I use this in conjunction with my Office phone Polycom VVX600. Connects directly via bluetooth as a headset and allows me to conduct conference calls at my desk. My desk phone was positioned too far away from the visitors chairs for effective conference calls so this was the perfect solution. Pairs easily via bluetooth, supports EHS so I can answer and hang up, and crystal clear voice quality.

This is a fantastic gadget for people who spend a lot of time on the phone. Im using it in my home office, where it just sits on the desk permanently connected to the power. When I start work I turn on the Jabra, turn on bluetooth on my phone, the phone automatically connects, the Jabra announces that its connected, and then I have instant speaker phone. The device rings when a call comes in, I can dial out from my phone and the device acts as a speaker and microphone. The sound quality is amazing. Setup was a breeze. I cant rave about this enough.
Harshcancerian –
Easy to use and works well.Touch buttons work very well.Could have been a bit more louder but its perfect for home office use.

I ended up using these after looking into them for our court needs for zoom hearings and the ability to speak and listen from great distances 2030ft in a courtroom environment. We use these through zoom and they have performed beyond my imagination Thank you BH for the in depth information on them and looking forward to purchasing more.

I brought this as I had a cheap Polycom this is so much better, particularly for voices coming from different angles

this item has transformed the quality of the telephone conferences I attend. it simply connects to my iPhone and provides good sound quality.

The Jabra Speak is fantastic for those zoomTeamsWebex sessions It provides a much cleaner sound than your computer mics and removes the needs for headsets etc. Ive tried earphones, earbuds and headsets, and this is easily the most convenient option. Really easy to use either via USB or Bluetooth. Rechargeable battery makes the unit portable. All in all, a great purchase
Pm001 –
Working from home I spend all day on video calls and frequently present in virtual training. The Jabra speak is fantastic, and much better than having headphones on my head all day. Great sound quality and features, integrates well with Jabber software and other video call tools such as Google Meet.

I purchased a Jabra 510 open box since it was the only Speak 510 available. The Speak 510 had a problem where there was a clicking sound when it was connected via Bluetooth. I contact Jaba support but was declined an RMA since it was an open box item. Beware do not buy any Jabra open box since the warranty does not apply.

Pros Excellent product. Great on conference calls and connects to phone effortlessly. Its a bit of a life changer.Cons Not very good for podcasts etc but not the point really

This speaker really delivers where it counts. The sound of peoples voices is crystal clear, like very expensive room systems. A great purchase for business use, compact and easy to transport.
corrado68 –
Very good audio quality, both from the speaker tuned for better rendering of human voice and from the microphone. No echoes whatsoever. Very flexible with USB Bluetooth I keep both my PC and my iPhone connected to it.
George –
It started off great but I have more connectivity problems now after a couple weeks. I leave my clients stranded in a black hole for seconds and sometimes they hang up before I can figure out the glitch.
JohnH –
Anyone having sound issues using meeting apps like Zoom needs to get one of these…works perfectly….better price here and faster delivery than you know who
sb20200206 –
Its such a huge step up compared to using the poor mic on the laptop or constantly having to dial in from the mobile for consecutive meetings. This speaker works like a charm, very good sound quality assuming both sides have good internet connection, strong mic, integraes well with the windows laptop and software like webex, slack, zoom. overall A
Strangybow –
I bought this device to be able to host zoom meetings in a fairly large room 15m x 5m with other participants. The volume was more than adequate and the sensitivity of the microphone was good, if not sufficient to cover the entire room from a single spot.Setting up the device was simple simply pair with the device PC, iPad, Phone etc. and the Bluetooth kicks in seamlessly. It holds the connection well and I havent experienced any dropouts at all, even as the device is moved around the room for better microphone coverage. Its not the cheapest of devices. But then again, it has been 100 reliable, which is unusual when talking Bluetooth.Yes, I would recommend it.

So like a number of people, Ive been working from home for the last 4 months, the downside Ive found is the expectation you can work longer hours as you arent travelling and just a room away from your laptop. For me this has meant longer days and Ive found that using a headset for a prolonged period sometimes gave me a headache or sore ears.So I was looking for a speaker phone and found this the Jabra Speak 710.Its pretty small, about 10cm in diameter. It can be connected to a PC via usb cable or Bluetooth dongle. It can be charged via USB while connected via Bluetooth too, or use can use it via Bluetooth only on battery. You have visual touch controls on the outer ring of the device including volume up down, mute, answer and hang up. When on mute it visibly flashes red.I connected the Bluetooth adapter to a work laptop that manages usb devices, this was seen as a headset and was configured no problem. So far Ive used it with Jabber, WebEx and Zoom with no issues at all, the audio is very clear and the other participants in a video or audio call get no feedback from my speaker. Others have said they can notice no difference between my headset and this. So the directional microphone and noise cancelling is very good. This has been a fantastic addition to my home office setup and I havent missed the original headset.I am using this in a dedicated home office setup, Id imagine this would pick up too much noise in a common area like a dining room or kitchen if other people are around, but havent tried it.I do also look forward to using it with a small group of people for audio conferencing when back in the office as it will give some additional flexibility in breakout areas.A little expensive, thinking how much Ive saved on train fares to London it paid for itself in just over a weekComes with a nice a little storage pouch, battery usage I cant comment on at this stage, but Im sure it wont disappoint.I thought Id try it via amazon for their no quibble returns, glad I did and I wont be sending it back

Truly plug n Play, good sound quality and convenient to operate. Ideal for handsfree calls in these times Very happy with this during the Shelterinplace.

The Jabra works, but it seems that there is a general issue with these units, we bought hundreds of them and almost every unit has some interference from time to time, not often, but when it happens you hear nothing else than a cracking noise. This noise is there for about 57 seconds and disappears in theory it could be also caused by the notebook, but many of my colleagues have the same problem and we are not using all the same type of Laptop. I reduced the two stars, because this is very annoying btw it only happens when its connected via USB if its connected to a phone via Bluetooth it works perfectly. Sound quality is exceptional and the Mic works well
intraau –
Awesome product, the person on the other end doesnt suspect you speak over hands free. Connection over bluetooth however, is not always reliable and can lose audio in one direction.
Anonymous –
Its a small and compact product that could be placed just beside your laptop, you dont need to worry of giving pain to your ears anymore. Continuous usage of headphones may lead to migraine issues, where as this speakerphone is so useful that you are completely safe from any such health hazards too. Beside, its one touch facility to mute, increase or decrease the volume is a big plus point that you dont need to bother for searching the controls in computer screen and do it straight from the device. It can be connected to your phone or laptop via bluetooth or USB connection. Overall I just loved the product for its usefulness over any wired or bluetooth headphones used so far.
audra.w –
I actually received this through work to better assist while working from home. My fianc has their wireless earbuds and he loves their quality and sound. Ive been impressed with the overall sound and ease of use. Its so easy to connect to your computer and phones with easy touch buttons for volume, muting and answerend call. It does tend to be on the softer side volume wise but it was specifically built as a phone assistant so it makes sense to me why its not for blasting music or gaming.

