I have always had great luck with Logitech products, I purchased a mouse that syncs up the lighting on the mouse and Keyboard. This is my first lighted Keyboard and working is low light it is such a pleasure. I previously bought this same model keyboard for my Mother and was a little jealous, so I had to fix that, she lovers hers too.

Its Logitech gaming G range. They make best mouse in the world g502 Proteus and those 2 match perfectly. Both keyboard and mouse adjustable from same app both same quality. 4 zones for RGB lightning full spectrum. Keyboard is very compfy for many hours i use it in my gaming chair on the lap, got essential extra buttons and just feels and looks good. Recomended plus you wont get anything close in quality unless you spend twice as much minimum.

If you arent looking for a mechanical keyboard, this one is a great choice. Comfortable and enjoyable to type on, the backlit keys are nice and visible, there are lots of color choices if thats something you want. The keys are easily removable for cleaning, and it doesnt slide around on your desk. The only con I can see with it, is its a little lightweight, and if you push really hard you can make the keyboard bend a little when you have the legs extended to angle it. It hasnt been a problem, but some people can be picky.
Anonymous –
The keyboard is super responsive with great lighting, clean lines and a solid design made to a high quality. Its plug and play for standard functions however you can install the Logitech driver to program keys, change lighting effects, colours, and set up Game Mode. The keyboard is very comfortable to use and soft to the touch, with the rear grips giving a solid foundation for typing. Overall I love it its a brilliant product perfect for gaming as well as general use, highly recommended
KMed –
This keyboard looks and operates like youd expect, except for the multiple reports of keys not working unless they are pressed down very hard. If you get a keyboard with any key that doesnt seem to register correctly, the fix seems to be pretty easy.Pop the key off using a butter knife or something else that wont damage the finish of your key and make sure the membrane is registering key presses by pushing it down with something like the end of a pen or pencil. If the key registers when pushed down this way, then the fix is to push the key back into the keyboard with ungodly strength until you hear it audibly snap into place.I believe the keyboard suffers from QC issues or some of the keys are becoming loose when shipped.

I bought this keyboard for my parents, who are not gamers. Mom, 85, dad, 91 It was easy to install, and it was nice to have the colors, however, the best thing about this keyboard is the action of the keys. Its great if you are fast. My mom was a librarian and she is really speedy, and Im no slouch. My mother also likes that the keys light up because its easier to see if she doesnt have her glasses. The keyboard is also very comfortable.I like that its a plug in, and I dont have to change any batteries.
JAY –
I thought I would have more control over the colors, but it only has 5 zones. I would have organized them differently, but it works fine. Love the tactile feel, and it really is an aesthetically pleasing keyboard.
RaiderNationVA –
This keyboard is pretty cool. You can make it light up in different colors, and have them cycle, change in waves, or static colors. You can also choose different colors for different zones. You can also set up a ton of hot keys for various games. The only downside is that the keyboard is wired. Still, best keyboard I have owned
Kashef –
Pros The perfume scent coming from the keyboardCons Barely a week after use the keys are falling apart 3 keys so far. Very faded backlight operation. A waste of money.
Anonymous –
This is an effective gaming keyboard, with a sloping wrist rest, clear key presses and illuminated keys. It can also be used as a normal office keyboard, with the facility to turn off the lights. The keyboard connects via a USB connection and its easy to understand and setup, although a basic manual is provided. The keys are also programmable which is useful for shortcuts when gaming.A recommended product which is robust, looks good and performs well.
Shiraz –
Pros Spill proof Ive already been clumsy enough to spill a mug of tea on the keyboard, and had no issue cleaning it. Keyboard lights up I use this keyboard for work rather than gaming, and find it easier to use the keyboard with the shorter days, when it gets dark from about 3pm. Software very easy to configure lights. Feel very comfortable and feels responsiveCons Its an excellent keyboard so cant think of any changes.
Feren –
I bought this sight unseen. Overall, I am very happy with it. The key movement is gentle and, given it is not mechanical, pretty good and very responsive. The only real niggle I have is with the colour settings. If I try to set the colour to a solid blue for example it flickers from the shade of blue I chose to a lighter blue and back again. Using the software which I already had for another device did not change this. However, that is the only real problem I have with it, and this is a very minor one.
Josh H. –
Not mechanical and the RGB is not key by key, but still 45. Amazing keyboard that has a clicky feel even though its membrane. Fingerprints do stay though, so keep clean hands while using this keyboard.
CharleneT8 –
Pros fitted palm rest, adjustable backlight, has ghub, fit for purpose. Cons not as quiet as I was expecting from other reviews but not bad. Overall it seems like a solid keyboard.
Albert –
Note that this is membrane and not mechanical and if you dont know the difference between the two I suggest watching a YouTube video. Besides that this keyboard has all the function and media keys that you need and are really convenient. If you need a full size board and dont care for mechanical switches then this is a good option. The RGB also looks pretty good on this too.
elGio –
Entry level mechanical keyboard. Does not have clicky feel to it but better than most average keyboards. Not able to changeset colors but can adjust the brightness of the RGB lighting. Again, entry level mechanical keyboard.
RANDY –
The up side is that there are light options, good key action, quick responce time, great perfirmance, and it looks good. The down side is that you cannot adjust the light intensity for the keys, the four white lights indicating the numbers lock, joystick, caps lock and scroll lock cannot be changed to a color and they are big which makes them distracting when typing in the dark.I do like this keyboard and would purchase another if I needed to.
AlexL379 –
From going from a 5 dollar keyboard to this is the best thing that happened. Excellent keyboard, with Programable rgb, and very comfortable to use. This is a very sturdy keyboard and is used in two of my rigs Only negative Ive had Is sometimes if you dont press a key hard enough it doesnt register the key stroke.
Jack –
This keyboard is honestly a great keyboard for both gaming and work. The keyboard is easy to set up and the software is easy to use. I dont like keys that are too clicky or too mushy but this keyboard is in the middle. One thing that annoys me is the 4 key responds moderately slow when pressed or must be pressed hard for it to respond. It is annoying, however I dont really use that key too much. Pros Good Price Easy to Use Wrist Rest Water resistant Cons No detachable wrist rest one of my keys responds slowly
larrcaldwel1 –
Excellent keyboard with great features. A must install is Logitechs G HUB software for all G model devices. For an affordable gaming keyboard with RGB options and software setting controls including gaming presets and programmable firmware this is a must look
Paul76867467 –
Saw this keyboard on sale for about 20 off regular price. Got good reviews so I bought one. For me its great so far, easy to install, pretty much plug n play. Just have to download the software from Logitech website, but that was easy to install. I dont use this for gaming much, but it should be fine for that, good response. Keyboards for me are mostly about how they feel under my fingers. I had a laptop style keyboard and didnt like it at all, this one clicks when you type, but I like the fact that I can feel the keys going down unlike a laptop style board, and the clicking is not loud, doesnt distract or annoy me. Overall have had no issues with it so far, the back lighting is great if youre in a dimly lit room at night. Recommend if you like this style keyboard.

I will preface this review by saying that I am NOT a PC gamer unless you count the occasional game of solitaire or Candy Crush, so that is not what I purchased this keyboard for. I work from home doing medical and legal transcription, so I purchased it mainly for work purposes. I spend a good 1012 hours per day typing, so I need a comfortable, ergonomically friendly keyboard with a good design. I am pretty rough on my keyboards, so I didnt want to spend a small fortune for a new one since I tend to replace them about once every 12 years. I saw this keyboard on display at Target and I immediately fell in love with its comfort, design, and ease of use. Logitech has been my 1 brand of choice for keyboards and mice for many years now. Their products have always been very reliable have never once let me down. When I first saw this keyboard, I fully expected it to be far more expensive than it actually was I really thought that it would in the 80100 range, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the 39.99 price tag and immediately grabbed one to take home. This keyboard allows me to keep up with my typing speed and it does not strain my wrists at all, which is always a concern of mine when shopping for a new keyboard. The last thing I need is carpal tunnel It is the perfect size and I love how the keys light up in all different colors. It looks awesome on my desk and it can be very helpful for late night typing. Since Im not a gamer, I cannot comment on its gaming performance, but for everyday use, this is a perfect keyboard at a great price. You definitely get some great features for the money I love the media controls. I would definitely buy this keyboard again. In fact, I have just ordered one for my husband, who is a gamer. Overall, I am very happy with the Logitech G213 Prodigy. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend it

Great durable and affordable product from Logitech. Great for gaming, suits those who prefer quieter keystrokes. One thing to note tho, you cant individual customize the color for each individual keys. Its only by sections. Like entire Keypad can be one color while the WASD side can be another and the arrow key area can be another color. Overall great product for those with a lower budget

I wanted a keyboard that was quiet but also mechanical. After realizing that wasnt gonna happen I fell upon this jewel. It has the feel and look of a mechanical keyboard but at the same time being quiet enough in my house at nighttime when the wife and twin 2yr old boys are sleeping. It has no dedicated macro keys as I have seen some complain about. I suppose I would ask them why they bought this keyboard if they wanted dedicated macro keys Kinda silly of them. Logitech is my personal favorite brand. I know others love and like the other obvious competing brands that Newegg refuses to allow me to type here for some silly reason. Logitech has never failed me once. I have and have had a G35, G930, G213, MX518, G15, G510s, G13, G502, G602, and a C525. All perfect and never a single issue. I know some hate Logitech and call them junk but we all have our experiences and personal preferences. If you are looking for a quiet, mechanicallike, RGB, and simple keyboard then look no further.

