I must admit I dont wear mine as much as I should However, I do like it. Comfy on the wrist and comes in a multitude of colours and different wrist straps are available as added extras. Holds its charge well and syncs accordingly to the app which you are free to download on App Store. One thing I have found is and I believe its completely my fault, if you wear it for a few days consecutively without washing Underneath then i have had a bout of contact dermatitis. I have horses so when at stables and dirt must get under neath.

Pros Looks good. Nice face with options to make changes. Like the sleep patterns options and recording of stats when it worksCons The main problem is with syncing. Product initially synced no problem then after a few weeks synced intermittently.Having looked on the community website this seems to be a major problem per se with many other people over a number of years. Went to Mexico and it remained on UK time for 8 out of the 10 day holiday. Then it went to Mexico time but continued to sync intermittently. Returned to UK and it remained on Mexico time. I have an Android phone Sony XZ Premium so not sure if it is in compatible with this or whether an update to either the Fitbit or phone has caused the issue as it worked fine initially. Fitbit need to get this sorted so that it does not happen. Managed to sync it today and return it to UK time but clearly my stats are all over the place at the moment which has reduced it to a useless piece of equipment. Your choice on whether you want to take the risk and buy it

A decent little fitness tracker. The battery life on the Fitbit Charge 2 is great. I can go a full week before needing to recharge it. The sleep tracker function is pretty cool and very accurate I wore this tracker at the same time as I was undergoing a Polysomnography and the results were very similar. The only downfall of this product is that it sometimes tracks my arm movements versus my steps. Ive been seated at my computer typing and met my hourly step goals

With a name of Charge 2. The product should be easier to set up to charge. There is an indicator when the charge is set, the slightest vibration upsets the charge, therefore, set it to charge needs to be done with both hands, set it down gently….. reset. After 23 retries Im not happy. I set it to charge, finally its charging after I set it down….plane flues over head and the Fitbit is not charging. Ive had to have it 23 days trying to keep it charging from outside vibrations. Not an effective charging system. The functions seem to be accurate as long as I dont want to be exact on the steps. It records extras if I stride with my arms in motion as normal. The little flick of my wrist to see the time doesnt work. I have to touch Fitbit to show the time. Often need to tap it several times. Overall it works. Just not as well as it was touted to perform. I love being able to switch bands. Great feature. Now that my fitbit is lost I will update the band comment There is a variety of bands to make the watch adaptable to any outfit. Thats great. However, The metal bands with magnetic closures are not to be trusted. The magnetic closures can stick to other metal items and release the tracker. Mine opened and my Fitbit disappeared. Same situation happened to my friends fitbit, fortunately she recovered hers. Stick with the rubber silicone watch band that comes with the tracker.

I like it, but the band wears out kind of easily. In a few months I had to buy replacement bands. They can also scratch and get dirty easily because of the structure of the band. I do not like the new charger or comes with because it isnt as convenient as the old charger for the fitbit. The charger is very specific to the Fitbit. It holds a charge for several days. I also like the app, but sometimes it can take a while to sync or update.

Super easy set up love being able to see a breakdown of everyday, as far back as I want to look back on right on my phone, including how I slept probably my favorite part It doesnt textcall or do anything fancy in terms of recent hightech but its very useful with everyday life. I use it as a clock with a second hand, stopwatch, an alarm it even has a feature to breatherelax. Very glad that its easy to take apart clean BESTchristmasPRESENT loveMYfitbit

Great product and it gives you accurate data and u formation to achieve your goals. One of my favourites is the 2 minute relaxation option. Great on those stressful days. The different exercise options Run,Weights,Treadmill,Workout Elliptical,Bike,Interval Workout The Stopwatch option is great, especially when your testing your own progress. My friend thought her heart rate was extremely high, so I let her wear my Fitbit and her heart rate was 82 This gave her piece of mind and stopped her anxiety. The most important option for me is the Calories I burn each day and the km I do. Walking up stairs is another good option if you do a lot of stairs each day. The Fitbit HR 2 has a lightning Bolt which tells you how many active minutes you have achieved throughout the day. Another Option is how many steps you have walk during the course of the day. Theres a little man cymbal with his hands in the air and bent leg The numbers under the guy 0250 first is how many you have walked so far this hour 250 is what you need to reach in that hour. it never changes My Fitbit HR 2 is Purple in colour and with options of changing wristband to different sizes and quality are great options and flexibility. All in all Im very impressed Great job Fitbit

For the price, this product did not perform as well as I would have liked and it quit working after about 6 months. I was working in a construction job at the time I was actively wearing this fitbit and it COULD NOT distinguish between steps and vibrations from the tools I was using. The heart rate feature was great though. But the fact that I couldnt get thing to turn on again after only 6 months of use was enough to turn me off of this product. Ive heard other fitbit owners have similar issues. I even searched for tutorials on how to get the thing to turn back on and none of the methods I found worked. Waste of money.

Pros I was worried that it will be very uncomfortable wearing the latex band all the time especially when sleeping, but I got used to it very quickly. I use fitbit to track my steps, sleep and my heart rate and it does all of this beautifully. It is lightweight and you really do forget you have it on.Cons As I use fit bit to track my exercise and excising I sweat a lot the band gets quite wet and itchy at times. I have noticed that I am getting a patch of dry skin around where the band is. I am sure moisturizing it will help and of course cleaning the band regularly is a must. I have been using fit bit for over a month now and I have it on 247 One more thing that annoyed me is that when I first started using fitbit it would not automatically track my activity for the first few days. I had to go through a process of restating it, I found how to do that step by step on their website. Overall I am happy with my purchase as it is definitely helping me to stay more active.

I love it. I wear it all the time. Very small and nice and simple to use. Nothing crazy I also love purple so gettting the Plum color was such a bonus. I definitely would go for the fitbit versa, more options bigger screen. But if want something small and simple Fit Bit Charge 2 is a go to. Now I hear read nothing but BAD reviews about these products on facebook so just read alot of different reviews before purchasing lol

This replaces a Charge HR that went into the pool with mejust a minute was all it took to die. I tried a Garmin but the measurement of floors walked was bizarre would take minutes or hours to catch up, if it did and it would only sync with a phone I have to use a laptop andor desktop computer. This Charge 2 so far a few weeks has been great with a few minor issues. Still not waterproof like the Garmin or the Fitbit Flex which is useless to me because it doesnt have a display, it at least seems to better tolerate a few splashes and my sweatbut the rubber wrist band makes my wrist sweat up a storm, even without a workout, and I developed a heat rash after just a week, which I hadnt after six months with the Charge HR. This band must be wiped down if not rinsed off too after each workout. Thankfully there are both nylon and metal bands available from third parties on Amazon and eBay. The heart rate monitor seems just as accurate as the HR, and the floors seem better counted. The additional features like different workouts, relax sessions and such are an improvement. Still havent figured out what some of the additional measurements are yet, but I like that it offers optional reminders to get up and move. Other negatives are that while I got it to sync withmy iMac after quite a bit of wrangling and contacting customer service, who basically told me that syncing is different than setup and I needed to do the latter if replacing another model but still no luck with my HP laptop I can still only choose one or the other, but I tried the HP first with no luck will try again with customer service. Minor negativeI use stairs for my regular workout and this does not include numbers of floors climbed for the workout, whereas the HR did. So I just have to note the floors before and after the workout and do the mathno biggie, but a minor hassle. My Charge HR started warping around the connection of the band and unit after just a few months hopefully this one is better designed.

I bought this FitBit Charge 2 as a last effort with FitBit. I have had two disappointing experiences with them so far.My first Charge HR battery life was only 3 days initially, then dropped to less than 1 day after 14 months. It was advertised at 5 days battery life. The replacement Charge HR battery life was always 5 days, but after a year the strap portion started coming unglued, and finally broke at the intersection with the clock section. At 149 per unit, it should last longer. I expect a 5 year life out of such a product. So as a last ditch effort before I switch to Apple Watch, I bought this Charge 2 two days ago. So far it is an upgrade in both looks and features from the Charge HR. However, the first night gave me full Sleep Stages analysis, but the second night it did nothing. It just recorded the time I went to sleep and the time I got up, nothing in between see photo of the log. I dont know the reason, and need to solve it, because tracking sleep quality is important to me.Therefore, Im cautiously giving it 45, and will edit it up or down based on my findings.

Having considered a number of wearable options, I am very pleased to have chosen the Charge 2. It is the only one in my price range with the ability to track heart rate as well as steps, distance walked, calories burned and stairs climbed. The app also tracks sleep quality, calorific intake manual input and hydration manual input as well as weekly exercise automatic. I love the reminders to move every hour and the celebration when I reach 8,000 steps a day is very motivating. its so light that I forget that I am wearing it and only take it off to shower. It was a nice surprise that the Charge also issues Outlook and Messaging notifications. And I have already been considering other band color options to switch out when the weather gets a little warmer Its a super way to pull focus on the smaller daily actions that contribute to health. Highly recommend

This is my first venture into an activity tracker and I love it. It has made me more aware of the lack of activity and movement I have each day as a result of sitting at a desk for most of my waking hours. I am also more in tune to my heart rate and sleep habits that also have an impact on overall health. A great benefit that I have enjoyed is being able to sync it with LostIt and being able to monitor my daily calorie count and additional exercise such as gardening and yard work. As I move forward with the knowledge I have gained over the past few weeks between both apps, I know that I will be successful in a better me. As I add more exercise it will be a visual to see the benefit. I have only lost a couple of pounds each week but having the graph on Fitbit screen makes it look like more as you can see the downward movement of the line. A little motivation is a good thing. I have considered getting the Fitbit scale for WiFi updates but have decided that it is so easy to just update the pounds each Monday that I a not going to waste the money on the scale for now. I was tIred of feeling fatigued and stiff all over since turning 50 a few years ago. The Fitbit has been a positive force to encourage me to work toward improvements.

Like the device so far, but wish FitBit could come up with a standardized charging port on their devices, like micro USB or something. Seems wasteful to have a specific charging adapter just for their individual devices. Also, this is the third FitBit I have owned, and while I find it motivating, I do wish they would last more than just about a year each. That is why I bought it at BBB this time so when it dies in a year or so, I can take it back and exchange it. Also would like to know if the bands are swappable for other colors, like the FitBit Flex was. Had bunches of bands for that one when it stopped working, and a device like this, in the price range that they are, seems expensive to not have fashion options and better longevity on the device. Also would like them to go back to some of older Dashboard and setup options. Dont like having to navigate in so far to find where to set when I wear it on my right hand instead of left, and it seemed simpler on my last device.

This item is great for anyone wanting to dietmaintaingain weight as the app it comes with helps to count calories and you can log your food. You set your weight goal and it tells you if you are on target for your daily calorie goal as it counts your calories consumed and your calorie usage and tracks your weight loss providing a front progress display icon too.I find it accurate in step counting when I am walking but it also counts steps when i drive and I can get a couple hundred steps added when Im sitting down changing my childs nappyBut I dont believe its possible to have this type of product 100 accurate. There is a facility to log driving as an activity and this reduces the step count. Its comfortable to wear and the battery lasts nearly a week.It is capable of three notifications and you cant select any three as its within a type ie calls then a choice of message type notification and your calendar. I have mine set to Calls, text, calendar. Bit disapointed with this aspect as I would like to be able to get messenger whatsapp notifications also. Hopefully therell be a upgrade with the app.Overall I am happy with my purchase and find it a good motivator to take the stairs and be a bit more active.

I loved it while it lasted. I had my Fitbit for about a year when I called in the warranty because the screen had cracked. The sent me a replacement pebble, but it ended up being defective. For weeks I was in contact with customer support trying to troubleshoot the replacement pebble. I sent pictures and video of me trying the instructions they provided, all to avail. They even sent a wireless dongle to so I could try to set it up with my computer. In the end, I wasnt able to ever get the replacement to work. I was in the middle of moving houses during all of those and misplaced the pebble. When I found it I contacted support again, to ask for a new shipping label, but they told me I was no longer in warranty. Shortly after, the original pebble with the cracked screen stopped holding a charge. For as expensive as they are, theyre not really worth the hassle.

I owned the previous version and vowed to never buy another Fitbit based on that experience. The only good thing I can say about the Charge 2 is they made the bands replaceable since they were junk on the original Charge. I had four fail within a year of purchasing it. Their customer service team replaced them each time, once even giving me an upgrade from the Charge to the Charge HR to see if that would last longer. However it failed as well and I had barely by mere weeks gone outside the one year warranty period so the only thing they would do is offer me a 25 discount on a new tracker. I just couldnt take a chance on paying another 100 discounted price in a Charge 2 at the time knowing it was the same company that made the previous version that started falling apart after 34 months. I bought an Apple Watch instead. Its not given me a minute of trouble and Im still on my original band I have a couple others I bought for different occasions but still wear my original nylon band 95 of the time. I just dont think I can recommend a Fitbit device based on they way the Charge and Charge HR failed to perform. And I wasnt the only one, there were scores of people posting every day on their support forums about the bands and batteries giving out. I honestly dont see how they even stayed afloat after giving away that many Charge and Charge HR units… must not have very much invested in making them… surprise.

The time and heartrate are accurate. The steps are not accurate compared to my phone app. Steps are around 30 lower. I suppose walking with my hands in my pocket or holding onto to my snow blower or carrying things as I walk could account for that. I bought it primarily for the heartrate tracking and its the same as when I manually touch my pulse and count with a clock.

Ive had this for 5 months now and while I like the functionality of the device, the step tracking is HORRIBLE If I wear it on my wrist it does not track 30 40 of my steps. It gets even worse in a grocery store or when pushing a cart. Like a trip to the grocery store is really 150 steps Ive taken to tucking the device in my sock which much more accurately tracks my steps, but then I cant see text messages or my activity without looking at my phone. It also sometimes overstates my exercise activity wearing it on my ankle. Ive tried the suggested updates and saw no improvement. When I do wear it on my wrist, it does not always turn on the display when I tilt my wrist. Overall, using the activity tracker function has made me more aware of my exercise patterns and has gotten me moving more and I would recommend it for that alone. My suggestion to Fitbit would be to improve the device by adding a secondary device as part of the product that attaches to your shoe so the device can more accurately determine activity between the two synced tracking devices.

I love my Fitbit charge 2. I have had it for a couple years now and it is still working great. I wear it everyday and it tracks my steps while Im working. I also love that it tracks my sleep. My favorite part is that my text messages come to my watch and I can read them on my watch while I am working so I dont always have to pick up my phone. This is a great purchase. It also stays charged for a long time so Im not constantly having to plug it in.

