I have used Logitech devices for years, and my last mouse simply woreout Performance Mx simply due to tremendous usage over a long time I spend a lot of time at the keyboard….The MX Master 3 is the logical upgrade, and it delivers. The click is improved, scrolling better, horizontal scrolling now dedicated to another scroll wheel useful if you use spreadsheets, and a whole host of configurable features my favorite the back and forwards buttons which you can configure once you have used these, you will wonder how you ever manged with a mouse without themIt can easily swap between three devices and supports Bluetooth as well.There is nothing negative to write about this mouse.If you are serious about your computer usage, a professional, or simply spend a lot of time at the computer screen, you will be hard pressed to find a better mouse.Well done Logitech another great mouse and a perfect evolution to the Performance MX.Excellent delivery from John Lewis as usual, and buying from John Lewis gives me piece of mind it is genuine

I used it a couple of times, but then I no longer use them as I cant use this mouse for gaming so anyway I need a mouse for work and another one for gaming USB c charging no more battery, but anyway heavy mouse ergonomic designCons S.M.A.R.T. SCROLLING awful engineering. inconsistent application of smart scrolling. I still prefer my 3 years old m705 marathon mouses scroll. You click on the button to toggle infinite scrolling. Very basic. Works as you maneuver. This smart scrolling automatically switches the scroll to infinite scrolling when you flick on it, but its just inconsistent. And it is pain in the butt because you actually need to pay attention for such a basic function. I noticed that there a few people who commented on this, and I am one of them who returned the mouse primarily because of this malfunction. clicks make cheap loud sound and different click sound on the left and right clicks. Pretty annoying to hear at a 100 mouse. I am a long time Logitech fan, and my 10 years old Logitech G5 and 15 G203 This can be a little big for smallmedium hands Maybe regardless of your hand size because of how its designed you can lay your thumb on the mouse, it forces you to change your grip type to palm grip. This can be good and bad. I have used claw grip all time and could use palm grip for certain games. However, I cannot adapt palm grip for workrelated tasks. But I said that this can be good just because for people suffering from wrist pain.Lastly, I didnt use and will not use one of the main feature of this mouse and that is assigning and customizing keys for each applications. As a person who lives in excel spreadsheets and PDF docs and browses internet all day, my main needs are 1 to 1 feedback scrolling, horizontal scroll, decent ergonomic design, and wireless. That said, I most likely will purchase another m705 marathon mouse that broke while it was on my backpack. Or when I went to the store in person, I really liked the grip and key stroke of the mk850 keyboard and mouse set.I will be returning this and mouse the MX keys keyboard as well. its too low in profile that my hands and fingers actually get tense and tired more easily. And along on the same line, it doesnt worth 100. These sets are pretty though. If only thing you care about is cosmetic.

The connection of the mouse thru bluetooth is very smooth and the fact that i can transfer between devices is very convenient for switching between macs. I really enjoyed the shape and mold of the mouse, it is very comfortable and i didnt experience hand fatigue after using it for hours on end. I have not had it long enough to assess the battery life. The specific controls and ability to blend their use w my mac and its software is seamless. Allmost as if it were made by apple.The only downside i have encountered so far is the file transfer option. Although very convenient in theory it isnt very convenient in practice. The file trasfer speeds of just dragging and dropping between macs is capped by the bluetooth transfer speeds. So be prepared to wait awhile for the transfers to complete and i experience a little bit of lag as the file transferred and i used the mouse simultaneously. I dont transfer much between macs and if i do i use a USB drive so this concern isnt a big issue for me.OVERALL a very nice mouse, great fit, cool customization and seamless integration

The MX MASTER 3 was one of the best mice Ive ever used. Its thumb scroll wheel was one its ultimate highlights. Coupled with its software, delighted timeline operations in Adobe Premiere like no other. Form factor was slightly uncomfortable for smaller hands that later required a wrist rest to operate long hours without fatigues. The only let down was its imprecised vertical scroll wheel which seemed to miss its marks constantly. The first two scrolls were like warmup scrolls with nothing happening at all. No adjustmentsremoval of software, apps seemed to help. It appeared to be hardware fault. Ive owned two of these, put up with their lagging vertical scroll functions until I gave up on both.

Im a graphic designer and Ive used Logitechs MX line for many years. Ive been through several units of different brands, and Ive found the MX line is best for my style of use. Compared to the Performance MX, this mouse is very comparable, but it seems a shade smaller on the hand. I have felt a little strain between my index and ring fingers due to squeezing the mouse or closing my hand farther than with the Performance. I cant easily explain the ergonomic difference, but i like the feel of the older model better. Other than that, this is a 5 star mouse. the left right scroll wheel is awesome and the up and down scroll is improved over the Performance model. If you read long articles or review long code or anything that requires vertical scrolling, the logitech is hard to beat. Likewise, if you are moving across a large screen using tool changes and program changes, like adobe suite, this mouse cant be beat. I wish it came in a large size also.

GOOD First off, big fan of Logitech good and I already own 2 MX Master 3s at office and at home thats how much I like it. This is the same Logitech MX Master 3 that you know. Absolutely beast of a mouse with the best ergonomics, magical magnetic scroll wheel automatically switches based on how quick you scroll, right thumb wheel, and programmable buttons. BAD Really disappointed here in Logitech. Theres absolutely no difference in functionality in the mouse which is good but 2 things really stand out here. First is, all they did was change the name to For Mac and changed the color to Space Grey personally prefer the matte black look of the original. Again, theres absolutely no change in functionality nothing specific or new for the Mac that didnt exist in the original, which I currently use with the Mac Flow is still the same, gesture buttons for Mac specifically are the same. But for the same exact price 99, they left out the usb receiver, which offers far less latency than Bluetooth its a dedicated channel just for the mouse vs a shared Bluetooth channel, and I can definitely tell the difference. Theres a slight lag at times with the scroll wheel or when I try to move the mouse. The reason they likely did this was to save costs and because they refuse to make a usbc version of their dongle and most new Macs only come with usbc. But if youre using a dock or any kind or have a usbc converter, the dongle is worth for the responsiveness alone. Bottom line, do yourself a favor and get the original one for the same price with the dongle, and if you dont need it, at least you still have it it still also does Bluetooth. I would have been happy had they cut the price 10 or so but why Logitech

I wasnt sure what to expect from this when I received it. I have never used a mouse designed for Mac other than ones designed by apple and reliant on gestures. After a day of use, I have to say that this is probably the highest quality mouse I have ever usedUnboxing The packaging is very Appleesque. The materials are high quality and neatly packaged. Inside there is the mouse, a USBC cable and documentation.Setup I went the bluetooth route. The device appears to support Logitechs Unifying device dongle, but I did not see one in the box. Bluetooth setup on my MacBook Pro was simple enough adding it in the bluetooth menu. The package states you should download the Logitech Options software from Logitech. I was unable to get it working on my Mac initially but was notified of an update after installing which fixed the issue. The software should allow you to customize buttons for use in software such as Photoshop.Use It is great The ergonomics are outstanding for righthanded individuals. There are three buttons on the top wheel included, a button to change the wheel from smooth scrolling to course, two buttons above the thumb, a horizontal scroll wheel smooth scrolling, and a small button under the thumb. I was a little confused by the last button, but I noticed in the instructions in the Logitech software that it is a gesture button. You have to hold it down and move the mouse to get things like mission control, switching desktops, and so on. Once you get the hang of it it is very useful.The mouse is highly accurate, the wheels feel like they are floating as it uses what they call magspeed. I found the horizontal wheel a little strange. It feels nice and I thought it would be great for Mac, but it has a few quarks as well as amazing features. First, using the wheel in spreadsheets, browsing photos and large documents allows easy scrolling. In Lightroom, it will allow you to control navigation a little easier, Word will use it for zoom, Photoshop will use it for brush sizes, Word will use it for zoom, Premiere will use it to scroll through the timeline. The side buttons are also remapped depending on the app. I liked how in Premiere and Office apps, they will undoredo actions. The supported apps are low right now, but I am sure more will come with time. Right now, they are mostly limited to Safari, Chrome, Office apps, Photoshop and Premier.Summary This phone takes a little getting used to, but once you got it, it is a productivity powerhouse. It will make your workflow faster and be easier on the hands than a trackpad. This thing is amazing.

Ive been an MX Mouse user since they came out with the MX Revolution which I liked until I wore it out and the batteries were failing. This MX Master 3 Mouse is cut from the same cloth. My hand size is larger than normal large glove size and this feels great in my hand. The weight is good, not too heavy, not too light, easily pushes and pulls around well. Controls are well placed, that is, good ergonomics. I really like the new controls, easy to understand and use. Customized controls for other software such as spreadsheets and web browsers works great, saves time and much effort. I am a heavy autocad user, but they dont have out of the box customization for that product unfortunately. I havent had the time to see what I can modify myself.Software interface is easy to use and modify. The smartshift feature is nicely calibrated, really like it, easy to use and get used to. Many good aspects of this Mouse.One Con There doesnt seem to be a way to modify the double click speed. Windows 10 doesnt have a way either.So far, Ive gotten 21 days from the first battery charge and Im a heavy user. My old Performance MX used to have to charge the battery about 2x per week. In Autocad you are always clicking on commands and points in order to draw and do anything.I like that I can charge this with a USB C cord and keep using it, translates to no down time and waiting for a new battery charge.

The Logitech MX Master series has been my goto mouse since they first started making them. The first one I had lasted years and years till it finally needed to be replaced, which was about 5 months ago. The MX Master 3 is of the same quality. For me, this is my goto mouse because it fits my hand perfectly, has a great scroll wheel with clutch, and simply glides as I use it. I never have an issue with it and it feel like an extension of my hand. I use it all the time for work and for gaming. Im not a hard core gamer, but I do play games on a regular basis and it has been great for me for gaming. The scroll wheel is great because you can scroll line by line or hit the button and scroll an entire Internet page or large spreadsheet in no time at all. This mouse is worth every penny. If youre thinking its too expensive, consider it is a mouse that you will have for many years, works flawlessly without issue, and it is so reliable, it is one less thing you have to worry about. Battery life is insane. I use my mouse on average about 15 hours a day and I only need to charge it once every 45 days or so For work or play, I highly recommend this mouse.

I have a home computer and work computer and was using two sets of keyboards and mouse devices. I searched and researched online for the best mouse and keyboard and discovered that there are devices that allow you to switch between multiple computers. I read the online and reviews and decided on the LogitechMX Master 3. There is a button on the bottom of the mouse that allows you to easily rotate between 3 different computers. I use the mouse everyday and the battery life has been very good around 2 weeks of use before needing to recharge. The mouse feels good in my hand and the ability to adjust the functions is a big plus. This is the best mouse that I have ever owned and I think it proves the old adage that you get what you pay for.

I bout this Mouse about 3 weeks ago, which means I have been using this for 3 weeks now. I am an engineer who needs to use CAD very often. The reason I decided to buy this product is because my previous mouse was not very sensitive and give a pain on my wrist. However, I think this mouse can solve such issues. but only things that I would recommend for development are the button below thumb and the side scroll. I think it is bit hard to get used to using these buttons. It would been better if the button was on the side rather than vertical button. In addition, for the side scroll, it would have been better if it was like the main scroll for thumb push and pull, rather than moving thumb up and down.

The mouses thumb button sometimes decides not to work at all. I have had experiences where I literally pressed the button 30 to 40 times and it didnt work at all. I replaced the mouse and the second mouse has the same problems. The scroll wheel is extremely unreliable and disappointing it constantly either misses registering scrolls or registers more scrolls. This makes the mouse unresponsive and makes your computer feel laggy when in actuality the mouse is the problem Again, I have had two Master 3 mice and have a MX Master 2s, which has none of these problems. Overall, for a price tag of above 100 euro, this behavior is totally unacceptable and nobody that needs their mouse to work like a regular mouse when it comes to the scroll wheel and work like the Master 2s when it comes to the other features, should stay away from this mouse. Seriously, dont buy this mouse

You cannot imagine how much it grieves me to have to resign myself to the fact that Logitech is abandoning the Apple platform. I have tried all the MX series 2, 2S, 3 and the MX Vertical, my personal favorite. They simply WILL NOT work properly with the Big Sur version of the Mac OS. I used my MX Vertical swimmingly for over a year until Big Sur came out. At that point I began to get periodic episodes of rogue behavior from first one, then another MX series mouse. They will zoom the screen in and out randomly. They will bounce the cursor around wildly. These behaviors all make it impossible to select anything on the screen. Logitech admits in an article on their website that they are only providing limited support for Big Sur and that it will end in early 2021. I suppose they are having difficulty getting cooperation from Apple why should they be different, right. The net result of this is I have to go back to a flat mouse which aggravates my carpal tunnel tendencies made by Apple or I cant use my computer reliably AT ALL. I wish it were not true but it is.

The Logitech MX Master 3 mouse is a sleek, clean, and very comfortable in the hand mouse. It is very easy to setup out of the box as well. Like all Logitech accessories, all you have to do is plug in the USB receiving device and it will automatically download the driver to the device it is to be used upon.The mouse has a nice matte black finish color, as well as, the ergo rubber being very comfortable in your hand. I enjoyed how they extended the thumb rest far enough out to where you can actually rest your thumb on it. Another neat feature is the side roller, which I have never had available on another mouse that I have used before.So not only do you have an up and down roller, the scroll, on the top of the mouse, but you also have a side to side roller, which they call a thumb roller. The mouse is very quick and precise for picking up movement, thus having a very short lag time, if one at all. It is on the bottom of the mouse that you can control which, of up to 3 separate devices, that you can use it on. .I really love the fluidity of use, the ability to either use Bluetooth or plug in the receiver and then use it on up to 3 multiple devices versus having to buy one for each workstation. Please be advised that you use the USB receiver if your device has Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or later and that the Bluetooth version will only work on Windows 8, Windows 10 or later.

I cant say enough good things about this mouse. Having larger hands, I can say this is one of the most comfortable mice I have ever used. The design is nice in that your thumb is not constantly sliding along the desk or mouse pad. Also, being above to switch between up to three devices is excellent. The mouse can pair with multiple Logitech universal adapters and or Bluetooth. Currently, I am pairing with a universal adapter in a windows laptop, a universal adapter in a Mac, and an iPad. It works flawlessly. I also use it for light gaming. Its not a gaming mouse but the precision is good enough for some light to moderate gaming. Pair this thing with the Logitech MX Keys and you will not be sorry.

I bought this two days ago and right from the start I noticed the scrolling accuracy was not what I was used to. My previous and now current mouse is the Microsoft Precision Mouse and although it has its own set of issues due to connectivity, scrolling is not one of them and it has a similar magnetic scrolling tech. It responds precisely to every micro movement you make and scrolls so smoothly in web browsers and in the multiple CAD softwares I use. The mx3 however does not all the time. Sometimes it scrolls smoothly and others it acts as if set to rachet mode especially after having that mode engaged. I tried disengaging the smooth scrolling, disengaging the smart scrolling, adjusting the smart scrolling, changing from rachet to free spin, etc… nothing got the mouse to scroll consistently. Sometimes it was fine but most of the time it was not. It also sometimes did not respond straight away and over scrolls depending on settings. When would this be desirable Not accurate enough scrolling for professional design work. A search on Reddit showed me I was not alone in these issues and that it wasnt just a one off faulty mouse. Product returned.

Upon the recommendation of a working from home podcast I decided to lay down hard cash and treat myself to a proper ergonomic mouse. I wasnt disappointed This mouse beats any other mouse in the market when you use it across multiple computers. It connects in less than a second and your working. Theres a button on the bottom of the mouse that lets you easily pair the mouse to up to three devices. The thumb button is the killer feature of this product. On macOS you can get access to your virtual desktops and expos mode without a touch pad in sight. I think its actually faster using the Master compared to the trackpad. Im so glad I decided to not cheap out on such an important bit of computer equipment. You use it for hours a day so you better get one that keeps your hands and wrists in good shape.

What I like most about this mouse is the gesture button, which allows me to navigate between desktops with a couple of clicks. Combining it with an MX Keys keyboard expands gestures even more via the Fn key.Battery life is very good. After a weeks use, the indicator is still at the max level.The horizontal scroll is useful, and both scroll wheels feel solid. One issue I have, though, is that that scrolling can be rather unresponsive. Setting the scroll speeds to the max levels and enabling smooth scrolling is the only way to get a consistent scroll, and even then the screen sometimes sticks or hangs for a bit.

I never thought I would be so attached to a mouse there is definitely a unexplainable loss feel when for some reason Ive left the adapter plugged in elsewhere or rushed out in a hurry and left it behind. I bought it while working from home and now it commutes into the office with me daily, wrapped in a woollen cover. I had researched so many ergo mice and visited in store to see and get a real feel for sizings. The MX Master caught my eye and was perfect fit while being aesthetically pleasing. It has been borrowed more than once by my husband who was also working from home he has a much larger hand size and felt at ease with it as well. Love it for running through spreadsheets and multitasking. I got so used to the personalised programming when using at home that I went through the pain of dealing with work IT to get the Options software installed on my work laptop where at first I convinced myself I could manage without if they refused my request, I knew it wasnt the case… but instead they agreed and had the IT service person ready to buy by the time the software was loaded. The best work companion, a dream to use.

I bought this for work because of my experience with the G502 gaming mouse, specifically the freeswimming mouse wheel which makes a massive difference in workflow. I chose the MX Master 3 over the gaming mouse because of the more ergonomic shapelittle did I know, the freespinning wheel has been even further improved in this model, and it has programmable keys that you can set profiles for to match applications that you usefor example, you can set the side buttons to copy and paste in a word document, go forward and back on a web browser, set custom key combos, whatever you need. The horizontal scrolling wheel is also a godsend in spreadsheets. On top of everything it is wireless, rechargable, and effortless to use.Absolutely no complaints with this mouse, highly recommend for work usage unless you really need a mouse specifically designed for ergonomics, such as the MX vertical.

Ive mentioned in other reviews that I like Logis computer input devices. As proof, I now have three generations of the MX Master mice. Between the first and second, there were minor improvements not really enough to notice. This new version is in though, and it has a few notable changes that need talking about.Out of the box, youre getting the mouse, a universal dongle for Logi devices, and a USB C charging cable. The mouse itself is slightly bigger than a standard PC style mouse youre getting all the same righthanded ergonomics that can be expected from the shape and previous generations. Previous generation users, note that it is slightly smaller than the previous Master 2S, but not in a bad way. Id also like to call out that the device charges with USB C this is a fantastic touch and Im glad that my phone charger once again can pull double duty as a charger for my desk peripherals.The layout of the buttons has slightly changed the vertical scroll wheel has moved up and become a little freer to scroll, while the backforward buttons are now below the wheel and slightly larger. Personally, Im not a fan of the new placement as you now need to move your thumb a bit more to pick which function you would like to do. This is 100 personal preference I can see how the new design could be considered more ergonomic.The biggest change though is the primary scroll wheel. Previous generations had the feature called SmartShift, which would switch the wheel from clicky stepbased scrolling to freewheeling after scrolling a certain number of lines in a certain time window. The wheel was audibly clicky when in the former mode, and even louder when reenabling the clicky mode to the point that it might have become a nuisance to others in an office situation. Not so with the Master 3. Logi has introduced the new MagSpeed feature which performs the same task as above, only using electromagnets. The effect You cant hear the clicks unless you are really listening for them they are only felt by the user on the wheel. I cant say enough about how cool this effect is and how much I love just how silent this device has become. No longer do I wonder if Im annoying coworkers from my mouse making too much noise.Finally, Logi has improved tracking quite a bit at work, Ive got a shiny white desk which previous generations had an issue tracking on. That problem is completely eliminated with the Master 3 Im able to use the mouse on the desktop just as easily as on a mousepad. Think Ill keep the mousepad, but Logi states the Darkfield technology that runs tracking should allow me to track even on glass.Overall, aside from the positional changes of the vertical scrollnavigation buttons, Logi has taken a ton to heart and has improved the mouse by leaps and bounds. Im quite happy using this product daily and I think my coworkers are quite pleased with the silence.

Never though I would pay the kind of money I paid for this mouse. Im not a gamer but use one quite extensively. Now I kick myself for waiting so long.Great feel to it and the customizations make it an excellent tool.It does work on any surface and does so accurately.Just make sure you keep it charged. From what I could tell it didnt work when plugged in. Good thing my laptop had the touchpad.The fact that it connects through Bluetooth and you can connect it to up to three separate items is great. Just move the switch on the bottom to the device you are using and this make the price a bit more palatable. You only need this one mouse to go from laptop to PC.Im buying the vertical unit next to see how tilting your hand makes a difference.I do photo and video editing so hand is on the mouse a lot. Comfort is very important. Now I need work to purchase one for me.I am in double digits when it comes to the amount of Logitech products I have purchased in my lifetime. If I keep buying, it means something. Brand loyalty can make life easier when they are a company that cares.

I picked this up because my old mouse, a Performance Mouse MX, finally gave up the ghost after 9 hard years of service.First, the feel. This mouse is very comfortable in the hand, similar to the Performance Mouse MX. It is light and glides smoothly on a clean, bare desktop.Second, the new scroll wheel. I really like the electronic clutch to engagedisengage ratchet mode and its very smooth particularly how it automatically disengages ratchet mode if you fling the wheel when in ratchet mode.Things I dont like Im having a hard time getting used to the missing button on the left side of the mouse. There used to be 3 buttons above the thumb, but the horizontal scroll wheel has taken the place of one. I do like the new wheel but miss my old button.Second, the lower thumb button is a tad harder to click than Id like. I know theres a balance between accidentally clicking and making it too hard, but I feel its just a bit too stiff.Finally, the main buttons. I really liked on the old model how the buttons seamlessly integrated into the top surface of the mouse. These buttons are separate and the feeling of the seam just bugs me a bit. Thats just me being picky though.Overall its a satisfactory replacement. If the my two button complaints were addressed it would be great.

Long story short, all I have to say about this mouse is WOWI have never used a more comfortable mouse in all my years. The overall feel of it is a nice velvety smooth plastic. The scrolling rollers seem to be made of metal and have a just enough drag to them. Movement is very responsive and accurate. Its light weight but doesnt feel cheap at all. It is definitely made only for right handers it is curved precisely to fit a right hand. My husband is a lefty and said it was way too uncomfortable to use especially because there are thumb buttons and horizontal scroller. Battery life is exceptional with up to 70 days on a full charge and a quick charge feature of 3 hours of use for 1 minute of charging. ITs built for MAc but also works seamlessly with Windows.Logitech has always been a goto brand for me. They quality is very dependable and they are typically easy to use and set up. This is by far the nicest accessory Ive ever used. The MX Master 3 for Mac has all the features you never thought you would need, but after using it, cant live without. Definitely worth the buy if youre in the market for a quality mouse

Working on large spreadsheets and Visio documents daily, the MX Master 3 is a must have. Navigating large spreadsheets and Visio documents, the thumb scroll wheel has become absolutely mandatory for me. If the thumb scroll wheel wasnt enough of a reason to grab one, the Hyperfast scroll wheel should. Flying through large manuals quickly, easily and effortlessly, has made this mouse the new standard set up where I go. The metal scroll wheels, and especially the Magspeed middle wheel, is nice and comfortable, while being durable and showing no signs of wear. The ease and speed I can navigate pages both vertically and horizontally has allowed me to save time and become more efficient at my work, while lasting for months before needing to be recharged. And If you needed to quickly recharge the mouse, and dont have the time, a single minute of charging gives you 3 hours of use. I think its safe to say that Logitech has the market when it comes to keyboardsmice. This MX Master 3 mouse is the best mouse I have ever owned. Yes, its pricey but you get what you pay for. The mouse is a little on the heavy side which I actually like and I have big hands so the mice are usually too small for me to use but not this one. Its still small but considering whats out there, its the best. The scroll wheel is pretty fun to use. You can scroll through thousand lines of a spreadsheet in a second and its got a horizontal thumb wheel which comes in real handy when youre creating or completing an excel spreadsheet. You no longer have to go to the bottom and click the horizontal scroll bar. The mouse can be paired to 3 device at one time and it comes with a Unifying Dongle and Bluetooth.I WFH w one of the largest HomeownersAuto Insurance companys and I switch from my work computer to my personal computer and I can use the same mouse. With a push of a button I can switch to my personal computer. It fits nicely in your hands and allows you to accurately select anything with precision accuracy. The left and right buttons are very responsive and theres so many customizable features and buttons. It even has multigestures capability which is nice although I dont use it often. I havent decided whether or not I will bring this mouse with me when we go back to the office bc I dont want to have to carry it with my everyday but it is so expensive to loose or for someone to take off my desk and theres no cameras in our call center style building. Since it has BT capabilities anyone could steal it off my desk and pair it to their laptop or any device w Bluetooth. I can bring the mouse with me every day and take it home every day but thats just a hassle. I might just want to continue to use my small mouse that came with the Logitech 270 keyboard combo. If I do that then I will be wasting 100 bc I wont be using it much. Ill have to decide but I think Ill bring it with me.