Purchased this keyboard for my son who is a computer gamer, he loves it ,very happy with it. keyboard has different light functions and settings, he says it works great for him . I see its on sale for a great price . I paid full price and still would buy it again .
Gatemann –
Think IBM keyboard but made better. The color keys make it much easier to see at night and during the day. Very robust and heavier than most keyboards Ive used. I have many Logitech products and love the quality and price compared to many other more expensive brands.
sighreally –
I love the mix of mechanical feeling keys with quieter sounds and it feels really nice to type with. It has sound buttons which are really useful and the rainbow glow is a nice touch.
TKnight86 –
This keyboard is sturdy and the click feel and limited noise make this a fantastic keyboard for the price. I would recommend this for anyone working from home and for beginner to moderate gamers looking to put a little visual stimulation to their workstation. The colors are vibrant but not overwhelming and the logitech G software gives you limited lighting options but unlimited colour options. Although the GHub software is recommended for this keyboard, I have yet to find a way to download it to my computer.
SCAT13 –
Okay, so I cant review this keyboard for its intended use, but I rather use it for daily PC use. I was looking for one with lit keys I am up till wee hours of the morning on the PC plus my eyes are getting old, that had easy to press buttons as the keyboard that came with my PC was a small laptop style keyboard. The keys were often hard to depress. I fought with the keyboard for a year before deciding that it would be this keyboard I wanted. I figured out out to set the colors must go to the website to download the software and all has been just fine. The wristpalm support is fabulous before I was needing to use bubble wrap under the old keyboard as typing hurt my wrists and a wrist support sat too high. The keys are super easy to depress which really is huge for me as I was recently diagnosed with RA. The calculator portion is SO much better than that of that small laptop like keyboard I had. Finding the sound up and down buttons super easy without having to look for them they have their own feel. The only down side to the keyboard for me is that I couldnt find a keyboard cover that fits it. I really wanted one in order to be able to keep dustdirt and cat hair because, you know, they have to come bust my butt on the keyboard tray for loves out of the keys.Would I purchase this again Absolutely. I got a good price it was on sale at another online retailer and Best Buy price matched the sale price.Just an FYI Ive been using for a good 2 months without incident.
Stewart –
Nice keyboard, is a bit on the loud side when typing. Lighting effects are ok, but colours are nowhere near the 16.8 million it claims. All functions are done through software, so no need to remember strange key combinations to configure. But you can only customise the Function keys which can be set up differently for apps and games which the software will detect and change accordingly. For example, say you have word open typing a document and you have a custom set up for the function keys, the software will automatically change, and when you get bored you open a game which you may have customised the keyboard for, the software automatically switches and then you can bounce between word and the game on the fly with no problems.
nebo07 –
Goood overall keyboard. Not the quietest keyboard but not as loud as mechanical keyboards either it has a nice feel to it. lighting and ability to change colors to your liking or turn them off is a nice touch and my son loves it for gaming. very nice to have button to disable windows keys for gaming mode.
Jo B. –
Great budget keyboard, 100 bang for your buck. Used it for around a year, has Great Lighting. A couple cons personally is the RGB has zones not individual key lighting but with the rainbow wave effect i couldnt even notice it. Great keyboard over all
Anonymous –
The keyboard is worth the price, its quite smooth, the keys are quite responsive and the pressure feels almost right. Its a perfect 1010 buy product.
LisaLoo –
Wow Great Logitech quality gaming keyboard for a really low price. Most other mfg lighted keyboards run an average of 80.00 on up, but this Logitech model G213, retailed here at Target.com for the lowest price I found online 44.99 tax Keyboard keys have a slightly higher profile, but the touch is comfortable. The back lighting on the keyboard cycles through various colors while in lighting mode. However, there is an offon switch, so you can turn off the back lighting when not needed. For those gamers or nongamers on a tight budget and in need of a keyboard, dont miss this buy
Monica –
Im on a budget and looking for a fast responding antighosting keyboard specifically for gaming. On the back of the box, it says Tuned for ultraquick, responsive feedback with every keystroke… 4 times faster than standard keyboards and antighosting which caught my eye instantly. However, when I tested it out on my computer, keys arent antighost and doesnt respond quickly. Very disappointed.
Mars97 –
Really loving this keyboard I bought this to replace and old RGB gaming keyboard that my brother passed on to me when I got a new PC. I love the subtle RGB colour and how its not too over powering. The keys feel really nice to type on as well as to game on
Emma7112 –
This keyboard is very comfortable to type on and play games for an extended period of time. The build quality is good and you are able to customise the colour scheme on the keyboard in sections but not individual keys. However the quality of the colours on the keys is a little poor, some keys can be a slightly dim. Another negative is that there arent any dedicated macro keys but you can reprogramme all the keys.To use the additional functions on the keyboard, you have to go to the Logitech website and download the software. An instruction manual would have been handy.Overall a reasonable keyboard for the price
mas2744 –
Great keyboard, but broke after only 2 months of use. No longer connecting to my computer. Software not recognizing the connection. Might have gotten a faulty product. No way of returning it at the moment.
Brian G. –
Ive been very happy with Logitech mouses in the past, and so I figured this would also be a good product, especially given its higher list price relative to standard, cheapo keyboards. Nope, I ran into the same problem lots of other people have had check the reviews on other sites. I liked the keyboard and wanted to keep it, but given that it didnt perform its main function, Im quite disappointed and have returned it for a refund. Ill be avoiding Logitech keyboards in the future unless I hear that theyve stopped skimping on their quality control. Not recommended.
Nicholas –
Pros Love this keyboard, got it for about 25 and its a stealCons The switches could feel a little better but cant complain for the price
David –
Pros a lot of complaints about the size. I find this a positive as I do not like small keyboards and i have small hands. the wrist support is really useful especially now that I am working from home. The RGB lighting that gradually changes between different colours is a nice little extra. It is not something that would have altered my decision but seeing as if you dont like it you can just turn it off it is okCons the only negative is that it is no mechanical and if they had not spent money on the RGB lighting then maybe they could have there. But in all honestly who cares.
Treecat312 –
i bought this a month ago from office works and it is great. I am really happy with the feel of the keys and is great fro both typing and gaming. the down side is that the keyboard itself is massive so you have to make room. This is not a mechanical keyboard so it is quiet.
HuoLei –
This keyboard is very comfortable for typing and well built. I also like the rgb light which is lit on the letters only. Rgb light from other brand may be shinning but it may be distracting.
Anonymous –
The colour effects on this are really cool. Its not a gigantic keyboard like some people say, it seems standard to me. And the wrist support is comfortable. I highly recommend this. Its great for the price.
PhilC9216 –
Bought to replace a more rugged gaming keyboard, but the keys on that were too hard to pressconnect sometimes and not very responsive. This one is in a different class in comparison. Very responsive keys, smooth typing, and not overly clicky. The extra functions media player and volume buttons, and keyboard light onoff and a joystick button not figured it out yet add a nice bonus. The only issue Ive had really is the software app you have to download to set the keyboard lighting and special functions keys is a little obtrusive and took me several days to get the lighting working as I wanted it. PS. Yes, this review was typed on it and only made a couple of typing mistakes needing to be rectified. Lets call that user error.
Dean –
Pros The inbuilt wrist rest, whilst making the keyboard deeper than normal, makes use very comfortable and I have noticed my wrists are far less sore when typing or using the keyboard for gaming.Definitely recommend.Cons A few more colour options and perhaps making them builtin rather than via a websiteapp similar to the way Cooler Master keyboards are done would be nice, but its not a major point and in no way detracts from the keyboard itself.
Anonymous –
Very solid build, customizable and saveable game profiles are a nice touch. My only issue is that the wrist rest is a hard plastic so its not super supportive. The build in LEDs are bright and theres a ton of zone customizable color variations as well as the ability to set to randomflashingdifferent funky settings. Keys are solid not mechanical but clicky enough. Overall very pleased using this as a daily gaming set.
FoxTrox –
The keyboard feels nice to use even if it doesnt have mechanical switches. The software that the keyboard needs is not very easy to find and it adds more bloat ware to your PC. But for the price tag this is an ok keyboard it feels nice to use and the keys are responsive. This is a good budget keyboard the lighting in the keyboard is not that great but its ok for the price point.
Anonymous –
Pros Good quality build nice heavy base Spill proof Funky lights, can select colours for 4 different quarters of kbd and cycle colours with different affects. Download application to use macros for games and micro manage kbd. Cable is good quality webbing Keys very responsive and satisfying clickCons No instructions in box but can access online Cannot select colour for individual keys just groups.
HydroFC –
This keyboard has changed within the last year. My partner got one and it was great. The keys were tactile, key rebound was great. However, I bought it today and the keys are so spongy it feels like the dehydrated skin of an old person. It doesnt respond as quick as the older model and the only description of the keyboard I agree with on the product page is that it is quiet. It now makes sense why this is significantly cheaper than it used to be. If youre just after a keyboard, there are plenty that are cheaper. If youre after a nice tactile gaming keyboard, I suggest looking elsewhere unless this is the only option within budget.
erndogern –
I really enjoy typing on this keyboard. The keys have a nice feel and are pretty responsive. Im usually not a fan of RGB lighting but I really like the options they give you with the driver for this keyboard. I dig it. My only complaint is that the space bar squeaks when I press down on it too quickly. Being marketed as a gaming keyboard i wouldnt expect this to be an issue but other than that it does the job.
Anonymous –
I used to buy the more expensive gaming keyboards. When my last one broke the space bar and WASD keys are getting stucked I decided to try Logitech. From my point of view Logitech is not as popular as other brands when it comes to gaming peripherals. But I was surprised with this G213 gaming keybaord The feel is so similar with the top of the line mech keyboards at half the price Totally worth it for me.
g8sya –
I now have four of these on different computers. The keyboard works well with Windows 10, my main computer, I have chosen to have a blue backlit keyboard which is available from the online software. Many of my Ham Radio programmes will only run on Windows XP or Windows XP Pro 64 bit. The keyboard is still backlit but the Logitech software is not compatible with windows XP. The result is that the backlighting will slowly cycle through a continual loop of different colours
Coleman2000 –
I primarily purchased this keyboard for use writing papers in the dark. I was pleasantly surprised to feel the quality of the keyboard. It isnt overly clacky, but it still has a satisfying sound when keys are pressed. The keyboard has many options for colors and just has an overall great quality feel and look. Hoping to buy another one of these for my brother