I held out for a long time and thought Id made a wise purchase but I am Very Disappointed, so much so that I sent it back. Nowhere in any of the reviews I read did it mention that the display only stays on for 35 seconds. The ads all say it offers continuous heart rate monitoring but with the display on for only several seconds I dont see how you can use that information in the moment. After the fact you can view a graph of your HR but it lacks detail and is not exportable. The bottom line is that as a fitness tracker this is really just a fancy step counter. As a watch, well its not because you cant just glance at it you have to swing your arm up just right to get it to automatically display the time or press the side button but since it only displays for 35 seconds you can do little more than see the time. You cannot take someones pulse, or measure how long the grandkids can stay underwater or time an egg without to much effort. If that were not enough, if you do wear it to bed it is likely to flash you in the face at some point. All in all not worth the money and a big disappointment.

I purchased this device as an upgrade to the Jarv 4.0 that I was using and it got good reviews on CNET. At first I was like ok heart rate monitor is cool and happy to have that. But after my first day of using it I have some things to discuss about the Fitbit Charge 2.So I got it home and set up was pretty easy it connected to my phone and I charged it to full battery. I placed it on and went about my day. Seems to do everything well like my old activity tracker did. But like all things this device is far from perfect.Pros Heart Rate Monitor, decent price for what I thought I was getting.Cons Syncing is sketchy had to restart the fitness tracker this morning in order for it to sync and update data. Touch screen is iffy. it takes multiple touches for it to move forward the data on the device. Fitbit app is to jumbled. cant update settings without going to the Fitbit website. The calorie tracker on the app is very confusing and apparently Im not the first to comment on this according to the reviews when google the over budgeting. MyFitnessPal is my go to calorie and food log app highly recommend.Biggest con I overpaid for cheap plastic. Its all plastic from the band to the band clasp, to the housing that is the Fitbit part. my Jarv is all plastic does everything this device does at 59. I feel like Im wearing a childrens toy on my wrist. Seriously its like a childrens watch plastic. In the end I will be returning this device and go back to my Jarv tracker, though it doesnt sync with MyFitnessPal like Fitbit does, and continue my search for something that doesnt feel like a toy. Disappointed but not discouraged.

Mine lasted for about three years. After a year and a half I noticed that it was taking longer to charge and was not lasting nearly as long as when it was new… You know reachable batteries… I would have liked the screen to be a bit more durable as it got very scratched up and eventually cracked. My tracker did what it was supposed to and I am still pleased with my purchase. I will be getting another one of these.

I originally purchased my Fitbit to support a friend who had one and wanted people to challenge her. I love it. I work at a college bookstore and supervise students. I use the hourly walk reminder to walk my department and check in on my employees. It has actually helped my job performance. I also am a fan of the weekly exercise goal. As an older man trying to stay healthy, having that reminder on my wrist is like having a workout accountability partner that also tracks my steps. I plan on upgrading to a newer Fitbit eventually, but I am extremely happy with my Fitbit Charge 2.

I am happy with the this product. Make sure that you charged the watch before you wear it the first time. It charge quickly. PROS it really gives details of my sleep pattern. It has a decent food tracker. It is splash proof from washing dishes. It has a good battery life. Connect with smartphones quickly and easily. The band is a great large size for my arm and Im a big guy that have issues with finding a comfortable watch band to wear. CONS It doesnt have all size measurements for different food ex. Pieces, slices, teaspoon, etc like when you making food at home. Doesnt have all food list from certain main restaurants. I wouldnt go swimming or showering with it. It doesnt count your steps incline and descending only incline going up 10 feet incline.

I personally really like this product. I chose it over the Apple Watch. To me, this is targeted towards fitness while the Apple Watch is like wearing a mini smartphone as a watch. I like the Fitbit app and generally feel its very user friendly. I have a few different band colors to change up the look and wear the rose gold with the black band daily. Unfortunately, I recently lost my Fitbit Charge 2 after wearing it in Hawaii during several hiking trips. Its such a disappointment because I really liked it. I was able to easily track my steps and sleep partners. Now that Im in the market to buy a new device to replace my Charge 2, I compared all my options since several new products have some out since I last purchased the Fitbit Charge 2. I considered the Apple Watch again, but ultimately decided to stick to Fitbit because it serve a different purpose, targeted more towards fitness. I was initially going to get another Charge 2 but ended up replacing it with the Versa 2 which came out in the market today.

This Fitbit is perfect for my day to day activity. While charging, I actually feel naked without it. It only takes about 20 minutes for a full charge. Try to charge it while your showering, reading or watching television. You dont want to lose your Steps. Im overall happy with this Fitbit. Its a medium size which I rather wear. I dislike the smaller and larger size Fitbit.

Ive had a few FitBits and I like this one and the Alta the best. The Alta is slimmer and I liked it more than the Charge HR, but I missed the heart rate monitor aspect. The Charge 2 is larger than the Alta and not quite as attractive, but the display and the HR make up for that. The alerts on the Alta was sideways because of the layout and they could be tricky to read. The Charge 2 layout means I dont have to contort my arm to read the alerts. I like that the Charge HR can display both the time and my steps with a flick of the wrist. The Alta just shows the time and I had to tap for steps. One thing I miss about the Alta is the watch face that displayed the day of the week along with the time. The Charge 2 does not have an option that shows the day of the week. I also love that the Charge 2 came with a traditional buckle band instead of the awful FitBit snap closure on the Alta and other models. FitBit just needs to discontinue that snap closure forever and ever.I have had no issues with the Charge 2 tracking my steps. I like that the display also shows me where I am with my 250 stepshour goal. The Alta only showed me that at 10 minutes before the hour and now I can check it when its convenient and get some steps in. The Alta did not track stairs climbed and the Charge 2 does. Ive had 2 other FitBits Force, Charge HR that tracked stairs climbed and none were very accurate. The stair climber count would be at 1 or 2 on Saturdays where I mostly sat on the couch and watched movies and there are no stairs inside my apartment. Aside from that, the count seems to be as accurate as any other counter I used. None of them are 100 accurate, but its not a medical device for a study, so Im okay with that.

I was excited to upgrade to the Fitbit Charge 2 after having had a Fitbit One for a long time. I even went for the rose gold which costs a little more to get one that looks a little more like a watch than a fitness device. However, within 24 hours of receiving mine in the mail, it became obvious that it didnt work correctly. Several times I noticed that my step count was less than the last time I looked at it, and when I tested it on the treadmill it only picked up two out of every three steps. I troubleshot the issue on Fitbits website, which recommended restarting the watch. Based on the existing QAs there, Id say this is a pretty common issue. Despite restarting it, the Charge 2 still exhibited the same issues.Although I like the features the Charge 2 offers and it has a good look, its no good to me if it cant perform its most basic function of counting steps. I returned this to BBB within a week. While my experience with BBB was great, Im very disappointed in this Fitbit model.

Pros Like the instant feedback from workouts. The interaction with the phone app takes details such as sleep, workouts, calories to a much more detailed level. It is a good motivator to be able to have mini targets for moving around, and reaching a certain number of steps each day. I have to say the gps when running or cycling, along with a phone, works really well.Cons The heart rate monitor function is poor. When working out at high intensity it often stops measuring. It seems that too much sweat interferes with its ability to take heart rate, and the accuracy of the reading when working out is questionable. On occassions this has meant no or very incorrect workout feedback. Also functions of steps measured, calories burned and stairs climbed is again very inaccurate, mostly over estimating what you have actually done.

My son wears this and he loves this. He says you can sync it with your phone and It will give notifications and tells you have a call or messages. He wishes the battery was a little bit better. But over all he says it is a really good package. I see he uses this as a smart watch. There is a mini game on this that he enjoys a lot. My son is 12 years old. I bought it for him so I can track his sleep and it is helping me track his sleep.

I love my Fitbit but there are some things that still need improvement… The notifications are not as reliable as I hoped they just kind of randomly come through… The other thing is the wristbands kept breaking which was a pain… Im not sure theyve fixed these things yet for the hr3 but I hope so… Its great for keeping track of your steps, hr, date, and time so these things are very minor There are also a lot of cool features on the app and for women they have a special feminine tracker…

Upgraded to this product after the HR let me down. Sad to say that this product let me down as well. My sister and I each received replacement bands for this product, but those bands broke as well within less than a year. With both of us having out ran our warranty, one was able to keep wearing the watch until another nad broke but, but with half the band purple and the other half black as we both had different colored bands. The metal connectors on this are very poor.

The main reason I bought this for its sleep tracking abilities. I thought it was pretty awesome feature on top of its heart rate and fitness tracking. Although it works pretty well, I did have a few issues. First, I did notice it wasnt accurately tracking my steps, so I contacted customer service, which they replaced with no issues. They have wonderful customer service. Second, Im allergic to nickel, so my skin is very easily upset by anything containing it. After extended wear taking off to showercontact with water only , my skin was becoming red and itchy so I had to take it off for period of time, which defeats the purpose if your trying to get your steps in. Third, the lights on the back of the watch were very distracting at night when I was trying to sleep. Every time I would roll over or move my arm, I could see the lights, which disrupted me trying to fall asleep. The only reason I gave it three stars is due to my personal experience. I would say for anyone that doesnt have sensitive skin or isnt affected by light at bed, this is great Especially since the band is interchangeable.

I absolutely adore my Fitbit charge 2. Its not to big and not to small. It reads your heart rate, tracks excercise, bike rides, and your sleep patterns. And so much more The only downside I have is that I noticed after wearing it for quiet some time, my arm had a slight indention in it. I was not wearing it to tightly. And I removed the device and didnt wear it for several months before my arm went back to normal. I also read online that I was not the only person experiencing this problem. I contacted fitbit regarding the problem and received a refund but they do not know why this is happening. I was truly saddened by this because I really enjoyed the product but was more concerned with the effects it was having on my wrist

This is one of those things where I should have bought it ages ago, but was hesitant with all the hype and the price. I have had my Fitbit for over two months now and LOVE it I live downtown Toronto and walking is my main source of transportation, so I love constantly killing my stepexercise goal. But as cool as that feature is, the sleep feature is my favourite. Prior to owning a Fitbit I was constantly fatigued and never really understood why. Now that I am able to track my sleep, I now know that I am an extremely light sleeper and I spend approx. one hour awake throughout the night without even knowing it I am now able to plan my bedtime accordingly and wake up feel much more refreshed. My only complaint with the Fitbit is that the band is not breathable, causing my wrist to have a slight irritation if I sweat.

Still going strong. I purchased my charge 2 3 years ago and its still going strong I use it integrated with the app and its great. I love the relaxationmediation feature of the watch I use it every time Im at a job interview to make sure Im as calm as can be. Im honestly amazed that its still working great after 3 years and because of that Im a fitbit follower for life.

Pros I bought this as a gift for my partner. He loves it. The gunmetal edition is more expensive than the other colours in this range but I think that it was worth it. The sides of the display are black other model are silver and to me this makes it far more discreet and appear smaller. My partner prefers the pattern on the band compared to the other black model. We had been warned that the battery would not last long per charge but this has not been the case. The sports tracking modes are very good and the app is very user friendly. The display itself is clear and the data shown can be personalised to suit your preferences. It can sync with one app from a smart phone and shows any messages as they arrive.Cons There are only a limited number of sports modes to choose from. So he has been using the tennis mode when really playing badminton, which hasnt been a problem. You can only receive messages on the display from one app.

This was my first fitbit. It got the job done and gave me what I needed to know but left me wanting an upgraded version that could do a little more, such as response to texts and built in GPS. it held a decent charge but I noticed the heart rate tracker was not always completely accurate. It was a good first fitbit band to get me into the fitbit family and I have since upgraded to the versa 3. Overall, would recommend as a basic fitness tracker.

I love my Fitbit charge 2. Originally I started out with the Fitbit charge HR and that seemed to break over and over. Their customer service is pretty great, and they were willing to replace it almost each time even when I was over the year warranty. The last time it happened I just decided to go with a new one. This one has been so much more reliable and hasnt broken. I wear it everyday Not sure how it compares to other fitness watches but I am a big fan of Fitbits. Hope to upgrade in the near future

I have had this for 3 weeks. It was easy to set up, once I worked out that the pairing code was on the screen I thought it was going into demo mode… A printed quick start guide would have been helpful.I was originally looking at the Samsung Gear Fit 2 as I wanted the o2 sat stats as well. The fitbit charge 2 has most of the features of the Samsung except this and I was not prepared to pay the extra 60 just for this feature. The decision maker for me was that quite a few friends have fitbit products and we have competitions which spurs us all on.The phone app works well, I choose to manually sync as I did find it zapped the battery having it on all day sync. The phone app is reliable, unlike the reviews I read for the cheaper copy products. I have notifications on, that doesnt help battery life, at present I get 3 days from one charge. If the novelty of notifications wears off I will switch them off and I might get the advertised 5 days from a charge. It only takes just over an hour to charge so 3 days is acceptable for my level of use.I very soon gave up entering my food as a lot of items were not there and weight loss gain isnt really of interest to me. I have chronic fatigue and once I have a few months worth of data mainly sleep and heart rate I will be speaking to my doctor as my activity levels definitely relate to my well being.I would like to see the range of activities widened. There are more available on the Samsung, I guess with time, there will be updates.

So good I got my Fitbit for Christmas in 2016 and it still works perfectly I teach yoga and do cardio with it on so it gets really sweaty and it does fine I love that it can track my sleep and heart rate. I seriously wear this every day and every night, the only reason I take it off is to shower. I recommend this watch over any others Going on three years of DAILY use and still works as well as the day I got it. I have replaced the band though, but they are cheap enough and come in many colors so you can always change your band depending on occasion

I never wore a watch until I got my FitBit for Christmas and now I feel like a part of me is missing if I manage to go without it It has an amazing battery life I charge it every 57 days and it is extremely durable as I have dropped, scratched, and hit it on many surfaces due to my clumsiness. It takes accurate heart rate readings as well as the steps and active minutes that it monitors among other things. I highly recommend it if you want a reliable fitness monitor and watch FitBit and Amazon offer multiple wrist bands and other accessories as well.

I actually have the alta I believe not the charge. Its slimmer but the screen shows more of the features. There is a few selection that you get to choose how you want to view your watch like timewise. On the app you can select what feature you want to see and how to see it, i use the app to track my monthly periods and it will predict the next month. It shows your sleep pattern, how long whag state youre in and records time and stays on the chart every month so every month it restarts. You can log weight and chat with others, search up daily activities and schedule it in. Not as fancy as a apple watch but it has every feature one looks for if youre active and what to keep up.

