I have two young kids. Normally when I work from home it is just me, the toddler, and my mother. Now that the world is closed, I also have my husband and highenergy six year old in the house. My husband is working from the same room, which means he also has his own meetings. Plus we both have loud mechanical keyboards. On the very first day of everyone being home… around the point where I had two kids screaming at the top of their lungs, my mother trying to comfort the bloodynosed toddler while yelling above the noise for the six year old to be quiet, while my husband tried to make a phone call and then joined the fray yelling for everyone to be quiet…. yeah, I was on BestBuy.com looking for headphones and picked them up that night.I already have some Jaybirds, but didnt want them in my ears all day. I also wanted something that could easily be seen so people would know to leave me alone. The Jaybirds arent easily spotted. The pickings were slim for overear noise isolating headphones under 200. I noticed these Beats usually 349, but certain colors were on sale for 199. I figured they must be better than the 3 or 4 other options based on regular price and reviews, so I got them even though I have always thought Beats were a bit silly and over priced. And honestly, I would never have spent 349 on them, so I guess I still think theyre over priced. Thats why I only gave 4 stars. These are pretty good, although I would expect a lot more from them if Id paid full price. The noise isolating feature is wonderful, but does not block out all sound. When you turn them on without music playing there is a very noticeable decrease in ambient noise. With music playing you can drown out the background noise enough to ignore it, but you will still be aware when people talk to you. With my Jaybirds and other earbuds Ive had in the past I had a couple different Shures before the Jaybirds people could walk up to me and I would be oblivious. So, if youre trying to completely block out all sound, the Beats are not for you… but they do a pretty good job of keeping you from strangling noisy people while youre trying to concentrate on work.

Right from the moment of unboxing, everything about these Beats headphones scream quality. The build quality is good, with smart looks complemented by a nice matte finish. The headphone fold up elegantly and clicks into place securely while unfolded. The headphones come in a really sturdy case that wont get squished in the bagcarryon, and there is plenty of space for the microphone3.5mm audio cable. The headphones comfortable envelopes the ears reducing a lot of the surround sound even before anything is playing. Theyre not too heavy and the padding is also not too warm, that I can lose myself in hours of bingewatching while in bed on a sleepless night. The manual is geared towards setting this up for iOS devices but I paired this with my Android phone effortlessly. I primarily listen to music on Spotify and the audio quality is fantastic across various genres, with good bass at different volume levels, and the noise cancellation kicks in by default allowing you to soak up pure sounds. It seems to be quite effective for minimising ambient sounds while listening to music as the other half is watching TV or while out in the garden. Controls are very straightforward for volume and playback, and toggling the noise cancellation is easy peasy. I tried out the microphone with phone calls on the phone great and on the computer for a work call via the 3.5mm audio jack not as effective. These are my second Bluetooth headphones the other being a bone conducting set thats more suited for outdoor exercise and gardening and its just perfect for when I want to lose myself in my entertainment. Id hesitated buying Bluetooth headphones previously concerned about battery performance but over a week in, and through many hours of entertainment, the battery life has been great.

I purchased these Studio 3 headphones as a Christmas gift for my daughter. These headphones will not only be great for enjoyment but for virtual learning as well. Being able to block out noise around was very important to me. Great sound quality. Love the noise canceling. Highly recommend. Thanks BestBuy for price matching as well. You guys are the Best

First off, these headphones squeezed so tightly against my ears that they were sore within minutes. Theyre heavy and dug into the top of my head so hard that I thought theyd leave a dent I expected that with how tight they fit, Id be able to extend a little at least but they still slid down. I often wear headphones for work and other sets are comfortable for an 8 hour day. I wouldnt last 10 minutes with these ones.Another thing is that I found the buttons to be small and hard to find, making it difficult to press them with the headphones on.With Dres name on these, youd expect some bass not so much. Ive had a lot of good quality headphones and these were a major disappointment. I returned them right away. The good They definitely look good and feel like theyre well made. I cant comment on battery life, I didnt get that far.

I purchased them to workout with. Previously I had a pair but broke them accidentally. They sound great, fits snugly around my ear and they dont feel heavy. The noise cancellation works well. I like a lot of bass in the music that I listen to while Im working out and these provide that for me. Also the battery life is amazing. The only complaint that I have would be after long term us replacing the ear cups wasnt as easy as it should be about 2 years ago. Maybe that has changed now. My advice would be to add some sort of moisture proctor on them if possible.
Gooch –
These Beats by Dr. Dre, are cheaply made and have an obvious design flaw. The plastic used to adjust the earcups are made with a very thin niece of plastic. They can and easily do break quite easily. Considering the costs for these particular headphones are typically between 250300, they stand up very poorly to routine use.If you do decide to buy these anyway, do NOT buy these without the AppleCare or Best Buy warranty, that allows for fullreplacement. The pair I bought my son snapped while he was simply taking them off.Made extremely cheap Do yourself and buy yourself a 30 set, theyll probably be made better.

Pros Theres nothing I dont like about these headphones. They are fantastic You never run out of charge and if you do they come with the cable to convert them into wired headphones. I love the colour I chose as its so different. I always thought Id go for the red and almost did until I saw this colour..the quality of sound is just amazing Im so glad I took the plunge and invested in these headphones.Cons The only thing I can comment on, but by no means I think its a bad point, is you cant skip tracks using them you have to do it with your phone..this isnt a problem for me as all the music in my playlists are songs I love.
BlackbodianThor –
A little pricy but its One of the best headphones out there. Noise cancelation was great, I couldnt hear any background noise when its on. Battery life is excellent, charge for about 15 minutes and you get hours of using time. Used it in and out of the gym. Just the looks alone gave me gains in the gym lol. Very comfortable on my head. Sound quality is excellent. If you like bass these beats studio headphones are for you

Beats headphones are a great pair of headphones. Right when you put them on, you feel the isolation of sound from the inside of your headphones and the outside world. They have a versatile, comfortable fit, and get very, very loud. I only have to put my beats on half volume to not hear anything, and thats without the active noise canceling. The noise canceling is perfect, because it filters out the important noises, but lets you still hear voices faintly for safety. They have good bass, but not too much that it flushes out the mids and highs. Also, it is amazing that the audio quality does not falter at high volume or with the ANC on, differing to other premium headphones. The only real problem is the price, but If you pick these up on sale for anywhere below 250, these are a major go.
AK22 –
Ive never had over ear headphones, but the sound quality is amazing A lot more comfortable than onear headphones, though it did take some getting used to. That being said, these are superrr fragile. Ive had the Beats Solo2 for two years, and they were pretty sturdy, I liked the audio quality, I dropped these ONCE and they cracked and not a hard fall, just a regular accidentally knocked down and they cracked on both sides, severely. 30 to be replaced, with apple care. Within a week they cracked again, and I dont feel like its worth it to replace them again. I never wouldve bought these full price. I dont think the superior audio quality is worth it for the extreme fragilityMy Beats Solo2 are amazing for me, the average music lover.

Bought these headphones during the Black Friday sale. I was previously mulling over getting the Powerbeats Pro from Amazon but when I saw Best Buys deal, I jumped on it with very little hesitation and Im so happy I did. The sound quality is rich and satisfying but the noise cancelling tech is what really blows me away. It really is just me and the music or whatever content Im consuming at the moment when I have my Beats on. Voices and other outside noises are completely blocked out when Im at home or at the gym. SF Bay Area peeps know about BART and how LOUD it is but when I had these on for few trips, they pretty much blocked out vast majority of the noise, even in the tunnel. So goodThese arent cheap, even after 150 off but for me theyre so worth it and one of my best purchases of 2019.
psg353 –
Does not fit people with large head. Also even for smaller heads young kid, something about the design that makes the fit very uncomfortable after about 10 mins. Cant really put finger on it ear padding seems good but something is off. Same issue for me bigger head, older child normal head size, younger child small head size. Positive is that noise cancellation is very good. But no point if so uncomfortable to wear after 10 mins

GENERAL IMPRESSION This product is overall great value for money and will be adored by those who want headphones which are easy to use, confortable and give some killer low end sounds.SOUNDThe low end bass sound for hiphop, rap, track and dance music which all rely on heavy bass is, as expected, second to none. The mid range however could use some work. The light guitar sounds in jazz and indie rock can go missing.BATTERY The battery life is overall quite impressive I think I probably get about 15 hours on noise cancelling setting and a lot longer on normal setting.NOISE CANCELLING The noise cancelling itself is impressive if indoors, however if it is a windy day the wind plays interference somewhat, although this is a minor issue. Generally speaking you cant hear yourself talk and cant hear anyone talking to you at all.USER FRIENDLY I have had a lot of issues with wireless products relying on Bluetooth in the last, however if you have an iPhone this product is exceptional no doubt because Apple owns Beats by Dre. The connectivity is easy and you can change between devices like your computer and phone in a second.DESIGN the design is lightweight but sturdy enough. The folding aspect is a welcome change and the headphones are snug on your ears and on your head they arent going anywhere.

I purchased these as an upgrade to my faithful Sony MDRZX770bn. If Im honest I find the Beats quite a tight fit on my ears and theyre not as comfortable as I would have liked. The quality is superb, the controls are easy to use and they immediately paired to my iPhone XR and I love that the headphones battery has an indicator on my iPhone. The sound quality is excellent, a really nice range and picks up sounds that the Sony didnt. However, I dont find these an improvement over the Sony.

These headphones are great. They are comfortable and can be worn for hours. The battery life even with the ANC is great, I can easily wear them all day. Charging doesnt take that long and setup is a breeze. The sound quality is great, clear and crisp. The mic is clear and picks up sound well. The Bluetooth range is also pretty great. They do a good job of blocking out outside sound. The biggest issue is the lack of bass.I also had to purchase headphone ear covers because the fabric made my ears itch like crazy. I cleaned them with alcohol multiple times but it got to the point that as soon as they touched my ears, my ears would get super itchy and turn bright red. I do have sensitive skin, so that could be the reason, but the covers I got are just fine. The value is great for me because I paid less than full price. It seems like you have to go to an Apple store to add Applecare after purchase though.
BestBuy –
Bought these as a gift for my friend and she loves them. Used on the work commute, gym and video chats. They are bigger then the solos and pros. The over the ear feature is not for everyone but does add to the noise cancellation. Perfect for apple users being they are part of the ecosystem. Comes with a fast charge cable, its pretty much standard now a days. Regardless the battery life is great.

Ive been lucky enough to have experience of rather pricier headphones Bowers Wilkins bluetoothnoisecancelling PX so I wasnt sure what to expect of AppleBeats offering. I have to say Ive been very pleasantly surprised.Key pluses for me have been comfort less hot and less tight than the PX and suitability for everyday conditions, eg when walking, theres less noise from my own footsteps and other external noises are less intrusive.I rate the quality of sound reproduction highly there isnt the extraordinary clarity, tonal breadth and spaciousness I love about the PX and theres noticeable additional sheen on the sound, but they are cheaper and at the moment are the set I grab when going out about.Setup with an iPhone was outstandingly simple. Havent yet found much by way of adjustments, but I suspect as these headphones are fully integrated with iOS it could just be that Ive not looked hard enough in my phones Settings.Note Given that Ive been trying these headphones during lockdown I havent had the chance to check how well they cope with the intensive background noise when travelling, eg. by train plane.
Airpods –
Worked great for about a year or so. My son loves using his headsets for just about everything. Videos movies phone calls you name it. He loved these. My biggest concern is they didnt last more than that year. I figured for the amount of money we paid and the brand they would be worth more than just a year. If i had known this i would have just bought him the cheaper brand that would last the same amt of time with comparable sound quality. Disappointed really.
Monty –
These headphones sound great. I purchased them about a year ago and have used them for conference calls through the pandemic and when I mow my yard. I got them on sale so they were a great value.Craftsmanship leaves much to be desired. On the right side the plastic housing is delaminating showing the electronics inside. They still sound great but this is annoying.

If you buy these make sure you buy the apple care and not the walmart care plan. I sent my for repair for static noise. What was sent back to me, was my headsead with a hanging ear muff scratched where theyd pry it open. Send it back again, the last time they send it back with a gap showing all around earmuff where they didnt sealed it completely and no possible way to with all the crazy glue they used. A day later I received an email that stated that walmart had kept end of the protection plan, so it was now terminated. I ended buying new studio beats when I sent them off the sencond time because I was so annoyed that not only did they damaged them, but cosmetically scratched them. I take care of my electronics it was scratch free when i first sent them in. I literally lost 250 protection plan cost. So I cancelled all my protection plans from walmart. From now on will only purchase Apple care on my small electronics

Pro great sound, noise cancelling is AMAZING, battery is really good, bass hits pretty good not as good as previous beats,Cons cant listen unless theres battery left, cant charge on mbp, cant plug into iPhone, feels cheap.Overall Feels like they took a step backwards with this. The bass doesnt hit as hard as I expected. The lack of connectivity with current Apple products is annoying. Seriously, sometimes I want to use the mic on the wire but I cant because I have an iPhone. Secondly, the thing cant be used if theres no battery. If the battery dies I should be able to plug the headphones in to use them. Not the case here. So if youre djing and the battery dies youre out of luck. Which happened to me before I realized I needed to keep them charged. While djing the noise canceling works flawlessly. I can stand in front of the speaker with the headphones turns up about 70 and not be able to hear the booming speaker. That is really important to me. Talking isnt the best on the wireless mic. People always say I sound distant or flat out cannot hear me.I dont think these were worth the sale price I bought them for. Let alone the 400 original price. I hope Apple does better next go around. Sennheiser is catching up rapidly.
Bluenoser –
I have always tried to avoid Beats. From past experience, the latest trendy brands tend to disappoint the hype. So when I picked these up for the sale price, it was after other brands were either too expensive or not in stock. To my surprise, I was pleased with the results. Soundwise, they are good. Not the best, but far from the worst. The fit was truly over my ears my main focus in my search for a new pair of headphones and the noise cancellation was just what I needed. I find myself easily falling asleep with them on at night while listening to music or wearing them for an extended time without discomfort. I would recommend.

Are these headphones worth your moneyYes, whyFor the price I will say these headphones are decent. Is this design better than older models headphones Yes, whyThese headphones in comparison to the older beats headphones designs are superior for multiple reasons, e.g better battery life, active noise cancellation and audio quality. Are these the best headphones everNo, whyThere are better models of headphones out there.

ve owned many high end headphones and inear monitors including Etymotic Research, Shure, Apple Airpods, Bose, etc. After recently developing some sort of allergy to my Airpods, I figured Id give a pair of over ear headphones a try. This is my first pair of active noise canceling headphones as I have generally preferred noise isolation. Well start there.Noise Canceling Its either on or off. Other brands give you more control over the amount of noise canceling. With ANC on, When on it works very well at canceling ambient noise. Voices or irregular noises will be muted Im assuming mostly due to isolation rather than ANC but not completely blocked.

Just wow Was looking at these for a while and got them on sale Thank you, Target on Wednesday. Fell in love so much on Friday I got a second pair…. These headphones are amazingLooked at many reviews and saw many people didnt like them because they do not last. Well I bet you they will last me a while They are NOT gym accessory, you should not mow the yard with them, just enjoy them The quality looks very good and sound is just great They fit perfect My husband has a huge head and I didnt think he would like them but sure enough they fit him as well The color is amazing too Keep them in the case, be kind to them and I guarantee you they will last I do Hiit workouts and I have the Powerbeats pros thanks Target again and I sweat really bad so I would not used the studio 3 for that.So long story short…. Yes I am a new Beats lover

I got the Black Friday deal for these I decided to get them since my brother has one as well. The quality is amazing, and I love the black minimal design. Kinda small but thats because I have a big head lol. Its still in top shape I read a review that it said it tears and rips easily. Thats not true at all unless youre being harsh or something. My brother has had his for almost 3 years, and its in good shape. The only thing he replaced was the ear cushion, because the leather did came off but thats fixable if you dont mind fixing it. Hopefully this review isnt all over the place.

This is my first set of over the ear beats headset. I never new how good they would be but, Ima dialysis patient. And my wife and I have the opportunity to do this at home. Now the machine can be rather noisy. So one of two things can happen you rather turn them up to block the sound or use the ANC. Ive done both and Ill tell you if your wondering how well they work. One word amazing Ill be anxious to fly with them. The ANC my not be as good as Sony but thats just what reviewers say. I cant tell you thats cause Ive never tried the Sonys so I wouldnt know. But sorry Im so very pleased with this set in either mode. ANC on has plenty of battery. But off seems to have battery for ever Not to the thing Id like to see them change thicker ear cushions. Thats really All Amazon has some you can install yourself so I probably will. But thats it. Love them like crazy.

