Ive had a little keychain USB drive like this before but since it was metal it easily bent and its hard to get back into shape, but with this being plastic its lighter and instead of bending and not snapping back this one is pretty durable in my pocket. It also doesnt get very hot while in use like my old USB drive did, so overall Im impressed.

This thumb drive is very handy because on the newer computers and Im sure other devices, there are USBC ports that this drive can be used in. It also allows you to connect to a conventional USB port on the other end of the drive, so data can be transferred between devices.

This was quite interesting just from the title prior to purchasing it. It kept on selling out at my local store. I finally decided to order via online shipping. It was a good purchase for the price. It is a 128 GB for a good amount and I can definitely have the versatility and usage with a cell phone with a USBC or even a computer with USB c for faster transfer rates. Additionally it still does have the classic USB a which typically I leave the USBC hanging out and then slide in the USB a as its smaller with the usbc sticking out and doesnt get snagged along with anything. The overall stick did feel warm when plugged in which I think the materials are more plasticky or perhaps some sort of carbon like material it wasnt too bad but definitely felt heat when plugged into a cell phone. It is efficient for what it is and not a bad buy to have a couple laying around in a desk drawer or a backpack or for you ladies in your purse.

This review is intended as a direct companion to my mixedtopoor verdict on item SDDDC232GB, because I bought both units at the same time specifically in order to compare them in ways that were not listed on the spec sheets.First up, I have to echo what I said there You are probably looking at this model because you have shortlisted units that have both USB A and C without the need for a separate adaptor. Pricing is also very close, and they both claim to have the same speed. How to chooseFirstly, the negative in my testing the WRITE speed is actually about 50 less on this at 40MBs rather than 60. Read speed was confirmed identical at 140MBs.However, the positives in my opinion far outweigh the negative because the physical usability is far superior. The sliding mechanism is THE major weakness of the sibling model. Poor design and weak materials combine to make it an almost guaranteed frustrating experience. This unit is slimmer overall and the pivot design obviously sidesteps all issues nicely. Even if the pivot hinge totally failed and detached completely, you would still have a usable drive and I am not so sure the same could be said for the slider.You will surely have noticed that read and write speeds are currently far better if you get a premium USBAonly unit, so if you are interested in ultimate speed you will not be looking at a dualinterface unit anyway. So, never mind the speed loss this is the one to get.

This item is a great combination tool for me as it enables me to use just 1 drive with my hardware using type A USB connectors and also my laptop with USB type C ports only. Before this I had to use a separate adapter to connect the laptop. Its a big timesaver and eliminates one more possible loose connection. I will probably buy at least one more.

The other great thing about this USB Flash Drive is its thin width meaning it does not take up much space when plugged into the side of a laptop or computer compared to other flash drives, that can be so fat that they prevent you plugging in other devices into the sockets beside them.

Works great I also tried it for transferring music from my PC to the phone, and it worked well but Im not crazy about its failure to recognize the music file names. Lightning fast, and reliable so far. I just wish there was a way to capprotect both ends when not in use. While I could see that, when I purchased it, I didnt really think about it at the timejust be aware of where you set it down when not using it.

I got this drive to basically backup all the pictures I have. I thought so disorganized with pictures on my phone on my computer and my daughters devices and I wanted to put them all at one place so I can conveniently go through them. Good buy. It works as it should and I can use it on my old tech and new. I still have a few old computers that havent kicked the bucket yet and this helps me pull files from them and put them on my new computer when needed. The only negative Ive noticed is when using the USBC side and transferring large GoPro vids it does get a bit warm to the touch. It doesnt do that with smaller files or when using the Type A side.

We bought a blink security camera which works pretty well. It came its a 30 day free cloud service that saves your shots. But after 30 days it gets kind of expensive. So we bought this SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go 128GB USB Type AUSB Type C Flash Drive. Its a bit slower than the cloud service, but a lot cheaper.

Plastic isnt real sturdy… and there is no cover for the exposed connector… but I seem to collect jump drives so I had to have it for my collection. It works… but I wont buy another one.

The drive is made of flimsy plastic. I couldnt tell from the package. My concern is it will get bent if kept on my keychain, unlke the metal usb drive it replaced. Transfer speeds seem good.

Got this when it was on sale. I will say, it is a small, but doable flash drive. I like it has both kinds of USBs on each side. Dont need an adapter or anything. It loads up nicely on my computer and works like any other flash drive. There are two items on the drive, but I think thats for an app on Android, but you can delete them with ease. I would suggest putting this on a keychain or have a wristband attached to the loop on it, so you dont lose it. Overall, its a really good flash drive.

I got this so I could move pictures and videos from my Pixel 4 between the phone, my chromebook and desktop. It also helps clear storage on my phone and Google One cloud storage from photosvideos that I want to keep but dont necessarily want to take up storage space. The fact it fits my phone with an Otterbox case is also a great convenience. I used to use a UsbC hub, connect that into my phone then insert a microsd card into the hub and save things that way but this is much simpler. Highly recommend this for phones without a memory card slot