Calling this a tracker borders on fraud. It is so inaccurate, and so erratic, it is worse than useless. Take the heart rate sensor. During interval training on an elliptical, its readout varies pretty much randomly from 30 bpm above to 20 bpm below my actual, measured heart rate. Sometimes its spot on, but Im reminded that a stopped clock is right twice a day. On a treadmill, at a fast walking pace, it consistently reads 20 to 30 bpm below actual. I do weight training 5 to 6 days a week, and during a 60 to 80minute workout it will routinely vary as much as 20 bpm too high, and 30 too low. Intermittently, it shows an HR as much as 40, 50 and more bpm below actual. The largest discrepancy had the Charge 2 displaying 80 bpm when my actual was 149. Sixtynine bpm to low Ive also seen it go from 15 bpm too high to 30 bpm too low in less than a minute. And jump from 97 to 117 bpm while Im looking at the display. Today, in the middle of weight training, it showed my HR as 62 bpm. Thats lower than my resting HR Oh, and some days I apparently die multiple times during a workout, because the display repeatedly shows . The Fitbit community forum is filled with complaints about the HR sensor. The Charge 2s step counter isnt much better. In controlled testing, walking the indoor track at my gym, its wildly inaccurate. I did 12 tests, 4 each of 30, 50 and 100 steps. In two tests it was with about 5 percent. In one, it undercounted by 10 that means if you walk 10,000 steps, itll only credit you with 9,000. And in the remaining 9, it undercounted by 30 to 35 That means that for a 10,000 step day, youll only be credited with 6500 to 7000 Its not consistent, though. Sometimes it overcounts by about 5. It also give me credit for steps while Im sitting on the couch folding laundry, and when Im scratching my head. And this is under the best conditions walking a moderate pace, nothing in my hands, my arm swinging freely. If youre carrying something that i

Im a middle aged bloke 50yrs and until I took a serious injury last year I was reasonably fit. I was at the gym 3 times a week. Since the injury and the long lay off from activity Ive struggled to find the motivation to get back into regime. I thought this might be the answer but I was wrong. To get any kind of meaningful use out of this you have to be dedicated to it, and by that I mean that its like owning a puppy, it needs constant attention. Sure you could just wear it on your wrist and look how many steps youve done at the end of the day but that would kind of be missing the point. This thing tracks everything if you go into the full app support and also use recommended partner apps. I found myself being pestered, and yes, that is the right word because I was pestered into logging meals and drinks and snacks and all manner of other things. I have a wife and four children……nope, sorry thats inaccurate because one of them is now a man who forgot to leave home, and I work full time as a service manager. This means my time is important and I found it being frittered away putting meaningless data into my wrist worn EPUPPY apps. At this point some people who own these things are probably thinking yeah but its like totes worth the effort Sorry for the generic millennial typecast accent and they would be wrong. Why simple… because after Id had it a few days and it was all set up with my accurate stride pattern etc etc I noticed that Id done over 8000 steps by 11.00 AM one day. Id actually walked downstairs, made my breakfast and eaten it and then got in the car and drove to the town of Beverley. Apparently bumps in the road count as steps. This kind of tech may be useful in a few years but right now its nothing more than a very expensive, very high maintenance, very inaccurate self indulgence. Mine is on its way back to the Tesco eBay outlet for refund as I write this review.

I spent many hours reading reviews, researching which watch to buy. I finally decided to purchase the Charge 2.I am not tech savvy and found it easy to set up and download the app comparable with my iPhone. The features are simple to use yet very informative. Im particularly impressed w H the sleep monitor and heart rate which shows fat burn and cardio work out. It has helped me understand which work outs are best for me.Although it says its not waterproof, I have accidentally wet mine in the shower and its survived. The only negative thing I can say is the step counter is not always 100 accurate. Its sometimes a little over generous and adds extra steps. I often wake up with steps on my counter, yet to the best of my knowledge, I have not stepped foot out of bed. Some vigorous arm movements are counted as steps.I find I only need to charge my Fitbit every 1014 days and the process does not take long.I am very pleased with my Fitbit and would certainly recommend it to others. If you are a fitness fanatic then Yummly wish to purchase a smart watch that has more detailed information but I am happy with the simple break down.

As a product itself its great i think. Counts steps even if youre not really walking, so easy to cheat if you want to. However as Im a skinny person, i find it extremely annoyingly wide for my wrist. I have the small wristband but it is still sticking about 12cm each side of the screen away from my wrist. Cant wear shirt or jacket as cant pull it through. It does annoy me a lot, but theres nothing one can do about it. If i knew this before i bought it, I wouldnt. In generaldoes the jobcounts steps.

I have owned my fitbit charge 2 for 5 months now and absolutely love it It is able to track your heart rate, steps, stairs climbed, and sleep patterns. I love that it also has a phone app that connects to help track better, as well as a computer app for even more indepth tracking. It syncs well. I actually find myself looking at it frequently throughout the day to check the time rather than get my cell phone out to look. Its also very handy to check what date it is. I like that I can set it to vibrate when I have a text message, and show on the screen who its from. It has a relaxation mode that helps you with deep breathing. I have mine set to remind me every hour to get up and walk. My battery life has been great, only needing to be charged completely once a week. This is my first Fitbit and I have to say Im very impressed. I had hip replacement surgery back in May and I have a lot of weight to lose since Ive had hip problems for 2 years and havent been able to be very active at all. Im still getting used to it since I just received it last week. I have a 2mile trail that I like to walk on. I am not ready to walk on it as of yet, but cant wait until I can. Luckily for me, I live on 6 acres, so I walk around the property and get lots of exercise. For those that want to sync with Computer laptop and if its a Vista, like mine, you will need to purchase a Dongle 6.95. I have an old HTC phone that this FitBit isnt compatible with, so I am not able to download the app on my phone. It did download the app on my Samsung tablet, but I also wanted to view the app on my laptop. Once you plug in the Dongle, it has to sync download the app and voila. If you have a newer OS, you probably wont need to purchase a Dongle. I have heard that the Dongle used to come with the FitBit, but theyve dont away with that. I got this for ME, and Im not even on FB. I am not into all of the challenges with other people that they try to push. I guess you can challenge your friends, family, etc. Thats not for me. I prefer to use this at my own pace. Wish we had these back in the 70s 80s. Great Concept

Very happy with delivery service of my Fitbit however when it arrived it wasnt working properly.Unfortunately I was not able to receive any notifications of calls, texts or calendar alerts. I checked the internet and found that this appeared to be a common fault.I followed instructions from Fitbit themselves to try to rectify this but none of these worked. I then contacted customer service at Tesco and cannot fault the service I received.A replacement Fitbit was ordered and I received it the following day with the other being uplifted at no charge to me.I am happy to say the new Fitbit works exactly as it should. Having the option now to receive notifications is extremely useful. The product itself is very well made and has some great features on it. When you sync it to your phone, you can see a lot of stats like steps, workouts, sleep, etc. Its nice to be able to analyze all of the different aspects over time, and things like step count seem accurate. Very happy with Fitbit Charge 2. I purchased it to track my steps and saw it had much more features than I had imagined. I can actually add my menstrual cycle information, I can add water and food intake besides the obvious of tracking steps. I love that I can put it in treadmill mode to track while I go out for a walk andor slow run. I am still learning how to use all of its features but I really do like it and I am glad I purchased it. I did not however, like the original wristband it came with and although the color is nice the wristband made me sweat and felt uncomfortable for me. I purchased another wristband that was nylon with velcro and that feels much better sweat wise and for putting on or taking off. The step tracking is not 100 percent accurate but its good enough for me…unfortunately if you move your arm too much and body is not moving it will count it as a step. I dont count against too much since other system I had used were worse. It still works for me and yes I still love it.

I purchased the Charge2 because the Charge Ive been using for the past 8 months does not have the heart rate feature nor the Relax feature. I really wanted both. The band is the same size as the Charge, but the face of the tracker is much larger in the same amount of space. The bump underneath where the sensor for the heart rate is does not bother me at all, you just have to make sure to move it up on your arm a bit and tighten it during exercise where you use your arms a lot. I dont like the watch style band as much as the old style, but thats personal preference and there are aftermarket bands I can use instead. The display is crisp and large enough to read. The hourly reminders to get moving are really handy The Charge didnt have those. The Relax program, which leads you through 2 or 5 minutes of guided breathing, reduced my resting heart rate by 10 points the first time I used it. I used it during a stressful situation and it really helped. The only drawbacks the vibration of the silent alarms and achievements is very weak. Much weaker than the Charge. It was not enough to wake me in the morning and I also missed a couple of the activity reminders. Perhaps in time I will become more sensitive to it, having been used to the strong reminders from the Charge. Also, the type is a bright white color vs a very light blue on the Charge. I liked the blue better. Thats purely aesthetic though, its perfectly visible with the white type. One other thing I really appreciate is the detailed sleep stages made possible by the HR function. It shows light, deep and REM sleep in addition to the other info. Its very helpful as I work through a period of insomnia.Im very happy with the Charge2 despite the weak silent notifications. It has exactly what I needed to help me manage my health and the app is great for logging my food. As for battery life, they say it will last 5 days depending on how you use it. I have the HR on all the time, reminders to move set for 14 hours a day and a couple of alarms set to wake up and to remind me to do the Relax breathing exercise and the bedtime notifications set. I do not have it sync my calendar or phone calls. I am at an even 50 after the last full charge two days ago, so I will get a little less.Since the Charge2 and the Charge before it isnt waterproof and I need to remove it to shower anyway, I usually plug it in to charge around every 2nd or 3rd day. That way it doesnt take too long to charge and its ready to go by the time I finish getting dressed. The new charger works well, it looks odd but really secures the Charge2 so the cord doesnt pop out.I think its a great deal for what it does. Remember that just like your scale at home is a little bit off from your doctors scale, its not going to be absolutely accurate no fitness band will be. It gives you a very good idea, though. Also, as I said, I had used the Charge for 8 months and Ive read that people have problems with the bands coming apart, etc but I never have. I am careful not to get it soaking wet, I wipe it with a baby wipe when I take it off to charge it and dry it thoroughly. Ive not had any issues with any of my Fitbit bands.Highly recommended

I am really liking my Fitbit Charge 2. I find it to be a very motivational device. I love the reminders to move because I sit for too many hours each day at a desk. The reminders prompt me to take a break and walk around, which is good for both my physical and mental health. I am a very active person who takes many fitness classes, but a few months ago suffered an injury that sidelined me for a while. As I am getting back to my usual routines, I love tracking my progress and amount of activity. I compete with myself to meet my daily goals and find those it very reinforcing and rewarding when my Fitbit celebrates those accomplishments. I like being able to see my heartrate and the quality of my sleep though not sure how accurate that is. I havent connected to any friends on challenges, though my daughter thought we should do a challenge so well see. I also considered the Apple Watch, but it felt too big and expensive. I thought it would get in the way during workouts. The Fitbit Charge 2 is the right size for me and is a great tool to enhance my wellbeing.

I love the Fitbit Versa 2. I use it everyday to track my heart rate how many steps I do . I raise my step goal each week. The only thing I would like to improve is having it waterproof so I dont have to take it off while doing dishes or showering. The battery life works very well last usually three to four days at least if not a week depending on how busy Ive been. I like that when I do the elliptical or treadmill I can go in and manually put in how long and how far and it adds in the steps. I enjoy the community part of it and the challenges I do often to help me get higher steps on the weekends.

There are surely more high tech watches out there, but I love love love this one. It holds a charge for at least five days. I take a look at steps and stairs most days. Ive definitely used the relaxation module a few times, its just simple breathing but super convenient if youre trying to make meditation a habit. Im thrilled about the heart rate module, helps me know if Im on track while at the gym. And the fanciest module is the gpsworkout tracker. If I wanted to track my runs Id have to time myself on my phone then plot my course on an online map. Now I just hit run and it tracks distance, time, average mile page, etc. the only thing I dont like is that I still have to carry my phone for the GPS function. I know this is not new technology but Im a woman of simple tastes. Everything you need is convenient and in a cute package.

This is an ok tracker. Early on, I noticed the heart rate monitorcalories burned during workouts was horribly wrong. I reached out to Fitbit for answers and they sent me a replacement. I still noticed the same issues it will tell me I burn more calories walking than I do in an intense boxing class. Considering this is the main thing the product is supposed to do, its a huge letdown. But Ive just learned to live with the inaccuracy. Within a year, my screen broke. Thankfully I had my backup one once it got too hard to read the screen. But like the first, it too broke. I am just glad I got 2 for the price of 1 otherwise I would have been quite upset having to buy another. This will be my last Fitbit purchase though. It has not lived up to the money.

I love my Fitbit and only a few things I would change about it. When I go for a run sometimes I forget to start tracking on my watch and depending how my run goes my watch may not log it as an exercise which is annoying to me. Ive also been having issues getting my phone synced to it but I have a feeling thats a me problem. The third thing that bothers me is that it uses the gps in my phone to track me and not the watch itself. I pretty sure they fixed that on the newer model tho. I love my watch and wear it literally every day. It does just what you need without going overboard like an Apple Watch would.

I have not had any issues. I did purchase additional wristbands in different colors. This Fitbit can be linked to your phone using the app and keep track of tons of data. How much sleep youre getting. How much water youre drinking. How many steps, flights, miles, calories, and gives you goals to beat. Its slightly water proof. You can get it wet but not totally submerged in water.

Love the watch. Does everything I could ask for and more. Have been using it for quite awhile during my weight loss journey. Also love that it syncs up with My Fitness Pal. My only gripe is the band connection to the actual unit. Ive had 2 Fitbit Charge HRs and now this model, and all three, after about a year started to have the band push up from the unit causing it to catch on things and exacerbate the situation. If its within the first year, Fitbit is great about replacing it, but still, after a year, you are up the creek, which is why I bought the 2 when Fitbit wouldnt replace my replacement HR. Edit Didnt even realize this, but the Charge 2 actually can have the bands detach and be replaced without replacing the whole unit. Was completely unaware of this feature and have since replaced my band and love my HR. Changed my rating from Good to Excellent

I do love my Fitbit, and the Charge 2 is a big improvement over the Charge HR. There are glitches, but Fitbit has happily sent me free replacements for any issues within the oneyear warranty period. If youre out of the warranty period, theyll send you a 25 coupon to purchase a new one on fitbit.com.The downside is that the bands have never been great. This detachable band is a LOT better than the attached one on the Charge HR, but even so, it starts to fall apart after several months. My original band no longer secures to the device, so I had to stop using it. Luckily, I have other bands, including a goldtone one and a stainless steel one, which are much more sturdy and not from fitbit themselves. It motivates me as I see that Im a mere 1,200 steps or so away from my daily goal of 10,000, and I also set a goal for number of floors I climb each day, so I take the stairs at work a lot more often than I used to. Overall, its a great device. You can even participate in friendly competitions with other Fitbit users

I wanted to love this I wanted to be able to track my sleep patterns, ensure I was getting enough movement throughout the day and monitor my work outs. I was super happy with how easy the set up was, and how well it seemed to track my movement. Within two days of wearing it on my left wrist, my left arm was tingling and sore. I tried turning off the heart rate monitor and it didnt help. I took it off and within a couple days the sensation was gone, so I tried it out again and within two days of round two my arm was in pain again. Apparently this is a common issue based off of the google searches I made. Sadly I had to return this item.

