The sound is amazing, and these buds fit perfectly in my ears giving a great seal. Theyre also pretty lightweight so I barely notice I have them on. Others say these make their ears sore, but thankfully for me even when wearing these for 34 hours straight they still feel comfy. The ambient aware works great and the EQ helped me make the buds sound even richer to my taste. The charging case works intuitively and is nice and compact, and I barely even notice them when I slide them into my jean pockets.However, the Noise Cancelling, which is what these headphones are named after, barely make a difference. Even when using the slider in the app, it doesnt do much. I can tell theyre trying to cancel SOMETHING, as even when I type this on my laptop with NC on, I can hear the buds trying to cancel the typing noise out and the typing turns into this weird tinny sound. However simple things like a conversation in the distance, a bird chirping, or even cars driving by are still present.For the price I was hoping to get that true ISOLATING experience that people claim to get from their Sonys or Bose buds. But these dont even come close, which is a shame considering the name of the headphones would make people assume the NC is the star feature, instead of being the weakest one.Its just odd that the ambient aware actually works great but the NC doesnt, assuming both options use the mics to amplify or cancel the sounds. I have a feeling that if the engineers at JBL put in a bit more work to provide a firmware update for these buds, the NC would finally be decent. And Im not expecting these to be AS good as the more expensive competition, but Im just expecting them to at least justify the NC tag they threw on these buds. If they could improve it I will happily give these 5 stars as everything else works great on these buds.

White is not quite correct, they are actually beige but regardless they are great Im still getting used to the taps on each bud but the sound quality is great and they fit really well. Im no audiophile, so I cant speak to miss, highs and lows, and I listen to a lot of audiobooks but I can tell you the connection is strong and volume is more than sufficient, noise cancelling is brilliant. I got these at a great price, so very happy.

I love JBL, Ive owned almost every brand under the sun and JBL has surpassed Beats by a landslide BUT I HATE these buds. I bought this pair from best buy after my previous JBLs got stepped on and were no longer in stock. Within an hour with the smallest fins, my ears were sore and aching so badly I had to take them off completely. After only three hours one was at 10 and the other at 5 so I put them on to charge only for me to later find out they have to be placed ever so perfectly or they wont charge. Sound is amazing, touch control is also on point but the fit and the hassle of getting them go charge ruin them for me. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion

Dont get me wrong, the sound quality is awesome, however, if youre a big sweaty fella like me, I was hoping it would be pretty good, which it is indeed waterproof, BUT, I got hyperhidrosis and these things slip out of my ear so often, if Im exercising, Im guaranteed some slippage.if Im walking on campus Solid. If Im skating Fair. If Im running Within minutes itll slip. If Im on bench, the earbuds will slip.

These are pretty to look at, do not take up much space and last a long time on the battery. Absolutely perfect to use in training. Sits firmly in the ear, and completely king that it comes with several clots. The sound is phenomenal. Lasts a long time and the quality does not deteriorate. It works very well to talk to handsfree and you hear the person you are talking to clearly.

I had a difficult time getting a proper fit in my ear, even after trying various combinations of tips. I believe that this impacted the sound quality because I couldnt get a good seal.Unfortunately, I had to return this item due to this issue.

I bought these headphones hoping for something I could use for work, workouts, and calls, turns out theyre not good for any of these things. The noisecanceling is only passive, and when on calls the mic picks up every noise except your voice, as well as doesnt allow talk through. The buttons on the headphones work only intermittently, and only if you press them just right, and when running the headphones fall out of your ears. The one redeeming feature is the sound quality, which is phenomenal. Great bass and a really balanced sound overall.If you are looking for a pair of headphones that have great sound, but nothing else, these are the headphones for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I got these in december and was super excited to try them on. The charging was smooth and quick, connection was quick and easy. Theres an app where you can change EQ or make your own setting, something I found myself needing to do. Standard setting was lacking in middles and lows, but with a few tweaks, I found a perfect level of sound that pleased the ear.The overall review of these is awesome for someone using them for an office situation where you need some music or if youre in a meeting. Microphone sound is clear when in a phone call, though speaking through a mask severely dampened the sound.As for someone with small ears, these buds were a little too large. Ears started aching after just an hour or so. Other than that, very happy with them.

I bought these to make use of every function they offer. I am more than pleased with the hearthrough technology and at how well they pick up my voice for calls. I havent had a single person Ive called tell me that they have difficulty hearing me clearly. I have already sold a handful of others on getting themselves a set of these little guys.

I have been testing these for a few weeks now and they are perfectly ok ..They are a little too big in the fit of my ears and fall out quickly when I use them to run. Have tried to adapt them with the plugs and hoops that come with, but they do not fit well enough to get better scores.The sound is perfectly ok, but I think it gets too confusing when you want a punch in the ear when you start training and listening to music with bass.The ANC works perfectly well, but out there there are others who deliver much better ANC.The sound becomes very artificial and strange when I talk on the phone with these and will probably only recommend these to listen to music with.Have Bose, Freebird and Huawei Freebuds pro that I have tested these against and will see the ones I have from before are much better.Size, fit and sound are not the best in terms of what I want from such a product.

