November 2024 Colour Name: Black Pattern Name: Single Nice case, easy to use app and they sound fine. They have good functionality and definitely value for money. Bluetooth is easy to set up.

Love this product. Sounds amazing. Battery life amazing. Super comfortable. Noise cancelling super amazing. Unfortunately, had to buy this product 3 times as after not even a year of buying this product one side or both just stops working at all. It still connects to the phone but no sounds comes put at all unless you try the “find my buds”. Tried fixing it but it just stops working again after a few days… such a shame.

First up, im going to start positive. These earbuds are incredible sound quality and noise cancelling for the money. I have a pair of over-ear Sony which are over £300 and the only thing that beats these noice cancelling. So I highly recommend them on that front. The buds are quite heavy, but still comfy to wear and stay in surprisingly well even with my tiny ears. But be warned, they do have a downside. You might have connectivity problems, or the outer case might damage easily. I bought these in June/July and as you can see, there is a very deep crack in the case. The crack first appeared after about a month, and keeps spreading. I would think it was wear and tear but at that point, I’d only used the headphones a handful of times and they had never left my house. So certainly not stomped on, dropped, or anything I would expect to damage them. And as you can also see from the photo, my right ear bud doesn’t always connect. This started happening occasionally, but now it’s about 1/3 times I use them and the only fix is to put them in the case and open/close it a few times, or force them to disconnect and reconnect from my phone. So not the best experience. 2 people found this helpful

I have tried many noise cancellation ear buds, and these are by far the best. I have tried Bose, and Sennheiser, and both have been over £100 +, and either the build quality has been very bad/easily breakable (Bose) or the sound quality v.bad (Sennheiser). I have used JBL products for a while now, and always come back to them. Although tailored for modern bass heavy music, I find that the acoustic response is very good, the noise cancellation is not perfect but a fair standard and they fit my ears well. For this price, I really cannot fault this product, and highly recommend. 25 people found this helpful

I bought this headset in November 2022. It has been and still is a great companion as I take it to my work every day, which involves a lot of traveling around a great city and I need my music and to drown out the loud city noises. So i CANNOT leave my house without these babies, wether its for work or going to the gym. The pairing sometimes acted up in the past, but other than that it’s been a great set of earbuds, I have also purchased one for my partner months after getting mine. I have noticed recently that the battery life has drastically decreased, I have to place it back to its case almost every hour, it displays 100% on my phone for the left earbud which depletes to 40%within minutes, and slowly the right one follows as well. I’m a bit sad because they are a great pair of earbuds in the beginning i could listen to music for hours with 1 charge.. nonetheless ill continue to use them until the battery will finally die. The noise canceling is amazing on it, you can barely hear anything from the outside world and you can play around with the app whichever settings you prefer. 8 people found this helpful

Purchased these 2 Years ago (Jan 2023) and they are still great. The noise cancelling is amazing and so is the sound. I like how you can change the settings of the earphones on the JBL app so you can have them sound how you like. Battery life is also great, it lasts over a month. The touch controll is also easy to use, they are really comfy too. I had an issue with the battery on one of the buds last year and sent it to JBL, they replaced the battery for free as they come with a two year guarantee. Overall, really reccomend you get some.