Since I purchased my Fitbit Charge 2 in January, I have been truly enjoying the experience. As my first Fitbit tracker, I wasnt sure what to expect, but I had been enticed by Fitbit for over a year and finally decided to make the plunge.Im so glad I did. The Charge 2 has a number of great features, including the guided breathing, and silent alarms. The app is incredibly comprehensive and has really helped me to be more accountable for my daily activity, my water intake, and what I eat.Its so great to have tangible extensive data on my sleep, activity, and heart rate. Especially sleep. I find that the sleep insights have been very helpful in promoting healthier sleep for me I have a lot of difficulty sleeping.Ive sung the praises of the Fitbit Charge 2 to everyone who will listen, and have already encouraged a few friends and family to purchase them I should be getting commission at this point Having friends and family to compete against and support in a healthy way is another great motivator to join the Fitbit community. My only qualms are that it is not waterproof and that there are no bands with the rose gold clasp offered by Fitbit, or anyone else. I got the special addition with the rose gold tracker, and unless I want to wear the band it came with, or physically remove and reinsert the clasp in a different band, I am doomed to wear a rose gold Fitbit with a silver clasp or the weird fleshy purple band it came with.Overall, its a wonderful product that I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I primarily use it for work for keeping time and not much else. The downside to these trackers or perhaps any trackers is that the steps it measures is actually the swing of your arms as in the swing with each stride as you walk. Its not actually measuring your legs moving, but your arms moving. Unfortunately, you can be picking up pieces of paper and sitting or pouring a drink into a glass and it equates that to actual steps. In my particular case, because of my job it makes the stepcounting really pointless because Im moving my arms, not actually walking. Its light weight which is great, cant really tell youre wearing it. I probably wouldnt recommend letting the battery die all the way keep it charged because Ive found that you have to reset it andor resync it with the app in order to get the right time again. One time I had a lot of difficulty with this to the point I thought it broke for good. Fortunately, I found some online help to restart it as if it was new and it ended up working.

Took 23 weeks to arrive but I was kept informed at all stages of the delivery. The item was sourced from the Far East but from what I can see is in all ways exactly the same as ones available in the UK but cheaper. The only problem is they only provide the watch strap in Large. I resolved this by buying a Small strap elsewhere on Amazon for a fiver. The watch itself is great looks right on a womans wrist some of the other Fitbits like Blaze and Ionic look just too big, more of a mans watch. Works brilliantly with the Fitbit app which itself will happily work with MyFitnessPal and similar apps to provide comprehensive Help, support and encouragement. Great at providing detailed sleep data, and incorporates a Barcode reader for registering calorie intake. The only problem Ive had is recording horseriding and skiing the watch cant recognise those exercises But Ive reported this to the development team so you never know……

A definite improvement to the earlier versions. I especially like that notices are displayed on the screen and that I am alerted when a cell phone call is received. I can have the phone muted at a meeting but still be alerted when I get my anticipated call. Accurate step count. Need to charge every 3rd day. Will look into Charge 3 and 4 with water proof features, gps, and better battery life.

Pros Looked nice and reasonably comfortable to wearCons Been wanting to try an activity monitor for ages, mainly for steps, sleep heart rate so thought Id give this a go. Did not record steps accurately, one time recorded over 600 when I was asleep Day time steps where totally ad hoc. Even though heart rate and the sleep monitor seemed fairly accurate, but due to the steps issue I really couldnt be 100 sure the these where true either. As this was my first I had nothing to compare with, but this obviously had issues that needed to be sorted out. Also for me I found this to technical I believe others are too as there was far to much info and options that I didnt need. I am a mature lady and just want something simple, a basic monitor for steps, heart rate and sleep. We are not all athletes or gym buffs. Has been returned.

I ad my fit bit charge for roughly two years. I I loved it up until I started to get this weird irritation to it almost like a small burning sensation from the laser. I didnt wear it everyday but for the most part 45 days a week. Has anyone else had this problem I also didnt accurately keep track of my steps. I would count along with it out of boredom and it was behind. I love Fitbits but maybe an upgrade in software would help.

My boyfriend got this for me for my birthday two years ago and so far its still going strong. It does everything it says it does, my only complaints are that its a little bulky and not breathable with the strap it comes with, so I got a fabric one thats much nicer. And also a dont love the app, cause it takes forever to update if you close it, and it doesnt show specific hours on heart rate. Other than that its nice.

I have had my charge to for quite a few years now and it is held up very well. It still works and hold the charge for days. The only downfall is that the band has had to be replaced a few times. I love that it tracks my sleep patterns and my steps along with my heart rate and tells me my average resting heart rate. One of the first things I do every morning when I get out is to look at my Fitbit app. I really love it

I upgraded to the fitbit charge 2 about 2 years ago and have loved it ever since I have used many other tracker apps as well as wearable step trackers. This one blows the others out of the water. I started with the fitibt flex to see if I would like the brand and of course I did. This one has the best features for my personal use, i love that it has a clock for one I can constantly monitor my heart rate, active minutes, daily steps, it even tells you about your sleep patterns I have had a couple of problems with it wanting to disconnect from my app and I have had to reset it. I also somehow cracked the screen and broke a band, but a quick phone call to fitbit and emailed them pictures of the damage and they sent me replacements because every fitbit comes with a year warranty. Once out of the warranty you can still call the call center with questions on how to fix it. I have thought about upgrading to the iconic but the charge 2 still has the most compatible functions for my needs It should defiantly be a must have for fitness

I love my Fitbit, although I did crack the screen it is still functional and it works great for me. I wish it was waterproof like the newer ones but once this stops working I will get one of the newer ones. If you want a Fitbit with all the newest features definitely get a newer edition but for me this has everything I need. Although I am unsure if they even still sell this make anymore. You can also link your watch to the Fitbit app which has more features and you can become friends with other Fitbit owners and complete challenges with them which is cool. 100 I recommend Fitbit products

I really like this fitbit. I had borrowed one from my neighbor and really liked it. It was simple to connect, easy to use. I ordered a knockoff, becuz thr price was good and it was terrible. It wouldnt connect to the app and wasnt at all user friendly. I sent it back and ordered this Fitbit Charge 2 and am so glad I did. I like how it celebrates my daily 10,000 steps. This is the watch for me

I love my charge 2 Fitbit. It is easy to read and helps motivate me. Keeping track of my heart rate keeps me in the correct zone while Im exercising. I love the challenges from the Fitbit app because they are challenging and encouraging especially the awards that I can post on Facebook to let my friends and family know my latest accomplishments. Adding friends to the challenges really motivates me. I have the waterproof version and I wear it swimming and snorkeling, and its never let me down. It holds a charge for days and would be longer but I use so many features. I also love the sleep tracker that lets me know how long Im in each stage of sleep. I reccomend Fitbit for everyone.

For people who are wanting to start losing weight, Fitbit Charge 2 is a great product to help those who do.The hardest part about wanting to lose weight is the motivation to go workout. With the Fitbit Charge 2, it makes you want to go out and start burning calories. Fitbit Charge 2, is a smart watch that counts calories you are burning daily. Whether it be walking, running, lifting weights, or even sleeping. Through its heart rate sensors, Fitbit Charge 2 measures your heart rate and from there calculates how much calories you are burning depending on your activity.Ive had my Fitbit Charge 2 for about a year now and love it. I originally wanted a smart watch because everyone else was getting them and I didnt want to feel left out. My friend told me about his Fitbit and kind of made me want to get one. Whats really cool about the Fitbit Charge 2 is that you can challenge your friends and family, if they have a Fitbit as well. They dont even have to have the same watch as you, just needs to be another Fitbit product. We would challenge one another to see who could get the most steps in per day, which made me start losing weight and get active again. Now I must meet my step and calorie burn goal every day. Some other things that I really liked about the Fitbit Charger 2 was the alert system. A lot of the time I have my phone on vibrate and sometimes dont feel it when its in my pocket or hear it when its in my bag. Whether I be in class, at work, in the gym or forgetting I still have it on vibrate my Fitbit vibrates around my wrist and displays a text or call alert that my phone is ringing. I also like that it lets me view text messages without having to look at my phone. The battery life is 5 days, which is great because I forget to charge it some nights. I prefer the straight black color, but the Fitbit Charge 2 comes in other colors besides black. Also, if you want it to look more like a watch, you can swap out the wristbands for different materials instead of the one that comes attached. I prefer the one that comes attached because its a flexible, yet durable material. It feels better around the wrist and doesnt get in the way when lifting weights. The Fitbit Charge 2 is water resistant, which has come in handy while running in the rain, doing dishes, and any other activity where normally I would have to take my watch off.The Fitbit Charge 2 has a lot going for it being a fitness smart watch. The only thing that I could find wrong with it was that when Im on the stairstep machine at the gym, it has a hard time recording my steps and flights of stairs Ive climbed. My Fitbit will record my steps when Im on the treadmill, but not while Im on the stair master. I only go on the stair master once a week, so its not that big of an inconvenience for me. I also dont care for the guided breathing sessions that my Fitbit offers. Its a feature that helps you practice breathing exercises and alerts you to do them. If I did yoga this would be something I would use more. Since I dont, I have no need for this feature. The Fitbit Charge 2 helped me find the motivation to want to lose weight and had a fun way of doing it. This watch helps monitor my sleep, count my steps, tells me how many calories Im burning, and check my heart rate. I was a little skeptical about getting a smart watch because of having to charge it all the time, but my Fitbit seems to never run out of juice. Buying this product changed the way I feel about fitness smart watches and the way I look. If you are on the fence about getting a fitness smart watch, I would highly recommend purchasing a Fitbit Charge 2. Youll enjoy every step of this new watch.

At first I could not get the Fitbit to work with the apps on my android phone or my iPad. I cleared out my previous Fitbit and made sure the new one was charged. Couldnt get it going. But finally the Fitbit gave me a four digit code to enter into my phone and they finally paired. Then it informed me that the Fitbit needed an upgrade which it did automatically. Then all worked well. The item I bought had no instructions so this was frustrating for a while, but at least it worked out.

The tracker has so many different features on it. It can read your heart rate and you also get notification when it is time to start walking. I dont have worry about changing the batteries. I just charge my device and place it back on my wrist. I really love this device and Im glad that I purchase it also.

Bought the Charge 2 thinking it would revolutionise the way I see my fitness on a daily basis. However I am firstly hugely disappointed by the fact that it is not waterproof, I knew this before buying it, but only after did I realise how frustrating this is I enjoy swimming winter climbing and had to make part with my watch for both occasions. Secondly, and this is what made me return it, is the fact the Charge 2 is not a smart watch at all, it uses predefined measurements to guess your stepsdistance covered. I recently did a 15k hillwalk only to get told I walked 25k. The other annoying thing is that at night, if you want to stop your watch from turning on when you move, you have to log into the app, change the settings, sync the watch and then go back to bed. Wish the watch had a simple night setting inbuilt. Lastly, the gps is pretty useless as its just relying on your phone and therefore your battery drains a lot faster. All in all, Im sure this watch will suit some people but it didnt cut the mark for me and a long way away from being a smart watch. Btw on eBay you can find very similar watches for about 15. Bet those are just as good. FYI I returned the watch as it didnt suit my needs. Alex

I had a Fitbit years ago when they first came out. I never used it. Needless to say I hesitated to make this purchase. I am in a very sedentary job though and desperately trying to take off some pounds and improve my health so I gave it a shot I love it Its lightweight and despite its practical purposes as a watch, its like I have a walking buddy with me at work that reminds me every so often, hey, time to move Now mind you I do have buddies at work to walk with, but sometimes you forget how long you have actually been sitting still. This way I just throw on my tennis shoes, take a quick stroll, and I am back to work within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend it to anyone like me who may be just starting back with exercise or the avid fitness king or queen. Well worth the Oh and btw, you can purchase a million different bands on Amazon to change up the look of your Fitbit and match your QVC outfit

I got a Fitbit for my birthday. It came with a purple strap. After a few months, the strap started getting air bubbles where it connects to the screen. Since I had it less than a year, they sent me a free replacement. The replacement band was not the same as the original. It didnt feel as nice and soft. The flexibility of it was a little different too. Over a year later, I was playing volleyball and the ball hit the strap in a spot where it broke it. I was able to buy very cheap but also great quality replacement straps on amazon because the replacement from fitbit is way expensive. The tracker itself works great. I love that theres an app where you can look at your sleep cycles. It measures steps, heart rate, and exercises. Its fun to challenge yourself to get more steps in every day.

I received this FitBit for my birthday after my old fitness tracker died. Im really liking the FitBit. There are many different things tracked by the FitBit like resting heart rate, active heart rate, sleep, miles, etc. The only drawback is that you have to charge the FitBit about once a week which takes about 11 12 hoursits a bit of a nuisance compared to my last one that had batteries not a FitBit but I still think this is a great tracker.

I love my Fitbit Charge 2 Only complaints I have is the heart rate isnt always accurate, which can cause some anxiety, seriously … Also, the original band on mine broke within a few months and I had to buy a knock off band off of amazon because I couldnt find a small black band by Fitbit anywhere, and I had to buy a new charger within about 68 months because mine just quit. However, I love the app, the way it keeps up with the steps can sometimes be inaccurate as well, but it cant be 100 accurate all the time, and I love how you can do the breathing techniques, time the workouts, etc. Overall, I love my Fitbit Perfect size for my wrist as well I wanted something slimmer than like the Blaze which my husband has. It is the perfect size for my wrist as a woman. Not too small or too big.

This product does everything i want it to. I have almost changed to an Apple Watch many times, but the app interface is so wonderful with the Fitbit. Not only do you have the opportunity to take workouts through the app, it also tracks menstrual cycles. It is incredibly accurate and love this tracker. You can also print your data reports and provide them for your healthcare professionals

I read the reviews on several sites about the Fitbit Charge 2 and i was hesitant to purchase. From the setup difficulties to charging issues. Im happy to say Ive had no problems at all. I love love love my Charge 2 The feedback is more meaningful, especially sleep which i struggle with. The notifications dont seem to drain my battery. I have alarms set every hour of my 14 hour day to move, wake up and bedtime. The breakdown of micro nutrients is especially helpful on a low carb high protein diet Its helpful to see at a glance what I need as it pertains to food choices. I charge it about every 3 days but thats because i dont like the battery below 65… i have allowed it to go longer and it lasted 5 days as advertised. Its not as sensitive on recording steps I did not make such as when Im at my desk and moving my left arm a lot during work, that i like. I love the ability to set up the display screen as I desire. Sometimes I question the time it records me working out but Ill keep an eye on that. So far I love it much more than my fitbit chargeHR.