Ive been using these for a couple of weeks now, and the first thing Id recommend anyone do is to switch OFF the option of voice control. It is terrible, out of control, and even if the room is silent, it will ring someone from your contact list unprompted. In my case, it rang my ex, the last person Id want to bum dial with zero way of cutting the call until he replied and I could hang up. Unfortunately, when disabling voice control, you also disable every other touch function on the earbuds except answering incoming phone calls which makes the buds useless unless youre ok with having your phone handy at all times. Thankfully, I am. The plastic is a bit too hard for them to be comfortable to wear over time, but the sound is rich, deep and full, exactly the JBL sound I adore so much.

Just got these never really liked earbuds much because they were mostly uncomfortable. I decided to give these a try and they fit great and are very comfortable. The sound is great the music is loud and clear with a nice bass. I liked that even at full blast these dont make your head hurt. The JBL app is great with these earbuds, you can manage EQ, set your own EQ profiles and have full control with your phone. They stay in your ears during physical activity and are sweat and waterproof. Controls are easy and can be modified as you like them. These connect really fast and stay connected. You can use one earbud only as mono or both for stereo sound. It has a noise canceling feature and ambient settings even a talk thru setting. I really liked them lets see how long they last, these do look well built and the price tag is not horrible.

Really disappointed with these headphones.. constantly falling out of the ear when using them. Doesnt matter which fittings I try to adjust still wont stay in ear. Cant return as no one will take them back once tried on so stuck with 250 headphones that I cant use

I have been testing these, and I think the sound quality is good.What I dont like, is that I have to press the headset to make changes. It feels really uncomfortable for my ear. Also, their smallest size are too big for my ears, so they fall out every time.

Ive had these for approx 1 week now and I have to say, from the moment I first used them, I loved the sound quality However, they do make my ears hurt like theyre stretching my ears.I love that you get 3 different sizes of the war inserts and horns but even on the smallest size, they hurt my ears so badly after approx 3040 minutes. After an hour, the pain was unbearable and I had to take them out which is a real shame as I really do love the sound quality from them.Theyre definitely noise cancelling for sure and I can confirm that even with volume on the highest, someone sitting next to me couldnt hear my music at all from them.I love the little charging case and the fact it has a wrist band on it too.

I went with these after losing my JBLUnder Armour wireless pivot which a lovedI thought ear buds would fall out while running but these proved me wrong..didnt fall out or didnt have to adjust them once during the whole 45 mins. Snug fit and small unlike some massive ear buds out in the market.The quality is amazing Crisp sound and deep bass. Ive tried multiple brands and models but I keep coming back to JBL.Noise cancelling feature works great…couldnt hear any cars or traffic while running.The ambient aware mode is great as well if you want to hear the surrounding noises whilst the music is playing at a lower tone.Spend the extra 2030 dollars and go for these you wont regret it.

Ive had these for just over a week now and the range in sounds is brilliant The bass is very deep and clear. The battery on the buds themselves lasts for a long time but the fact they charge up using the pod while youre on the go is very handy. The only downside is app can be a bit buggy but Im sure with an update it will improve. I was worried about the fit while running but they fit in snugly and stay in tight. I would definitely recommend these headphones.

I got these JBL Reflect Mini NC true wireless in ear headphones just over a week ago, and for their price they are great value, the accessory pack came with different size in ear rubber buds and fins, that are very comfortable when you fit the ones that suite your ears best.They paired with my Android phone really quickly, I did have an issue connecting them with my laptop though, but after a bit of research I found out that there is a button on the back of the case that you press and hold for 5 seconds that allows you to connect other devices, I shouldve read the manual.I down loaded the JBL Headphone app from the play store this allowed me to customise the features on the headphones. I especially like the equaliser which allows you to set the Low, Mid and High ranges that you want, and you can also change the tap functions on each of the buds, and when you remove one of the ear pieces it pauses your music.The left ear piece when tapped twice will read your latest notifications and allow you to use voice commands with Google Assistant, the right ear piece allows you to Pause, Play, advance to next track or go back to the track before.The sound is brilliant especially when you customise the sound using the equaliser they also have some other useful features. They utilise active noise reduction which I guess is great if youre traveling by train, bus or aeroplane or even if youre just walking around town.I use them while Im exercising, they fit very comfortably and dont budge while youre moving around due to the rubber fins that provide better support in the ear pinna and commuting to and from work by bicycle, because they are waterproof sweeting while youre exercising is no problem. The battery life is good it uses Type C charging cable so I can use my phone charger to charge the case.

Upon arrival I found these a little tricky to remove from the package, light weight and fits snuggly in my ears, the sound quality is fantastic and surrounding noise is unheard when these is connected to your device. Comes with a handy little case to store when not in use.

