Description
The FlexClip GO is a set of three clips for maximum versatility when mounting the Wireless GO transmitter onto talent or other objects
The MagClip allows for the easy mounting of the transmitter onto clothing or magnetic surfaces – discreetly place the microphone under clothing, and hold it in place with a magnet that grips the fabric
CrossClip allows the transmitter to be discreetly mounted vertically in either orientation for optimal and neat poisoning on different styles of clothing
the VampireClip can be used to attach the transmitter to clothing or fabric using the integrated double-tooth pin, allowing the transmitter to be positioned anywhere onto a fabric surface

October 2018 Style Name: LAV-CLIP Pattern Name: Single The clips were as I expected. They’re not as robust as they could be (which is why I’ve had to replace the original), so having to buy 3, while more expensive than need be, means I’m covered for a long time. One person found this helpful

Expensive but very useful. Hooks onto your clothes firmly and holds the Lavalier Mic without movement. However, whilst good for stand up interviews, it doesn’t work so well when sitting down. This is because it requires some tension to hold it into place otherwise the mic ends up touching your clothes. This leads to potential noise from contact.

I’ve been using the RØDE Vampire Clip for a while now, and it has become an indispensable part of my audio setup. Whether I’m filming weddings, interviews, or any project that requires discreet mic placement, this little clip does the job brilliantly. The dual-pin design is a game-changer—it holds securely to clothing without causing damage, and it stays put even during movement. It’s perfect for attaching a lavalier mic to tricky outfits where a regular clip just won’t work. The build quality is excellent, as you’d expect from RØDE, and it feels sturdy enough to last for years. What really stands out is how versatile this clip is. It works equally well on thick fabrics like jackets and delicate ones like silk. Plus, it makes the mic virtually invisible on camera, which is ideal for professional shoots. If you’re looking for a reliable and discreet solution for mounting lavalier mics, I can’t recommend the RØDE Vampire Clip enough. It’s well worth the investment!

Had been happily using a pair of Flip 5’s for nearly 2 years in my conservatory. Sound quality was excellent for such a small speaker & they were impervious to drastic changes in temperature & humidity, but when Gadget Tree heavily discounted the price of the Charge 5 in February 2023 I couldn’t resist & bought two. A year later I am still amazed how good they are. Detail & dynamics are very good, bass & treble can be a touch overblown on some lesser quality recordings, but well mixed music sounds incredible! OK, these may lack the smooth definition & control of my lovely super-duper real HI-Fi system in the lounge, but they are simple to set up with no cables to worry about & just so much fun to listen to! I use them about 8 feet apart in stereo mode, slightly toed in, with me making up an equilateral triangle & stereo imagery, although not pin-point, is surprisingly good! So far they have proved completely reliable. I switch on the left speaker, it pairs within 3 seconds, I switch on party boost, (which I originally set to stereo when I bought them), repeat the process for the right speaker, press play on my phone & that’s it – Simple – less time thinking Hi-Fi, more time listening to music! UPDATE 19th August 2024: Still very happy with these, so when Gadget Tree dropped the price of the teal model, (which I’ve always fancied) to an irresistible £99.99p I splashed out & bought a pair for the conservatory & moved the black ones upstairs to serenade me on the treadmill. UPDATE 22nd December 2024: After regular daily use, both pairs still sounding excellent & I seem to be using them more than the hi-fi! 10 people found this helpful
