Made the switch to Apple after years of being loyal to Samsung and HUGE mistake Ive had issues from the beginning specifically with group messages with noniPhone users. Its very unreliable and messages dont come through at all or will come in bunches hours after they were originally sent by others in the group message. Apple and Verizon for that matter have claimed NO responsibility and have offered no viable solutions. Basically everything Ive read is that Apple makes it impossible for other products to be compatible with iMessage. iMessage is slow at times I start typing and Im 5 words in before anything shows. iPhone at times doesnt respond when I click on links or apps. They should stick to the basics of making basic cellphone features text messaging workThis will be my first and last iPhone. Very disappointed.

The phone is great Great quality, long battery life, camera is awesome, large screen, lots of fun standard apps and features. The only things that annoyed me about getting this was the fact that it doesnt come with headphones or an adapter for the cord. Its a USBC and the first Ive had so I had to order an adapter and headphones because they also use the USBC. I was also disappointed to see that they did away with a separate Jack for the headphones, opting to use the same USBC as for charging, which means you cant charge and use the headphones at the same time anymore. The up side, as I said, it the battery lasts much longer, but that tends to dwindle as the phones get older. BUT Im really enjoying the phone.

I have been mulling over whether to update my iphone 6s to this iphone 11. Having read the reviews, I decided to plunge for it. So pleased I made that decision and ordered it from John Lewis. Its the first time Ive ordered an iphone from JL. Not surprisingly, from order to delivery, all went so smoothly. I was just surprised how quickly it arrived. As its SIM free, it was easy for me to go to my local network provider to help transfer data from my old to new iphone, albeit it cost me 25 which was worthwhile considering the time it took.I love taking photos and so far Ive been thrilled to see some delightful shots, which received favourable comments from family and friends. Its slightly heavier than iphone 6 but smaller. I had to get used to how to switch the phone on and off. The battery seems to last longer, which is a bonus. There are other features that I have yet to learn to get used to. No regrets though.Would highly recommend this.

This may be what you need. I switched from an iPhone 6s Plus and its like having the same phone, upgraded. Awesome camera, especially with the wide angle. Im still kinda awed by it. Not only that but also the lcd display is reeaally a massive quality change. I actually decided to buy the 11 instead of the 12 because it fits my budget and many reviews say it is still gonna be worth it for the next iOS updates and few years. Plus, although the changes are significant, if what you want is a cellphone to call, text and pretty much do day to day stuff, this is what youre looking for.

This was an upgrade for me from 6S Plus so gave me double the memory which is useful. I have grandchild 2yrs old and many photos and videos I cant delete I like having access to them on the phone.I now do a lot more of my work on the phone throughout the day so this also gives me plenty of options. Great sharing abilities, face recognition for signing in to apps hoping it really is safe as an option of security. The battery is okay if Im not streaming things then it lasts almost the day but I think the reality is these phones will always use the juice. My 6S used to need charging very frequently in the day. I always keep two power packs around when Im out and about. Its slow to charge using the normal lead in the car and a bit faster with the supplied cable. I tend to keep that one on my laptop so can access the photos on there whilst charging up.Im pretty pleased as far as in this day and age a computer is needed on hand for most things, I do more on the phone now in browsing, paying bills, networking and keeping in contact on the go and this ably serves the purpose just wish the batteries could last a whole day or more

Pros I really like the design of the phone beside the notch which Im not sure how I feel about. I like how simple it is to use IOS 14 and how many features that have been added with new updates and other features you can use with the phone like being able to pair your other Apple products with it like MacBook or Apple Watch. How you can also take one of your AirPods out of your ear to pause music. Out of all the phones Ive used which include about 4 android phones and one other iPhone this is by far the best phone. I like too that there are apps which are only on the App Store which are great too like Musi which lets you listen to YouTube in the background including songs while youre doing other things on your phone and the new update to iMessage which lets you play games with other people who have it.Cons The battery life is good but I find it I have a lot of apps open or am doing a lot on my phone at one time or got the brightness up or playing a game which takes up a lot of the phones power then the battery life goes down quicker which I understand but also at times unless I charge my phone completely the battery life while I am outside will go down much quicker than I wished it did but this is minor and not that big of a problem but another thing I thought was worth mentioning. I think the phone is a little overpriced plus I wish sometimes it had a built in screen protector like my OnePlus 6t did and always on display but other than those two very minor things compared to everything else I love about my phone those are very minor criticisms.

I love the new iPhone. It is the first one Apple has offered that is in my favorite color, purple. I wasnt sure, initially, that I would like not having a home button. I have discovered, though, that it is a lot easier to swipe my pages closed than I thought it would be. The only complaint I have is more with the current version of iOS. At first I loved the idea of having a library and thought I would keep all my apps in the library instead of the screens of my phone. Unfortunately, they dont allow me to create my own folders, change names of folders or sort my apps the way I want. Once Apple fixes that, I will be a happy camper.
SFSomerset –
My comments are not really for the phone although Im disappointed that the battery life is not as I would have expected. My issue is that, although they list that the product is supplied with a USB charger cable, it is in fact a USBC charger ie a mini USB. So I had no compatible port in which to to plug the charger cable After paying a vast amount of money for the phone I then immediately had to spend even more on buying a compatible cable to charge it. Neither Apple nor John Lewis came good on their support when I complained. John Lewis you need to make it clear what charging cable is supplied so that customers are forewarned. Your current description is NOT accurate.

I would recommend this phone to anyone who is looking to purchase a high quality phone Due to the release of the iPhone 12, the prices on these have gone down a good amount which makes this the perfect time to purchase the phone It works better than my old iPhone x. Only a few problems though My Air pods sometimes disconnect, and wont work until I restart the phone. They will say theyre connected, but audio will play out of the phone speaker. Also, quite often when I open the camera app, it just appears black Front and back. I have to restart the app a few times to get it to work. But other than that, storage is great, functions quickly, works perfectly fine

I have an iPhone because, well, Ive had one for years. In the beginning, iPhones just seemed so innovative. Now, there other phones that are just as good, if not better in some ways. Every new model seems to take away a beloved feature when they add a new one, and after about 2 years it starts doing random strange things that make you want to call Ed and Lorraine Warren from The Conjuring. Its like, Oh, my voicemail only records half my messages for 7 seconds Oh, the only option is a hard reset I guess people will just have to talk fast. Overall, though, it is a good phone, and it would take something drastic for me to go to Android at this point.

I love this phone I had a 6s prior to buying this one and there are differences between the two, but I love them I have had my green iphone11 since early December 2019.The facial recognition is a plus for me. I dont have to worry about having lotion onmy hands and the fingerprint not being recognized. I worried about it not unlocking when it is nighttime, but that is absolutely not a problem. There is no home button and I do not miss it at all It was a big change to not have it, but Im used to it now.The voice clarity is amazing. I can clearly hear the person on the other line and they can hear me. My sister had an android and bought this phone and she said she can tell theres a major difference between the voice clarity of the android vs. iphone 11.The battery is the best feature of the whole phone It does take a bit of time to fully charge, but I can use it while its charging, so its not a big deal. The battery life is perfectit lasts all day and then some. I am a light to moderate user for my phone and I have many apps I use everyday. Some apps would drain my battery so quickly on my 6s but I do not have that problem nowI havent used the camera very much to talk about the quality of the pictures.I had my 6s set up so that I could see the battery percentage. I dont have that on this one, but it doesnt bother me at all.Overall, I love this phone It was a big transition from a 6s, but it only took a day to get used to things being different Im so glad I no longer have to be sitting next to an outlet to charge my phone all the time now. I highly recommend this phone