Im a professional consultant, and I use this for conference calls from home, with my cell. I had tried another brand Motorola Roadster Pro, and this one works soooo much better. Finally, my colleagues can hear me as clearly as I can hear them. I have had zero complaints about call quality. I do a lot of calls with multiple people from multiple locations, and some of them are in conference rooms together. One of the things I really like is that the speakerphone is very quick and easy to connect once your phone knows it simply hold the On button for 12 seconds. All buttons onoff, battery life, volume, mute, etc. are touch sensitive spots on the rim, clearly marked. When you press mute, red lights show around the rim to remind you. Or you can use the mute on your phone. The battery charge holds for a long time. I was in a 3 hour meeting the other day, and it used maybe 14 of the battery charge. I bought the model with the dongle. It wraps around the base and stays our of the way when not in use. I plug the USB into my computer whenever I want to charge it. I leave the speakerphone sitting on my monitors base until I need it. It has a nice cloth, zippered sleeve for when I go on the road.If you need to move the speaker while youre on a call, be careful about not touching the rim and accidentally triggering one of the buttons. When this one dies, Ill be buying it again unless Jabra comes out with an enhanced model. This has everything I need and the call qual.

This thing literally saved my life. If it werent for this external speaker my ears would be broken. The sound quality is excellent. Not just of the people you talk with, but also of you when you talk. There is no echo that is caused when I speak through the speakerphone to people on the line. I have never gotten any comments back from anyone that it is difficult to hear in fact, it has been just the opposite. Most people I talked to after I first got this device commented on how clear and easy it is to understand compared to other people. My husband even used it to do remote music teaching during the pandemic. The quality of the sound was still good despite the louder volume. The one thing I think I can suggest that Jabra develop is AI that can determine when to mute people because they are inappropriately off mute or just otherwise stupid, and then send a signal to that persons computer to mute them or even better just drop them from the call. That would save a lot of uncomfortable discussions.
squashbear15 –
It works well. Doesnt require any special drivers. I think that it is a bit overpriced, however I would purchase another if it stopped working.
to6od –
not much of a set up needed, easy and intuitive to use, its perfect for conference calls, good for music, generally great

This is a fantastic product that is easily recognized by all your telecommunication programs. Works perfectly with LnycSkype for Business. So nice to no longer have to wear a headset for every phone call.
gvanschocta –
Needed a small conference room speaker when using WebEx. Setup was simple and completely compatible with WebEx. The voice mics and and speaker worked great. Would definitely buy again if need for other rooms.

Perfect this new modul works perfect with my iphone, ipad and notebook Can highly recommend.
fickledee –
This works great so far. I purchased it to go with my Ooma Telo and it works well enough if I dial the number. Where it falls down, and this is perhaps more a Ooma Telo issue than the Jabra Speak 510 issue is with the ATT teleconference service where I have to push a 1 to enter the teleconference. If I have ATT call me, and I answer with the Jabra, I cant enter the required 1. I think it works okay if I use my cellphone but then the coverage is spotty and it can deliver less than optimal results. It works great on my Google Hangouts via my PC and being able to travel with it is a bonus.Overall I am liking it Ooma Telo issues aside.

Very easy to connect, set up and use. A great addition for video conferencing

I got that speaker microphone once I started working from home because of COVID pandemic. It is very convenient. Has a clear sound and what I like the most is the microphone as it deliver a smooth noise cleared sound during meetings.

Improves the sound volume and quality in online meetings. Easy to use.

We were using an old laptop and speakers for our weekly hybrid Zoom meeting some participants online as well as 48 users in a room, and had limitations on how we could setup the AV equipment. We were a bit apprehensive about purchasing the Jabra but it was so easy to setup and use, and has made our meeting much more user friendly. no more speaker leads and power plugs. The audio volume is good, not great but is sufficient for our needs and its improved the online participants experience having the mic closer to the people speaking in the room. Very Happy with the purchase.

Superb mic pickup from any angle, never heard any echo or feedback. It works plugged in USB, or over bluetooth.
Daniel –
Having ditched my landline I use this for hands free calling in my home office.Sound quality is excellent and I have only had a few comments from callers that I am hard to hear.I have one with the speaker that are more an annoyance than a defectEvery time it connects to my phone it announces loudly connected to mobile device and when it disconnects it says disconnected from mobile device . As I move around the house going in and out of range it barks these notices quite often , and because Bluetooth connections are never that stable over time, it will even do it while I am sitting at my desk with my phone. As far as I know there is no way to disable these audio alerts without turning Bluetooth off altogether.
Etaoin –
Of the items that I have bought from Wizeberry and have given 5 stars, this is one of the easy ones. We are using this speakermic for remote training sessions over GoToMeeting. It works well on both ends. The speaker handles high volumes without distortion.Though I would not use it for music, the sound quality is noticeably better than speakerphone.Going the other way, the microphone picks up voices well. Our group is approximately 25 people in a room that is 20 x 30 feet. The presenter at the other end can hear all of us, and has heard people whisper asides, to our embarrassment yikes. So, for meetings, the quality of transmission is perfect clarity has never been the weak link. The Speak410 is USB plug and play, so if you have technical problems, check that the mic is not muted conversely, you may want to make sure that it is.Also, go into your control panel to make sure that you have the Speak410 set as an audio output device. The first time we used it, the presenter could hear us, but we couldnt hear her until we set audio preferences in Windows. We have found that OpenBroadcast works well for recording our sessions. The setup can be a bit finicky, but OpenBroadcast shows microphone levels and will record a video of the desktop.Again, though, make sure that you stop recording andor mute the microphone at the end of the session so you dont inadvertently record postmeeting banter.

Its a great little portable conference speaker. Super useful when you need to have a conference call.

