I’ve had a pair of these for almost a year and a half now. However, I’m on my third pair. The previous two pairs eventually both succumb to the same issue. One earbud just stopped working and wouldn’t charge up or connect at all. No signs of life. To logitechs credit, after some minor troubleshooting, they sent out replacements both times. I have either small or sensitive ears and in-ear buds got incredibly uncomfortable really quick, and over ear headphones were too heavy and with glasses they got uncomfortable. These are the ONLY pair of headphones/earbuds that tick all my boxes. Low latency option, long battery life, comfortable for up to 6 hours. So despite the few issues I’ve had, I still bought a new pair after each issue because they’re the only one of their kind on the market. I use these basically every day and they’re one of my favourite additions to my setup. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the few issues but Logitech have been very helpful.

Logtech g fots are the best gami g earbuds i have ever had! 1. Sound: dynamic good quality. U can hear every single steps while playing fps games, but u cannot hear any steps while listening music. 2.Build quality: durable and easy to carry in your pocket. 3.comfort: Thanks for the melting technology i think this earbuds is 1 of the most comfortable earbuds ive ever had! It pick up the shape of your ears. Battery life: up to 6-8 hours while gaming with the lightspeed connection! (Mic disabled) Overall i think this is a great earbuds for gaming. 10/10 One person found this helpful

I think these are a decent pair of earbuds. I had my doubts that the “custom moulded fit” would just be a gimmick, but it’s genuinely very good. They’re not perfect, there are big issues with the tap controls and customisability, but if you can justify the price or get them for a VERY good discount, I think they’re solid. (detailed review below) PROS: + Wonderful, personalised fit + Great for workouts – will not budge + Noise cancellation is just right + Good sound + Sleek design + Impressive battery life + LIGHTSPEED connection CONS: – Really expensive – Tap controls nearly useless – Customisable only on the standalone app – not through G HUB – Weak bass I’m a long-term Logitech user – I use their G502 X PLUS mouse, G512 keyboard, and G733 headset. I was looking for earbuds to mainly use at the gym, at home when I’m working, and while commuting – I have Sony headphones which I love, but especially at the gym over-ear headphones tend to get annoying with how much I sweat. I wanted a good fit (so they won’t fall out at the gym) and slight noise cancellation (I want to hear my environment, but focus on the music). I have very sensitive ears, so I find myself unable to use regular in-ear earbuds – stuffing my ear canal makes me very uncomfortable and so I wanted something in between in-ear and open-ear. The G FITS are gaming earbuds first and foremost, but I got mine almost solely because of the fit aspect, and don’t really use them for gaming. THE FIT: With these, when you first try them, the fit will be awful. You’ll have to download the G FITS app and start the moulding process, which warms up the earbuds (it feels funky) and shapes them to your ears. Then you’ll have a prompt to ask how the fit feels, you can put “Comfortable”, “Uncomfortable”, or “I’m not sure” (in which case it’ll ask again in a couple of days). I assume answering “Uncomfortable” will put you in touch with Logitech support to ensure a better fit. In my case, the moulded fit was perfect. Also, the fact that these don’t come with an extra set of silicone earbuds is unfortunate, but nothing is stopping you from just doing the moulding process again with the same earbuds! I’m not sure if it will have much effect after the initial moulding, but if you just skip the “tutorial” part on the app where it shows you how to replace the earbuds, you can re-mould the same buds to your heart’s content. THE SOUND: I think the sound is pretty good. I’m not an audiophile, I do love a great sounding pair of earbuds/headphones, but all my audio devices have been average tier so I don’t know how these would rank up against other alternatives in this price range. I wish the bass was a bit more punchy, it feels weak to me, but I’m used to my over-ear Sonys with great bass so I didn’t expect much. As for the noise cancellation, I think it’s just right. These have no active noise cancellation, so the only thing you have to block out noise is the custom fit, which for me was just enough. I can hear the environment, but external sounds are muffled and the focus is on the music. THE FUNCTIONALITY: Like many other wireless earbuds and headsets, these, too, have tap controls. You can customise the single and double tap functions in the G FITS app. You can even set different functions for them on each side – for example, a single tap on the left earbud will reduce volume, while a single tap on the right earbud will increase it. Triple tapping either earbud will switch between bluetooth and LIGHTSPEED mode. This is cool in theory, but at least for me personally the tap controls were super unreliable. The earbuds have a “sweet spot” for the tapping which was sometimes annoying to try to find. And I could never figure out if I was tapping too hard, too fast, or just wrong, because whenever I’d try a double or triple tap, it’d only register as one. Trying to use a triple tap to switch the mode was infuriating and took so long to get it right. It sucks there’s no real alternative to controlling the earbuds either. The only way I can use the LIGHTSPEED mode is to spend several minutes tapping the earbuds while it registers each attempt as a single or double tap, or not at all, waiting to just get lucky for it to register a triple tap. THE APP: Customising these earbuds is done through a standalone G FITS mobile app. You can edit the tap controls, and there’s an equaliser so you can tweak the sound. I honestly wish Logitech hadn’t done this – I already use G HUB on my desktop for my other devices, and while the G FITS show up there, you cannot access any of the settings there. I don’t want a standalone app just for my earbuds. You don’t *need* to keep the app, I uninstalled mine after the initial setup, but to customise the buds at all you’ll need it, which sucks. THE PRICE: I’m still unsure whether I will keep these earbuds at all – considering the gripes I have with these, I don’t know if I can justify the (very) high price. I paid £167 for mine. I don’t use these for gaming (which they were made for) and I don’t use the microphone, so I really only wanted these for their unique fit since I can’t use regular in-ear earbuds. Their usual price is £229 which is absolutely insane, and even the £167 that I paid for feels very expensive. I think the custom moulded fit is a feature I’ll gladly pay for, but when everything else is subpar at best, it’s not worth it anymore. One person found this helpful
