Pros Got on black friday sale. Seems like a good investment for 49.99. Clear sound. I have it mounted on a proper boom stand. You can barely hear my mouse and mechanical keyboard when Im typing and gaming. Love it.Cons I have to keep muting the microphone as soon as start the PC because it auto turns on by default. Disabling the drivers on device manager on windows 10 doesnt disable the mic. You can still use it in every application just fine.

Im using this piece of gear for Skype calls and also for recording podcasts with, and so far Im really enjoying it. Its plug play, virtually no adapting necessary just plug it into a USB port and youre off to the races. Money well spent, I dare say. Definitely give this little guy a shot if you need something simple straightforward for simple applications.

A great mic for the price. Previous reviews complain about background noise… every mic picks up background noise. Its working just like a mic should. You plug a mic in and use as is, and it does its job. Until you add a noise gate, or noise suppression, or any filter for that matter you wont get the full potential of this mic. Fine tweaked and setup for gamingstreaming its performs amazing and no need to spend 2300 on a mic when this gets the job done If used on its base, sitting next to a keyboard you will pick up clicks here and there, but with a mic boom stand and filters it eliminates all that unwanted noise and sends through the clearest perfect voice audio.

Cant say its the best microphone out there because this is the only microphone Ive owned other than maybe a headset, but it is definitely worth the purchase if youre looking to upgrade a setup or just want clarity in your voice. I use this microphone with the Razer Nari Ultimate, and its the best sound quality on both my voice and ears. I mainly use the Seieren on my PS4 for parties and hot mics, and everyone says my voice has become a lot clearer and can even hear a lot more stuff going on in the background especially since my room is empty and sound bounces around. But overall, definately worth the purchase and for anyone looking to stream, PS4Xbox parties, or hot mics to talk trash, this is a need.

When I first set this microphone up, it was producing a lot of feedback. I spent at least an hour trying to find the source of the buzzing feedback sound which accompanied any voice input to this mic. Eventually, installing RTX Voice dawned on me and that immediately solved my issues. Im not sure I would have kept this product if it wasnt for RTX Voice.

Im impressed by the quality of this microphone and ease of use. It delivers excellent voice reproduction and is ideal for my purposes which include providing online graduate school instruction, recording both audio podcasts and video vignettes. The directional capacity of the mike effectively eliminates ambient noise minimal in my application but nonetheless Im glad to remove it. The mike stand is heavy enough to provide stability and the range of motion on it allows for efficient instrument placement and adjustment.

Had read many reviews between this and the Blue Yeti and ended up purchasing this when the price dropped for a decent savingI preferred the blue PS4 colours and whilst labelled as for PS4 and the QA stated it was ONLY for PS4 I can confirm its just the colours that are different to the standard model and Mac PC are still supported by this version.Tried last week and really impressed with the result. Happy with my purchase.

Simple plug it in USB port and I use it for zoom meeting. Only took 30 seconds to set up on zoom. Excellent clear sound. I had my box fan next to me on high setting and the microphone didnt pick up the fan sound. Excellent microphone and extremely happy with this purchase. The little booklet tells you 2 different programs to download and use it to stream on other sites. I use it for zoom meetings. Everyone on zoom meeting was amazed about how excellent the sound is. Im extremely happy with this microphone.

This mic is 100 and Im going to be straight up, it feels like 100. For the small mic, the quality is great, its really clear and you feel like a streamer although youre just talking with your friends. I love this mic and it doesnt move around much like other ones. Its very sturdy. If you want a good mic but not go overboard like a lot of streamers, I would recommend this one for sure.

I have a deep voice which some microphones make it sound very gravely, but this one sounds great. It does clip quite a bit if the mic is located close to a wifi router but its fixed as soon as the mic is further away from it. I havent noticed it pick up the clipping on discord, it only picks up when recording audio. As long as the mic is not next to the router its great

I do not recommend this product at all. I have used three different cables for this microphone and all of the cables broke. Its gotten to the point that I can no longer plug in the microphone. I had made sure to not rough house the microphone, but it still broke. If youre planning to get a microphone for around the same price, try getting a AudioTechnica AT2020 USB or XLR microphone or a NEAT Worker Bee XLR microphone. You get way better sounding audio and better durability.