Ive had the previous iteration of this mouse and have specifically bought it for work. I would never go back to a regular nonergonomic mouse usually given at offices if Ill be working in front of the computer for 8 hours or more. My work entails working with CAD in the AEC industry. The added buttons adds to the productivity and makes your workflow more seamless once you have it set up to your liking. Ive had no problems on it dropping its connection from its Bluetooth with my laptop or the USB dongle receiver with my work computer. Yes it is pricey but I think its a fair, or even go as far as calling it cheap, if I were to compare it to the possible medical cost from such prolonged use. Ive paired this with the MX keys and workflow is great.I bought this new iteration for my own personal use since I also use Adobe PS Lightroom in my personal laptop and the other buttons are usable and makes your workflow more seamless. Its vertical scroll is much quieter than the previous iteration. Comparing this new iteration to the previous one, feel is the same, quality is the same, weight is lighter.

I thought about buying this mouse for awhile, saw it on sale and went for it. Its pretty great.. when it wasnt lagging or had insane delay.Heres what I like about itdespite its nontraditional shape, it was very comfortable and didnt hurt my hand, even after long gaming and editing sessions.the scroll wheel absolutely amazing. smooth, and not too sensitive.What I didnt likethis is probably on a lot of reviews, but the price is a little steep. most consumers definitely dont need a mouse of this caliber but if you have the extra money and want a nice mouse, Id say go for it.The insane delay between hand strokes. I tried Bluetooth, and the adapter that came with it, both I had similar experiences with. what finally ended up working is getting a USB extension cable to put the small adapter on and put near the mouse under my monitor. after doing that I dont have a problem. you think a 100 mouse wouldnt have these problems.

Im finally upgrading from an old Performance MX mouse. That one was the best. Why does Logitech mess with a good thingIf you are a claw user, you wont like this mouse. Its shaped so it fits your palm completely. I use the button below the middle scroll wheel, but this one has it situated too far back.Finally, the software you must use is Logitech Options. The old Logitech software was SetPoint which had the ability to adjust mouse acceleration. This was the key feature that allows quick mouse movements with the flick of the wrist. Logitech Options does not have that, so now I must adjust to a more sluggish mouse speed.

Always been a fan of Logitech products and was in the market for a new daily driver for work.Started looking for a new mouse and at first, was hoping to do a gaming one that could also be used for work, and unfortunately finding one that is good for both was near impossible. Once I decided on just a work one I decided on the MX Master 3. I have used the MX Anywhere 2 for a few years and loved the interface and the fact I can use a single receiver with multiple devices.I paired the mouse with an MX Keys keyboard and it was like they were meant to be used together oh thats right they were. Using the Logitech Options software is easy and straight forward. The pairs of the mouse with multiple devices or receivers is painless and simple.The battery life on the mouse is crazy to think mine lasted like 4 months plus 10 12 hours a day of use 5 days a week. Remember this is my daily driver for work and even use it for personal use as well.The grip of the mouse is very comfortable is it perfect no but everyones hands are different for my hand the hump on the topback is a bit high, this likely is due to the electronics and battery they needed to fit, and its not that its uncomfortable just that my Logitech G602 gaming mouse is a bit more comfortable but again to each their own.In conclusion, would I buy this again 100 would I suggest it to someone else without a doubt I would

Great mouse with excellent ergonomics just what I needed for my multiple PC setup. Button customization is second to none and very easy a staple of Logi products. Build quality feels premium and feels nice to the touch. Only two little caveats Even if its not for gaming, more dpi options would have been a very nice plus. A lot of us is working with large screens or alternating with smaller ones from laptops, so having customizable cursor speed is important Horizontal buttons on the wheel. i also own a G502 and having horizontal buttons is great for me I know that the technology on the wheel of this mouse is very advanced and quiet but… it doesnt have horizontal buttons P

I recently purchased this as an upgrade from my Apple Magic Trackpad. Since working from home, I wanted a mouse that allowed for flexibility between my iMac and Windows laptop. Also, as the day went on, I noticed it wasnt as easy to slide my finger over the trackpad. Seems like an increase in temp, throughout the day, caused my finger to feel slightly sticky and a bit difficult to use the trackpad.This mouse has very smooth movementsThe scroll wheel is extremely fast in the fluid mode. Im not sure about the 1,000 lines a second, but I can say it flies when scrolling through large Excel spreadsheets…. maybe 2 or 3 seconds for 1,000 lines.It has a solid feel in my hand and I cant think of anything negative to say.Ive paired this mouse with the MX Keys and the combination has to be my alltime favorite.Lastly, since purchasing this on 832020, my first need for a charge was on 8242020. I dont recall if I fully charged it upon purchasing, but Im very impressed with the battery life.

This is a great mouse Its very high quality. The two scroll metal scroll wheels are smooth and premium. The rubbers and plastics are solid and will not stain from daily use. There is a nice green charging indicator on the side. Yes, the charging port is USBC My only complaint is that you cannot put the USB receiver anywhere to store it in the mouse. Keep in mind there is a slot inside the box that the mouse comes in to put the USB receiver in. And this mouse is Bluetooth enabled and it works very well. Besides that quirk, the mouse works very well It almost feels like an Apple product. The images shown below are of the Logitech MX Master 3 that I bought in late 2019. And also the app that Logitech provides for the mouse isnt very user friendly. I would use the mouse as it comes in the box and not install the Logitech software for the mouse.

I have greatly enjoyed using this fabulous mouse for several weeks in connection with its companion keyboard, MX Keys.Connectivity is solid. You can either mate this device with your computer using the Logitech Unifying Receiver dongle supplied or, if your computer has Bluetooth connectivity, you can use Bluetooth instead. I did not need the dongle as Bluetooth was completely satisfactory. I had it paired with my computer in minutes.The MX Master 3 is simply beautiful on my desktop next to the MX Keys. The mouse has a vertical scroll wheel with a button to control whether the scrolling is smooth or with indentions. There is also a horizontal scroll wheel which I often used often with a customized zoom in and out function in Microsoft Word. There are also two additional customizable buttons beneath the horizontal scroll wheel.The feel of the mouse in my averagesized hand was perfect, and the scrolling function is smooth and flawless. There is a button to allow indentions for the vertical scroll if you want that.The keys and mouse are beautiful together in appearance and they have a great working symbiosis. A plethora of customizations, both general and specific to commonly used office software is offered with the Logitech Options software. Functions on the mouse and keyboard can be changed, customized and rearranged using the software. The possibilities are not infinite, but they would far exceed your patience and the scope of this review.The mouse is charged via supplied USB cable USBC to USBA. The keyboard lasted about 3 weeks the MX Master 3 is still going strong with no recharge. While charging a green LED flashes. When it turns solid green, the device is fully charged. The LED changes to red when the battery is low.This is the finest mouse I have ever had the pleasure of using. Highly recommended.

I got an MX Master 2S about 2 months before this came out and I really liked it, so I went ahead and got this despite having a functioning 2S already.Pretty much everything is great or, it would be great if the scrolling didnt make the mouse extremely annoying to use. The cool feature of this mouse is supposed to be the magnetic scroll wheel so you can switch between ratcheting and free spinning mode, but whatever technology theyre using for it does not work properly. When you scroll too fast, or in too small strokes, or change direction of the scroll, or lift the mouse, or random other times, the input stops being sent for a few clicks of the wheel up to a few seconds. Its infuriating to have this happen regularly, which it will if you care about efficiency and accuracy when youre using the computer.This has been going on several months as many people have posted online about it, and Logitech has ignored all the complaints, or they claim its a defect and ask you if you want to replace it. The replacements always have the same problem. They say theyll release a software update, but its been months and no sign of that.So, now he MX Master 3 is just a hunk of plastic that I have in my closet as an emergency backup.

Hard to take it properly, i had to replace my failing MX master 1. Alas as soon as I took it out the box I realised how different the shape is. The 3 has quite a high arch of its left side far higher than the flatter original. I use my fingers to hold and use the mouse so after a few days I found this arch more and more uncomfortable to the point I cant use it and will get something else. The only comfortable position is to rest your whole hand on it, but for me that means you then have to move your whole arm and I just dont mouse like that. Bummer. The MX 3s magnetic scroll is phenomenal, I want that on every mouse. USBC much longer use time is great. But whatever ergonomics they were going for doesnt work for me

Ive been looking for a mouse to replace my Apple Magic Mouse for a while no, but Ive struggled to find anything that comes close. Due to the nature of my work, horizontal scrolling and accuracy are quite high on my list of much have features.Everything else I have tried has been lacking in the horizontal scrolling department but this mouse has a separate scroll wheel on the side which allows for horizontal scrolling. I was worried it would take a while to get used to, however its placed perfectly above your thumb which makes using it quite natural.Another thing thats high on my list is support for gestures, as this is what Ive ben use to on my Magic Mouse. Whilst this mouse doesnt support gestures, you can map any of the buttons to replicate the gestures in OSX.A great new feature that this mouse has that my magic mouse did not, is the ability to flow from the screen of one computer to another. I didnt think I would use this often, however its been a life saver at times. Its similar to dragging your mouse from one display to another on a multimonitor setup, but the difference being that you are transferring between two completely separate computersdevices. Admittedly, there is a slight bit of lag when going from one to the other, however this is acceptable when you think about what its allowing you to do.Ive found the accuracy on the mouse to be great and it works across any surface without the need for a mouse pad. I even tried on a glass table just to see if it would work and it did, flawlessly. The mouse is also very comfortable to grip, although its a bit larger than the Magic Mouse so took a bit of getting used to. Battery life is also great with around 4 weeks of usage.One of the downsides about the design I would say is that that the forward and back buttons on the side can sit quite close to the thumb, which could result in accidental presses. My hands are quite small so I didnt find this to be a problem, however I can see this being an issue for people with larger hands.All in all, I am very happy with this mouse and it has completely replaced my Magic Mouse. I would definitely recommend to this to anyone else in the the market for a new mouse with similar needs.

Overall it didnt live up to the hype portrayed in the videos.The good Feels good in the hand and forces you to hold your hand in a natural way, so good for the wrist. The forward and back buttons are the best that Ive used, no learning curveneed to get used to them. Wireless, so no cable to worry about and the battery lasts a long time. More pros that cons here. Specifically, as you are scrolling, the scroll wheel doesnt register every second to every third flick. This a really awesome mouse Ive been switching between a number of different mice because my hand and wrist would start hurting. 99 bucks seemed a little steep but at this point its well worth the price oddly ergonomic given its more conventional design but really comfortable and natural to use. So of the things that could be considered gimmicky are actually useful. The auto detecting free spinning scroll wheel works as advertised and really useful for coding and writing Word docs, but not really useful for web browsing. The horizontal scroll too a little time to get used to but is now second nature after just a few days, the forward backward buttons are perfect for switching between screens… the best part is the gesture button at the base of the thumb rest… I didnt think Id ever use it, but its actually useful as well. Overall this product is well design and works perfectly on a Mac and PC.

This mouse doesnt work at all when my macbook wakes up from sleep. It will start reverse scrolling and all the custom gestures I have set, resets to mission control in each button. I have even talked to logitech customer service but they dont seem to know whats going on and couldnt help. It happens so many times in a week and wont work until I restart my mbp. This is super annoying. I have been using this mouse for 2 months now, meanwhile I even got this mouse replaced from Best Buy since it was during the return period but the issue doesnt seem to go. So I am guessing this has something to do with the firmware and not hardware. I have given all privacy permission to Logitech Daemon and even did a clean install of Logitech Options. If I uninstall the Logitech Options app then the problem seems to happen less frequently then when the app is installed. I have googled a lot about it and went through reddit comments but couldnt find a solution. This product and logitech customer care is a shame

The MX Master 3 is definitely revised and improved The feel of this mouse just cups your palm easy and makes navigating your machine fun So whats revisedimproved First the FORWARDBACK buttons on the side of the mouse are much better located with ease of the thumb. The previous model of MX Master button location were stacked on top of each other, making the your thumb hunt and feel for the FORWARDBack buttons. Master 3 is much better now to utilize.The button for connecting to Bluetooth devices has been removed now to just one button to connect. In order to reissue another device on the any of the select of 3 channels to connect the mouse to bluetooth devices, has resulted to a single hold of the button for 10 secs and watching the digit flash to initialize for a NEWer connection.I highly recommend this mouse. Its predecessor had issues with the thumbfunctional rest button would lock up the mouse to an inoperable mouse. So this upgrade is definitely worth the need.

I now own the MX Keys because of this mouse.The ergonomics are outstanding and can be used by big and small hands alike, mine are right in between. Functionality is what youd expect, everything comes to like youve been using it for years.I finally upgraded my 10 year old logitech mousekeyboard and am glad I did.P.S.This and the Mac OSX version are identical aside from different color trim, lack of USB dongle and USBC to C both mice have C ports, only the cables are different. I had it and got this one instead for the the dongle. Both switch smoothly from Mac systems to PC.

Im not a newbie to Logitech products and in fact, I can say that they are my favorite supplier of aftermarket keyboards and mice. Ive had this mouse for a couple of days and I can honestly say its my second favorite mouse. That isnt a bad thing, because although the MX Vertical is my favorite because of the ergonomics of it, the MX Master 3 is a very close second. This mouse is very well made and has a high tech look, quality materials and good weight to it.This mouse is so customizable that I pretty much got tired of looking at all of the options and just starting using it. I was a little bit worried that it would only work for the Mac and iPad, but fortunately it works for Windows as well. I can say enough how customizable this mouse is. Its truly incredible all of the presets you can program and how easily you can switch between devices. The fact that I can pair three different devices with this mouse and switch between them with the touch of a button, makes this a perfect mouse for travelers, teleworkers, etc.Pairing was as simple as holding the button underneath the mouse for a couple of seconds and it paired to my MacBook Pro quickly. After pairing my MacBook, I also paired my iPad Pro and my work provided Windows Laptop. I wasnt able to install the Logitech software on my work laptop due to security, but it worked fine on my MacBook Pro. I also just purchased the MX Keys keyboard and along with the MX Master 3, I dont think there is a better combination of wireless devices. No cords, no more multiple keyboards and mice for different operating systems and the 4000 DPI sensor makes this mouse thing move.Unlike Apples mouse, this thing uses a USBC to USBC cable and you can use it while it charges. Before I started using it, I charged it completely and have worked about 18 hours with it and its still fully charged. I do switch it off when Im done for the day, but it seems like it holds a charge well.All in all, I think Logitech has hit every mark with this mouse and with their latest product offerings. I dont think there is a better wireless mouse on the market other than their own MX Vertical. I would definitely recommend this mouse and while youre at it, pick up the MX Keys as well. You wont be disappointed.

I find the MX Master 3 mouse very comfortable to use and the MagSpeed scroll wheel is wicked fast. The ability to make Application Specific settings for buttons, gestures and pointerscrolling is a powerful feature.It is really nice being able to reverse the scrolling direction of the scroll wheel in Windows 10 using the Logitech Options software instead of editing the mouse properties in the RegistryEasy Switch is great. You can pair the MX Master 3 mouse with up to three computers using Bluetooth or use the included Unifying receiver. Quickly switch between three computers by tapping the EasySwitch button on the underside of the mouse. Trying to share a regular wireless mouse with more than one computer can be difficult at times. Much nicer being able to tap a button and quickly switch between three computers. If you are using two or three computers side by side, picking up the mouse to tap the EasySwitch button becomes tedious. It would have been nice to have the button on top.A full charge using the included USBC cable should last 70 days. The mouse gets constant use with our desktop computer and it holds a charge so well I leave it on all the time. It will let me know when the battery gets below 10 and I can still use it while charging. If you dont want to use your wireless mouse with a wire, a quick minute charge will last three hours.Ive switched back and forth between Bluetooth and Unifying receiver connections on Mojave and Windows 10 and see no benefit to using the Unifying receiver and tying up a USB port if your computer supports Bluetooth. The mouse remembers buttonwheel assignments when switching between Bluetooth and Unifying connections or if you remove the device and add again later.Logitech Options softwareThe Logitech Options software is easy to use, and it can automatically back up your settings to the cloud. Much nicer than their buggy G Hub software. The settings for the Wireless Mouse MX Master 3 are organized within Mouse, Point Scroll and Flow panels.The Mouse panel has two views of the mouse, overhead and left side. There is a checkbox to swap leftright buttons. You can customize the Middle, Wheel mode shift, Gesture, Forward and Back buttons plus Horizontal scroll. Selecting them on the Mouse panel presents a popup list of Recommended actions but you can expand to the full list 40 organized by Navigation, Productivity, Media Control, Mouse Commands, System Commands, Quick Access and Do Nothing. The Horizontal scroll has a list of 4 Recommended and 8 Other actions. Settings default to All Apps or you can enable Application Specific settings. There are presets available for some of your installed apps and you can enabledisable application specific settings anytime without losing your custom settings.If you assign the Gesture button action to any of the buttons you can then select between Windows navigation, Media Control, Pan, App navigation, ZoomRotate gesture presets or Customize your own. Gestures are executed when you hold down the Gesture button while moving the mouse. The Navigate between apps gesture is strange because it functions backwards. It is similar to using cmdalt tab on the keyboard but moving the mouse to the RIGHT scrolls through the apps to the LEFT and vice versa.The Point Scroll panel lets you set the Pointer speed, Scrolling speed, Scroll direction, Smooth scrolling, Thumb wheel speed, Thumb wheel direction, SmartShift, SmartShift sensitivity, and Fixed scroll wheel mode. All of these settings can be applied to All Apps or can be set Application Specific.The Flow panel is where you Enable and Setup Logitech Flow. The feature allows you to switch between computers by moving your cursor to the edge of the screen and quickly copypaste text, images, and files between them.Using the MX Master 3 mouse with the MX Keys keyboardDuolink is a great feature. You hold the FN key on the MX Keys while you move the MX Master 3 mouse or click the buttons. You can define another complete set of actions and gestures for the mouse and toggle them by holding the FN key.Tapping the EasySwitch buttons on the MX Keys to switch between computers wont automatically switch the MX Master 3 mouse. You will need to switch both. It would have been a great feature to automatically switch the mouse when you switch the keyboard like a KVM switch.

Nicely done. Ive used MX mice on windows devices for years, they are one my favorite mice, I love the ability to switch between devices, which continues with this MX for Mac. Im primarily using it on a iPad G7 newest with iOS 13.5.1, you need at least iOS 13.4 to provide full MouseTrackpad support and its a huge change for the better. Apple put some real thought into adding MouseTrack pac support for touch devices.The MX for MAC is a Bluetooth device, it must be paired with you apple device, before it can be used. This is pretty easy, from settings image 1, select Bluetooth start scanning for devices you should see MX Master 3 Mac, if you dont turn over you mouse and hold in the bottom button under the 1 2 3 this is where you can select multiple devices to connect to for about 5s, the LED by the 1 should start blinking rapidly. Once you see the MX mouse on the list of devices, select that name not using mouse yet. After a couple of seconds it will show that you are now connected to your mouse image 2. Now as you move you mouse around the screen you will see a white or gray dot on the screen image 3, not an arrow like windows. When you hover over a clickable area it will popup and, when you over a scrollable area the cursor will change to a graywhite line image 4. Again different from windows. And on the MX mouse you have 2 scrolling wheels, the front center wheel moves content updown, and the smaller scrolling wheel, closest to your thumb controls side scroll when available. The center scrolling wheel, moves with precision when moved slowly, but when moved quickly and it allows you to scroll VERY quickly if you move it fast. On the front of the mouse us a USBC connector image 6 USBC to USBC cable provided for charging. A full charge is supposed to last 70 days, based on my use of other MX mice this is accurate.One of my favorite feature of the MX mouse is it ability to pair with multiple devices, I paired mine with Raspberry Pi4, and MacBook Air without any problems. I could move from one to another smoothly with the button below the 1 2 3 on the bottom of the mouse I wish this button was accessible from the top of the mouse, as you must pick up the mouse to switch between devices but no big deal. When multiple Apple devices are used can automatically drag between the devices pretty cool, I did not expect this, it makes cutting and pasting between device very easy. I used the muse on a leather surface, a marble counter and a glass table, all worked flawlessly, I did not expect the glass surface to work as well as it did. The mouse is VERY accurate, Im quite impressed, it feels good in my, a fairly large hand, But to get a second opinion I had my wife try it, and she also found it comfortable, but a bit heavy I hadnt noticed, as it slides very smoothly.I also tried it with windows, and Windows 10 prompted to install a Logitech mouse utility, which allowed for the shortcut button to be programed and for some leftright hand features to be changed. I found it worked just as well under windows as it did with my Apple devices.Another great product from Logitech, And I wouldnt mind a version that could support 4 or 5 connected devices maybe Im not normal, like my wife says all the time.

This is a great, comfortable, premium mouse. My only issue with it is in its advanced features. The Logi Flow feature which allows the mouse and keyboard to switch to a different computer is good, but not great. Sometimes it works as expected, sometimes it gets confused as to which computer it is connected to, sometimes it switches computers when the cursor gets too close to the edge of the screen. I honestly would rather Logi put a button or allow configuration of a convenient button on the top of the mouse and allow this to control which computer the MX Keys and Mouse are connected to. Currently the mouses computer connection button is on the bottom of the mouse. This makes sense for an onoff switch, but not a connection button. if anyone knows how to configure one of the top buttons to switch computers, please let me know Dont let this stop you from purchasing this mouse. It really is a nice mouse.

This mouse was made for use in a business office or for a coding programmer. It can be used for gaming but thats not what it was primarily built for. All the buttons and metal slidebar rollers are in the ergonomically correct placement for the palm and fingertips. This mouse was built with not only superior materials, and can be used on any relatively dry surface fabric, glass, plastic, rough textured wood, paper, sponge, the skin on your body, etc. it also has the longest battery life supposedly it can be used normally for at least a couple of weeks before it needs to be plugged into the USBC cable for full recharging. The only drawback is the overall size of this mouse. its slightly smaller than Logitechs Performance Mouse. Right now, its the perfect size for a teen or a womans palm. If the bulge or hump on this mouse was bigger wider and raised higher for adult mens fullsized hands then I would have given the rating of this product a full 5 stars, instead of 4.

