*Edited* Customer services were great and arranged for a refund, so the issue is resolved. The phone in general seems quite sturdy, good resolution and the camera quality is quite good. Unfortunately my phone fell out of my pocket and now the camera doesn’t work so it’s not quite as sturdy as advertised. I had CAT phones before and hoped this was similar but apparently one drop is all it takes for the phone to stop working properly.
