A handy travel shaver that runs on 2x AA batteries (supplied). This is the cheaper M60 model from Braun – and has no beard trimmer attachment. That’s not an issue for me! However, if you need a trimmer, get the M90 model – which is otherwise identical – but over twice the price…… I find this razor particularly handy on holidays – when a single set of new alkaline batteries is more than sufficient for 14 days shaving. It’s small, lightweight and easily fits into a suitcase or backpack pocket. Despise only costing ~£15 on Gadget Tree, the shaver gives a quick and reasonably close shave. A small brush is clipped into the base for easy cleaning with a rinse under a tap. In conclusion, a very reasonable price and quick delivery

A huge disappointment. I’ve used a Seagull angle finder in the past, which was a fraction of the price of this Nikon DR-5 and it was much better value. The Seagull was attached to a camera with a rectangular viewfinder (a D200) so it slid on and off the camera in seconds. I was using this DR-5 with a D3, which has a circular viewfinder. This necessitates the use of a circular adaptor, to which the DR-5 screws in. This not only takes far too long (I’m a wedding photographer and have to work very quickly at times) but it also left the DR-5 so it can swivel around on the adaptor. So, as I picked the camera up, it allowed the DR-5 to flop downwards, and had to be held in place vertically with my other hand so I could look through it. I could hold it upright with my nose, but as soon as I moved my head it flopped downwards again… I bought this so I could get the camera low without lying on the ground or inducing back pain, but it proved to be an even bigger pain in the a*se. It was optically ok (but not really much better than the £25 Seagull and, at the end of the day, it’s a viewfinder, not a lens) but I returned it to Gadget Tree after its shortcomings became clear. The returns process was fast and efficient, so no problems with Gadget Tree at all. Buy a Seagull. Or lie on the ground. 2 people found this helpful