This speakerphone works really well and we have been pleased with the quality. Connecting to devices is simple. We use the speakerphone as an external micspeaker for a desktop computer where we run meetings via Skype, Slack etc. I have also used it to connect to a mobile phone for calls. We have not had any issues with this speakerphone.
wnbaphoenix –
Very easy to use and others can also connect with their Bluetooth so it doenst just have to be the same person present. Sound quality is great and its so small and easily to transport to be mobile wherever the meeting is taking place. Everyone can hear you speak and best part, the caller can hear everyone else without struggling to hear you speak on the mic.
dlav104795 –
Really good for those hours of telephone meetings, sound and audio really clear, battery life lasts me a couple of day so limited need to have it attached to the pc.
MikeH4922 –
The Jabra represents maximum value for a product that far exceeds what you would expect to receive for a product at this price point. Amazing clarity of sound combined with exceptional noise cancelling microphone makes it easy to communicate in any meeting setting . Small, lightweight and with its built in USB cable storage and fabric travel case it is ideal to travel with, Operates on either the built in battery that charges via USB connection and connects via Bluetooth or can be operated directly using the built in USB cable. I have used this product for 6 months now and cant fault it , Highly recommended…..by far the best device I have purchased in a very long time
Lutzy –
Using this product in all of our small and large meeting rooms and works well with Zoom and Skype. Excellent product
SAMUEL –
A convenient and compact Bluetooth solution for an external microphonespeaker combination. Well functioning, high quality.
Anonymous –
I brought this for online meetings where some of us are in the same venue and others are online. It works well for that the microphone picks us up clearly even in a medium sized room, and the speaker is powerful enough to be heard across a large room.
GregH –
I travel a lot for business and I have this speaker dual homed to my laptop via USB and cell phone via Bluetooth, and it works great as a portable speaker phone for travel. Ive tested it on both Skype for Business calls and Cisco Jabber calls, and the sound quality is amazing. In comparison to my PC, iPhone 7 and my Microsoft HD webcam mic, this product has the best microphone sensitivity and background white noise cancellation. Very happy with the purchase.Update July 2018Nearly a year after this was purchased and initially reviewed, it is still performing at the same excellent level as when I bought it. Since the original review last summer, Ive probably made 100 hours of conference calls on it via USB cable and it is also my goto speaker in my home office when Im having issues with call quality on a desk phone, or when my headset battery dies. Ive successfully used this speaker on a recent model IBMLenovo Thinkpad, HP Elitebook, and a Dell Latitude businessgrade laptop model. The speaker has performed flawlessly on all of them. Last month I had to take a call in a network room where the speaker was literally placed 12 away from a Cisco 3750 switch, and the conference participants couldnt hear the background fan noise from the switch. Id say the background noise cancellation is probably the best Ive ever experienced from any Speakerphone model. If I could rate this item 65 stars, I would.
grmho98 –
I bought this as Id used the more expensive one at my previous company. Im not disappointed at all with this version, great bit if kit. I use it daily for Teams calling and its so much better than the laptop speakers and microphone. Shop around as you can get some good deals on them. That much so I bought another one. One day we will go back to office working and the 2nd one will be so useful.
Rarablue –
Bought this a month ago for video conferencing. Works well connects easily without fuss to my laptop and phone. Microphone picks up sound well. Sound is a bit tinny but its a speakerphone not high end speaker.
violeta.a –
I had this speaker for 2 years. Its portable and easy to use, it easily connects via Bluetooth or USB. Sounds quality is great. The reason i took a star off was after the second year, the audio mic and speaker quality both degraded severely and couldnt use this device any longer. But while it was working it worked well.
Petter –
Finally, I spent some good money on a good quality product. No more uh, you are breaking up, I cannot hear you, or lousy sound. This thing when volume is set to max, fills the room, and the person on the other end says they can hear me loud and clear. I normally have it connected to my laptop via USB, and use it with Skype, GotoMeeting, and WebEx. Sometimes, with a simple press of the bluetooth button, it pairs to my cell phone and I can make handsfree calls with great audio there too. Comes with a nice little carry pouch. It can be wireless via bluetooth, wired via aux cable or USB.
aslamiqbal –
No more struggling with mic and speaker settings must for work from home . Good quality mic and speakers
Communicator –
I bet you this speaker gets 3 hours of use daily on calls, and 5 more as my laptop audio source the remainder of the day. Love taking this to impromptu meetings and whipping it out on the table for a conference call. Everyones always stunned that an iPhone and this little speakerphone can so effectively replace a system we all paid hundred and hundreds to install just a couple years ago. Totally worth it for a mobile or homebased workforce that takes a lot of calls, and way nicer than being stuck on headsets if you have your own office.
nautical738 –
My go to for echo cancelling conference call. Super easy to connect and seamless operation. Highly recommend.
Jonathan –
I love this thing.Pros Acts as a standard USB audio device, making it plugandplay compatible with any OS, and even your smartphone with an adapter. Bluetooth pairing works very well, and can be toggled at the touch of a button. Audio quality isnt as good as my wired PC headset I wouldnt expect that from a speakerphone, but its way better than my phones earpiecemic or speakerphone functions. People say it sounds very good. I typically sit about 3 feet from the speaker at my computer desk, but have used it over slightly longer distances with good effect. Touch controls on the device are very good not perfect, but thats because Im someone who prefers physical buttons. Turning the device off disconnects the USB audio device from your PC, meaning that you can leave it plugged in all the time, and when you turn it on, your computers audio will switch to it automatically tested in Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04. Cord wraps up on the device. This makes it reasonably portable, easily stowed in a backpack or whatever youre traveling with.Cons Bluetooth audio quality isnt as good as USB audio quality, but this is really the fault of the Bluetooth handsfree profile that is used. I would love to see these devices support a newer profile so that audio quality were higher. But, if its that important to you, just plug the USB in. Touch controls for answeringending calls do not present to the computer as a standard USB keyboard. This means you need the Ja.
tanp –
Very happy with this. Bought it for my home office. I take it along when i travel and it works well.
Anonymous –
I purchased this to use at small project meetings. We normally have 45 people sitting around this device and 45 others dialing in from Skype or Teams on headsets. Unfortunately the audio isnt clear enough for the remote people to hear us clearly and it is only marginally better than sitting around my laptop. On the plus side, we can hear the remote callers much more clearly now.

I have been using this daily whilst working from home. It is has superb sound quality and saves me using headphones at my desk. USB for laptop PC and bluetooth connection for smartphone or tablet. Highly recommended.

The Jabra 510 pairs easily with my Mac and works better than the more expensive 710 for voice clarity on conference calls. The 710 has better volume, but the surroundsound effect slightly distorts the clarity when the person speaking is soft spoken, where the 510 stays sharper for soft spoken voice clarity, but the volume is too low for my needs. I discovered the eMeet 2 which looks very similar, is more expensive at 189 on Wizeberry, but it has greater volume with a soft spoken voice so the eMeet is better for my purposes.
tbarne38 –
I have three of these and use them with a cell phone and VOIP phones. They are excellent. I use one 4 hours plus per day. The sound quality is good and people on the other end of the line tell me they cannot tell that I am not speaking into a handset.
therealdrphil –
Excellent little USB Bluetooth speakerphone. Works great Integrates nicely to Cisco Jabber Microsoft Teams. If I mute myself in Microsoft Teams, the Jabra box shows red lights to show it is muted.

This is amazing. So ease to connect with computer or mobile device. Performing well in car and also in the meeting room 15m2, 8 people for conference calls. Attached USB receiver works immediately. This thing just works Recommended.

Already own one for the office conference room. Loved it so much I bought a 2nd one to leave in my backpack for business travel
MdS1791 –
I dont give many 5 star reviews but this one is just the beesknees for sound quality, functionality and ease of use. In fact Id take this to work and use my cell phone instead of the speakerphone on the ubiquitous IP phones which are ever so present in offices today. Lets face it, we all dont want to spend several Benjamins or into the 4 figures for the commercial Polycoms but we also dont want something that lasts less than a couple years. Ive bought the Anker brands and other affordable versions of speakerphones but they are fragile, lack a decent dynamic range and sometimes come with awkward controls or poor bluetooth connectivity e.g. Bluetooth ver2.0.Enter the Jabra Speak 510.This puppy is not only sized small enough to easily toss into your computer bag but it even comes with its own custom padded neoprene case. The cable for charging neatly tucks away underneath the unit with even enough forethought by the designers to ensure that the USB connector can click into place without awkward tabs, etc. This means you dont have to worry if you forgot your microminiABC USB or proprietary power cable. But even if you did, Ive gotten several hours of conference calls with this workhorse. Ive used it at least 67 hours per week without a recharge. The controls are capacitive touch and the LEDs are multicolored and easy to understand without any instructions. Hit the battery button and youll get a red or all greens when fully charged fuel gauge style me.