Hello, This review compares the Master 3 to the Master MX 2S. Ive used the MX 2S for a couple of years. It seemed the perfect mouse for me. My only complaint is the rubberlike coating on the wheel. Its meant to let your fingers grip the wheel better, which it does. But the rubberlike coating irritates my finger tip, as if Im allergic to the coating. And since I am allergic to latex and rubber, the rubber coating may very well be causing this reaction. I bought the Master 3, which dont have a rubberlike coating on the wheel, to see if it wont irritate my finger tip. Well, that question is moot, since I immediately found the Master 3 narrower than the MX 2S and comfortably so, as I couldnt wrap my hands around it, as I could the MX 2S. And the hump below my palm on the Master 3 is uncomfortably lower than the one on the MX 2S The forward and back buttons are repositioned on the Master 3, which I didnt like, but I suppose I could get used to it. And there is only one LED on the Master 3, as opposed to the three on the MX 2S I like my LEDs. But my greatest dislike about the Master 3 is how its wheel has a pronounced bump when you roll it, which I find jarring and unpleasant. The bump on the MX 2S is more subtle and gentler. I know the wheels on these two mice could be changed to roll freely, but I need the bumps to better control the wheel. As for whether the rubberfree wheel on the Master 3 irritates my finger tip, I cant say, since I quickly returned the Master 3. Id wish Logitech had offered a Master MX 2S Version 2, which is the same size and design as the MX 2S, but without the rubber coating on the wheel. Unfortunately, the Master 3 did not work for me. Such a comfortable and configurable mouse. Tracks perfectly on any surface I have tried. Easy to bind with blue tooth. Battery charge lasts forever. The only small gripe I have is I wish there was a place built into the mouse to store the little USB dongle it comes with. Im using it as a Bluetooth mouse so Im not using the dongle, but it would be nice to have that little dongle handy when I want to just plug it into another computer for quick temporary use and not have to bind the blue tooth. Im sure it will be lost if I ever do need it since there is no dedicated place to store it. Other than that its a stellar product. Well done Logitech. Still 5 stars. Maybe a 4.9 because of my one small annoyance.BTW. Im using this in combination with the matching MX Master Keys keyboard and the flow software that lets you run 2 computers at the same time with one mouse and keyboard is great. With the whole working from home trend I have my work computer sitting next to my personal computer and am able to flow back and forth between them effortlessly. I really love that system. Together its a perfect match.Certainly not a cheap keyboard and mouse combo, but worth it for the quality and functionality in my opinion.

I purchased this mouse and was excited by its ergonomic features. Its certainly the most comfortable mouse Ive ever used.I also appreciated the buttons that I could map for custom functions. The mouse is, without question, the best one Ive ever had…but only in theory.Thats because the companys handling of a problem leaves much to be desired.Lets back up a bit.So, Ive purchased four mice two USB, and two Bluetooth, including this one and two keyboards from Logitech in the past year alone.Im a big fan. And literally tell everyone at work who will listen, about Logitech. I know… odd… but I do.So it was surprising, not to mention disconcerting, when I contacted their customer service to ask why the mouse displayed an orange not green or red light, and, ultimately, the matter wasnt handled to satisfaction.Lets be clear about this orange light This was a very distressing discovery after I paid 109 for the mouse.The customer service rep, who was friendly and whom I have no complaint with at all, knowing he was just doing his job, took down all my information name, address, phone number, etc., only to tell me, later, it would be better if I just return it to Best Buy since Im an Elite member and its within the window.Well, heres the problem I trust Logitech and threw away some of the packaging from the mouse.Maybe it was just the plastic cover I dont know. The box is still available, along with the instructions for the mouse, but I dont feel right about sending just part of the packaging back.Its clear that I received a defective unit. Thats because theres an orange light which the manual makes no mention of just green or red LEDs and the battery doesnt hold a charge for more than three days. Thats why I was stunned to learn that some of you have gotten 70 days really out of one charge.In my view, Logitech should have just shipped me a new mouse since this one is clearly defective.Thats why I had to give this a twostar rating. The mouse is perfect for my hand. I mean, PERFECT.But they didnt stand by their product, which wasnt a matter of returning the product to Best Buy at that point.They manufactured a defective product and, in all my years of purchasing consumer electronics but, really, anything at all, once it becomes a question of defect, the manufacturer immediately ships out a new device at no charge to the customer.Especially after the customer service rep and I had days of backandforth messages and I took the trouble of answering the questions asked of me and providing my personally identifiable information. Only for it to not even be used Um, GDPR muchBut I digress.Most companies would ship out a new unit by priority mail.Especially after all the inconvenience I endured.But that didnt happen here.So, two stars.

Categoric piece of extremely expensive JUNK.Replaced this mouse twice first purchased the smaller MX mouse returned it because it wouldnt work reliably, then purchased this bigger more expensive one. Still same issue.Worked with logitech support for over two months, got it replaced a third time still does not work work reliably. Looses connectivity, sluggish response. The light underneath starts blinking and then it stops responding. Have to keep an older logitech mouse handy and use that which works like a charm with ZERO issues.Great Idea , however extremely poor implementation. Hoping that logitech fixes these issues in a firmware update

Flexible customization allows you to assign the various additional buttons and horizontal roller to almost any function you choose. Appspecific customization options allow you to make the most of the available controls in each specific use case. For example, the horizontal wheel could scroll sideways in Excel and switch between tabs in Edge. Rechargeable battery offers solid battery life and easy charging via USBC Integrates with Logitech keyboard so that, for instance, you can set different scroll wheel behavior if the fn key is held down.Cons Perhaps a little too big to easily take along on business travel. Using a rechargeable battery means you cant just swap in a fresh set of batteries in a pinch.In practice, the mouse is a joy to use. Tracking is highly accurate and smooth as silk. Button action is excellent and the customizable button options are a genuine boost to productivity. The metal scroll wheels both have some heft and momentum to them, along with haptics which allow you to easily scroll just one or two entries. If you rapidly move the scroll wheel, the haptics disengage and it rolls freely and with enough momentum to keep turning after you lift your finger. Logitech really nailed it with these controls.Overall, theres very little not to like about this mouse and the cons above are nits. This mouse was so attractive to me at first. Great support to Mac, easy switch between several macs, customized functions for different buttons, rechargeable with a USB c cable. However, it fails on one and the most critical thing the shapesize design. It simply hurts to use it. I bought it for my wife and she is 5 5. In two days she complained to me that the mouse was uncomfortable to use because it is too big and she couldnt reach the middle rolling wheel comfortably. I then took it and used it for about an hour, and I felt it uncomfortable as well, and I am 5 10. Neither of us considers our hands as small. We have had many different modelsmakes of mouse and we never found one that is such uncomfortable to reach the rolling wheel. Knowing the mouse app can customize functions for different buttons, we tried to use the wheel on the side, but failed because the app only allows limited customization and the wheel on the side can only roll a page side by side, not up and down. I am returning this product and I am very disappointed.To Logitech It it may be hard to redesign the shape and size of the mouse, but please redesign your app so that people can use the wheel on the side to roll page up and down. When it comes to third party accessories for Apple products you can find nearly anything you want for the iPhone and iPad but for the Mac peripherals are a bit hit and miss for me. Most gear will work with both PC and Mac operating systems, but its primarily designed as a PC product first with the Mac as an afterthought. So, when I find accessories that are create specifically to work with Mac systems, I jump on them. One such product is the MX Master 3 for Mac. Its an amazing product and my experience with it has been stellar.Logitech always seems to do a decent job of packaging their products. I find they dont use too much cardboard and in this case, Logitech used responsible packaging. It uses only FSCcertified paper and uses 90 less packaging plastic so that its environmentallyfriendly. The box has a nice image of the product on the front as well as some decent information on the product. The box contains the mouse, a warranty pamphlet, and a USBC cable for charging the mouse. When you first open the box there is a folded piece of cardboard that is used to help hold the mouse in place. It does appear that there should be something else in the box based on this style of packaging, but in truth, its simply holding the mouse in place.The MX Master 3 has a great shape and feel to it. Its finished in Space Gray so it matches Apple products quite nicely. Users are able to pair the mouse with up to three devices and switch between them seamlessly thanks to the EasySwitch button. This is great because it gives users the option to use one mouse for multiple devices rather than having to have a separate mouse for each individual device. The mouse has a newly designed MagSpeed Electromagnetic scrolling wheel. Its very comfortable to use and with it, users can scroll up to 1,000 lines per second. It can toggle between precision mode and freespinning mode. One of the things I like best about the wheel is that its nearly silent. The MX Master 3 is meant to be ergonomic and fit the shape of your hand. In addition to the standard right and left buttons as well as the scroll wheel, the MX Master 3 also features backforward and gesture buttons and a thumb wheel. While I know this might not be the case for all users, the mouse fits my hand beautifully. I can rest the palm of my hand on the top while my thumb wraps around the left side of the mouse. My fingers reach all the interface buttons and wheels with ease. Its been refreshing to be able to use the same type of mouse that PC users have and have it work with my Mac without modifications to it.The biggest complaint I have with mouses is that they are usually customizable, but only if you have a PC. The apps that are built for customizations just arent made to work with Apple computers and so we get the short end of the stick. Thankfully, Logitech has remedied this issue with the Logitech Options for Mac. With it, users can customize the MX Master 3 for their specific workflows. Several creative apps like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and PowerPoint already have predefined customizations. So it makes for a great accessory for Mac users and not just a device that happens to work with a Mac. Functionwise, the MX Master 3 has done everything Ive wanted it to do. I used it with both my MacBook Pro and my iPad Pro. It worked really well with both systems. I didnt have any trouble pairing them. I did, however, have a little bit of a hiccup on the MacBook Pro. When I first got the mouse connected, I noticed that fluid movements across a screen werent as smooth as they should be. I thought that maybe it was because the mouse needed a charge or I just didnt have a strong Bluetooth connection. So, I waited until the next day to try using it again and there were no more jitters. Im still not sure what the issue was, but Im thinking it had something to do with Bluetooth interference.Finally, we Mac users have a professionalgrade mouse to match our professionalgrade computers. The MX Master 3 is a great compliment to macOS and iPadOS systems.

I previously had the first generation of the MX Master mouse. This mouse makes a few changes and upgrades from that original, but it is largely the same. The formfactor is essentially the same, which in my opinion, is a case of dont fix what isnt broken. I find the MX mouse to be very comfortable and ergonomic to use, and fits very comfortably in my hand. Many computer mice seem to put comfort and ergonomics somewhere near the bottom of the list of priorities. This mouse seems to make that first, and then Logi built around that.One of the key differences between this and the original MX mouse is the placement of the side scroll and forwardback button controls. The forwardback buttons are much easier to reach and hit on this mouse, and situated in a much more natural position. This makes it effortless to navigate webpages or other applications with just my thumb.The side scroll is also much larger and has a nice smooth scroll action. Though personally, I would prefer if it had a click action, and that was one of my wishes of the original MX mouse too. The default action of this side scroll in a web browser is to switch tabs, but without clicking, you dont know if you scrolled too much or too little, and sometimes you dont switch tabs, but sometimes you switch too many. Its a bit frustrating and makes me not use it as much as I would otherwise.The gesture button, which sits in a sort of hidden way under the thumb is nice, and is largely the same as the original MX mouse. I dont particularly like the default gesture actions because I feel like it requires too much mouse movement to activate the gesture, but fortunately, like all logitech products, this button is fully programmable to do whatever you want.The scroll wheel has also has been updated and uses a new MagSpeed technology, which I assume means it has some sort of magnetic control instead of mechanical for the clickfreewheel action. You can feel this difference when using the wheel, and it makes for nice scrolling. The only minor complaint Id have is it can be a little loud… not with scrolling, but when you stop, it kind of bounces forward and back a bit and it makes noise. I found it a little worrysome at first, but I got used to it and dont really notice it much anymore.

I wrote a pretty comprehensive review re the Logitech MX Keys and provides more context around my use case needing compatibility and flexibility across both Mac and Windows platforms, so I wont get into build quality, reliability and battery life all great and all discussed in the other review. In addition, the overall value prospect is great when compared to native Apple options. Here, I will make a few callouts specific to the MX Master 3.Ergonomically, the mouse feels great inhand, and the button placement for the most part is very well placed and intuitive.I have only a few areas of potential improvement1. The button to swap across the mappedpaired machines is on the bottom. This forces you to pick up and flip over the mouse each time you want to change across machines. On some level, I can understand that that may have happened to avoid inadvertently pressing the swap button on top of the mouse however, a personal preference would be to be able to swap without having to flip it over2. The primary scroll wheel works great on my work PC laptop. However, it reacts a bit sticky on my iPad Pro even if I try to change the sensitivity. I am not sure if this is potentially more so iPadOS rather than the mouse but want to make it known that it does not work as perfectly on iPad as it does on a Windows machine3. Lastly, the customizability of the buttons is fantastic. However, outofthebox, this mouse was supposed to have premapped specific actions for select programs e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, but I am finding that it is not working exactly as I expected though, in fairness I am using the mobile versions of the software on my iPad Pro, e.g. Lightroom CC Mobile. I will have to do another test in the fullsoftware on my wifes MacBook Pro.

Pros Good build quality. Buttons feel nice. Pairing with multiple devices and switching between them on command is very handy. Choice of Bluetooth or dongle connection is useful. USBC rechargeable is great, it charges at a decent speed and lasts a good length of time off one charge.Cons Im reviewing from my experience of the mouse with Windows 10.Its very expensive for what it is. I dont think reviewers I saw on YouTube account for this properly. This is the main sticking point for me. It isnt that much better than a mouse half or a quarter of the price.It doesnt work well on dark glass surfaces.The software is polished to look at, but has some issues. It interrupts the input from the mouse before it reaches your active window, I believe, in order to make things like sideways scrolling and smooth scrolling work. This plays weirdly with some programs. E.g. Visual Studio Code doesnt like its sideways scrolling, which is a real shame. Also, smooth scrolling only works on some programs e.g. Chrome when you have the window focused when its unfocused it scrolls oddly jumpily instead.The sideways scroll wheel is kinda useful when it does work but most programs let you use shift to scroll sideways with the regular mouse wheel.Back and forward buttons are handy but available on much cheaper mice.Gesture button is too awkward for me to bother with most of the time.The magnetic fastscrolling scroll wheel is pretty unnecessary. Its fun to play with, but rarely that useful page down and page up let you scroll fast anyway. It can be put into a free spinning mode too, but I very rarely use it as its too unprecise.Others have mentioned inconsistent behaviour when you scroll up with the scroll wheel. Ive felt this occasionally too. Its not the end of the world for me but at this price point, its a shame.Overall its just not good enough to justify the price. A cheaper mouse with left click, right click, scroll wheel and backforward buttons would do me just as well.

I actually have the MX Master 2 and like it so much I just ordered the MX Master 3 and another Craft Keyboard so I can stop carrying them backandforth between locations.The previous reviewer Aaron complained about the linebyline notches when scrolling the wheel. That can easily be turned off its electromagnetic by switching the wheel mode. You can change it in Logi Options andor assign a button to change it. You can also enable SmartShift, which makes it freespin when you give the wheel a good flick, but ratchets it linebyline when you spin it slowly. You can even set the sensitivity of how hard you need to flick it to make the wheel freespin.Its probably the most impressive feature of the mouse. Its not a bug, its a feature

Gripping the mouse in a much natural way makes doing homework and online classes SO much easier and tolerable.The Logitech MX Master 3 mouse is not your average mouse. You have the ability to adjust controls in various programs, or keep the preprogrammed settings right out of the box. The Logitech MX Master 3 wireless mouse really feels like a quality mouse that is easy to maneuver. You have the ability to choose between freespin scrolling and ratcheting scrolling with the push of a button. I know that the mouse is intended for Mac computers, but I just had to try it with my PC, and I must say that it worked just as well. So, the Logitech MX Master 3 can be your goto mouse for all of your computers.The only issue that I noticed is with the scroller. It tends to lag a bit when set to the ratchet scrolling setting. Although a bit annoying at times, Ill just switch over to freespin and deal with it that way.I would definitely recommend the Logitech MX Master 3 wireless mouse to anyone.

I love this mouse. Ive only sparingly been using a Microsoft Arc mouse for several years. Recently Ive been needing to use my personal mouse everyday for work and the Arc mouse wasnt fitting the role. Ive been watching the MX Master 3 sell out at 99 for 7 months without any sales and I decided to pick one up when I found one at a local Best Buy.I love the scroll wheel how its quiet when in ratchet mode but can so freely spin when quickly rotated. The wheel has an awesome steel feel to the ridges and the right amount of resistance. Clicks are accurate and the layout of the side buttons is awesome as theyre out of the way enough you dont accidentally click them, but close enough you dont have to readjust your hand to activate them. Great overall weight to the mouse and the ergonomics is spot on.The downside I bought this for a CAD work station and I intended to program the two side buttons for CTRL and SHIFT. The Logitech software does not allow this. You can do control or shift WITH another key, but not alone. This bugs me, but the rest of the mouse is so good, Ill continue to use the keyboard for those two functions.

I love the MX Master 3. Worth every penny When it started acting up, I quickly realized the battery was low, and it just needed to be chargedno problems after charging it again. Once you take the time to learn all of the buttons and functions, it is a beast I was torn between this ones functionality and an ergonomic one, but I am glad I went with this one because it is ergonomic. I have a mousepad with a cushioned wrist rest, and that is all I needed. The thumb rest on the MX Master 3 makes using it very comfortable. I highly recommend this mouse for people using multiple computers and who are at those computers all day.

I purchased the MX Master 3 along with the MX Keys for my hybrid PCMac setup. I use 3 PCs and a Mac Mini through a KVM switch. A lot of smart keyboardmouse peripherals dont play nicely or at all through KVM switches but both the MX 3 and the MX Master work well. The MX 3 has great programable button features that will keep just about any user happy. Being able to operate multiple controls without taking your hands off the mouse is fantastic. The mouse is a lot lighter than it looks and tracks perfectly. The switchable scroll button is brilliant to go from inertia scrolling to click scrolling at the touch of a button is something you think after a while how did I work without this before. Battery life is outstanding, tactile feedback from all buttons feels really nice without being too clacky. Software works well and makes connection and configuration very simple. Cant see gamers liking the MX 3 but it really isnt aimed at them. Highly recommended and great value for money.

This mouse had drastically changed my work performance due to its customization options. I personally deal with data entry for a living and have found the mouse to be a time saver. MX Master 3 can have customized setting per program in your computer. For me I have Excel to have both thumb button as Copy and the middle button as Paste. But then in PDF as the default settings. It feels great in hand, slightly weighted down which is a nice touch. Takes a minute to get used the gesture options if you are not familiar.The only thing that bugs me is that the easy shift button does not communicate to its sibling, MX Keys. The easy switch is on the bottom of the mouse. So, if you have two or more separate devices connected via Bluetooth, that does not support the FLOW features, you must physically pick up your mouse and then toggle between devices. The MX KEYS keyboard is in the same line of MX Series through Logitech. They are meant to compliment each other through FLOW features. However, if you toggle on you MX Keys to switch devices via Bluetooth on devices not supporting FLOW or vice versa on your MX Master 3, it cannot tellcommunicate to one another to switch devices simultaneously.Ive reached out to Logitech Help Centers and they have confirmed this to be true, and unless the devices are connected through FLOW, you must switch both MX Keys and MX Master 3 separately.Overall, this Mouse is such a great mouse to have for productivity

After using the mouse for a couple of days, I can see why it has great reviews. Its adaptions to specific applications to using Logitech Flow, by now you already know most of the features. This has a lot of features and a lot of people reviewing this, so do check it out. The positives 1. It has a gradual incline and not as intense ergonomic design. 2. The buttons are easy to use and awesome scroll wheels for vertical and horizontal. 3. Software was easy to install and had preset settings for most software installed on my computer 4. Pretty much plug and play out of the box. But there are a few complaints I have about the mouse that I didnt notice until using it 1. This is a wireless mouse, despite having a USBC cable, this is only for charging, so no hard cable connection like the G903. 2. The little gap between the gesture button and the bottom of the mouse seems a bit out of place compared to the elegance of the whole mouse. Would have been nice for it to be covered so dust doesnt get in. 3. No place for the USB receiver. Since, I will be travelling with it, it is annoying that there is no compartment or area to store the USB Receiver. You think this will be one of the core features on a wireless mouse. Yes there is bluetooth, but there are some devices I use that doesnt have bluetooth. 4. The mouse is still pretty heavy. Overall, it is a great mouse if you are a graphic designer or coder with support of the hyperscroll wheel, USBC and Linux. But for everyday use, it is great to have, but you are better off with the older generation which is a bit cheaper but still has the same design.

This mouse is certainly something special. No fancy or gimmicky features. Everything that has been included into this mouse can and will actually speed up your workflow and production. The shape is literally perfect just snuggly fits right into your grip, no matter how big or small your hands are. Ergonomics are A1The Ultrafast MagSpeed scroll wheel is probably my favorite feature of this mouse. With older mouses, my fingers and hand would ache over time from scrolling through large documents or rummaging through web pages looking for a specific product. However, for anybody into music production, the thumb wheel is revolutionary for horizontal scrolling and scrubbing through long tracks. Ive never used a mouse before with this feature in it and now I cant even imagine not having it.Clicks are nice and real clicky. Very tactile… while still maintaining a semisilent volume, not being overly distracting. The gesture button to bring up the Launchpad on your Mac works flawlessly as well.The battery is the best Ive ever used in a mouse. This thing just doesnt die, Im convinced. Ive used it for nearly a week straight with no sign of battery drainage or loss of performance.Its honestly just an amazing mouse and once you get it, youll wonder why you didnt get it sooner.

I wanted a mouse that had high DIP and the kinds of bells and whistles I associate with gamer gear, but professional looking and feeling. This is that.The construction feels solid and comfortable. The flywheel middle button is a joy to use. Makes doomscrolling effortless. I love that I can keep it connected by USB most of the time and then pull out the cable when I want a bit more precision or freedom. The side buttons are in just the right place to be easily reached but not in the way. I also have a lazy right finger and tend to right click a lot on other mice, by accident. Not so with this one, because the main buttons have just the right resistance to them.I use it for 2D3D art and general game dev, as well as daily use of OSweboffice stuff. Never thought Id get excited about a mouse, but here we are.

Looked up many reviews on YouTube while checking forums to see which would be best WFH mouse. The MX Master 3 was rated the best across the board and for good reasons. Once you palm the mouse for the first time you will feel how perfectly it fits in your hand, eliminating the hand fatigue while working for 89 hours per day. The new MX Master 3 mouse is the latest entry in the MX Master series of mice. Ive been using the original MX Master for the last few years, so I was excited to see what the new one brings to the table.The shape and feel of the mouse is nearly identical to its predecessor. I actually think the materials used and subtle copper and black colors of the original are superior to the new allblack look of the MX3, but that has no bearing on the function of the mouse.Logitech has brought some small improvements to this version of the mouse the scroll wheel is magnetic now, which makes it operate more smoothly than before. The wheel can either be freespinning or linebyline, and theres a button that allows easy switching between the two. Theyve retained the feature that allows you to use linebyline mode and then automatically switch to freespinning when you spin the wheel quickly to move almost instantly to the bottom of the page. Due to the use of a magnetic wheel, the scroll wheel is smoother than ever and silent in freespinning mode.Theres also another wheel, right next to your thumb. This wheel is for sidetoside scrolling. I found this wheel to be not as smooth as I wanted, but the new version remedies that very well. The new version is smooth and responsive. Just under this wheel are the forward and back buttons, which have been repositioned from the original version. This was one of the things I really disliked about the original, as the positioning of these buttons was not convenient at all, making them difficult to use, and thus I rarely used them. The latest version makes them easy to find by feel, and theyre now something youll use all the time. Ive used many mice over the years, and I love the forward and back buttons, so Im thrilled that theyre usable again.Logitech makes a big deal over its Flow software, which allows you to move the cursor from one computer to another and even copypaste from one to the other, but I dont have multiple computers on which to try out this feature. It does seem like a great idea, but I couldnt test it.As before, the ability to use this mouse with multiple devices is wonderful. I use it with my PC and Logitech unifying receiver, while I connect to my Chromebooks using bluetooth. Switching among them is easy with just the touch of a button on the underside of the mouse. This is one of those features that just works flawlessly, and youll wonder why you used separate mice for separate devices as long as you did.Logitech includes its venerable LogiOptions software, which allows you to configure all of your Logitech peripherals in one place. Interestingly, the new mouse did not work with the old version of the software, but I had to figure that out on my own. I had to uninstall the old software, then install the new version, and I was then able to configure my mouse. To be honest, Im pretty happy with the default behavior of the buttons, but I do appreciate knowing that I have the ability to configure it however I want, if I want.If youre using the original MX Master, Im not sure theres enough here to spend the full price again. The MX3 brings subtle improvements to a number of things, making a great mouse even better. If youre in the market for a new mouse, however, youd be doing yourself a favor by getting the MX Master 3. Its a great allaround mouse that is comfortable to use and gets the job done without drawing attention to itself, which is what you want a mouse to be.