My name is Jodi Brown. I ordered a pair of Dr. Dre headphones for my husbands birthday. I was told to pick them up at the store and received text instructions of what to do when I get there. 13Apr20 When I arrived at your store, I pulled into any parking spot and got confused of where to park. A young kid ran up to my car and asked if I needed some help. I really did because i had no idea where to park I explained I ordered my husband some headphones and he asked for my license. I looked and looked while this poor kid stood out in the howling wind and rain while I fumbled for my license. I appologized and he kept smiling and said, no worries. I finally found my license and he ran and got my headphones He thanked me and told me to be safe. I felt bad and tried to give him a tip and he said he could not take my tip. Atleast he gave me his name. I would like to let you know Aiden is a wonderful kid and displays what we need in this crisis, a great attitude. I hope you can recognize him because he has reflects great credit upon your store.Jodi Brown

After working over 20 years in an office, I and my colleagues were moved into 6×6 cubicles. Working on computers, I use the speaker when on the telephone and so do many others. I needed a way to block the many conversations that were happening at one time. I purchased these Beats and they worked Some times, my fellow coworkers had to toss a piece of paper to get my attention after calling my name several times and I did not respond. I could not hear them while listening to my soft music at a low volume.

Im disappointed by this product. The noisecanceling works well, and the sound is great. However it can take a while before connecting to my phone or computer. I used the cable only a few times 2 to 3 times maybe, and the plastic covering the button felt down. I cant clip it back. the cushion pad is already deteriorating I use it sometimes when Im working. I always transport it in this case when Im out, and I never used it at the gym it can be heavy after a while. when used as a headset, people told me they barely hear me. not a very important issue, but the case hook broke after two uses only.My review comes late because I started to use it more lately. I will use it until it doesnt work anymore, but I will definitely switch to another brand for a future purchase.

Really love these headphones. They are super easy to connect to my iPhone in seconds my 70 year old technophobe mother managed it no trouble and they are comfortable and lightweight to wear. The range is good, I can leave my phone on the top floor of my 3 story home and they still work on the ground floor, and the noise cancelling is effective enough that I can listen to a podcast while hovering with no issues hoping to try them on the plane at the end of July if restrictions are lifted, slightly more glamorous than hovering. Battery life is excellent and they charge super quickly. I do find my ears get slightly warm if I wear them when exercising but this is the same for all over ear headphones. They look smart and the logo on the black style is nicely inconspicuous. Sound quality is fine for podcasts which is what I mainly use headphones for, my husband says they are fine for his music too and I cant hear his music when hes listening to it wearing them so thats a bonus. They come with a stylish and practical surprisingly small case and have the option to the wired if required. They have a quality feel to them.
katsish –
The noise cancellation is inconsistent, at best. I didnt think it would be astounding sound quality but its just okay, lower than my expectations. Most of all they hurt to wear decades of wearing headphones and Ive never had a pair pull my hair so much If you have even shoulder length hair, the cups grab it and it gets caught between the cup and plastic. Ouch Ive had a not insignificant amount of hair totally pulled out after it wrapped around, and finally started pinning my hair back to try and get it out of the way. The price is excellent for Black Friday but I really wouldnt suggest buying these.
SophieG25 –
Id heard about Beats headphones in the past I remember all the athletes wearing them during the Olympics in London, but had never used them, so was excited to try them. When I received these headphones, I thought they had a quality look and feel to them. They come in a stylish box, with the headphones themselves in a neat carry case the headphones fold to take up less space. The instructions are fairly straightforward, in terms of how you connect them to your phone or tablet, charge them and use them. I understand theyre primarily designed for Apple products, but can be used with any make, so youre not just limited to Apple. The headphones are also very comfortable on your headears.Of course the main thing about headphones is the quality of the sound. I can honestly say I was very impressed. The sound was very clear and seemed to be great quality. From asking my husband and also getting him to wear them the noise cancelling aspect is very effective I couldnt hear anything when he was wearing them. So, would I recommend them YES
Shanna –
Very nice looking, cool and comfortable, they sound really great and have an excellent battery life. But these WILL start to fall apart on you. I read these reviews prior to getting mine and didnt listen, 6 months later the covering off the foam was peeling and the head band snapped with the lightest tug one day. Its nearly 100 to replace just the head band. I threw them in the garbage. Save your money if you want more than a name and to look cool for a few months because thats all these are good for. What good is how they look and sound if they fall apart in you And Ill tell you this they dont nearly as nice with duct tape holding them together which I did before caving and throwing them out lol

I purchased these as a birthday gift for my boyfriend in late November of 2019. He is a big fan of Apple products and music so needless to say this was the perfect gift. I gifted them to him on his birthday which was November 26th. Fast forward 2.5 months later and the plastic on both sides has cracked significantly. He uses these headphones often but only at his desk job. First we took them to the Apple store where we were told that physical damage is not covered in the first year warranty and it would cost 199 to send them in to be fixed. So we proceeded to Best Buy to see if they could exchange them as he has only had these headphones for such a short time. Best Buy said something along the lines of you only having a month to make return or exchanges and they could not help us unless I had purchased the extended warranty. I unfortunately passed on the extended warranty because in the past all the Beats products I have purchased have lasted for yeeeaarrss. Sadly that is not the case with this pair and here I thought I was getting him the best headphones possible. I would suggest saving your money and getting the Power Beats Pro which I have For myself and have had no issues with or make sure you get the extended warranty.
Cubbs95 –
I bought these on sale would not buy them full priced and do enjoy the look and accessories that come with the headphones, but have a few issues. The noise canceling isnt all that great. I cant tell a huge difference between when its on or off. I also dont like that you cant use the headphone cord unless the headphones themselves are charged. If youre on a trip and they die, youre completely out of luck if you dont have a way to charge them. The battery is good decent.

These were great, for about 11 months. Now, they have cracked terribly above the right earpiece, and Apple will not do anything to fix them. This is common and an accepted manufacturer defect, according to Apple forums, and Apple is being a PAIN to do ANYTHING about them. I wish they would be helpful, or best buy, due to this being a common issue httpsdiscussions.apple.comthread251263782answerId252434197022252434197022For notes, these are used by ONE adult only, stored in the carrying case they came in, in a desk drawer. They were very well taken care of.However, the sound quality has been AMAZING and I love them for that reason.
Monica1995 –
I love these headphones I got them once I saw the Black Friday deal and I am so glad I decided to treat myself. The quality is amazing and they are so comfortable since the cushions fit over the ears instead of right on top of them so I dont get a headache from any pressure on my ears. The sound and material quality are amazing and the noise canceling is so good I barely hear anything going on around me even when music isnt playing. I will say I get nervous with the snapping sound they make when you open and close them but they are very sturdy. It also comes with a very hard, structured case which protects them so well when you travel.

This is my second time buying this headphones. The first time cracked within a year but I thought it was my kids that did it, so I got a replacement. Not even 8 months in and the second one cracked too This time, I kept it away from my kids. I called to get an estimate for repair and it came out to be over 200 Its almost as much as buying a new one. I love the noise cancellation part of it and I love how the earpieces are soft and dont hurt my ears even after hours of using it…but its not worth the money. The quality is so cheap. Save that 300 for something better. Wont be buying anything from Beats again.

My first BEATS headphones Love them Had been wanting a pair for a long time and was finally able to catch these on sale, thanks to a friend who alerted me. Bought the sand dune color from the camo collection to match my gold laptop and the rest of the white gold accents on my desk. They are pretty enough to leave out on display see pics. I researched many reviews on YouTube and elsewhere before purchasing. Some reviewers said that the bass output on the original BEATS when they first came out was much more potent but that some consumers started complaining about it and so the bass quality was adjusted to satisfy those consumers. I dont understand why anyone would complain about too much bass. I personally would much rather have a bass heavy output but since I dont have a pair of original BEATS to compare these to, I can only say that I am very satisfied with these. I thought the sound quality was very sharp, loud enough and the bass sounded great. The noise canceling feature also works very well. Very happy with my purchase.

Overall I would not pay full price for these. The powerbeats pro wireless have better features and are nicer if you want a set of headphones that you can use for video calls as well. These are primarily for wireless listening only. Get them only when they are on sale. Ill be keeping these because they are nice looking and sound great. but they do lack features. PROS Sound is great, easy to connect to iPhone. Comfortable. I use these when walking the dog mostly. CONS no built in mic without using the minijack plug cord. Also you will need an adaptor for plugging it into your iPhone. So these headphones are really no good for using as a bluetooth headsetmic for video conferencing. difficult to tell if ANC is on or off. cannot use them when working out Micro USB plug vice lightning cable most other Apple products.

So I have no clue why my headphones that I got from a curbside pickup on Saturday, April 10th arent working in regarding to calibrating between my headphones my iPhone or my headphones my MacBook. When it stopped calibrating between the headphones my Phone, that went out around Tuesday. Then when it comes to between the headphones my MacBook that gave out on Wednesday. Its rediculous that within a whole week that I received them that they just decided to give up on my products at home I wanted to use with them. I dont know what to do, especially with the fact that where I am in the province of Ontario is into lockdown until the 10th of May. Cause Id really like to bring them to a store to get them check out.

I previously had the Beats Solo 3 for just over 2 years before they started to give out on me. I have been holding steady for a while with my Galaxy Buds, but they arent the best for running because you have to constantly push them back in your ears I have the biggest tips available on them. Id been looking to get another pair of Solo 3s, but I prefer the overear headphones instead of onear. Low and behold, these were on sale for the same price as the Solo 3s, so I picked them up and Im happy I didThe noise cancelling is amazing, but I dont really use it because it uses more battery and isnt necessary when I run. The sound quality is excellent, albeit lacking a bit more bass than I expected but still has great bass to it, and the comfort of the fit is perfect. I have a Galaxy S10 and had no problem connecting them to my phone and the Beats app works great with it.Allinall, Im very happy with the purchase and would make it again

First of all, the Beats Studio 3 look fantastic the design is very stylish and they dont look too clunky as overear headphones often do. The carry case also looks good and is very robust.Ive found them very comfortable to wear, with no discomfort on the top of the head or the ears after wearing them for hours at a time. This is helped by the fact they are adjustable to fit your head size. They are incredibly easy to set up, especially if you use Apple devices, as they will connect by bluetooth automatically by simply turning the headphones on for the first time. The bluetooth range is very impressive, as they worked all over my house even outside whilst I left my phone in one room. The quality of sound these headphones produce is great, and very clear. The quality of the bass is especially noticeable. The noise cancelling is equally good its perfectly effective without giving you that pressurised feeling that can be uncomfortable at times. You couldnt really ask for more in this respect. The only criticism I have is that they still need to be charged in order to function when plugged in with the AUX cable provided. This effectively makes the AUX cable useless, and means you need to keep them charged. This is only a minor issue though, as the battery life is brilliant and they charge very quickly 10 minutes gives you 3 hours of listening.Overall I would highly recommend the Beats Studio3, they are certainly great value for money.

My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift. They are really pretty and the packaging of the product is beautiful too but as soon as I tried them on they were very tight around my ears to the point where it was giving me a headache right away. I loosened them to see if it would help but it did not. I then tried it on again the next day while watching a movie and couldnt even keep them on for five minutes cause they were just too tight. Also the ANC function did not seem to cancel out noise as much as I would have liked. My husband has SONY headphones and they are extremely comfortable and I do think its ANC function is much better on them. Unfortunately I will be returning.

I purchased these to use for an online class that I am taking for the next 6 months. I needed complete noise canceling and comfort because I knew I would be wearing these for long periods of time during each class session. I have not been disappointed with these headphones. They are comfortable and I have no issues wearing them for 34 hours at a time. They are very easy to connect to your device currently I connect them to my laptop. The sound quality is very good. I have had no issues with clarity or functionality. The range on them is also very good. There have been times during class that I have had to walk away from my computer and could still here the lecture from outside my house or in another room. They have a long battery life and also charge very fast. I only charge them every 3rd or 4th class after wearing them for 34 hours at a time. The battery life advertised 22 hrs I believe has been true for me. Overall, great purchase and I would definitely recommend these.

These are amazing. Nearly perfect headphones. Great sound quality. Feel great, you can tell theyre a quality product. Theyre stunning. I love everything. Only thing keeping them being a 5 star and a perfect choice is the bass. They dont really have bass. I didnt expect them too, because theyre a studio set, so theyre meant to be crisp, and they do that perfectly. Love them a lot.

This is the fourth pair of Beats I have purchased due to their superior sound quality. Their build quality leaves much to be desired, however. The headphones literally began to fall apart at the right earphone support arm near the power button within two weeks of ownership. My warranty was honored by Apple they replaced my broken Beats with a Replacement Product read refurbished. Very disappointed in Apples handling of my purchase. So, ultimately, it could be said that I paid 400 for some used headphones. Buyers, beware this company and its products…seriously.

Honestly, I cant believe these things are going for 350 and that people are actually paying that much for these. I only grabbed these because they were on sale for 200 at the time, but I wouldnt even pay that much had I known what I was in for. Ive owned several pairs of 150200 headphones that were way better then these. First, the ear cups are awful. Ive only worn one other pair that were as uncomfortable as these. My ears are on the bigger side, but you have to have fairly small ears if you dont want the ear cups to be pressing your ears against your head. The headband at the top is alright, but not great either. As far as sound goes bass is decent quality of the deep bass is pretty good in the middle, but gets muddy in the highs and lows, good treble range of about 15000 Hz, and good balanced drivers. When comparing these to the Sonys and Bose of the same price point, although the sound quality is fairly comparable, these still fall to the bottom choice of the 3. On top of the comfort issue and somewhat disappointing sound, Im also shocked that you have to plug in a microphone cable to your phone in order to take calls. Pretty much all headphones in this price range are truly wireless… except for these apparently.

The headphones look slick and stylish and come beautifully packaged with the iconic branding. It took a little while for me to get used to the controls. For volume and playpause there are buttons on the side of the left earphone. I have to say I was a bit surprised that it wasnt touch control. Pressing quite large button seemed odd but it wasnt a major issue for me.I wear glasses and Ive used other headphones which tended to become uncomfortable over a period when worn over my glasses. No such problem with these headphones. Very comfortable over the ears even with prolonged use.The quality of the sound produce by the headphones was extremely good and reproduced the music with a richness of sound I havent experienced before. The active noise cancelling feature was also very useful when I used the headphones in a busy office. They muffled the ambient noise brilliantly and allowed me to concentrate on work and enjoying the music. The battery life is also extremely good. I only had to charge them every 4 or 5 days. If you use the active noise cancellation the documentation says the battery life is 22 hours and with it switched off 40 hours which is amazing.I used the headphones with my iphone and ipad and it worked equally well with both.Easy to use, wonderful sound and great battery life. What more could you ask for
Gwvirginia51 –
Very impressed. As a novice to Bluetooth earphones I was initially a bit unsure, but very happy to find how easy it was to set up to listen to sounds on my iPad. So I have my headphones linked up to desktop Mac as well. The volume can be controlled from the side of the earphone. The power button also, a bit on the tiny side. The sound cancelling is so good its quite funny I cant hear my husband speak even if hes right in front of me.The sound is all enveloping, I found it quite an intense experience to start. Perfect for listening to music I also tried it out on Netflix on iPad great too.If someone wants to be able to hear the doorbell or the phone ring probably not a good choice, but right this minute Im enjoying a lunchtime piano recital on radio 3 while my husband snores gently now silently on the other side of the room. So perfect

Before picking these up I had spent a lot of time researching this particular model and its competitors. I only bought these because the were on sale while the major Brands like Bose and Sony were still regularly priced and thats the only reason. Luckily I was surprised by the performance of these puppies I work in a high noise producing environment, I wouldnt say cancel, but reduce the amount of noise around me to a whisper without music, podcasts, or audiobooks playing. One I hit the play button though, I can barely hear anything else.Id also like to add that I have a huge head and can see what others meant by some soreness or tightness around the head, but I think over time and a break in period, you wont get that same initial feeling.Overall I think for the price 180 I paid for these are worth it, but if youre looking to dish out another 100 or more, go with the Bose or Sonys.

Was so excited to get these headphones because the orange pair I got 8 years ago were like having a system in my ear. Put these on so excited they would be wireless for work expecting they would be even better than my 8 year old ones and they were garbage. No bass, not near as loud as my orange ones. Will be returning. Would rather deal with the cord on my old ones that are still in mint condition. The color is really pretty but the music is garbage. They can have one star because of the color.
Mohsen –
As it is said in its specification, it is an overear headphone, but in practice, it is not The cushions are not big enough to cover our ear completely, and in my case, it applied pressure on my ear and for using more than one hour is so disturbing. However, the sound quality is perfect. But you cant raise the volume to the highest volume in the workplace or any place with people close to you. They can completely listen to what you are listening to and could be disturbing for them. If you are looking forward to a headphone for alltime usage, it is not the best idea. Once again, the sound quality is perfect, especially the bass Also, its battery life depends on the volume. If you listen to youre music at high volumes, it wont last more than 2 hours, which is ultimately disappointing. You can use it during practice, running, biking, etc. It can fall off from your ears easilyAll in all, if you are looking for a headphone for maximum using 2 hours a day while sitting, cooking it is perfect. I returned it but you can keep it.
Reezy08 –
Comfortable, sturdy , the controls are good and great battery life. The sound quality is decent. The noise canceling is ok. I dont like the fact that it just stops getting a signal at times even though its shows as still connected to my device. This happens on multiple devices both android and iOS even though Im close to my device. I have to turn it off and on to reconnect. This especially sucks when watching videos because the video continues to play with no sound and you have too rewind the part you missed .It must be Beats thing because my wife says hers does the same thing and she has the Solo3. I never have this problem with my Bose or my 30 skullcandy ear buds though the skullcandy sound quality is terrible. Starting to regret not sticking with Bose.
MikeA –
I was worried these would be boomy and overly bass heavy, and I have not found that to be the case. They are fairly balanced with some emphasis in lower frequencies. They should not be compared to audiophile, highimpedance headphones. That is not what they are and I dont think what they are pretending to be. They are nice, easy to pair, general headphones. I want to mention they have worked surprisingly well for ZoomWebEx meetings paired with my Mac. The microphone has worked well, audio is clear, and they are reasonably comfortable. Noise reduction is soso, better with music playing to also mask sounds around you.Id look at other options if youre considering the list price for these, on sale theyre a good deal.