No need to have headphones on all day This is a great product, very simple to use, sound is really clear. This small device will stay with me for all conference meeting. I use Teams, Skype, Zoom and it works perfectly

Exceeded all my expectations picks up voice clearly from 8 feet away and speaker is great. Other great aspects are battery life, ease of use, and bluetooth pairing. I have no complaints whatsoever.

using in home office as I got tired of wearing a headset all day. this product is simple to use . i am very happy
Vallaka –
Plug and play easy to use. I spend lot of time on calls and I used to get some complaints in the past with background noise using other wireless headsets but this speaker has solved all those issues. From this day I tuned this device one I did not get single reported issue. With the speaker option its even better for ears.
talhashah –
I was tired of wearing headphones all the time. This is awesome. The convenience of putting calls on mute with one tap on the device is worth the money alone. Integration with Skype and Skype for business is awesome although, I wish tapping on green phone icon would automatically launch Skype. The speaker quality is also fantastic. I listen to Spotify on the speaker when I am not using it for calls and I am very satisfied with it. I got the Bluetooth version because it was on sale, but for desktop use the 410 model should be as good as this one.
followyourbliss0 –
Easy to install, use and charge. Small, portable, welldesigned, neat little carry case, great sound quality and functionality. I highly recommend this product.
Mr –
First let me say this is not the first speaker I have tried out to work with our cell phones, but the first to work well with all of them and work very well. The speaker arrived ontime and packaged to protect the product well during shipping. Setup was quick and easy, the use of the speaker is very intuitive with the icons on the speaker for volume and Bluetooth.I was worried about the touch technology used on the rim of the speaker to turn it offon, mute as well as answering calls, it has worked flawlessly. The sound quality for a speaker of this size is surprisingly good, the microphone has decent gain and works well as a speaker phone. The battery life has been good so far, charged it once and used it for a few weeks without recharging, mind you I am not using it all day but frequently and at an absolute minimum of an hour per day. I have plans to use it for movie night with my girls when we are away from home with the laptop tooI have already recommended this to others and bought an one as a gift too.
forrestjean –
I thought it would be plug and play, but installed the app to get it fully functional. It works well with Zoom meetings for both speaker and microphone, with no feedback.
nia.n –
This speaker is my everyday unit. I use this for all my calls, as I often work remotely and all my calls are done VoIP through the computer. I often sit on calls that are upwards of two hours long, so I prefer not to keep an earpiece in even the most comfortable unit gets a little annoying after being on all day. This offers excellent sound quality for both myself and my audience, and best of all it doesnt sound like Im talking over a speaker. The charger portUSB is fully integrated and nests within the base of the unit, so it wont accidentally detach or be lost. And because its a standard USB, this will work with just about any piece of technology you have. This also comes with a simple ziparound case so you can toss this in your bag without it getting dusty or knocking about. This also has a feltbottomed pedestal which grips nicely onto surfaces without leaving an marks or scratches. I highly recommend this if you spend a lot of time on calls. Its held up for two years so far with no issues at all.

Perfetc solution for home office. I can use it on my mobile phone, computer for skype calls. The speakerphone gives amazing clarity to the listener at the other end,The unit was easy to set up up in seconds and paired with my phone All the controls are simple to use.The microphone is good and will pick up other noises close as it is supposed to be used centrally on a desk with a number of people around. An excellent solution if you are looking for an alternative to using a headset in a quiet office or home environment.

It is easy to set up and move from one computer to any other Bluetooth device. The sound is great for both the microphone and speaker

Ordered this product to support the increasing number of teams and other video conferencing calls that last more than 30 minutes. The Jabra unit means I can use in a closed meeting room with others and the audio pickup is of high quality. It also means no audio feedback loops or sore ears from using ear phones.

Easy to set up and use, for me works great from desktop PC and laptop. Great alternative to some other very expensive Tc devices.

The Jabra 510 is an excellent device It is excellent at picking up voice from anywhere in the room, and the sound quality is excellent. I also own a 710, which is much superior to the 510 in audio quality if you are interested in playing music through the device. But for pure office related work and telephone calls, the 510 is an excellent choice and I recommend.

As we went into lockdown, I bought this as a gift for my wife to improve her conference call experience. We have been using it with our iPhones and it has worked perfectly offering good quality sound at both ends. We have also found ourselves using it for Facetime etc to keep in touch with friends and family meaning that we can move the phone further away to get a wider camera angle. The built in USB cable is really handy for charging and it seems to last ages between charges. It also works perfectly whilst charging so calls can continue regardless. Included is also a nice soft carry case to protect it if being carried around in a bag but it seems to be pretty robust.Highly recommended.

A very good and compact conference speaker and also inexpensive. Volume on it was very clear and was quite clear to the other party as well. Very easy setup to our meeting room computer via bluetooth. Very straightforward to start it just turn it on and it links up automatically.

I have two of these speakers, one I leave on my work computer and the other I use when traveling. These are great for group meetings, conferencing, providing clear audio and perfect when there are multiple speakers in a group meeting.Excellent value product for the job it does.

Purchased for a home office during COVID19lockdown, works very well via Bluetooth for a Windows 10 PC and Mac. Was able to produce clear sound and pick up our voice without issue.Would not hesitate to recommend for use in a home office.

Works great noise cancelling works perfect. No need to ever mute when you are in a meeting

Very easy to set up and use. Nice clear sound on calls. And the microphone easily manages to pick up four or five voices around a table. Not to mention that its much cheaper than the competition

Really conflicted here as 85 of the time, this works really well, but sadly every call im on is interupted by crackling that both means that i cant hear what others are saying, or they cant hear what i am saying. I did the usual things like upgrade firmware etc, logged a call with Jabra, but no luck, they are VERY slow in responding, and when they do, they stall by saying things like upgrade firmware, which is what id done before logging call. My 30 days are almost up, so will have to return these items now, as no resolution. Back to the drawing board for me as i like the convenience of not wearing a headset, but cant afford the unprofessional crackle that blights every conference call.

Very good speaker for meetings, easy to set up and use and delivers good sound quality.

Bought several speakers for our office, the delivery was quick, they were easy to hook and and are very helpful in my position

Small but mighty, this handsized speakerphone delivers plenty of volume for small to mediumsized rooms and sufficient audio pickup for distant users to hear conversations clearly. The ring of LED lights to show speaker volume are a clever touch and the simple controls work well. The embedded driver software eliminates conflicts among input and output devices and thus confusion when setting up a Skype call.I was concerned at first to discover what looked like a power jack but no transformer, but no worries. The USB cable provides all the power needed, and the unit even works with a 10 foot USB extension cord with no apparent loss of capability. This little device was the solution I was looking for at an excellent price.

Very satisfied with the condition of this item. Quality is the best for professional use

Working well for video conference meetings in our boardroom, speaker sits on table and provides wireless connection to laptop, great solution

I use this device when having conference calls at work and decided to buy the same device to use when skyping familty members that live abroad. Sound quality is clear and battery life is strong. Connecting the device to a computer via USB charges it while in use. This device really helps communication when connected to a computer as youre not relying on the computer speakers. My favourite feature though is the BT connectivity. iphones are known to have low sound output so when using ths device the FacetimeCall experience is enhanced significantly. I think this is a good entry level device reasonably priced.