Pros Looks great on and fun to use. The community on the app app very friendly and supportive . Easy to set up and I get a good week out of a charge, although I imagine if that you have it connected to your phone alot that would reduce the battery life. I sync mine morning and night. I really like this colour combination too, nice and subtle. Im a size 18 and the small fits nice and has room to be loose on the wrist all be it on the last inch of the strap.Cons Theres quite a difference between large and small straps. The small could be just a little longer but even on the last few notches its securely fastened. If youve owned an alta and are looking to upgrade this is a great alternative although the small straps are shorter than the alta.

I love my charge 2. Its not as fancy as the new trackers with videos and music capability but its not big and bulky and ugly either. And its not so old that you cant buy fashion bands for it. Also its much cheaper now that its not the newest tracker. Ive had this since it was released almost. My first ones heart rate tracker quit working so I contacted Fitbit and they sent me a replacement for free that I just attatched to my band and they didnt even make me send the broken one back. Amazing customer service. The app is much better than most paid fitness apps and its free The community and challenges help keep me motivated and the step counter in constant view keeps me accountable and pushes me. The sleep tracker is very detailed. It counts stairs youve climbed, workout minutes, it has a timer and mileage tracker for running, biking, swimming, walking and more. It really has everything I could want in a sleek package. The charger is unique to this so you wont be able to walk into a Walmart to replace it but they are cheap on Amazon. It charges in less than an hour and the battery life lasts about 5 or more days while being in constant use. Totally recommend.

There are a lot of great things about this product vibrating alarm, sleep metrics, walking metrics, phone notifs, and reminders to move are just some of my favorite features. The Fitbit app itself is very useful too, it helps you keep track of calorie intake and calorie usage. To add motivation, you can even invite your friends who are Fitbit users to compete with you by walking the most number of steps. I wanted to lose weight so what I did was set how many calorie deficits I want per day in the fitbit app. Whenever I logged on my calories, it would tell me when I have reached my caloric requirements. If you exceeded, and you still have time, sure you can do some exercise until you burn that excess. It did help me to lose 5 pounds in a month, just because I wanted my bar graph to look blue, and not red.The CON of this product is that it never records your heart rate accurately, especially during cardio. When you are all sweaty, Fitbits heart rate monitor may even read blank, and it pisses me off. They say that the watch is just too slow to catch up but it will eventually read the right heart rate as long as you have been in that state for a minute or so. I find thats true. So if youre someone with a heart condition, and you want to keep your heart rate below maximum, youre better off with HRMs with chest straps.Overall, however, Fitbit is a very motivating fitness gadget especially for competitive individuals out there. It just depends on what you want to use if for.

This was a great tracker. I used it daily in many ways. Obviously to track steps, do the challenges, used the walk workout setting I even used the timer for face masks other non workout related things. I had it for two years and it was still working perfectly when I switched to a Garmin that looks more like a regular watch. It did get very scratched up but that didnt change the ability to view the screen and it was bright and viewable in the sun. I will definitely say that I like the Fitbit community and app better than Garmin.

The Fitbit charge hr 2 band is amazing. It really helped to motivate and remind me to get moving and get some steps in. Its comfortable to wear and because of its sleek look it goes with pretty much any outfit. I personally and not the biggest fan of the straps that come with the Fitbit. However, because you can easily remove them you can customize how your Fitbit looks. I ordered a metal magnetic band off of amazon for around 10 and it made it look like a real watch rather than just a fitness band. I had mine for almost 2 12 years and never had any problems with my fitbit. I did end up upgrading to the charge 4 because it just started having issues with the display out of nowhere. However, I definitely got my use out of it over the time I had it.

I have a love hate relationship with this tracker. For one, it NEVER gets my calories correct. It says I burn more calories walking than I do during an intense, high cardio boxing class where I am dripping sweat. Drives me crazy since the main reason for a fitness tracker is to track your fitness… Aside from that, Ive always liked the look of this product. The screen breaks VERY EASILY. And the bands are not going to last more than 6 months or so. But its still an ok tracker. Will not purchase FitBit again though.

This was bought as a gift for my partner. They absolutely love it and have been charging it and wearing it since Christmas day. I ask them each day how many steps and have you reached your goal. It is a brilliant device, easy to use app and had lots of clever features like the heart rate monitor too. Stylish in the black colour but other colours are available, I also purchased another strap and screen protectors from another well known marketplace. Overall a great fitness tracker and activity monitor for all ages. Very pleased with the product and I had it delivered to my local Tesco Express on the corner which was so convenient. I work out four times a week and wanted something to monitor my heart rate and give me an indication of how my workouts were going. This is a great product and does exactly what i wanted it to do. I can see calories burned, watch heart rate on the treadmill and record my workouts. Just gives you a little more incentive to workout, which we all need. I love the fact i can tell time and get notifications also because Im not the type to carry my phone all the time, especially when Im working out. Its small and nonintrusive which I like too. I also love the sleep tracking feature which I didnt think Id use much but I look at it every day. Overall great product at a great price. If i lost this I would buy it again

Wow, love this product. I recommend this for Asthmatics. If my pulse suddenly goes up while I am inactive, I know to check my peak flow and sure enough I need to use my inhaler. Thats been so helpful because before getting this product my asthma would be out of control before I would realize it. By the way, for those who dont understand this, your pulse will go up because you are having to take too many breaths to compensate for your lungs beginning to close off. Most of the time, you dont realize this until you start having a lot of difficulty taking a breath. By that time youre already having a severe asthma attack. That is why when the pulse suddenly goes up, I check my peak flow. Just another great tool in the fight to control Asthma. Love it

The tracker itself has been excellent and Ive been very pleased with it. I have an internal implant that tracks my heart rate 247 and my Fitbit is right on with its tracking I cant see what my implant records, but my Fitbit has helped me to identify patterns in my heart rate to look out for and what things have improved with exercise. The pedometer is pretty good and they are adding new features to the app all the time My only real complaint is the wrist bands… My skin is sensitive which I can deal with, but my band has already broken twice. Fitbit was great and replace my band right away, its just a tad inconvenient. Overall, Id recommend it, but Id suggest maybe a different band if youre going to be pretty active.

I ordered this as a TSV with an extra band in early January. I was looking for a more user friendly tracker than my previous one not Fitbit brand and Charge 2 fills my requirements. I love the ability to view my progress throughout the day right on the tracker…just tap through the screens to view different stats. My old one required that I sync to the app on my phone to view my stats. Ive noticed that it sometimes registers extra steps when I am not active, but it also misses a few here and there, so I feel that it averages out. I dont expect it to be 100 accurate, but want to use Charge 2 to get me moving more often. Its kind of surprising how a little number on your wrist can motivate you. I also like the heartrate feature. It gives me an idea of my heartrate during different activities. I have a 6.75 wrist and ordered the small. It fits great. Probably could have ordered the large as well, but I didnt want the extra part of the strap to be too long.Im taking one star off for the lack of instructions. I ran into problems getting my phone to push notifications to the Charge 2. I followed all the troubleshooting tips I could find. After two days of uninstallingreinstalling the app, turning Bluetooth onoff, and checking every setting I could find, I dug deeper into Google and found an article that mentioned the tracker also needs to be set to receive notifications. This is separate from the settings within the app and those on my phone. It was as simple as pushing the side button on the tracker itself until the screen says Notifications ON. Frustrating search to find information that should be part of Fitbits online Charge 2 manual or troubleshooting tips.

I purchased my Fitbit charge to back in April 2017, and I am still currently using it as of this review that I am posting on October 30, 2019. So getting up there to almost 3 years of using this straight. I have noticed a very inconsistent reading in my heart rates. I dont like it calculates my calories very well during a workout. Ive also noticed my stats being very inaccurate. At first it was very good in my opinion, but it was also the first fitness Watch that I had had ever. But it even sent me to the doctor because I thought that my heart rate was getting too low, but Ive seen this and other reviews as well and my EKG and everything came back very good so they are some setbacks with that. Like I said it first it was overall great or good, but now that Ive tried other ones even though I still use it I use it more just out of habit, but I wouldnt recommend this one I would definitely go with the charge three or one of the other ones. This when you cant get notifications and you can read your text and you cant see whos calling, and I think some more notifications. But as far as doing certain things on the white you cant text back you cant answer the phone you can ignore the phone call, theres very limited things you can do only watch. But for me thats all I want it I want to my steps in my heart rate track so this was perfect for me, but over the last six months Ive noticed very in accurate and inconsistent readings in my heart rate, my workouts, my calories burned, my sleeping, and just my steps even. And the main Reason I even wanted it was to track my heart rate, my workouts, and my steps, and also my sleep schedule. And as of now is not accurate on any of those.

Love my Fitbit Ive had it for almost 2 years now and have had NO issues. The bands are interchangeable, the charging cables are cheap to replace, only takes an hour or two to charge up, its awesome I got the charge 2 because the screen wasnt too small or too big and it was 13 the price of an Apple Watch. I love being able to count macros and water intake outside of steps and calories Ive burned too It also does your sleep. I think the ONLY thing I dont like is that its sometimes uncomfortable to wear at night when Im sleeping. I have to loosen it up before bed or Ill wake up with itchy red marks on my wrist lol.

I have mostly enjoyed the Charge 2, but have encountered a few issues in the time Ive had it. The first is how awful the band is from a safetyhygiene perspective. Even with washing and alcohol, it is not breathable and leads to skin discomfort and damage. Theres no excuse for a then expensive tech product to be poorly engineered for wear. My second main issue has been inconsistent HR monitoring during workouts. The sensor is just not the best and can miss entire workouts.

I lost an older model fitbit in Europe. I suspect it was when I was taking my backpack off, something that you do hourly or more, and the backpack caught the fitbit and yanked it off. I would never again get one of those bands that just is held on by pressure. My wife and I once almost stepped on one that we found on the sidewalk. We left it in a safer position and hopefully the person who lost it backtracked and found it. In my case I had no chance of finding it, we had been to so many places. I am hoping the wrist band, with the clasp will be far more secure, although I dont know how it attaches to the fitbit. The fitbit itself is cool. The sleep tracker is far more useful than I would have imagined, giving REM, Light, and Deep Sleep results. When my wife asks me how I slept I now go to the fitbit to get the results. The heartbeat monitor is nice also, especially for a person with low speed svt issues. I dont know if it would give useful info for atrial fib or atrial tack as all it does is count beats. If you knew you were having atrial tack you could probably get a beat count off of it. Maybe some day they will come out with a model that will determine beat type. Im not sure what constitutes a stairway, but it counts them, in my case it undercounts. I likethe plum colored wristband and also the clasp. The band also has that second band that locks into the flap and holds it against the wrist while also providing additional protection to the band. It has worked well. The plum color is about as nice a color ans one could expect. At this point I give it a 5 star. If the band were to someday become disconnected from the fitbit I would have to decrease the ranking to a 2 star, but that has not yet happened.

I love my Fitbit and wear it everyday but there are some issues with this. First, it does not track all the sleep you get. There are times I go to sleep much earlier and it may miss a few hours. There are other major glitches that are either in the Fitbit itself or the app. When I try to sync my Fitbit the active minutes many times will not register. I play a bingo game and I noticed that sometimes when I get to change two of the discs on the game the two that I chose are not always chosen. Its as if the Fitbit does whatever it wants to do. In addition, when it syncs it will remove 42 minutes off my total until I sync it for the second time. In the beginning I could see my steps keeping in sync with me while I have the app pulled up on my phone stand but then it stopped. I was able to remove the app and reinstall it and only then did it start working. As for the other issues even though I turned my phone off and on and reset the Fitbit and did everything else I could possibly find on the internet there are still major glitches. In addition I also wanted to point out that my band didnt last a very long time before it was popping off and I ended up having to purchase a new band. Im not sure I would recommend this particular style or app because of the major glitches.

Love the big screen thats easy to read with a heart rate. The strap is super comfy but a bit expensive to replace and a little thick. No GPS is a bit of a downer but I was aware of this before buying and was able to use my phones GPS. Phone call text notifications if your phone is nearby is great as well. Pairs up well with my mac stuff. Overall a good simple design if youre looking for a band for running. Colour and sizing as advertised.

The watch arrived pretty quickly. It looks new even though it was not in the original packaging. They added a free cover for the screen. So glad to have it. The screen on my first one cracked. It still works so I will use it until it doesnt work. It was a good price also. Thanks

Ive had two previous Fitbit Charge 2 fitness bands and both have failed and were returned. The fact that I still give it 4 our of 5 stars says how pleased I am with the device overall. If your looking for an easy way to track your steps or other exercise this is an easy way to do it. I play tennis most days of the week and Im not sure how accurate the Charge 2 tracks the calories burned but even the simple counting of the steps is helpful for my personal fitness tracking. I also like some of the other features such as the sleep tracker…although I still think its just pop science and put only minimal stock in it. If nothing else, this fitness tracker or any other for that matter helps motivate you to move you set your goal for daily steps and this tells you how you are doing and if you need to get off the couch and take a walk. All this and you have a watch with daydate and a heart beat monitor too. The Charge 2 is stylish and weighs almost nothing. I really like this device…I just hope my current device now the third Fitbit will continue working and not need to be returned.I dont have experience with Fitbit knockoff devices. My wife had an offbrand and while it tracked her steps fine it was toast in about 4 months. Shes now moved on to Fitbit too. Shes had her Alta, I think for 6 months and is delighted with it.There are several after market accessories that you can buy for your Charge 2. There are dozens and dozens of reasonably priced replacement bands on Amazon in different colors and patterns and can be installed in seconds depending on your mood. There are also several screen protectors available also available on Amazon but you have to be a little careful with these. Ive found a protector with tiny radiused corners that can be installed wet or dry to work the best. Others did not stick to the crystal and began curling off within a couple of days.As for Bed, Bath and Beyond…I cannot praise them enough and would highly, highly recommend purchasing your Fitbit from them. When I returned my two previous Fitbit Charge 2 devices they gave me no trouble and cheerfully offered an exchange or a refund had I preferred. They are in customer service what Nordstrom used to be.

I enjoyed my Fitbit, at first, and then it began falling apart. Before I go any further, Id like to mention that I wore my Fitbit all the time, even to sleep, though I was very careful. Now, the band WILL NOT stay connected. It easily comes loose. Id initially thought I was the problem, but no. Ive discussed the issue with other Fitbit owners and theyve had the same issue. One user even said that she contacted the company and theyd sent her a replacement, but the band broke off again. I tried calling the company to voice my own frustrations, but they tried to place blame on me. This is a faulty product I would NOT recommend to anyone.