In recent years, a new line of iPhones coming along has become an annual event. 2019 was no different as Apple introduced the iPhone 11 line of products. Priced at 699 for the standard 64 gb iPhone 11 model, is it really worth the upgrade from 2018s XR The short answer is yes, absolutely. Even as Apples budget model in their current generation lineup, this device packs a lot into its frame comparable in size to an iPhone 8 Plus. When compared to the XR, the iPhone 11 may not seem all that different on the outside, but its the internals of the device where this product far outshines it predecessor. The body of the phone is almost identical with the same sized notch in the identical 6.1 Liquid Retina display, same button placements on the sides, and same bezels surrounding the screen. The only identifiable difference is the slight relocation of the signature Apple logo and the brand new double camera assortment. This dual camera takes the iPhone 11 to an entirely new high as far as image quality and clarity goes. Image stabilization and clarity are both incredible on iPhone 11, made possible by these two cameras working in tandem. These cameras also now offer the flashfree night mode enabling users to take great pictures in low light situations without employing the use of the flash. Moving from the cameras on the back to the camera on the front, Apple gave this camera that has seen a massive jump in use in recent years an even more impressive overhauling than the ones on the back. The iPhone 11 is packing a 12 megapixel camera in the front of the device capable of shooting video in 4K resolution at 60 FPS. For comparison, the XRs front facing camera was a 7 megapixel camera only capable of 60 FPS in 1080p. With the new larger battery contained in the iPhone 11, youll get around an extra hour or two of extra life on each charge depending on what you use your phone for and how heavy your use is. Overall, the standard iPhone 11 is an excellent phone for all types of users and a huge step up from the iPhone XR for only 100 extra. 699 for an iPhone 11 easily beats out 599 for a XR in every category. If you are looking for a great Apple phone without spending over a grand for a bunch of features most average users will never utilize, the iPhone 11 is a great choice. Apple knocked it out of the park with this release.

Recently I switched to the iPhone 11 after using the Galaxy s9 for the last 4 years. It took some getting used to but so far I am pretty satisfied However, it does seem that Galaxy choices for for text message options such as scheduling a message delivery is easier to locate and access than iPhone 11. The camera menu is a little confusing because of all the options it presents immediately upon opening. Downloading or accessing web sites is fine but the overall speed is noticeably slower than the S9 albeit only by a few seconds. The iPhone is much easier to clean than the Galaxy especially now with the application of a liquid glass cover Its also longer and wider in overall size but doesnt fit as easily into a small purse as the Galaxy. The colors are more vivid and the pictures from the camera are brighter and clearer than S9. Despite these small and minor differences, overall Im very happy with this phone

So Ive been an Apple lover user ever since I can remember. My first mobile was the Apple iPhone 2G and ever since Ive mainly owned Apple devices. I like the design of Apple, I enjoy the IOS and the ability to have a fairly simple operating system but Ive lately been loosing my mind with this phone My battery has deteriorated over time. I can only get around 3 hours of use of this phone after 14 months of ownership. I find that I have to charge it twice a day if I am using the sat nav and Spotify, that to me is so poor. I am also struggling with the camera why are photos and videos so poor How can it be 4K yet after selecting this in the camera app it doesnt actually show any improvement Im sick of the fact that Apple havent come up with fast charging yet its 2021 and even some more budget friendly devices have that now. Were still getting the basic charger that takes so long. Often my system crashes and I cant do anything unless I close all my apps. Honestly i find myself feeling very angry recently, this mobile is just playing on my nerves. I am looking at a different device with a better camera, a reasonable battery life and better personalisation options. Ill always love Apple such a lengthy relationship weve had but sometimes it just is a one sided battle for me

Same size as my iPhone 8. Did struggle a little to transfer data and apps, it could have been internet or just my own personal difficulties. The color is a sea foam, really enjoy it. The screen is a great upgrade from an 8 and so far the camera has been great. Battery life is also super good so far but have only been using it a few days. Havent really put it through any hoops yet but I imagine it will work just as well as the other Apple products I have. No overheating so far, which was major reason, plus battery life for my upgrade.

Ordered for my son who loves it. He had trouble updating software to the latest one, Apples Covid Track and Trace update but got there in the end. He had to update the software, reset the phone only, start again and then he could transfer all his stuff from his old IPhone.Uses the phone like teenagers do, a lot. Pics are great and getting used to a larger screen. He does prefer finger print to face recognition though Quality is everything you would expect from an IPhone, good features, solid construction and easy to use. Phone does come with a 2 pin plug though but WOW do provide a cheap adaptor in the larger plain box its delivered in.I ordered an Apple certified Quntis UK 3 pin 18w fast charge plug anyway so did not matter. Batteries are twice the size as a IPhone 78 so take longer to fully charge using the normal plug in type. Well worth the additional purchase off Amazon.Recommend to anyone young and old..

I got this phone close to release, and was I ever excitedI had an iPhone 7, a Pixel 2, then an iPhone 11. Hardware on the 11 is better by far, everything else is worse. That being said, there have been little to no meaningful improvements from the 7 to the 11. All the bugs, and shortcomings I found in my 7 which pushed me away, still exist in the iPhone 11. It makes it worse that these issues are that old, and no one has even considered looking into them, because Apple. Face ID instead of Fingerprint Scanner Cool. What about all the bugs in iTunes I paid for the music, why cant I download it Why do the media controls block 23s the available music on the screen Why cant I scroll the music above the media playerIf it wasnt for iOS this phone would be perfect. The only thing Apple has ever done was make ease of use difficult. If you have any real expectations from a phone get something else.

Recently swapping back to an iPhone after having a huawei for the last two years, it did take a bit of getting used to. Price wise, apple and huawei are both on the same level, and I feel the phones are pretty similar. I enjoy having a larger screen on the 11, compared to other iPhone models, and the idea of not having a hole button appeals to me lots as theres more screen. The battery life on here is also very good, although charging does take quite a long time, the battery life is worthwhile. My favourite part about the 11 is the colourful backing colour. I personally have gone for the lilac colour as it is one of my favourites at the moment.

I really like my phone apple easy to use and understand. I like easy and simple. I also purchased this version for my 70 year old mother. super cute Its her first smartphone. I was a bit nervous. However, I must say shes learned to make calls, then we moved to FaceTime. I wish you guys could see her the first time she called my brother in Mexico it was the sweetest moment because she made the call on her own. She was so proud Anyways she now texts, and can open a text to see pictures. Thanks apple for making her as happy as a clam using the phone on her own. I am not paid to write these reviews. These are true opinions of my own on products I use and have paid for.

So far 4 days in this phone has been impressive. I moved from an 8 Plus to the 11. Barely smaller than the 8 Plus. Smooth operation once you get use to no home button and how to swipe the right way to get to where you want to be. Its much faster than my 8 Plus. Camera is phenomenal. 4K video is unreal. So far so good. Happy I made the upgrade. One thing to note, this phone is slippery. Meaning, it has a very smooth surface and Im being extra careful handling when Im walking on hard surfaces, praying I dont drop it and hoping my screen protector and case get here soon. If you are eligible to upgrade from a iPhone 68, do it.

I had an iPhone SE before getting this phone so the size of the phone was difficult to get used to at first. I recommend watching a tutorial on the updated swipes etc if you havent upgraded in a while. The screen is beautiful and the camera takes amazing photos. I wish the phone could do landscape mode all the time but it will only do it for texting, web, and certain other apps. The color is more of a pale yellow. I was expecting the vibrant yellow of the photo but it is definitely a more muted pastel color. It looks great with my succulent plant phone case though, so Im happy. Also the accents around the camera and the aluminum on the side are a bright yellow gold color which again depending on the case can look good or weird. All in all Im happy I upgraded but definitely watch some review and do research before selecting a color and the phone.