Lefties just have to deal I guess.The Logitech options is a little clunky but the middle mouse button is awesome has 2 settings clicky or smooth. Have to disable the advanced features in excel or word as the Logitech option messes with ability to select text word and most importantly rowcols in excel…why I have no idea was driving me nuts until I figured out it was the Logitech options app. Plus most of that stuff in nonsense anyway.It does work fine without the Logitech options if you go that way, out of the box your font even need to install it Windows 10, but I still wanted to be able map some of the mouse functions to other things and that you need the app.

I am currently using the mouse that this overrated, nearly featureless mouse was supposed to replace. It looks and feels like a cheap mouse you would get when you buy a computer. It only has two measly customizable buttons my old mouse has 7, WOW, imagine all the customization I can do with two whole buttons And thats it, I can only imagine. As I keep trying to log onto Logitech to explore their vast world of options I can select for my whole two option buttons but I keep getting Could not continue, something went wrong. I guess they were preset to forward and backward and that worked at first but its not working now. Wow forward and backward buttons What will they think of next Real game changer, oh my

I love this mouse Ive had the smaller Anywhere 2s model since I bought the iPad Pro bought just wasnt the best with the laptop. Ive looked at this mouse multiple times but when I see that the newer MX Master 3 had a For Mac version I had a closer look. I read and watched as many reviews as possible and the small features that work with macOS and iPadOS sold me. Its a smooth mouse and I found out by mistake that it works on glass. I have a glass table but had a mousepad that sticks to the desk so I can use a mouse. I then realized that my mouse went off the pad and was still working. So now Ive pulled the mouse pad off the glass desk and use it right on the glass table. It is bigger than the Anywhere 2s as you can see in my comparison pictures. I dont have large hands and the mouse feels good. I would like to see the back end of the mouse be more flush with the bottom instead of curve inward so the palm of my hand could rest on it better but certainly not a deal breaker. The added button to push with your thumb is a nice touch. I use it for expose on macOS and app selection with iPadOS. I would certainly recommend this mouse. It took a while for it to return to stock on Home Essentials Direct and when it did I picked it up quickly and I was surely happy that I did.

I purchased this to replace my original Logitech MX Master mouse, which after many years of loyal service, is starting to show some serious wear and tear. Unfortunately, this MX Master 3 lacks the prestigious feel of the original while managing to cost more. Accuracy does not feel as dialed in and the main scrolling wheel lacks weight, so spinning it works, but lacks the tactile feedback of the old model. The overall finish of the MX Master 3 is pretty average compared to the original…. doesnt look as good and doesnt feel as good it is a little smaller in the hand, which changes the whole feel of the mouse. It works, but I dont love it. It is adequate, not awesome. I would give 3.5 stars.

I thought the concept of this was great, that Id be able to transfer pictures from one device to another flawlessly it seemed to have a a lot of features, fast scrolling, ergonomic design. Well I was wrong, my hands are small this is a large, strangely shaped mouse. I can only use it for about 5 minutes my wrist hurts terribly, the angle bends my wrist with this mouse instead of It being flat. The battery is suppose to charge quickly but I could never use it long enough to find out. It is Space Gray in color which matches my iPad but the features are limited that it can do with the iPad, I couldnt find an app to download to use any features. Also with the iPad you need to have a keyboard otherwise you cant type while youre using the mouse. It paired quickly with the iPad and my MacBook Air. My Mac desktop was a different story, it would pair then lose the connection after trying 6 times to get it connected I finally gave up, so I could never try the flow feature to transfer images from one computer to the other . All my devices have the latest software so this shouldnt have happened. The scrolling was not fast, it seemed to get hung up a lot wasnt near as fast as described. The side to side buttons did little to nothing. Software has to be downloaded to use the features program the mouse. You can program each device switch between them provided it connects with all of them. Way overpriced mouse, Ill stick with my Logi pebble , way better mouse at a much lower price.

Where do I even begin Ive owned the MX Master and then the MX Master 2, and now the MX Master 3. Each update has been significant. MX Master 3 is in fact ground breaking. The ergonomic shame is, as it always has been, subjective, however unless youve got Andre The Giant hands, itll feel significantly better. The side thumb wheel is finally an updown wheel, rather than a frontback wheel which to me was a flaw in previous iterations. The cramped forwardbackward buttons are replaced with easy to use forwardbackward buttons. The two most significant improvements are 1 the scroll wheel, which now uses magnets to give you the subtlesilent yet tactile click as you roll it, UNLESS you flick it, thats when the magnets park and you can scroll from Row 1 to Row 1,048,576 ok might take a few flicks since the metal scroll wheel will eventually lose inertia…point being when you flick, the clicks go away. For those of us who work in Excel or even long bash or powershell scripts, this is a HUGE improvement. 2 USBC port for charging, and yes you can use the mouse while it charges. There are more improvements to be aware of, out of scope for a BestBuy review. I will go on record in saying this is a ground breaking design…even if the 99 price is a bit rediculous, but after getting past the sticker shock, its become essential.

After using my trackpad for years I plugged in an old cheap mouse. The ergonomics were impressive and couldnt be ignored but I was frustrated with the cheapos stutter and lack of consistent movement. For me that mostly means if I try to shade and area of a photo the trackpad was clumsy because you have to do a sort of hold click with one finger while the other slides around. And the cheap mouse would skip out to other areas unpredictably. Meaning I had to use slow, smooth movements in both cases. I researched a better mouse and found the MX 3 recommended in several places. There were many options that would track well and it nails this job but I went for it because of the additional and Mac specific features. I can shade very fast which is more natural for me and the appspecific button mapping is a welcome bonus along with all the extra buttons. Install wasnt completely smooth I had to google help for it and found a walk through on a message board. Mostly the issues were about enabling the correct permissions. It took me a bit to get it working the way I like and am still tweaking the two scroll wheels. Sometimes the thumblateral is way slower than the main or both are fine but then out of whack in a menu… Its not perfect. And the gesture controls are not as snappy as the built in ones on the Mac trackpad. Its not as big as Id like as some other user have noted. If thats more important than the UI perks then I recommend you check out earlier models. But still, its a huge upgrade and lifeimprovement for me. The automatic clutch is clever and seems to work well but I love leaving the scrollwheel in free mode scrolling text is very nice for reading and feels more natural than the staccato nature of click wheels. The battery life is seems crazy good. Been a few weeks and havent seen the admittedly vague battery level decrease. I hope updates address the sometimes inconsistent scroll speeds, or I can figure out where to tweak them better. All in all I would fully recommend this mouse for nongaming Mac users.

The Logitech MX Master 3 mouse for Mac is a truly excellent mouse This is by far the most expensive and feature packed mouse Ive ever owned and after using it for the better part of a week I see just why this model mouse is so highly rated.When you first remove it from the bos you can feel a bit of heft. This is no light and dinky discount mouse. The first time you put you hand on it it just feels right. Very ergonomic and my wrist feels less fatigued after a long session at my desk. Prior to this mouse I had been using the external Magic Trackpad with my MacBook Pro. I still use it but not for everything, more as a supplement to the mouse.You can either plug the included USB dongle into your computer or connect using Bluetooth. I prefer the latter because, well MacBook Pro No regular type A USB ports built in. Pairing was easy peasy and once I installed the Logitech connecting app I had access to TONS of program specific functionality. Seriously, this is one impressive piece of kitI really like that it recharges via USBC, just like the companion keyboard from Logitech. I like that with the push of a button I can go from clicky scroll wheel to buttery smooth scrolling. The horizontal scroll wheel is a nice added feature that comes in rather handy on large spreadsheets.Ive barely scratched the surface with this new mouse but every day Im finding something else to love about it.

I bought this Mouse to switch between different devices, is my main reason and being a Logitech product is the reason why I bought it. I have been with Logitech products for years and never swayed. I cannot remember all the models of mice and keyboards, from DiNovo and totally loved that till they died after many years of extreme use and now outdated, I have gone to the K810 Keyboard and so sad to see it leaving their product line, which now brings me to my review of the MX Master 3 mouse The main reason why I bought this mouse is to multitask between PCs, I do game and this is an ok mouse to game on and I am still getting used to it as its a lot faster to my older logitech mouse. This is a premium mouse and very good quality mouse, though I would have preferred a better texture finish on it, I am not taking any points of it as this does not really change my evaluation. I do think though that for the price they were selling at, they could have included a wireless charger as this would have been appreciated I do enjoy how the scroll wheel now allows you to change the speed for scrolling battery life is great, better than great, something I am very happy to say, if your looking for a mouse that can connect to multiple devices or streamline them into one then this mouse will be very welcomed by you, Its precise, fast, very user friendly, i have not noticed latency at all and glad I got it.

It did not even take 15 minutes to determine this is a really bad product. Firstly, the mouse frequently stutters in bluetooth mode. It struggles to maintain a connection with a computer less than 48 inches away. And secondly, the mouse has absolute terrible glide pads. It is the polar opposite of anything in a smooth range. I have mice that cost less than 15 dollars that provide superior glide The pads create a scratchy sound when the mouse is moved and creates a resistance prohibiting a smooth glide. And yes, I checked to see if the pads were worn, damaged or had a protective clear film. It does not. This is the worst Logitech product I ever bought and that says a lot because I am a Logitech fanboy. This product will surely be going right back to the store.

The Logitech line of flagship mice have a dedicated following for a reason. While this wont be ideal for those who are primarily gamers, its ideal for essentially everyone else.Coming from about 10 years of use on MX Revolutions, this was a huge upgrade in build quality, button placement and feature set.The forwardback buttons are infinitely more useful, and the mag scroll wheel does a great job of feeling extremely precise and premium when scrolling slowly, but letting off and going free spin for faster scrolling.Havent nailed down my habits of leveraging the horizontal scrolling as much as Id like to yet, but Im sure the muscle memory will follow and is helpful, especially when working on a Final Cut timeline.The color is a great match to the MX Keys for Mac, as well as all existing space gray colorway Macs. The universal reciever is much more reliable than bluetooth alone, but I did have some additional lag when plugging it into the back of my CalDigit TS3 device, which I assume can be attributed to the all metal construction and overhang interfering with the signal.Moving the receiver to my monitor solved all lag and reception issues, and the mouse has been a dream to use day to day since arrival.At about 100 its absolutely a premium mouse, but if you do computer work all day every day, your hand deserves something you touch constantly to get your work done.

After using my G602 from Logitech for about 2 years, sadly it failed on me when one day it stopped responding. I was looking to get another gaming mouse mainly for the macro buttons but I didnt like any of them. Then I found the MX Master 3. I had used the original predecessor, the Performance MX, but this is so much better in every way. in hand it feels so good and very comfortable to use over long time. Logitech Flow is amazing when using multiple devices at once because it makes switching between screens a breeze. I use it for gaming aswell and the speed of the tracking is really good and the macro buttons are enough for mainstream games like Fortnite since it only allows you to use max 2 macro buttons. The battery life is also superb, I charged it once since it came to me and I have been using it ever since the claimed battery life is around 72 days. Overall if you dont mind the price youre going to pay, Id say definitely buy it. This mouse is the absolute best one I have ever used

Working from home these days, it is taxing on all of my hardware but having devices I can trust is extremely important. This mouse delivers on that and then some. You need to try this mouse out if you are a Mac owner.It is awesome and the best one I have ever for use on any OS platform. The standard settings right out of the box are great but with some basic setting tweaks via the Logitech Options application, you can truly make this your own in just a few minutes.Using my thumb, I can use the scroller on the side of the mouse to slide across open safari tabs with a quick up or down gesture also, by pushing my thumb down, I can bring up Mission Control and choose the app I need to switch to in an instant. Also, there are back and forward buttons that I can also use via my thumb to further navigate Safari.The wheel is one of my favorites you can go a couple rows at a time or simply give it a spin and it will go flying down or up the page as you need until you stop it or you hit the end of the document website. It seems mechanically controlled inside as you can feel it switch back to the click setting as soon as it is stopped.Being that it connects using Bluetooth, I am usually pretty skeptical about battery life. So far, it is lasting several days between charges. I have had it for about 2 weeks and have only charged it one time and that was out of the box. Also, I was able to use it while it was charging which is a plus. In regards to the BT connectivity, you can connect to three devices at once, including your iPad. I originally purchased this mouse for my home office to use for basic web browsing general home office applications. Due to its ergonomics and just overall solid feel, I later moved this to my main rig for a larger scope of use.On a Corsair 30 mouse pad and even on a Steel Series mouse pad, this thing glides very smoothly. There are four feet pads that allow this mouse to not get hung up on.The length from the base of my palm to the tip of my middle finger is about 6.25. With that said, this mouse fills my hand nicely with about 0.250.5 to spare on the clicks. The clickers themselves are firm. Theres no chance of unintentionally clicking this mouse by resting your hand on it. I could foresee this mouse tiring the user if played with on games that require a high click count. One downside to this mouse is the thumb rest area. I think the angle for the thumb rest is still to obtuse as a result, the right portion of my thumbnail digs into the thumb rest pad. In previous versions of this mouse, this was the first area to wear down. Only time will tell if the same materials perform the same way.The placement and functionality of the buttons are perfect. Both scroll wheels are easy to reach along with the forward and back buttons. The multifunctional thumb button is a great feature for this mouse. You need the software downloaded to load the different methods that this button can be used. If you dont have it, then the button just functions as bringing up all of your Window Spaces. I have yet to use this button to its full capabilities as you can customize its functions within each application youre using in addition the thumb scroll wheel.Overall, this is a great mouse. The wireless capability does not seem to have any delay. As most earlyreviewers have mentioned, this mouse does not have any way to store the USB dongle if you want to travel with it. That, in addition to the thumb rest still not being optimal for me reduce my rating by a star to four out of five. But, I would recommend this mouse to a friend.

I use this with a MacBook Pro when its connected to an external 4K TV I use as a monitor. I took one star off because I have had connectivity issues. Typically they are easily solved by repairing, but thats a hassle. Its advertised as for Mac, so it should just work every time. I use the scroll wheels free spinning function whatever they call it on longer documents daily. The software provided some additional functionality, but I havent been able to get 100 reliability out of that. I wouldnt say those small gripes are deal breakers because it think its a better value than the comparable if they even are Apple products.

I previously had an MX Master 2, but it did not have the Logitech Flow feature so I had to make the upgrade. I currently switched my job to one that requires me to be at the desk for 40 hours a week. The only notable upgrade from my previous mouse to this was that the scroll felt more elegant and effortless. But where it lacks is the ergonomics of the thumb button. People keep it as switch applications, but I browse the web a lot and I tend to use the keystroke combination CTRL W. So I found it very useful to change or assign this button to that keystroke assignment. On the MX Master 3, using that thumb button requires more forceeffort. For someone that tends to feel some pain on their fingershands after a long day of typing and mouse usage, I do not think Logitech moved in the right direction with that one when it comes to ergonomics. I would still prefer to have the thumb button of my MX Master 2.

My issue is not with Walmart, but with the product. The horizontal scroll does not work 50 of the time. It is stupidly intermittent for no apparent reason. Its possibly a software bug because it starts to work when you scroll manually. I bought this mouse ONLY for horizontal scroll but now Im terribly disappointed. Raised the issue with Logitech to no avail, but learned that this is a widespread issue. Its possible that many dont notice it, because they dont use horizontal scroll often. If you need horizontal scroll, look away, DO NOT BUY THIS MOUSE.

I love this mouse … best Ive ever owned It replaced a vintage Performance MX that was suffering from switch rot Id rejuvenated the switches once already, and that one had lasted a good 8 years. Logitech claims that the Master 3 has improved switches that will handle multiple millions of clicks, so this mouse may outlast me.The Master 3 improves on its progenitor in so many ways … the scroll wheel has an incredible feel to it whether youre using it in stepped or freewheeling mode. The thumb wheel adds great options while horizontal scrolling seems like a natural choice, I have it set to zoom. This is a fantastic boon for those of us that are getting a bit older and our vision isnt quite what it used to be. I can now zoom in our out on textimages with a flick of my thumb, without having to touch the keyboard.It also solved an irritating issue I was having with VMWare and my previous mouse I couldnt use a number of that mouses features because the Logitech SetPoint software was incompatible with VMWare and stripped away some of the mouses most useful features when using it in a virtual machine. No such issue with the Master 3, thoughBest Buy was able to deliver it quickly and at the same or better price than its competitors. That online retailer named after a SouthAmerican river wanted 30 more for it and wasnt able to deliver in less than 3 weeks.Im delighted with the MX Master 3. Im sure you will be too.

So happy I took the chance on purchasing the Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac. The stylish design and ergonomics of the mouse is perfectly suited for my hand allowing for greater comfort and a noticeable improvement in my posture when working for long periods of time in my home studio or when on the move. Connection to my MacBook Pro was instantaneous and the free downloadable Logi Options application allowed for surprisingly super easy and sophisticated programming of all of the extra buttons and scroll wheels on the mouse, which all feel as though they are placed in the perfect spot when using them. Being able to dive deeper to customise and set certain functions per different applications such as web browsers, word processors and audio and video programs to my own preference and with incredible ease is like magic. The simple button used to swap between multiple paired computers works seamlessly. The mouse responds well on every smooth or textured surface I have tried it on. So far, I havent even had to plug the mouse back in using the included cable to charge it, following hoursuponhours of use. My only regret is not purchasing this great, wellthoughtout product sooner. I definitely recommend it.

The Logitech MX master 3 for Mac is the gold standard if you want to upgrade from a standard 23 button mouse or Apples own Mighty Mouse. This mouse has two scroll wheels, several buttons that are all completely mappable and customizable for anything you can imagine. The Logi software even allows for appspecific button assignments. Its very curvy and ergonomic. Your thumb rest right on two slim buttons that by default are set to forwardback buttons for your web browser. That alone makes this mouse really convenient to use. The top scroll wheel has some voodoo magic that changes the scroll action from clicky scrolling to a freespinning but weighted flywheel spinning action based on how fast you spin the top wheel. The clicking can also be changed by simply pressing the button next to the top scroll wheel. The top wheel can also be clicked straight down not scrolled for yet another clicking action. Theres another side scroll wheel that is located where your thumb would rest next to the frontback buttons. It has a very fine and smooth mouse pointer movement and feels like a very wellmade product with a great app for customizing all the buttons. While it does have lots of buttons, its never overwhelming or hard to remember. It also looks great next to my spacegrey apple keyboard. Its a little pricey but is extremely useful and really well made.

I held off on upgrading from the MX Master 2, and Im glad I finally got this newer version.It definitely looks sleeker, and classier. The silver accents, with a darker body makes for a nice contrast. Without the rubber in both scroll wheels I see less dirt accumulate over time. The vertical scroll wheel also seems much quieter, thanks to the magnets, practically silent now.The unit is a bit lighter than the last generation, and was noticeable when I first held the Master 3. Its less than a 10g difference, but a welcome addition.It behaves very much like the last mouse, but the ergonomics are improved, as well as the aesthetics. The body hump is shaped differently, which I find more comfortable and the side buttons are in a more comfortable position, easier to press. However, the same cannot be said about the gesture button. Perhaps this will just improve over time as I get used to the feel of the new mouse.I bought this mostly for the better looks, the overall darker color palette and the subtle improvements. I havent gained much functionality wise, but it sits prettier on my desk.

This is a great mouse, but it definitely has a learning curve. Like many Logitech keyboards and mice, it has a ton of customizations, and these features will seem awesome when you first use them, but then you have to remember to use them because muscle memory kicks in and you forget theyre there. Once the muscle memory starts kicking in with the extra features, though, its hard to go back to not having them.Note that this mouse is designed for a Mac. I believe it will function similarly on Windows I havent tried, but it is designed for Mac users. The mouse itself is a bit big and bulky. Ergonomic, but if you have small hands, you may have to stretch a bit to reach the buttons firmly. If you have large hands or longer fingers all of you piano and string players out there, you may have a similar problem where your fingers overshoot certain buttons and you have to retract your grip to reach them. I definitely recommend trying out a demo of this mouse in the store if you are able.One feature Im not a fan of is the material. The left and right mouse buttons are plastic, but the body of the rest of the mouse NOT the base that rests on the desk or other surface is a robberlike material. Its great for grip, but this material tends to attract and hold onto particles such as crumbs and you have to keep wiping it down to remove the debris. In my experience, this type of material also becomes sticky as it ages, and there is NO getting rid of that.Of course, the selling point of this mouse are the extra features and the extra buttons that bring them. Like many, but not all mice, this one has a back and forward button. These are useful for web browsing. Again, you have to remember they are there and to use them, but once you get use to them, browsing the web with them is a pain. I personally cant use a mouse that doesnt have at least a back button. Of course, like all buttons on this mouse, these are customizable and you can assign other functions to them. I actually reversed them from their default because I have long fingers and the default forward button is where my thumb most easily reaches, and I use back much more than forward. You can also assign other functions to them, including combo keystroke assignments.As a Photoshop user, these two buttons provide something no other mouse I have used has Undo and Redo. This was one feature I absolutely loved, but after a few minutes, muscle memory kicked in and I was back to hitting Command Z. However, the longer I reminded myself to use the mouse buttons, the more natural it became, and the more efficient I became.The other unique feature of this mouse is the side scroll wheel. This is used for horizontal scrolling by default in the web browser, or in spreadsheet and word processing programs. This is a feature I believe most regular users of such programs will actually find almost no learning curve, It is SO much easier than having to click a scrollbar or arrow to move, and extremely intuitive. For Photoshop users, the default for this button is to change the brush size, and it is a true time saver I found the best part of all with this feature was the ability to place my mouse cursor exactly where I needed it. Then, because the side scroll wheel is so effortless, I could change my brush size without the cursor moving one bit, meaning I could get the size exactly right on the first tryOne feature I think is lacking for Photoshop users is the top scroll button the traditional one. Also customizable, and it can be used for zooming in and out, but not both. This is because the action assigned to it is for clicking the wheel, not scrolling it. I have never used a mouse where I found clicking the scroll wheel to be easy, this one included. I could understand it not being an alwayson feature of the scroll wheel, but maybe combining it with the gesture button next paragraph.Finally, the flat extension off the side of the mouse has a default setting of a gesture button, which can perform actions by holding the button and moving the mouse itself forward, backward, left, or right. Great feature, but I found it hard to use. The issue is that the button itself is actually rather small, and because my fingers are long, my thumb overshoots it. Therefore, I have to retract my grip to press it, making the whole motion difficult to perform. I understand the need to require some pressure to activate it, as it to prevent unwanted functions to be performed, but it definitely needs to be a lot bigger than it is.One comment I will add before concluding is the left and right mouse buttons are TOO sensitive. I accidentally clicked the left mouse button as I was reaching for the mouse, and it caused my to click on one of my browser bookmarks, which took me away from the page I was typing the review on, and I had to start all over again. I wish I could rate with halfstars, because I would take away a halfstar for that. Overly sensitive is almost worse than not sensitive enough.Overall though, most users will find at least some of the features of this mouse helpful. Those that work with programs such as Photoshop and Premiere may need to train themselves a bit, but will find this mouse extremely useful, especially for repetitive tasks that require adjustments working with brushes, moving back and forth through timelines, etc. Its a bit pricey, but if you are a power user, this is a device you need to have.

Highly, highly recommend this mouse. Ive used each MX Master Mouse from Logitech since the original 1 and they truly have improved with each iteration. The feel of this MX 3 is that much better. The scroll wheel is a definite improvement IMO over the 2s. The only sort of improvement Id like to see and this could be a Mac OS issue not a Logitech issue is on Windows 10 I have the same mouse for my GamingProductivity PC and in the Logitech software it has an option for Switching Applications that you can map to a button on the mouse but thats missing on the Mac version. Id like to see that option come to this mouse on Mac OS. All in all though, I give it a 55. Its the best mouse on our planet right now IMO on either Windows 10 or Mac OS.