We use the Jabra 410 and 810 at work and they work great. Since I travel a lot, the 510 is nice to be able to use as a wired speaker phone, bluetooth speaker phone, or to play music streaming from my phone.
William –
I LOVE how I can have this connected via USB to my computer for Skype meetings and also use it via bluetooth with my smart phone. Its versatile in that it works with multiple devices simultaneously but also is portable. The quality seems great.I like the case it came with too.But like many others, I have issues with static or interference.Jabra is such a well known brand that I purchased this device with confidence…didnt even bother reviewing the questions and reviews on Wizeberry. Now I am sorry I didnt100 is a fair price, but for 100 I would expect it to work better than it is.I certainly hope Jabra is working on a software update or fix for this issue.UPDATE Jabra sent a replacement unit due to the static and crackling issue. Sadly the problem is just as bad. It makes it hard to hear everything that is said on conference calls. Sometime the crackling is so bad it startles everyone in the room. I purchased a replacement device from a different manufacturer and it delivers tomorrow. Im hoping their device operates correctly
Noorss –
It worked really well. The sound is very clear both ways and it is very easy to use. We just plugged it and played on skype.I also like the feature of having controls for the call acceptdecline call, volume control. Also nice that it has a headphone plug in case you want to keep the output private useful in an open office and still use its mic controls. It would be nice if it would also be used with other software eg Google hangouts, etc. Im not sure if it does, but the one time I tried it my Mac stuck to the native speaker Mic.Overall, this is a great product for conference calls, especially when you have more than one person on your end eg dialing someone into a team meeting

I work from home and have been using a USB headset for quite some time however this leaves me tied to my desk during long calls. I wanted a hands free solution and had previously tried Bluetooth headsets however they were really unreliable. My colleague, also a homeworker, had recommended this product so I thought I would give it a try. You have the option of pairing with your PC or phone via Bluetooth, leaving the device entirely wireless, or you can plug directly into the PC via the attached USB cable which winds neatly round the base when not in use. Whilst I really like the idea of the Bluetooth option, I have been told by callers that my voice is much clearer when the device is plugged in.I have used the conference speaker many times now when using my VOIP phone and it has been a godsend. During a long meeting today, I was able to tap the mute microphone button on the edge of the device and get myself a glass of water, stretch my legs etc whilst still listening in on the meeting. The quality of sound is fantastic and you can alter the volume up and down by tapping one of the buttons around the device. When not in use, the speaker can be neatly packed away into its own little zipped bag. This would be perfect for taking away on business and using with a laptop or paired with a mobile phone for long calls.I love it. 4 stars only as the quality of sound reported by my customers and colleagues when I am connected via Bluetooth is not as good. To be fair though, my PC does not support bluetooth directly and I had bought a separate dongle to facilitate this so it could be down to that.

Jabra was plugged into a USB hub connected to a HP Chromebook with no issues and integrated seamlessly with Skype Business meetings The main speaker and 3.5mm connection has been used satisfactorily as well When using the 3.5mm connection, a Plantronics H131N is connected

Easy to set up and very good sound quality. Microphone good within about a metre radius. Used it in meeting of 20 people with 3 on the phone. Being Bluetooth WiFi I could move it round the room to pick up the person speaking. Everyone could hear participants on the phone.

Fantastic speaker with bluetooth and great sound quality for meetings and conference calls. Can use in bluetooth mode at least 30 feet away with no issues in sound quality.

Purchased 2 of these units and use with laptops for Zoom meetings, the audio quality is terrific. Also use them as speaker phones for smart phones via Bluetooth and audio quality is top notch.

I work from home. Because of this I have a lot of conference calls. I tested this with my colleague the other day and was comfortably able to pace at around 8 feet away and still be heard fine on the other end. The touch screen buttons for volume, mute, end call etc all work flawlessly with my windows computer using Skype for business formerly Lync. The lights that surround it to show if you are muted and battery levels as well as volume are also a wonderful feature. Over time this thing will more than be worth the investment. I havent tried Bluetooth connections as I dont have much use but dont know why it wouldnt be a nice additional feature. Very happy.if you found this review helpful please mark the review appropriately thank you

Bought this for our project conference room which seats 12 plus people. It is definitely loud enough for the room, but does not really address the irritating echo in the room. I guess that is more a fault of the room acoustics rather than the device. It picks up people clearly within 2 to 3 metres, which is better than a laptop. The device can be passed down the conference room to suit.My missing 5th star is because Amazon sent the nonskype for business version twice. I had to take the second one as I was leaving that evening. Also, Bluetooth only works on phones. Not for Skype calls. Misleading in the advert.
Dan –
I use this multiple times a day, every day, and it delivers great video conference audio quality with no feedback or echos. The dual wireless bluetooth Jabra dongle is very handy as well.

Working from home wearing a headphone mic is uncomfortable. The Jabra Speak 510 was my solution. Its connected to my phone as well as my laptop. Works perfect No complaints from the other end and very clear sound. I even use it to play some background music.

Just wanted it for home. Easy setup. Pairs as soon as turned on. Good quality sound.

This speakerphone has superb sound and an excellent microphone. The controls are very intuitive, I just plugged it in and started use on my Dell laptop. The travel case has a small internal pouch for the Bluetooth adapter. Much better than wearing a headphone

Have used this for about 2 years in my home office and traveling pre2020. Works wired and bluetooth with your laptop and phone. Does not echo great controls for hand and integrates with Teams and Zoom seamlessly. One of my must have accessories.
scenichwy –
Easy to set up and use. Superb audio quality on both sides of the conversation. Since it does not come in retail packaging, you need to find the instructions on the web which was super easy. Looks great, works great, and makes conference calls a joy. Bluetooth and USB means you can use conference SW on the PC for calls without tying up your phone.
AndrewB79 –
Clarity and volume are excellent, the microphones pick up everyone around a large tables, and a firmware update resolves the crackling issue that is mentioned in some reviews. Highly recommended.
Mariah –
I participate in a lot of conference calls since I work from home. I am able to plug this easily to my MacBook pro and make sure in my settings are set to the sabra speaker for inputoutput. I dont use bluetooth since I wanted a hard line and something that wouldnt give me any potential issues.Works great and no echo issues at all using Skype or Hangouts Google Voice. Folks on the line told me this sounds clearer than me using my cell phone with headphones.
roloenterprises145 –
so far sounds good, ive been told the wireless is not great for people who need to hear you but i have not tried that feature yet

The Jabra Speak 710 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker is simply an amazing desktop speakerphone, because its more than that. Its truly a great speaker for general audio. The bass response nearfield is very good and the dynamic range wider than most. No distortion at loudest settings.I may just get a second for that stereo experience. One MAJOR STAR deducted because the support software only supports Microsoft Business for Skype. No others, and I think this is a big problem.

Compact design, easy to step up and use with Skype on PC, as well as with my smartphone through bluetooth. Display icons and lights on unit are easy to read and understand. Sound quality decent for conference calls, but not that great for music.

Great, simple packaging on this version. We purchased 78 of these units for our multinational company after purchasing a single unit to try of the same brand product but not optimized for Microsoft and at a much higher price from other popular shopping sites. We use these with both Apple and Microsoft products with no problems

The product works well as expected, but the superb service from PB Tech is what impressed me the most. Its literally after a day I got this delivered in my office when in fact I purchased it late in the afternoon. It is extremely hassle free and and secure payment too. Keep it going guys

We needed a simple speaker for our conference table and did not want to spend a fortune or have a wired unit. This little speaker is great.Wireless Bluetooth connects with your smart phone via the app.Our table is 12 feet long and we place this in the center. We can hear the person on the phone with no problems, but those of us at the ends of the table have to use louder voices in order for the caller to hear.It is a minor issue and one that is easily overlooked considering the price and quality of this unit.Just remember to charge the speaker before each use. Comes with a USB cord built in, so it is super convenient and you never lose the cord. Very happy with this purchase.

