Only used them for a few hours so far, but hands down the best budget earbuds I’ve used to date. Excellent noise cancellation, superb base with crisp and clear vocals. Easy setup and in-app equaliser although basic gets the job done. The quality of the audio rivals earbuds that are 4x the price. Only criticism is the size of the case makes them noticeable when in a pocket. The wheel is a neat idea which I find myself using due to the lack of controls on the buds themselves.

I was originally going to use these purely for work but I am using them all the time instead of my Pixel Buds A-Series and my Sony headphones. I had doubts about this earbud-style with the stick as I thought they would fall out, but this has not happened. The sound quality is good for the price and it can be changed with the equaliser in the Nothing X app. The box hasn’t slipped Nothing’s mind when considering the functionality of the earbuds with the wheel in the top left corner that can play, pause, adjust volume, and be used for several different uses. It is in keeping with the design pattern that Nothing has used with its CMF Phone 1 which has a similar wheel for modular use. The earbuds support Google’s fast pair and you can listen to music within seconds. The earbuds do not lose connection or desync as I have experienced with others in the past (Realme) and remain constant when doing a variety of different movements. The buds support ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and it isn’t perfect as external sound can still leak through but you can adjust the strength of the cancellation in the app. You can also use transparency mode which I have tested quite extensively and it’s a bit meh, to me. Nothing is about to release the Nothing Ear Open and I will likely invest in those for whilst I am out and about and travelling. Do I recommend these earbuds? Absolutely! Nothing and its CMF sub-brand aren’t widely known as they have only been operating since 2021, but they are a brand to look out for in the future. They have a partnership with Google in terms of cameras for their phones and things are only looking up for this British brand. 8/10 2 people found this helpful

February 2025 Colour Name: Light Grey this earbud is so convenient, i love the case and its purposes and how can customise it, lasts long, doesn’t hurt when you’re using it, and the noise cancelling is so good

These may be the most value for money earbuds out there. I used to have the AirPods Pro, but they broke down and I was looking for a more affordable option with good noise cancellation. I was surprised to discover that the noise cancellation of the CMF buds was actually better. The battery life is amazing. The in ear fit is super too. The only thing I don’t like is how sensitive they are to touch – if you brush up against them accidentally you may pause or deactivate the noise cancellation. But that doesn’t really bother me. 2 people found this helpful

These are good true wireless buds for the price, they aren’t perfect, the reasons are- Very bass heavy sound, you might love them if you’re a bass head, but if not stay away. There’s no 10 band equalizer, just a simple treble, mid, bass type of equalizer which doesnt give any granular control. Annoying confirmation beeps that happen while operating the buds that will deafen you each time, annoying as hell and Nothing ought to get rid of it with their next update. Each time the buds are picked up, the volume on the phone is set to 80 percent and there’s apparently no way to set it automatically to a lower level. You have to remember to turn it down each time manually unless you want to become deaf. The smart dial has significant delay between input and the resulting action on the phone/app. Now the good parts- -LDAC support -Decent ANC and isolation -Sturdy box with strong magnets and Smart dial – Spatial Audio that isnt too bad. – Excellent app that improves the functionality of the buds. Final words- It’s a very good set of TWS at this price and it’s a bassheads’ dream. 8/10 rating. 12 people found this helpful

These earphones punch well above their weight for the price point. The active noise cancelling is incredible, the pass through mode is fantastic and all in, I’m really impressed with this. Since I have a CMF Phone 1, it integrates seemlessly with the App. Quality is incredible. Fit is good as it has multiple bud sizes for all ears. They are very comfortable to wear and seem to deal well with exercise so far. All I would mention is that with the control on the case, when you are pausing the button is quite stiff and may come across as not sensitive, however this seems to be a purposeful design choice to stop accidental activations in your pocket. And as for battery life, I’ve had no cause for concern so far. Solid earphones.

For the price, I didn’t expect high quality and sound but I’ve been proven wrong. They look great (orange), sturdy and a pleasure to wear (no ear fatigue for me). I think these are the most bass-heavy buds I’ve ever owned (and I’ve owned a lot, from Samsung, to Sony, to Apple, to beats etc etc) – always searching for the perfect combination in comfort, sound and looks and I think I’ve discovered them. Thanks to the separate tweeters, the mids and highs still shine through, even on the maximum bass setting. You can customise the sound to your hearts content – finding your own sweet spot. They have surround sound feature, noise cancellation, LDAC (hifi) ability and presets galore. The nothing app is beautiful, uncluttered, easy to use etc. I honestly can’t find fault with these buds. Long lasting battery, quick charge and sweat proof. They provide a huge amount of pros for their cost. 4 people found this helpful

For the price these are amazing, comparable to what £150 earbuds sounded like just a couple years back. Amazing clarity (tweak EQ for individual listening preferences though), i am hearing detail i didnt even know existed with earbuds. The battery life amazing too and connection is super quick. The case has a nice satin finish (cant comment on the longevity of that yet) but it feels nice. The earbud are light. The noise cancellation is amazing but if you use it without any music/sound it feels like it kind of pushes against your ear. The transparency mode is a bit odd, it works fantastically but it kind of ‘crushes’ any sound it amplifies. 4 people found this helpful