Recived this as a gift and I LOVE it The noise cancelling is great it works everywhere, Just dont expect it to cancel out all the noise Voices, Footsteps when Walking. The only reson that I am Giving ths 3 instead of a 5 is because this is the second pair of beats that I have owned and the case has broken on me yet again. The first time this happened was with my solo 3s. The zipper on the case folded into itself so it rended it unusable. The second time with these headphones the cases zipper handel fell of after only 3 weeks with the headphones. I have treated all my headphones with great care and have wiped them down with a damp cloth consistantly. Overall these heaphones are great and if you want a good pair of noise cancelling headphones these sould be sufficint for most people.

After 3 days of using these I figured out that these retail for 350 only because of the brand name Beats.. The set up of the headphones is somewhat confusing, and so far Ive noticed the beats dont automatically disconnect from my iPhone when I turn them off which doesnt make sense. I have had beatsx wireless and Powerbeats pro wireless as well and they both automatically disconnect once turned off. Another issue with these expensive headphones is that you cant even have the volume at 50 until it starts leaking sound that literally anyone within 15ft of you can hear. I like to listen to my music relatively high volume but thats simply impossible with these headphones. You can turn the volume to about 70 and your neighbors will be able to jam with you. I use headphones when at work and its a office environment, first day using these there I received a couple complaints to turn the volume down.. Yes the noise canceling feature works but that only means that you cant hear anything around you, but its very vice versa for the ones nearby. Despite all the reviews of these beats and similar versions it was stated that because theyre over ear instead of on ear theyre supposed to prevent sound leakage, well this is completely false and it doesnt even make a difference from my experience. Very disappointed of these overrated overpriced headphones…

I have just recently bought these beats because I need a new pair of Headphones. Based on only having them for a couple of weeks I have nothing negative to say, these are perfect if you are going on a long road trip, or just need them to work out. The noise canceling on these headphones are amazing I will have them in the car while my parents listen to the radio and I cant not hear anything but my own music. The only complaint I will have is not even from the headphones them selves, it is actually from the case it comes in. It is too big to carry around in your belt loop. The Solos 3s have a nice and compact case, that the studios dont have. There are many alternatives to this, for one you can look at a 3rd party and purchase one to suit your style and that would solve the problem quiet nicely. I am 16 years of age and this is not a paid sponsorship I hope this helps you decided if you want to buy this or not.

Ill be honest. I purchased these for 2 reasons. 1 Because they look great and were supposed to sound great. 2. I got them for 230 CAD. To make a long story short, these are easily some of the worst sounding headphones Ive ever owned. The infamous bass is weak at best, and the mids muddy. They were so bad I though I bought a defective pair, went to the store and discovered they were working as intended. If youre considering these, I urge you to try them prior to buying as they are awful. My pair of 60 Sony MDR extra bass earbuds blow these out of the water. Seriously. Needless to say I returned them and will look into the Sony wireless noise cancelling or the Grados.

If you are an iPhone user who loves how easy the Airpods and other Apple accessories connect to your phone, but also looking for great sound at a reasonable price, then I absolutely recommend these over the Sony WHXB900N and the Bose wireless headphones. The sound might be slightly better on BoseSony, but youll quickly forget about that if you constantly use headphones with your iPhone, Macbook, Windows PC, or prefer them wired up sometimes included cable is great.prosGreat battery lifeEasy connectivity to iPhoneGreat sound quality for the ConsThe size of the ear pads could be a little bigger. Im used to them now, but this is really the only disadvantage I see vs. the SonyBose headphones.

Bought this pair for my sons Bday and it had some quality control issues from the factory I assume. Sent them back . Have not received refund yet . My son wanted another pair Ordered them and they appear to be fine. But has not said much about them. The first version of these we have as well and well the ear cushion cut into my ears Not that comfy. Hope to get my money back seeing as I put out almost 7 hundo now for both pairs Hope they are worth it

I have been a die hard Bose fan for the sound quality and price. But since the prices are getting closer and the quality is almost parallel, I broke down and purchased this item. Hands down the best sound quality in a pair of headphones. I use these to workout, lounge around, work when I can, everywhere. These are best for working out because of the noise cancelling feature. Even without any music playing, it muffles everything around you. I go to a fairly loud body building gym and people throw weights around pretty loudly. Plus the music is cranked up. No offense, but I prefer my own music when I workout. These are perfect for it I can goin, block out everything around me to get the best workout, then get out. These help keep me from getting distracted too. I tend to sweat so much, so I purchase some headphone covers to protect to padding from getting worn or torn over time. I have had for 2 years, workout 56 times a week and they are still in like new condition. I would choose these over AirPods any day solely because of the sound quality. If you dont mind the size, grab some, I highly recommend. For reference, I am a smaller female, 55 and 130lbs with an athletic build and these do NOT feel too big for me.

These are a good pair of headphones with powerful bass. Overall sound quality is good, and sounds even better with the active noise cancellation turned on. The sound is well balanced with a slight bias towards bass, as would be expected. The Apple W1 chip makes them work very well with iOS devices, pairing is extremely easy. The battery life is impressive, even with the ANC on, and the charging is quick. They are comfortable as they sit over your ear rather than on your ear, however they can become uncomfortable during longer listening sessions. The side controls are slightly clunky ad plasticky. The other issue is the noise cancellation is either on or off and theres no way to have a different level. The microphone provides a good quality phone conversation too.Overall there are no real complaints about the headphones, they sound good, look good and last for a long time.
audiojunkie –
These headphones sound amazing. They have the Apple Bluetooth chip so they swap between your apple devices just like Airpods would. These also make listening to music without having to take your phone out of your pocket a breeze… The problem for me is that these headphones have been used almost exclusively indoors and typically sit at my work desk when not in use. So, no drops, no abuse and the frame is cracking. After doing some research this appears to be a common issue and it does void the warranty. So, with that being said, I dont think I would recommend these because even with what I would consider gentle use they are cracked and unrepairable within a year of purchasing.
Ahmad –
Sound quality is relative to the kind of music and users taste. For me this comes on top of Sonys and Boses that I own. Bluetooth is outstanding and the range is great too.I cannot recommend this for one reason, and that is the build quality. This is my second pair of Studio 3 and I have had the exact same issue where it cracks and break where the head band extension is. Poor quality plastic regarding the price and the reputation of these headphones. The crack happens whether you take care of them or not, this is not user abuse issue.

Studio3 ReviewAfter building up my expectations for Studio3 to be an industryleading wireless headphone based on the momentum of the fantastic Solo3 that preceded it, Apples infinite resources and talent, and the groundbreaking W1 chip, I ended up being extremely disappointed with Studio3. Beats had the opportunity to change the headphone industry with their flagship wireless headphone much in the same way AirPods created a new category, but instead settled on complacency and mediocrity.DesignAppearanceThe design is the high point of Studio3 as it retains Beats signature stylish understated look, but even the aesthetic feels dated since it recycles the design from the 2013 Studio 2.0 model. Of the six colors available at launch, Shadow Gray and Porcelain Rose showcase gorgeous color schemes and make a better case for an upgrade however, its a testament to how poorly Beats handled the development of Studio3 that the two colors that look fresh and fashionable are not sold at most retailers.Build qualityStudio3 falls short in this regard as the overall construction feels hollow rather than reassuring. While Studio3 is unlikely to be as problematic as Studio 2.0 due in part to new stitching on the earpads that is supposed to rectify the issues many had with the previous model, it also does not feel as premium as the design makes the headphones appear from a distance. The plastic creaks when I put them on my ears and move my head, the hinge mechanism feels loose and imprecise, and Studio3s design as a whole is lacking a solidness to it that would be expected at this price point. This is not due to the relatively lightweight nature of Studio3, the headphones simply are lacking a rigidness that would classify them as highend.ComfortfitIt does seem that Beats takes care in developing the comfort of its headphones, and it shows with soft, moderately comfortable earpads that are wellpadded. They are quite shallow relative to other headphones, which I assumed was by design to provide a better bass response and more stable fit but neither came to fruition in my testing. However, this design does provide a solid level of passive isolation. While Studio3 is perfectly fine for sitting at a desk for a few hours at a time or walking around, in my personal testing I found they were not wellsuited for exercise. At the gym I found myself readjusting them a dozen times, never happy with the fit, and they were not stable enough to run in. Mileage will vary in regards to fit, but the Studio3 while fairly comfortable did not provide a stable enough fit for me to continue actively using them.PackagingBasically the same unboxing experience Beats has featured for the past few years. Clean, sophisticated, luxurious. The hard case included feels premium and is easily a luxury item. If we were judging Studio3 on packaging alone, it would receive top marks.SoundStudioquality sound signatureSorry Beats, you blew it on sound. Its not exciting enough to be a fun headphone nor is it clean enough to be an audiophilegrade headphone. Instead, it is in an awkward consumercompromised middle ground.BassStudio3 has a subbass rolloff that makes the bass presentation too focused on the upper bass, which leads to the bass lacking the fullness that would give it impact and body. This midupperbass emphasis can add weight to certain bass notes, but on a whole leaves the bass lacking the emotion and definition that would be expected.MidrangeUnfortunately, the midrange can come off as muddy and slightly cluttered. There is a sense of clarity that is missing on Studio3.Studio3 would not be defined as bassy rather, Studio3 is a balanced headphone that lacks the resolution that should come from a relative lack of bass impact. Yet, the midrange manages to almost sound as muddy as it does on headphones that have a much more pronounced bass tuning due to a focus on the upper basslower midrange.TrebleInaccurate at times but the treble does cover a full range and can bring out the best in certain instruments. This is the one aspect of the sound I cannot really fault. Also note that Studio3 has a closed soundstage which means that instruments do not have as much space between them as discerning listeners would prefer.OverallSurprisingly, I find the sound signature to be bestsuited for listening to music at about 50 volume as it is quite wellbalanced even if it is not adequate for studio mixing or critical listening. Regardless, Beats has reverted back to providing audio that underperforms for the price and that is disappointing. Studio3 isnt competitive at its price point as 349 can buy premium build quality and sound from other brands.Active Noise Cancellation Pure ANCStudio3 provides aboveaverage active noise cancellation that doesnt compare to its closest competition. It is capable enough to block out certain low and high frequencies, but is inadequate at providing total isolation. Boses QC35 II and Sonys 1000X line provides far more isolating ANC at a cost to the sound. What Beats Pure ANC lacks in strength, it makes up for in clarity as it does preserve the quality of the audio and I found Studio3 with ANC enabled to provide a better listening experience than with it disabled. There is a hiss when ANC is enabled that I find is not as pronounced on similar ANC headphones consequently, I do wish the ANC was more transparent in this regard even though the hiss does slightly dissipate over time. Pure ANC will be good enough for most users though, especially those not seeking the total sanctuary of Bose or Sonys ANC.Wireless connectivityBeats totally wasted their opportunity to create the first nocompromise overear wireless headphone while Apples W1 chip is still a year or two ahead of the competition in connection strength, reliability, and range. Apple has developed the best Bluetooth technology on the market, and the AAC Bluetooth codec Apple uses to transmit audio from iOSMac OS makes it so that there is truly zero quality degradation between wired and wireless when its used with sources like Apple Music that stream AAC files. While the W1 chip is the foundational feature of Studio3 and provides wireless audio with zero compromises, Studio3 presents compromises in every other area.ConclusionBeats took three steps back after Solo3 turned out to absolutely exceed every expectation I had for them, and BeatsX punched above its weight as a wireless headphone with performance that competed with wired headphones at the same price point.Studio3 is iterative rather than innovative, and after four years that is not enough.Purely wasted potential.Note to Beats by DreBeats is expected to produce fun, energetic headphones.Rather than sculpting the sound as Beats has on every Studio model, keep it simple like Solo3s almost excellent signature which features a mostly even boost throughout the entire bass range, scooped mids that manage to sound natural, and a rolledoff but fairly articulate treble undoubtedly, Solo3 is the best headphone Beats has produced to date in my opinion and the opinion of audiophiles like Tyll from Innerfidelity.Focus on developing innovative new tunings and driver technologies to produce quality sound while still retaining a healthy, linear bass boost of 510dB. I would not expect Beats to attempt to imitate audiophile brands like Sennheiser as Beats has its niche effectively, Beats should be figuring out better ways to reach its end goal of bringing out the emotion in a song while also providing the details the artists intended listeners to hear. Ultimately Studio3 is a misstep which doesnt have a lot of bass presence and also doesnt have a particularly clean sound signature.I do truly believe Beats has the potential to make the best wireless headphones on the market in fact, in many ways I firmly believe Solo3 is bestinclass. An overear headphone with an exciting bass boost and clarity throughout all the other frequencies could be a gamechanger, and Solo3 has proved that Beats is capable of producing the type of sound that they so masterfully market.

Im very happy with these. The sound is great, and they do make a big difference in sound cancelling. Id wear them even more often, but they dont stay on very well during a workout if you are up and down on benches, bending over, etc., and they make my head hotter than simple inear headphones. I wouldnt want them any tighter, as it would give me a headache over time. Still, if Im doing a simple cardio workout, they are great. And great on airplanes.

Purchased on Cyber Monday at a great price of 200. Was seeking an upgrade from Skullcandy Grind bluetooth headphones in terms of both sound and fit. The Beats brand makes great looking headphones. Beats also appears to look durable too. No other brands can compare to their style. Now the Skullcandy Grind are not bad sounding headphones at all. However, as I have a large head they feel snug after 30 minutes. Spent 30 minutes comparing the Beats and Skullcandy sound and comfort. I am not sure if Skullcandy is providing great value for under 70 or if Beats are very overpriced but I could not detect any difference between sound quality and comfort. I returned the Beats Studio 3 the following day. A few days later purchased a pair of Bose On Ear for just over 100.Better sound IMHO and lighter and more comfortable

I had some issues when I bought Beats Solo 3 wireless. I dont like the on ear design of the Solo3, it can be painful after an hour or 2. I prefer the Beats Studio3 wireless but they were almost twice the price and out of my price range. Well for some reason, Best Buy had the Beats Studio3 wireless for 20 less than the Beats Solo3 wireless and even in the exact matte grey color I wanted. I quickly exchanged my Solos3 and got the over the ear Studio3 wireless. The next day, for some reason the Studio3 wireless went on sale for even 10 cheaper, and Best Buy even matches the sale and credited me back 10 more dollars Final cost Beats Studio 3 wireless Matte Grey, 179.99 originally 349.99Beats Solo3 wireless 199.99Also worth mentioning is the Studios have a noise canceling feature that works pretty good but not like the newer Beats Solo3 wireless PRO 299A absolutely recommend the Studio3 over the Solos3. Extremely long battery life, 40 hours, super quick charging and very stylish and slim fitting to the head. Buy them before they go way back up in price

It keeps all that background sounds to a minimum inside the house. The little lady hates when I am using it and she is trying to talk to me. It charges really fast. I use it on my PC computer and my Samsung Android TV, it pairs really easily once you figure it out. I listened to Spotify for a few hours of Classical music streaming over a high speed internet connection. It folds up nicely. It is a bit hot and thats one down fall of the device, its like indoor earmuffs when the ambient temperature is 21.5 C. I dont game, so no idea if someone could stand that clamp session.

Im not an audiophile, but Ive owned some good headphones before and these are outstanding. These noise canceling Beats really are great at keeping out the noise, not to mention the battery life is good with 20 hours for noise canceling and 40 hours without. They definitely last longer than my 3yearold Airpods. Since Im working from home now theyre great for keeping out the outside noise like landscaping work or my two parrots. Since these are Beats you can expect the bass to be heavy, but its not over powering to where it drowns out the highs and mids. If you have an iPhone, they connect pretty easily and if you have iOS 11 or greater the firmware updates automatically so no need to connect to your computer and use the Beats updater app.