Jabra 510 has excellent audio quality This is a great device for small meetings or at home learning.

I ordered this speakerphone because i do a few more conference calls now, and it works as advertised using the bluetooth to pair with my cell phone. It has its own battery and works well. Sound is clear, though I wish it was a bit louder for the price.Overall works as advertised.

This is an invaluable addition for both my home office and to take on the road. Sound quality is great via connection with PC using Skype and bluetooth connection to my mobile phone. Great battery as well.
fashion4u2now –
Its perfect if you dont want to sit with headphones all day. It plugs into the computer so it works as a speaker mic there, than also via Bluetooth with phone. One thing for both. Love it Sound is good, but the other side says the air pods sound much better to them. I did have to use the air pods a few times, but this was only when things started getting noisy around me. Recommend it.

Hi, i just bougth this device and i went very dissapointed with its sound, i also own the Plantronics Calipso 620 and its way better and cheaper, sound on Jabra Speak is lack of bass compared against the Calipso. The Jabra USB is very tiny and doesnt have a place where to save it like the calipso does on its own shell. The Jabra software is fine and way better than Plantronics but in the end i prefer Plantronics. I am a IT guy and musician and i know for sure this device is not the worth for the money.

Very nice and high quality audio device. In brief, it mimics the conference speaker and microphone compo that you often see in every conference rooms desks. It is a pretty compact and it comes with a pouch for you to carry it around while traveling. The software allows you to flash new firmware to the device. Works extremely well on MAC upon downloading the Jabra Suite for MAC. The mute button works extremely well, it is digital and has red LED to shows mute onoff. It also has volume control with white LED showing the volume level. Call and hangup buttons work well with Skype but are not currently supported by other apps such as Wizeberry Chime. If you need a professional audio quality microphone and speaker in one portable device, then this is your best option. I join several calls daily form my laptop and I tested at least 3 other devices and nothing in this price range match up to the Jabra 410. Quality and ease of operation make this unit the only unit i would highly recommend.
Taishi –
Jabra speak 510 is very nice at the sound quality and easy control. To connect Bluetooth is so easy and fast. I was able to use it without the instruction manual.
robertwillett –
I rarely write reviews as most products are OK, but not too special. Ive made an exception for this unit. I use it with my iPhone 6 to provide a better speakerphone than the one in the phone. The instructions are simple, it connected first time and it makes a significant difference. Its far, far better than the iPhone speakerphone. I also like the buttons on the side, they are easy to use, pretty clear and provide a nice clean finish to the unit. It charges through a captive USB cable so you cant lose it. No idea on battery life but its many, many hours. Im very happy with the speak, its simple, works well, no technical expertise required. Highly recommended.

So far I really like this product. The sound quality is very good.I was having problems with my computer speakers and mic. I was getting lost of complaints for other attendees during a conference call.
gibec73 –
Does exactly what it is supposed to do striaght out of the box. Single button push and it connected. This is how technology should behave. Just worked with absolutely no hassle, both for the bluetooth connection and the USB one. Auto update of software and firmware was simple with very little interaction from me. Connected seamlessly an unobtrusively to my computer and an android phone. Voice prompt notifications leave you on no doubt that it has connected and is working. I wish other manufacturers would take note it can be this easy.

Pros compact and looks like a quality product, works like one too.A soft case as standard completes the packageCons No, very happy with it.

This speaker has worked great for me using Arkadin communication software. Also fortunately it doesnt need to have any software installed so I didnt need IT support to get it up and running on my company PC. If you are buying in store, dont bother looking for it on shelf, they were very poorly merchandised in the Hamilton store, just ask a staff member to find it for you.
MikeM –
the speaker worked great, easy to setup and use. It actually interfaced with a Telty Skype device without a problem. Most of us do not realize that Skype device with the internal speaker dont work good because sound is bounced off the walls unless your walls are acoustic so you need a device like this which bring you voice up close therefore no sound bouncing issues.
Ricluse11 –
The very first call I used the Speak 410 on the other party kept telling me there was a terrible echo on everything I said and that they could not understand me, I was in a 10×10 office.I was using the Speak 410 connected by USB to a new HP laptop and using the program Avaya. I used the Speak 410 for 5 more calls and every person on the other end of the call told me I had a terrible echo on everything I said and had a hard time understanding what I was saying. I disconnected the Speak 410 from the laptop, reconnected my headphones and did not have any further issues with an echo. I returned the Speak 410 for a refund.Update 31217 After reading a lot of the other positive reviews for the Speak 410 I decided my issue with the echo was likely a setting on the computer and not a defect so I ordered a Speak 510 as I also wanted Bluetooth capability. When the Speak 510 arrived I connected it to my same computer with the USB connection. This time I went into the computers control panel section for audio and turned off the internal microphone and speaker on the computer. PRESTO I have now been using the Speak 510 everyday for 2 weeks and not 1 complaint for an echo, the speaker quality is also very good. There is no doubt in my mind that if I would have done this same process of turning of the internal microphone and speaker on the computer I would not have had any echo issues with the Speak 410. I would now highly recommend either the Speak 410 or the Speak 510. I use Avaya as.

The use of the jabra speakerphone has increased my efficiency during conference calls. Please with the purchase.

This is a fantastic product to have in this day and age when one is working from home every day. I would not use something like this in the office so much as it would be obnoxious to use a speak phone from my desk, but at my home office, it makes it far more comfortable to be in long meetings over using a headset. It can be used from my laptop over USB and can be used from mobile phone via Bluetooth. Sometimes the BT from my phone overrides the USB from the laptop, but generally it works very well and the sound quality is excellent. at least no one i was conferencing with, complained about the sound quality

Fantastic option for Zoom and skype. Microphone has transformed our office Zoom meetings as has the speaker. Highly recommend

I have been trying to find a good solution. This has the following benefits1 Crystal clear sound. I sometimes get surprised when somebody speaks as it sounds like they are in the room with me.2 Backup battery means it can be used as a portable speaker with my cell phone.3 Bluetooth means it can be connected to my cell phone for calls. No more playing with headphone wires.4 USB cable means it is connected and charging. It can connect via blue tooth to the computer, but I like the hard connection.5 Looks nice well build.6 Portable I take it with me on business trips now to make Skype calls from my hotel room office. Avoids long distance call charges.7 The mute button and off button are easy to use no more disconnecting the call by accident when you are trying to mute. Clear signal show the phone is on mute so no talking by accident not on mute.Overall a great device and something that has been needed for a long time.
Etienne –
So happy I bought this Out the annoying head buds and now speaking freely. Everybody on the other end of the call are happy with the audio quality and I am hearing very well everyone also. I like the quick access button on the device volume, mute, etc.. I work with Teams and it works with the device. I recommend this.

