You know, Ive always considered Kingston to be the second tier SD card provider, but, theyre getting better. I took a chance on these Select Plus cards for a special purpose. Its tough to find the right reader and computer to really tell what speeds a card can reach. Im getting 90MBs READ and 72MBs WRITE on these with a Sony reader and a normal Dell desktop USB3 impressive for how cheap they are. They have been in two Browning game cameras capturing wildlife, 247, at freezing temps, and have dozens of gigs of capture with not a problem. Probably be buying some more.

I bought this product to allow my camera to take more photos without downloading them. Fitting the memory card to the adaptor was easy, so was inserting that in the camera. The weather since then has been quite bad, so I havent been able to take many photos, but those I have seem to be stored perfectly well. All this for less that six quid makes it better for me than the larger ones now available at about 10 quid

If you need the HC type cards for your specific device that doesnt take XC cards, this is the go to, biggest size for the type. The nice surprise was that it reads a lot faster that the rated class, about 60Mbs, versus 20ish Mbs similarly rated HC cards from back in the days. The write speeds are still low midteens.

I cannot say much yet, Ive only been using the card for two weeks and there have been no problems with it. I have used a few cards made by Kingston in the past, and they have performed flawlessly. So given the price this .5Tb was being offered, I chose it over the other brands I had not used before. However there isnt much you can say about memory products other than they do or dont forget things. I dont store much video, so I have no opinion about its transfer speed other than its fast enough for me. The 3rd party seller Space Bound did get it to me exactly when predicted, and that is good performance, too.

I bought this specifically for high bandwidth video recoding on the original Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera BMPCC in CinemaDNG Raw at 1080P 30fps. Many cards only list the read speed up to xxxMBs, but they dont tell you the write speed which is critical for raw video recording. This card is comparable in performance to the much more expensive Scandisk Extreme Pro 95MBs SD cards. And I can confirm it works properly with the original BMPCC, which is very picky about which SD card it supports.I used Blackmagic Disk Speed Test on Macbook Pro to test the read and write speed of this particular card, and here are the results averaged over multiple runs Write speed 83.6MBs Read speed 89.0MBsI shot video at 1080p30 Cinema DNG Raw in the BMPCC OG and there seems to be no missing frames so far. I plan to buy more of these cards for my longer video features.Overall a highly recommended product for these type of high bandwidth HD video needs.

My only issue is that it wants me to scan to repair every time I read the files. Im not sure if its an issue with the card or the device thats recording the data. Either way it works for what I need.

I got it to clear up some space on my phone, since I have 128gb and already filled it most of the way, this card essentially doubles that. I put all my music and some less important pictures in it. It does take a bit more battery in my use case since Im still listening to music, streaming data from a different source. All in all it does its job, and well. Highly recommend.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Works well in action camera. Size is ideal to last duration of battery so when battery is changed we change the card as well. Cheaper than buying a larger more expensive card, especially if you drop or loose the card. This would depend on your requirements. Over all.. Great item, great performance at a great price.

Brilliant Thanks to some excellent advice, I finally bought this memory card why dont they come with the phone to take me away from getting constant messages telling my Ive got too much data on my smartphone. Now I can keep treasured pics on this amazing piece of kit without worrying about clogging my phone up. It has worked superbly since I installed it. Fantastic bit of kit. Buy one

I bought this SD card for a mod in a iRiver H320 and a iHP120 and it works fine in these players without fail. The read and write speed is a lot slower as its running inside these players. Please note this mod will not work with the original firmware on the 100 and 300 series players, it only works with Rockbox. You will also need a SD to CF adaptor and a 50 pin CF to IDE adaptor and for the card to be in FAT32 format for this mod to work.

When using an SD card for a pi, you need to make sure you go with slightly better quality because of the constant writes. I have been using a PI as my primary computer since getting this card. Its been a pleasure so far

Does what it says on the box. Unfortunately its not Tortoise proof so the mini sd card was swallowed. Should get it back in a few days, if not then a trip to the vets and we get a new shell ashtray. Doubt thats covered on the warranty, probably unable to send it back either. Just love giving reviews, who reads them anyway

A working TF card is a good TF card. File transfers are quick and theres on errors. Not much to say about a TF card in a review. It works, it has the right about of storage and thats all that matters really. I use them to play music in my portable speaker and the quality is great

I find Kingston cards to be FAR more reliable than any other make. This is a tested GENUINE Kingston 32gb SDHC card, and excellent value for money. The card is a Kingston Canvas Select Plus 32GB micro SDHC Memory Card and came complete with a full size SD card adapter. I tested its speeds and they are very close to the advertised specifications. I have used Kingston cards and SSDs in the past and found them to be exceptionally reliable Whilst I have had an odd failure with other Big name brands. I now will only use the Kingston brand and have never had a moments problem. Taken that the Kingston cards are very competitive in price and so reliable, why would anyone choose anything else