Ive owned many high end headphones and inear monitors including Etymotic Research, Shure, Apple Airpods, Bose, etc. With ANC on, you will hear a light hissing if not playing audio. When on, it works very well at canceling ambient noise. Voices or irregular noises will be muted Im assuming mostly due to isolation rather than ANC but not completely blocked.Sound Quality On par with my Bose Sportsound Wireless. Its tuned to the lower frequencies so bass is generally exaggerated. Lets be honest though, you are buying Beats for the bass and not for flat frequency response.Comfort The earpads fit comfortably over my ears. The headband seems comfortable enough. It doesnt mess up my hair and I dont even notice its resting on my head. My only complaint is that wearing the headphones for extended periods tends to cause my ears to sweat.Battery Life Compared to all the true wireless earbuds, the battery life is amazing. I use my headphones for 34 hours of phone conferences on top of 34 hours of musicvideo playback every day and I charge about every 56 days. I was constantly switching and charging my Airpods during conference calls.Durability Just under a month in and they seem fine. Im generally careful with my items but my initial reservations were around durability and availability of replacement parts. There seem to be a decent amount of aftermarket parts available for reasonable prices. Conclusion I paid 199 and I dont think you can find a better name brand ANC headphone at that price point. I wouldnt have paid the retail price of 350. Pairing with an iPhone is just as easy as the Airpods which is a huge plus. Im docking 1 star due to the folding design. Its about the size of a pineapple minus the stem for reference.

This was a gift for my sons birthday. His were stolen when his car was broken in to at the University he attends. I got him the latest, most up to date Beats, he was shocked, surprised, mostly, ecstatic. I ordered them online, but to pick up at the door that was fabulous. I was in out in 2 minutes. Thank you so very much for being the most safety conscience store I have been to since the Covid pandemic. The store I shop at is in MaryvilleAlcoa, TN.

So, the short of the long…these are Beats attempt at the very competitive noise cancelling, wireless headphone market. Do they have a winner Well, not really but a good contender. The noise cancelling itself is ok, like 3.75.0. The build quality is somewhat lacking and they feel a bit fragile when handling them. So far no problems with anything breaking, but, I baby these as they are a decent investment. Sound, is pretty up to par with the Beats family. Although, I did expect a more punchy, responsive bass profile. Overall, good quality and balance of lows and highs. Mids sometimes get muffled or drowned out. Depends on what genre of music and at what volume you listen to. Paring with an Iphone is probably what makes these worth while. They dont loose or drop their connection and the sync up right away without the normal hassle of other brands out there. My advise, dont pay retail price for these, wait until they are on sale. I would value these more around the 179199.00 price point.

Had the black and gold pair for nearly 2 years, sound quality and battery life still is near good as new. Easy to travel with, comfortable. Wearing them for too long does start to hurt a little, since they press on your ears to stay on, but otherwise not too tight but not too loose. The adjustability is jammed on the left side, but it doesnt bother me since I already have it adjusted. Box was also really cool.Only problem I have with it is the microphone. Not very good quality, and I definitely expected better for the price but I dont use it often anyway.

Started out amazing, clean look i only used it for Laptop Gaming, I sometimes I was afraid to use it so i didnt use it for weeks. but then I started playing CoD Modern Warfare more often. I noticed that with repeated use the Ear cups started deteriorating…. pretty fast for a high end headphone. Then suddenly the right side cracked on the inside part of the handle… Very disappointing. this headphones are expensive but they are so cheaply made. I didnt let anyone borrow because i knew the value. Also, recently the connectivity started to become bad. The signal gets cut off… Ive owned this for a year… and a half this is the quality and Warranty doesnt cover normal wear and tear. I wont be recommending this.

This color is something else man. Originally bought it for my girl for her birthday. Unfortunately her car was broken into and those were taken. She was so upset because of the sound difference she noticed with the Studio3s but also kept talking about the beautiful color combo. I couldnt buy any of the other styles on sale given how much she loved this color so when I saw it on sale again I had to pick it up Right around the same price I got it the first time.

I loved these so much but they are definitely not made for people with bigger heads. There are other reviews on here that show pictures of the plastic above the ear cup cracking. If you have ever tired fitted hats and you are a size 7 34 or bigger chances are these headphones arent for you. I am glad I got apple care I had to get these replace twice. And they charge you for it like accident damage It wasnt an accident they just have poor design. After getting the 3rd set I stretch them out too the same size as they would be on my head and you can see how the plastic wants to bow in right where the last two both cracked. I ended up giving these to someone with a smaller head instead of just breaking the 3rd set too.

Ive always wanted a pair of these headphones, but the price deterred me purchasing them. After I lost my AirPods I decided to purchase the Beats on sale. Going from the AirPods 1st generation and purchasing the Beats headphones made me feel like an analog chick in a digital World. The pros and cons.ProsThe sound quality is exceptional. Youll hear instrusments in a song you never paid attention to before. The sound quality is very impressive. I am a true music lover so the quality of sound is most important to me.Loud, with a nice bassConnects easily to my iPhone and other bluetooth devices.Cancels out all the outside noises, such as loud yapping, cars, constructions, ect.Portable and foldableHugs my ear perfectlyStays in place while jogging or riding my bikeBattery life is life… I may charge my headphones once a week.Comfortable to sleep in while laying on my back.ConsBig and clunkyWhen increasing the volume or song on the head phones youll hear the button being pushed. Unlike the AirPods where you simply just tap to change. Not very modern, yet its very functional. In comparison to the AirPods, Beats is louder and much easier to exercise while using. AirPods is limited in sound and they always fail out of my ears.Overall these are the best headphones Ive owed to date. I love, love these head phones. Although they are bulky I carry them everywhere.

The pinnacle of the Beats range. Had my eye on these for a while after good reviews. Finally purchased some and I am not disappointed sound quality is amazing both with noise cancelling on and off.The battery life is extremely impressive two weeks in of occasional daily use and Ive not had to charge them yet.Pairing and integration on Apple devices is a breeze, including swapping between devices.Would highly recommend, dont let the pricing put you off.

After building up my expectations for Studio3 to be an industryleading wireless headphone based on the momentum of the fantastic Solo3 that preceded it, Apples infinite resources and talent, and the groundbreaking W1 chip, I ended up being extremely disappointed with Studio3. Beats had the opportunity to change the headphone industry with their flagship wireless headphone much in the same way AirPods created a new category, but instead settled on complacency and mediocrity. Design AppearanceThe design is the high point of Studio3 as it retains Beats signature stylish understated look, but even the aesthetic feels dated since it recycles the design from the 2013 Studio 2.0 model. Of the six colors available at launch, Shadow Gray and Porcelain Rose showcase gorgeous color schemes and make a better case for an upgrade however, its a testament to how poorly Beats handled the development of Studio3 that the two colors that look fresh and fashionable are not sold at most retailers. Build qualityStudio3 falls short in this regard as the overall construction feels hollow rather than reassuring. This is not due to the relatively lightweight nature of Studio3, the headphones simply are lacking a rigidness that would classify them as highend. ComfortfitIt does seem that Beats takes care in developing the comfort of its headphones, and it shows with soft, moderately comfortable earpads that are wellpadded. Mileage will vary in regards to fit, but the Studio3 while fairly comfortable did not provide a stable enough fit for me to continue actively using them. Sound Studioquality sound signatureSorry Beats, you blew it on sound. Its not exciting enough to be a fun headphone nor is it clean enough to be an audiophilegrade headphone. Instead, it is in an awkward consumercompromised middle ground. BassStudio3 has a subbass rolloff that makes the bass presentation too focused on the upper bass, which leads to the bass lacking the fullness that would give it impact and body. This midupperbass emphasis can add weight to certain bass notes, but on a whole leaves the bass lacking the emotion and definition that would be expected. MidrangeUnfortunately, the midrange can come off as muddy and slightly cluttered. There is a sense of clarity that is missing on Studio3. Studio3 would not be defined as bassy rather, Studio3 is a balanced headphone that lacks the resolution that should come from a relative lack of bass impact. Yet, the midrange manages to almost sound as muddy as it does on headphones that have a much more pronounced bass tuning due to a focus on the upper basslower midrange. Studio3 is iterative rather than innovative, and after four years that is not enough. Purely wasted potential.

The headphones have excellent sound quality and they are moderately capable of cancelling, or at the very least, drowning out most sounds to dampen external noise. Also, the headphones are superb when it comes to battery life. As Ive seen other people point out in their reviews, they can be moderately tight and may cause some irritation to your ears due to the lack of meshmaterial in the interior padding of the headphones. If you have any concerns whether or not it fits your head, take it from me, you might want to see it or try it on in person to avoid possible discomfort and confusion.

Wow, these headphones produce great sound quality and give a wonderfully immersive music experience. The noisecancelling feature is very effective and so clever how it adapts to the surroundings you are in.They were extremely easy to set up with my iPhone and laptop, so instinctive to use and you get used to the controls in seconds. They charge up really quickly and the fastfuel feature is very handy if you need a quick charge. The convenience of being able to take calls on them is great and when you receive a call it pauses the music and autorestarts when youve hungup. I also like that your phone shows the charge of the headphones every time you pair up to use. They are very comfortable to wear even for extended periods of time. I have a small head so was worried that they might be too large but they fitted well and snuggly over the ears without slipping down. The only negative is the carry case doesnt have an internal pocket to store the small charging cable and lead, not a huge problem, but if you like to carry these with you then be prepared to have them loose or store them elsewhere.Lastly, the packaging of this product is excellent, it makes it feel like a premium product. The joy I had when opening it and lifting the seals felt the same, well almost, as when lifting the lid off as a new iPhone box

I received these headphones as a gift, and after about a year of use they create this terrible squealing noise and are unwearable. I found out after they are not sweat resistant which might be the problem since I wear them mostly when I workout. I find it pretty funny how these headphones are not designed for workouts when all of the beats ads are people wearing them while working out. Any sort of investigation and youll discover beats are not even worth the price for their sound quality and now they are not worth the price for their build quality. Dont fall for marketing save your money and buy something thats built to last or at least build as advertised.

My old Bose were falling a part only after 2 years of use. My wifes Beats after 3 years still look new. I saw Best Buy had Beats Studio 3 on sale. I am glad I bought them. Not only does the Noise Cancel work great but they sound better than my old Bose headphones. The best part of getting the Beats Studio headphones is I can also use them as my gaming headphones. They do much better than my old Turtle Beach 600 headphones. I am hearing sounds I never heard with either my Bose or Turtle Beach headphones. By the way my Turtle Beach Headphones,Christmas 2017, out lasted my Bose Headphones, April 2018. Another note, my Bose SoundSports didnt last 2 years either.

You can tell the quality just from unboxing these. Very stylishly packaged and they come in a handy case, which they fold down into so its not too bulky.Very comfortable over the whole ear and plenty of scope for changing the sizing for different head sizes. They even fit small enough over my 4 year olds head. They are great for work calls with the inbuilt mic and easy to sync to my phone and laptop. The sound quality is excellent with clarity across calls and listening to podcasts and audiobooks. Handy feature to control volume, take calls and skip tracks without needing your phone.Noise cancelling works excellently and Ive successfully blocked out the noise from my kidsWireless capability has great range I can cover my whole house and out in the garden without carrying my phone around. No loss of connectivity or drop in quality. Battery seems good I use them fairly heavily on pretty much all the time during the working day and only need to charge every 3 days or so.Last but not least music quality. Bass is superb as expected and a truly immersive experience, between them being over ear and noise cancelling. Close your eyes and imagineMy only incredibly minor first world problem they do get a bit warm on your ears Which will be nice in the winter

I purchased the all gray Beats because the price was right at 189. I wanted NC headphones for my frequent air travels but didnt want to pay 350400. For the price, it was between the Beats and JBL Live 650BTNC. The JBLs are louder and sounded really good, plus it has an app for your headphones. The Beats have no options besides NC on or off, pretty basic headphones really. If you have an iPhone, pairing is effortless. The Beats were more comfortable for me and that was the deciding factor. I have been using them for hours at a time without any fatigue while at the computer listening to music and YouTube. Seems these had a break in period. After a few days, they sounded better and maybe a little louder. Now I feel these are NOT a 350 piece of audio equipment compared to Sony and Bose, and wouldnt of considered Beats for that price. If I was going to pay near double for headphones, the Bose 700 are the best in my opinion. But for less than 200, these are great compared to others in that price range. So I will be doing a follow up on these once I use them on the plane and how they hold up.

The clamping is awful. Makes my head hurt no matter how much I try to get used to it. It also pulls my hair out when it get stuck on the shell cover of the ear pieces. In my opinion, the discomfort outweighs the sound quality. The reason I wanted headphones was to have a comfortable way to watchlisten to something for a while. If you cant keep it on for any long duration because youre in pain then that defeats the purpose. Definitely should have tried it out first and not believed the good reviews before buying the nonreturnable warranty. Oh well. Returning the item for sure

Upon receiving the product I was hoping to experience what all the hype was about for beats. As soon as I did away with the elaborate packaging and hooked it up to my phone as soon as it started playing my music nothing came out of the left side of the headphones. I tried looking up the issue and tried over and over to reconnect and play with it but realized it was just flat out broken. That was an issue with the supplier I suppose, but more importantly than that from the one side that did work I realized that the audio is anything but special. My wired headphones that came with my iPhone have a clear and obvious better sound quality than these beats. So I imagine even if they did work I would be disappointed with the quality I got for the price I paid. Even if this was 200 as compared to the original 350 the quality for the price does not match at all. Highly disappointed overall.

I bought these headphones in 2018. At first they would make my ears and head really hot but once you break them in, and adapt to them its no problem. My ears still get a little sweaty, but I would hope they do if Im working out. Ive been wearing them to the gym for lifting, runningcardio and they are amazing. Its been 3 years and the sound quality has not diminished and the pleather on the muffs barely started peeling from the sweat this week You can buy replacement ear pads for 10 at Walmart or amazon. The battery life is still unbelievably awesome and lasts for days from me going to the gym 4 days out of the week for 2 hours a day. I have not ever had any connection issues with my android. I would definately buy them again due to their durability and sound. I picked the beats over the bose over the ear purely because I personally love the sound of the beats more than the bose but everybodys sound preference is different.

Im upgrading from a Beats Studio 2 to the 3 and so far ive been very impressed. The build and design is exactly the same but the noise cancellation is FANTASTIC. Normally my AC is pretty loud, but while wearing this right next to the vent in my apartment I couldnt even hear it. And the great thing is you dont even have to turn the volume up to cover up the sound. It just blocks it out Set up is easy and the design is nice as always. Only good things to say so far.

Audio quality was really good no issues with baseheavyness as Ive heard of from previous Beats headphones.Packaging was excellent and the carry case is very neat. The removable audio jack cable and microphoneremote is really handy.Bluetooth connection has been excellent, they connect very quickly and seamlessly with iPhones and also work well for me on both Windows and Mac. Battery life is very good and charging is quick. The noise cancelling is just right for me cancels enough to be completely focused on the music even while hoovering, but not so much I cant tell if my family are trying to talk to me Its hard to assess how much the Pure ANC functionality plays a role here I can tell it makes a fair bit of difference while hoovering cancelling lower frequencies more effectively, but its hard to tell how much of an effect it has with quieter environmental noises. My biggest criticism would be the lack of a pass through mode, where environmental noise is captured played back through the headphones to turn off noise cancelling useful if youre walking around the house and want to be able to hear other people, or on a video call so you can hear how loud youre actually speakingThese also arent great for wearing while exercising the top of the headphones isnt secure enough and the leather cups get too hot of course, there are other offerings from Beats for that use case, but I was hoping to get by with this pair alone.

These headphones have great noise canceling features. They become uncomfortable after wearing for an hour or so. Kinda disappointed they arent comfortable for longer periods. I do like the style and they function perfectly for me. Over all they are a good pair of wireless headphones. The sound is quality is excellent. If they didnt work so well with their noise canceling feature I would have returned them. That is the feature that makes the price point worth it.

Have had these for a week now, they are awesome and well worth the price. The noise cancelling is very good and the sound quality is awesome. The volume can go super loud Im someone who likes to blast my music and Ive still not had to go full volume on these just because of how loud they can play. The bass is pretty good and more than meets my expectations in that regard. Overall a quality product. Side note this product was not refurbished as some others have said, it came brand new in the box and plastic wrapping, and upon close inspection looked unused.

They started cracking right above the ear within 11 months of used. Didnt wear them for the first 6 months and then every day after that when the pandemic started. Did not drop them or abuse them, just on and off while working. Cost to repair from apple store is 260 cad more than the cost of these on sale. Id spring the extra cash and get Bose or something offbrand that is more durable and probably has better sound quality. Noise cancelling wasnt great on this as well.