The mouse is amazing. I was initially cautiously optimistic about my purchase thinking it was all just internet hype. But upon purchasing it, customizing all the buttons and then using it for more than a month or two. I found it to be an excellent mouse for productivity I work as a AV technicianSound Designer and am studying coding on the side and the MX Masters 3 has only helped boost my productivity It allows me to scroll horizontally through my timeline on my DAWs with ease and when working with code and office documents, I found the zoom using scroll wheel feature a delight. The ability to also launch apps using one of the many mouse buttons and linking macros to gestures has also been a game changer I find it unexpectedly flexible in this aspect as it allows for multiple buttons to be set as a gesture button. Thus I have two gesture buttons that perform a variety of actions I normally cant do without the MacBooks trackpad. This was such a game changer for me The only compliant I have would be that it doesnt carry over settings when used on a different device such as my iPad Pro. Which is understandable and is something others should be aware of. Nevertheless, the MX Masters 3 is indeed one of my favourite Logitech purchases I have ever made

Overall the mouse works.Im able to click and do what I have to but there seems to be a major flaw or two within the LogiOptions software leading to my shortcutssettings to just revert to default. Which then leads me down this incredibly annoying cycle of restarting my machine, turning bluetooth onoff, restarting again until I finally get my settings back.The LogiOptions app does have settings backups that are cloud based so kudos there but the fact I get stuck in that loop is incredibly annoying. I honestly may have returned it if I wasnt out of the return window by a week or so. If youre making the move from the Magic Mouse like I did, I had to get used to new gestures but that comes with time. And when its working, its fine.

I usually just use the trackpad on my Mac, but since upgrading my setup to a standup desk and monitors, I wanted to get a mouse to make my productivity even better.First, the mouse comes with settings for Chrome, Safari, Photoshop, Excel, and a number of other apps. For instance, the horizontal scroll will increasedecrease the brush size in Photoshop.Second, you can use it on up to 3 computers. Click the button on the left just under your palm, and switch to the computer you want to use. Or, with flow you can seamlessly move in between computers without having to press a button.Its a hundred bucks, but its by far the best mouse Ive ever owned.

I recently purchased the MX Master 3 after heavily debating between the MX Master 3 and MX Advance 3 for my home office. After 2 months of intense testing I must say, that I am extremely glad I went with the Master 3. The Master 3 conforms perfectly with the shape of my hand. The buttons and extra side scroll are extremely well positioned. Attention to detail has clearly been an emphasis when designing the mouse as scrolling and clicking is precise and intuitive. The Master 3 is packed with features such customisable buttons, quick scrolling, multiple devise use and quick charging. Quick charging through the USBC cable has been nothing short of impressive. However with amazing battery life I have rarely found myself running low on battery. Assigning app specific shortcuts to the customisable buttons has been a real time saver for my daily use as well as increasing my productivity at work. While quick scrolling is handy for Word, PDF and photovideo editing, I have found that for that for Excel I prefer using keyboard shortcuts in my MX Master Keys. Mouse responsiveness is accurate across all surfaces I have tested it on. There is a good weight behind the mouse which means movements are precise making this perfect for photovideo editors and graphic designers. The Master 3 is a large mouse, but not the largest on the market. If you have smaller hands you may benefit more from the MX Advance 3 which is a more than capable mouse, however lacking a few of the design features and shortcuts in the Master 3. If you have average sized hands or even larger hands like myself, the Master 3 fits like a glove and feels extremely natural in the hand. Overall, the Master 3 is a perfect all rounder mouse. Never during my testing as well as using this as my primary mouse for work Im a photographer and accountant did I experience any fatigue in my wrist. The mouse is full of features designed to make you more efficient and your daily use more enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this mouse to anyone looking to invest in a premium mouse where unrivalled comfort and ergonomics are your main priority.

I honestly never understood why someone would want to spend 100 on a mouse until a friend gave me his old MX master. After using it a couple of years and really loving it, I saw the new models come out and reluctantly decided that maybe it was time for a new one old one still works great btw. I pulled the trigger on this and I have got to tell you, its easy to look at a glance and wonder whats changed but this bad boy is better in every way. Alone, no one feature stands out but the subtle change in curvature, the satisfying clicks and button presses and especially the fluid and fastmoving click wheel are all standout. The sum of its parts makes this mouse a masterpiece. Its fluid, setup is intuitive and simple and its customizable as heck I really love this thing and have even considered buying a second one for on the go. My mind is completely changed over the usefulness and costworthiness of this product. Kudos to Logitech, this is a truly stand out product when it comes to mice. Highly recommend it

Its been nice to use. There is a lot of functionality and the customizations are helpful if a bit overwhelming. If you are looking for a multifunction mouse this one is great. Feels nice and works on any surface I put it on. The battery lasts a looong time which is great as well. Im using it on a mid 2014 Macbook Pro. You do need to install the software to get the most out of the functions, but it works with the basics without it.Is it worth the price Not if you just want a mouse for basic use. But, if you value multiple scroll wheels, replicated touch functions, and additional programmable buttons, then yes. Its great for spreadsheets and page flipping. I can move between web pages, windows, and text boxes with ease and can control zooming. Having all of that literally at my finger tips made this worth it. If you just want to have a two button mouse instead of a trackpad, there are cheaper options for you.

Logitech is one of the leaders in making accessories for devices. This mouse is no exception. After using it for some time now it lives up to the high quality Logitech is known for. This mouse is optimized for Mac and iPad which makes it even better for those user. It is finished in space Grey color fo match the Mac and it also has a button where the thumb rests that allows for you to pull up the multi task function. One of my favorite features of this mouse is that it can easily be used with multiple devices. It can be connected to three Bluetooth devices and has a button to simply switch between devices. I have never found another mouse that makes it so simple to use with multiple devices. With the included software you can also use it to share files between devices. There are extra buttons that you can customize with the included software. The best part is that it is a larger sized mouse but feels great in the hand. It has a built in battery that last a long time and can be charged via USBC. The only downside I have found is that it does not come with a USB connection option but it really isnt necessary. Overall this is a high quality mouse and I would recommend for anyone using a Mac or someone that has multiple computersiPad.

I needed a mouse I could use across three devices a gaming PC, a personal laptop and a work laptop.Since my PC motherboard has Bluetooth, I tried to use that instead of Logitechs dongle, but the cursors movements on the screen were very choppy. I dont know if thats because of the mouse or my motherboards Bluetooth interface or the distance between the two devices, but the problem went away by using the provided dongle.Im using BT to connect the mouse to both laptops and that works great. The mouse has a button underneath it to switch between up to three devices, so I just press the button when Im going to use another device.Ill mention Im an IT professional so setting it up was easy, but it may not be as straightforward for everyone.Note I do NOT use the mouses Flow feature that enables using it across multiple devices simultaneously. Cant say how well that works.Nonetheless Im happy to say Ive had none of the issues reported by some people, with the mouse losing its connection to paired devices and being unable to reconnect. Youll find those complaints if you look at Amazon reviews or Reddit.One of the selling points of this mouse is this supposedly revolutionary electromagnetic scroll wheel. Like in some other mice, theres a button to switch between free scrolling and the usual ratchet feeling of most wheels. Im not a fan of the free spinning mode, it is handy for scrolling over long distances, but its not accurate over short distances. The ratchet mode is fine but sometimes makes an annoying click sound if you scroll too fast in one direction or another. Perhaps thats on me and I need to get used to switching between free spin and ratchet depending on how far I need to scroll.The lateral scroll wheel is very handy in a number of scenarios.Anyway overall the mouse works well and it feels good I have big hands with thin, long fingers. I think its a bit pricy but thats because of some of its advanced features that Im not using.Note I mentioned using this mouse on a gaming PC this is not an ideal mouse for gaming. Itll work, but its not made for that. I only use this mouse for navigating WindowsmacOS and own a separate mouse for gaming.

Overall this is a good mouse with a nice feel and some good features. I really like that its bluetooth and can easily switch between paired Macs or PCs with a single button press.The mouse is definatly lacking modern touch and haptic features other mice in this price range posses. This mouse gets immetaily dated by the extreamly loud clicking. I expect a higher priced mouse to be near silent to silent as the other branded comparable mice are all Apple and almost all Microsoft mice.I currently have 6 differnt newer mice in my office 3 logitech, 2 apple, and 2 microsoft and this is by far the loudest. Im cofident that this this is the loudest clicking mouse Ive ever used and I have used a lot of mice work in IT.The noise almost defeats the purpose of the other silent features logitech built in and brag about. Its so loud that Im going to give it a couple more days and see if I get used if I dont, Im returing it.

I feel like this is a high quality mouse, but the main thing youre likely wondering, like me, is whether this is the right mouse for you. In my scenario, I use some of the features but there are others that I do not. For usability, I like how the mouse feels and weighs. For functionality, well I dont use flow control at all I use it on one computer or another, not both at the same time. I also dont use bluetooth either, because I prefer a Logitech keyboard that only works with a unifying receiver, and I plug that into a KVM. Bluetooth does work very well as long as your computer has stable bluetooth, but one of my computers does not. Im still mixed on the wheel. For some reason, the inertia scroll sometimes works really smoothly, but sometimes I find that it seems to be slightly lagging. The mouse click noise is similar to other mouse clicks, but in this age of being on conference calls all the time, I would like to see Logitech implement quiet click buttons on the next Mx Master.

I have been using trackpads exclusively for about 12 years now. My last one, a Logitech, started having battery issues. They no longer make them so I figured Id try the mouse again after a long time.This was my second attempt, my first was their vertical mouse that I loathed. This one is far, far better.Feels good in the hand, the hand curves over it and it just naturally fits. Buttons are easy to hit, and I like the customization options with the software.Scroll wheel having momentum is another nice thing. I like how it actually physically alters things so that it can spin freely or so that it is ratcheted. Great tactile change.Moves smoothly over the desk, and more so over the mouse pad I picked up for it.Cant complain. Pricey, but seems to be a case of getting what you pay for.

This and the matching MX Keyboard are SPECIFICALLY designed to work for Mac. It says it on the packaging and the items themselves. And yet, neither one will connect to my brand new Mac Mini. I bought them along with the Mac and monitor because of their great reviews. Took my Mac to the Apple Store, confirmed it to work with regular keyboard and mouse, but the Logitech wont connect. Whats the frickin point of a peripheral being designed to work for the Mac if you cant even connect without an absurd workaround of having to use analog mousekeyboard first. For this price, things should just work. You shouldnt have to buy a third product just to get these products to work. Absurd. Logitech Support is also a series of hoops to jump through. So far, totally regretting the purchase.

So I just received my Logitech MX Master 3 mouse last week and Ive been putting it through its paces. This mouse couldnt have come at a better time as I was looking to replace my current Logitech mouse with another one.Inside the box comes the Logitech MX Master 3 mouse, along with a USBA to USBC charging cable, USB receiver, and user manual documentation. The mouse came partially charged. To fully charge the mouse, expect to charge it for about 2 hours. Logitech states that charging the mouse for 1 minute will give you about 3 hours of battery life on the mouse. I basically plugged the USB receiver in an empty USB port and plugged the USB charging cable up to the mouse on the front and left it alone pretty much all day as I was out running errands. Upon returning home later that evening, the Logitech MX Master 3 mouse was fully charged and ready to go. According to Logitech this should yield about 70 days worth of use. Well test that theory over the next couple of months.The mouse has several buttons all of which are fully functional with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. Over the last week Ive tested the mouse on both my Windows 10 Lenovo 920 laptop, and my MacBook Air.On top of the mouse is the standard leftright click buttons, a MagSpeed Wheel thats also a click button, Mode Shift button which allows you to switch between more of a ratchet scroll or a free flywheel scroll of the MagSpeed Wheel, a Thumb Wheel on the side allows you to scroll through any open tabs on your browser, BackForth buttons that sit below the Thumb Wheel that allows you to go back and forth between pages within the browser, and a Gesture Button that switches to Task View or Mission Control. The BackForth buttons on the side can also be used to work with specific programs such as Photoshop, Safari, Edge, Chrome, or any of Microsoft Office programs.This mouse has been a lifesaver for me over the last week with its speed and quickness of the MagSpeed Wheel. I have mine set to the free spinning flywheel, which has allowed me to speed through my daily scrolling while working on line. I love being able to quickly scroll to the bottom of each screen to get to the dialog buttons that I click on day in and day out for work. It glides across the screen very smoothly with ease and feel nice in my hand. The Thumb Wheel on the side, has allowed me to easily switch between open tabs. Although I have not tweaked or made any changes to the default mouse settings, I did download the Logitech Options software from Logitechs website. However, you can customize the different settings to your liking.This is a very nice mouse and I fully recommend it to anyone looking for a nice smooth mouse with a ton of bells and whistles. I love that I dont have to change batteries every so often and that I can just plug it up and let it charge up fully. Another feature that Ive not tested is that it is also compatible via bluetooth.

To start, Im very happy with the MX Master 3 for Mac purchase. Using this on a MacBook Pro 16.I previously had the MX Master 2S and had also briefly owned the MX Master 3 to use with the MacBook. For both, I tried the Bluetooth vs USB Unifying receiver connections. While the Unifying connections were smooth and flawless with the 2S and vanilla 3, the Bluetooth connections with the MacBook had intermittent jitters and jerky cursor movements. I had the Logitech Options Software installed.With the MX Master 3 for Mac, the Bluetooth connection with the same MacBook and software is rock solid smooth, consistent, and not a single jitter in cursor movement.The differences between the different versions of the mice are not well advertised different color scheme, omitted the Unifying receiver while selling for the same price, but the improved connectivity is an important improvement for Mac users.Now, for the MX Keys keyboard, Im still trying to figure out what the differences are between the previous vanilla version vs the one for the Mac only.

Even though I am a big fan of Logitech goodies, I was quite skeptical of a hundred dollar mouse, No longer. This device seems like it was made for my hand. It is rock solid, but glides easily over the work surface. Button pressure is perfectly balanced, and the scroll wheels are like using a precision scientific instrument. Clever extra buttons make it good for gamers, and if you use mousecentric Microsoft applications all day, this thing is a limbsaver. Microscopic nitpick the flange that supports your thumb sticks out far enough so that you will bash it into your keyboard if you keep your mouse close. Im totally over it.

I had the original MX Master mouse and finally decided to upgrade. The new design of the scroll wheel is what helped me make the decision. Its super quiet and fast. I also like that this is 4000 dpi where my old MX Master was only 1600 dpi. I have it set up where I barely have to move the mouse to get around my 4K screen.The mouse is very comfortable. My thumb actually rests on the side of the mouse so my whole had is off of the mousepad. There are just enough buttons for what I need and with the Logitech Options software the side scroll wheel does something different for each application. For Excel it scrolls left and right, but for Word it zooms the screen.Im using the USB receiver with this, but it will also connect with bluetooth. You an connect it to three devices and use a button at the bottom to switch between the two.

I was skeptical and hesitant due to the price. Afterall, its just a mouse. Well, I purchased it and I love it. The functionality is great I even use it on my pillow sometimes and often on a clear glass desk with my Surface Book 2, and theres no lag or any problems. The horizontal and vertical scroll buttons work great. There are preprogrammed functions for different applications. It is also customizable. It will work with 3 computers simultaneously. I often use 3 monitors, and it is easy to navigate them without a hitch. It is also ergonomically comfortable in your hand for prolonged use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone willing to spend a little bit to make their lives a little easier.

The ability to seamlessly switch between multiple separate PCs is incredibly helpful for someone like me who has not only a gaming rig, but a server and laptop on the same desk.The scrollwheel By Feth the scrollwheel Ive been in love with Logitechs scrollwheels since my old G7, but the new MagSpeed wheel just takes the cake brilliant to use to the point where Ive instinctively tried to use my G502 LS in the same vain, only to be disappointed Both the metal feel and specifically the autoswitch are fantastic The sidescroll wheel is not only rather helpful, but neither in the way nor hard to access.The mouse body is a great shape and feels very nice to handle. A comfortable weight as well.The only negative Ive come across, is that the sensor seemingly turns off occasionally while stationary connected via bluetooth even if stationary for only a couple of seconds. This is far from ideal. Perhaps theres software settings to fix this Im yet to check, though its not much of an issue in regards to production work IMO.Apart from that issue with the sensorsettings, the only other reason that I havent permanently switched out my G502 LS with this for my gaming mouse, is simply the lack of Lightspeed compatibility.If Logitech were to ever release a version with both Lightspeed and the Hero 16k sensor or better, it would be the absolute perfect mouse.4.6 5

I bought this mouse because it was touted as the new version of the nowdiscontinued Logitech Performance MX, which Id used for years and perfectly met my ergonomic needs large hand, palm grip.Unfortunately, the ergonomics of the MX Master 3 are significantly different. The hump is further forward, next to the horizontal scroll wheel, which concentrates all the pressure under the proximal joint of my index finger, especially when Im doing a lot of clicking and dragging. The shape of the mouse forces my fingers to be bend forward and my wrist to be bent backwards.In contrast, the hump of the Performance MX is further back, so pressure is distributed over a larger area, on the palm and base of my hand, and the shape of the mouse forces my hand into the ergonomicallydesirable neutral position.I was in pain after only a couple of hours of use, which is obviously not sustainable.The mouse did appear to work as described. It was plug and play out of the box no charging or pairing like older Logitech mice. In the short period of time I used it, everything appeared to be as advertised.Unfortunately, the change in ergonomics was a dealbreaker, and I had to return it and resume my search for a workable ergonomic mouse.

However, I have poor wireless connection during use with wireless dongle in the back of my PC. If moved to the only USB on the front of my PC, the mouse works fine, but is a deal breaker for me as I now have no easily available ports. Tried the Bluetooth to see if that was any better, but was way worse. Had to move it to the left side of the keyboard for it to even be recognized by the PC. Was excited because it seems like an update of my favorite mouse the Logitech MX Revolution.If you are looking for a good mouse to use with a laptop or computer that will be right next to the mouse, this would be a great solution.

Love this mouse The perfect business mouse. Did not want to spend the money at first but after trying the logitech trackball, I realized I needed a more conventional mouse. This one bit the bill perfectly so price was no longer a factor. Its raised so is as ergonomic as I would want since I still flip back and forth beteen this and the track pad. Its super fast I use four screens and accurate. Love the thumb rest. I dont game so I didnt need all the bells and whistles that come w those. The buttons and side scoll are smart meaning their function is different depending on the program. Bonus Logitech has good tech support.

Seems to be working OK so far. What disappointed me the most is that it doesnt fit in my hand as nicely as my original MX Master or my previous Performance MX did. It seems to have been made with small hands in mind. If you have a normal size hand or a large hand, this may not be the mouse for you. Its also quite a bit lighter than my previous mice, and I dont think thats necessarily such a good thing either. It looks great, but feels a little bit cheap due to the lighter weight. I guess it was more designed for people who carry it in their backpack as opposed to working at an actual desk.

Great mouse. What an upgrade from my previous gaming mouse nice heft to it, it can connect via usb dongle or bluetooth and it can connect to more than one computer at the same time you can switch between them. I would recommend downloading the optional software as it has presets for a variety of programs including Adobe products and a few others. The glide wheel is amazing for fast scrolling and the fact that you can turn it back to line by line with the touch of a button is awesome. Extremely comfortable in the hand and extremely responsive. Definitely a good buy. One for me and one for the wife.

For years I have use a smaller mouse because it fits very well in the palm of my hand. The older I became carpal tunnel set in and the smaller mouse didnt work for me anymore. I needed one that was more ergonomic. I do a lot of graphics and embroidery design on the computer which can sometimes take hours. So I did my research through many websites and reviews plus watching Youtube on a good computer mouse.Everyone has their own opinion but after watching for several hours, there was one that stood out above the rest on several Youtube channels and on website reviews. The one that stands out the most was the LogitechMX Master 3 Wireless Laser mouse. I thought about it for several hours because paying 99.99 is a lot for a computer mouse. It does more frills than I need but maybe some did I will use them. I mainly wanted it for the ergonomic design. So I went ahead and made the plunge.When it was delivered I connected it to my computer. The software is easy to put on the computer. The computer mouse was ready to use in a couple of minutes. Ive used it for a couple of days now and so glad I made this purchase. My hand has not bothered me since I started using this mouse. I really like the feel of it and there is not cheap feel at all. I will take a few days to learn what all the buttons are for and how to use them.I use Mac and Windows so to find a computer mouse that will allow me to transfer files from one computer to another is amazing. This mouse can be connected to 3 computers at at time. I really like the fact that I can use this mouse on both computers which is a money saver. Im very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Design Build QualityWhat Logitech took away in flair and color moving from the MX Master 2S to the MX Master 3, they made up for in comfort and sheer ergonomics. The grip is very natural, comfortable, and every button is positioned and weighted perfectly so theres no accidental clicks, scrolls, or presses you didnt intend on. The positioning is so good that I only remembered the existence of the forward back buttons that were literally resting under my thumb for a week, never once activated by mistake. That there are three buttons the thumb can use and activate without moving it out of its cradle, that are still easy to activate without accidentally triggering them in normal use, is simply outstanding. Common shortcuts can be mapped via the Logitech Options software and make this into a productivityenhancing beast for your daily work.The switchgear used in every button feels extremely solid and durable, exhibiting no play and making extremely satisfying clicks. The thumb wheel scrolls with a good amount of resistance, and the main scroll wheel changes between freescroll and ratchet mode with what feels like a magnetic click on and off. Scroll the wheel fast in ratchet mode and this clutch disengages, letting the wheel spin freely then ratcheting back into step once it comes to a stop. Might be a little too much fun to play with if youre a chronic fidgeter. PerformanceIn daily use, the MX Master 3 glides and tracks excellently across my mousepad, yielding precise, weighted cursor movement that rarely needs compensation adjustments even when moving across three screens. Both slow, precise and fast, sweeping motions are effortless once you get used to the momentum that a heavy mouse generates.One of the hallmark features of the mouses optical sensor is its ability to track across any surface per Logitechs claims, even glass. Sure enough tracking across a mousepad, wooden desk, cloth sheet, leather, and indeed even the glass of a tablet all worked phenomenally, with the glass feeling oddly even more precise than the other surfaces.As mentioned in Design Build Quality, theres no shortage of buttons on the mouse, and using them in conjunction with Logitech Options to map common commands and keyboard shortcuts which can be set perapplication, thus allowing commands to change based on the active window definitely showed potential for speeding up my workflows over time. With all the shortcuts literally at your fingertips, its hard to think of a situation where they would be a hindrance rather than a boon for getting things done quicker. Logitech FlowLogitech Options killer feature is Logitech Flow. Essentially a softwarebased keyboardvideomouse KVM switch, Flow lets you control two computers using a single set of Logitech MX and presumably other Logitechbranded devices. While the trick would be neat enough in itself to control two computers, the software synchronizes both machines clipboards automatically, allowing seamless copypaste and draganddrop integration between them. This works for both Windows and Macintosh machines, and you can indeed mixandmatch operating systems. The only limitations to Flow are that it must be used with two machines on the same local network, and both machines must be on and awake.Flow was surprisingly easy to set up and sync between computers. Once enabled I had no trouble using a single mouse pointer and keyboard between two machines. While the software works as intended, moving from the local to the remote machine and back took a moment for the mouse pointer to move between machines, and there was a noticeable delay, maybe 2 or 3 frames, between mouse movement on the local machine and the pointer updating position on the remote one. I found myself needing to move just a little slower and more deliberately on the remote machine, but not to the point where I felt it was anything more than a minor inconvenience rather than a major impediment.The software worked flawlessly in my testing otherwise, and truthfully the ease of simply copypasting text, images, files, anything between two machines after just a couple minutes setup is revelatory. I could almost make my recommendation for the MX Master 3 on this alone. WirelessThe wireless range on the mouse to a Unifying Receiver will vary based on interference if its installed on a rear USB port on a desktop tower it may lose connection much easier than when its installed on the front. Regardless, the mouse had no issue working on any surface elsewhere in the room, no matter what obstructions I put in the way.Though not advertised as a gaming mouse, it certainly could be used for a few casual matches of popular twitchshooters as latency was adequate throughout testing. At worst, the MX Master 3 feels like it could be a frame behind the action onscreen but no more. Switching between this mouse and a Logitech G305 Lightspeed, the G305 felt a little more responsive.In an attempt to overcome the latency deficit of the MX Master 3, I plugged the mouse in directly via the included USBC cable, and found that its unfortunately a charging port only. It will need to be connected wirelessly to any PC to use it with one. Bottom LineHardcore gamers, you will want to look elsewhere. For everyone else, the MX Master 3 is to mice what German automakers are to cars luxury experiences with the price to match. A 99.99 MSRP is a tough proposition when most other wireless mice and even the older MX Master models can be had for half as much, but Logitech set the benchmark for mice a third time over with build quality, features, and performance that still put them at the front of the pack. Factor in the killer app that is Logitech Flow and it shouldnt be a surprise Im giving this one praise. Highly recommended

This mouse is indeed a revolution. It has a lot of cool features especially the customization for different apps like browsers, MS Office etc. Logitech Flow is another great feature if you want to seamlessly move your mouse across two computers however I somehow got struck out on this capability. I have to use VPN on one of my computer. Unfortunately, Logitech flow does not work on two computers if one of them has to be on VPN. Tried contacting Logitech support as well and I hope that is an enhancement that can be added in future. So right now, I just have to constantly lift my mouse and click the button on the bottom to switch between computers. For this reason only, I give a 4 star rating.