Ive had Razer peripherals for years. After my replacement mouse started suffering the doubleclick of death and the keyboard started getting overly mushy nonmechanical, it was time to replace them. My old Lycosa keyboard was great for gaming, but not so much for touch typing. I abandoned Logitech many years ago when they tried to reinvent their keyboards into bastardized versions of conventional layouts. Im glad I gave them another chance. With their need to turn the keyboard industry on its head now over, they have embraced the ergonomic normal again. This keyboard is a joy to game on and on which to type. Keys are semiclicky and have great action and sound. The software takes some time to get used to it, but it works almost flawlessly once you set it up to your liking. All the extra function keys work perfectly as well. Installing the software and drivers was quick and simple. Logitech is still pushing updates for their software too. The back lighting is very well implemented and has customization zones, meaning you can combine colors into zones and not to individual keys. The backlighting is achieved through clear plastic injected into each black plastic key, so the characters wont become deformed from paint or coatings rubbing off. The keyboard layout is normal and takes no adjustment period to familiarize or adjust your muscle memory to get up and running.
Jamie –
While the keyboard is certainly beautiful, it can also be customized. The colors can be changed to anything you wish and can be slowed down or sped up. You can even go for a single color if youd prefer. The F1 to F12 keys have a gaming mode where your favorite online games can have your preferred play style registered so it only takes a keystroke rather than multiple clicks and buttons. This can often be the difference between a win or a loss.More importantly, this keyboard is comfortable and very sturdy. This keyboard boasts being spill resistant and though I am hesitant to test this, I can say a few slips have cleaned up well.A bit expensive, but if you can get this on sale, I highly recommend this keyboard.
Anonymous –
If youre used to nonmechanical keyboards, like myself, its great. I picked it out on feel more then for budget reasons. It is also quieter then the other options I tried.Didnt look too terribly hard at the specifications, so the limited RGB customization was a slight surprise, but by no means a deal breaker either. It still looks good.
billyjlangley –
This keyboard is not light weight, not cheaply made. It has a fully integrated wrist support that extends from the keys themselves. The keys are mid recessed into the panel and backlit as well. After software installation, You have an extremely wide selection of colors to choose from. When coming out of sleep mode or first boot up, the board is not lit until after the first keystroke. However, even that first stroke IS recordedIn my opinion, one of the best boards ive ever owned.
Anonymous –
I really like this keyboard. I was definite skeptical at first with all the reviews of broken or nonfunctional keys, so that was the first thing i tested. Im happy to say they passed the test. So that aside, im very happy with the price and performance from this keyboard. Its keys have that classic feel without the delay. It lights up properly so i can see it at night and dims like it ought to so im not blinded by it either. If you get one broken, id try to get it replaced unless thats too much to handle. Your bound to get a good one at some point and i think its worth it.
vixennofear78 –
RGB on this keyboard is beautiful can be turned off dimmed altered to suit your taste. The keys are a little noisy, but not an overall issue for lightgeneral use. I was also pleased that this keyboard features audio controls. The palm rest is not detachable, but nor is it cumbersome or annoying. The silicone feet 2 smaller at the rear one large strip right across the width of the palm rest are fantastic at keeping the keyboard super stable firmly in place. The keys are a matte finish, while the board surface is a light satin finish the edges are gloss finish, which gives the whole unit a very nice appearance. This keyboard has been very responsive with no issues to date. A pleasure to use I couldnt be happier with my choice. I purchased this keyboard at the reduced price of 79AUD.

The light up keys and modern design of this gaming keyboard look great on my desk. It has a sturdy build quality and is described as being spill resistant. Plug and play means youre up and running in seconds. Downloading the optional software from Logitech opens further usability and features. The software allows the user to select various lighting effects and styles. The keys of the keyboard are programmable with more options than can be listed here.
Coesite –
I bought this for the back lighting feature so I didnt have to play in the overhead lighting. The feel of the keys is clean and with the downloaded software, you can program keystrokes or program launching to specific keys, a nice feature.I would like to have a ergonomic spread to the key board but I couldnt find that feature in a corded version. I had been using a wireless keyboard but once in a while, and at critical times, batteries would die or signal seemed to drop, plus the wireless did not have the back lights.A taller padded wrist rest would be a nice plus, but one can always be picked up and added to the desktop, perhaps I will secure one to the existing plastic rest included with the G213.Great key action, choice of color or let the default play every color, programmable keys. I do recommend the G213. Enjoy your games.
Nate –
Software is okay, however as I noticed while ingame, for a key press to be registered, it must be FULLY down. If its even slightly up then it will not register.
Mich F. –
Would recommend with caution. When first received, was DOA and caused OS failure. Had to reload windows… Quickly and painlessly received a replacement from Newegg but, a few months later key 2 and 8 have started posting false data 2 is now 42 and 8 is 8 Cant reach Logitech…
Anonymous –
this keyboard has been decent so far. it does not have mechanical switches…but is spill resistant. it is my everyday keyboard as an engineer, and is holding up so far…
SunshineRecorder –
Im comparing this to a Logitech mechanical keyboard, which I have had for a number of years. The truth is, this doesnt quite compare to a true mechanical, but, after a few weeks use, I dont think thats the point. Its well made, easy to install and there are some nice touches. You can programme the lighting on the keys. In fact, this feature is better than it is on my mechanical though this is a more recent model. The feel and response of the keys is excellent. Not quite the same as mechanical, but definitely good enough and a worthy, far far cheaper, alternative.I really recommend this if you want a good quality keyboard for responsive gaming, but dont want to pay for a mechanical.
JoninKC –
I bought this keyboard not for gaming but everyday work at the start of the pandemic. I have to say I am pleased with my purchase and have no mechanical complaints. My only complaint is that as I bought this keyboard for work my companys IT dept wont let me install the companion SW to allow for more control of the back lighting. If I didnt have to install secondary SW I would have given it 5stars. The colors are nice, and make it easy to type at night, but I would like the ability to dim them. Without the companion SW I only have the option of onoff. I like the feel of the keyboard for my work and find it responsive enough for daily use without issues. I have not had any of the dead keys or dead spots others have complained about. One thing to note, the color backlighting is uniform, not rainbow. I am not sure if the companion SW lets you change that or not. But without it the color just cycles through its various shades. My children still enjoy that months later.

The keyboard its self has a great design and has also a arm rest permanently attached to it. The keyboard sounds like a quiet mechanical keyboard which is very good for a fully membrane keyboard it also has a roatating RGB lighting system which can be altered whithin the Logitech Gaming Softwate. The keys have a nice feel but cannot be replaced. It is a large keyboard so not ideal for a small desk if you need a lot of mouse movement space.
Anonymous –
Great quality keyboard. Feels well made and the keys are quiet and quite soft to the touch. Theyre not very deep keys like a mechanical keyboard so they take less effort in pressing them down. The wrist support is a musthave for any gamer or user who spends a lot of time at the keyboard this was my reason for changing my previously more expensive keyboard. You can customize key bindings and lighting effects using Logitecs software.

I needed an illuminated keyboard that with match the logitech software for my g502 mouse. This keyboard is the perfect mate for the right price. smooth typing and love the lighting. It isnt too bright depending on the colors which I like.
Samuel F. –
I was looking for a mechanical keyboard that wasnt obnoxious, i.e not overly loud and RGB that wasnt out of controltoo bright. This keyboard is met both of those requirements. I will look to Logitech for any future keyboard needs.
Toby –
Pros Feels great to use and is great to game on. Great value for money. The software is easily downloaded to allow customisation. Highly recommended.