I never thought I would purchase an expensive set of headphones. They are for elites Black Friday enticed me into getting one, I did. Im not disappointedBeats sweet spot is the bass performance in terms of audio quality. They look very stylish and have plenty of battery capacity. The buttons are easy to find and have a nice click feedback so you know when you have pressed them. The ear cup foam is soft and even after wearing them for several hours, I had not head or ear fatigue. Bluetooth pairing is easy and the range is phenomenal as I walk around my house. The noisecanceling absolutely works wife complains about not hearing her calls

Purchased 4 different sets of these headphones. First purchase was the green camo print and the sand camo print. I received the items and immediately upon using the sand camo for the first time, a high pitched noise was in the left ear. I returned this pair and purchased another pair in the same colorprint. Knowing what my first pair did, I tilted the left earpiece slightly every which way and once again a high pitched sound was in the left side. I returned this pair. The green camo print I purchased has the same high pitched sound in the left side, but does not come as easily as the sand camo print ones did. With a lot of head movement, I heard it, but it took a lot more than the other two. This is a gift for my son who is obsessed with the camo print and this product, so ultimately I will let him decide on keeping it or not once Christmas comes…if it were up to me, Id just return them. I purchased a matte black pair for my husband and tested those out upon receiving as well. The matte black pair has no issues so Im wondering if this is just an issue with the camo line.

I had bought a pair of The studio 2s at first I liked they at the beginning until they got scratched up Cary easy and the silver plastic trim started to chip off after about a 2 years of owning them I know test that the one side hinge was bent thought it was just lose so I checked and the bolts where tight ended up leaving it for a day or two and then tried to put it on and the one side hinge completely snapped off. I was very upset that they broke after only 2 years of hardly using them 400 for 2 years. Then I had contacted beats and they said that it was a problem that is very common so I just said forget it if there are that many problems with them Ill just get the new ones for myself. So I got the beats studio3s they where great at first like the last pair with the cool animation that it made when it connected to my phone. Then after another 2 years i noticed that the same thing was happening where the one hinge is cracking. A week went by and I had not used them. Then when I finally needed them to go on a Important call they had just snapped. The frustration and anger I have with beatsapple. Then I decided well let me try the beats xs wow I thought what could go wrong there indestructible after I had them for a year. Little did I know I was about to be struck by a different problem. Boom the beats strike again they where having some form of software problems I talked to Apple and they said that they cant do anything about it. So here I am today 1000 in the hole with beatsapple who have not done anything about there product and just expect me to keep buying the newer products every year or 2 in conclusion I have never had this much anger for a company in my life. DO NOT BUY BEATS. THEY WILL BRAKE

Heres the truth .. these were my furst set of beats headphones…. I will never purchase another.. why do I say this cuz they sound horrible.. good bass but totally muddy sound…. on top of that the anc is weak… but heres deal I had a pair of matrix anc cinema headphones on deal of day for 49.99.. they sounded better and the anc was better… also beats.. these are reg 379 I got em on sale for 194.99 you are one of biggest audio brands and your accompanying app is worthless… no eq customization.. are ya serious who cares to see my battery level give me some eq setting to help ease the pure mhddiness that these offer… my soundcore q30 offer 22 different eq presets alomg with custom eq the anc is much MUCH BETTER the bass and overall volume is better… the q39 retail for 79.99… beats your headphones are garbage sound and anc wise… only way I see someone buyin these is if they know nothing about audio and think theyre cool by having a pair if overhyped overpriced beats… even at sale price now of 174.99 I would not recommend these

I have never used wireless or noise cancelling headphones before so was super excited to try these and I was not let down. The sound quality itself is incredible and really puts my old headphones to shame, but the noise cancelling element just really makes the whole music listening experience totally immersive and you can really get lost in it great for the new working from home situationThey are really easy to use and really comfortable to wear me and my husband have been sharing and he makes them larger when he wears them, but what is great is that they are so robust so when you bring them back down to the smaller size, they still fit perfectly no stretching or change to the fit. I love how quickly they charge 10 mins for 3 hours of listening so you can get them ready to go last minute as well which is perfectI think they come across as a big investment, but when you can feel the value of them in every element fit, sound, accessories, technology, experience

Item when finally received worked well. Im not pleased that the warranty I purchased was cancelled with zero explanation. Im wondering if its common for the ear piece will remain misshaped due to position they hold while in carrying case I imagine this might cause some troubles later and require replacement. I have several ear piercings and needed something over ear vs on ear since that cause discomfort and they provide just the right amount of comfort. Excellent noise cancellation Im stoked for that aspect.

I dont know what is about Beats but they all squeeze my head like no other. I really wanted to like these since I have all Apple products. I am like 4 11 and 100 pounds, but all beats squeeze my head too much. I thought since these are over the ear then the clamping force would be less than say the regular solo ones, but they still squeeze my head. Who knows maybe I have a big head. As far as sound quality, they arent too bad if you use them over bluetooth.I ended up going with the Sony XM3s. They arent as easy connecting to all my products, and arent as nice looking, but they are SO much more comfortable. Beats clamping force is like 1010 on the squeeze factor, the Sonys maybe 3410.Also, the Beats while wired sounds pretty much like the EarPods. These really do need to be used Bluetooth. Unfortunately the Sonys sound better bluetooth as well because the app to adjust the EQsettings only kick in over bluetooth. But even so, the standard for Sonys sound is significantly better. I do prefer the NC on the Beats because it isnt as strong and you dont get that pressure feeling.I bought some cheapish Hyperx Cloud Stinger gaming headphones a while back and Ive looking for the perfect over the ear headphones for music for myself. Although I will say the HyperX Stingers are seriously the most comfortable headphones Ive ever worn with barely any if any clamping force. I could wear them all day. But obviously the sound quality isnt great because they are for gaming. But anyway let me say when you go over the ear, you never go back. The Beats Studio, for me, doesnt seem completely over the ear.

function wise the automatic equalizer makes instrumentals and sounds extremely fluid. The bass goes in so you get that signature beats by Dre effect. That kind of quality that makes you feel like youre in the studio . What really got me was the noise cancellation and battery life . Youre in your own world with no outside disturbance and its wireless. the battery life last More than a full day of use. No noise leakage either , you can turn it all the way up in a quiet room and itll be barely noticeable. Got it on sale was worth 180. Original price was double . Wouldve still bought it. Durable as well prob wouldve bought it at original price . Lets see how long these last ,

They look good and I love the way they fold up and fit in the well made, light carry case. I have to wear hearing aids and these overear headphones are so comfortable to wear. Great battery life and the sound is superb, and so much better than I thought was possible. Very easy to set up with Bluetooth. The noise cancelling works brilliantly I have a relative staying with me and working here and I have found the headphones to be fantastic for both of us. I appear quiet so she can work but reality is I am listening to great sounds quite loudlyI am delighted with them and have listened to Music, Radio, and Podcasts on my Mac, iPad, iPod and iPhone. the sound is superb. The comfort and quality sound make for an excellent purchase.

Having read many online reviews and having my son tell me that beats are overpriced and you can get better for the money, I decided to go with my gut feeling and purchase the Beats Studio 3 headphones. I have to say I have not been disappointed, these are comfortable to wear, the bluetooth range is fantastic and I like the fact I can be watching a film on my Mac and if I get a call the headphones pick this up and I can answer my phone The sound quality is good exactly what you would expect from beats, basey, but doesnt drowned out the mid treble. My son says that the sound doesnt sound natural, but when comparing these to his skull candy crusher headphones, for me you could really hear the difference in quality in favour of the beats, but to be fair they were 3 times the price so you would expect that. Overall I am really satisfied with my purchase and would have no hesitation recommending these to other people looking to buy.

I really like the sound and the looks of these. They are extremely easy to get going on my Apple devices. Ever time I turn them on it will show you the battery level of the headphones on the apple device you are using to play them. The buttons are also very easy to use. I also love the way these will play clearly at a very low volume, some Bluetooth headphones I own will not play at low volume. I just wish the ear cups were just a little bit bigger. The way they rest on my big head covers a tiny bit of my ears, a little annoying, but hopefully I will get used to it. Like I said I love the sound quality

I already have some headphones, so it was good to compare. The phones are very compact and neatly fit into the case, which is not too bulky. The sound quality was extremely good. I switched on the phones and the connection with my iPhone and iPad was almost instant. The noise cancellation really worked well. Yet to try them on an aircraft, but they were better than my existing pair. The wireless range was amazing. I left my iphone at the front of my house and walked to the back of my garden, which is a good 30 metres away and no diminishing in the sound quality. Has controls on the ear piece, which are reasonably easy to operate. There is a quick charge facility on the charger, which gives a 3 hour playing time after a 10 minute charge very useful Havent tested the playing time on a full charge, but it must around at least 12 hours good for longhaul flights when they return. All in all a great product.

I am able to listen to the phone calls, tho the microphone hasnt allowed the caller to hear when I talk. The battery isnt as long lasting as the solo beats3 are. Hasnt come with a autl off function on powering down if the bluetooth connection has been disconnected. These are my second pair of Beats Studio 3. louder and equalizers give a bigger difference of tone depths and the noise cancellation is a plus, if I wasnt wanting to listen to conversations witb focus, the headphones work as earplugs that arent insertable. the halo isnt uncomfortable to wear for longer lengths. the weight isnt annoying, and the bulkiness isnt noticeable for the wearer, only for the visual of the larger coverage of over ear headphones, that is the main cause as the noise cancellation, the weight isnt bad, it isnt easy to lose a pair as a sport bluetooth pair of surrljnding earbuds could be, if changing shirts, or removing a sweater or jacket, the Studios are noticable if a accidental tumble off the wearer. I probably could lose a pair of earbuds pretty fast if I was skating and took out a earbud and those fell. Good pricing couldnt refuse.

I have BeatsX, Powerbeats3, and these Beats Studio3 all in this color. I like the color and for some reason, this color of the Beats Studio was significantly cheaper than the other colors during the holidays. You can spend weeks of time researching headphones reviews. I went with Beats Studio for a few reasons1 Apple pairing is super easy and they are always available on all of my devices including Apple TV. I use them to watch TV at night and can quickly witch back to my phone. Smoother than Bluetooth pairing with devices that only connect to one device at a time.2 Sound quality is fun. I rarely have time to just sit and listen instead Im always doing something while listening and so I dont need audiophile quality not saying theres any issue with the sound quality on the Studio but gave up trying to find the best sound. I enjoy the sound and you can tweak a bit with equalizers on your phone.3 Value. With the extra discount on this color, it made the selection over other headphones easier. I got this for around 180.

Bought these headphones for the gym, great sound the mattegray color is definitely cool to have. No major issue thus far, the siliconerubber lining underneath the headband has stretched and is starting to popout of place but no biggie. The noicecancellation is definitely plus as it helps me focus on the treadmill. Ive only had a few issue with the speakers but a quick reset will resolve it. Ive had this almost a year now and the battery still lasts a good 14 days on a single charge. 1hr gym sessions occasional YouTubing.

I have the Beats Studio 3 headphones in Porcelain Rose and wow I love everything about them the look, the feel, the sound. You wont find much better as far as quality. They connect so seamlessly to your devices, I use them daily while I work with my computer. The sound is amazing. When there is a new album coming out that Ive been waiting for, I wont listen to it until I can hear it through my beats because its that good. They are expensive but well worth the price. Whenever Im forced to upgrade Ill be buying another pair of Beats headphones for sure.

Ive had these for about 34 years now. Got them on sale, price is still comparable to back then. Daily use while I take the bus or walk my dog, battery and sound still is working well, microphone on wire is also not terrible for zoomphone calls. I did have a software issue that wouldnt charge the headphones, but a google search for a hard reset of them helped. I also had to purchase replacement earpads about 2 years into using them as the black material was flaking on my earface, but they are cheap and easy to replace.

These beats are pricey but is worth the money. It doesnt take a max volume raise just to sound loud. The headphones are comfortable and comes in a really nice case. They are also heavy duty durable so no worries with them breaking unless you are just extremely careless. These are made to last a lifetime. Sound and quality is excellent. I must have wirelessBluetooth headset.

First thing, I found Studio 3 headphones very comfortable to wear even for long periods, with no doubt more comfortable than our onear phones, we can almost forget we are wearing them. I found them to be very versatile, easy to transport and store away as the arms fold into the accompanying case this is a nice feature and will come in handy when it comes to travelling and going on holidays. The sound itself is nice with a full range and plenty of bass. Even without the ANC there is a feeling of being isolated from external noises, so Ive decided its best to deactivate ANC and save on battery power and only enable if its really needed. The connection to my iPhone was straightforward and Bluetooth works nicely with Windows 10 Skype. Finally, I found the 3.5m wired connector a handy addition to connect to the computer without having to pair with Bluetooth.Overall, Im very happy to be using these, or I would be, if I can persuade my other half to hand them back.
Audio Book Addict –
The Studio 3 is the worse ones yet. They break at the same spot every time. I have 2 that have done this. I have clear tape and duct tape holding mine together. The fake leather that surrounds the ear will tear and flake off. This has happened to all of my Beats, not just the Studios. I like the sound quality, but it is just not worth the cheaply made product. They will last about 6 months of regular use I use mine almost every day.. CHECK OUT MY PICTURES

I actually returned these for a few reasons1 Connectivity. I bought these to replace my Beats Studio that I have had since 2012 to make music. I just bought a new Macbook Pro so I thought, why not upgrade my headphones as well and make things wireless. However, these headphones always wanted to connect to my phone rather than my Macbook. On top of that, I also use airpods with my Macbook which added to the difficulty of connecting these.2 They felt a little too snug and small, even after adjusting the appropriately.3 215 for headphones is a decent amount in the scheme of things. But the sound quality and fit of my ones from 2012 were much better. So Ill continue to use those until they just stop working.

Not as good as I expected. While the sound quality is good, there is often a strange and rather loud pop that is heard. I have had good success connecting to Apple devices however, other Bluetoothenabled devices have not been as easily connected. I have attempted to use the headset for phone calls however, I have heard other callers say that the sound is odd as if I am in a tunnel. The toggle control button is a little difficult to figure out. Almost impossible to turn the headsets on or off with them on. The power button is small and inconvenient. I expected more for the price. Battery power last for a lengthy period of time. Noise cancelling feature works well.

Ive had mine for just over a year now and they are holding up well. The connection and bluetooth is excellent and I have had no issues. Theyre largely very comfortable as I took them on a long haul flight to the UK last year and had them on almost the entire time with minimal discomfort and good noise cancellation. The included case is robust, and can easily hang off the side of a bag with the included clip. The added cord for wired attachment is good quality and the builtin microphone is goodfair quality. I find the sound to be all around pretty excellent, maybe slightly bass heavy for some tastes but it isnt a problem for me. I didnt pay the full price for them as I got them for cheap with my MacBook I bought last year, and although I dont have a lot of similar level headphones to compare with, I suspect you could get just as good if not better for the same money. Im not dissapointed and Im sure others will be happy too.

Well made good quality over the ear headphones. Noise cancellation work well but it could be better. Sound quality is a bit muddy and Ive heard clearer but thats me being picky due to the high price tag. I like the compact foldable construction and locks with a sturdy click. Also to note if your head small youll be find with hours of listening, move the head size to average and youll quickly notice the pressure of the cups pushing inwards and applying uncomfortable pressure against your ears. On the flip side, they have good wireless range especially walking between rooms and even outside through two rooms. After a few weeks of use Im starting to feel that I just bought into a label.

Sound is amazing in comparison to earbuds, so I can understand the market for these headphones.I use mine for gaming and you can hear everything really clearly. They are a little heavy and the earcups can hurt my ears after extended use, so that is the downside. That type of issue could be related to only me though.I had gotten these on sale, so I would purchase these when they are discounted. I probably wouldnt pay full price for them when you can find them at a great discount price once in a while, so just be patient.Only thing I dont like is that these headphone require battery power to use even though you connect with the direct audio cable. My prior beats solo wireless 2 was able to connect and listen with the audio cable even with a dead battery. Seems like this would have been a thing since you included the audio cable in the box, but nope, you still need to make sure the headphones have some sort of charge to listen with the audio cable plugged in.

Bought these for my sons birthday. He loves them. The sound is incredible and the noise cancellation is amazing. Put them on to try them out and very quietly heard a refrigerator noise running in the background. Hit the noise cancellation button and was absolutely amazed at how the sound of the refrigerator just disappeared. Oh yeah, I did this with no music or anything playing through the headphones. It was the coolest thing. Battery life is great, I mean he wears them practically all day during this quarantine and lasts more than 1 day without fail. Anyway, these headphones are totally worth the spend. Love them and want another pair for myself. Forgot to mention that all we did was power them on and immediately synced with the iPhone. Super easy.

The sound quality and noise canceling feature are both good, but my voice sounds really muffled when talking through the mic. The headphones also fit too tight for my liking. I dont have a very big head, but I still have to take them off periodically for comfort. This is a decent product if you just plan to listen to music, but there are much better alternatives out there at this price if planning to use as a headset with mic. I ended up exchanging for the Bose Quality Comfort 35 II which is 50 cheaper, more comfortable, has a much better mic, has good sound quality and noise canceling, and allows you to connect to multiple devices at once, which is something the Beats headphones do not allow you to do. If I could give these a 2.5 star that would be more accurate.

I never would have thought I would spend this much for a pair of headphones, but I did…and Id do it again in a second. The sound quality is superb deep sonorous bass and crisp highs give your music new life. The noise cancellation is awesome, too. I can wear these when I mow the lawn, and they block out almost all of the noise from the mower, allowing me to listen to music or even simply voiceonly audio, like talkradio, etc. at a reasonable level without sacrificing sound quality. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and are so lightweight you hardly remember that you have them on. They simply become an extension of your ears and head. I can give no higher praise than, these are a superb product.