This mouse is for the most part fantastic, with one big BUT. The mouse feels great, the scroll wheel is fantastic, especially with the ability to change from ratchet to smooth. The biggest feature that makes me love this mouse is FLOW. I work at a desk with a personal computer and a work computer, and this mouse seamlessly works across both. Paired with the MX Keys keyboard, and I only need one set of keyboard mouse for both computers. Its geniusWhy the low rating then The product advertises up to 70 DAYS of battery life depending on use of course. I use this mouse through the course of the work day, approx. 8 hours a day, and it is drained in a week. That 70 days has now become 7 days and that is being generous, since I dont use it on the weekends and Logitech support says that is the expected life for my usage level. This reduction to 10 of the advertised lifespan seems unreasonable and like very very shady marketing. So by my very rough calcuations, in order to stretch the battery to 70 days, Id have to use it less than 45 min a day. So basically…dont use the mouse at all, and the battery will last Great My paperweight is fully chargedIn summary, this mouse is fantastic if you have a multicomputer setup…but expect to be charging it a LOT. Enough that your wireless mouse starts to feel like a wired mouse and you feel duped by Logitech.

My job required me to be more versatile from home, and my old M325c had seen better days. So I did some reading up on different mice and settled on the MX Master 3.Its a good build, sturdy casing, and very easy to install. Plug play friendly and holds an excellent charge a couple of weeks before it needed a full charge.I also like the easytouse software to assign custom functions and the available preset profiles for software Office and Adobe apps. I love that I can sync this up by Bluetooth to 3 devices and then switch between them with ease.The feel the scroll wheel just glides through webpages, spreadsheets, and timelines. The real fun is the thumbwheel, which is equal in use. I no longer have to pull the parallel scroll on wide documents.If I have to leave a negative, it takes a few days to get used to the size. Eventually, your hand will settle Into the rest. Finding a use for every button and gesture has bettered my workflow. I can hardly call it a negative I went from cradling a tiny mouse to my hand just resting on thrown.My wife began borrowing my MXM3 for work so much that I had to buy a second.I came from using a laser mouse with one scroll to a mouse that became my leatherman of desktop tools. It was worth the purchase.

I never thought Id spend this kind of money on a mouse. After spending a large chunk of time behind the screen as we all have been lately, I have began to wonder, What was I waiting forThis mouse offers great comfort in the palm and wrist. I have very average sized hands. The main wheel offers two different ways to scroll with a click of the small button at the top of the wheel, you can choose between either a controlled, clickfeel, or a unabashed, literal freewheeling scroll. I choose to use either option for different situations. I am an educator and sometimes I am scanning long texts freewheelin, or other times scrolling a couple lines at a time as I grade and give feedback controlled nuance. I find that I really like to ability to switch between them depending on the project I am working on. The rest of the options you can gain from the Logitech downloads were pretty extensive. I dont use those options much yet, but will update if I do end up using them. The other useful options with this mouse are the thumb button that allows you to pull up all your windows for easier desktop navigation.The only two downsides I find is that the right click button is a little overly sensitive, and the really detailed app from Logitech. I generally have a light touch, and even while rest my hand, I sometimes trigger the right click with very little pressure. The app is really deep in that you can program the mouse both wheels and most buttons to do different things for most of your popular apps used today. I use a lot of the Office Suite, so the presets were already mostly to my liking. I did click around a bit, and felt slightly out of my paygrade for a moment or two a few days. Not a huge problem on either account, and I got use to both issues over time. Definitely not something to reduce a star as it was mostly just a new set up and system, and truly the more important issue, Ive not had the ability to edit the function of my mouse in the past so this is mostly all new to me You may find it to be really simple and intuitive. For the most part it was for me, too.Overall, this mouse is excellent and I recommend it to anyone whole is looking to increase your hand and wrist comfort while working long hours behind the screen but keep in mind, you must be willing to give up a few dollars for this top end product.

I constantly switch between working on a mid2012 MacBook Pro 16, a 2020 MacBook Pro 13, and a 2019 HP Spectre x360 15. Using a regular Bluetooth mouse got to be a major annoyance when having to resync the mouse every time I switched between systems. I began looking for a Bluetooth mouse which could connect to three different systems. The Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Laser mouse fit the bill perfectly. It is solidly constructed and supports up to three systems with the touch of a button. The ergonomic contoured shape of the mouse took a bit of getting used to especially when compared to the shape of a regular mouse but it relieves the strain on your hand when using the mouse for long period of time. Unlike other mice, this mouse works well on a dark glass desktop and the scroll wheel action is smooth and fast. Given all my other Bluetooth mice were under 30 I had to think long and hard about purchasing this mouse given the 100 cost but, you get what you pay for and in the end I found the Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Laser mouse to be well worth the price.

The most you could say thats actually wrong with it, is some of the bells and whistles for gaming, but its not even for that crowd. Its really just the best all around mouse because its so comfortable to use and has Bluetooth. The few changes I would make are really just nitpicks, and Im pretty confident that no other competitor really has a serious response to this product. 100 is pretty steep, but this one should last you a minimum of 5 years which breaks down to 20 a year. Thats really not bad for all the comforts it affords. If youre on the fence because youre considering one of the gaming mice, just know that the only reason to consider one of those in the first place is some specific feature like a full numberpad on the side for MOBAs, or weights for shooters. This was versatile enough for me because I could just map the gesture function to basic keys and have 4 extra functions from one mouse button anyway. As for office users, theres really no other choice. Just go and add it to your cart and be done with it.

I would not buy this mouse again. I have the craft keyboard and the MX 2s…. I wanted USB C on the 3 so I picked it up…. I learned quickly that the for Mac version just means same price no usb connector. As someone with the new Mac mini. That has not so good Bluetooth. I am having issues….. otherwise great mouse and the issues arent Logitechs fault but not including the connector and charging the same price….. thats a total Apple move and sucks for someone in my position. I know given that I have these other two products… I should have connectors laying around…. I moved ten hours and cannot seem to find one now….. will be returning and buying the one just for a connector….. annoying to say the least

I bought this mouse to replace the MX 2. It is a nicelooking mouse and does all that it states it will do. It feels very solid and looks good. My big issue with it is after using it for a few minutes, it felt uncomfortable in my hand. I ignored the feeling thinking that it would go away Just like when I first started to use the MX 2 mouse it did not and so there is a dull ache whenever I use the mouse for more than a few minutes. My hand and wrist hurt just under the ball of my thumb. I get that the new modifications will benefit a lot of users however, they didnt work for me. The new contour of the mouse makes most things feel just a bit off. Just scrolling now feels awkward. Also, I dont get the hype about the new scroll wheel, as it doesnt feel any better than the MX 2. Dare I say itit actually feels worse. In theory making the side scroll wheel bigger and realigning the two buttons should have worked. However they dont and it feels awkward when I try to use these features. Maybe it is the size of my hands XL why this new shape and upgrades dont work for me. But in any case I was prepared to love this mouse. I cannot as it hurts. Im returning it and will cheerfully stick with my MX 2.

This review is from the perspective of a longtime Master 2S owner so I compare it a lot to that mouse.Setup was extremely quick and easy. It pairs just like any other bluetooth device to your Mac and then youll use Logi Options for customization. During the setup process, it guides you through all the functions of the device including the app specific button setups for apps like Adobe Premiere Pro, Google Chrome, and Safari.As mentioned, I am coming from an MX Master 2S and before that, a Performance Mouse MX, so I am very familiar with the shape that Logitech has employed on their high end productivity focused mice. I could not imagine using any other mouse than the 3, 2S, or Performance MX for day to day use. My main use cases are web browsing, photo editing, and video editing.The shape of the mouse has largely remained the same from the 2S, however the volume has increased on the portion that sits below your Thenar eminence I had to google that the muscular portion below your thumb. For me, that change makes the 3 more form fitting than the 2S. Also, the portion of the mouse that sits beneath the base knuckle of your index finger is higher which also feels more comfortable for me. The 3 appears to be slightly narrower than the 2S but this sort of makes sense considering it has a taller shape, so your hand will curve a bit more.The thumb buttons now sit below the thumb scroll wheel and this a welcomed change for the the functionality of the thumb buttons making them more accessible and easy to use than the 2S where the thumb buttons sat behind the thumb wheel, but that results in the thumb wheel being above the buttons on the 3. At first, this took a little getting used to but after using it for a while, I would prefer this over the 2S configuration of the thumb buttons being behind the thumb wheel.App specific functions that I particularly found useful were Thumb wheel for scrolling through open tabs in ChromeSafari BackForward page navigation with thumb buttons in ChromeSafari Thumb wheel for changing brush size in Photoshop UndoRedo with thumb buttons in Photoshop Pan by holding down scroll wheel in Photoshop and Premiere Pro Horizontal scrolling of timeline in Premiere Pro with thumb wheelI find that the MX Master 3 has just enough buttons to aid in productivity without having so many that you may forget what some of those buttons actually do. The comfort and ergonomics is what really sets this mouse apart and thats why I have been a very longtime user of Logitechs top of the range mice including the Master 2S and the Performance Mouse MX.

Its generally understood that Bluetooth mice perform significantly worse than wired and Wireless adapter mice. I bought this mouse because I wanted one that matched my new pc setup. My previous mouse, the Razer pro click, supported all the same features this mouse does at the same price, however, it only comes in white. I was hoping this mouse would perform just like the pro click, however, I found the wireless adapter mode on this mouse doesnt perform any better than its Bluetooth mode, with significant latency and stuttering like all other Bluetooth mice. Ended up returning it immediately.I am VERY picky about mouse tracking. Most people probably wouldnt care about whats honestly a very small difference in tracking accuracy, however, at this price point I would definitely expect it to be toptier.

As a CADgraphic design professional, Ive been reading about this line of mice for a couple of years and really wanted to get one. I read some people complaints about Logitech kept refining the design till they messed it up sort of went sideways. I have to say this may be true. Maybe the MX Master 2 may be the best in the line. I game and such, but my primary focus is CADgraphic design. Its interesting that I keep buying gaming mice because of their many features precision, adaptability, and, like lot of gamers, I prefer wired mice as every foray into the wireless world has been less than satisfactory. As far as gaming mice go, I buy Logitechs G502 for its ergonomic design and feature set. Ive tried many other mice but have used used Logitech products for many years. I thought the MX Master 3 was the natural evolution for me, like my Logitech G710 mechanical brown keyboard, Id hoped the MX Master 3 was no toy. Its not a toy but I cant figure out Logitechs target market for this product because it doesnt work at all for me which is a big surprise.

This happens at least one time a week if not more, which makes it incredibly frustrating to sit down for work and need to restart my computer and disrupt my workflow.Additionally, in Chrome, sometimes the backforward buttons will simply stop working, requiring the browser to be closed and reopened. Again, this is something that completely halts my workflow.Im a tech savvy user working for a software company, Ive dealt with softwarehardware issues and troubleshooting my entire life. Nothing Ive been able to find while searching has offered any help with this. Im incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this purchase, especially from such a seemingly reputable company.Buyer beware.

The pairing was very quick using the included USB receiver and the OPTION software package.I am enjoying using this mouse. The motion is accurate on any surface. No need to use a mouse pad if you dont have one handy. It has a great hand feel and weight putting several options at your fingertips. One button is at your thumb rest, two buttons just above the rest, a scroll wheel above that, another scroll wheel with button on the top of the mouse using your finger and a button behind that. It sounds like a lot but when using the OPTIONS software package to configure them it all makes sense and makes life much easier. The various buttons and wheels can be configured for many different applications and their purpose changes depending what application you are using. I use it in my browser and spreadsheet work. Using the thumb scroll wheel to move leftright in a spreadsheet is a great time saver and opening new tabs in a browser using a configured button is quick. Im sure Ill find more tweeks as I use it more and more every day.One of the more amazing features of the mouse is the use of Logitech FLOW. This allows you to move the mouse pointer BETWEEN computers. All you have to do is run the pointer off the edge of computer 1 and it will flow to computer 2. This works even if one is Windows and the other MAC. When using along with a Logitech MX Keys wireless keyboard with FLOW, the keyboard will also switch between computers. This is very handy for me as I normally use a laptop and PC together.I can even cutpaste and move files between computers with the aforementioned keyboard.There are three buttons on the bottom of the mouse to allow you to pair with three devices and switch them manually if you are not using FLOW.USBC recharging so no batteries required.I am using this mouse with the Logitech MX Keys keyboard and my work flow has definitely improved. Its a great combination.

I like Logitech products. I just wish they came out with a worthwhile wireless RGB keyboard.. but as for Mice peripherals Hands down they have the best ergonomic mice for creatives. Im a photographer and photo editor and I love the versatility of their mice.. The MX2 was state of the art and then my Dad said he needed a mouse so I decided to buy the MX Master 3 and send him the 2. Im glad I did. This mouse is a slimmer more updated version of the MX Master 2. This mouse has more functionality especially for creatives. It has preprogrammed settings for Photoshop Chrome Lightroom Microsoft Office and other programs. Enough talking.. Get it. This has been a great addition to my workflow. The ergonomics of the Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Mouse for Mac are just right for my hands. The button layout is very intuitive and you certainly feel like youre using a product made from quality materials. Everything is pretty easy to setup, however, you may run into issues with some of the features such as gesture control. Often times, the control issues resolve themselves after a computer reset but the problems resurface. I found a few youtube videos on the logitech options daemon and proper settings that seem to have my setup going well now. Overall experience is great and I recommend this mouse.

I really enjoyed the functionality of this mouse as its very user friendly for multiple programscomputers however, it just doesnt fit the hands, which are on the smaller side. So if you have small hands, this mouse isnt for you. It sits too high and just about 30 mins of use, really hurts the wrist. I tried repositioning how I used the mouse but, it just isnt the same when youre always conscious of how youre holding something. Im a bit disappointed since they made it to be ergonomic but that only pertains to certain hand sizes it seems. The side buttons would benefit from being more prominent as its easy to miss when trying to click it. I did like how it feels like a quality mouse esp. at the price you pay. You dont always get that.

I previously owned a 1st generation MX Master which had issues with connecting with Bluetooth. I ended up buying this 3rd generation one for my work setup and it has been great They have fixed all the problems from the 1st generation and the materials feel higher quality despite the mouse feeling lighter. The side buttons are now much better positioned so you can make use of them easier. Battery life is much better and the USBC cable is great to see, especially since all Macs use it now. Was a bit hesitant buying this since a few reviews mentioned wonky Bluetooth connectivity, but I have had zero issues using it in the past month daily. No software needed to get this running on MacOS, but if you want to customize the buttons you will need to install their software which is easy to use. If you are having problems with the software detecting the mouse in MacOS, go into System Preferences Security Privacy Privacy tab and make sure the Logitech software is enabled under Input Monitoring after this it works without a problem

I bought the Apple Magic Mouse but was never completely happy with it because it feels awkward to hold for extended periods. I decided to purchase this mouse because I have had the predecessor MX revolution for at least 10 years which I use for work on a Windows PC. Having been extremely happy with that mouse I thought this latest edition would be an upgrade. Compared to the Magic mouse, the MX has better precision and feels more comfortable to hold. Scrolling is excellent but not as smooth as the Magic mouse. It mimics the gestures of the Magic mouse but does not do it as elegantly or as smoothly. Neither of these observations are an issue functionally. Compared to the MX revolution, it does not feels as balanced and its build quality not as good dare I say somewhat cheaper feeling. So, in summary, this is a very good mouse overall. It addresses the ergonomic foible of the Magic mouse while retaining its functionality which is what I wanted. However, I expected better as a successor of the excellent MX revolution.

Not too long ago, I upgraded my mouse game to the Logitech MX series, and it was one of the best decisions Ive made in years. With the Logitech MX Master 3 release, Ive had the opportunity to use this mouse for the past month, and I cannot praise it enough. Logitech has crafted all the good from the MX 2S with changes that make the MX 3 a worthy upgrade.Based on appearance, its sculpted very similarly to the previous version, with the ever so slight refinements. Instead of the standard graphite color scheme, the MX 3 is all black with silver scroll wheel accents. Overall, it just looks a bit more professional. It is worth mentioning this mouse is designed for righthanded users. If youre a lefty, you will have to look elsewhere as this mouse is not for you.Compared to the MX 2S, I prefer the placement of the horizontal scroll wheel and two forwardback buttons on the MX 3. Instead of these buttons previously all being in line with each other, the MX 3 has the horizontal scroll wheel above the forwardback buttons. Also, the positioning of these buttons is better compared to the previous version, eliminating errors in which one youre clicking in my opinion.With the new software, customizing buttons on the mouse is awesome based on various apps. For example, you can change what each button does based on the various Adobe Creative Suite apps. Super cool.Connectivity is simple as you can easily connect this mouse to up to three devices via Bluetooth or the included USBA dongle. The mouse does have a USBC port like many newer devices do these days, so you can use your own cable to charge the mouse or use the included USBA to C cable. With that said, you wont have to charge it often. It supposedly lasts upwards of 70 days on a charge, so Im about halfway there no complaints from me on that.Overall, if you want a mouse that feels very good in your hand, has a wonderful battery life, can connect to multiple devices, and is customizable the Logitech MX Master 3 is the mouse to get. You wont regret it.

I purchased this mouse six months ago for work. I really love the way the shape takes the strain off my fingers because the default mouse work supplied me with was tiny, and how well my hand rests comfortably as I grip it. My only gripe is that I have set the function keys on the mouse to copy and paste, however this feature doesnt work on internet browsers instead of being copy and paste, it makes it go forward and backwards a page. For example, I need to copy a tracking number in our company program, so I press a button on the MX Master 3 to copy, however when I press the paste button on the MX Master 3 when I am in the internet browser, it doesnt do anything well it tries to make the page go forward. I also wish the sideways scroll wheel could be have more uses. Overall though I highly recommend this mouse for people who require alot of mouse input for extended periods of time, as the comfort level on this mouse is unparalleled.

The MX Master 3 mouse is a marvel. The look and feel of the mouse is high quality, it has an extremely comfortable feel to it. I use this mouse for everything, of course, but I especially like it when I am working in my AutoCad program.The mouse always moves smoothly across multiple programs as well as multiple screens.The mouse can be used with up to three systems by turning a selector on the bottom of the mouse, Ive never used the feature but I can see where it would be handy. Generally, I have a separate mouse and keyboard for my desktop, and another for my laptop. Thats actually how I came to purchase this mouse. I have the black version of this mouse along with the MX Keys keyboard on my desktop system. They both work so well that I went and purchased another of each for my laptop and trashed the old keyboard and mose.One additional feature that I love is the USBC rechargeable mouse. I dont have to mess with swapping out batteries anymore.

Although this mouse has been perfect for 3 months, it STOPPED working all of a sudden. Im trying to find Logitech support now…. really annoying.P.S. I have severe carpal tunnel and if theyd step up quality, this product would be the best on the market. Of course, Best Buy states its too late to return although I bought it in 121020 and its now FEBRUARY 8, 2021 just over 2 months later. When you pay 100 bucks for something, it should have at least a 90 day return policy.PPS. Someone said I need to remove the screws, take off the back and adjust the plate that controls one of the functions. My model does not have screws on the bottom. Instructions diagram indicates there are screws but there are no screws on my model.

I used the MX2 so much I actually wore it out. The MX3 is all the MX2 was and more1 BT3 Connection MemoryYou can use any combination of BT and Unifying connections for a total of 3 devices. The feature is AMAZING and requires no software to function.2 Do yourself a favor Set the silver rightleft scroll wheel to None in the software. Ive bumped it more times than I can count while in OneNote, and I end of way to the right of the page on a blank section…Its Sooo Sensitive.3 Suggestion Disable the thumb button, I can t think of a time where I was using a mouse and said, Hey, I should leftthumb click for any reason. Its a neat and subtle button with no purpose.4 The scroll wheel autoswitches from bumps to smooth scrolls, so just change that top button behind the scroll wheel to something like toggle mouse pointer speed from very slow to very fast and back5 The laser tracking is top notch. Ive never found a better mouse… and Ive tried a lot… even gaming mice. The tracking and response is so good that I use this wireless mouse with the unifying receiver for FPS gaming. Im no Pro, but I cant tell the difference between this mouse and a wired gaming mouse.6 It just feels good in my hand. The materials feel soft and sturdy at the same time. I dont know how they did it, but keep up the good work

My first the Performance MX Master has removable and rechargeable batteries which has to be close to 11 years old is still in service and working well and the MX Master from 2015 which finally died from an old worn internal battery. and a bad spill. This, being the best of the 3 with better side scroll wheel and forward and reverse button placement.as well as having the Flow for working with 2 operating systems simultaneously. This mouse, like the others, has great build quality and sturdy.1 have no doubt, this new one will last for many years as well.I use this with the MX Keys keyboard which I also highly recommend and is a great solid well built highly functional keyboard..

The horizontal scroll wheel was the main reason I bought this, I want to use this over dragging the playhead to navigate the timeline. Unfortunately this muse doesnt work well for just that, the problem being Davinci Resolve and not the mouse. Resolve caps the horizontal scroll speed so you can use it to zip through the timeline like I wanted.However, the button mapping really works well, and I found a great use for the horizontal scroll wheel.The guesture button feature is a huge feature that I didnt think much of when researching this mouse. THREE of the buttons can be used a gesture buttons not just the one named gesture button. Each gesture button becomes 5 keyboard commands click and drag left, right up, down and click in. At first I thought this many mappings would become cumbersome, but every time I make my gesture like click and drag right, it always recognizes the correct input. And I thought it would feel awkward clicking and dragging for a command, but if you choose the right mappings, it feels incredibly natural.My favorite mapping is with the gesture button. I have click in mapped to the keystroke n, which toggles snapping. I have click and drag left and right mapped to ctrl shift and ctrl shift respectively, which ripple pushes the selected clip to the playhead to the left and right respectively. And I have I have click and drag up and down mapped to shift and shift respectively, which ripple cuts the selected clip to the playhead to the right and left respectively. This kind of editing is what I do once Im beginning to edit my clips in my timeline and it feels very natural and speeds up the process tremendously.Rather than use the horizontal thumb wheel to zip through my timeline, I use it parse through it, like when Im narrowing down where I want to ripple push my clip. I have scroll up mapped to shift right and scroll down mapped to shift left, which feels fast enough that I dont get impatient and slow enough that I dont miss what Im looking for.To play the clip Im parsing through, I use the finger scroll wheel click in button mapped to the space key. If I need the clip to play slowly so I can get the exact moment I want to edit to, I use finger scroll wheel click and drag left which is mapped to shift k, which plays in slow motion.To zip through my timeline, I enabled 2D timeline scroll, which lets the finger wheel scroll horizontally through the timeline. Not as fast as dragging playhead, but less work. Only caveat is you have to hold shift scroll up and down on the timeline. Technically you could map the shift key to a button on the mouse to cover this, but I didnt want to use a button for that.I use the front and back buttons aside the horizontal scroll wheel mapped to ctrl and ctrl to zoom in and out of timeline. I mapped middle button to undo and middle button dragged backward as redo ctrl shift z. Finally I use middle button dragged right mapped to down arrow to jump to nearest beginning of clip and up arrow to jump to nearest end of clip.This is so much functionality out of one mouse. If youre thinking about getting this for Davinci Resolve, get it, you wont be disapointed.

