternative. I dont plan to purchase these again or the new upgrades. A less expensive product feels like a safer investment.