Im not a fan a smushy keyboards. Also not a fan of extremely clicky keyboards. This one is a perfect balance I really think they should be marketing this as an allday working keyboard it is so good for actual writing, coding, anything else that requires lots of keystrokes. Hardcore gamers may frown on this thing as it doesnt have actual switches like a Cherry, Alps, or oldschool Model M keyboard. But for me, I am so glad I found this one. Right after I got it, my girlfriend begged me to get her one too. So now we have two. I even set aside a Logitech G710 full gamingCherry keyed gaming keyboard I have when I got this. Maybe that ones better for actual gaming, but the G 710 is now sitting on the shelf, this one just allows me to type so much more accurately and quickly. Only thing I wish it had that the 710 has is the rotating cylindrical volume control. But for an actual working mans keyboard, I find the G213 is way better.

As much as I like playing games on my PC I am not a very sophisticated user. Not for me all manner of programmed keys. These expensive keyboards are completely wasted on me. But this board does is just right for me. Enough programmability and sound control to suit my needs. If I want to nit pick I might say that the keys are maybe just a touch noisy but not clicky but it doesnt bother me any. So I am more than happy with new board. Priced just right and does what I require from it. What more can I ask

There was a certain noticeable difference in upgrading from a generic Dell keyboard to this, but for that price, its not worth it. I should have gone with a real mechanical keyboard with regular 1 color RGB since I find it practical to type in the dark.
SalsaSarah –
On first receiving the keyboard its ability to plug and play was excellent. The USB cable is a very good quality and the fibre covering is a very good idea.. The raised number keys are useful and the chroma setting is good. The number lock, caps lock, scroll lock and games mode are quite difficult to see on the keyboard as the labelling isnt easy to see.The mechanics of the keys are a little loud. The rubber buttons and handrest are good, making for comfortable controlling.

So, I just bought the Logitech g213 and one of the keys is unresponsive. Ive tried a plethora of methods to fix it, but it never changes. I see some comments that this is a problem concerning many g213s. However, I really enjoy the RGB setup and the customizability. So for now, until I find a way to fix the unresponsive key, its a three star review.

I bought this as a gift for my gaming nephew. He highly recommends this keyboard to all gamers who are looking for good value and quality. He especially likes the back lighting effects, Spill resistance a plus for messy gamers and the game mode key is very useful to avoid accidental Windows key presses during game play.Overall exactly as t says on the tin.Highly recommended.
EvaM –
To be fair, Im not really using for gaming at the moment, but needed something backlit for working at night without needing to have the lights on full. The keys have a nice responsive feel and makes using it for work a little less boring
buckljames –
Used but basically new box was a bit torn and didnt come with any print materials you would expect buying new. Few keys struggled to register unless you hit them straight on but after popping the key tops off those keys and poking the membrane with a pencil they were completely fine.

I give 2 stars only for heavynot movable on table lights are visible only on keys symbols and not around keys. this keyboard my estimation is over decent price what can expect from LGS and HUB software are very bad This keyboard is not express for games so 1. when computer start is like on party , lights moving all around changing colors after software is loaded is going to your setting and look normal 2.there no option to setup this keyboard when software is not loaded one setup, and when software is loaded another setup 3.software is express is made to create account on their site…… question is why 4 this keyboard have only 5 zone of lightsnot uncomfortable for me just delimiter of zone between zone 1 and 2 is made strange conclusion I expect my keyboard when software is not loaded to be red all and when system is loaded also softwares to have default settings made by me first part is not possible, possible is only the second part this keyboard dont have option to setup lights by keys, … only by zones very disappointed ……

In the past Ive always used basic keyboards and never really gave any thought to whether they were any good at gaming or not. After upgrading my computer recently I decided to try a gaming keyboard but didnt want to spend the amount of money that a true mechanical keyboard costs. So I went with the G213 and I like it very much. Not just for gaming but for general typing as well. The keys feel better than my old keyboard Logitech K200 and they make about the same amount of noise. I also like the software that comes with it that allows me to set which keys to deactivate during gaming when game mode is activated. It also allows me to set different functions to the F keys depending on what gameapplication is active. It also has a higher polling rate than standard keyboards so it is more responsive to key presses. The lighting is nice but some people may not like that you cant individually set each keys color. There are different zones on the keyboard that can have their color changed though. I just keep all the keys set to a medium gray color because I just want the keys lit up enough to see in both the day and at night time without being too bright.Only downside to this keyboard is that the wrist rest is not removable. It adds about two and a quarter inches of bulk to the keyboard that just isnt needed. It wouldnt be so bad if it actually functioned well as a wrist rest but the way it is designed I would probably get carpal tunnel from the way it would bend my wrists if I were to actually rest them on it.Overall though the good far outweigh the bad with this keyboard. So far I havent had any problems with it and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little better than a basic keyboard.

This keyboard is such a good keyboard. My friend has it and it is really smooth. It feels super smooth and clean. Its waterproof and absolutely amazing. What more can you ask for, for the deal right now
AgamerBoi –
I go this keyboard about three days ago and it is the best keyboard Ive ever used. I got this in a gamer bundle pack that comes with a mouse as well. The keyboard feels like its mechanical but actually is membrane. It can get key smudges with your fingerprint but its rare. The RGB software it comes with it comes in a link with the keyboard, is very easy to use BUT, the RGB lighting can get stuck on two colours and you will have to unplug and plug it again or open up the software. It has a number pad and a wrist rest witch surprisingly works really nice
dannycsgo –
This is a great mechanical keyboard for its value. It is a little weighted, which is needed since it is a gaming keyboard therefore it shouldnt shiftmove when you are using it. The RGB lighting is not fully colorful with every key being different though, it is sectioned off into four sections. With the colorflow being so great, it is hard to notice.
Benjamin M. –
The keyboard works on Linux and Mac but, there is no software on Linux or Mac made by Logitech to program the lighting on the keyboard or set up macros. There are 5 sections on the keyboard for lighting so dont expect to light up 1 key at a time. It can be pretty cool to have RGB keyboard that lights up but, in the longshort its waste of money. You as a buyer are better off getting a keyboard with a solid color of lighting with a button or switch on it to turn off the lighting when you dont feel their is a need for it.