I was torn between this mouse, and Logitechs vertical MX mouse, but I went with this one for the neat looking productivity features like the magscroll wheel and the side scroll wheel. Turns out I was not displeased, this mouse is a monster at productivity. The battery life is INCREDIBLY long, and features a modern USB C charging port. The scroll wheel feels fantastic, better than any Ive ever used, especially with the software autounlock feature for smooth scrolling. The software also supports different button macros and functions based on the application in focus, which turned out to be amazing going from a spreadsheet to a browser and back. Highly recommend for productivity.

As of August 2020, I had been using the MX Master 2 on my music production computer the extra buttons come in handy for audiovideo programs. Ive very much enjoyed it, and from time to time only had minor hiccups of lag. So recently I had severe lag and thought maybe it was going bad and decided on the MX Master 3.I researched the MXM 3 a lot before purchase, so I knew what I was getting in to and Im not disappointed. One of the things that drew me in was the side scrolling wheel being more accessible for my thumb, and the texture being more tactile because of the change to metal same goes for the center scroll wheel. The center scroll wheel is deadsilent, regardless of what mode it spins in.I dont know what its called but the side push down button you depress with your thumbpalm seems a little more sensitive than on the MX 2, but its not that bad really. Im only 5 6, but still have rather large hands, so I do get a little worn out with this mouse compared to the MX 2, because it is a tad slimmer. I feel like my palm and wrist are doing more work to control the mouse than before, but its not really that big of a deal, and in fact might be a bonus to someone with smaller hands.As it turns out, the technical problems that caused me to buy the MX 3 where resolved and I dont even need it, however, Ive really enjoyed it and consider it an upgrade. So, Im going to relegate the MX 2 to my daily browsing machine, and continue to use the MX 3 for my music production computer. I would definitely recommend this.If you just need a simple mouse for regular activity, there are loads that are cheaper, but if you like working with shortcuts, especially in a production sense, I would highly recommend the MX 3 to enhance your workflow. I picked this up for work from home as Im sure many either have or are thinking of doing. What Ive found is that even though Im not working in professional design or editing, Im still making way more use of the extra buttons and the thumb wheel than I expected. They make for great media controls to start with I use the backforward buttons to skip tracks and the thumb wheel to control volume, which works really well. I have found the least use for the sort of oddlyimplemented button under where your thumb sits but I definitely appreciate that its there when I do use it. Scrolling has been great in my experience. Keep in mind that if you need to adjust it, Logitech provides some decent customizability in LogiOptions, which is a free program that the mouse will prompt you to download when you first connect it. This is also where you can remap buttons and adjust other things like mouse sensitivity. Ive seen some reviews that mention that this isnt suitable for gaming, but I can say that for anything short of an FPS where reaction times matter, youll be as fine with this as you would be with any basic mouse. Its certainly not gamingfocused, but it does the job for more casual titles. I recommend using the included USB adapter to connect the mouse using Logitechs proprietary wireless protocol, which is way more reliable than Bluetooth in my experience.

I was always under the impression that a mouse is a mouse, and buying a less expensive mouse really didnt make much of a difference from spending a little extra to get a better mouse. Boy was I wrong I absolutely Love my new LogitechMX Master 3 Way Laser Mouse. This mouse gives me the ability to design all of the functions to work according to my own likings. I am able to program it to move up or down as many lines as I want it to when moving the mouse wheel for one. I have it set to move 3 lines for every click, but I could adjust that to move 15 lines for every click if I want to. The wheel on the left side gives me the ability to scroll through my pages, plus it has a built in button that opens a small window that magnifies the text which makes it easy to read the smallest text when you come a crossed it without having to squint. It has a button on the top that lets you switch back and forth from smooth scrolling to scrolling were you can slightly feel clicks in the wheel as you scroll, and as I said before, you can set that up to were it jumps 3 or 4 or 5 lines for each click. These are just a few of the things it can do. This mouse really is amazing and I couldnt find anything bad to say about it. It even feels amazing in my hand and its really comfortable to use. I could go on but the bottom line is this mouse is well worth the money I paid for it and I like it so much I went back to Best Buy to purchase the matching Keyboard. The Mouse and Keyboard together have entirely changed my online experience.

This is the best mouse I have ever used with a computer. It synchronized easily with my Omen and I have not lost connection since. It even alerts me to when it needs to charge.Build quality is fantastic and the mouse fits perfectly in my hand,It took a little bit to get used to it, but now I would never go back to any of my old mice.I will admit that 100.00 for a mouse seems expensive, but it is well worth it.If all you do is scroll on Youtube, or through your photos, this is not your mouse.If you need more control for Sketchup, photoshop or similar programs, then yes, this is your mouse.PS. You will want to shut this mouse off when you are not using it to conserve the battery.

This is my first MX Master series purchase. I had been using the original Performance MX mouse for years and it is still one of my favorites. The first thing you will notice is the very sharp gray color. I like to be a bit different with my tech, so that was a no brainer color choice for me. It isnt one that you will find in a brick mortar store easily, though.So I do really, really enjoy this mouse. The best feature by far is the vertical scroll wheel. It is simply a pleasure. Basically two modes of operation with free scroll, or a slight magnetic ratchet, but what makes it nice, even in ratchet mode, if you give it a good spin, the ratchetmagnet releases, putting into free mode until you let up. I use it to throttle my scrolling. Works beautifully.The horizontal wheel Well for me, it is just meh primarily because I have never had a mouse with a wheel like that before. The main issue I have is that it has relegated the left forward and back buttons to an awkward location. That, coupled wit the small, indiscernible size, definitely disappoints me a bit.I do like the thumb rest and integrated soft touch button there. Very nice.The rump is a bit too juttingly steep especially now that I have used the more ergonomic Razer Pro Click. Its height is ok, but it just needed to be a bit more flowing and a bit longer top to bottom.But enough nit picking this thing is a productivity dream

The MX Master 3 is an expensive mouse.. no second guesses about it. At about 100 bucks, its hard to justify.. But for what it does right, it does great Its the other areas where it all falls apart.The MX Master 3 includes a USBC Cable for charging and a USB Dongle you can also use bluetooth if you want. I have it synced via Bluetooth on a laptop and Dongle on a PC.The MX Master 3 is definitely a big mouse, but its very comfortable. The feel took me a couple days to get used to, after previously using the Logitech M705 for years.The Master 3 has the magscroll wheel which lets you click a button to switch from regular scrolling with a clicking feeling to a smoothscroll which can be an endless scroll. There are also 2 buttons on the left, a wheel and a hidden button on the base where your thumb is. Seemed like tons of options.. but in reality, its hard to customize it exactly as youd like.The software lets you do quite a bit, including customizing buttons based on apps, but Ive found that on both the Laptop and Desktop, the software tends to hangup or crash at times, often leaving me without all of my customizations.One big feature was the sidewheel, as I wanted horizontal scrolling for spreadsheets.. and it works most of the time, other times it just wont recognize anything.One neat feature is the Logitech FLOW compatability. This lets you use 1 Keyboard and Mouse as long as its a MX Master 3 and MX Keys to control multiple computers. Move the mouse to the edge of one computer and it will appear on the other one, including the keyboard support. This was a huge feature as I use my laptop next to my PC. Unfortunately, most of the time Ive tried it, it works for a little bit and then just stops. I need to reopen the software or reconfigure it. Its at a point where its hit or miss each time, making it tough to trust. If youre not technical, youll likely run into issues you cant fix yourself because the software crashed in the background or just isnt doing what its supposed to.The mouse charged very quickly over USBC and lasts quite some time. Overall, very nice mouse.. but the software is a bit iffy.

Over the years, Ive used Logitechs MX Master, and MX Anywhere mouses and have enjoyed both equally. The MX Master was used for the office while the MX Anywhere was my goto travel mouse. The MX Master 3 Mouse for Mac is a great mouse for professional officecreative use, and could even serve well for gaming. The build quality of the mouse is spectacular. The whole device feels smooth and sturdy and performs really well. The buttons are tactile while the scroll wheels are precise. I have the original MX Master 3 mouse and would say that theyre the same thing. The only differences are the colour options and how the Mac version does not come with a USB adaptor. As for colour options, I purchased the Space Grey version. The grey colour on the mouse is not the same as the Macbook colour, but its pretty close. Still, I wish it were more accurate. Also, if you have smallish hands, you may not find the mouse comfortable over long periods of use. My girlfriend uses my other MX Master 3 and she commented on the large size of the mouse. She prefers the MX Anywhere 3 for that reason. Overall, its a great mouse and what you would expect from Logitech. There havent been any connectivity issues, but from my experience, there never were any. Its a greatlooking mouse and performs well for the price. I recommend

Was looking for something a little more comfortable for someone who works 8 hours a day at a workstation. The texture is something like a rubber or soft touch material from a newer vehicle. Clicks are soft and not dramatic. The wheel is very sturdy and the button below controls the physical behavior of the scroll wheel. The mouse will take some use from a Logitech software. I have not tested this due to using work provided computer restrictions. Battery life is solid and I really have only charged a few times. Highly recommend over an ambidextrous gaming mouse or budget company equipment.

The functionality and comfort of this mouse is great. However, from my experience, Logitech have what seems to be perpetual issues with their unifying devices. I am writing this review using my 3rd replacement MX keys keyboard and second MX Master 3 mouse. Always seems to be the unifying device failing after several months. The good thing is that it always fails within 12 months so you will get a replacement. However Officeworks did not have stock, unless I was willing to travel a considerable distance, so I had to purchase another one from JB Hi Fi. If you dont mind continually replacing the device go for it.

I used a lot of different mice over the years and this one is by far the best. The ergonomics are great, I love that it feels nice and hefty. The two scroll wheels are metal and weighted really nice, very smooth scroll action Apparently there are magnets that control the main scroll wheel which is super cool. You can toggle between two scroll modes which is really nice. I have the Mac version which Im not sure what makes it Mac specific but it works great. If you download Logitech Options you can customize what the buttons do, I have the the thumb button set as the gesture button which you can use in place of the macOS system gestures to access mission control, expos, etc. The battery life is great, I work from home so it gets a lot of use. With my 40 hour work week I charge about once a month. Which I feel like is pretty good. Overall, excellent mouse, love it

Great little gizmo. Bought it for its ability to control two computers at the same time flowenabled, love it for its ergonomic feel and precision. The flow feature works exactly as advertised. Put two monitors from two computers together, pair the mouse to both using the Logitech app, and you can move the mouse between screens and cutandpaste. If you have a flowenabled keyboard, the keyboard can switch automatically, too, when you move the mouse pointer between computers. Nifty. Only problem Ive seen so far is putting the Logitech unifying receiver dongle on the back side of my new desktop computer worked poorly too much RFI. Moving the dongle to a front panel USB port solved the problem.

I have always been a big fan of the Logitech line of mice and keyboards and I feel like this trend will certainly continue into the future after my experience with this Logitech MX Master 3 Advanced Wireless Mouse.Setup was very easy and straightforward. You can either connect via Bluetooth or use the included Unifying USB receiver. If you are already using a Logitech keyboard with a Unifying USB receiver, you can add the mouse to the existing receiver via the downloadable Logitech Options Software that is available on the Logitech website. I did not detect any sort of input lag via either of the connection options after testing both.Featurewise, I am very pleased with this mouse. I really like its shape which makes it easy and comfortable to use, even for long periods at a time. The thumb wheel and oneclick controls right below the thumb wheel are conveniently located and easy to use. I especially like how the thumb wheel can be used to easily scroll through open webpage tabs.The allnew electromagnetic scroll wheel feels great and you can even switch it to a smooth scroll or tactile scroll by simply pressing the Scroll Mode Shift Button which is located just below the main scroll wheel. This is a very unique feature that I havent experienced with any other mouse before and it really shows how Logitech continues to be innovative.Another unique feature is the ability to use the mouse with up to 3 different computers by simply pressing the EasySwitch button located on the bottom of the mouse. I personally dont really have much need for this particular feature but I can definitely see how it could come in handy for others and this is just another example of Logitechs ingenuity.The mouse has a builtin rechargeable battery which is charged via a USBC cable one is included. The days of having to replace your mouses batteries are long gone and it is quite easy for me to recharge the mouse when needed since my monitor has a USB output. This makes it exceptionally easy and convenient for me to recharge when necessary.Overall, the Logitech MX Master 3 Advanced Wireless Mouse is another amazing mouse in the long list of Logitechs superb connectivity devices and I highly recommend it

The MX Master 3 is an ergonomically friendly and balanced mouse that has required some adjustment to use when compared to very highspeed gaming mice. The fancy checkbox items of RGB lighting and adjustable weighting are absent from the product. It is very adept and supporting and enhancing traditional workflows in conjunction with the Logitech Options software. The feel and speed of the scroll wheels is perfectly suited for most use cases. Adjusting the primary scroll wheel between a tactile and frictionless feedback mode involves a softtouch button thats placed below the wheel. On other budgetminded options from Logitech i.e. the M705 Marathon Mouse, this is more of a mechanical implement that can break. On the MX Master 3, it appears to be electronically assisted which will aid in longterm durability if adjustments are repeatedly made.The Options software does a great job of detecting compatible applications and establishing the necessary profiles for workflowrelated functions. The support for wheeldriven gesture support further enhances what the MX Master 3 can bring to a given task. It has an ideal curvature that feels substantial in comparison to the default Magic Mouse included with the 2020 iMac. While it doesnt achieve gaminglevel sensitivity 6400 dpi as an example, it does track fast enough and accurately enough at higher levels of the slider bar to support the majority of needs when it comes to using a mouse based on skill level and experience. The ability to pair it with up to three different devices helps offset the cost of entry.

I bought this to use with my M1 MBA. It connected right away and works great. Interestingly, the mouse Logitech M510 for my Windows desktop PC has been acting up, and it turns out I can easily use the MX Master 3 for Mac with it too.I love the side buttons and scroller of the MX. My only gripe is that, as a female with what I thought were averagesized female hands, the mouse is a bit too big for my hand. I considered returning it, but I valued the performance and buttons a lot and grew accustomed enough to the size to keep it. I still wish it was about 20 smaller, which is why Im rating this as good instead of excellent. If you have manhands, then this is definitely an excellent mouse.

The Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac is a good mouse with plenty of extra features not seen before in a mouse.To start off, the design of the mouse is stellar. The mouse is curved to fit in your hand very comfortably with all the buttons in perfect reach. The additional thumb scroll wheel is an awesome feature thats very convenient. The space gray detail is a nice bonus that matches your Mac very nicely.There are actually 6 different buttons to this mouse that can all be customized to your own liking, including a gesture button that can hold 4 different gestures. There are also 2 scroll wheels as well. With the Logitech Options software, customizing the mouse is very easy, plus it already has pre programed buttons to work with apps that are built in to your computer. For example in Photoshop, the thumb scroll wheel can be used to zoom in, or can be used to change the brush size. There is a problem that I noticed about the software though, if you close the software, your mouse automatically switches back to the default button layout. So in order to use your custom settings, you need to leave the app open in the background.The mouse connects to 3 different devices simultaneously through bluetooth. In order to switch to a different device there is a button on the bottom of the mouse that lights up on the number 1, 2, or 3. This makes switching to a different computer or tablet very convenient.A new feature that Logitech added, is called flow. Flow allows you to connect 2 Mac computers to the same network and it lets you drag files from one screen to the other using the same mouse. This feature would be awesome, if they enabled it for use with the iPad as well. Sadly, you cant. But you can use this mouse with your tablet or iPhone, and the gestures work as well, but are limited to only switching apps and minimizing apps.The last and my personal favorite, this mouse has an extremely good tracking ability. Yes this mouse will work on glass with no problem. In fact, I was able to ditch my mouse pad and use it on my glass table which makes for a much smoother scrolling experience.Overall, the Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac is a really good mouse. It has lots of feats, impeccable scrolling capabilities, motion gestures, customizable buttons and wheels, and so much more. I definitely would recommend this mouse to anyone who own a Mac.

My beloved Performance MX has retired recently after a decade of a faithful service. Dealing with my wrist and arm med condition Ive opted for a latest solution MX Vertical Advanced Ergonomic Mouse.Although a good, innovative idea, it did not work for me. The vertically oriented wrist did not rest on the mouse by itself. It required a constant conscious effort on my part to keep my wrist engaged with the mouse body during work. I sent it back.I have replaced it with the MX Master 3. This latest model works great, albeit is a bit smaller then my bellowed Performance MX, and that is the only reason for minus one star.

Ive owned this mouse for about four hours and I can honestly say that Im a bit disappointed. Ill give it a little more time, but heres the breakdown of why Im not having the experience that so many YouTube reviewers claim to have. I should start off by saying that there were three initial reasons I bought this mouse Horizontal Scroll Wheel, Bluetooth, and USBC more on why I wanted both in a second.First, the good Logitechs software suite offers a ton of flexibility regarding button customization for specific applications. For example, you might want to use the back and forward buttons for Chrome navigation in default setup, but change them to switch tabs in Edge instead for whatever reason. And thats okay, you can do it if you need to. Theres also the ability to change the button which toggles the hyperfast mag scrolling function between smooth and SmartShift which is what the scroll wheel on this thing is all about. Yes, you can do that as well. SmartShift basically switches the ratcheting motion into freespinning motion once it reaches a speed threshold which you can adjust so the toggle is somewhat redundant if you would prefer that extra button. Im using that button to activate Windows Screenshot tool, which is much easier to use than a threekey combo since I use a lot of screenshots. Another nice feature is the hyperfast mag scrolling. As I described briefly, it provides automatic free spinning mode for fast scrolling through long documents, zooming in on Google Earth, whatever… if youve ever used a freespinning mouse wheel, this will come more naturally for you if you often switch between cogging or detented or the incorrectly dubbed ratcheting mechanism. The wheel also does not have a rubber wrap around it, giving it a bit more professional look and feel. Its also quite heavily weighted, which helps overcome the magnetic cogging to allow for longer scrolls with fewer flicks.The Mediocre The thumb wheel is a nice addition, but Ive got to be honest even though it is exactly why I bought this mouse, it doesnt work as well as I like. USBC is also a great way to charge up your mouse, since the MX Master 3 comes with a lithiumpolymer battery pack instead of relying on disposable cells. The included cable is USB A on the other end, though… just thought Id point that out in case it wasnt clear. Finally, the MX Master 3, like several other Bluetooth mice, also comes with an RF unifying receiver for USBA. Thats kinda nice to have for devices without Bluetooth, or if youre looking to avoid the remote possibility of it getting hacked via Bluetooth though I might argue RF hacking IS actually a thing. Sadly, the mouse does not have its own little storage pocket inside for the receiver.The Bad A lot of reviewers claim that this mouse is big. Well, thats sorta true… its definitely bigger in the sense that it has a large footprint with its gesture button skirt on the left. And its definitely bigger in the sense that it is quite tall. But I think what other reviewers are trying to say when they call it big is that the height pretty much forces you to conform your hand around this thing. The mouse body is very arched, meaning youve almost got to palm this thing. At least with my hands, that makes reaching the back and forward buttons a lot more strained. Compared to my Logitech Triathalon and my trusty old firstgen Anywhere MX, this is a mouse that fills your hand like more like a sculpture, rather than something you can manipulate easily with your fingers. The contact with your skin will become much more evident as the rubbery texture which is an effort to add mass to a very lowdensity mouse, not an effort to make it more comfortable rubs against your hand and echoes a scraping sound. Its weird to describe, but when you hear your hand moving around this thing to reach all of the buttons, it sounds cheap. The striated aesthetic texture only compounds this strange design flaw.Another gripe is that the USBC cable does not transmit any data. Plugging this into your computer will not instantly allow you to begin using it. Youve got to install the unifying receiver or pair via Bluetooth… which took my computer a complete restart in order to process. Their software did something to my Asus Vivobook 15s Bluetooth profile that turned off the radios temporarily, making pairing a complete pain in the neck. All of this could have been avoided had the mouse contained the drivers and transmitted its profile to the laptop the minute I plugged it in to begin charging it.Then theres the thumbwheel. This thing is, well, a bit overly sensitive Its fine for switching tabs in Chrome, once you lower the sensitivity thats to the left in the software, mind you… but no matter what I do, one complete swipe with my thumb takes me all the way past Column Z in Excel thats with 100 zoom factor on a 1080 screen no matter where the sensitivity. The thumbwheel, which is more like a barrel, is also a bit resistive. Not the most terrible, but since it is so far out of the way I would have preferred it to be nearly frictionless. Theres little risk of accidentally bumping it anyway.The gesture button, for some reason, is on a very wide skirt and needs to be depressed more downward than inward. On the Triathlon, this gesture button is more or less squeezed with the pad of your thumb, but on the MX Master 3, its pushed down with the outer edge of your thumb… or in my case, my thumb knuckle, considering the way I have to hold it. I wish they would have stuck with the Triathlon shape in that regard.Sensitivity adjustments are VERY strange. When adjusting the SmartShift sensitivity, you actually want to adjust the slider LEFT to make it engage and disengage at a lower speed… that means its MORE sensitive to motion. But thats just me nitpicking. Also, as previously mentioned, the thumbwheel sensitivity leaves much to be desired. Adjustments are not very useful, but at least necessary for using as a tab switcher for browsers. When using the main scroll wheel for zooming, at least my experience is that you MUST TURN OFF the Smooth Scrolling function when zooming in on browser windows. For example, if you are looking at an image of a census on Ancestry, and you have Smooth Scrolling engaged, then zooming in on the image is going to take you from every name in the book to one person in the whole lot filling up your screen instantly.Overall, its a 3star mouse. Regarding the price Its quite pricey for the experience. I bought mine because I received a gift card from a customer to thank us for delivering them bad news and then not charging them for my services. So we will see in a week how well I do with this thing. Ill give it a spin no pun intended at work and at home and OH YEAH ONE MORE COMPLAINT Back when I bought my MX Anywhere, it was the most I paid for a mouse ever, and it came with a nice little soft zipper pouch. I thought that was absolutely silly, until I started taking my mouse to work with me. I plan on taking this with me too, but no pouch My Triathlon didnt come with a pouch either, but I leave it at work for now so thats fine. We will see how we do with this thing while trying to do actual work.Summary Too arched, lackluster thumbwheel, pain in the neck initialization, a lot of missed details. I have a feeling theyll come out with an S revision and it will address these details, which is why I may actually return this after a week.

The MX Master 3 for Mac is everything you need in a computer mouse. Right out of the box, you can see it is wellbuilt will purposeful contours and colors in neutral black and gray. It is packaged with simply a USBC quick charge cable with no charging brick.I tested the device mainly on a MacBook Pro laptop and a Windows laptop virtually simultaneously, though I was also able to connect to an iPad without issue. The mouse paired seamlessly to each via Bluetooth wireless no USB dongle needed and was immediately responsive. It works flawlessly on all surfaces I tested it on wood, cardboard, plastic, metal, my wall, and cork surfaces all posed no issues. It can switch through devices at the push of a preset button or customized to do so, and I was even able to draganddrop files from one computer desktop to another. Out of the box, the battery was charged up, and after three days of heavy usage, Ive still not needed a recharge.I appreciate the comfortable feel as well as the large buttons and MagSpeed wheel on the top. It took a little getting used to, but the wheels autotransition between linebyline scrolling to free scrolling has definitely grown on me. Very cool feature. The somewhat inconspicuous gesture button positioned near the thumbrest can be ignored or customized to a variety of settings via pressing or gestures. Swiping right can open a specific app swiping up can allow you to search your computer for a file simply pressing it can offer display changes. The options are endless and can be customized to your preferences.Without a doubt, the main selling point for this device is its robust customization. Once installed, the Logitech Options app guides you through the detailed customization tree, which is admittedly a bit exhaustive in its thoroughness. By default, the MX Master 3 does utilize common features for its buttons and scroll wheels. A little setup here and there and you will be moving and shaking through multiple screens and devices at your workstation in no time. This mouse can become into the focal point of your computing experience.The MX Master 3 is an excellent device and an easy recommendation for any workstation, especially those with multiple screens. This is a perfect wireless mouse for a single PC use. Fast, responsive and great battery life. I have tried many mouses and can confirm this is the best mouse we have as humanity . It simply works across all platforms and is super smooth across many different types of surfaces. I have been using the MX series from version 1.However, for multi PCs scenario, this mode has a flaw. Either we have to install the Options software or have to rely on hardware switch to shift from PC to PC. As someone who works on three computers at the same time , it is a pain to lift the mouse to press the connect button. I would give this mouse 5 stars if it moves the reconnect button to the top so that we can switch the connection without lifting the mouse.As a side, I use G915 keyboard with the mouse and hence the Flow does not work across computers. It would be great to add Flow capability to G915 as well so that the keyboard can follow the mouse.