Excellent value. This is my second pair of Beats over the ear headphones. Both matte black. Both purchased at Walmart. There is nothing of lesser value with the matte black version. Ive bought gifts of these headphones at Best Buy for 150 more. Its the same product. I believe Beats charges more for the current color scheme than the actual sonic features. The Apple Chip included in this pair is great with my iPhone. The Bluetooth pairs extremely fast and seems to be a secure connection. The battery life is as expected of any new quality device. It doesnt need to last for days it does allow you to be entertained for many hours. The noise canceling feature is great as well. Extremely satisfied with my purchase. These headphones, if cared for, last about two years. The outer plastic and ear foam begins to breakdown before the speakers or battery. Its a worthwhile investment for quiet and personal entertainment. A

I have found these headphones great to use the sound quality is amazing and you can really hear music with fantastic depth as it was meant to be heard. The noise cancelling is something new to me and is brilliant. I must say if you are using these headphones and are expecting a delivery, it would be sensible to turn off the noise cancelling function easily done with a double click of the power button, or you will miss your parcelIf you do turn off the noise cancelling the sound is just as great but if someone talks to you you are more likely to respondI have always resisted over ear headphones because when trying them on I have found the headband uncomfortable, thinking perhaps it was because I am a glasses wearer. I must say I did think this when I put these on for the first time, but after wearing them a considerable number of times over the past week, I have found that I am now used to them and dont really notice the headband any more. The beats come with a simple setup guide, and I connected to my iPhone easily. I have had no connectivity problems and the wireless works if I go upstairs without my phone. I have also easily connected to my TV which is a great function if you want to watch without disturbing others. The carrying case is stylish and would be easy to use when travelling, and there is a cable for wired playback. Surprisingly this still has microphone jack end which will no longer fit into an iphone, so an adaptor is needed. Though this would be useful on flights when plugging into the inseat TV. Also provided is the USB charging cable, and if you are in a hurry a 10minute charge will give you 3 hours of playback. I have only charged them once and after more than a week the battery is still on 45.I will continue to enjoy using these headphones. From someone who had previously resisted using over ear headphones I would definitely recommend these, even the box is a work of art
SJBC289 –
These headphones are just brilliant Firstly they look amazing, sleek and unfussy. The carry case is fabulous and really well designed so that they protect well, but also still look totally fabulous and understated. I love that the hands free mic looks like a proper jack and not a lightening adapter beware though, if you have an Apple product, you may need the connector to change to lightening adapter. The headphones themselves are really great for noise cancelling, even when you have the sound down. The sound is absolutely amazing I tried them with all genres of music from heavy metal to DISCO, and I have to say they were fantastic throughout. I would definitely recommend them The only downside that I have is that theyre quite big around the ears, so when I go for a run theyre a little loose, but Id still choose to have them as theyre that comfy

After using the Beats Solo for almost two years, I decided to upgrade and purchase the Beats Studio 3 headphones without doing any online research. The sound quality is amazing with these. If it was just on sound quality alone, I would have given these 5 stars. However the bad is the quality. The plastic on both sides right above the ears cracked after a few months of light use. After doing a search about know issues, this issue seems to be affecting a lot of those who own the Beats Studio 3 headphones. Most have stated that Apple would consider the damage accidental damage and not cover it under the manufacturer warranty. I would say take this into consideration before buying these. It is a lot of money for what is now a paperweight at my house.

This is my first pair of Beats headphones and they did not disappoint. I looked into the different generation of headphones before buying these. They are definitely noise cancelling and you have an option to take off the noise cancelling if youd like.I use these almost everyday and they take about 3040 minutes to charge for a couple of hours of use. I tend to binge shows with these and can get through hours of watch time.Great sound quality overall. Never disappointed. If you are looking for bass boosted headphones, I would not recommend.
Charlotte –
Pros Amazing sound quality, you can really tell the difference between these and a cheap pair from BM. The noise cancellation is amazing, like earplugs without being in the ears. I am sensitive to sound and use them when using a food blender. Couldnt recommend them enough.Cons They are tight fitting on my small head, adjusting them just makes them longer not wider. But you soon get used to it.

Bought on Argos online and delivered promptly and as promised. Thank you.Have had both Bose and Shure inear headphones previously and am very happy with sound quality so far. Music and podcasts are crisp and clear, with good amount of bass.Great quality, good looking headphones. Tight but comfortable fit and looking forward to further testing them when I am next on a flight.Would highly recommend.

Dont get me wrong, these are great headphonesbut I dont think I could tell anyone in good conscience to purchase them unless theyre on sale.I have enjoyed the sound and the wireless capabilities. Pairing with my iPhone was super easy.My pair did begin splitting between the headband and where it meets the ear, and Best Buy told me they couldnt help me even though it happened after only a few weeks of owning them and wearing them maybe 34 times. I went to the Apple Store because Beats and they were able to get me a brand new pair under warranty after they werent able to repair them. Makes me question the quality a little bit, but my new pair has been fine, though Ive only worn them maybe 68 times.
Gord –
I really liked how they pair with my iPhone 11. They are clear sounding and worked well when on a mobile call. However, they would shut down completely when walking outside in the cold. I could not restart them. This happened 3 times and the battery level is still about 50. Im disappointed as I will return them when the store opens up from the Lockdown we are in at this time. I would recommend this product but only if used above 0 degrees centigrade.

The headphones took about an hour to charge from dead on my fast charger. It uses a micro USB, which is a disappointment. They are a little warm on the ears in the house. They seem nicely built and they have a nice storage case. The telephone mike is a cable, that plugs into unit. I havent tried them yet. I am using them with my new Acer gaming computer. I paired them with my Android Samsung Galaxy S8, pretty easy. They have a noise canceling feature. 40 hours battery life, on the lithium ion batteries.
Happyshopperrr –
Some initial connection problems where the headphones were showing but just wouldnt connect with my iPhone XR but it eventually after turning devices on off they connected.Pleased to see these headphones come with a good solid robust case, which the headphones fold down neatly and fit inside excellent for transporting. The case also features a handy clip.Design is very sleek they do not look cheaply made, buttons for volume, playpause are sunken in to the headphones. The cushion ear pads are very comfy and seem durable.I feel with these headphones theyve actually considered peoples head sizes more when designing. I gave these to my dad to try, he found the Studio model fit his head much better in comparison with the Beats Solo which after a while of wearing begin to feel quite tight across his head.Great sound, you can certainly get lost in the music The noise cancelling really does work, I have been wearing them whilst working from home, the room I work in is next to a main road and it certainly blocks the traffic noise outHeadphones come with a charging cable and also an auxiliary cable in case you dont want to use them wirelessly handing for flying. My initial findings is that the Battery life seems to go down quickly, possibly due to constantly using the noise cancelling feature continuously but on the other hand they do charge quickly.I think these are great phones and definitely the ones from Beats, to buy
Gary –
The short, and sad, story is that I left my Beats Solo wireless headphones on an airplane when traveling a few months back. I missed them at home since I used them to block out household noise when reading. I noticed the noise canceling Studio 3 on a preholiday deal recently and dropped a hint to my wife. She got the Studio 3 as an early birthday gift for me and the upgrade was very much worth it. My new Studio 3 Noise Cancelling headset is SO much more comfortable, especially for extended times, and the noisecancellation is amazing. I cant say how long a battery charge lasts because I have yet to exhaust the battery even using them over several hours. I might not recommend leaving your headphones on an airplane, but if youre looking for a superb wireless headset with noise cancellation your search might just be over
DisappointedDude –
I bought these from Best Buy a little over a year ago now. The sound quality is excellent but the ear pads fell apart very quickly. My use of these headphones was moderate in frequency. I had another pair that I used for the gym but unfortunately the same thing happened to that pair. Im very disappointed that a 400 pair of headphones cant hold up for longer than a year. Oh and the manufacturer was no help when I called them either.

Just what I need, I use these for sound editing, podcasting and general music as I also sing and record my own voice. The fact its Bluetooth with a 22 battery life is really helpful, perfect for calls, simple to switch devices from Mac to phone to iPad. A definite recommend. With the fold away case ensuring no damage they thought about everything. A definite recommend in purchasing. With Zavvis different methods to pay you can get the product and only pay for the product no Apr. I ordered and got the item the next day via courier

Disappointing. Ive owned my pair of Studio 2s Wired for some years and have enjoyed them a lot. I thought the Studio3 Wireless would deliver at least the same sound quality with the convenience of the wireless option. I was wrong. The sound quality on my Studio2 Wired headphones is much better. I give these two stars only for the design look and easy use. I ended up returning mine to Target even after getting a good price on them during the Black Friday Sales. Definitely a let down from Beats.

I bought these as an upgradereplacement to my previous pair of wireless noise canceling Beats and have not been disappointed. I work in an office with thin walls and a lot of loud talkers with no concept of volume control. Needless to say that just wreaks havoc with focusing on work, let alone listening to anything relaxing. I had some Apple Air Pods that were ok for a while but the excessive office chatter eventually over powered them. I even turned them up as safely as I dared but that failed and the pods rubbing began to hurt one ear. On a frustrated whim I brought my old noise Canceling Beats Studios in just to see what they could do for the situation and was pleasantly surprised. The well worn out ear cups, scratched and well over 3yr Beats did ok. Since it was close to my Birthday I figured I might treat myself and a pair of the newer ones may be better. I liked the reviews and since I am a Apple IPhone user and the fact that they upgraded everything with their AChip tech, I decided to go for it. They were on sale for 75 off and with my rewards points, after tax I got them for 250 and change. I am one very happy customer They look sleek and feel solid despite some creaking when folding or putting them on. I attribute that to the materials used but it isnt a deal breaker for me. My music comes through clearer than ever before, audio books are also wonderful and most important of all the noise Cancelling is great. I have not had to deal with the loud distractions since getting them. I practically use them almost daily. I just don my Beats and the noisiest meeting, Shopping discussion or sports complaints fall away. I recently took them with me on a plane and almost fell asleep more than once because things were so quiet. This is probably my favorite Best Buy purchase of the year.

Just like another reviewer, we have experienced a problem with the arm of the ear piece within 23 months of purchase. We purchased additional insurance at the point of purchase. When we informed John Lewis of the issue they believed that this was wear and tear despite the product being treated with kid gloves it was barely used We didnt resolve the problem due to the Covid19 lock down. We now have an expensive headphone being held together with brown tapeWhilst the functionality is outstanding, the design i.e. ear piece loosening is clearly a design fault

Brand new or OPEN box I have bought these headphones a week ago on sale for 229. Once I tried to sync the headphones with my iPhone, they didnt turn on as they supposed to. I tried several times but it was useless so I decided to charge them then they turned on and got synchronized showing low charge 1. It was so weird as instructions dont mention charge them before synchronization. They are supposed to be fully charged for my knowledge as I have AirPods also and my AirPods were full charge when I bought them and turned on and got synchronized instantly. So i was skeptical about this purchase on SALE Is it brand new or open box Anyways I decided to try them. They cancel the noise when music is playing, however they dont cancel any noise once you turned music off, and since Im doing online exams I couldnt play music so they didnt work for the purpose i want. I decided to return them on the same day and it was a dilemma In store guest service refused the return and told me this item is not purchased from Target The barcode on the box was different from that one on my receipt After 30 minutes I heard the worker was telling his coworker that this barcode belongs to an old version from the last year Although guest service refund me, but it was such a bad experience especially when Im a Target addict. So I decided I would never buy electronics online from Target anymore.
Brokenplastic –
I bought these headphones on December 21, 2019. In less than one year, the pieces of the plastic guides on both sides of the phone just above the earpieces have broke off leaving a sharp and jagged edge. Very cheap material. I dont know why they broke off. I dont toss my headphones around or sit on them or lend them out. They stay on the table by my seat and are plugged in pretty much all the time charging. I treat them with care as I do with all my electronics. As I paid more than a couple hundred dollars for them, I certainly expected better quality workmanship. Dont buy them. Look for something else.
Madalynn –
The sound quality is great. But the design could use a little work. For someone with longer hair, the headphones keep getting my hair stuck in between the ear piece and the headband piece. It is very difficult to pull it out without ripping my hair strands out and even pieces of my hair are stuck where i cant get it to clean it out as id feel like i would break the headset. Id give it 5 stars if this flaw was not a flaw. Everything else about it is great including the color and material.
RussG –
Love these Everything about them is quality. The sound is awesome you can hear the full range, including a strong bass even at relatively low volumes. And I couldnt wear them at full volume so they are definitely loud enough to get lost in the music The noise cancelling works well with music on I couldnt hear the person next to me talking. Without music its a bit like being on a plane you can just about hear, but external noise is much softer. They look great and not just the headphones, the carry case is looks smart too.Very comfy to wear, I have pretty big ears and they fit over with soft cushioning for a good long listen. And the battery life charging time seems pretty good. What was really surprising was the set up once in my phone settings, my phone found the earphones by itself and it was one click to connect. The volume and input music phone call controls are also on the headset so no need for fiddly buttons on a headphone wire.Overall great earphones recommended

these are excellent headphones. alot of comparisons between this and bose and tbh, i much prefer these.when it comes to listening to music, i mainly listen to vinyl. the format works for me. decent bronze ortafon, decent amp, project debut carbon TT. i prefer the lush and warmth that comes with vinyl. when i compare these beats to the bose, the beats has that lushness and warmth that i find vinyl has. the clear, sleek sound of the bose is what i find with listening to digital music. thats fine if you like that, afterall, music and sound is a preference but for me, beats are my preference. and no, they are NOT bass heavy like some like to think.

I have two other Beats headphones, but they are both wired. I really like them, but I wanted to try wireless ones. I got these headphones last night and tried them out using my iPod. Once the headphones were charged up, I connected them with the iPod, and played four songs. These headphones rock Since these are also noise cancelling, I can hear more of the songs than my previous beloved headphones. Geat belated Christmas present to me

Sound quality and call quality is excellent. I really enjoyed these headphones for 17 months until the battery died and they wouldnt charge anymore. Contacting Apple care they were out of warranty. Tried to set up a repair date anyway and wasnt able to. Maybe it was a covid thing but said it wouldnt accept a booking date on this product. I turned to the internet for details and followed a battery replacement tutorial to a T. I was being so careful but the ribbon wire is pretty much made of tissue paper so as soon as I slid the phones apart it sliced. It was wound around the one plastic part. So that was the end of the headphones. You cant repair such delicate pieces. 17 months for 400 bucks. Sigh. If you get these headphones I highly recommend you get extended warranty or you will have problems. The internet is full of people who have these issues. Why make a battery integral to the use of the product, so hard to change Crap.

The sound was great and the strength of the Bluetooth signal was impressive. I had the headset about 50 yards from my phone, and i surprisingly could hear the sound clearly. The microphone doesnt go as far, but i was so pleased that the sound was strong without having to drag the phone everywhere. I only gave three stars because the actual headphones were too tight for my ears and gave me a headache. I think the noise cancelling feature makes them squeeze too much on the ears and head. I could not keep them, which was disappointing.

My 3rd Pair of the Studio Series. Ive had the nonwireless, Studio2 and now Studio3. There is a noticeable difference in Noise Cancellation in these Studio3. They work MUCH better. If you like bass like I do, these are for you. Sometimes the ear pads get worn out but aftermarket replacements can be ordered easily and easy to install.Ive tried others brands but always end up back to these. Dr. Dre tuned these rightThank you Walmart for finding other retailers that have these pair at considerably lower prices than the retail price of 350. Picked up my pair for 200 which is the same price I got my Studio2 for 4 years earlier BOOM

Got them around Christmas they were discounted because they were a Bestbuy exclusive color. I liked the flat gray color and the price around 180 bucks. The comfort and build is excellent. I have a big head and these fit great and are very comfortable. The noise canceling is great. When you turn them on you can tell the outside world is being turned off. The audio sounds great too. I listen to all types of music, podcasts and even play games with them and they have been great for all of them. I was worried that they would be something wrong with quality since they were bb exclusive. If there is I cant tell this is an awesome set of headphones
justink –
These headphones dont particularly shine in any particularly area, such as sound quality, aesthetics, or comfort, but theyre decent enough in all three areas. For the average consumer who is not an audiophile, they wont be able to really tell how well these headphones accurately reproduce sound. They sound better than your cheap 50 headphones you can buy at Walgreens, but dont expect them to be in the same league as Sonys or Sennheiser. But again, to the average consumer who doesnt pay much attention to sound detail, they may not be able to tell the difference. These headphones have a pretty strong clamping force compared to other headphones such as the Sony WH1000XM3 plus their earcups are a bit smaller, so your ears may feel hot and fatigued after an hour or so. But, because of their stronger clamping force, it makes them pretty enjoyable to use in the gym for lifting weights. I wouldnt recommend running with these though, since your ears will bake like theyre in a sauna.Lookswise, I have to say their slim profile makes them more attractive than the plain and understated Sonys. But, they feel VERY cheaply made I feel afraid whenever I bend these a little to put on my head, since their hinges feel cheap and fragile. It seems to be a common issue where buyers break their headphones in less than year, and NOT from strenuous use. These headphones are not worth buying at their full retail price of 350. But at their heavily discounted price of 189, they are a pretty good deal, I must say.In conclusion great jackofalltrades, but masteratnone. Buy only if you have an iOS device, and if its on sale.

