Really happy with this phone which replaced my Nokia5.3 which was only capable of connecting at 4g. Was looking at another 5g Nokia but this was only £30 more expensive so thought I’d give it a try. Its a bit heavier than I would like but this is down to the metal casing and glass back which gives a feeling of quality you’d expect from Samsung and I-Phone. It works as well as my works S23 at an affordable price. Screen size is great and the display is very clear. 4 people found this helpful

This phone replaced an older Samsung phone and the Samsung Smart Switch app was used to transfer the data from one phone to another . Everything on the old phone got transferred – and I do mean everything – and the new owner was impressed with the fact that the Apps were transferred in the same sequence used on the old phone . The phone has a solid feel to it and although it’s an international spec phone the only thing missing is NFC functionality- which the new owner doesn’t use . The new owner tells me the screen clarity is excellent and the sound impressive . One thing the new owner remarked on is that the SIM card holder is double sided – one side for a SIM card and one side for an SD card . Battery life is good . The new owner has not yet used the 3 cameras so I can’t report on them . 3 people found this helpful

The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G is an excellent choice for those seeking a budget-friendly smartphone without compromising on performance and features. It offers a great balance of power, camera quality, and battery life. While it may have a few minor drawbacks, it’s a solid option for everyday use. Note: Please check the price before you buy. Some sellers sell it for much cheaper price which is attractive but that phones are the gray import ones, which are intended to use in non-European countries. Samsung doesn’t give warranty to those phones to use in the UK. These phones work fine here with UK sim. On the sticker it says “for use in Malaysia and has to be activated with an Asian SIM”. But, that doesn’t needed, it’ll work straight away with UK sim. If you’re ok without warranty go for it, otherwise go for the factory unlocked normal model. 18 people found this helpful

Simply put, the best headphones I’ve ever owned and well worth the 110 I paid, thanks Gadget Tree! These are what I would call ‘fun’ in their response. You can get “truer” units with a flatter response curve, but these give rich plentiful sound that is more akin to being in a room with a decent speaker setup, than wearing headphones. Bass is well defined, and not overwhelming. Kids are clear and rich. Treble, which I am sensitive to, is not too much and if not absolutely Cristal (if I am being super critical), is bang on to my taste without having to play with the EQ. The clarity is simply incredible, even using my phone (but note the 3m cable is not ideal for this use case). Build quality is spot on, even the cable is great. They are heavy in the hand but very light on your head and very soft around your ears. As a glasses wearer, and having a larger head, I find it hard to find comfort in a pair of headphones, but again, these are the most comfortable units I’ve ever encountered!!! Being open can design, some sound is leaked, so public use, i.e. train, you want something else… However for home use you would be hard pressed to get better for the money, I would suggest these are worth 150 of anyone’s money easy, even if the RRP is a bit of a stretch. The open can design however, means I can listen to whatever I want and still hear others, the OH and the kids etc, without needing to remove them, which can be useful. The ‘stage’ of these is again, simply incredible… Wearing these you can get a real sense of direction of sounds and find yourself fully immersed. Whether you’re listening to say, the Doors and listening to Jim Morrison’s whisper track, clear as day during riders on the storm, or using them for gaming, if the sound profile suits you I am sure you will be blown away, at least I was. If you are looking for a gaming headset, or do VR and want immersive sound, look no further. Forget all these poor quality gaming headset s and myths over 5.1 and 7.1 headphone units, this will have better quality and all you need is a Vmoda mic or modmic to make it into a super-decent gaming headset. Personally I can’t see the point in multiple driver headphone units because you only have two microphones in your head (your ears). What gives sound ‘direction’ is actually how the sound waves are manipulated by the direction and your ear itself (hence why our ears are not just flat dishes, evolution of ear shape was not simply accidental, lol). I have worn a number of headphones that are more expensive even, yet have not performed like this. Now they seem to have fixed initial quality issues from a couple of years back these are simply great, highly recommended!!! 18 people found this helpful

So did what everyone else does and reads reviews, reads best projector reports etc. What I found was a lot of fake good reviews on the cheaper models and fake bad reviews on mid priced ones. Settled on the Mars 11 Pro because very compact, portable and so easy for kids to use. Amazed how small it was and didn’t really need to buy the carry case for it as it lens has a cap and product has a good carry handle built in. When you slide open lens cap it starts machine, nice touch. Auto focus is good, picture quality is good, better if plugged in. Watched first film on wall in kitchen at kids tea time with just curtains drawn. Easy to install WIFI, up and running in minutes on preinstalled Gadget Tree video APP. Bad points, did software upgrade, not automatic had to find option in menu, didn’t see why I did it just read in a review to do as its doesn’t seem to have done much. Software is very dated compared to product design. Changing volume stops film playing for a few seconds which is very annoying. Bluetooth or using HMDI and USB cables for Apple Iphone still errors. Don’t buy if you don’t want to use a laptop or use preloaded APPs. No APP for Disney Plus which would have been great, have to run through laptop as screen mirroring with Apple waste of time. Gadget Tree Video and UTube APP and using through Nintendo Switch all seem fine. Phone App for controlling is better than using remote controller, won’t be using remote now have got use to APP. Shame there wasn’t some basic instructions, less technical will struggle to navigate software. Having said all this still really like product and won’t be buying a large more expensive smart TV for garden studio. Paid £522 as Gadget Tree had a promotion on. Sticking with projectors from now on. Kids now love cinema nights with family. And this projector doesn’t come with social media Apps thank god! 3 people found this helpful

October 2024 Purchased as a replacement for my A41 Samsung as I was rapidly running out of storage space. I like the larger clearer screen. The speed is good. Easy transfer of data. 5g capability. Long battery life. Great price from Victory Star. 100% recommended. 10 people found this helpful

first im no techy phone user . My phones are used until they die , hence I’ve owned 5 in total since early 90s Onwards it’s a samsung so it does everything it should , screens nice and bright , plenty of storage , it’s got a few unwanted apps , most you can delete , feels nice ,glass back is cool Battery last all day 90% of the time The camera ,after reading for days about phone cameras this f35 5g seemed like best bet for well under £200 , it’s OK , a bit complicated , still learning how it works , point and shoot pics on a dull day are mediocre and I get much better results with my old Sony xa2 Glad I chose the samsung ,I’ve only had it a week ,most stuff it does becomes intuitive very quick 6 people found this helpful
