It was the first premium iPhone I had prior to my 13 pro max I have now. I loved that phone. The steel frame felt like a big deal in my hand. The Super Retina display was crisp and clean. The photos and videos were amazing. Zero complaints about this phone.

Pros I do love a new iPhone and I just find them very straightforward to use. I like that the design has gone back to straight edges, doesnt slide out of my hands like the curved iPhone 11 Cons Bit disappointed at having to buy a plug to go with this one I always sell on my old iPhones with the accessories so it was a nuisance having to buy one. Also annoyed that the new wire isnt a usb connection, doesnt fit with my car or laptop, bit pointless really.

Love my iPhone The photos quality always gets better and better. Love the simplicity of Apple products and customer service is usually great. I converted to an iPhone from Android like 9 years ago now and I dont think I could ever go back to any other phone. Always excited when I get to upgrade.

Ive been an iPhone user for over a decade and the 12 pro delivers another solid device. The camera is fantastic and the screen is vivid and crystal clear to look at. The pro version has a sleek matte finish which I love especially in the gold finish, however, the glossy sides are a definite fingerprint magnet a case easily takes care of this. Battery life has been good. It looks great and it works.

I have been using apple products since the iPhone 4 and once I purchased it I have never had a different brand phone and wont. I absolutely love everything that Apple has to offer and how they are always updating their products. My iPhone 12 Pro has an absolutely wonderful camera and I have never seen a pretty phone camera.

This is the newest phone Ive had. I usually keep my older ones for a long time. But Verizon had a really good trade in offer. Dont regret it. Has a great camera. Good size. The one I had was obnoxious. I love this phone

Have had android products historically, preferred the freedom to customise my handset, however I didny like the bloatware and spying so thought Id give apple a go. Best move I made and wish Id done it sooner. As my daughter told me it just works. And does it brilliantly.

I had the XR and the 11 Pro before this and truthfully theres not a whole lot of differenceaside from the camera. The camera quality has upgraded a tad, however considering the camera and photo quality is still GARBAGE. Unfortunately a lot of us bought into the Apple hype and I feel like Apple has become lazy and isnt actually putting work into upgrading their products because people will buy them either way. dont race to upgrade, you will be disappointed.

As a long, long time Android user I was not very happy when my employer provided an iPhone. I can say with certainty that this phone is smooth operating, takes beautiful photos and has not left me disappointed at all. Nice size and weight. I would buy another.

iPhone 12 Pro was the first apple product I ever purchased. I didnt think I would like it and didnt think it was going to be worth the money. But I love it and will continue to use apple products. Switching from an android I got use to the OS really quickly and find it super convenient. Plus I love Apple Pay and use it daily.

The camera is absolutely phenomenal. The competition is leading with 8k which is why I wont give it 5 stars but its capabilities are still fantastic. You can pull it out of your pocket and take amazing shots in seconds. Video in 60FPS needs much more tech, there isnt anything in place to help steady the picture. Aside from that great display and sound. Has the trust iOS UI.