First of all, lets be clear, I absolutely love to research any new big ticket or small ticket item before I purchase it. My Sony phone died almost 3 months ago, and thats when I started researching for a new phone. I hav always been an Andriod purchaser so the switch to an iPhone was a big deal for me. I researched CNet, the Apple website and YouTube for any and all product information I could find. That took an enitre month. Once satified, I concentrated on my main concerns which were quality of the product, price and battery life and choosing the iPhone that was right for me. I read reveiw after review, compared prices once I chose the iPhone I wanted the iPhone 11, 64 GB, Purple, just under 850.00 with 2year insurance plan and then compared prices on various sites. I finally made my purchase in April. I must say that I am completed satisfied with the phone. It paired perfectely with my iPad and Dell laptop. I also signed up for a free one year trial on Apple TV. The battery life is amazing I followed the advise of several YouTube videos as to how to achieve maximum battery life by making several adjustments in the settings. My battery has lasted up to 3 entire days without a recharge. I love it. I look forward to my next iPhone purchase when the new iPhone 12 arrives. The 11 will go to my daughter. Great phone. Great price.

Lets face it Apple products arent cheap, theyre not the most boundary stretching in terms of features… but, what they do, they do well I upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an 11. Biggest differences amazing improvement with the camera and battery life. The new operating system is still familiar but with various improvements. Picture quality for HD playback is incredible. The biggest downside… having upgraded from a 3 to the 4, then the 6 and now an 11… you do start to feel that youre being milked… theres always something better next year… the price keeps going up… for something that even in perfect condition in five years time, is likely to be worth o lot about 50…

Many things are different from my old iPhone 7. In the beginning I missed my old home button for closing apps, going to main window, etc.Took me a while but am now a fan of the newer sweeping methods. Bigger screen is nice too. And a battery that last me days instead of hours. WowA couple of negatives, though they didnt stop my 5 star rating. For me closing down the device means going to settingsGeneralshutdown because simultaneously using left and right buttons on the edge is to difficult for me. Also lack of a handy quick start document left me having to download and print out the how to use the buttons features or what they mean. This left the up to speed time longer than Id wished. Flipping between open apps is much easier and I appreciate that.So after a shaky start Im a really happy user of my new iPhone11. Didnt need all the latest bells and whistles, but getting a bigger screen not quite the size of that on my iPad and a much faster processor will serve me well for the next few years.

Ordered the IPhone11 as an upgrade from my 8Plus and it was an awful trade. 8Plus is one of the last great phones that Apple made. The first dayeve with the 11, I spent all of my time on Verizon chat trying to figure out why I couldnt get all of my incoming phone calls or text. It was awful. Reading my contract, I realized I could trade or return the phone within 14 days, I took it back the next day. I traded it for the 12 Pro Max and I like this one better. Its still not a great trade for the 8Plus, but it works better than the 11. It will occasionally just not be able to open a web page that amazes me as I have WiFi and 5G, but standing in my kitchen trying to open a page and it will say no connection I would not recommend this phone. Do better Apple.

So as far as the iPhone 11 I wish I wouldve stayed with that model. I bought the iPhone 12 and it Hass to be the biggest piece of crap Apple has ever produced. It continuously drops calls, shuts off in the middle of applications. Ive also only had it a few months and the battery is terrible I am seriously considering switching to Samsung after this experience. My iPhone 8 was miles ahead of this one As far as the 11 yes I would recommend that but I would wait for the next generation past the 12 to get another iPhone. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I upgraded to the iPhone 11 from an iPhone 7, so Im thoroughly enjoying updated features like the upgraded processor, advanced cameras, and larger screen. Adapting to the missing home button has been slow, but after a couple weeks Im finally getting a feel for it. Face ID is pretty cool, though not especially convenient for the age of face masks. And Ive got to admit the phone just feels heavy. That impression, too, seems to be fading as I get used to the phone. On the whole, this is a solid performer and Im happy with with the value it represents in the current iPhone landscape.

I miss my iPhone 6S headset connection, but altogether Im happy with my iPhone 11. I initially upgraded to the SE 20 and was not happy with it, especially the battery life. Fortunately, I was able to return it and eventually purchased the iPhone 11 instead. Its way better in this regard.Remember that you do not receive a charger with this phone, only a USBC adapter which charges just fine through my Samsung laptop. The 128GB is plenty of storage for me. The camera has been upgraded since the 6S great news. And in case you want to know the purple color is very subtle exactly what I wanted. The 11 is a bit bigger and heavier than I would have liked for a phone, but Im comparing it to the Samsung S10 I purchased and used in between the SE 20 and the 11 for about six weeks. The S10 is way more sleek, and its much more compatible with Microsoft products, which is what I use. But all in all, I decided to be happy with the 11 because there is no perfect phone

I have went from an 6s Plus to an all newer iPhone 11, I like the Face ID it has instead of me doing the Touch ID as the Touch ID did not wanna work from time to time on 6s Plus, no more home button as I see that the 11 does not have that on it, this new iPhone meets my expectations of all the features that it offers, I like its performance and speed, it is a nice phone to me, I like the dual cameras, the battery life is good depends on how I use it as far as usage. This 11 by far excels, The pictures seem so clearly to me when they are captured. I do not regret on making a good decision to get this phone. I highly recommend this phone to anyone out there looking for a newer iPhone. The size of it is nice. The display is bright to me. No downsides. It is a awesome phone to me. I am very happy with this phone, The price is reasonable to me. I have no interest in going back to Androids now that I have this newer iPhone 11. It has good resolution to me. Buy it people, youll love it. I have the red version, I used to have the SE 2020 in product red color as well. The OS is up to date. I got the 64GB, no problems yet with the phone. The iPhone 11 makes a huge difference from the older iPhone 6s Plus. I like that it is water resistant. I got the 11 on March 31, 2021 recently. I notice a big difference when I came from 6s Plus to the new 11. I get good service and data reception on it, I have went from a size 5.8 screen size of 6s Plus to a big 6,1 inch screen of the new 11, I gotta get a good case cover for it, the Otterbox it will be, Thank you Apple for a good amazing newer iPhone I have, and thank you Verizon Wireless for letting me get it.

After having an Iphone 6 for years it does take some getting used to the iphone11. No home button is quite a change. None of the apps need to close so a new habit of swiping them away has to be developed. Watching videos in landscape mode can be tricky because the power button easily shuts you down. Never had this problem before. Got stuck in youtube and couldnt make it close and side button doesnt help at all. However, one great asset is video games stay open even in the middle of a game no matter how long you put the phone away for. Dont like the fact that you are forced to use Apple earbuds or wireless. Theres no audio plug for my favorite earbuds I used on the 6. Battery lasts a long time and camera is really excellent.