It could be just me, but these are the worst cans Ive experienced. The sound had way too much bass, and even without the noise canceling, the underlying white noise was very distracting. With the noise canceling on, I got nauseous this could be something not everyone has an issue with, so dont judge based on that unless you have previously experienced this issue elsewhere. The build seemed sturdy, but I was not happy with the extreme pressure from the headband, especially given a smaller head. Massive headache after 20 mins of use. After 4 days, had to return.
Bestie2020 –
Their clear sound to me their not muddy sounding if you like hip hop and pop. These headphones are great for me. Special listening to electronic bass. But anyways its up to you. I would suggest buy them at 200.00. So you save 150 dollars. This just my opinion purchase at your own risk. I would over all say wonderful for beats studio 3 headphones. Their comfortable and loud gray color is not to bad. These were only ones for 200.00 brand new. At least when I received them. So overall 5 stars just reviewed today. This after receiving them listening to them long time. How long they will last hoping minimum two years. If not they will have wonderful memories for me to remember. A great sale with clear sound.

After 3 months of approx 34 hours per week use just sitting around the house the top brace is starting to crack and chip out, not something you would expect at the price range of these, I went to Apple Genius Bar to get them checked out, the genius was reluctant to assist with anything saying its cosmetic and would cost 260 to replace… Overall very over rated, do not waste your money on these In the future with the support Apple provided, I will go to a professional real headphone brand instead. Overpriced no quality productBeats by Dre waste of money

Firstly, you immediately feel like youve purchased a premium product… the packaging is really smart and the headphones fold down into a cool zipup case. I was so excited to use them The instructions are very simple and it only took a few seconds to connect the headphones to my iphone. The sounds is great good clarity and bass. The noise cancelling function can be switched of an off which is a useful tool. I also like that there is a built in mic for phone calls or video meetings. The headphones are really comfortable to wear perfect for my evening walk listening to music or an audio book. I havent needed to charge them yet so the battery seems to last. I feel that these are a good investment as they are high quality and seem built to last. They also look super cool
MomOf2Boyz –
BEST headphones ever These are so comfortable and stylish too love how they sound and are wireless. The charge lasts a very long time. I cant wear in the ear type of ear phones as they hurt my ear canals no matter what brand or tip type I get they hurt after a while but these solve that problem as they go over your ears. They are noise cancelling too so no more distractions from other noises going on around me. I got a REALLY good deal too and the shipper shipped them pretty promptly. I was leery at first about buying from a 3rd party seller on this Walmart site but I am glad I did def recommend this seller and these headphones They came with a nice storagecarrying case too
JoshW –
These are fantastic. I basically collect different headphones, and Ive got them from all the major brands, including some audiophile stuff and these are the most fun Ive listened to, and I enjoy them the most. They arent flat response, by any means, but they sound good to my ears, right out of the box, without an EQ or anything needed. The noise canceling is not going to shut out everything, but I wear them while mowing the lawn and it reduces the mower to a clicking hum. I have yet to experience them while flying, but I can imagine they will work quite well in handling airplane noise. Allinall, I am quite happy with these. They are very comfortable and I can wear them for hours and hours. Its hard for me to decide between all of my headphones, but I tend to find that Im wearing these most of the time right now.The black and brown color is really nice, and looks very deluxe. I really like the combination, and Im glad I got them.
Kimberly –
As an audiophile I would rate these noise canceling headphones a solid 3 out of 5 I think these came on the scene in 2017 and I just purchased them late December right before 2021 at just under 200 bucks and to me you shouldnt pay more than 200 for them that would be a complete rip off… the sound is very nice and clear, bass is eh ,ok …but could be waaaaayyy better considering beats is known for packing a punch with bass in all of their products but these fall short to me. As far as the build goes theyre cheaply made plastic so if you plan on wearing these for extended amounts of time, day in day out just shell out some extra cash and get you a more premium grade of headphones like the bose or Sony. If youre not that big on audio and youre on a budget these are perfect for you Make sure to Opt for the cheapest color combination

Has Apple ruined Beats I have owned a pair of first generation Beats Studio wireless for about 5 years, and theres nothing wrong with them as far as functioning but theyre starting to show a little wear. So I decided to buy a new pair and this was a really unbeatable price on Best Buys website. When the new pair came my boyfriend and I decided to compare them. The new pair didnt look as sturdy or as nice as the old pair, it just seemed a little cheaper mate. So playing the same song on the same volume we compared them sidebyside. The new pair doesnt get anywhere close to being as loud or anywhere close to having as much bass its like the base is shut off Which is the whole appeal to buying Beats. Its really disappointing. I feel like it was a total waste of money. I should have just continued to use my first generation. I never imagined that the sound quality would get worse as technology improves What the heck happened Is that why the price was so good Because the quality decreased so much I dont know the answers I wish someone could tell me but it seems clear now that youre definitely just paying for the name and not the quality of the product.

I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone purchase this product. I bought these in December 2019 when Best Buy ran a special on them for 180. They were great at first, pared easily with my mac. I used them primarily for watching movies without disturbing my wife. In all I maybe used them about a dozen times over the year. I began to notice that on both side of the head band between the hinge and the where the hear pieces attached it developed cracks in the plastic. Finally, the entire left side broke off entirely. Even though less than a year old and under Apples limited warranty, its considered accidental damage and Apple refuses to repair or replace the headphones. They will gladly fix or replace them for 299. I did a Google search Dr. Dre Beats Studio 3 crack and discovered this is actual a common occurrence with this specific headphone and has all the appearances of a design defect in the product. Ive had a pair of wired Bose headphones for over five years and not once have I had an issue with them. Really wishing I had bought a pair of Bose wireless instead of the Studio 3 Beats. I have multiple Apple products and this is the first one Ive ever had an issue with. Extremely disappointed that a high dollar pair of headphones would break so easily and Apple wouldnt stand behind their product.

They are comfortable. I like how they collapse. The sound is good. The connection to a device are easy. I bought the grey because they were on sale and the color easily works with anything you have on, if that matters to you.I have some Jaybird ear buds too, but they transfer so much noise into my ear when Im moving my jaw, I wanted a different experience with over the ear. I like over the ear so much better, though they are not as convenient to carry. If you like your hair style the band that goes over your head will mess up you hair. If you have big ears or wear earrings these may not completely cover your ears.Im glad I bought these. I only use the jaybird ear buds occasionally since I got these. I think Ill try the ones that go around the neck instead of over the head next.

I read many reviews and did a lot of comparison shopping prior to buying these headphones. If you listen to classical or acoustic music there are better headphones out there for you. But, if you like your music loud and your BASS to BOOM then these Beats Studio 3s are close to the best you can buy. I purchased mine during the holidays and Best Buy matched the price so I had a significant savings on them. The feel is great and the fact they fold to make it easy to travel makes them even better. I didnt know how much I needed noise canceling until I started testing different manufacturers products and I have grown to love this feature. I use these mainly when Im working out and I listen to a lot of HipHop music and 70s 90s RB at high volumes and these deliver. I get pumped up listening to them. They pair quickly to my Android phone and stay connected. Battery life is at least 56, 90 min workouts and probably longer, thats just how often I charge mine. They also come with a cord that can be used when your batteries die or when on an airplane. The only issue I have is that they charge via microUSB. Come on Dr. Dre, Apple, step it up to USBC Its 2021 and though I love music from the past I like my electronics from the future.

I wish I had bought the allblack model, but it wasnt discounted at the time that Ive purchased them, and that was about a year ago Now, a year later, I can say that these headphones still work just as well as when I had first bought them. Amazing sound quality, never glitches or does weird things, and battery life is still just as great. The only time battery life goes a bit wonky is in super freezing low temperatures that we sometimes get here in Montreal something like 30 degrees Celsius but otherwise, they work great and have been the best audiorelated buy Ive ever made. Super comfortable too, but of course wearing them nonstop for onwards of 4 hours can get a little stuffyconstricting. All in all, aesthetically pleasing and great buy.

I have been using headphones for over a year. At first I liked it very much, but over time it became very uncomfortable to use them. They put a lot of pressure on the ears. And its pretty hot in them. Because of this, it is very uncomfortable to wear them. Now I hardly use them, I replaced them with regular AirPods. However, the sound is really good. If you use headphones for studio, for example, this is a very good choice.

Id been considering these for a while, alongside the Bose Sony equivalents. When Argos reduced the price of these it made my mind up to take the plunge. They are pretty decent but the mid range is a bit too fuzzy for me to give them anything higher than 4 stars. They charge quickly and run for a long time between charges. I like the fast fuel feature where a 10 min charge will give 3hrs playback. If sound quality is more important than price maybe you should go for the Sonys.

These are good looking and comfortable headphones. I was surprised at how neat they are was expecting them to be much more bulky being wireless overear ones but they are quite small and fit nicely on the ears. They connected fairly easily via bluetooth search to my android phone which made listening to music and answering calls simple just a tap on the earpiece to answer or hang up, or to pause music and change the volume. I was a bit disappointed that i couldnt adjust the settings i felt the bass could have been upped a bit and am surprised that i cant tweak the sound to my liking on such expensive kit. Perhaps there is more functionality if you are using an apple device, as they are geared more towards apple iphones etc. The can be connected to other devices if you want to use them for gaming on your xbox for example, by using the cable included however the microphone is not compatable without buying a seperate item. if you just want these for listening to music or taking calls though you will like them i think the noise cancelling is excellent and i couldnt hear my husband talking right in front of me. I would have given these 3.5 stars purely due to the fact they are expensive given they are tied to apple devices mainly and cannot be adjusted.

Pros The beats headphones are a great product. Easy to connect with all devices I use it with my MacBook, iPhone and iPad.The 22 hour battery life is amazing alongside the fast charge ability. The noise cancellation options are brilliant. I use the beats for listening to music, podcasts, watching movies and conference calls at work. Comes with a fantastic carrying case.Cons The microphone could be improved as people sometimes struggle to hear me and I have bad feedback that there is an echo.
Kenny2387 –
Excellent sound quality, although it is definitely a bit heavy on the bass. Othe headphones may offer more clarity but these are extremely good nonetheless. The noise cancelling is great too, works seamlessly. The headphones are also easy to use and easy to set up with your phone, especially iPhone. My only complaint is the quality of the materials. They seem to be made mostly from a cheap plastic and its not the most durable. Be careful when folding them, or they may actually snap.
Leviosa girl –
These are comfortable but I have noticed my ears get very sweaty when wearing them and cleaning. Noise cancellation is great. If loud enough I cant even hear my kids Ha ha they are good low too. Battery life is wonderful. Overall they are comfortable and sound is great. I dont know how people say they are not loud enough. I can have the volume all the way up and have them on my desk and hear the music clearly.

Quick initial reviewGreat bass as promised,Slim and good looking profile,Good battery life and charging speed.ANC is surprisingly good. Not too much depth, especially for vocals.Ear sweat when moving.Light weight.Connects to multiple devices without needing to repair.Phone conversation quality is good.Detailed experienceRight off bat I experienced a slight pressure on my temples. Be prepare for a breakin period, but it only took one day for band to conform to my head size. I imagine it gets better over time.On the look aspect, I appreciate the minimal appearance. Has good material quality. Compact nicely for storage.Use. Dials are simple and easy to use. No voice to confirm commands or to tell for battery power, so there a lot of guessing.Grody sweat. On a short walk around the block, I did experienced a decent amount of sweat around my ears. No ear sweat sitting still tho, but yes slight ear warming. Which probably speak too how tightly cup they are around the ears.ANC is surprisingly decent. Took it to my favorite cafe. It blocked all conversations without music and ANC on. While with music only a bit of the cafes music was coming in. Passive NC is good alone. BE CAREFUL of walking on the streets at high volume as no ambient noise setting allows for intentional noise to pass through. The bass is great as Beats is known for, which is why these are perfect for hip hop, edm and lofi beats. Perfect for a hard working mentality. But Im disappointed by my listening experience of my favorite rock music. Additionally, echoing vocals fall short on what they could be.Slight personal issues. When they rest around my neck the cups jam the bottom of my neck. The cups should be able to rotate to lay flat of chest. It hard to find the power button while in use.For the Black Friday Deal of 199 150 off regular price I would say that they are indeed worth it. But I would be very hesitant at regular price, especially when other headphones at a similar price offer more.

I did a TON of research on the kind of headphones that I wanted, so these are what I expected. Beats Studio 3 are lightweight, look cool, and have a great sound with a little added bass. I also have some audio technica headphones that have a truer sound, but I dont mind apples approach on these beats. Its conservative , so no extreme highs or lows, and maybe some audiophiles dont like that. But most listeners will. Just a great all around sound and look for me., The noise canceling is fine, though not needed for me. I am pleased.
Essie –
The audio from my beats is good quality however, it started to crack on the inside and a screw fell out of one of the hinges within a year of my warranty. The beats would crackle occasionally and so I called apple and they said due to physical damage they were going to charge me over 400 to get it replaced. II fought with apple for about a month and received terrible customer service including different information from employees on the phone. I love beats but not enough to buy them again considering they did not even last a year. I dont recommend it

I need to start by saying I am an audiophile who has been using bose, sony, and jbl for all my audio devices. However, its not even the poor sound quality yes they are so poor, but the uncomfortable experience you will have with these that should be a deal breaker. These are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever owned. I have been using specifically Bose for headphones for years and tried to give these a shot because, Ill say it, they look cool and are fashionable. Sound quality is a solid 5 out of 10. They are a fashion piece more than anything and after two weeks I could not convince myself to like them. Noise cancelling is mediocre compared to others in its price range. Pressure on your ears will hurt. I often had headaches from wearing these and eventually gave up and returned them. There are way better options out there.

Everything about this product is quality. The headphones and case look and feel premium. They are really comfortable to wear with soft ear padding which are a great size. Its easy to get lost in the music as the sound quality of them is excellent. They block out all external noise. It was really easy to set them up with my Apple phone. My phone found the headphones straight away and it only took one click to connect them. The headphones fold up to fit into the hard protection case which also looks and feels great. They quickly charge and this charge will last most of the day.Id highly recommend these headphones if you want ones that look, feel and sound brilliant.I love them.
Pearlson16 –
Pro The quality of sounds is AmazingI like that they give you a case for them.Since I travel a lot it is a must to have the case.the foam is firm and soft and does not hurt your ears after hours of usage.Battery life is amazing. if fully charge I can usually for almost two days of constant use before I have to recharge.Con the Bass just plain sucks you barely feel it.No low battery warning to tell you when the battery is low
Xander –
I got this probably a week or less ago.I had really high expectations as I once owned the 1st version. The sound quality is very very and I repeat very poor. Literally had no bass and the volume was also pretty low.If you wanna buy coz of aesthetics then your okay but if youre looking for sound quality, do not buy this product. I almost returned it but my little nephew wanted it so I gave it to him. Didnt even use more than twice.

Well packaged in protective case within box. The packaging is on a par with Apples levels of encasement. Protective case looks neat and the size is testament to how small these headphones fold. There is a satisfying click when the headphones are folded out into position to ensure they stay in place.Switched on and paired with my iPhone in about 10s flat, they came fresh out of the box with 83 charge. So straight into the music test.A rich sound with a medium level of bass and certainly levels of bass that wont rattle your brain into a headache after 10 minutes. If you want massive bass, these are not the phones for you. A perfect blend of bass, mid and treble for my taste. Clear and punchy worth a 7 for sound. The noise cancelling is good when you have audio playing, not quite up to the level of my AirPod Pros. However, when not playing music there is a very strange sound which is very obvious when you go into your device settings and switch between cancelling and standard. I would rate these as 7 for noise cancelling when listening to audio and a 5 during silence. All in all, a good pair of phones that feel comfortable, give a rich immersive experience that will last without the risk of a headache. They look slick and everything about them says quality. There are much better products on the market, so you will need to be sure that you could live with the shortcoming if opting for these. With 22hrs on a full charge, and 3hrs play on a 10 min charge these are a great companion for travelling.

I enjoy these headphones when listening to music, no better way to relax. They are very comfortable, and sound great. Some reviewers said that there are better earphones available, but these are fine for me. Unlike other wireless headphones, the Beats Studio 3 connect seamlessly to iOS devices, such as the iPhone and iPad, as well as MacBooks and iMacs. Although I havent done it, the new iOS allows a Bluetooth connection to be shared with another user. Connections are always fast and smooth. A matching grey cable is provided if you want to use the headphones wired. The battery can last for 22 hours when using noise cancelling, and 40 hours without. They always seem charged and ready to go when I need them. The carry case is large, and the headset folds easily. They have the quality associated with apple products, which they technically are because apple owns beats, Still the charge cable connects by micro usb instead of lightning cables. Strange. I would prefer lightning cables. The Studio 3 wireless headphones are a good buy.