I purchased it 1 year ago. After 56 months it got white lines on the screen. I contacted costumer support and before checked in internet and many others had the same problem. So they offered me to exchange it with the new one or give discount on their products 50, so I could choose different one. Problem with exchanging was that with new one , they wouldnt give warranty more than what I had, so it meant that I would have 6 months , and since many people had the same issue , I didnt wanted to risk. So I decided to use the discount and buy new one. So I wouldnt recommended anyone this model. But I have to admit that costumer center was super quick and very helpful techie

Possibly saved my life…After been unwell and under the doctor due to my low energy and tiredness I knew there was something not right with me.But it was put down to depression. After looking at a few HR monitors I opted for a more credible brand the Fitbit Charge 2 was my choice.I have been using it for two weeks and find it very accurate,More importantly it recorded my heart rate dropping as low as 36bpm although my blood pressures are spot on.Sowing the doctors my readings was evidence enough to change my treatment and focus less on the depression diagnosis as it is obviously medical. The highest reading and lowest readings were attributed to the medication I was on.I have a naturally low heart rate as I am very active and the side affects of one medication reduced it further.Always in the early hours of the morning.Yes I rate this Fitbit Charge quite highlyWish I had bought it soonerTesco was the only ones to have stock at the time I perchased it and it had been reduced in price as well.

The charge 2 is my favorite Fitbit This is my 3rd one. When my last one died I decided to buy a charge 3 since I assumed it would be the same as charge 2 plus waterproof. I was wrong. I returned it right away and went back to charge 2. Especially like how easy it is to read text messages. Problem is these are phasing out and newer models are taking their place so it was harder for me to find one still available. Fitbit needs to change the size of the text on charge 3 and I think more people would be fine with too.

Unfortunately, I will be returning this item. It was continually adding steps while I was asleep. ImUnfortunately, I will be returning this item. It was continually adding steps while I was asleep. I am a sleeper who does not move in bed and the Fit Bit 2 would routinely add over 1000 steps to my step count by morning. I did a log for a few nights. And then decided a return was necessary. I was most interested in steps and even throughout the day this step counter was way off base.

I am using Fit Bit for a few years now. First I wanted to monitor my sleep since I felt so tired all the time. The information it gave to me was very helpful because I could see how I was sleeping every night. It was a bummer in the beginning I could not believe in what I saw but it explained my tiredness. Sleeping is very important and I started to work on improving it. In the beginning I slept less than 34 hours every night. Now I am sleeping 6 hours.FitBit helped meThen I bought FitBit Charge, because I developed a heart palpitations due to the side effect from the medication I was on. It is very helpful to monitor my heart beat at any time. And now I bought FitBit Charge 2 and I am very pleased with changes the company made especially in Sleep. Now I can see in detail stages of my sleep like Awake, REM,Light and Deep. I love my FitBit Even my doctor bought it after I spoke about it. He loves it too Some of my friends bought it too and they are happy. I hope you will give it a try

I had been looking at the various Fitbits on the market and decided to go with this one as I liked the idea of being able to monitor my heart rate when exercising. I also liked that it could link to the GPS on my iPhone to enable me to track the route of any exercise I did. I have also synced it with an app I use called Nutracheck to monitor my calories in vs calories out.I do love my charge two however there are some niggly faults that stop it being perfect. One of them is that it can slip down your wrist when youre walkingrunning which means it can lose your heartbeat. Its a pest to have to stop and readjust it. The other is about it logging steps when youre not actually moving. For me the main problems are when Im getting dressed and drying my hair etc in the mornings can add 500 steps when Im sat on the floor but the worst culprit is driving. I drove for 7 minutes on a fairly flat road and it added over 700 steps. I have now learnt not to put my Fitbit on in the morning until after Im ready and have downloaded an app called DriveBit which you start when you get in the car and stop when you get out. The info is then logged on your Fitbit and the steps counted in that time period are removed. All in all I love it and I am now more active , and want to be more active, than I have been in many years

Disappointed with the quality. While I love the Fitbit itself, the product is poorly made. Ive owned several of the Charge 2 Fitbits, only because the warranty before it changed allowed me to replace it when the band and screen would breakalways before Id owned the product a year. For a product that costs 100 it consistently deteriorates before a year is up. Now the warranty has changed so it doesnt cover wear and tear, which is a shame because the product is so cheaply made its almost guaranteed to break.

The Fitbit charge 2 is a very functional fitness watch loaded with features and an easy to read display. The charge lasts about a week in normal use and then you recharge with an easy to use chargingusb cord. The watch is bluetooth and automatically uploads data when opened usually on a tablet, phone, or pc of your choosing. The watch tracks many things including heart ratepulse, sleep durationquality, and of course steps which you can change. The default steps per day is 10,000. You get a weekly email summary of your prior week automatically which is nice how many miles etc you accomplished. The watch has an exercise mode which then acts as a stopwatch. Click on and off then it uploads how you did miles, calories burned, heart rate, steps climbed etc according to what exercise you picked running, treadmill, weights for instance. The biggest thing you get out of this watch is making you aware of how much or little you do in a day it really is a motivating tool when you look at the figures. The software also lets you connect to friends and see how they are doing. Our family has a few of these units so its fun competition to see how we are all doing each day. For the price, well worth the investment because if seeing your own stats does not motivate, then nothing else will

I had the Fitbit charge hr and it lasted almost 2 years before falling apart the back portion that connects to the charging cable broke off. I purchased this upgraded version for myself and my husband for Christmas 2016. I have plum and he has black. The band on this one is thicker and more sturdy than the predecessor. The band is also a bit longer so if you wore a large with the predecessor than will will likely wear a small. They have a size chart on the side on the box. The charging cable is sort of like a snap on charging station that connects to USB port or plug in for outlets. This item works best with the app. My husband has accidentally emerged his in the tub while washing our daughter and showered with it both by accident and the product still works great. If you purchase yours from a retailer that offers accidental insurance for a few extra bucks go ahead and buy it, you wont be sorry especially if you forget like my husband does sometimes.

My original Fitbit band broke after about 23 months. I bought a Fitbit brand band from BestBuy where I had bought the Fitbit a few months earlier. I didnt want to spend 75 for a band but that was the only one they had in my size. About 23 months later that new band broke so I took it back to BestBuy and they gladly replaced it for me. About 23 months later the 3rd band broke. At that time I started looking on line for a different brand of band. I was very surprised that Amazon had a band with good reviews for under 10. I think I have had this band for 3 or 4 months and am VERY happy with it. I think it is made better than the 75 band I bought from BestBuy.

Love my FitBit Im surprised with how long the charge lasts and I like that you can customize the screen and sync it with your app. It sets off little reminders every now and then to take a few extra steps or when its time to go to bed. My favorite feature is the silent alarm. I dont even wake up to my phone alarm when its on loud and this wakes me up easily and gently, without waking up my husband. I also really like the sleep tracker so you can tell how much sleep your actually getting and analyze your sleep cycles.

This is a great product… while it lasts. I have had many fitbits and they typically last me about 9 months of use. Yes, the warranty often covers the replacement at this point but then when that one craps out you are out of luck and off to buy another tracker. I love the sleep tracking technology especially as a new mom, but I am at the point where I have invested too much money and it might be time to consider the apple watch…

Pros Very comprehensive, calculates lots of daily, weekly and monthly stats based on your heart rate etc. eg sleeping patterns, hours of cardio, periods of activity also can log water consumed and food which I don t do. It calculates calories used. I like the reminder to walk every hour if you ve been inactive. Also when you sync to your phone if you ve reached a daily goal there is a little celebration multi coloured stars and rockets and the icon on the app turns green to show goal reached which is quite inspiring and encouraging for future days. You can change these goals otherwise the app chooses them for you based on guidelines for your age and weight etcCons As I work in a hospital I have to hang this onto my bra as we can t wear anything on our wrists. I turn off the heart rate monitor as I m sure it can t be very accurate in this position as the monitor part is nt against my skin. So I just count the steps. One of my friends put her s round her ankle which was nt a good idea as her ankle swelled with being on her feet all dayWould be much better if they produce an additional chest strap to interchange to.It also does nt calculate exactly every flight of stairs you climb this is because it only counts increases in height of 10 ft or more in one consecutive motion. Our house is Victorian with split level stairs, so I raise my arm up when on the flat landing part way up This seems to work…………But I d look weird doing this at work

I had used Jawbones UP devices, four or so generations, for years, and finally gave up on them after the Jawbone company disappeared from this segment of business. While Jawbone was exiting, I purchased several UP3 with heavy discount on eBay, but none works properly. Dont repeat my mistakes. After finally giving up on Jawbone, I researched alternatives, and decided to try Fitbit Charge2, and have used it for nine days. It works fine, and is reliable, compared to the poor UP3. I do like it, and would definitely recommend it to friends. However, there are some negatives, for sure. Jawbones software is better, perhaps much better, so is the availability of 3rd party equipment such as Bluetooth weight scale, and iOS fitness apps.I wear Apple watch on my left wrist, while putting the Fitbit Charge2 on my right. One big flaw overshadows all the great features I really like all the great features of my Fitbit Charge 2 but it has one big flaw. The screen cracks and there is no way to replace the screen. Fitbit.coms idea of a fix for my device which I purchased 17 months prior to the dreaded crack is to send me a 25 discount to purchase a new Fitbit. So basically it will cost me 125 to fix my broken screen. I asked other Fitbit Charge 2 owners on the fitbit.com site if they had issues with cracked screens and many said their screen cracked too. They even sent me pictures of their cracked screen. My Fitbit friends at work shared their cracked screen stories as well. In fairness to Fitbit, they will replace some devices if they are still under warranty but woe be unto other faithful Fitbit owners if your screen cracks after the one year warranty expires. With all the cracked Fitbit charge 2 screens, I at least expected Fitbit to sell me a replacement screen. I wouldnt have a problem paying a reasonable price for a new screen but I draw the line at purchasing a new Fitbit to fix a flaw that many Fitbit owners have experienced. I have owned 4 different Fitbit devices over the years and did not experience a cracked screen until I purchased the Charge 2 HR. At one point Fitbit recalled some devices because the band was irritating the wrists of customers. With the widespread issue with the cracked screen, I expected Fitbit to either recall these flawed screens or sell replacement screens. But since they havent done this I do believe my next fitness tracker will be an Apple Watch.

I love this Fitbit. I really wanted an Apple Watch, but not for the price. Instead, I bought a used Fitbit. I think that they are well worth the money. However, this particular model has a few downsides and Im sure its no different from other models at times. My biggest complaint is that they dont make replacement glass for the screen. You crack it after the warranty, youre expected to buy a whole new watch. Although, it is quite difficult to break the glass, I managed to do it. Another thing accessories are beyond expensive and its hard to find knockoffs compared to Apple Watch. Finally, this model is not waterproof like the newer FitBits are.

I like my Fitbit. It tells me the time and motivates me to move more often. However, I dont like the fact that if you crack its screen you have to buy a whole new Fitbit. I wish that it could be made so that the screen could just be replaced. Also, this version is clunky and not very stylish. The small band is nice. Its got plenty of room that I cant imagine someone of normal size having to move up to a large.

A bout a year ago after going through my fourth smart watch Ive had various brands, I got a luxury smart watch. The only downside to this watch is it doesnt measure heart rate. Now the luxury watch is a tank and has put up with abuse that would kill the other watches Ive had, but it only works with Google Fit. Even though it doesnt have 100 everything I want in a watch, its so durable, I wont get rid of it. So I went looking for a tracker to augment my watch. I use the Fitbit app and one other app that connects to Fitbit to gauge caloric inputs and outputs, and other health data.

I got my Fitbit Charge 2 as a Valentines Day gift a little over a month ago, and Ive been using it constantly ever since. I love how simple it is to track hikes, walks, and even gym workouts all with the touch of the single button on the Fitbit, then syncing to the phone app is super easy, too. Ever since Ive started wearing my Fitbit, I have been more motivated to take more steps during the day. I never realized that I spend so much time sitting down. In the past month, I have gone from an average of 10k steps a day to an average of 20k, which is mostly just from being aware that I wasnt moving. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be more motivated in their fitnesshealth goals. However, both my mom and sister purchased this item as well and both returned theirs because they were uncomfortable with the watch band. I think it is mostly because they just dont like wearing a watch when they are sweatingexercising, though. Its all personal preference.

I wanted to love this so badly but there were some major issues. Pros I really liked the face of the fitbit. The time was cleareasy to read, when my phone rang it told me the number for the person calling, it was decent at tracking steps just to give me a general idea. Cons My Fitbit just stopped working one day and would not recharge. I barely got to use it until it died. It didnt count steps when pushing a stroller or a cart and it wasnt always accurate. It was uncomfortable where it took my pulse. I felt that the portion that took my pulse would get so hot and it really dig into me. Granted, I have really small wrists and my veins are close to the surface so that added to the discomfort.

I guess this would be a comparison review between the Charge 2 and the Charge HR. I have both. Pairing the HR is straight forward. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and follow instructions on pairing the device and you are done. Pairing the Charge 2 requires one extra step. You have to enter the four digit code displayed on the Fitbit during the pairing process. I have both models because the band on the Charge 2 can be changed. The band on the Charge HR cant be changed. It helps to have the same phone paired to both Fitbit a. If you setup one Fitbit on your phone and the other on a laptop or different paring device Fitbit will display a message informing you that your Bluetooth is turned off even though it isnt. Sometimes during the pairing of a second device you will be told to turn off the Bluetooth and turn it back on. It happens during syncing also. I wear the HR most of the time and the Charge 2 while the HR is charging.

Upon receiving item, all functions worked fine, but it did have a documented issue the LED lighted display was extremely dim, and impossible to see in sunlight. I already had a fitbit charge 2 so was able to compare was replacing mine because it had a cracked screen. Upon researching the issue found that this is a common problem that happens when the product is older or has not been used for awhile. Luckily, it was still under warrantee by manufacturer, so was able to send in for a replacement. So be careful when purchasing a Charge 2 to make sure LED is still bright.

Not that impressed by this product. Mine is lilac special edition. I find that it is not very reliable overall. It doesnt always count steps correctly or whether you go upstairs or not. I purchased this as an upgrade to my Fitbit Charge. The display on the original was too small and impossible to read outdoors. The additional features, including phone sync are nice to have. However the Charge 2 display, although much larger is still impossible to read outdoors in sunlight. My primary source of exercise is a daily walk on the beach and unfortunately I cannot read the display unless I cup my hand over the watch face or cover it with my hat bill So while Im very happy with the upgraded features Im not at all happy with the readability of the display outdoors. Id also add that the latest Fitbit app is not so user friendly. Selections are not intuitive and I found myself hunting and pecking to find settings to change profile and other data. Id give this app a 2 out of 5. I would have rated the watch higher than a 3 were it not for the visibility of the display while outdoors.