WOW I have been using this phone for over 24 hours now and In that time, I am beyond impressed. Firstly, the battery life is impeccable. With the high Caliber of battery size, the phones battery, without fail, lasts all day Especially when you are gaming, or snapchating which the battery lacks on older iPhones. Also, the display of 4K60 FPS is incredible The camera is at its best taking the best quality photosvideos of landscapes or even selfies However, the speed of the device is beyond my expectations. I havent used a phone in my entire life that goes swift in every situation thanks to the 3D Touch Therefore, In conclusion, The phone itself is a masterpiece and I do recommend people to buy the product So, is it worth it Yes If you want to have an incredible phone that incorporates fashion which incorporates technology from beyond, even for a cheap price, it is absolutely worth to buy

First, I would have given the iPhone 11 five stars, but I havent tried many brands. Im not a cell addict either. Practicality is my goal with a phone. Why the iPhone 11 Apple because they are rated at most reliableand for the hype. At first, I considered the iPhone 12 mini and the iPhone SE for convenient size. But decided against these when I realized that the size poses problems readability, versatility. After that, I eliminated the other iPhone 12s as an options because, while they are the latest and the best technically, they just cant justify the price for the limited improvements offered. The main advantages of the 12s are a better screen OLED but LCD is brighter and more usable outdoors. As for the added telephoto lensnot really that useful or ideal for general usage wide or normal is best. So the 11 is the best value, etc.

Ive had this phone for about a year and I would say its one of my favorite iPhones. The only problem is that its slightly too big for my hands, and Its not like I have small hands or anything. I had the iPhone X before this one, and it fit perfectly in one hand. The camera is great and takes wonderful pictures. The storage size is good because I have like 4,000 pictures and have only used about half of the storage. I think that the speakers may have gone out a bit since Ive gotten it, they started out being able to get very loud, which I liked. I got the purple color, and I LOVE it. Its a nice subtle color thats cute and classy.

Great upgrade from previous Iphone 6s. Battery life last around 810 hrs of normal use of social media, browsing the Internet, listening to music, and watching my favorite shows on Netflix. The red is eye catching and the camera quality is spectacular. Face ID is amazing feature that can be tricky at times especially when during the winter with my having my hat and mask on but no problems with it recognizing my face with glasses or face paint. The Display is absolutely baeutiful with seeing the blackest of blackes contrasting with other color, great resolution. I would highly recommend getting this phone if you want an upgrade from an old phone and get with the times, aswell if you dont want to break the bank and getting the lastest phone.I have ATT Unlimited and with I never have a problem with celldata coverage with 5Ge wich is basically a step below 5G but better than 4GLTE.

On April 1st, 1976 apple was founded making its company 41 years ago. Apple was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne in April 1976 thats when apple became an official company. Apple has an amazing company because, in the past 12 years, Apple has sold over 2.2 billion phones worldwide in 2017 apple has sold 77.3 million phones as one of the most used smartphones in the world. In 2018 Apple had sold 5.3 million Mac computers, in 2018 apple has sold 43.8 million iPad and in 2017 apple has sold 8 million watches. Apple has made a new phone called the iPhone 11 which comes in three different displays and sizes iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 pro max. The iPhone 11 capacity is 64GB the display on the iPhone 11 is liquid retina it has an A13 bionic chip, all three of the phones are water and sand resistant. The iPhone 11 has dualcamera ultrawide and ultrawide camera angles. The iPhone 11 pro and the pro max have three cameras ultrawide and wide cameras, apple company has made 55.26 billion U.S dollars in 2019 which makes them the second highest. You should get the iPhone 11 or the pro because their both good working phones, you can update your phone for better use and quality. I have the iPhone 11 most people that I know have the iPhone 11, it is a good phone to have because. It has the most innovative hardware, eassist Iphone to use, it allows you to update your phone you can back it up when you need to, it has no bloatware and it works beautifully with Apple watches on the new apple watch series you can call and text with the new apple watch series. The iPhone 11 has the most improved battery life the iPhone 11 doesnt let me down it works well, its super fast on good WiFi and it is an improved iPhone you can buy. All three iPhone 11 can go well with air pod 2, and the airpod pros it can also go well with the apple watch newer series with all three of those devices together it still runs fast and also the iphone 11 is made of glass and aluminum even with your phone falling without a case it still wont break. A lot of people have this product all of the phones are durable and the camera quality is great. The battery life lasts longer than the iPhone XR it has a night mode camera it comes in different colors and the iPhone 11 screen is 5.8 inches, It has the same highend chipset and a very similar size screen, and all of the software improvements work just fine on the iPhone 11. I recommend the Iphone 11 because the cameras on the iPhone 11 are the best for photos and video capture that you can buy today, it also has a deep fusion processing for better indoor shots, faster autofocus and overall sharper images with more accurate color reproduction. I would also recommend this product to people who do reviews on new phones or items. I recommend this to them because they can make a good review on the phone so people can buy it and like the phones, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 pro max fits good in any hands and wont let you down.

Finally moved from my trusty iPhone 6 to the base mode iPhone 11 so I could take advantage of the latest iOS. Getting used to not having a physical Home button, and I do like the facial recognition for unlocking the phone. Definitely feels faster. The only quibble I have is I cannot use my wired headset with the phone. Headset works to listen to music, but once the phone is in use the headset is not recognized. If you search the internet youll see this is a known software issue. Thankfully I have a Bluetooth headset, which works fine, but I am annoyed that Apple does not support a wired headset when making calls.

I liked the 8 better. I dont like the temperamental touch screen. I hate that I have taken multiple screenshots in trying to turn the phone off. I have on more than 3 times accidentally activated the flashlight function, then couldnt figure out how to turn it off.press the icon for a few seconds, not just a quick touch . This phone is bulkier and clumsier than my last iPhone and this has caused multiple drops, which I never had before. I miss the damned button. I miss the fingerprint tech as the facial recognition wont work in quite a few situations which causes me to type in my 6 digit code. I dont see the purpose in giving options for color choices as I would imagine most customers will put a protective cover on it. I also think the price of these phones is nuts, but then again these things are jammed packed with technology I only could dream of as a kid. That said there are many good things. Facial recognition IS pretty awesome, speed is great, over quality is excellent. PICTURE quality is phenomenal, and the battery has been a really good upgrade to my 8.

Its purple Heh, alsoI swear to god it smelled like grapes in the packaging and that scent lasted a year at least. I love the new iPhone OS. I hate supporting apple because theyre made in deplorable conditions but its not exactly like there are other phone brands that are better. I considered switching to android this go around but honestly Im glad I didnt. Theyre definitely over priced but they work , they last pretty well no where near long enough to be sustainable but and I like them. The camera is great.I hate that I love it. takenwithiphone takenwithiphone11

I recently received an iPhone 11 this past Christmas after having a 6s for 4 years. It has been a great phone and has been helpful for many things. The charge on it is amazing and lasts a long period of time. Im ashamed to say that Ive dropped it on multiple occasions, with the most recent being when my dog jumped up and knocked it out of my hand. It has survived all of these events and is still in nearperfect condition. The amount of storage on it is amazing and provides enough space for all of my photos, apps, music, etc. and still leaves plenty of room leftover for additional things. I love this phone and wouldnt consider using another brand for a phone in the future

iphone 11 has THE BEST battery life of any cell phone Ive owned as a 25 year consumer. With judicious use check email, light texting, light app use this is the only phone Ive had that needs recharging only every second day, sometimes longer interval. Previous phone iphone 6s plus required daily charging, and any use would have immediate massive battery consumption up to 30 depletion in half hour. Iphone 11 can use an app gor a few minutes and begigible battery consumption. We have 4 iphone 11 phones on account now. Also Face ID fairly reliable compared to iphone 6s plus home button fingerprint id. Of all the dozen phones Ive owned, iphone 11 by far excels, plus is water resistant. Hope Apple doesnt taint the experience with a future ios upgrade that negatively impact battery life. Decided against iphone 12 due to its predominantly terrible reviews, know people with wifi connected texting issues, and marginal nattery life. Who wants a great camera if the phone wont work reliably or has marginal battery life Get iphone 11 while you can

My only complaint was it did come with the charger, only the cable. So now I have to go buy the charger separately because the new cable doesnt fit the old charger. The IPhone also did not include earbuds. I mean you pay a fortune for these iPhones and they could at least include these two accessories. I feel it is ridiculous that there were not included. Just petty complaints is what apple will think. But it isnt petty to me. Ive been a good customer to apple. I also supply my granddaughters iPhone.