I was in the market for something better than average but not crazily priced. This ticket all the boxes. Looks amazing, has all the essential keys Id use and is very convenient in low light conditions as the the keys stay lit up
AlannahR1 –
Ive used this for about two weeks nowspecifically for gaming, but it has been a satisfying experience during the handful of times Ive used it for work as welland I have to say that this keyboard is definitely one of my better 2020 purchases. Its definitely going to make 2021 much nicer. It was a good price, not too expensive for the level of quality you get, so Im happy with that as well. The keyboard itself is greatthe keys are all functional and arent obnoxiously loud, the RGB is great especially for nighttime work, and even though there are better keyboards out there, they are far more expensive and honestly for the price and quality, this is definitely the best you can get without selling an arm or a leg. Id definitely recommend this to others looking for a dependable, reasonably priced RGB keyboard.
David –
Pros Good quality and feel. tactile keys that are not too small for someone with big hands.Cons just me being overly picky..With the Logitech software you can alter the colour of the keys. You can have all the same colour, sweeping rainbow effect or different colours per section of the keyboard.I would have loved to be able to alter individual keys to different colours. As this is aimed at gamers, being able to change just the wasd key to a different colour would be great
Ivan –
I wanted a reliable wired keyboard that has lit keys so I can do my 2finger typing in the dark. The keys on this keyboard light up perfectly, and there are more options than I need. The layout and feel of it are above acceptable for what I was looking for.Low noise when typing, compared to a traditional keyboard.A more sensible layout for the volume and video control buttons in my opinion.I have not explored all the functions this keyboard has to offer, but I have never had even 1 problem with the hardware of software since I have been using it.I encourage anyone to look in to this product, and all of its details. Its a good workhorse.
MisterFriday –
This keyboard one of the most comfortable keyboards I have ever purchased. Excellent finger feel on every key press. Highly recommend.
me –
First, I was impressed with the packaging, how it was boxed. Second, the the wire. It was thicker than most, braided, which meant shielded and longer for direct connection into my HP Desktop. That was enough for the fist glance. After downloading the matrix file from Logitech, the rest rest was nothing short of amazing. The feel, meaning the key strokes, sound and effortless typing is impressive. I am not a gamer, but wanted something close to the illuminated Logitech board I had for many years, this was a bargain.I would highly recommend this keyboard for home office use. Style, quietness and ease of use are what I always like about Logitech. This is wonderful, thank you
Anonymous –
Pros Design looks greatand itll work with anythingCons The key responsiveness is dreadful, you have to literally hit the keys to get them to register. Having to replace after 6 weeks.
Disgusted –
For a semi expensive keyboard the keys should not fail to work. The letter R and one or two others fail constantly. The software is not very user friendly either. Never again.
Anonymous –
This is my first gaming keyboard and after looking at reviews on low too high end I opted for this model. Very happy with the keyboard easy to type keys have agood feel and sound and the rgb lighting is just crazy. Highly recommended.
KaiH2 –
I like this keyboard. Much better the one I had before made by Razor. The keyboard clicks are less noisy. The keyboard is heavier, some parts of the chassis could be better manufactured, plastic edges do not close perfectly on the bottom side. The hand rest in front of the keys is a separate piece of plastic from the part holding the keys and when I lift the keyboard on this end I can hear material stress sounds from inside. It is not detachable. The keyboard drivers do not want me to buy Games through their interface or want to use my computer for mining in the background when idle, like Razor does. The interface is slightly harder to navigate if I want to change my RGB lighting, and their marketplace for other peoples keyboard lighting patterns seems to show me a lot that do not match my model, so are useless. I had noticed that when I turn off RGB lights using its dedicated button for that yay, when the computer then goes into screensaver and I try to turn it on again, it does not do so, also sometimes not after unlocking the screen the keyboard or driver gets confused, and it is solved by unplugging the keyboard. that could be better, Logitech, I need to be able to turn onoff the keyboard lights in screen lock mode.
Lynn –
Pros Great product. Has nice built in changing led lights in the keyboard. Really nice to use. No problems whatsoever. I am very happy with my purchase.Cons Nothing really to improve on.
BETH –
This is my third replacement keyboard in like 2 years. My job is typing and the others have not lasted a year hardly before either the space bar started sticking or another key did. Ive only had this keyboard a week but love the feel of it just hoping it outlasts the others Decided to spend a little more and chose a mechanical one instead of a cheap one
JadedPeach –
I bought this keyboard on sale so for the price I paid Im super happy I wanted a Logitech RGB keyboard to match my G203 mouse and they go together perfectly. The response is fast, the keys are pretty quiet and the colour options are almost endlessThe only annoying thing I found was setting it up with the new Logitech G Hub for the RGB colours, took me a hot minute to figure out how to personalise each colour section but I got there, its not as straight forward as the RGB mouse. 100 would recommend if youre looking for something thats not overly expensive but you know youre getting your moneys worth
TextFish –
Really comfortable to type on and overall a nice looking product. Extra keys such as volume, skip etc. are all placed in one corner rather than all the way along the top, which I like. The wristrest is very comfortable, though its not removable which takes away some versatility especially at LAN parties where deskspace is often limited. I could level the same complaint at the cable, which ideally would be adjustable because as it stands it adds about an inch to the footprint of the product.I suffered some initial frustration at the lack of any instructions with the product, as I was mystified by the Game Mode button. It turns out Game Mode stops the windows key from working, which is very useful in some games, but quite annoying when you forget to turn it off and want to quickly navigate windows. A simple instruction booklet or even just a note somewhere on the packaging would have made this a nonissue. The box claims Customisable RGB lighting up to 16.8M colours. As far as I can tell without an instruction manual to tell me any different, the only customisation available is to switch the backlight on and off. When turned on, the light scrolls through various colours automatically. This is not a big problem for me and at some point maybe Ill google it, but if I really cared about customising the 16.8M colours I would probably be quite frustrated by the lack of any guidance as to how to do so.
farya82 –
The price for this keyboard is unbeatable. Its a really comfortable keyboard and I would recommend this to anyone for gaming or even office work. The silent switches make it significantly less annoying than typical mechanical keyboards. As a side note my keyboard came with a small scratch in the top left corner but its really not that big of a deal and is barely noticeable
Claire –
Pros Feels exceptionally well made, solidly builtLetters are a nice size and well litKeys feel like satinEasy to install and setupBraided usb cableCons Keyboard has about 5 light zones that can can be changed, there doesnt appear a way to color specific keys like gaming keys eg. WASD.
Anonymous –
This keyboard is not flashy by any means. The rgb is subtle in the sense that it doesnt flash bright lights in your face. Typing on this feels nice and easy. Its loud but nowhere near mechanical loud mic shouldnt pick this up. If you have a logitech mouse or want something low profile, then this is for you.Only downside is the software and size. I wish the rgb had more options and the wrist rest being undetachable makes it a large keyboard.
Matthias5594 –
This keyboard absolutely smokes Razer. Its not too loud, but satisfying to type on. The minimalistic design is great and the RGB isnt overbearing. Would highly recommend it.
TD92 –
The keyboard is very easy to setup just USB plug and play Windows 10 automatically downloaded the drivers it needed. Volume for my PC can be controlled via the keyboard. Its very comfortable and ergonomic which prevents aching after typing or gaming for more than 1hr.The keyboard lights up this is optional, my main issue with this is that it constantly changes colour. It would be nice if you could choose one colour otherwise it can be a bit of a distraction.I was concerned about going back to a wired keyboard, but the cable is not obscenley long and I was supriesed of how responsive it was.Otherwise a solid piece of kit that will last a long time. Very happy with it.
lordbasil10 –
It changes color of the keyboard as you type. I like the illumination in a fairly dark room. Logitech has always had a very good name in keyboards. I like the touch of this particular keyboard. I worked in the teletype part of the composing room for a few years. That is about 6 hours a day. SO my natural slow speed is around 75 words per minute. I am slowing down in my old age. It was over 100 words per minute. So a decent keyboard is appreciated. They generally last me about 2 years. But Logitech is built right so these keyboards I expect to last longer.
PlexyG –
I moved on from a 50 gaming keyboard, the difference is amazing. It doesnt sound very loud, the music controls work flawlessly with windows and I love the game mode feature. With GHUB there are plenty of customization options. With the feet and wrist rest It angles my hands perfectly so I dont have to worry about wrist crams. I dont see any light bleeding from underneath the keys, the built quality is great overall.
RBreen –
Pro Having the keys light up helps me type in the darkened room. All the rest of the RBG lighting and animation is just overkill. Typing with these keys is excellent. a good standard layout that I am familiar with.Con The Logitech driver and utility software for the keyboard will take over the utility software for the Logitech trackball. This I did not like, I preferred to have a separate utility for the trackball.

Ordered this in black Friday sale. Good price. First gaming keyboard purchased as seems easy to use. The backlit buttons adds to gaming performance. Hooked up to playstation to play fortnite as a first step before PC

