The phone itself is very well designed and made, it’s clearly above average and it’s extremely thin. My big issue is that in description about what’s coming in the box, fast charger brick is included and this is not the case. Okay, you can buy one separate but after spending more than £1k on a phone I don’t really want to spend even more money for a genuine charger. In my opinion you’re paying for all that tech and the charger should be the genuine one as you want to look after your battery, also to charge your phone fast. So please, adjust your details for this phone and state that charger is not included and avoid the waste of resources for returns.

January 2025 Colour: Purple I have been android since always, I used many of them through the years, Sony, Google, all of them pixel Nexus, Motorola, Nokia, many Samsungs, all the notes. This one beats all of them.

I was annoyed that this expensive phone came with no supercharger as it states in description, after complaining to customers services 5 times and getting nowhere I gave up trying !….. They wanted me to return the whole phone which took me a while to install stuff from old phone, was not returning a phone that’s not faulty, ridiculous. For the price of this phone you expect to receive all described in box…… Annoying as hell and they get away with it! Apart from all the above the phones pretty good! The design and build quality is great (so far after a few weeks) it’s just let down by the software. Have had several annoying issues during Android auto. Whatsapp calls don’t come through on it so not sure if I need to alter something in settings to fix this. Had a few issues with other software during Android auto like Spotify and SoundCloud not loading up. In general expect some minor disappointing things with software. E.g. The 4K quality wallpaper I downloaded for it got downgraded once I set it and doesn’t shift with the homescreen, many apps don’t fully support tablet mode (i.e. I’ve experienced some bugs and black bars when switching to this mode on some apps). It also didn’t come with a charging brick which is disappointing. I’m also having issues with getting it to supercharge consistently. But for this price point it’s good as an entry into folding phones. Great for things like media and reading. I’ve only done some light gaming on it but it’s fantastic for that also.