I needed it when making Skypewhatsapp calls with my phone when talking to grand parents. When the kids make noise and talk it is sometimes difficult to hear the other end as they get cut off so I thought this Jabra Speak would solve it as it says it is fullduplex. However it does not work in full duplex i.e. sound should so it is not better than using the phone. The only improvement is that the sound is slightly more powerful than using the phones builtin loudspeaker.Another drawback with Jabra Speak over the buildin mic and speaker is that when the other party starts to speak they sound is attenuated for about the first 2 seconds. This also occurs if talking in a quiet room, one person to another.I have seen some others complain about that the volume of the speakers is not enough. I think they are enough for a fairly quiet office or room, but with kids around or in a noisier office or factory they are sometimes not powerful enough or on the limit. Its quite easy to use, but it is more work than using the smartphones built in micspeaker of course. And you have to go find the thing and you have to connect the bluetooth and you have to have it charged and you have to carry it around together with the phone if you want to move around in the roomhouse. If you are more than 23 meters from the Jabra Speak no one will hear you. If you use video the sound will also come from another direction than the video if the Jabra and the smartphone are not right next to each other which can be a bit weird especially for kids.

This is my second Jabra speaker. One is now permanent for wfh and the second is carried with my laptop for mobility. Excellent clarity and simple to use. Much more professional sound and quality than other micsspeakers Ive tested. Good for small groupsconf rooms.

I support Jabra headsets and headphones in the workplace and find them to be wonderfulI expected the same quality from the Jabra Speak 510 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker and it did not disappoint. As soon the unit powered on, a click of the bluetooth button and it pared effortlessly with my phone. You can also connect the speaker by USB to a laptop, which is great for Skype Business calls. I downloaded the Jabra application and it easily updated the firmware on the speaker. The speaker is loud enough, perfect for small meetings. It features a mute button, volume control, and bluetooth button. Its very portable, rechargeable, and comes with a handy case. This is a great little speaker for business envirronments.
Dan –
This is the third speaker for my colleagues. I have been using Jabra 510 over three years and all my colleagues are using this. One time, I used it for the video conference in quite a big meeting room 25 people and other parties can hear us very clearly.
Pamela C –
I bought this unit because I am now working from home I wanted to be able to better hear people I was listening to on Zoom or Skype conference meetings. It really does enhance the sound. I am told that the people at the other end also hear me more clearly. The other benefit Ive found with this unit is that you can connect it to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, make the call via the phone but speak and listen to your contact with much better sound quality at my end. It saves me spending the whole time holding the phone to my ear, and it frees up my hands to look through documents or operate my computer whilst on the call. I spent ages reading other peoples reviews on this unit and I really did wonder whether it was worth the money but Im so glad I bought it. It is a quality unit I have had no issues with it whatsoever.

Was needed for a meeting room with wallmounted speakers, these caused too much echoing and feedback for previous upright mic. The flat profile of this mic perfect, we now have clear calls. Easy to set up, great price, very pleased.

Just the job. Lets me work on screen linked to closed lap top with great sound and super conferancing. If id have to work away very portable. Instant room conferance

Plug and play. Saves your ears from wearing headphones all day or for long meetings and fumbling around with headphones. Sound is clear and mic picks up well. Very portable.

We utilize these for Lync on PCs, other conferences we log into for other companies on PCs, iPhones, etc. This is one very solid unit. The Bluetooth is automatic and the quality is excellent. This turns a single iPhone into a large table conference phone

What can I say but I use this daily and found it to improve my work from home experience with the need for some bulky handset sitting on my desk. I primarily use this for conference calls via SFB and Softphone clients. All my calls have been fine, not one mention of voice distortion or inaudible noises coming from my end. The audio from other participants is clear and Volume can get loud which is great for harder to hear environments. I have this place about 2 to 3 feet in front of me and speak naturally. While not on conference calls this serves has a music player for Spotify. Not great for music but does well regardless.Battery life on this is amazing. I can get through a ten hour day and have about 34 bars of battery remaining. Very portable, usually have it in my bag at all times.
Simone O –
Absolutely love this Bluetooth micspeaker. Wed been having Skype and MeetMe calls with clients for a while, but there were regular issues with them hearing us or us hearing them. We were just using the speakers on our mobile phones. So I bought this hoping it would improve the call. It is dramatically better. Ive been told on a number of occasions that it sounds like Im using a headset or that Im not on a loudspeaker. The range is good too. I can leave my mobile on my desk and have the speaker on the other side of the office which is about 20 metres. I can also plug it into my PC and use Skype on there with the Jabra. Its easy to turn the volume up and down, the Bluetooth on and off, and there is also a battery level indicator so you know how much power is left.Another thing I found is that I can charge the Jabra from my portable battery so I can take this anywhere. This is definitely a purchase that I have no regrets on.

This is by far one of the best small office conference speakerphones on the market today. I have been using this for 610 meetings a day in my home office, connected via USB using mainly Skype, with the odd Bluetooth call. I just returned from a 3 day customer business review that was held in a Las Vegas suite, 2 days of which we used this speaker for 8hrs straight each day. WOW We had 7 people in the room, sitting 68 feet from the speaker and we could hear the other folks on the bridge well without distortion. Amazingly, they were also able to hear the rest of the conversation in the room and never once asked us to repeat the question. Given that this speaker has only 1 mic sensor…..that is pretty amazing. All calls were done via Bluetooth connected to ether an iPhone 7 or LG V10. Needless to say, there were many compliments and this little speakerphone definitely proved its worth. If you are hovering around the buy now button….just do it already Totally worth the money

Bought a month ago, made all the difference hosting meeting of ten people at the table and five folks in four different locations online. Bluetooths to the laptop camera so we could pass it around, but left in the middle it picked up voices all around table. Acceptable volume from speaker too

Ive waited a few months to review this device in order to try it under a range of conditions and I have nothing but praise for it. Its usually plugged into my PC so its default speaker for all audio and video where its a huge improvement over the lap top speakers but its on teleconferences where its main benefit is. My company uses Skype for Business a lot and the Jabra speaker makes these conversations far easier. Most of the time it is used with just myself or up to three others around the speaker microphone and the clarity of the speaker is excellent. Ive also had a number of comments saying how clearly I could be heard on the other end of the call. The speaker was also used in a conference room with 25 people, it was a bit of a stretch for the small speaker but everyone in the room could still hear and be heard.
Beaks83 –
I bought this due to working from home flat out, and being on conference calls for 8 hours a day. Works great on 95 of applications, does have issues interfacing with Webex

Its my office need specially since we have started 100 work from home thing due to pendamic. The sound quality the is great, easy to assemble and use. My hubby also have one so highly recommend for people not to spoil eat by putting 8 hours the on ear earphone instead for for speakers

Excellent voice quality. And having multiple connection options USB and Bluetooth plus the ability to be paired and switch between multiple devices gives great flexibility.

This speaker is easy to operate and install. Drives a better outcome than relying on inbuilt microphonespeaker.

I bought this to connect to phone devices. The volume is the same. I would expect a speaker to be louder than the device it is suppose to replace. The control buttons are located on the edge of the speaker, when I pick it up, I end pressing all the buttons by mistake,I wish I had never bought this pricy, pointless and not user friendly item.

