I have a xaiomi phone already and decided to update as my previous Redmi 10 Pro is getting slower and thiought this was going to be so good so my holiday with relatives would let them see how good Xaiomi is……………….WRONG……..this 13 Pro is a nice phone buy it doesn’t support a TF card so all my saved previous things can’t be used to show them…………….BITTERLY disappointed so this will be returned for an android phone that DOES support use of micro sd cards……..the description DOES not describe accurately to my mind that the phone DOESN’T support sd card………..what a let down…the only gain by owning an android phone is micro sd card support….may as well use an iphone as buy this……not 100% happy at all……….LET ME TELL YOU IT IS NOT FREE RETUTRNS AS I HAD TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK One person found this helpful

Bought this to replace my four year old redmi note 9pro which I thought had a faulty battery, it turned out it was the charger for that but, hey, I got a new phone so I ain’t complaining lol had it 2 weeks so, early days and all that. Is it better than the note 9 pro, well, it is better, just not as ‘better’ as I’d of expected! Battery life is okay, if it’s not used much it’ll last a day and half but use it a lot and a day is all you’ll get, camera is a bit sharper, screen is clearer and brighter and I do like the feel of it, the included case is useful and has saved the phone once already, however, it is a shame that the case is solid black unlike the 9pro case which was see thru so you can’t see the colouring of the phone, a bit daft if you ask me! It’s definitely quicker than the old one as well. It’s a pity they no longer see fit to allow an external memory card in these “pro” models, hopefully 256g will suffice. Would I have bought it if my old one hadn’t appeared to have died, probably not to be honest! However, if you’re in the market for a fairly highly specced phone, you can’t go wrong with a Xiaomi Redmi Note model 7 people found this helpful

Purchased this brand new phone at the reduced price of £165, rather than the £300+ price it’s usually at. Everything is in the box that you need, cable, plug and sim tool, but i do wish, that with such a pretty phone, there would be a clear case in the box, not a black one. To begin with my Daughter who is now16, fell in love with this phones looks, but thought it was too expensive at over £300, so wanted me to purchase the Redmi Note12Pro. With the reduction/sale price happening in time for her birthday, I snapped up the phone has to me it was an incredible bargin. It’s 8gb ram 256gb rom plus it’s 5g. So it’s faster and has more memory than the 12Pro, plus that gorgeous Aurora Purple colour with the pastel three colour camera frame makes it unbelievably gorgeous It performs on the par or higher than a mid ranged Samsung galaxy S range phone for alot cheaper. Having used the phone for nearly a month now, my Daughter raves about the battery life she has around 35/40% left after a full days heavy teen age usage, the cameras and ease of use. This phone doesn’t heat up while charging and is charged under my Daughters pillow at night so she’d definitely know if it did. My Daughter watched several You Tube reviews and setups in the weeks before the phone arrived, so breezed though set up, screen and keypad alterations and apps has well as customisations to make the phone unique to her, so that is all do-able, the information is out there via YouTube. Three months on now and Daughter is still in love with her phone and only keeps a clear case on it, not wanting to spoil its looks. The phone still looks pristine and battery life is still lasting her a full day and till 3am without draining the battery no lower than 35% (school leavers sleep patterns ) It is glued to her hand 24/7 19 people found this helpful

Well I have had my fair few phones and have always been a bit of an anorak wanting the latest most up to date gizmos and gadgets. I purchased one of these phones for my daughter. As I was setting it up for her I knew it was something a bit special. By the time I had finished I had ordered two more for both my husband and myself. It has everything, great camera, fantastic processor, out of the box it updated to the latest software….and it has a phenomenal battery life. Not since the day of the brick phone have I had a phone where I can use it most of the day and still have over 40% battery left. Added to the fact you can customise it to your hearts content. Its not heavy, comfortable to hold and coming from another ‘vanilla’ Samsung I really feel like we have all upgraded to a premium phone. I think I can honestly say it’s the best phone out there. 5 people found this helpful

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13! After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say this is hands down the best phone in its price range for 2025. The performance is incredible – everything from browsing to gaming is ultra-fast and smooth, thanks to the powerful processing capabilities. I was amazed by how quickly apps load and how lag-free everything feels. It’s definitely a step up from other budget-friendly options I’ve tried in the past. The display is another standout feature. The screen is vibrant, crisp, and sharp, offering a really pleasant viewing experience whether I’m streaming videos, scrolling through social media, or browsing photos. It truly competes with much more expensive phones. And let’s talk about the camera – it’s fantastic! The photos are sharp, clear, and full of detail, even in lower light. I’ve taken some great pictures that have impressed both friends and family. For this price, the camera quality is honestly a steal. For anyone looking for a solid, fast, and reliable phone without breaking the bank, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 is absolutely the best choice. Highly recommend!