Before I got these, I had the Beats Solo Wireless 2 for three years before they, literally, snapped in half. I immediately looked to repurchase another pair because I use my headphones everyday commuting, for class, and leisurely. These were the only ones they had and so I bought them anyway. The headphones are comfy and designed nicely. I have an iphone and at first, I had trouble connecting it automatically. I would turn my headphones on and wait for it to connect for a few minutes but it wouldnt connect. I ended up having to turn it on and off again until it finally connected. Thankfully, this problem has resolved and now the second I turn it on, it automatically connects. The sound quality is definitely different from the solo 2, not in a bad way, but if you listen to heavier music with dramatic drops and such, the sound diminishes the bass…. Also, when I use these for zoom calls, the speaker sounds far away and I have to turn the volume up to the max to hear the person speaking. This didnt happen with my old headphones or any earbuds I use, so Im not sure why it doesnt pick up with these.Aside from the sound adjustments, these are great headphones.

I guess this could be consider a longterm review since I bought these headphones almost 2 years ago. I got them for my son who is autistic. He has enjoyed them immensely. He uses them every day and they have held up very well with the daily use. His previous pair of Beats headphones just disintegrated. The Studio wireless have proven to be sturdier. As for sound quality, Ive only used them on a few occasions myself and they were ok. I thought the noise cancelling was excellent. I used them to work at Starbucks one day and couldnt hear any of the noise around me.

I went into this purchase knowing exactly what reviewers had said, the beats link seamlessly with Apple products no surprise since Apple bought them. And they really do. But theres more, at least for me. Years of high noise work environments have left me with a deficit and I often wear behind the ear hearing aids. The over the ear design works well with them, the range is astounding and the separation very good. Without the hearing aids the volume is more then adequate and the highs are not smothered by the lows. Now, I have also let my clear hearing friends listen to them and two have purchased them. I think they says something. Again, I can only speak to how they work with Apple devices…. I can not speak to other systems.

HUGE REGRET BUYING THESEIve been using the past three generations of solos for the past 6 years. Now due for a new pair of headphones, and based on how frequently Im using them, I decided I should go for the comfort of overear cups. So just based on the name, I naturally trusted beatsapple would continue to deliver something decent WOW was I wrongSound quality doesnt even compare to that of the Solo 3s.To use with the cord plugged in you still need to have a charge in them. Which to me makes no sense because the solos could always be used even if you had no battery charge.I never use the ANC function on them anyways and personally think there should be a switch rather than having to double tap the power every time you turn them on.Only thing I can say they have going for them is that theyre comfortable. But for the sakes of consumers considering this product buy the solos or another brand like sennheiser or bose

The sound is awesome, the sound cancelling is great however…The build quality is terrible and John Lewis repair service is worse. My headphones are in pristine condition, no marks, no scratches and extremely well looked after. Always used the case. They are designed to fold and unfold to put in the case however, on mine the internal components were unable to withstand this general use, and separated between the ear pad and head band. They are 2 months old. When returning to store they were helpful in sending for repair, where it was then deemed accidental damage. I assume an umbrella term for avoiding repair costs. I reiterate at this point they are externally pristine. My advise, if you are purchasing, be as delicate as a feather when folding and unfolding them.

When you buy a Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, youre expecting quality, especially when youre paying for it. Well these do not deliver. As far as looks, they look nice but thats about the only thing going on for them. The audio quality is incredibly underwhelming. It isnt anything special at all. I cannot stress this enough. There is nothing special about the sound quality. The noise cancelling makes it slightly better because you get to hear better but it is immediately counter acted by the fact that the max volume is a joke.Pairing with an iPhone is incredibly easy but good luck with literally anything else. It is one of the most frustrating experiences Ive had. You follow the instructions word for word, but it doesnt work. Theres only one control button on the left side that makes a cheap plastic button sound every time you click it that makes you doubt what kind of headphones youre wearing. Seriously it sounds like a cheap plastic toy. I genuinely wish I hadnt bought these. The worst part is I bought my fiance one too at the time so double regret. Buy something else.

I love this purchase. Definitely lives up to the price tag. Sound quality was outstanding. You truly wont hear any outside interference or noise when listening. Additionally, there was no sound bleeding so others wont be affected by the music youre listening to. Regardless of how loud the music is. The look of the headphones is simply a bonus. Elegant and understated. Very happy with the product overall

This is my second pair of Beats by Dre Ive purchased from QVC First pair was a TSV on the Mixr series I figured buying from the Q was the best was of trying out these headphones using the monthly payment option, just in case I didnt like them, had those heaphones for a few years up until someone decided to take a car to them I was so impressed with them that I bought some Beats headphones for each of my three kids, as I knew theyd love them and it would make the best Chrismas gift I still hadnt got a new pair of Beats for myself so when I saw these Beats Studio 3 Wireless and at this price, I knew it was destined for me to get these for myself as my Christmas gift to myself, my first Beats Mixr series had great sound, but were really heavy on the bass as some may already know is a common complain by some, I ordered my new headsets around 1119 and I already received them a couple days ago, am currently listen to them on my iPhone as write this, and I can honestly say that I am more then impressed by how easy it was to pair with my iPhone and the sound is even better then my first pair of the Mixr seies which were on ear headphone so it took a little getting used to after a few hours of wearing them I started to feel it, felt a little uncomfortable, but with these Studio 3 being over the ear headphones I can honestly say I prefer the over the ear headphones more as they feel more comfortable after prolonged periods of time Im talking about wearing them for 8 plus hours at a time they dont bother me as much as my first pair The sound quality with these Studio 3 is clearer and I can really hear the full spectrum of audio bass. mids, highs etc. as the firt pair were a little more bass heavy, not to say these dont have good bass NO they have Great bass, theyre much improved giving you a more overall spectrum of sound, Im one who loves his Bass and these dont disappoint I can see how you could take a long flight and wear the the whole time with no discomfort Best purchse Ive made this year and with QVCs price and easy pay option its a no brainer If youre still dealing with untangling your headphone cables, are worried about going wireless, dont be its the fiture and with the W1 chip in thes pairing them with any Apple product and using them with the Apple Eco system its a breeze Granted the headphone will work with any Bluetooth device it just works much better, more flawlessly with the Apple Eco System Thank You QVC For bring us such great pricing and the easypayment option which allows for people who normally wouldnt be able to afford a BIG ticket item, to do so now through the easypayment option Thank You and keep up the good work D

These headphones will appeal to Beats fans who are looking for reasonable sound quality and easy setup. The Studio3 headphones will pair instantly with iOS devices simply hold them near the device and switch them on, and the device will automatically connect. They then automatically become available to all devices linked to the same iCloud account, which is a nice touch. They provide access to Siri if you hold down the B button over the left ear, although they dont support the handsfree Hey Siri option.Build quality is reasonable, although plasticky especially the buttons and the ear pads, although comfortable, are synthetic rather than leather as might be expected at this price. The headphones can be folded when not in use, but this doesnt actually reduce the size that much so feels like a bit of a gimmick. Annoyingly, they charge using Micro USB, rather than Lightning or USBC as you would expect given that these headphones are made by Apple. They also lack some features that come as standard with headphones in this price range for example, they dont pause your music when you take them off, and they dont switch off when you fold them up. However, on the plus side, battery life is very good and they charge very quickly.Sound quality is reasonable if a little muddy, but tends towards overbassy as is common with Beats products. I also noticed that these headphones are more leaky than I would have liked, meaning anyone sitting nearby will be able to hear your music if the volume on your device is higher than about 60. The ANC active noise cancellation is pretty good, although it doesnt cope as well in very noisy environments as other onear headphones Ive tried at around this price.Overall, the Studio3 is a reasonable set of headphones that will suit Beats fans looking for a straightforward, fussfree product. However, audiophiles looking for topnotch sound quality or really beautiful design can find better in this price range.

Pros Looks good, feels good and does sound good, but only when sitting or standing still and NOT using the noise cancellation. Which isnt the point of these to be used with that Cons The rattle headpiece sound isnt good for a high price point and the hiss in a relatively quiet room or even in a louder outdoors environment when using the active noise cancelling is terrible. The headphones sound and work great when not using the noise cancellation. So why spend on these if not using that feature. Shame
CBreezyLV –
Id been looking at these for quite some time, but having had a set of Beats headphones before that broke on me, I was skeptical about giving the brand another shot. I purchased some for my wife 2 years ago and theyve held up nicely during travel, workouts, etc. The great thing about these is the over the ear design. The noise canceling feature is pretty good at blocking most of the outside noise depending on the environment youre in. Better indoors than out but it works nonetheless. Ive only used them for a phone call once, and that was without the cord. Found that the person on the other end couldnt hear me as well, but could hear. Next time Ill try with the cord attached and maybe provide an update.

Thought I was due for replacement headphones after having the Studio 2s for 5 years, mostly using them to workout with. Went and purchased the Studio 3s and used them right away at the gym just to end up extremely disappointed. The studio 3s have a more overall balanced sound versus the studio 2s that has the more classic beats sound highend highs, and highend lows that makes it seem more energetic and enjoyable. The volume comparison wasnt even close. The studio 3s could be at max volume and that would be equivalent to roughly 34th max volume on my S2s. I ended up returning the S3s and fixed up my old ones with new replacement ear pads. They look brand new again and still sound amazing. The S3s would be great for anyone who wants them just for traveling, work, studying, etc. If youre like me and you want that thrilling, energetic classic beats sound for your workout, do yourself a favor and find yourself a pair of Studio 2s.
Gamer –
I owned the previous release of Beats Studio headphones. I guess they were called Studio 2. I loved them, but I dropped them one day and the band cracked. So, when the Studio 3s were on sale, I purchased them. They are not as nice as my old Studio 2s. The material feels cheaper, the hinge in which they fold feels cheaper, the case they come in feels cheaper and the headphone icon on your iPhone doesnt show up anymore when you connect via Bluetooth.Sound is still decent and good. Cant knock Beats in that area, but I actually have some Skullcandy Wireless SB ear buds that sound pretty good and possibly just as good. I would have just settled for having those, but earbuds dont stay in long for me.Important For some reason, the BLACK version of this model costs at least 50 or 40 more. I dont understand that.

At halfoff thank you Target I couldnt resist, and so happy I did. No, theyre probably not as good as the prettyuniversallytoprated Bose and Sony alternatives, either on noise cancelling or audio quality, but as a value proposition at this price, Im ok with that. Theyre comfortable. They paired so easily with all of my devices iMac, iPad, iPhone. I can watch tv in bed and no sound bleed to disturb my sleeping better half. Range seems better than my Sony BT earbuds, which would drop the connection if I walked too far around the apartment. Taking and making calls no problem, folks on the other end could hear me just fine. Really easy controls, no fumbling around whether Im trying to take a call, pause playback, access Siri, etc. This is a really good unit at any price, outstanding with the current Target offer.
Magnethead –
They sound good. But they can only connect to one device at a time. Theres no list of devices that were previously paired to cycle through like Bose does with their headphones. So the usability is a little more difficult. I have to take them off to make sure they are turned on since there is no noise or beep to let me know. Better noise cancelling on other headphones They sound great though and you can get different colors of thats your thing the battery lasts what feels like forever so theres another plus
BigBen –
To start, I picked these up on a pre Black Friday Sale for 200 vs the normal 350. Had they been full price, I wouldve gone with the Bose 35 or Sony Wh1000M3 for the same price. I have full faith in those brands and the reviews are excellent from both the media and customers. However, with the sale, I decided to give them a chance. My favorite aspects of the headphones areEar Comfort The ear pads are very soft. They dont pinch against the side of my head even with my rather large noggin. They also feel very secure as I move around and bend over without being uncomfortable. They did warm up my ears a bit after 2 straight hours but they never became hot.Ease of connectivity I use a lot of Apple products and once paired they easily switch between all of my devices. I especially liked that they connected to Apple TV so that I dont have to run my surround sound after my wife and kids have gone to bed.Build and Ease of use They feel very sturdy and have a nice look that doesnt call attention to themselves. I would have liked to have had the dark blue option available, cest la vie. 1 side has your volume controls and playpauseanswer function while the other side has the powerNC feature. Once I put on my glasses, it was pretty easy to figure out how to use the buttons. I wouldnt say they were exactly intuitive but easy enough.Sound Quality Nice Bass and Mids without being too much and a nice clear quality. As a late 40s guy, I still like to turn it up on occasion. However, I do appreciate my hearing a lot more than I used to, so I usually keep them at a low to moderate volume.Battery Life Without the NC active, they claim 40 hours between charges. With NC on they run 20 before needing to recharge. So far Ive had them just over a week and I havent charged after the initial charge. Ive been using them about 2 to 3 hours a day, with a mix of NC on and off, and theyre still over half charged. Impressive..at least to me.Pretty Good Noise Cancellation This is where things have to be taken in perspective. With the other brands I mentioned earlier, you can tell the NC is working even without any music playing. Everything quiets down as soon as you put them on. The Beats do a good job at eliminating a lot of background when music is playing but otherwise, they arent on the same level as the Bose and Sony. They also werent 350, so my expectation is somewhat more reasonable. Im in for 4 hour flight soon, so thatll be a better test of the NC.Head Comfort Theyre a little tight, in particular if you wear glasses. Theyre also a bit heavy. Being follicly challenged as I am, they can be a bit uncomfortable sitting against my skin. Between the weight and cool material, it took me a minute to get used to. Not a deal breaker but not ideal. In summary, If you made it to the end of this epic review, youre better than me, I lost interest after Ease of Use. Nevertheless, Im very pleased with the purchase and recommend them at the sale price.

Bought these on a bit of a whim, thinking I may well be using the money back guarantee, but these are a definite keeper.Sound quality is good, they charge really quickly, hold charge relatively well, fit very comfortably I find inear ones really uncomfortable after a fairly short space of time, but no issues with these as they adjust loads, look really good I got the sand dune ones and the case is a really good solid but lightweight case.My fave thing is the noise reduction. I tried them on the train today and theyre amazing the train noise became a gentle hum I could tell that people around me were talking but could barely hear them so no having to try to block out other peoples conversations yet I could still hear the announcements so knew what was going on, but the announcements werent so loud they block out the music etc youre trying to listen to. Was actually quite a shock when I took them off how loud the general noise of the train wasI hunted around to check the price and found these slightly cheaper elsewhere, but only the version without the noise reduction, which for me is worth its weight in gold.Love them.

For me, the product is just outstanding. The sound quality and the bass is just spot on. Comfortable on, look smart, perfectly cuts out the external grunting and debatable choice of music in the gym. This is the 3rd pair of the same headphones Ive bought. Despite after about 2 years the leather on the cushion flakes and gets worn, I still go for the same product because Ive still not found another set that tick all my boxes like these do. Bonus is that it was nearly 50 cheaper than everywhere else. Thanks

These headphones look and feel really premium. The design is sleek and not overly branded which I prefer the iconic B logo can still be seen but its tonal on the black matt version. The leather covers and ear padding are really comfortable to wear and are a good size and could be used for hours at a time without any discomfort. The noisecancelling and music quality are both good and getting it set up took no time at all, connecting really easily to an apple device. An added bonus is that the headset charges quickly. I couldnt detect much difference between Pure Adaptive Noise Cancelling on or off and would have preferred if the headset had a voice command or light to let you know if it was on. One earpiece has builtin button controls and the microphone worked well on calls. The headphones fold easily and have a smart case, though as you close the headset down the ear connections snap as they fold inwards which is part of the design however doesnt feel very robust so would advise taking great care when doing this to open and close them.Allround a great headset looks smart and really easy to use.

These are fantastic headphones. I was worried they might be too big and look cumbersome but this is not the case. They fit just over the ear which is really comfortable, I have my ear pierced at the top and previous headphones have been uncomfortable but not with these, they are well padded which also helps with the fit. They are easy to adjust to size. The sound is also really impressive for both music and listening to podcasts. I have had 2 pairs of noise cancelling headphones different brands and these are by far the most effective and dont appear to drain the battery life. They are very quick to charge and the battery lasts well, I have used them most days over the last 2 weeks for between 45 mins and 90 mins and not yet had to recharge. They are really simple to pair and use wirelessly with my apple devices and my Garmin watch. I have had some issues using wirelessly with my windows laptop but they work perfectly with the cable. The only slight negative is that although the headphones fold, the carry case is quite bulky and would not easily fit in my bag when commuting or travelling. Having said that, the case is lovely and all of the packaging for the headphones oozes quality.I have no problem in recommending these headphones, they are smart, comfortable, lightweight, easy to use and the sound quality is fantastic.

Pros Very comfortable. smooth connection with Apple IPhone12maxpro. Stay in your ears while working out. Noise canceling works flawlessly. Cons Not Loud Enough Cmon BeatsApple big headphones means louder music from my Applemusic app. Feel like My First Gen IPods are a bit louder maybe because they go directly in to the ears . But. Regardless big speakers need more noise.
