Used daily and never let me down. I have at least a dozen of these that I use on a daily basis in various camera bodies, I prefer to use small capacity cards rather than 1 large and am always inserting and removing from my cameras. I hate to think how many times these have been filled to capacity, files removed and then formatted with them showing no signs of letting me down.

I have often bought cheaper no name card readers and to be honest, they do the job. However, when I got my large file size DSLR I went for a proper Sandisk card reader and I really noticed the difference with the Cf cards. Of course, then when I changed my camera to a mirrorless system they used a different card (again Nikon, come on, enough of this) and I had to buy this CFexpress reader. I’m suitable impressed with the speed of transfer again, and the build quality is nice although it is bit heavier and bulkier than many which might be important to those who regularly carry theirs about. Personally, I think it’s worth that.

This card is an absolute game-changer for high-speed photography and video recording. The read and write speeds are incredibly fast, making it perfect for capturing 4K and even 8K footage without lag. It’s super reliable, durable, and handles large file transfers with ease. A must-have for professional photographers and videographers who need top-tier performance. I used it on my Canon R1 which can capture 40 frames per second and it handles it with ease. Highly recommend! One person found this helpful

February 2025 Colour Name: Black Size Name: 128 GB Style Name: 4K Video Seems to be a nice specced card. The price fluctuates quite a lot so keep an eye for a low and jump on it. Works well with the Canon R5 mark II.

November 2024 Colour Name: Black Size Name: Reader Style Name: 4K Video I bought a cheap “no-name” brand and could not get it working on 5 computers. Using the SanDisk, plugged it into a windows machine and worked first time! This is what it’s all about – true plug n play.

Loses a star due to the price of it since these are becoming mainstrean. Used with a Canon R5 on high speed plus continuous shooting. It takes a huge bumber of full RAW files before it slows down and even when the buffer is full, I am still able to fire off 1 shot per 0.75 seconds. Superbly fast, and actually better than other premium brands!