The Versa I have now I think is ten times better. Its around the same price as series 3 Apple Watch but you can probably get it for cheaper just by looking out for sales. First, I want to give Bath Beyond credit. I have been looking at the Charge 2 for some time but admittedly it was not at the top of my to purchase list. I was in BB and they had a great price on the Charge 2 but in store they only carried the black color. The BB clerk open a new Charge 2 in the store for me to it try on, size, etc. and then took care of the on line order to get the color I wanted. I had the device within a couple of days and for about the same price I would have paid on eBay for a used one.. Overall, a very good buying experience.Ive had my Charge 2 for a little over a week now and I am quite amazed by the technology built in this little device. Im still wondering how accurate the sleep analysis actually is but I have to admit that its one of the first things I go to in the morning to see how I slept. Could I live without this feature Sure. But its fun. The step counter is the best feature for me. It seems relatively accurate and I find that it does push me to get off the couch in the evening and take a walk to get my 10k steps in. I like that the watch feature has a date with it something my Rolex doesnt have. I cant say the other features are that important to me but maybe in time that will change. The Charge 2 is light and comfortable to wear. Im still not sure that the large strap was the right size I was right in between where the small or the large would have worked but even though I have a lot of extra strap its not a problem. It is almost impossible to read in the direct sun. I worry some that it is not waterproof. The plastic face looks as thigh it could be scratched quite easily so perhaps a clear film may be advisable depending under what conditions you use it. I have had to charge the device twice in the past week once on arrival and once more which doesnt seem unreasonable.Overall, Im happy I bought it

One thing I never imagined it would do at least for me is to motivate me to walkrun more. I usually get about. 23s of my 10k daily steps in with my morning tennis. If I have a slow day after I sometimes find myself in the evening short of meeting my step goal. Because of this fitness watch or most I suppose any other Id be wearjng Ill get off the couch and take a walk something I wouldnt do without it. I also like how it automatically communicates with My Fitness Pal app to track the calories that I burned that day. Its light to wear, attractive and with a few aftermarket straps for only a couple of seach its quite versital. Ive been wearing my Fitbit 2 for about 6 months and now would be lost without it. As for BBB…I wouldnt buy it nowhere else. After some serious shopping I got the best price from them that I could find and their customer service is one of the best around. I used to love fitbit. I started out with their lowest priced tracker and moved up. This one didnt have an accurate step count. I moved up to the tracker 3. It keeps accurate time on my steps, but the font size is too small and I cant track the exercises that I do the most. Dont get me started on the band provided that I paid extra for because of the customised color. I probably was a Fitbit Major Fan for at least 5 years and in the last two they have me looking at other options. My friends love the apple version trackers. Eventually we got it all working.I wouldnt bother with the food diary that is standard with Fitbit its terrible use something like myfitnesspal they have nailed the synchronistaion and their scan system is far superior to the one included with Fitbit.still dubious on the step count bearing in mind that by waving your arm around you can increase your step count, other devices out there such as the Polar M430 have negated this its a shame a company like Fitbit havent. On the whole its a good device, its not brilliant and not being waterproof is a disaster for a real sportsactivity tracker but for my wife it does what she wanted it to.For anybody interested in tracking steps and sleep at a basic level id recommend it for any of my sporting friends or my personal training clients there are far better devices out there for not much more money and all are waterproof and stop erroneous step counting.

Ive had a Fitbit for many years this Fitbit I had for about two years before I decided to move onto another one. Its a very basic and great intro type smart watch to track your fitness and health goals. I liked tracking my heart rate and workouts. You can simply track your workouts by holding and clicking the button on the side. Then workout as normal and check the app later for the data. The app itself is so easy to use and user friendly. I wont be getting another Fitbit because I find after about two years, they start to not work as good and the one I had wasnt waterproof. Ive since updated to a Garmin watch instead. I loved Fitbit for the years I had it Id recommend for someone who is just getting into fitness watches and wants to try out this tech before committing to a 500 watch. Fitbits usually range from 100180.

Ive worn Fitbits for years and I keep coming back to them. I was psyched to have the Charge 2 HR to keep an eye on my heart rate and get a more accurate calorie count. Unfortunately, Im certain the calorie count it gives based on your heart rate is far from accurate. Im not expecting pinpoint accuracy, but at least something in the ballpark. Ive had several problems with it not working, not tracking sleep, not charging, but Fitbits support is really good and helped each time. Its not the most accurate tracker and its not the most reliable, but still a decent value if youre looking for a step tracker.

I bought this mostly to check on sleep patterns as I am a day sleeper. It works great, showing me when my best sleeping times are. An added bonus has been the step counter, activity, calories burned, etc. I didnt think Id use that much but have found myself exercising more and checking my progress daily. I had a similar but less expensive product by a different manufacturer and used it only a couple of months because it wasnt accurate, didnt tell me as much, and a battery charge only lasted 1 day, then took forever to recharge. That meant I could either check sleep OR count steps but not both. In addition, I couldnt even set it to cover my actual sleep times due to factory settings. My Fitbit charge 2 battery lasts for 5 days between charges and then charges very quickly. It also accurately reads my sleep times automatically and VERY accurately.

Received this a few years ago as a birthday present and all i can say is that it serves its purpose really well Its a good size, comfy, and durable. The watch face and order of how you see things is all customisable on an app. You can track your calories, water, menstrual cycle and even view workouts with FitBit premium. Have used this watch for a good few years and overall would recommend to someone whos not looking for anything fancy but something g to help track your fitness.

I really enjoy the fitbit lifestyle. I can challenge my friends, and it encourages me to really watch my activity level throughout the day. Ive been a part of the fitbit family for awhile now, and was excited at the possibilities of adding heart rate to the insights that fitbit provides. The sleep function is amazing, it can tell you how long you spend in each zone of sleep awake, light, deep, REM. I believe this to be very accurate because I can tell when I get more light sleep over deep sleep because of how I feel the next day. The app also provides Sleep Insights to give tips based on the data collected. These insights have allowed me to modify my sleep environment and consciously work on sleeping betterMy only negative comment about this tracker is that it cannot seem to track my heart rate when it becomes very elevated. I will get the on the heart rate screen or it will be at least 40 bbp lower than my chest strap heart rate monitor that I know to be quite accurate. Ive been wearing both at the same time for comparison purposes. So for athletes who monitor their heart rate for training purposes, stick with the chest strap because the wrist based isnt advanced enough yet to stay consistent when heart rates elevated.

Let me start by saying I was a loyal Jawbone customer for many years. Yes I know this is a FitBit let me explain I really enjoyed my UP. The customer service was great, and then in September we purchased two new UPs from QVC and within 2 months they broke. This is now February and not a single peep from Jawbone after submitting multiple tickets. So this left a bad taste in my mouth and I decided to give the FitBit a try.Wow I am so glad I did. This thing has really amazed me. The features and options in this thing are well worth their weight in gold. The sleep tracking is spot on. The heart rate monitor may not be 100 perfect but its pretty darn good. I have tested and compared with other devices and it is really close. The auto detection of exercise is a great feature when you forget to start something. The fact that Martial Arts was one of the presets for exercises was also a bonus for me.Is it 100 accurate with everything Doubtful, but for my wife and I it is perfect I could not be happier.

My wife had been bugging me for a while to get a Fitbit. I was a little skeptical about it at first especially when the charging port on hers broke. It just seemed a bit too flimsy and I tend to be hard on anything worn on my wrist Ive destroyed several watches. But Ive changed my mind and really like the Charge 2. First the charging system has been greatly improved on the Charge 2 although the cord is still way to short. The large wrist band fit me very well and should accommodate most if not all medium to large individuals. I like the activity tracker heart rate monitor and other features but it does take some time to get set up and learn the system. I connected my Fitbit to my smart phone since I have both with me all the time. Setting up a second connection with my laptop proved to be more of a problem. I cant pair 2 monitors at the same time to the Fitbit. So if I want to view my progress on activity, sleep, calorie intake, etc on a larger screen I have to turn off the bluetooth connection on my phone then set up the connection with the computer. Its kind of a pain and I mostly just use the phone now. Its helped me improve my health and weight loss but you have to be honest on your calorie intake. I was really surprised at the sleep monitor and how little actual sleep I was getting. Overall Im really happy with it and give it 5 stars.

The Fitbit charge 2 can track steps taken, your heart rate as well as how many floors youve walked and show notifications from your smart phone that scroll across the screen. You can log preset exercises. The Fitbit charge 2 has a relax mode where can do deep breathing that range between two and five minutes long. I honestly have to say its not bad but it could be better. Lets start with the Cons sometimes the step count is counting steps when your driving or washing dishes it will be off by a little bit but it is pretty accurate. The watch battery life says 1 week. This is true in a sense because in order for your battery to last a full week you have to turn off the heart rate monitor mode for it to last the seven days. You have to have your phone on you if your tracking an exercise other that what is listed on the watch menu. The notifications from your smartphone that can show on your charge 2 are calendar events and text messages. If the text is long you wont see the full message and also note it only scrolls across the screen once than it disappears. The silent alarm vibrations ..if you are not a light sleeper it will not wake you up. The pros Ir has a great app that sends you weekly stats on how you are doing in terms of your fitness goals, it compares the step count and other tracking measurements you did the week previously and emails you when the better is low. The Fitbit charge 2 is not water proof but it is splash proof. I had forgotten to take the watch off a few times to give my kids a bath or wash the dishes and accidentally dunked the watch in water but it still works. The charge 2 band is inter changeable which allow you to change the band. The band is so comfortable that you can forget that your actually wearing it it also doesnt snag on your clothes. Ive worn this for quite a while and I took a few banned here and there and the screen remains I un scratched. There is another mode that reminds you to move which you can customize on how often its to remind you to move. Lastly the charge has a silent alarm that you can set multiple alarms to wake you up. I like the charge 2 overall despite a few cons and I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this Fitbit after cooking my Charge 1 by using a brick with the charger to use a regular socket. Dont do this and just use a computer to charge it. Fitbit improved this version by adding a heart rate monitor and a nicer display. It also has Fit star which helps you with routines but honestly Ive never felt the need to use it. Pros simple, sleek design that makes it easy to view your stats throughout the day. Platform which allow for competition and accountability with your Fitbit friends. Water resistant which means you can sweat as much as possible and it has survived light rain. Great for tracking steps but my favorite part is that it tracks sleep quite well. Cons only two the band is so gentle In a matter of two months I went through the original and three replacements bands because the plastic attachment breaks easily. I solved it by buying a plastic band that housed the device and doesnt attach to it. I also have a rose gold band which I purchased on Amazon for a dressier Fitbit. Second con which may be unfair is that weight training or crossfit are not accurately measured. Now this is a pedometer which counts steps but the HR monitor should identify the exertion anyway. Still, a great investments specially if youre a runner or mostly cardio junkie.

I originally purchased the inspireHR but didnt like the way the back pressed into my wrist. So I got this one instead. I wear it almost 247. The HR monitor is pretty darn accurate. Step wise I do a lot of arm motions at work while not actually walking around and it miscounts a good majority of the time. I love the sleep tracking function to see what times I woke and when I was in certain sleep stages. Id love to see the data behind how they determine this from a clinical healthcare perspective. It is nice to get alerts on the watch without having the capability of replying iPhone because it still gives me some freedom and the sensation that Im not tethered to my device.

This is my 3rd Charge 2, the second one finally died. I like the features and app and it does what I require. The FitBit App syncs with my scale and also my Noom app so its a win win. Its a shame they dont make this anymore and you can only pick one up used. The only feature I would add would be to make it waterproof. It is water resistant and that does pretty good. Some people wear in showers but I would not recommend doing so.

I like this Fitbit it is the perfect size, not to bignot to small. I appreciate being able to track my steps, heart rate and sleep habits. Its really interesting to see progress. I wish the battery lasted longer before needing to be recharged and the band doesnt last that long so definitely order more of those amazon. I think this Fitbit overall works really well for its intended use and I love the purple band. It has a little locking clip on the band so that it doesnt come undone and get lost. I ended up cracking the screen on my watch and their customer service is super fantastic So keep that in mind

I have owned a few Fit Bits, and this one works the best. I do not need every single function under the sun. I like to run and need the heartbeat function. The sleep function is nice also. I had a Alta, but it was missing the heartbeat function. Then I had a Charge 3 that was new, but it had issues with the bluetooth. It also cost lot more than the Charge 2. This one is just right.

My husband and I both bought a Fitbit Charge 2 when it was the TSV in January 2017 and came with a second band. It was definitely a great deal because now the price has gone up. But I love my Fitbit for so much more than the price. Its encouraged me to get moving. I like how it positively motivates me to take more steps. It automatically tracks my workouts. I can track my water intake, my sleep, even what I eat. But its great to see how many calories Ive burned, how active Ive been, etc. It also syncs with your phone and you can see callstext messages pop up on the screen. And the display automatically turns on when you lift your wrist to check it. I got smallturquoise combo in a S for my 6.5 inch wrist and it fits perfectly. You can wear it looser most of the time or tighter during a workout when youre sweating and its sliding around. It holds its charge for 34 days so Ill charge even once in a while when Im showering but where it 247 otherwise. Highly recommend.

Bought this in 2016 and have been using it daily since. Battery power still works perfectly. It sometimes takes a little time for it to connect to my phone now, but no longer than a minute. Screen hasnt cracked even without a screen protector, but Im using my third or fourth wristband. It is not water resistant though so I would recommend getting a newer version or even the cheaper version which can nowadays do more than the charge series for a little over half the price. Fitbit pro is also great and gives you a free 90 day trial. I can only recommend trying it out

Im always reluctant to buy below retail prices, worrying about authenticity. But I loved the price point The Fitbit arrived a couple days early and was shipped nicely. All shrink wrapped and 20.00 less than the sites online price or any retailers price. Easy setup if you just follow directions. Im using it already. I love the plum color wrist band but already bought other colored bands that are lighter hues for summer apparel. I honestly cannot say enough great things about my Fitbit but Im sure going to try. I purchased the Fitbit Charge 2 for my Birthday last year when I decided it was time for me to lose weight. I did my research on which Fitbit would best fit my lifestyle. I chose the purple one because its my favorite color. Besides it looking super cute its so functional and its easy to set up. Theres an app to it where you can set your weight, what you eat, how much water you drink, it counts your steps, heart rate and so much more. I love the slim look its not to bulky or too big, Ive never really been a watch person but I love my Fitbit If youre thinking of purchasing one because you want to live a more activehealthier lifestyle I say go for it, do your research and get the Fitbit that will serve you best I truly love mine and highly recommend it. I recently decided to get back into fitness and when I got the opportunity to receive a fitbit I said why not The large fits well for my wrist size and I barely notice I have it own. The black wristband is very sleek and stylish and can match with anything in my wardrobe. Its really handy for tracking my steps and heart rate during the day and challenges me on a daily basis to do even better A really cool feature is sleep tracking which gives you an idea of how well you slept. It also comes with other features such as call text notifications and active minute tracking. I purchased this to upgrade from my Garmin Vivofit2 and it is definitely a superior tracker overall. However, I do have some issues to share. First, the smarttrack software does not properly recognize various activities. For ex., it records running as elliptical, sometimes does not recognize crossfit at all, other times records it as a workout. I have spent way too much time with their support people on chat and with multiple calls, attempting to tweak a few things or have me manually start an activity to record it. But really they have no idea why it doesnt recognize activities properly. Their solution was to send me a replacement unit. I am now on my THIRD one. So while I like the tracker, and that friends can share workout challenges, I am somewhat disappointed that it is not accurate. Once, I started an activity manually, which seemed to work and then simultaneously it recognized recorded an activity on its own. Both had different durationminutes. So it really has some bugs to be worked out. Fitbit told me that this is all new to them but I googled it and there are plenty of people who have similar issues.