I brought the IPhone 11 off of boost Mobile website at the very end of February of this year 2020… Received it on March 3 and active it on the same day. It wont ring and when it did ring, it ring very low that you wouldnt hear it. People will call me and the phone will never ring it will go straight to voicemail when calling boost mobile they wouldnt do nothing but transfer you over to Apple and when Apple ask you the problem and tell them. They will fault it on boost mobile. I been stuck with a phone that is sometime. Even the alarm clock ring low. Dont buy a iPhone 11 from boost mobile website. Go into the store so they can get active right

I finally decided to UpGrade from my IPhone 8 Plus. The only reason I did was I needed more space. It was a tough decision bc my 8 had exceeded all expectations. I kept my 8 just in case I found I wasnt satisfied. My new 11 has been an adjustment… but Im satisfied. Enough so, that I gave my 8 to my Granddaughter whose 7 had finally bit the dust. If I not been satisfied with my new 11… I would never have let go of my 8 The photos on 11 are incredible Photos and more space are my major requirements. Phone calls seem to come thru clear. I havent had any dropped calls. The only problem I have had is occasionally when I go to Camera mode via pull down menu camera doesnt pop up ready to take the photo. Could be user error… could be glitch… but I am still satisfied. After all 8 Plus is a hard act to follow and had I been able to find a NEW 8Plus with 128 or 256 space I would not have chosen to upgrade Battery Life is great Color yellow is nice Size is better than 8 because it fits my handpockets much better So far so good. Only Time Will Tell I generally keep my phones 23 yrs so… hopefully the 11 wont disappoint

Absolute nightmare getting this activated. The tool to open the receptacle for the sim card was missing. Once I got that solved, the setup instructions on the phone lead me to a screen that stated my verification number was texted to my dead former phone. I was at a standstill, since I could progress no further. A week later I serendipitously put my Iphone near my IPad and the verification number appeared. I then was able to complete a part of the setup, but needed to call Sprint to get the phone and text service setup. Sprint was Wonderful I still dont have my photos from the Icloud and in the middle of a pandemic surge am not going to go facetoface with Geek Squad. Put some frigging instructions in with the phone

This is a great phone for everything except the display. The nice thing about iPhones and something Apple brag about themselves is that all iPhones in terms of software are virtually the same. So, if youre deciding between the iPhone 11 Pro and this iPhone 11, save your money and go for this. Im a stickler for a great display but I wanted to save that extra 300 pounds which is a decision rightly made I think. The battery is phenomenal after a day of moderate use its now 2011, I charged my phone overnight last night, and its 47 now. Its a great, fast phone which is actually slightly larger than the iPhone 11 Pro. Highly recommend.

Bought to replace an iPhone 6. This is expensive, but a really worthwhile upgrade bigger screen, face recognition for quick openup no need to have your right thumb always at the ready, much faster processor means that all my apps respond almost instantly. Best improvement for me is to the Ring doorbell app, which at last works as it should I get to talk to the postman before he walks away And I can hear what hes sayingThe Quickstart facility is great for initial setup just move the SIM across, put the 2 phones side by side and virtually everything from the old one appears on the new one settings and all.Only downside is the increased weight not good for shirt pockets.

there are so many differences in this new style which really takes some getting used to but once you learn it is an amazingly different phone and easy to use in so many ways. I am still having to charge my phone every day even though I am not a heavy phone user and this is disappointing as I thought my battery would last at least 2 days without using about 50 charge. Otherwise the phone has a lot of new benefits. It is necessary to read instructions on the best optimisation for the phone before you start though and also it is necessary to have wi fi connection for any updates which might not be available for some people. The facial recognition is great and quick but the double click on the power button is a bit cumbersome for those who are not nimble fingered. I also found the quality of photos and videos sent from an older model phone have lost clarity which is sad. When the phone rings with a call at first it was confusing as the volume decreases as soon as you touch the phone which initially had me worried but this too is a good thing. So many new features to consider and learn but overall a great phone and easy to use once you know how.

Went from 8 to 11 and I really like it. Feels faster than an already fast phone. In some apps you can really see the improved graphics even the XRs A12 would have brought, but I like the A13 processor in the iPhone 11 series for the improvements on the low power cores that it brings. My daily routine that would get me 4 and a half to five hours now only takes me down to 60 battery. The increase in RAM from my iPhone 8s 2GB to the 11s 4GB also sees fewer of my apps being closed in the background while I switch between tasks.I skipped the Xseries because I wasnt too sold on the redesign but I honestly dont notice it daytoday. The gestures took no time at all getting used to while the notch doesnt really get in the way of much, aside from a few games I tested for performance. I did notice the screen quality difference at a sidebyside in an ATT store, but its still a really good LCD, albeit a weird resolution that doesnt quite want to properly fit large content at times.I only wish it was the size of the Pro with that slightly smaller screen size of 5.8 to the 11s 6.06. Some situations require two hands or trading a sure grip for one that could easily slip but the phone never feels bulky or unwieldy. Id recommend a case or skin for the back, though. It can be very slippery.I never intended to trade my iPhone 8 so soon, but the price for performance, coupled with the improvements of the iPhone 11s processor, was too good to pass up.

Not sure why am keeping this phone, its smaller than my iPhone 8 plus, the screen is not as nice, it gives off a yellowish light where is my iPhone 8 had a nice bluish cast to the screen, it lost all of my telephone numbers and Im gonna have to find someway to get those back. In spite of some of the features that I like, it also has given me a lot of problems since I had to remove the magnification screen completely because it kept popping open and Im just completely unenthusiastic that this phone, I just got it because I needed to storage and I liked my iPhone 8 a lot better I dont recommend this phone at all. Well I am on the subject the touchscreen is very insensitive, and the talk to text feature is just awful. As I said I dont recommend and theres a reason its so cheap. Well Im on the subject, the color purple is actually the color gray. If you can afford it buy a better phone.

Ive had this phone now for several months. I went from Android back to iPhone. The biggest reason to get this phone is the camera Get rid of that bulky one you take on trips because this one does everything I did some night shots of the sky and they came out amazing Ive taken photos inside of a cave and they came out so clear. I also take product photos for my online store and even do videos for making items. Android does not even begin to compare with the features on the camera. Oh yeah, its also a phone but what can you say about a phone It makes and receives a call. Its clear but then I expect it to be just like any other phone. The sound quality on the speaker is actually SOOOO much better than the Android. Ive had LG, Samsung, and Motorola. The iPhone speaker sounds more like stereo. Ive been very impressed with the phone and the service that I get from Verizon. Now that they have a reasonable insurance Ive decided to go with theirs rather than Apple Care. While I loved Apple Care when I had it, things really are easier with Verizon

My favorite color is purple so you would have thought Id go with purple, right WRONG The green was so cute I always purchase my phones from the Apple website and have them delivered, or pick them up at my local store. Prior to this, I had the iPhone XR with the same storage which I loved, but the sound didnt work unless I used the speaker which made taking phone calls very difficult. The only difference Ive found in that phone and this, is the camera. I really like the features this camera has. It definitely has a lot more depth and I can get better angles. The front camera seems to be the same, however. Not many differences at all. I needed a new phone regardless so I could make calls so I went with this one and Im not disappointed, however, I wished I could have waited just a couple more weeks and got the iPhone 12 Perhaps next year.

