I ordered this head set for a work from home customer service job. Unfortunately, I was not able to do the job, due to poor internet connection, but I have used this head set for other hands free telecommunicating, and it works awesome Highly recommend

Pros The headset is easy to put on and stays putMic quality has more base than expected and the single ear phone is comfortable.Cons The head strap could extend and retract more easily and smoothly, but it still works well.