I have had the Fitbit trackers for their past 3 generations of devices. Each generation fixes problems with the past and this one seems to have things finally right. The new sleep and running tracking features are great including the cardio scoring The replaceable bands finally fix the band breaking problems of the past. My last generation Charge HR had the charger attachment break I had to gerryrig the charger with clips. This one has fixed that too with a more secure clip fastened charger.I LOVE the new clock face options that include LARGE numbers for the mature customers So far I love it, but its new. Not sure what will break this time since I wear it ALL THE TIME, only time will tell what will fail on this watch. Im hoping nothing

I was looking to buy a fitness tracker for several months and wasnt ready to pull the trigger until I saw the Fitbit Charge 2 as the TSV. I am glad I waited for this one I am at the gym 6 days a week and The Charge 2 has everything I was looking for. The exercise tracker displays your heart rate on your wrist during the workout and the app will summarize the workout for duration and calories burned and chart your heart rate. The counters for daily steps taken and floors climbed is great to keep you moving.I love how the device will display text messages and incoming calls from your phone. It was very easy to set up. It is basically installing the Fitbit app on your phone and then you follow a few more steps and you are ready to go. I did have to google how to customize the different exercise shortcuts on the device and how to turn the text notification on and off. The instructions I found were easy to find online and to follow.I compared it to my friends Fitbit Surge and it has very similar features at a smaller size and price. Thanks to the Q for bringing this

I am a teacher at a small school. I communicate all day by text with the other teachers and administrator. A smart watch is a necessity to keep up with the texts and not have to stair at my phone all day neglecting kids. I chose the Fitbit for a couple reasons the colored changeable bands, name recognition, and the heart rate sensor and pedometer. I love being able to change the colored band to match my outfit that day. Fitbit is a name I trust and I like to be able to see how many steps Ive taken and what my heart rate is during my workouts. I do love my Fitbit. My only complaint is the plastic band is often sweaty. Im constantly wiping it on my shirt or napkin during workouts or on recess duty.

The Fitbit tracker was the best purchase I could have ever made. My daughter wanted one for Christmas, so I bought it through QVC during Black Friday. I thought it would be a good idea to get one for myself, but I was being too cheap, so I didnt ordered one. Then, in January, I decided that the investment in my health was worth the price, and the fact that I could spread out the payments with QVC, was all worth it. I absolutely love it. I love the fact that I can track everything, number of steps, calories, food, and best of all sleep. I one who gets very little sleep because I do too much. I have always been one that goes to bed late and wakes up early and can function very well. People wonder where I get my energy. However, I know that part of losing weight and being healthy is having adequate sleep. Part of my goal was to increase the numbers of hours of sleep I get, so I use the Fitbit for this as well. Fitbit keeps me on target with everything, but best of all, it works with other apps such as My Fitness Pal and Yunmai my smart scale. I have sycned these two apps to my Fitbit. Absolutely love Fitbit and QVC I ordered my third for my dad as a surprise. It will be delivered tomorrow.

I know these are fairly old, but I love my Fitbit charge 2. Ive had it for two or three years now, and it still works fairly well. I do think Fitbit overestimates how far youre walkingrunningjogging even if you have it connected to your phone GPS. But I enjoy my Fitbit because it makes it easier to track exercises, check heart rate, time, and track steps. Plus, you can buy bands that look pretty nice. The Charge HR is lightweight and really easy to use. Counts steps really accurately and its feels no different than wearing a watch. Its a pretty basic utility band with ability to tell time, count steps, heart rate, calories burned and how many flights of steps youve walked. The only problem I have with mine is the battery life. Though, I did buy mine as a manufactured refurbished. It holds Charge for about a day and a half then needs to be charged. If you buy one and can get it brand new. I highly recommend doing that instead of cutting corners. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for the basic version of a Fitbit that doesnt have anything other than what I stated. If you were thinking of giving Fitbit brand a try, this is a great way to start.

The Fitbits are great because of the easeofuse of the device itself, and the appwebsite. You can track your food, waterintake and menstrual cycles easily. When I first got my Fitbit, I loved it. Id find myself pacing around my house before bed to get my steps in. It definitely encouraged me to be more active outside of just the gym. I give 3 stars because unfortunately the longer I had it, the more inaccurate it seemed to become. It also started having issues syncing with the app. Since it doesnt have a large detailed screen, of you cant sync it, it becomes very hard to track you goals. I would definitely buy a Fitbit again, but perhaps a newer model or one with a larger display screen

This item is an over price watch. I was first excited to get this to track my steps, heart rate and sleep. Had trouble with it after few months, adding steps while driving or moving arm to reach for things. Then it wasnt tracking sleep and I got error messages saying it couldnt get a consistent heart rate so nothing was logged. Called Fitbit customer service because it was over 30 days and they told me to send screen shot ot one of the error messages, which I did. Never heard from them so called again and was told they would review my complaint and get back to me but again didnt hear from them. Then my Fitbit stopped tracking sleep entirely making it appear I hadnt sleep for days at a time. I also stopped receiving notifications. Called them again and they said they sent me an email…which I never received. Now they said they would replace it but said it may be a refurbished one. So it looks like my brand new Fitbit will be replaced with someone else problems. I basically spent a lot of money for an over priced watch.Im sorry I also had bought my son one too. He had heart problem and felt like he wasnt sleeping so I thought it would give him a record. I recently had surgery and thought it would provide record to track heart rate and sleep pattern. The heart record jumps all over now show cardio when Im sitting. This item needs some serious quality control.

I love this. Originally had the Fitbit Charge HR and when it broke, I did a lot of research. I ended up purchasing the Charge 2 and have loved it since. Wanted to upgrade to the Charge 3, but it has had questionable reviews and am glad I did not upgrade for no reason. My Charge 2 works perfectly and has worked perfectly for almost 2 years. Even got my fianc one. Have the lavenderrose gold edition, but really silver matches more. Thankfully I got it on sale and used, so it did not matter so much for me. Notes 1. The HR is pretty accurate, as are the steps. 2. Ive heard issues about the screen, but have not had any issues. I do use the Gorillaz plastic screen protector at all times. 3. The Fitbit bands are worth the extra money, but you can get some pretty cheap on eBay, etc. They dont break as quick and last longer. On the plus, they can now be found pretty cheaply both used and new.

I bought this to replace my trusty pedometer and because my wife has a Fitbit One. Within the first hour of getting up I noticed that something was wrong as my Fitbit Charge 2 had counted three times as many steps as my wifes. A bit more of a trial confirmed that it counts many arm movements as steps. For example, standing at the kitchen sink doing the washing up counted over 200 steps, even though I hadnt moved from the kitchen sink By the end of the day I would estimate that it had accumulated about 2000 extra steps. I wore it on my left arm and even told it I was left handed it is supposed to be less sensitive on your dominant hand but this made no appreciable difference. Luckily I bought if from Tesco and their superb customer service meant that it was no problem returning it for refund. Overall the Fitbit Charge 2 looks great, feels great, but is hopelessly inaccurate. If you want to be sure that you manage your 10000 steps a day, you probably need to clock up at least 15000 to 20000 steps. If you want an accurate measure of your steps, stick to the Fitbit One.

I love my fitbit charge 2 and recommend it to everyone. It helps me keep track of my steps, sleep, heart rate, exercise and so much more. I have the plum and I love the colour. The app is great and easy to use and set targets with. Occasionally its a little inaccurate. I have a heart condition and occasionally it will not register my heart rate correctly. It also isnt accurate for steps when Im using my rollator walker. I also wish it was easier to clean. If I got one in the future Id love for it to be completely waterproof.

I chose this fitbit because of the heart rate function. I had originally owned a couple of fitbit ones which kept malfunctioning. I havent had any trouble with this fitbit itself but I have had trouble with it not wanting to sync to the program on my computer and my phone. I never had that trouble with the fitbit one but this fitbit charge has definitely had its issues in that area. Its aggravating when it doesnt sync. The monitor tracks everything fine. Its just the syncing thats the issue.

Great product, however there remains quite a number of bugs that apple need to readjust. The heart rate monitor is not accurate timing out or not recording with precise information. Transfer of information is slow and not very user friendly. Would recommend to apple users who love apple products and understands how to use itunes and functions. but for a fitness watch it should have more capacity to maintain accurate information . In additon, the states are not very strong and have had multiple complaints the strap itself becomes problematic. Rerquires better connection power more than a few meters from your phone. and requires a stronger battery regular watches run for at least 3yrs, should your watch not be able to last a bit longer than that without having it brought in for fixingbattery replacement. Overheating is also a concern. For my review on JVC BT Earphones on Instagram auggie.blue

This allowed for me to make changes in order to get a better nights sleep. I also found tracking my resting heart rate very interesting and gaining a bigger insight into my health in general. I bought the watch in a large as I wear it around my ankle at work Im a nurse. I have very small wrists and it fits perfectly on my wrist on the tightest hole, its very comfortable and I like that I can change the strap depending on the occasion. I would definitely recommend this to anyone starting out in fitness of anyone looking to improve stamina or gain insight into their health.

I absolutely love FitBit Charge 2. It works wonderfully even after years of use. I considered upgrading to a newer version but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this one so why waste money One of my most favorite features is the sleep tracker it gives great insight into the sleep quality. So, not only does it help you to improve your physical activity, but also keeps track of your sleep patterns for you to improve on. Im giving it 4 stars only because the screen scratched withing a month of use. Other than th at its perfect

I bought this a couple of weeks ago after thinking about it for a while. Glad I did It has some great features, such as tracking steps, heart rate, workouts, and sleep. I like being able to see graphs and things that can help me improve my health and fitness. I do love this gadget, as well as the fact you can change up the bands depending on what you are doingwearing. There are only a couple of things Id like improved in a newer version. Battery life could be a little longer, as it lasts around 45 days currently. It doesnt take that long to charge up again, though. It isnt waterproof either, which worries me when it rains and I happen to be outdoors I instantly take it off and put it in my pocket to avoid any issues. Im not a big swimmer so Im not bothered about that, I just read a few reviews that said the tracker broke after it rained, even though it claims to be splash proof. Also, the lighter coloured bands I have teal discolour around the edges pretty easily, which is a bit annoying. It doesnt look terrible but its definitely something that could be improved on in the future. I would recommend this tracker to anybody who wants an effective way of measuringimproving their health and fitness

I have the Fitbit charge 2 This was purchased a while ago as a birthday present and is still going strong I like that its not to bully and is sleek The straps can be changed therefore you can coordinate with any outfit for any occasion It monitors, steps, exercise, sleep and heart rate You can receive call and text notifications via the watch The actual fitbit app is brilliant for serving challenges with peers and pushing yourself to achieve goals

I originally had a Charge 3, however it caused pain in my elbow, andor caused my last 2 fingers to go numb. Too much electronics for this body. Thankfully, this Charge 2 does not cause those side effects. I use it to track my sleep in addition to my steps. I can easily track which sleep aid allows me to get the best deep cycle sleep

I love, love, loved this fitbit. The app that tracked all my activity was amazing. It monitored my sleep pattern, how many steps I took, my physical activity during work outs and more. I got to track my distance when running and I could post to the fitbit community to interact socially. I unfortunately got it wet by jumping in the pool and forgetting to take it off so it stopped working. That is the only downfall I would say is that it was in water barely a minute and wasnt salvageable.

Bouncing back after a baby, especially when trying to shift those extra kilos are so much easier with the Fitbit. For me personally, it makes every day a challenge to do more than the day before, and gosh I needed that. I love the seeing how I have slept the night before especially with a newborn and seeing how much cleaning up the house has contributed to my step count Vacuuming really gets the heart pumping when you have a house full of carpet The calorie counter is a god send and also the water tracker I bought mine second hand so I wasnt expecting perfection, however the battery life is sufficient, I charge mine while in the shower. And I love how you have the option to change the coloured bands to suit your mood only downside is finding the correct tightness for band. I would recommend this product for those like me who are starting out on their fitness journey and beyond…

Pros Very easy to set up, sync to my iPhone was quick easy. Love the fact i get notifications on it like in coming calls which is a great bonus as I dont always hear my phone ring especially if Im out shopping etc. The text display is a great bonus too as I can glance my mesages as they come through. Ive been ill recently so this Fitbit is ideal for me as it monitors the heart rate lets me know my sleep patterns at least now I know why Im so tired all the time The step counts are fun youll find yourself trying to walk a little more each day even if its only a few steps more I love it, its stylish fun my daughter several of my friends now have them too, its easy to link to each other send each other messages or congratulatetaunt each otherCons This may just be me but I find the face is often on the side of my wrist it doesnt interfere with the workings in any way but can just be a little annoying, if I tightening the strap its then too tight maybe face could be slightly smaller on small size strap the face is the same size regardless to the size you buy sizing is based on strap length only I hope the face doesnt get scratched or damaged in the summer when its not protected by long sleeve tops Also I found that my wrist started to feel a little bruised after a while so had to not wear the Fitbit for a few days but that may be down to my illness to be fair it does say to rest your wrist from time to time

I have been using a fitness tracker for at least 10 years….remember the old Jaw Bone They have come a long way. This is my second FitBit, my original was an Alta which had a slim profile. I upgraded to the Charge 2 because I also wanted a heart rate monitor and one which gives you a sleep score on a daily basis. Love the upgrade I made.

If you walk around without your Fitbit on, then are you even really walking around Lets face it, once you become accustomed to wearing your Fitbit, it quickly becomes a new addiction Why not have a device that not only counts your steps, but also monitors your heart rate and can even sync with your phone for phone calls and texts Thats where the Charge HR comes into play. The color of bands offered on the market are sleek, fashionable, and fun, but the aftermarket bands make it just as versatile. The battery life is incredible, Ive went days without having to charge My favorite thing is the multi function of it. Its like having a high tech watch but at an affordable and fun price. If youre debating between an actual technological watch, or a Fitbit, then I say go for the Fitbit Its smaller, more fashionable, and you can do many fun challenges with your friends. I highly recommend