Got this mic for Discord, Zoom, OBS, and Xbox party chat. It also works with Xsplit. The quality is really good, and when I bang into my desk there is little to none feedback. Only complaint is I cant manage it through Razer Synapse 3.0. I recommend getting an arm and a foam windscreen, it helps the quality and ease of use.

Ive used several mics of this nature before but this one is one of the best so far. It clearly picks up your voice without any distorted sounds and is great for recording. You dont have to be right in front of it like other mics in order for it to pick up your voice. You could actually record several voices with this mic and it would pick up each sound as if each person had their own mic. If you using it for record voice, just make sure that youre in a sound proof environment because this mic will pic up Everything around it. It can pretty much be used for anything podcasts, recording or even chatting via different voice apps. Its guaranteed to pic up every sound that is made around it. A great product for its size

I ended up returning this product for a few reasons1. Although at the 70 dollar price point when it was on sale is reasonable, it is overall a fairly cheap product. It has barely any weight to it, and it largely made of plastic. For a product that originally costs 100, I would have expected it to be on par in terms of construction with other microphones around the same price.2. The live testingfeedback from the headphone jack on the microphone is QUIET. You can barely hear yourself when you talk even if you turn up your levels to the max.3. Overall the customization of this is pretty bad. It is a plug and play type no software etc., but even after toying around with multiple Windows 10 mic settings and volume levels, it was hard to strike a good balance of volume levels for close sounds, but not picking up background sounds.4. Despite what the mic claims, this DOES pick up a LOT of background noise. Noises in other parts of my apartment that are separated by walls still got picked up. My headset mic does a better job of picking up local sounds.I did take the time to do research via reviews and guides online to adjust settings, so I dont believe this has anything to do with my system or how it was set up, but rather a lack of customization makes this mic very hard to use in all but the quietest of spaces.Overall it just feel like a very mediocre product with the Razer name slapped on it. While I love Razer for their gaming peripherals such as mice and keyboards, I would give a hard pass on this and not recommend it to anybody. Buy a mic coming from a company that specializes in microphones, and I assure you will be please I am planning to purchase a Blue for what its worth for around 100.

Having a microphone that is powered and and transmitted through usb is significantly cleaner than using an audio interface. This mic sounds good once youve figured out where to place it. It actually does fit onto a standard mic stand, which is where I have it. It was a little too quiet using its own base and where it could be positioned. I got it on sale, so the value was good. I know other reviewers are being nitpicky with this mic, but for the vast majority of users, you wont even notice it. I know I didnt notice any short comings after I had watched a review video on youtube.Anyway, if on sale, go for it. If youre more of an audiophile, chances are you arent really looking for something in the affordable bracket for microphones.

I would recommend you get it set up through voice meter and find an online profile for the sieren x to load up and in the end youll be getting much better sound. with that said this isnt a bad mic raw. it gives a very clean realistic sound with no artifacting that i can tell. love it so far and would certanly recommend

Excellent, straightforward Supercardioid mic with a nice braided micro USB cable with a right angle connector on the micro mic end of the cable to reduce strain on the connectors for longevity. Sound quality is very good, and can be easily adjusted via software noise gates to remove background noise. The included padded stand helps to reduce ondesk noise and gives a reasonably flexible mount, but theres also a threaded adapter for using mic arms and such.My only real complaint is that at MSRP, theres so much competition and it even comes close to just getting a decent vocal mic and USB interface, but if you catch this on a decent sale, its a great mic.

I use this nearly every day for video calls, streaming, recording and Discord, its extremely high quality sound, others immediately remark on the difference. Great solid build quality, my only addition was a popfilter. Mute button is very handy. The included standbase is sturdy, heavy enough to be quite stable and has a nice stiff ball joint.Beware when mounting this to a microphone arm, if you use an arm with a short mounting screw such as the Rode PSA1 mic arm, the MicroUSB connector on the bottom can interfere with the hinge and sit at an angle or bend entirely. I ended up getting an aftermarket, rightangle MicroUSB cable that made it fit. If using the included standbase, this isnt an issue.