I was to receive this speaker phone. I reviewed several and by far this was the best device and value. The cost is worth every penny. The sound incoming and outgoing is great Everything works better than described Easy to charge, easy to connect to multiple devices and battery lasts. I have only charged it once and have had it for at least a week and it still shows a strong battery I would highly recommend the Jabra speaker phone to anyone who like to have meetings in your office or on the go

Great solution for teleconferencing in a small room with a small team. Easy to set up and use. Speaker is clear. Microphone picks up multiple people clearly with no need to be too close.

Overall a fantastic device with a few shortcomings. Ill be purchasing its Bluetooth twin, a 510 instead of 410 for the other side.Good Picks up speaking at normal volume from ten feet away. No driver installation needed plug it in, switch your software to use it as a speakermicrophone, installation done Controls are easy to understand and use. Speaker is plenty loud youll probably have to keep it at partial volume USB cord neatly wraps around the base great design. No extra power cord Surprisingly nice. Eliminates echo entirely except in the most trying of circumstances.Bad Speaker emits very audible speech, but the aural quality of it is somewhat unsatisfying would prefer higher fidelity. Short one meter USB cord limits flexibility of placement. Unless you want to put it immediately next to the computer or USB host, youll undoubtedly need to buy an extension. Microphone cuts out when speaker emits sound. This is a very common problem on these sort of devices. It effectively cancels the echo, but it forces conversations to be very stiff often people on both side of a connection will want to speak, and you miss the first few words of what theyre saying. That leads to the inevitable Could you repeat that Itd be nice if there was some sort of more advanced processing that could do this. This quickly becomes a hampering problem in noisy environments.

It is a great bluetooth speaker for conference calling. Great battery life and range. You can use it with USB cable integrated or with bluetooth. I noticed that when using it with bluetooth it does not get as loud as when connected with USB.

Excellent speaker. I have used in a big room with 6 people, and everyone was heard clearly.

Jabra Speak 510 is a life saver when it comes to conference calls I can finally hear what everyone else on the call says and they can here my voice loud and clear. The mute button is a welcome feature as it saves me from locating the icon on screen. All in all, this is an awesome device and I cant imagine having conference calls without it

All works, good little conference speaker. Currently working from home and spending a lot of time on conference calls, so much more convenient to use than a headset.

Ive connected the speakerphone to my work laptop using the USB connection. A bluetooth connection is not allowed where I work. When I connected the speaker to the laptop, it was plugnplay. The speaker is terrific and I do not get any feedback when using Zoom, Webex, Google meet or MS Teams.

Very happy with this phone speaker. Reception and sound are excellent both ways. Pairs very easily, great ring tone when people call in. One of the most important things in a conference callis knowing when you are on MUTE. This unit has red lights that circle the entire unit when MUTE is pressed. Very nice unit, I was buying this for the company and going to expense it but I like it so much I am going to keep it

I was on a video call with a colleague and they commented that my laptop microphone made it really hard to understand me and they recommended I get a Jabra speaker. This device is amazing. Super easy plug and play installation, long battery time and user friendly

Excellent little conference speaker. I work from home and have a lot of meetings on Skype formally Lync and I got fed up with having to put on a headset. The sound quality is excellent, it is clear and loud, I have asked how I sound on the other end and people didnt know I was using a speaker, the sound was very clear. You can connect your laptoppc via USB and also simultaneously connect your mobile with Bluetooth. As an audio speaker I tested it out with Spotify, there isnt a lot of bass with it being so small, but the sound isnt tinny, however its a conference speaker, if you wanted an audio listening speaker you probably would have bought something else thats cheaper and sounds better for music. The speaker is plug and play as far as the laptoppc goes, mine just worked, I doubled checked the settings in Skype and it automatically picked up the speaker, for Bluetooth like any other device it has to be paired, I have paired and used it with a Samsung Note 5, S5, OnePlus2 without issues. On the top of the speaker there are touch controls for volume, mute, startend call, LEDS on the top indicate the volume level, a white LED comes on when its switched on, when paired with Bluetooth and additional blue light comes on. The speaker has spoken instructions and tells you when it turns it has connected to something. It is has rechargeable battery and is very portable and is supplied with a neoprene type zip case, the USB cable wraps around the speaker and latches so there arnt any annoying trailing cables.

As mentioned in the headline, Jabra has good quality of microphone and speaker. Enough to serve the needs of medium sized room full of people, while attached via USB.Downsides I have multiple complains from my interlocutors on the bad sound quality on my end, while I am using Jabra via Bluetooth. on macOS, when selecting sound device, both USB and BT parts of Jabra are named equally you never know, if you will connect it via USB or via BT. As a workaround I often turn BT of on my macbook, before attaching Jabra. you never know, if muteunmute buttons actually work most of all I am using Skype and Skype4business sometimes it can mute you, sometimes you are not while indicator on Jabra shows that you are muted. Might be really confusing. if not turned of looooong press power button it may try connecting to nearby devices while in backpack. voice guidance is useless. Why I need to know loudly that I am connected to mobile device, if I just plugged in Jabra into USB port of my desktop PC it might be louder

All in all it does the job. Few things that bother me 1. The volume is low even if at maximum, even if connected to USB and fully charged. 2. The volume decades with time. Need to restart the device turn off then on even if it is connected constantly to USB and powered. 3. There are annoying clipping in the sound. The mic is good, I am heard well by the other side. I believe that there are equivalent devices in the market at same level for lower price. I bought this one based on the good feedbacks but unfortunately I am not as happy as others.

As a consultant, Im always on my mobile phone in meetings. But sometimes, in those long conference calls, you really need the muteunmute control and the assurance that you are or arent muted. This little speaker has completely erased my fumbling with my phone to unmute myself when Im asked a question and gives me peace of mind when I have to multitask. Lights are clear and easy to understand, setup was almost instant. Padded zip case makes it very easy to slip into a bag. And if you need privacy but still want the great muteunmute visibility theres a headphone out. I love this little thing

Ive used the Speak 510 that my coworker bought, for project use, on a daily basis at least 23 hours a day and I totally agree with all the positive reviews regarding its great audio both speaker mic.I had to get one for my own use and was super excited when I received it. But I was a bit confused when I opened the bag in which the unit comes in. Overall the plastic is scratchfree and the unit worked perfectly when I connected it to my computer via USB and also testing it with my Phone via Bluetooth. My only complaint is the ring around the outer edges of the unit. There are some unsightly line breaks that makes it seem like the unit was refurbished rather than it being brand new and when the clear plastic cover was replaced, it wasnt sealed properly.

bought this for my 98 year old mum who has trouble hearing on her phone. it works well for her. very clear to hear and speak, connects easily and logical to use.

What a brilliant bit of kit I definitely recommend this. I have always used my smartphone on speaker, and I found it difficult to understand some voices because these are so pitchy. The sound on the Jabra speaker is very clear and of good quality that I can now understand everybody easily. I have been working from home for 2 12 years now, and I have used the Jabra for the last 2 weeks. I wish I got it sooner.

Good speaker for teleconferences with good sound both ways. Automatically recognised by the computer.Downside that in some situations too often it will start looking for bluetooth connections with voice warnings which is annoying.

Well designed, works beautifully, inexpensive.

Connects flawlessly to Bluetooth on phone and via cable or usb dongle included to a laptop. No software configuration required. Very clear sound. In fact, the others in a conference call today asked that I step back a bit from the speakerphone. It was that loud and clear.