ive had android for 5 years i was looking for a change in pace when i switched over to boost. My first iphone was a 6s Plus with boost mobile, after having it for a week i became an iphone fan. i overall enjoyed the camera, processing power, and the polarizing display. What i did not like was the battery life, that aspect needed improvement. When the boost guy at store mentioned i could get a new phone through payments i looked into a new device because i did not enjoy the battery life lasting me 4 to 6 hours after being charged 100. So after talking to apple experts and even samsung enthusiasts i came to the cross road of the s10e and iphone 11 the regular and decided to give a go on the iphone 11 after the store rep mentioned iphones pick up better compared to samsung in the area i live. SURE ENOUGH spots with no signal..BOOM SERVICE now keep in mind im not saying youll have service every where you go due to some areas having no service, but i can vouch that areas my iphone 6s plus struggled to load or pick up a siganl bar at drastically improved. ALONG WITH BATTERY LIFE this phone lasts me 10 to 12 hours off a single charge. keep in mind no i do not use low power mode thats just how good the battery life is on the iphone 11. lastly, i know theres android devices on the market that boast a big screen, long lasting battery life, and good cameras which are cheaper compared to iphones but thats the problem i kept running into was finding a durable phone. after 5 years of using the android platform i went through 8 or 10 devices from zte, lg, and samsung. all because the storage was too full, or because an antennae or battery had burned out. from what i hear iphone 11 users should expect a life span of 3 years. thats pretty good considering i go through phones because of internal issues not physical damage like crazyyy overall look the iphone 11 is engineered quality in the camera, storage, battery, processing and display department. the price is well worth THE QUALITY put into this phone

I got my iphone 11 about a little over a week ago and its a really nice phone. Initially, I wanted the Galaxy Z Fold2 but every time I get android, I end up disappointed by the issues I have with Android and the life of the phones and I always end up back with Apple. So, this time, my wife convinced me to save myself the heartache of falling in love with an android only for it to break down on me and just get a new iphone. I have my XR and my old 5s that still works so I went with the 11 and I really like it I almost went with the iphone 11 Pro but liked the look of this one more. Its so sleek, a nice size and the color is perfection I really like how it performs so far and havent had any complaints just yet. The battery life is wonderful The picture quality is clear and so crisp Im a photo junkie so it matters when it comes to camera quality on a phone. Im impressed with everything so far. One of my favorite phones Ive ever had along with the Google Pixel XL 2 that was a great phone Im especially loving this phone even more now with the update

This phone fits almost perfectly in my small hands. Not quite perfectly but still comfortably. The amount of storage is perfect for me, as I move my photos over to secondary storage weekly no matter what. And I love the weight of this phone. It feels sturdy while maintaining a slim profile. I paid for this phone up front, in store, and had a great customer service experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that were not at all pushy. 55 for customer service. I dont think Apple needs recommendations, but I am looking forward to checking out the iphone 12 and am open to purchasing from this brand again.

Two weeks in and I am very pleased with my iPhone 11. I bought it to replace my ancient iPhone 5s. The difference is astounding The camera is excellent and, as a keen photographer, I am considering not bothering taking my camera on my next oversea trip. The processor speed is excellent, as is the screen quality.Setting it up was a dream. Just switch on and place it next to my old phone and everything was transferred across automatically.I did look at the iPhone 12 but didnt feel the extra 200 was worth it. Very happy with the price.

Honest review. Ive traditionally gone with the Note series for multitasking and the pen. The iPhone 11, and Im not exaggerating is like using the Note 2 or 4. Its so far. For me and what Im used to tbh the iPhone 11 is just on par with the Note 4 and thats being very generous. Its not a bad phone its an outdated new phone. It also over heats when I use LightRoom. Ill say this if youre looking at the iPhone and youre some who has very basic simple needs its a great phone for you. Also the camera works with FilMac Pro. If youre a power user like me whos professional photographer, videographer and graphic artist avoid any iPhone and go with the Note series. When I use my wireless transfer from my camera to my phone I have to have the app open at all times, with my Note 9 I could have 5 apps open and still transfer in the background plus it didnt overheat and I could use 4K on YouTube and videos. The fact that were in 2020 and the iPhone still doesnt have a back button is sad. I bought it strictly to pair with Filmic Pro otherwise itd be going back asap. Also if you want the iPhone controls and functions the Note 9 can copy iOS functionality. You invest in Apple but you buy a Note.

Its a shame that many people, including myself, are blind to apple products and apple products only. This phone really only has better camera quality, water RESISTANCE, and battery strength in comparison, other phone companies have come out with more advancements ex. waterPROOF, crack resistance…. The true problem I am having with this device is the programming. Within the first two months of getting my new iPhone 11 my appsphone crash all the time, my storage get full and my phone wont allow me to delete any messagesphotosapps, my messages fail to send then delete themselves before Im able to try and resend them, my messages dont index, apps dont appear on my home screen that I have downloaded, and privacy settings apply themselves on separate apps ex. Snapchat always tells me I havent given the app access to my camera, when in reality I just used it 5 minutes ago using the camera. I have more problems I dont recommend getting an apple product theyre unreliable and are too fragile in comparison to other companies.

First, I would have given the iPhone 11 five stars, but I have to qualify my evaluation given that I have limited experience with cell phones. I havent tried many brands. Im not a cell addict either. Practicality is my goal with a phone. Why the iPhone 11 Apples phone because they rated at most reliableand for the hype. At first, I considered the iPhone 12 mini and the iPhone SE for convenient size. But decided against these when I realized that the size poses problems for me as far as readability and limits in versatility of usage. After that, I eliminated the other iPhone 12s as an option because, while they are the latest and the best technically, they just cant justify the price for the limited improvements offered. The main advantages of the 12s are a better more detailed screen OLED but this is less bright that the previous LCD and not as usable in outdoor lightingand its just 6 inches for Pete sake. As for the added telephoto lensnot really that useful or ideal for general usage wide or normal is best. So the 11 is the best value, by a long shot.

This is a big step up from my old phone which was a Samsung Galaxy J3. I love how it was so easy to download my info from my Apple laptop to this phone. I was even able to download info from Samsung Galaxy. I am impressed with this phone, but there should me more instructions on how to use the functions like shutting it off. The calendar is different then Samsung Galaxy and it will take time to get use to it. The charger should be included in the price. This is why the phone only gets 4 stars. I would definitely still recommend this Apple iPhone 11.

Pros The camera quality is amazing and using portrait to take professional pictures instead of a camera is a great touch. The phone is very fast. I use social media everyday however the phone doesnt die quickly, i just charge it once and it will last me 2 days until I need to charge it again. Airpods are loud and block out sound from around when the volume is full.Cons There is no earphone port, you do not get earphones nor a plug with the phone.. the cable does not fit a normal plug and you will need a plug for the phone which will need to be bought separately in order to charge the phone. I had bought the second generation AirPods and feel like they were too expensive.

if you are used to the features of earlier generations of iPhones, you may experience a bit of techno shock. first of all, there is no home button as in previous generations, so some of the longtime commands used for accessing apps, unlocking the phone and so forth will be different and take some getting used to. for instance, instead of using touch ID with your fingers to unlock your phone you have the option of using no security meaning no pass code, or other identification required to start using it, a four or six digit passcode, the third and most secure option is a four or six digit passcode along with face recognition. The most notable change is the way that you access the app switcher, whereas with the home button being pressed twice quickly in older phones, you simply take your finger places near the bottom center of the screen and slide it upward until you feel to vibrations, the open apps will appear on the screen as before. well somewhat awkward at first, after some practice it will seem to make more sense. The phone is somewhat larger than earlier generations, but still feels relatively comfortable in your hand how long you a quick access to any future you need at any time. these differences aside, the iPhone 11 line of products is otherwise a similar experience to that youve been used to for the past many years. do not hesitate to make the jump to the slime.