I have been using these earbuds for about a month now. The audio is great and the buds fit comfortably and are non obtrusive during exercise. However, it is also absolutely infuriating to chargeconnect these earbuds. It isnt as easy as simply opening the case, connecting bluetooth, and then going on you merry way. Every single time, one of the buds will not connect, so I have to conduct this ritual of turning off bluetooth, closing the case, removing the earbuds and placing them back in, and turning bluetooth back on or any combination of these to finally have both earbuds connect to my phone.Okay thats annoying, but what is the nail in the coffin for me is that one of the earbuds predominately the left one refuses to charge on some occasions. Id place my earbuds in the case, remove the rubber to ensure they are properly connecting the magnetic bits, and leave them over night to charge only to wake up seeing 4 on my JBL app for one of the earbuds. This has caused much stress as it also appears to occur somewhat randomly. One night it will charge in the case and other times it will not. I have ruled out error on my half by ensuring the case is fully charged and that the buds are fully connected. I have also attempted several different hacks while spelunking the web, but to no avail.Of course this may simply be due to me being unlucky with my purchase and, assuming the company producing these earbuds are using six sigma quality standards, it could be very unlikely for you, the customer, to run into these issues. However, if there are many more complaints like mine, my issue may not be six standard deviations from the norm, but perhaps only one or two. In such a case, it is better to shop elsewhere.

I love sound quality. But Every 1015 secs connection lost for 12 secs than again continue. I mean connection is not stable between my phone and even between two earbuds. For example, I am running and listening music, after 30 secs music stopsconnection probs 1 sec later it continues after 10 secs right earbud stops working but then 12 secs later it starts to work again and it continues like this. I dont know what to do I cant use like this. I hope JBL support team can help me. I have just bought these earbuds was it was a nightmare week for a new purchased product for me. Really disappointed. I was so sure that BLE 5.1 would be flawless.

I am running then music stops for 12 seconds, one time only the left earbud disconnected for a while, then only the right earbud, then it was ok. I did a hardware reset and will forget device to pair again, I hopes this resolves the issue. Sound and fit are very good.

Ive had the earbuds for a few weeks now and in nearly every aspect theyve been great and exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt find many earbuds that had all of the features I wanted customisable sound profiles, ability to use either earbud on its own, noise cancelling and talk through features which can also be turned off when not needed, good on ear controls and options to customise the controls, fins, waterproof and a few others. I have another JBL speaker which Ive been happy with so had reasonable confidence in the brand. The sound has been great, calls using the headphones seem clear on both ends, battery life has not been an issue at all.The only issue for me is that the body of the headphone is quite large. Most of the time Im wearing them I dont notice any discomfort but I do have a slight issue with one ear more than the other that if I dont put the earbud in quite right it will fall out quite easily. Ive tried various combinations of fin and tip sizes and maybe I havent settled on the perfect setup just yet. The issue is with the way the large main body sits in my outer ear rather than the ear tip part. Most of the time I use the headphones for running and HIIT workouts and they feel secure, its just an occasional issue but frequent enough to notice a bit of annoyance.

I got these to replace some other Bluetooth inear headphones Jaybird Tarah Pro as people always had trouble hearing me on a call, the call quality on these is so much better even with the mic placement at the ears and not on a cord.I havent noticed much difference when using the Ambient Aware and ANC functions but they were not a big factor in my purchase.I have noticed that often one bud will discharge faster than the other, sometimes left and sometime right. The one that you pull from the case first when turning them on is the one that will discharge quicker. I think its because the first one started handles the connection to the source.

Ive tested this headset for about 2 weeks now.The first impression is that the quality is good and they dont feel cheap.They are easy to connect to the phone and the sound quality during calls are good. What I like is that you have the option to make your own EQ profiles which is nice if you listen to different kind of music, podcasts, etc. The sound is not the best, but its by no means bad.Its easy to change between noise cancelling, ambient sound or talkthrough. The noise cancelling is ok, but not the best.The battery is longlasting, but I did feel that my ears started to hurt after 23 hours because of the earpieces are a bit too big for my ears.

These are great little things Ive been using them for a while and I am very happy with how they are. To begin with I have not had to charge them for over a week which in comparison to other wireless earphones I found is particularly good. The sound quality is great on these and what I would generally expect JBL they look sleek and not too big or clunky. The fit was nice I didnt need to change anything as soon as I got them I was ready to go within minutes no issues with connectivity and when I was not using them theyre back in the charging case geared up for the next use which is great

Ive tried 20 different pairs of earbuds from 60260 including multiple JBL products and I have to say these are my go to buds. Great sound with big base. Love the app but think there is more you all can do to make it better. The best part about these buds is that they stay in my ear without hurting. I dont ever worry about them falling out. Cant wait for the next upgraded version of the Reflect Mini NC focus on the call quality and bigger drivers, just saying