It does require a special boom arm if you looking to put on a boom arm though. It has a a headphone volume knob and a very accessible muteunmute button. A good microphone and so far had no issues with it. I do lot of home meetings and streamings, sound quality is pretty good and no one reported an issue with not being able to hear me well. The only problem is the mobility of the stand which is very limited. Also, I would expect better material for the mic itself and not just plastic, which, gives a cheap feeling.

Dont get me wrong, this mic is great but I do have some issues. My first problem is a bit strange and may be due to faulty parts but at least once a day, all audio from this mic turns into a high pitch whine. The issue is solved by unplugging the mic and then reconnecting it. Not a big deal but isnt very helpful in the middle of a game with friends. My second issue is the mute button. The button keeps flickering for no apparent reason. Not sure why. Other than these problems, the mic is fantastic and I still recommend it due to the particularly high audio quality for its size and price.

Dont be drawn in buy the great look and exterior build quality of this device. After 1 month of use I began experiencing static when transmitting voice during my gaming session. I had a lot of trouble with headset Mics picking up a lot of background noise, i bought this in hopes that I would be able to focus just on the sound of the headphones I buy in the future. So far its great, it doesnt pick up my mechanical keyboard clicks and people cant hear my TV, etc, in the background.

i did a sound test and my voice was very clear..however when i use discord to chat, the mic doesnt pick up the first sound when i talk..for instance, if i say hello, people hear ello if that makes sense.

The sound of this microphone is rather good it doesnt eliminate all of the noise in the background but it still does a good job on it. Make sure to change some in your setting in order for the microphone to work other than that its a good microphone.

Disclaimer BB sends email out asking for review before the items is received, then they send email after email asking fad a reminder. With that said, Ive not owned the product long enough to give a thorough review but here are my initial thoughts. Its a mic. It works as a mic. I cannot attest to the quality yet but it powers on, works on Discord calls and Teams meetings. What I dont like when booting up the PC, one would expect that the device defaults to muted as theres no actual power button but it doesnt. Second thing is that there is a knobdial on the front that turns but I really have no idea what it does. This doesnt put out sound so its not that and Ive asked others on my calls if they can hear a difference when I change the dial, they cant tell any difference. All in all, Im giving 3 stars as thats my default that an item functions as its purpose its a mic and people can hear me when I use it.Ill edit the rating and review once Ive used it more and can give a true rating based on its performance if it far exceeds or truly fails being a microphone.

This microphone is great for streaming it produces fabulous quality to the viewers watching. However when picking this up i do suggest grabbing a boom arm to, as when this is on your table simply putting a cup of water down can create a sound. Other than that i say it is a really good microphone.There is another review here saying how the mic is trash because your friends cant hear to talk or something like that. You even state that the microphone is for streaming. STREAMING microphones like these are not meant for gaming or talking to your friends. I suggest just getting a head with a microphone like my favourite headset the Hyperx cloud alphas.

I wouldnt say this mic is terrible, but it isnt great. It kept making a da da da da da sound on the receivers end. The voice quality is good but it also catches outside noises even with reduced background sounds on.

I really like the slim look and the fact that this microphone is small enough to be out of the way. I really like the feature of being able to plug headphones into the microphone. I do have to keep it close to my mouth while talking to pick up my voice and less background noise. After doing a little research though I found that lowering the decibels to 12 makes the background noise a lot less. I really like that there is a convenient mute button on the microphone that lets you know if you are muted or not with color. I find myself leaving me in mute all the time and this really helps. A friend of mine has one and said she uses it for Skype and Facetime too….I guess I will try that next. I would recommend this microphone for anyone who wants to do streaming.

Good mic for amateur streamers or just chatting with your friends. The lack of polar patterns is a bummer, but for most people, the single option of supercardioid is all people need. That being said, it still picks up mild room noise despite the super effect supposedly being designed to combat this. The plastic knob for headset volume there is no gain knob feels a bit on the cheap side.. The sound is great for what I paid at 70 on sale. However, if paying full price of 100, I would suggest spending the few extra to get the better sounding, more versatile, Blue Yeti.Weird side note, it does pick up a frequency buzz when I put my cell phone within 68 inches of it. Poorly shielded Im not sure. But a minor complaint.