Ive had an iPhone 7 for over 2 years through Version and never had any screen cracking or significant software issues. Yes, the lightening port broke on my first phone but was replaced for free and I went through multiple cases. I only replaced it due to the end of life issues of the phone. Now for the iPhone 11, it was a nice upgrade in terms of larger battery life and some newer iOS features. The screen size is bigger than I liked but not a deal breaker. What I really am upset about is, even with an elevated case, I woke up this morning to a hairline crack going through my screen and a arrow crack around the housing near the camera lenses. I did not drop my phone in the last 24 hours or at all since acquiring this phone early December yet somehow these showed up. I am now stuck paying extra every month for a broken phone that will likely continue to break over the next two years. I have no real ability to replace this phone without having to pay a restocking fee or other fees for something outside my control. What am I supposed to do, keep the phone in 5 layers of bubble wrap at all timesThis is a great example of a company Apple reducing the quality of their products year to year. Avoid this phone.

Purchased this phone for my wife in August 2019. Weve been fighting with this phone from day 1. Maybe its a lemon…not sure. But for the price we paid I would expect better from Apple. I work in IT so I have a technical background. Let me tell you this phone is a challenge for me and my wife would have no chance of resolving some of these issues on her own. Examples include connecting her iwatch. It would not connect properly while her old iphone 5 would connect no problem. Spent hours on the phone with Verizon who finally gave up and kicked me over to Apple. Before calling Apple I was finally able to reset some things myself and get it working. A few months later we decided to add hotspot service. So we upgraded our plan and began using this service. Horrible experience The hotspot will not connect reliably. When it does connect it will not stay connected. Again, I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon and Apple trying to resolve this issue. We are to the point that we will have to factory reset the phone before they will consider a replacement. Considering the nightmare I went through getting her iwatch connected, I have no appetite to start over. Therefore we have dropped the hotspot from her plan and will go with my Samsung A50 which was purchased at the same time as her iphone 11. The A50 was half the price and has worked flawlessly.

I purchased the purple 64GB version. I dont like how huge the phone is after having the tiny original iPhone SE. The picture quality is great and I love the auto nighttime feature for taking photos in dim lighting. The worst thing about this phone is the battery life. Apple batteries just suck in my opinion. Streaming music or videos for any length of time say a couple hours and I can watch my battery sliding down to nothing. I love the usability of iPhones and their picture quality, but they really need better batteries. Sound is really good for music and video without headphones, and the volume can get pretty loud while remaining clear. This phone is also the most durable Apple product Ive had so far. Ive dropped it a couple times from just below waist height onto hardwood and not a scratch on it.

Everything is perfect pictures come out so clearly and at first I wasnt sure when I got it then when I started to use it and get the hang of it it was amazing I cant wait to see what the next future phones will be like. The screen display on this bad boy are unbelievable they are so clear and never fail me. The performance is super cool there is a lot of cool features as well I like this phone because I feel that it is easy to use and one of my favorite things about this phone is the Face ID It is just remarkable and easy to get into my phone instead of doing the whole password which sometimes takes ages Overall I think this is the best phone yet to be built I used to have a really old phone like the iPhone 6s which is a big step up. This iPhone 6s wasnt the best at taking pictures or it would get my contacts mixed up so I could no longer contact people from my family. So having this phone is great and I dont regret any decisions I have made

Still figuring out some things, but so far besides the camera quality I like my iPhone 7 Plus better, but giving it a chance to show me otherwise. The reason being I prefer Touch ID, automatic brightness adjustment and I dont like the glare the screen gives. Although the screen is bigger every app still does not use full screen so its smaller than my 7plus which I thought this model would be comparable to. Idk if mine is defective but Ive had power outages at my house twice during a storm and my phone just would not connect to Internet without having to do a network reset which is annoying. The transition off WiFi is not smooth like my 7 plus. Im hoping this is just me needing to learn how to use the phone properly.

I have always had an android phone, but I gave into the hype and bought this awful phone. Its not all user friendly and even the apps arent as good as the android apps. I really hate that I have lost the LED light that indicates that you have a message without having to wake up your phone and the icons on the information bar that indicate what types of messages you have without scrolling through my apps. And, the fact that the only way to wake up your phone is by pushing the tiny little side button is particularly annoying and you have to scroll through your pages to get to the home screen. The widgets are terrible and also have to be scrolled through to see them. Nothing can be done with just one hand. Obviously, I will need to go stand in line at an Apple store just to learn how to use my phone, an additional nuisance that was unnecessary with my androids. Worst of all…the camera Forgot taking video or a picture any further away than 2 feet. Only 3X Zoom, 3 times less than earlier models Improvement, I think not. Big Mistake

I upgraded from Iphone 8 to Iphone 11 only because my old phone kept dropping calls, otherwise I had been happy with it. As a guy I was concerned the iphone 11 might be too big to go in my pocket. The iPhone 11 does go in my pocket ok. It is about 1 cm longer than the iphone 8 and 0.8 cm wider. However because there is no home button and the screen extends from top to bottom you get 2 cm more of usable screen length. I am amazed it does not come with a charger and I had a momentary panic when I realised that the cable that it came with it would not fit any of my chargers. Fortunately my old iphone 8 cable and charger work on this phone. The facial recognition works very well and it does not mind if I am wearing my spectacles or not. I was relieved it takes the same size sim card as my iphone 8. Transferring data from the old phone to new phone was straightforward. I am very happy with this phone and would not want to go back to an 8 now.

Currently making this review about this product, while using the iPhone 11 to make the review haha. But I love this phone Great price compared to the pro models Still get that awesome zoomed out camera. Great specs, battery life and overall experience with this phone To an average user youll never notice the difference from the iPhone 11 vs iPhone 11 Pro and that goes for the 12s as well. Only a very techy person will care about the upgrades enough to pay 300 for the pro model Always stick with the stock phone over the pro. For what your getting for the price is a way better deal.

Well having purchased a blue Xr for the other half, I felt a bit left out with my old iPhone so it was time to man up and get a new oneThe 11 appealed to me as the latest standard iPhone I dont need the socalled pro features, which seem to revolve more around camera usage as I dont use the camera a lot. I also liked the green colour as it makes the phone look fresh.I thought I might struggle with the Face ID coming from a Touch ID phone but its such a clever system and works effortlessly in the background so as not to disrupt your workflow with the device.I love the elongated screen too lots of space but altogether a much better fit in the hand than the old Plus models. The only thing I dont like Well if it were 5G capable, that would be superb but apparently we have to wait till next year for the iPhone 12 or whatever they call it before we see that. The only trouble then is, I will probably come down with a severe bout of iPhone upgraditis and theres nothing the GP can give me for that… Time to start saving for September 2020 then sometimes I hate Apple and John Lewis

Its my first time with an iPhone and I really need to admit that Im very satisfied and very happy in all the main points at the time pf buying a new smartphone. The screen is amazing and it has a very good mate, the stereo speakers. An amazing combination. Thanks to the 128gb I dont need to be thinking all the time about the apps or the files that I have in my phone. Another thing I want to point is the battery. Amazing I never expected that an iPhone could have a battery as this. I can use it all day long without being worried. If all goes like that, Im sure that in the future Ill buy a new iPhone

Very nice phone, super clear pics. I would def recommend the 128 gb not 64gb. 64 is just not enough space. I love iPhone and Im a super iPhone user. I just feel that the phones are so incredibly expensive when iPhone models rarely gets major features that would explain the price of the phone. I had the XR before this I cant tell the difference. Maybe the camera is slightly crisper. Before I had the XR, I had the 7 plus and there was no major difference from the XR. I still love iPhones…

1. The face recognition feature, Im not impressed with. Especially with the current mask waring conditions of today, it also doesnt work very well in the dark. I want my home button back from my old iPhone.2. The size of the iPhone itself for me its a little to big and I find it cumbersome to use.3. Voice recognition When it comes to text messaging or any situation when needing to type text I hate with a passion. Sometimes When Im typing I pause for a second to think about what to type, and if anyone including the radio starts talking, the system starts typing what ever it hears, and I have to go back and erase it and start over again. Does anyone know how to turn that off4. I wish I could returnexchange this phone for something better without taking a hit on paying for this phone, and then paying again for a new phone.