Im a huge fan of this mouse I like the way my hand rests on it and how the buttons are pretty much right where they need to be. They improved the scroll wheels and forwardback buttons over the MX Master 2. The vertical scroll wheel also seems a little more secure Im heavyhanded and the previous mouse would let me accidentally click the center button function of the scroll wheel, but this one seems like the wheel is a bit more firm so that doesnt happen as easily.The forward and back buttons are a huge improvement on the previous mouse, they were kindof stacked so you had to feel for the correct button. Now theyre more logically placed.The action is super smooth and very responsive. I feel like I have really precise control over where the cursor goes, making it easy to find the split arrows easily to resize columns, where a lot of other mouses make you kindof hunt for the edge of your cells.The horizontal scroll wheel is very smooth and responsive. It makes it convenient to browse wide web pages on a smaller screen.Battery life is great. Ive used it for about 2 weeks now without charging.Overall Im really happy with this one its become my primary mouse, and I keep it with me. Its a bit bigger than your normal travel mouse, but its worth it.

Bought this item roughly 4 months ago and as a full time law student this mouse u users diverse applications to my work and study. I find the second scroll bar on the side to be amazing when scrolling through a thousand pages document. I could also use this mouse on multiple devices such as my surface pro at the same time which gave me even further diversity. The ability to connect to 3 devices wirelessly gives you countless ways to help assist you in the office. The comfort of the mouse is also molded for your hand making it very comfortable, however takes a little while to adapt to. Overall, a fantastic mouse for everyone. Except gamers as the latency is 21ms

Ive had this mouse for 6 months and I couldnt be happier with its performance. I use it for all my productive work such as study for university, reading through articles and scrolling the web. It serves me great as there are many buttons that Ive programmed individually for specific applications on my pc. The horizontal scroll wheel is great for managing excel spreadsheets, zooming in and out of word documents, and selecting tabs on google chrome. I love the vertical scroll wheel as it lets me scroll through my spreadsheets and pdf documents really fast and accurate. The gesture button is fantastic as I can easily get in and out of windows I have opened, maximising productivity. I have just set up logitech flow so I am able to drag and drop files seamlessly from my pc to my laptop when going to and from uni, which saves me from having to upload to clouds, then redownload it onto my laptop, very time efficient.

I have used for a few months now for software development and data science.The vertical scroll is fast and accurate and I find myself spinning it sometimes just for fun. The horizontal scroll takes getting used to and in my opinion the default direction seems wrong, but it can be overridden in the Logitech options.The back forward buttons have become essential for me in code navigation and they are well placed.The software is a little buggy on my old Windows machine where some mouse event render multiple times e.g. back button will click 100s of times. Seems to be device specific and I avoid it by turning off the logitech software.Overall, I highly recommend it for power users, developers and people who look and big excel files.

The box clearly indicates the main things you need to know about the mouse. As well as the wireless receiver dongle which is handy for desktop computers that are unlikely to facilitate Bluetooth connectivity, a good quality USBAC cable is included in the box as well as documentation including a sheet explaining how to access the builtin battery if it ever needs replacing. The second thing is that although the Logitech Options software is easy to install and provides a good intro on first use, it requires a Logitech account to be created in order to start using the software once installed before allowing you to configure the mouse. A third, which is more of a design consideration, is that the rightclick button could have been made longer given the middle finger is longer than the index finger. A fourth is that lefthanded mice users are missing out unless theyre ambidextrous A fifth is that only select keyboardsmice work with the Logitech Options software and crucially utilise the Flow functionality thereby limiting hardware choice, so if you are looking for a keyboard and you need the Flow functionality this is something to bear in mind note, one good looking keyboard that seems to make use of the Flow functionality is the Logitech Craft. Most or possibly none of these, I would think, should be a dealbreaker. Other than that, the Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Darkfield Mouse does not feel heavy to move and the surface of the mouse is nice visually as well as to hold Most of the mouse with the exception of the buttons themselves and a classy trim at the backbottom edge has a very subtle soft feel and the left side and back of the mouse has a slightly ridgedtextured feel though nothing too obvious both of which may help you to grip the mouse, particularly around the thumb area. The builtin battery keeps its charge for a long period of time, reportedly up to 70 days on a full charge and I can confirm I have not have had to charge it so far during the month Ive had the mouse. A few things to be aware about If youre using the wireless receiver USB dongle and are experiencing a bit of lag when using the mouse, try plugging the dongle into a USB port of the computer or monitor that is closer to where the mouse is When hovering over a Word document the backforward buttons respectively perform the undo and redo action which is good, however you dont need to have clicked withinbe focussed on the document in order to carry out these actions, so beware of this to prevent inadvertent undoredo actions Another possible issue for some hoping to use this mouse with work computers is that you may find enabling the Flow functionality impossible, possibly due to company IT group policy settings, so if your hope is to share your mouse or even files between computers for that matter you may need to check this with your IT department. Once you have spent time configuring each buttons action and how they interact with each application, make sure to back up your settings within the Logitech Options software in case they need to be restored at a later date.Conclusion At the time of writing, this is Logitechs current version of MX Master mouse. I love this mouse especially in the nee work from home regime where you are interacting with both your work devices and home devices.The ability to quickly switch between 3 devices with the touch of a button is super clutch and makes life so much easier, and cleaner less clutter.The side scrolling wheel is something Ive never experienced before and comes in incredibly handy especially in Excel.My only wishlist item is that, in combination with the MX keys keyboard, I wouldnt have to press the buttons on both the mouse and the keyboard I wish the button press on the keyboard would sync with the mouse and switch between devices together.By the way, I use this for both my PC workstation and also my personal MacBook. Works flawlessly on both MacBook Air M1.

Just as the titles says, no competition with this mouse. Easy to use, so many customizable options and my favorite part of this mouse has to be the scroll wheel. It has two options. One for free scrolling which makes it make pages of web pages, emails or spreadsheets seem like nothing and another one that is more precise. I find myself a lot of the time just scrolling just for fun lol.There are options for whatever OS you are using to make shortcuts for apps or whatever you need. Ive had it for almost a month and have yet to charge it. Love how I can pair it with different devices seamlessly.You definitely will not regret buying this mouse.

I purchased this to work with multiple vendor products via bluetooth, as I had the older mx master 2 mouse which was really nice till it got stolen. This newer version feels very premium and is currently functioning via BT on an Android pixel tablet with no issues. It only took a few seconds to pair via BT and it was up and running. The mouse has a really nice premium heft to it. So far all the buttons are working as normalthough i dont use gestures on any platform so have not tested that functionality. I was trying to figure out if there are any enhancements for this mouse versus the windows versions that are solidly coloredbut could not find a review that addresses this. No reviewers differentiate between the made for mac or older windows mice since they are very similarly named. My logic is to get the latest version available even if im primarily a windows user by tradesince this has a chance of having improvments in sensors or how its made since the win version was released about 6 months ago if my memory serves me correct. Either which way, its a great product with a premium feel and solid clicking. One major point I was wondering since i use the quiet logitech M330 mouse on my windows machine. This is definitely louder and clicks like a normal sounding mouse. The advertising on the logitech site claims its a silent mousebut it sounds just as loud as any of my normal mice ive accumulated over the years. So dont be fooled into thinking this is one of latest silent mice from logitech. Otherwise its a very solid mouse, and im very happy with it so far after receiving it a few days ago. Sorry dont have more insite into mac usage as im not working on a map laptop at the moment.

Honestly, I cant recommend this mouse highly enough Im a huge fan of Logitech products in general, but they knocked it out of the park with the MX Master series. Being able to assign keystrokes and shortcuts to the auxiliary button and reassign all the other button functions makes this a perfect companion to anyone that wants to get around their computer more quickly.As an engineer that has to navigate drawings, PDFs and spreadsheets on the regular, the MX Master 3 has really improved my workflow. The adaptive scroll is a game changer when you need to scroll through hundreds of lines of rows of data, and the side wheel makes scrolling leftright easier than always having to drag the bar across. Again, the sheer configurability of this mouse is astounding you can even set the buttons and wheels to function differently based on the programapplication youre working in. I personally keep everything pretty standard, but someone with very particular workflows could customize this mouse to their hearts content.Also, this mouse is still intuitive to use, unlike other top of the line, oddshaped mouses you might use for CAD or graphic design. The mouse is just SO ergonomic and Logitech has put all of the buttons in the right place for easy use. Being able to choose the connection scheme Bluetooth, wired, Logitech dongle makes it easy to take anywhere and quickly connect to another computer.Bottom Line if youre looking for a mouse that makes your life easier and can be configured to fit your needs, all at a very reasonable price, look no further than the MX Master 3

I rarely get excited about technology anymore, especially when the device is initially frustrating. To be clear, this is an amazing mouse in every way. Im using it with a brand new MacBook Pro and there were some software issues at first just communication, where the mouse wouldnt stay paired. Deciding whether to use the unifying software or the built in bluetooth is also a little confusing. Once I figured that out, I ran into an issue where the gesture button went haywire and essentially always opened mission control even when I configured the gesture button swipe up to open launchpad. After deleting and reinstalling the newest version of Logi Options, Im happy to say that everything is working perfectly The only reason I was even disappointed in the gesture button was because opening launchpad with my mouse is weirdly important to me, but now that its working Im so happy And the mouse is just a JOY to use It feels so good in the hand, and scrolling is so intuitive. Only other thing is that Logitech needs to have a software update to let you switch the page backpage forward buttons in Safari.

This is an incredible mouse for productivity purposes, especially so if you find yourself not liking the Magic Mouse option from Apple. The responsiveness and accuracy of the sensor is capable for any application at least all the ones a typical user would have. The scroll wheel is really top notch and the ergonomics of the mouse, while it may take a few days to get used to if youve not used a logitech MX mouse, feels incredibly comfortable.As far as the integration into MacOS, this mouse does a good job of offering many of the same capabilities as the Magic Mouse andor the trackpad if youre using it with a Macbook product like me. The required software offers a good amount of personalization for both general use and in specific applications.Overall, while this product is on the pricier side of mice, I think it is well worth the cost and can be a big boost to someone looking for productivityergonomic focused products.

Have had this mouse for just over a year now purchased 112019, now 012021 and I love it. I am a 3D Designer so I am on the computer constantly at work clicking, scrolling, zooming, panning, so I really needed a mouse that was not only comfortable, but remained comfortable all day. Absolutely worth the investment. Customization of all the buttons using Logitech Options is also very easy to use and beneficial. The scroll wheel is AMAZING, I am always having to zoom in a lot or scroll through pdfs with many pages and the Infinity Scroll feature is one that is such a big quality of life improvement. Scroll wheel is also very nice quality and satisfying to use. Underrated feature in my opinion. I have never used the Logitech Flow feature, so cant comment on it.TLDR Great, comfortable mouse that is worth the higher price and would highly recommend. Shout out to the scroll wheel.

Comfortable ergonomic mouse. Has a good assortment of buttons and is definitely an improvement in qualityplacement over the previous MX Master I owned. Scrolling works very well and is satisfying to use, big improvement over older MX Master mouses and is much quieter too.The mouse includes an upgraded version of the Logitech Unifying receiver CU0008 with lower latency than the lower end CU0007 receivers see Wikipedia article on Logitech Unifying Receiver. Very smooth responsive input when using the dongle, good enough for noncompetitive gaming and graphic artsComplaints1. Unifying receiver dongle is USBA, so if you want to connect it to a recent computer without USBA on it, youre stuck using double dongles if you want smooth low latency input see 22. Bluetooth is still not smooth when 2019 MacBook Pro 16 its about the same performance as my old MX Master. A clean smooth movement of the mouse results in the mouse juddering across the screen with random unpredictable skips, even when the computer is right next to the mouse. If youre picky about mouse movement like me, its unacceptable for anything but web browsing. Its even annoying when editing code as the judder and skips often make it hard to select text predictably. Doing graphics arts or gaming is a hard no over bluetooth.3. It has a USBC connection for charging, but does not connect to the computer in wired mode, its only a charge port. You MUST connect the mouse by bluetooth or the dongle for input. Seems real cheap on Logitechs part, especially if you forgot your dongle one day since the bluetooth performance is subpar4. Sometimes the Logi software on macOS scrolls the wrong direction, havent figured out how to correct the issue other than rebootingI still like the mouse and use it every day, but these issues are pretty inexcusable for the price. Ill still recommend the mouse if you want a comfortable high quality doeverything mouse, but consider the limitations and see if they fit into your workflow.

I picked up the MX Master 3 Mac after experiencing tension in my hand from using an apple trackpad. I reviewed many options before deciding on this one and Im so happy I did.It feels great in your hand and has the wonderful convenience of a traditional mouse plus features that make navigating the Mac OS a dream. The gesture button makes all the difference and the horizontal scroll wheel has been excellent to have. All the buttons are perfectly placed and feel high quality. I purchased this mouse 3 months ago and have yet to recharge it a single time. The battery life is incredible Not to mention, the tracking ability is so precise on any surface. The mouse easily glides and has the precision I was looking for that was not receiving in a trackpad. Also, having the ability to click the scroll wheel to allow for freescrolling is an amazing feature and boy does it scroll fast. Its definitely for larger hands, and as great as the Logitech Flow is for switching between systems, I experience more problems with going between Mac and Windows than Windows and Windows and therefore requiring me to manually flip my mouse to change the Bluetooth connection. Kind of wished that the Logitech Options shows the battery percentage instead of low. Setting Bluetooth was easy and setting up Flow was easy. Sometimes the sensitivity is higher than what I have unless I have Logitech Options running in the background. Sometimes the scroll wheel is annoying for moments when you scroll too fast but cannot stop unless the wheel stops. The battery lasts a while before I have to charge which is pretty nice and the buttons and overall quality is really nice.

I want to love this mouse, but the scrolling experience is making me question my purchase. The scroll wheel has a very nice feel, but it does not scroll up consistently in either mode. This is extremely frustrating in daily use.Excluding the scroll wheel, I love the extra buttons, horizontal scroll wheel, and gesture controls. Do note, however, that this mouse may not be the best choice for smaller hands. Some buttons can feel a little awkward to reach.Overall, a solid mouse with a flawed scroll wheel that can potentially ruin the experience.

I got the new Logitech MX Master 3 mouse along with their new MX keyboard and use them in tandem at the office. The MX mouse shares some of the same features as the keyboard so its a logical tech upgrade see what I did there. What a great productivity combo.I love the ergonomic styling of this mouse. It fits in the right hand very comfortably assuming you are right handed. Button placement is perfect with 5 functioning buttons, 1 middle button scroll wheel and a 2nd side scroll wheel. There is yet another button next to the middle scroll wheel that toggles the wheel between a free scroll or a tactile scroll I prefer the tactile scroll.The breakdown on the but You have the typical right and left mouse buttons You have the somewhat typical middle scroll wheelbutton On the left side you have another scroll wheel which will scroll between open browser tabs why hasnt anyone thought of that before. Love this feature.. Love this feature.. Love this feature. The two side buttons below the side scroll wheel allows you to go forward and back in your current browser tab history. Lastly the thumb rest button stealth gesture button I pressed this by accident and was pleasantly surprised switches to task view making it extremely easy to switch between apps without having to dive down to the taskbar with your cursor. Also if you hold this button it acts like gesture control. I love this feature tooDepending on what applications you are using the buttons and scroll wheels provide intuitive controls such as undo, redo, horizontal scrolling great on Excel spreadsheets. Fully programmable with optional Logitech software as well. Its extremely fast and accurate with 4000 DPI sensor resolution.In tandem with the MX keyboard which allows you to connect to 3 different devices and easily switch between them so does the MX mouse. So, you can be connected to multiple computers and switch easily between them like a virtual KVM switch. It also allows you to seamlessly copy or move things from one computer to the next regardless of which compatible operating system you are using example Windows desktop to a Macbook.It comes with a USBC cable for charging. Logitech claims 70 days of use on a full charge. I havent had it long enough to determine what my actual usage is so mileage may vary.This mouse is fully compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and easily switches between them allowing you to share work between up to 3 devices.Along with the MX Keys keyboard these two new devices from Logitech are my new daily drivers for the office. I wanted to like this mouse its well built and has some very cool functionality, especially the multicomputer functionality. However, it was just so uncomfortable to use that I found myself only touching it to do a task I couldnt relax with it. Holding the mouse, I found myself straining my wrist and fingers to keep them straight because the moment I relaxed them, Id accidentally click buttons, especially the rightmousebutton.I tried the gesture button a few times, but found it tough to click, if thats what youd call it. Its more like youre mashing your thumb on a precarious edge. By the time I managed to make it work, I realized I could have been faster without using it.Now fair point I bought this mouse knowing fullwell that I use a fingertipgrip, and was hoping that Id get used to it. However, I now have the duty to warn off others who might have the same idea. You absolutely, positively, CANNOT use this mouse with anything other than a palmgrip.Im flogging an old G400s right now, and its so perfect for everything. However, its getting longinthetooth, and I could really benefit from a wirelessmode mouse multiple computers. If Logitech could make a new G400s or MX518 that was wireless, Id be eternally grateful

I now have two of Logitech MX MASTER 3 wireless Mouse. One for the home office and one for office use.I have had the first one for close to a year. Have tried other brands but not as satisfied. Logitecs battery life is excellent. It charges up quickly as well. It feels comfortable for my wrist and hand. The buttons and wheels are in comfortable positions. I usually turn it off when not in use. Compared to other brands a little more expensive but worth it if you are using it a lot. It has a very comfortable thumb rest. However, you have to try it yourself since it is an individual preference. It has ultrafast scrolling. You can turn off the noise associated with the Magspeed scrolling wheel. For me this has made the scrolling function much less labor intensivemore comfortable. I use this product with Windows but can use it with Mac and Linux systems as well.

After years of gripping the Apple Magic Mouse, I was looking for a replacement that places my right hand in a more natural position. Read and watched a few reviews for the Logitech MX Master 3 and decided to take the plunge. BH made the purchase process super quick and easy shipping was equally speedy.The click action is light, but positive the main scroll wheel is incredibly smooth and accurate. Speaking of accuracy, the tracking is fast and accurate. To summarize, the Logitech MX Master 3 has all the things I liked about the Apple Magic Mouse, but with a better click action, ergonomics, and customizability. Oh, being able to switch instantly to control different devices up to 3 is very slick and convenient.The drawbacks are very few and tolerable for the creative folks, there is a bug with the logi options app that causes Adobe Illustrator to constantly pop up a script error. I have confirmed that this is from turning on the Application Specific settings feature. Its a shame since being able to customize per application is definitely very convenient.Aside from that one squabble, the mouse performed flawlessly, fit my hands much better than my old mouse and is highly, highly recommended.

When it worked, it worked great. The setup was easy, the software allows a lot of customization and I got used to the bigger mouse for my hands, anyway. It felt a bit heavy initially but moved very smoothly over my mousepad. I also used it to switch between 2 laptops which was a bit more fussy. Sometimes it flowed smoothly while, at other times, there was either a noticeable lag or the cursor wouldnt move to the second device. Irritating for a 100 mouse but I dont use 2 laptops often so I ignored it. Most of the customizable buttons worked fine for me but the thumb scroll was a bit more difficult too sensitive and not easily adjustable. Also found it difficult to clean the thumb area and underside the dust just clings to it.The rechargeable feature is great. I got tired of changing batteries with my previous wireless mouse and I hate disposing batteries. The MX3 recharged fully within and hour and I never really ran out of charge I used it for roughly 10 hoursday for work and recharged once every alternate week.Heres the thing after 6 months of working with no issues except the flow conking out randomly, I set it to charge with the USBC on my desktop with the power button at Off. The green light flashed like it does when you set it to charge. An hour later, nothing would induce it to power back on. Turns out, this is an issue with their battery and has happened to others too not very common but not that rare either. Since its been 6 months, Logitech has replaced mine hardware limited warranty is 1 year. BB cannot after 6 months of use although I did take it to them. Heres the gem I got from the Geek Squad guy Buy a new mouse.Overall, when this mouse works, it works great. Still not worth its price because the extra 50 you pay for the extra features like flow dont work too well.

I have to start off by saying I have since returned this mouse but I figured I could still give a good review. For my use case it didnt make sense so I returned it for the Logitech G703 gaming mouse. If you are not into gaming this is one of the best mice you can buy. It is very comfortable and has great build quality. The scroll wheel is amazing, the two modes and auto switch depending on how fast you scroll is awesome. And the manual switch to go between free scrolling and quick scrolling is cool too. The forwardback thumb buttons are great and the addition thumb button with customizable options is convenient too. The forwardback thumb buttons can be customized in the Logitech software as well and can be setup differently for different programs. The only downside I think it has is its not the greatest for gaming since the sensor on it is only 250hz which is too low for serious gaming. It can cause the mouse to be a bit jumpychoppy when moving quickly across the screen. I would have kept it and given 5 stars had it not had a 250hz report rate…ie updates the mouse position 250 times per second, instead of the higher quality one in the g703 that is 1000hz 1000x per second. If you game Id recommend the g703 wireless rgb gaming mouse or the g pro wireless mouse, but honestly the g703 is just as good for much cheaper. If you dont play games a lot then this mouse will be amazing for you

As a Mac user, I personally enjoy the Apple Magic Mouse and was hesitant to switch. Ive used the magic mouse since it was first released back in 2009. Once you have your devices paired, you can simply press the button on the 123 bottom and with the click of a button switch to another device without the need to pair using menus on your computer. This is a really well built mouse and despite my experience with the gray version, I feel like the mouse is made from otherwise premium materials including soft touch rubber, machined metal and quality plastic.Bottom LineIf youre a working professional or just spend a lot of time in front of a computer and appreciate great tracking, ergonomic design, custom functionality. This mouse is for you.

ok let me give you my honest opinion.Pros 1. This is a good Mouse for your palm2. This is very good if you got Logitech Options installed and configured properly on multiple computers. Since you can move mouse across computers easily and copy and paste files easily.3. Bluetooth connectivity for MAC is awesome and works just like you expect.4. Customize buttons using Logitech Options.Cons1. If you are using windows computer and trying to connect using only Bluetooth then you have problems. Every time your computer goes to sleep you need to pair the device again.there are forums for this issue on how to solve2. I feel Thumb Pad button is not that useful as advertised or Hyped.3. If you bought MAC only version you will miss Logitech Unifying receiver. If you dont want to take chance buy generic version your day is saved.4. If you are trying to connect this mouse to your work windows computer expect lot of blockers.Overall if you need horizontal scroll wheel and Thumb Pad button get this otherwise Look for something that is comparable with Logitech flow feature.

This is the best mouse Ive used so farIve changed my personal Mac Mouse to this version and my wrist pain just vanished, like that. Mac Mouse is great in terms of functionality for the Mac, of course, but its design isnt hand and wrist friendly.I was used to Logitech and have been using their products for at least 20 years now. Ive bough the MX Keys Keyboards, was using them and loving it. Ive had other Logitech mouses before, and like them too.With the wrist pain and longer home office hours, Ive decided the Mac Mouse time was over and tried this MX Master. Functionality, grip and painfree againThis is by far the best and most comfortable mouse Ive used.