This mic has been a huge step up from my previous microphone. Its really handy to have a separate headphone jack built in so I can monitor how loud I am as well. I use this mainly for streaming and in Discord. I know not everyone is a fan of the Razer Cortex software but for me personally, I havent had an issue. This is one of those times where you definitely get what you paid for, and what you get is a great sounding microphone.

The audio quality is good and the build feels good but it has started to die after just 6 months. The USB connection on the bottom has loosened with very light use. Regardless of cable, I get this annoying flickering static hiss throughout my audio. I had to get some electrical tape and basically tape the USB connector to the bottom of the mic to stop the flickering hiss.

Good, but not great recording quality. At its sale price of 70 its a worthwhile purchase, but I wouldnt spend much more than that. If you can stretch the budget a bit, I think that the Yeti Nano is the better option, especially if the Seiren isnt on sale.

Good sturdy microphone I wouldnt suggest it as a professional mic but its far more than enough for conference use or gaming use or even streamingHeres some suggestion for keeping condenser microphone generally Keep your mic in a plastic bag in my case Im using a plastic box to cap it when not in use. Whether you keep the mic in its case or leave it on a stand, a plastic bag like an unsealed sandwich bag will stop airborne dust and the foam from windscreens and storage cases from settling on the capsule.

My first experience with a USB condenser type microphone and I am happy with purchase. Setup was easy, plugged it into my Windows 10 PC and Windows set everything up automatically.Only small complaint I have is that the LED for the mute button is always on, and as far as I know, cannot be toggled off, which is a tad annoying as my PC is in my bedroom. I just unplug the microphone when its not in use.

Great mic for those that dont need something fancy, but want something better than a headset mic or the builtin mic that came with their computer.Setup was a breeze the directions explain how to connect the parts and it takes about 30 seconds. Plugging it in, windows found the drivers and everything needed from unboxing to use was less than 2 minutes.My only complaint is that the microphone is pretty sensitive, and if you push the muteunmute button on the mic itself, it will pick up that sound. Its not bad, but it was weird the first time someone mentioned they could hear it.

Ive used the microphone for about a week now for over 20 hours of streaming and Ive gotten many comments on how it makes me sound much clearer. The microphone is very easily implemented into OBS and integrates well with online software such as VoiceMeeter. I also use the microphone for online video meetings, office hours, and recording class for my students. The audio quality is supremely better compared to that of headset microphones I used for online teaching in the spring with classes being moved online for COVID. Highly recommend an additional boom arm for those that will be typinghitting the table as they speakstreametc. Overall a great buy for the price for teachers, streamers, youtubers, podcasters, etc.

Love the mic with its simple design and ease to plug and use however I would have liked to see the razed synapse app used to be able to adjust the microphones settings.Note the dial on the front of the mic is not the mic volume rather it is a dial for headset volume should you use a headset plugged into the mic itself. The mic does have a mute and unmute button on the front with LED to signify if it is muted and unmuted. The mic will fit on most mic stands I have used.

Top Priority Sound.This microphones audio clarity is awesome and leaves nothing to be desired for simple voice applications.For the price it beats, or is at least on par with microphones twice its price. Its sleek with a desirable form factor. Compatible with boom arms. And is affordable. For voice chat look no further, and especially no more expensive. the actual quality of the mic is sub par to other mics, and it would be saved if it had software or gain control, but it doesnt, I bought a hyperx quadcast and its 1000 better, better audio quality by allot, lots more adjustability in pickup modes and gain, and even comes with an adaptor to fit all tripods, with 38 and 58 mounts. Save up for a better mic like the quadcast or hyperx, and if not just buy the cheaper ones like the solocast, those are great mics, better quality than this one, but smaller and cheaper, dont buy this.

I love the size of this microphone. Really easy to set up essentially plug and play. There is a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom of the mic to allow for mic monitoring. Sound quality is really good