The best keyboard Ive ever owned and used after so many yearsAlthough its not wireless, its rather big nondetachable palm rest But, if you dont mind membrane, not the infamous mechanical keyboard, I would recommend you to get it. Its gorgeous, very sturdy, nice customizable RGB lighting and function… and oh hey, I got it for just less than 30bucks from a clearance offer… No brainer LOL
RayanE –
A great keyboard that is at an affordable price and can function well along with nice RGBs. This is one of the most value for money keyboards and I received a great deal. After a few days of using it I can feel the response rate very high and my experience gaming has been much better.
GregK71 –
One of the better MechDome keyboards ive tried. Great sound and feel. Logitech UI makes setting up easy. Cheers.
GERALD –
Though the fixed wrist support gets in the way a bit with my recessed keyboard tray, this keyboard is among the nicest Ive had. I have very strong finger nails which often gauge out and scrape the letters off of the keys which admittedly isnt that much of a hinderance as I learned typing on a manual typewriter WITHOUT letters on the keys, I foresee this keyboard lasting quite a bit longer than my last. 910 would get again though probably later than my other keyboards, which didnt last as long as this one will.
Abhi –
Pros Its a good start for gaming and the lights are bright. It has easy connectivity and is very responsive, even with a mechanicalmembrane hybrid switches.Cons Quite expensive for the mechanicalmembrane hybrid switches and is in price point of mechanical keyboards
Andrew –
Pros Good value and very customisable with the software. Feels very nice to use yet remains minimalistic.Cons Software is a bit bloated as it covers all your logitech devices. I understand why but it feels a bit much. But apart from that nothing Im unhappy with
Monte –
I was interested in a mechanical keyboard until I saw the price of them. I love to game, but didnt feel the need to break the bank. This was a great compromise. Pairs nicely with my Logitech mouse and their software gives you tons of customization options. Also this keyboard isnt so loud that it irritates any other friends in your voicechat. It has just the right about of clicknoise in my opinion.
PhilA72 –
I bought this in conjunction with the Logistics G502 mouse. The keys are medium to light press strength so, depending on what you upgrade from, the shift to the new pressure required can take a while to get used to a week later and I am back to my normal typing speed. It doesnt come with the Logitech hub application but its well worth downloading for free. The sync to the mouse for the LED on both is great, as well as syncing to the audio of the game. Played DayZ with this in a dark room and keyed to the audio volume, awesome flash on keyboard and mouse LEDSs as zombies attacked Great in MMORPG too. The wrist pad is solid and about half as long as the keyboard so some may not like that, good support for my play style though.
HowlerP –
The keyboard overall is nice, it has a nice sound and a smooth surface as well as a comfortable rest. It looks nice and performs well. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because I have had to have it replaced once due to what I believe to be damage during delivery other than that it is good
RetroDude –
All I really wanted was a keyboard with illuminated keys and long travel keys, not the flat short travel modern units. I purchased an inexpensive KB and the light was so dim, I still couldnt see the keys. I purchased another inexpensive unit and I could see the keys, but, it still had short travel keys. Then, I bought this Logitech. Its perfect. I tossed the first KB into the ash can, put the second one on my gaming machine, and use this Logitech unit on my everyday machine. Its, quite simply, a vastly superior KB.
James N –
This is a gaming board more than I really need, though I cant figure out what it does that my old board didnt. I has back lit keys important to me as I am often in the dark. It is a bit noisy, and key travel a bit greater than the old one. The symbols are more stylized than I like and it is hard, for instance to see those not often used, like or which look alike on the keys. But it works and my speed has not suffered.
Hugger –
I dont like the feel of mechanical keyboard for work purposes, but I like the big responsive buttons of a mechanical keyboard. This keyboard gives me that feel without the clunkyness of typical gaming keyboards. The color display options from Logitech G is really nice too.
Anonymous –
This keyboard looks and feels great. The antighosting makes for both a great typing and gaming experience. The keys are also programmable and you can create profiles, for different games, programs, etc. on the f1 f12 keys. The keyboard also feature key by key led lighting for that personal touch. Although this can look dull in very bright environments, they are a welcome addition to the overall visual impact.Contains dedicated media keys which my older and more expensive didnt have.
James D –
Love this keyboard. Loving the feel of the keys, the sound they make is satisfying too. Also like the glow of the keyboard.
PAUL –
I was replacing a wireless junk HP keyboard and needed illumination. The sensitivity and responsiveness are fantastic with the alternating colors is very nice to the eye.
wolfmom21fl –
I actually would have given it 5 stars but it makes so much noise i like the clicky ones but this one is so much louder than any i have had before… thats the only drawback. it has the volume and video controls on the upper right side, which is something i HAD to have, as well as the joystick button which is great as well the fact that this one is spill resistant too makes it even better considering that is the reason i was replacing the one i had.. LOL. all in all a great keyboard at a reasonable price would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new keyboard
Brian –
Very good keyboard. I really like the RGB lighting that this keyboard offers which is often helpful and aesthetically pleasing especially at night. There is a game mode option which locks the windows key preventing accidental tab out of gameplay. The media controls are VERY neat offered in the top right corner. The braided cables are a great addition to the keyboard too.Although this is a membrane keyboard, it does have a nice feel similar to mechanical keyboard but without the clicky feel of cherry blues for very efficient keypresses. Though I did find that I couldnt remove the keycaps for cleaning purposes which is the only negative I found with the keyboard.
MatthewS244 –
Not knowing if I would like RGB lighting on a keyboard but wanting to be able to see the keys in dim or dark room, I bought the G213 Gaming Keyboard. There is a lot of options via the Logitech software you can even have it pulse to your sounds or have colours ripple across in waves, the choices seem endless. Has a nice feel and after three weeks use I like it. I dont do much gaming and find it great for general pc use. The only cons for some people may be the size, it has a plastic wrist rest on a full size keyboard so you will need room for it.
jameshamilton925 –
In my opinion this is the best keyboard out there. With many different RGB patterns to choose from you can light it up with style. The software for this keyboard has many different options, from choosing precreated light patterns, to downloading colour schemes, and It even lets you write your own lua script for fully custom light patterns. It also gives you the option of easily create macros for automating tasks such as opening applications and automatic typing. I highly recommend buying this product, you will not be disappointed.
Felipe –
Ive always enjoyed the brand but was disappointed with this Keyboard. It felt great, software to select colours and everything. However when typing felt the S key would only work 7 out of 10 times, irrespectively of what computer was being used on. A quick google search revealed multiple Reddit users having the same issue.I have returned the keyboard and bought another one from a different brand, which I am very pleased with and was just 10 dollars more expensive.
Anonymous –
the keyboard looks nice and all but the features are lacking in the reactive kind of lights i really wanted the arm rest on the bottom doesnt really reach or touch my hand as my hand just cant read it if i still wanna use the keys Pbut overall its a great keyboard and i would deffinitly recommend this for first time pc gamers but not if you like mechanical
Darryl –
Pros Responsive keyboard, no ghosting noticed, comfortable.Cons The space bar stopped working correctly and needed to be pushed excessively hard.
arrogree90 –
Perfect condition. LED lighting is perfect. Software was harder to locate but once found easy to set up and change to multiple effects. Looks pretty neat in my setup. LED not as bright as a few other products such as Razer but it doesnt distract the eye while gaming so its perfect for me. Partners extremely well with my Logitech G203 mouse. Has useful specially set keys which are good for video or audio editing or even for listening to Spotify or Netflix to skip to a next song.
Oli C. –
the keyboard is very good for a first and the features like the water resistances have come very helpfull a couple times. i like it because it sounds like a mechanical but not as loud. havent had any problems excpet a couple sticky keys which was user fault but was easyly fixed after pulling the keys off and cleaning it. would recommend for first keyboard
Yannisee –
Very happy with the G213 I didnt buy it for gaming but rather for my home office setup. I love the positive key action and general feel. Also happy to not have to worry about flaky wireless connections any more. The fabriccoated wire to the USBA connector means fewer kinks and tangles and will hopefully last longer than plasticcoated.
chieft2belly –
If your in the gaming world, I highly recommend this keyboard. The Logitech G213 Prodigy is a quality built unit with smooth keys. This game keyboard will step up your gaming experience. There are more expensive keyboards but, with the bargain price of the Logitech G213 is worth the money. Highly recommended.
Cory S –
This has been a great Gaming Keyboard for me Very affordable, and you can customize how the RGB looks which is always great. feels nice and comfortable when I am typing as well. Logitech is a great brand and I highly recommend them
Hunter F –
I really like this keyboard so far. The switches feel really good and the clickyness is just the right amount. I also like having dedicated media keys. I do wish the wrist rest was soft instead of hard plastic and the RGB could be a little brighter. But for the price, this definitely has everything Id expect.
Anonymous –
Really nice keyboard, very well designed and very robust. The keys are nice and soft to use and the wrist support is excellent. As an added binus, the color changing lights look cool too, especially in low light. Its USB so just plug it in and youre away. Someone said in aprevious review that the only way the lights work is to download software from Logitek but, thats incorrect. The keyboard works rioght outmof the box, installs automatically, no downloading.
groudzero –
I needed a new keyboard. Ive had very good luck with Logitech so gave a try. LOVE IT It syncs with my Prodigy G502 mouse. The keys are very responsive and very quiet. The texture is smooth and the build quality is top notch. Very solid. The wrist support is not removable, so if you like a smaller a keyboard you might not like this one.
ryu.c.keyz –
Im old school, so I really appreciate the fact that Logitech puts so much effort into designing their keyboards. This keyboard does the job well, and the keys are firm and smooth to the touch. The game mode allows you to disable keys for your games, such as the Windows keys so you dont get the pesky start menu when youre about to blow the brains out of a few pixels. The Logitech G software runs smoothly in the background.p.s. it goes well with my Logitech X56 in terms of style
mas77 –
I was in search of an illuminated keyboard that wasnt outrageously priced and decided to order this online. Overall, I like the keyboard. However, when the package arrived, the box appeared to have been opened. The keyboard and cord were wrapped in factory packaging but, there was no paperwork of any kind nor a software disc. You have to have the software to customize the color. Luckily, Logitech has a free download on their website.
Zuesacoatl –
This keyboard keeps up with the rest of Logitech stable of G great. The keys are light and comfortable to type on, and the accuracy in fast typing is wonderful. My old Logitech Bluetooth keyboard finally died after ten years of use, and this seems to be a great replacement since I no longer need wireless for my job. Great for anyone who likes a great typing experience.
jget94 –
The product is a membrane board with very soft rubber inside and the keys are not loud. The case has very little deck flex meaning it is made out of a strong and sturdy plastic. Im assuming the board was not made very recently since there is no Fn key and there is no other option for rgb but overall is a good feeling board.
DougB197 –
I wanted a full size keyboard with spaces between the keys, not wireless and not too noisy. This fits the bill with a reasonable price as well. Game boy RGB lighting was not on the list but back lighting of any sort is a plus, although plain white like my laptop, would have been preferable. All up an excellent keyboard at a good price and nothing to complain about after a month or so of use.
Anonymous –
Key presses are smooth and register with a moderately light pressure. You can rest your digits on keys without needing to worry about accidental key presses. This definetly helps when holding a specific position for long periods in definite games. The wrist rest as well helps for people with crazy long fingers like me.There is a bit of key wobble, but not a lot. Rgb backlighting is bright and software is easy to use. Great board for the pricepoint.
AzeemB –
Great keyboard for the price. Has done an amazing job so far with no issues at all. Can also customize the light show with Logitech G Hub which is rather straightforward and easy to use. Highly recommended
Mic50 –
Love the keyboard. I like that the key symbols are lit and its not back lit keys like some keyboard brands. Makes it much easier for me to see the keys i need when the lighting is low.Its fairly quiet when hitting the key a aswell Definitely recommend this one.
Exavier C –
The G213 prodigy is an ok RGB full 10 key Keyboard for its price, the app provided on Logitechs site provides the option to choose the colors in which the keyboards emits and how they are emitted as well as custom specific keyboard profiles that can be tied to games or apps of your choice. While this is a nice touch the colors are not per key, theyre actually per segment of the full keyboard layout. The keys themselves are domed membrane not a linear switch which isnt too bad since there is very little key wiggle. I would suggest looking around a bit to see if you can find a mechanical keyboard if you prefer consistency, but if you dont mind the little quirks of membrane or have a taste for them, Id say this keyboard is just fine.
Trogdor –
My old keyboard finally bit the dust after 12 years of use, loved it. I really took my time researching reasonably priced keyboards that performed well and looked as if they would be very comfortable to use. The one fit all the things on my checklist and I have loved using it
SimonT716 –
Ive got to have the Logitech app running in the background in order to have access to the different lighting styles. This is just a startup app, easy enough to turn off if you want to. The volume buttons require a more than usual amount of pressure to detect an event. Everything else is exactly what youd expect from a tactile gaming keyboard.
ejthayer –
One major problem, the caps lock key just fails to work on a regular basis. I really like this keyboard and bought a 2nd one. After using them for a while I realized how poorly the caps lock keys work on both of them. Caps lock cant be pressed like a regular key, it requires a slightly longer press to make sure it works and at my typing speed that can be very annoying.
Matthew –
Pros look prettyCons doesnt actually work. believe the amazon negative reviews the spacebar is faulty and cannot be fixed. poor quality control by logitech.

I already owned a Logitech gaming mouse so getting the keyboard seemed like a logical move. The colour changing keys are nice and not too distracting and the built in handrest is very comfortable. The keys are great to use very responsive and perfect for everyday office use as well as for gaming which is the primary reason for the purchase. All in all a great keyboard.

Bought this keyboard for my son but had to return within few hours. Many keys were not working. Tried many tricks from web with no success. We shouldnt be trying technique to fix a brand new keyboard. Disappointed as I picked up from far and went back to exchange with other piece but that was the only left at store. also packaging was already opened when I opened the box and it seems it was previously returned by someone also.

My last keyboard, which was a old, dull hp board, was dying on me and i needed a new keyboard fast. The only problem was i hardly had any money to spend, barley being able to pay bills and all. I wanted a good quality gaming keyboard on the cheap, which i knew was question for a lot. So i did some research and found this one. I already liked logitech g as a gaming brand so i was curious as to how this would be when i actually got it.Well, i was very surprised Ive had this for a while now and i love it so much. Having the backlit keys is very nice when working or gaming the dark, and being able to customize the colors and lighting effects is a nice added bonus. I love that the keyboard has multiple profiles so you can customize it for games or programs. The keys have a smooth, almost velvety feel to them, and the entire keyboard is a aesthetically pleasing matte black. I love the small details, like the braided usb cable. The size was a little smaller than my last one, but it takes up less space on my desk. It took a little getting used too because the keys are taller they are not mechanical keys, but have the same look, feel, and sound as one and closer together than i was used too. The only real issue i have with it so far is the media keys dont seem to work with spotify. Its not a big deal, and definitely not a deal breaker as ive never had media keys on a keyboard before, but it would be nice if it worked. My conclusion would be that if you want a good quality, well built gaming keyboard, or just a keyboard in general, but dont have a lot of money to spend, get this. Youll be glad you did.

I will preface this by saying I am not a gamer. I bought this for work. I needed something that is relatively quiet, larger size and doesnt spell all the words wrong. The backlighting is a once touch, though you have to download a separate app to get it working.Pros Quiet Comfortable to type on Great feedbackCons The LEDs for cap lock, scroll lock, etc. are way too bright and not dimmable. I covered them except at the lower edge with black electrical tape. Also, since the light isnt on the actual key, it is hard to know which lock is onoff. The font used for the keyboard makes them hard to read, especially special characters. The keyboard still spells a lot of words incorrectly

Very close to a mech keyboard. Most logitech gaming devices including this keyboard use the same program Logitech Gaming Software which makes set up very customize able. For the money I truly do not think there is anything out there that feels this solid. You know when you pick it up that it was not cheaply made. Nice heavy feel.

This is a really good quality keyboard. Even better, I bought the keyboard while it was on sale for 30. The only misleading information is that unlike the picture that shows an RGB rainbow from left to right, the keyboard actually changes color 1 at a time so it is only a single color at a time. Other than that, it is easy to use

I love the core features of the keyboard how the feels satin finish through to the layout and the palm rest. Im hot on design and this keyboard is very elegant and well designed.
Metalhead –
I replaced my old G110 with this keyboard.Love the feel of the keys. The LED lighting is neat, but I do wish I could freezepause the rainbow effect because I really like it, but dont necessarily want the constant movement of colors. I couldnt find an option for that in the Logitech software, although you can pick any single color you want.

I have one at work that doesnt have this problem. I like it so much that I bought a second one for home and have this issue tthat apparently affectts a lot of other people too. Based on my experience, you have a 50 chance of gettting a good keyboard if you order this. Your resultts my vary. This problem didnt start until after the return period expired so buyer beware it may turn out that you get a working keyboard for a few months that turns into a frustration generator in a short time.

Should have sent it back to get a replacement but I generally dont use the side number pad so I saw no reason to hassle with it. I buy almost all Logitech gear headset, mouse, keyboard, mouse pad and I recommend their products to anyone.

So far this has been a great keyboard for all purposes. my wrist doesnt hurt using it, and it feels good. My only complaint is the lack of instructions on how to customize the lights. It says they are customizable to my favorite color, but there is zero instruction on how to do that. Just a onoff button for lights. Other then that it is great.
Jyscal –
Great keyboard as I would expect out of the Logitech G line of key boards. It works as advertised and the feedback is pretty good. It doesnt type as well as a mechanical keyboard, but then again, those are more expensive than this. Its great for the price. One thing that i wish would be changed is to have the ability to remove the palm rest. It makes it bigger than it has to be and personally I like keyboards without them. It also makes the foot print of the keyboard bigger so you need to take your space into account more because of it as well.
Jarrus Chuck –
This keyboard is pretty great with all its features such as game mode button, lighting onoff button, and dedicated media keys. I wouldve rated it a 4star keyboard, however, due to Logitechs good service, I changed it to a 5. When I first got this keyboard the 4 key had a very sluggish response so I went to Logitech support and they gave me advice on how to fix it, none of it worked so they sent me a brand new keyboard for free. This is a pretty good budget keyboard, despite the fact that it is considered a membrane keyboard. The keys are at around the height of a mechanical keyboards keys and the keys arent that mushy either. PROS RBG Lighting Ingame detection Many great features Water resistant RBG logo Braided wire Wrist rest Nice mechanicallike feel Good sensitivity CONS Wrist rest not detachable and is just covered with naked plastic Membrane Keys Kinda heavyweight Bigger than normal gaming keyboards could be a pro if you like a bigger keyboard but it takes up more space…
Rodrigo –
Pros Very nice feel to the keys very clicks if you like silent keycaps this isnt the keyboard for youThe rgb is very well customisable and tua software works a treatCons Maybe a bit too loud if you like silent key switches

the keyboard its self its is good, and I am a fan of Logitech, and have owned many of their products over the years. This keyboard is a massive disappointment… the keyboard its self has worked flawlessly. The issue I have had is with the back light, I have to regularly unplug and plug the keyboard back in to get the back light working again, as no amount of trying the app will get the back light working again.
RIRebel –
Backlit keyboards just add something to the experience of whatever youre doing on your PC. And thats evident especially at night when its just you, the PC and your Logitech backlit keyboard. Even my wife likes using it because its seems so much more durable than a standard keyboard. Logitech makes products that last

My order arrived very quickly. My Son is extremely pleased with this gaming keyboard. It looks very impressive now setup I purchased this item from John Lewis because I know if there are any issues with it they will be happy to accommodate.

Great feeling keyboard. Perfect for gaming and writing foe extended periods. You would be hard pressed to find something better for this price.

I really like this keyboard. Now, the description was a little misleading to me, as I thought you could customize the color of every individual key. You cant do that, but you can make each zone of the keyboard have a different color theres 5 different zones. It has a nice click to it, and the wrist rest is comfortable. It also comes with this button called Game Mode, which lets you disable certain keys when its on. I dont use it much, but its nice to have. And it helps that its pretty cheap, too. Overall, get this keyboard. I dont think youll regret it.
Phillip –
Pros It comes with lush lighting effects, you can customise them in the Logitech program.Change to prety much any colour under the sun and have them either flashing, breathing ect aswel as reacting to sound. The volume control aswel as the pause skip are very nice touches. The fact its not mechanical for this price isnt an issue apparently because of new technology, cant say Im the expert.Cons One issue Ive had has been the lights stopped working on the keyboard. It was a simple fix with reinstalling the software… Not sure what happened ther.
RogerR11 –
This keyboard has a peculiar sound when pushing on the keys. It does not happen all the time but, every now and then, you push a key down and it makes a scraping sound like the button is up against another key when it descends. Other than that, the keyboard performs adequately.
Anonymous –
The keyboard is very easy to setup just USB plug and play Windows 10 automatically downloaded the drivers it needed. It is very comfortable and ergonomic, which helps users who spend a lot of their time typing to stave off fatigue. The keyboards has the ability to light up in multiple colors and has a specialized gaming mode. It is also spill resistant giving it the ability to last longer than your average keyboard. A solid piece of kit that will last a long time.
AnActualPerson –
Needed to upgrade my keyboard so i picked up this one, and my god is it good Extremely responsive, keys are light at the touch, and also not too bright on the rgb too
Anonymous –
Very good keyboard. Very well made. Typing on it is quite pleasant. Easy access to volume and play buttons. Iluminated keys is beautiful. The light can be turned on or off via a hot key too. However it should be able to dim the LED lights and change to a solid colour of our preference instead of randomly changing the colours.
JakeF46 –
Upgraded from a cheap and nasty keyboard that had issues with button presses not registering but with this keyboard I know longer have that problem. Love the Led, its bright enough for me. 2 year warranty is huge. Happy I purchased it.
gabrielle.d –
The keys respond extremely fast, the media controls are great and it just look amazing with the colorful backlights. I highly enjoy this keyboard. The keys are a little bit louder than expected but its really fine. Logitech products never let me down
RossS852 –
I always use backlit keyboards, but choosing is hard limited choice overpriced. Had a Xiomi gaming one but it was too Clacky too Touchy. This one suits better. Two minor beefs 1. features are softwarebased not builtin 2. no bright adjust.
Cjbailey4 –
It is a good keyboard, I only wish it had come to me in New condition. I bought the keyboard in store but when I got it home it had obviously been used. There was a gold star sticker stuck to the inside of the Spacebar. the WASD keys showed wear. and also i dont think it ships from Logitech with Crumbs…..so product is solid, Targets execution of a return… not so much…..
Kiwi700 –
Pros good feeling keyboard to type on, good customizable lighting effects, has dedicated media control buttons which is cool. Good for gaming, I suppose.Cons LEDs flicker in your peripheral vision. Wrist rest is not removable and feels cheap, makes the keyboard huge as well. Keyboard is extremely light weight which some may like but I felt it moved too much in use and felt tacky.Would not recommend this keyboard especially at what its going for. Even on sale, cheaper keyboards from competitors are better Look elsewhere.
SpendMoney –
Not going to lie, I had not expected much from this keyboard. I wouldve liked to have a demo of the keyboard or at least a hole in the box to press one of the keys, but I had decided to make the purchase anyway. Overall the keys are nice and very responsive, they make a good click sound for a nonmechanical keyboard. The lightning looks great and is vey customizable with the software you can download. Overall you get more than what you pay for, which is a above par keyboard that mimics the feel of a mechanical gaming keyboard.

The G213 Prodigy is a relatively large keyboard, particularly when compared to some of its competitors but is built well and feels sturdy. The keyboard has a standard layout with keys that light up and colour change however worth noting that the wrist support is fixed and not detachable. The G213 Prodigy is ultra responsive when using multiple gaming keys simultaneously during gameplay and provides feedback at much faster rates than that of a standard keyboard.
AmyI82 –
The G213 is a great keyboard that would be ideal for any user, as well as a great companion for gaming. It has a great selection of backlighting options to the keyboard also, with a range of different combinations and options, such as the rainbow wave setting, colour breathing, or just the fixed colours on the keyboard that can be customised via the software easily downloadable through the Logitech software website. The keyboard has a great sound to it almost like a real mechanical keyboard at a greater price, also with the addition of the wrist rest which is unremovable but that is expected at this price. The only thing that this keyboard could improve on is the strength of the LEDs on the backlighting as they are not very bright, but overall an amazing keyboard built for anyone.

Overall, I have enjoyed using this keyboard for about 6 months now. I has taken me a while to get use to the mechanicallike feel keyboard. The lighting on the keyboard is a little disappointing with only 5 sections being lit and is a little dim. The white colour also seems to be small bit yellow. The wrist rest, for me has been comfortable even though it is solid and not cushioned. I do use the media keys, I do however dislike the square stop button. Dust does show up easily on this board. Attempting to pull the keycaps off is much harder than a regular mechanical keyboard so I wouldnt recommend it. I have previously spilt water on it and everything still works fine, I do not want to test with any other liquid however.

I was looking for mechanical keyboard, easy to use and with fancy design. G213 does the job. Very good for gaming, also for typing. For the price, I am happy with this purchase. The only thing is USB connector sits very loose in the socket. Not sure why, tried various devices and it is just very wobbly and loose. Other than that no complains.

I had the logitech g115. This keyboard is similar and good gamer keyboard. I mostly play CSGO. Love the backlight and responsiveness. Wasnt expensive like other keyboards. Its not mechanical but who needs mechanical.
Kristina –
Pros Easy to set up the button functions to what I needed. Love the light changing feature. It is also very silent.Cons None

I bought this one when the SteelSeries of equal value was blinding. It puts too much light on the base under the keys and only some makes it through to the keytop. This unit seems to have a microphone built in or something. When the light is on, it squeals in cycles. Every 6 seconds it ramps up a squeal, lowers the squeal and is quiet for about a second and a half, then goes another round. Turning the light off kills the squeal but I bought a lighted keyboard because Im usually typing in an otherwise dark room. I have no issues with keys not working as some report. I really love this keyboard and only wish I were deaf so the noise wouldnt bother me.

Bought this about 2 week ago and 2 days later Ive been having issues with the spacebar. Spacebar is unresponsive when i press on the left side of it. There are a few dead zone when pressing down. I havent had an issue when I use for gaming but when I type the spacebar will either not work or it will sometimes double space. Have to mush down on the keys….

id been looking for a gaming keyboard for a while, but hadnt wanted to replace my thencurrent, perfectly workable lil chiclet keyboard. unfortunately, i wound up spilling tea on that thing for the 3rd time, which indeed was the charm that led to the keys stickingetc.this keyboard is perfect for my little baby hands, the keys have a great texture, and the backlight is super easy to customize via g hub. i already had g hub installed since i own a logitech headset, so setup was painless. its not quite that quiet, i can definitely hear the keys clacking if ive got no headset on, but otherwise when gaming its unnoticeable.honestly, the absolute best feature on this thing is the gaming button, which lets you map which keys you want disabled once its on. i have Not Missed accidentally hitting the win key and kicking myself out of games in the middle of a fight

This keyboard is made of high quality plastic and is made to lastThe colors are just gorgeous and are very customizable , for everyones desire 100 Recommend its the right choice for this value of money.

Ive been using Logitech products for the better part of 20 years. This has caused my daughter to follow in my foot steps and tends to want the samethings I use. However, she is not as careful with them. This was the best of both worlds as it is more resistant to spills and crumbs vs some of the other options. As well, the membrane used for spillresistance does not hinder or feel weird.RGB is easy to control though a little older so not as many options as the 915 but still more than enough.
Rello –
Pros The hand rest on this keyboard is most ergonomic and saves the user from an uncomfortable strafe when operating. Keys feel solid, although not mechanical. The colour scheme is dope and the product feels very well made especially for the price.Cons I belive this keyboard is on the larger side thus stretching for some of the extra default function keys on a game like fortnite may be an issue for some. I find it to be very comfortable though and I believe TSMdequan uses this very keyboard.
Hauclir –
Im not usually brand loyal but I bought a Logitech mouse over 10 years ago and it is still kicking so I took a chance at this keyboard. I am very happy I took that chance as it is the best keyboard I have owned and it didnt break the bank. I understand there are models with more features but I wanted a quality keyboard with lit keys. I also like it how the keys are raised and not recessed like previous Razer keyboard. So far Im super impressed.
Fontanez –
This keyboard is actually pretty good. The customizable RGB lighting looks very nice. The wrist area is not detachable but is very comfortable. This configurable function keys keyboard is not mechanical but it feels fine.
Rocky –
This keyboard is very soft and responsive. I use this for both playing games and office work. I love the RGB lights, I always used normal keyboard and this one make my life much easier with lights to workplay in dark areas. i brought this on sale and it is a steal with so many features.
Yorick N. –
No matter what lighting mode you are on, the RGB lights caused my laptop to emit a high frequency noise each time they reached their brightest. The whine was constant with the brightening. It became unbearable so I sent it back. This is not to say it will occur by standard. Tried various USB ports, same result. Perhaps it was due to another factor I couldnt ID. Lots of chatter online regarding these noises with RGBs. Otherwise, good unit. I hope to find a suitable replacement.

This is my review after 1 month using this keyboard.I had my hopes that this keyboard will have the tradeoff between a semimechanic keyboard mecha membrane but without driving my wife crazy with the loud but so satisfying typing noises of a fully mechanical keyboard.FAIL. What I got is a very nice keyboard with nice but not so shiny lights and solid structure, however with the typing feeling of any membrane cheap keyboard out there. In fact, since the keyboard is built with very high keys about 1.5 cm the typing can be a little awkward moreover, after a while, the keys especially the spacebar may start squeaking which is quite annoying. In summary, Im ok with this, but a little bit sad inside.
TheWildStu –
I bought this when it was on sale and never looked back. the only downside for me was the hing pitched whine when on certain rgb colours. Other than that its been a great keyboard and has survived a couple beatinga