Comparing an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 11 is like asking me how do I like my new car compared to my old covered wagon. I had chargers plugged into every outlet in the house where I might sit down because my iPhone 6 battery was constantly draining down to nothing. So in addition to the upgraded batter, the camera on the iPhone 11 is also quite a step up in quality and, lets face it, we all only use our cameras to take pictures now. My photos are much better in every kind of lighting situation. Its taken me awhile to adapt to the facerecognition feature, rather than a home button, but Im getting the hang of it. Im so happy we purchased the iPhone 11 while we were at Abt looking at kitchen appliances.

Samsung s3 was my first smartphone, then s5, then note 4, then s8, then s9 plus. I thought I knew better, with age comes wisdom I guess. Thats what they say and theyre correct. It took some getting used too, and then it was over. Ill never own another Android phone again. Im gradually working my way into the entire Apple ecosystem and everything works so seamlessly together. Apple updates and supports their products for YEARS. All the Samsung phones that I owned, each one for at least two years, only the note 4 got updated twice. The s8 and s9 never received any updates, patches, fixes. They were on the same version of Android when I got rid of them as they were on when I got them. The s3 and s5 got at least 1 minimal update, patch, fix whatever you need to call it. For the price these flagship devices are starting to sell for now that is unacceptable. Its Apple for me for now on.

Ok ok so I am a hardcore android user and have been since day one I was hesitant on getting an apple for a whole year. It sat on my cart for 2 wks while I made up my mind to get it or not. So I said what the heck lets get it whats the worst it can happen I dont like it Ill use it till its payed off and go back to my android. So far its been two weeks with the iPhone and I like it Granted the space is not as big I take tons of pics and its a bummer with the spacing and I am not an iCloud user heard too many horrid stories with iclouds. But Ill manage. I went from a pixel 4 xl to iPhone 11 and I love my new phone. Give it try dont hesitate.Although I did had an issue with not receiving texts from my husband and he has pixel 5 and my daughters pixel 3a i found out how to fix the issue all you will have to do is on their end change the chat feature settings and shut it off.

Overall, Im very happy with my iPhone 11, but there are a few features on it that I dont like. I have no desire whatsoever to use the iPhone SleepWake Up alarm setting, but it cant be removed from my alarm screen. I cant set an alarm sound in settings for all my alarms I have to set every one individually. I cant set a sound pattern for Messenger. I dont like that I cant see my battery percentage on my home screen. Apple makes too many assumptions on what settings I prefer and many are hard to change or change back. Im also unhappy that the cell signal bars is worse on this one than my iPhone 6s. There were supposed to be new US Cellular towers in our area, but so far that hasnt happened. I hope Ill still be able to use this in a few months.

It works great, what else do I need to say. At least until it hits the 3 year mark were all iPhones go to die. THe cameras are great at taking pictures at food and showing them to my friends for my daily dose of dopamine addiction. The red color is cool too, at least nobody I know uses that color and I can tell which phone is mine almost immediately. I dont like how it has no charger but that is the grand scale of modern socialeconomics at play. Thanks Apple for a majorly unimpressive phone that I never needed but wanted thanks to bad decision making on my part. The screen is cool though.

This is, for all intents and purposes, a stunning phone from Apple.I came to it from an iPhone 6S Plus. Before that, I was a lifelong Android user. Well, for the life of Android anyway. Right from the beginning until Android 10. The last Android phone I had was a Samsung S9. I had it from release, in 2018. And it was an amazing phone, no denying that. But Android I just started to get very disillusioned with it. The slow manufacturer updates. For example, when Samsung eventually released the latest update for their flagship devices, its entirely likely that the newest version from Google was already out and ahead of it. Also the two year cut off always bothered me. The S9 got Android 10 and that will be it. My wifes S20 has 11 on it and will get 12, but I suspect no more. A lot of manufacturers also dont bother with monthly updates. And then theres the fragmentation. Android is just a mess.My old iPhone 6s Plus came out in 2015. In 2021 it is STILL getting updates, including to iOS 14 AND its betas at time of writing its on iOS 14.5 Public Beta 2. And it performs amazingly. Smooth, fairly fast, battery seems pretty solid. But going from that to the iPhone 11 is like night to day. You really get to see what iOS does on modern devices and how much better it performs. Going from Touch ID to Face ID is also a cool transition albeit a jarring one at times. I still pick it up and tap the screen and if I was trying to press a Home button. Battery life is awesome. On a day of lightmedium use, Ive woken up around 78am and come bedtime 11ish pm had between 6570 battery left. Honestly I struggle to kill it.Cameras are also a huge jump up from the 6S Plus for a 5 year old phone it help up relatively well with dual cameras and all sorts of fancy features.I have the Product Red version. So nice looking. I had to get a clear case as I didnt want to cover the colour up spiegen hybrid. The screen is brilliant. I know the pros use OLED, but for what it is, it still looks amazing to me. The notch which the 6s Plus didnt have although it did have large bezels at the top and bottom was something I though would bug me, but honestly Ive almost immediately forgotten about it. Sound is good, although it its difficult to explain. It sounds good but it also sounds synthesised. Talking especially. The best example I can compare it to is Mass Effect. Theres a character called Legion, who is robotic more or less and the voice has heavy processing on it. At times it sounds like the same kind of effect when listening to someone speak on the phone. But again, it doesnt sound bad. Its odd.It has wireless charging, which I use for the overnight charge, but it also has fast charging and so on with the right kind of charger anyway.Which leads me to my only gripe I knew Apple had stopped including chargers in the boxes on new phones. Fine. Ive absolutely no issue with that. Everyone has god knows how many charge bricks at home I know of 4 I have sat in a box Samsung fast chargers too, on top of the ones we have in use. Great, good idea. All for it. I didnt know theyd also updated the older packaging to remove it including the 11 series and all the way down to the SE model. But whatever. Fine. However it immediately falls apart with the cable they provide you with. It has lightening on one end. Fine, that is the standard Apple connector. On the other end USBC. I dont know about you, Im familiar with USBC, my old S9 used it, however the end that connected to the Samsungs fast charger was not USBC. It was USBA. And every single charger Ive ever had and still posses including an Apple 5 watt charger I seem to have acquired from somewhere is USBA. Thus the cable they give me fits nothing. Where is the logic in that Stop providing you with a charger, but then give you a cable which means you need to buy a new charger its a good job I already had lightening cables but come on now. I did eventually buy an Anker USBC fast charger, just for future proofing if anything but that just be wary of it.Other than that, amazing phone.

I purchased this phone for the enhanced privacy and security that iPhones offer after a number of years using Google Pixel phones. It takes a little time to get used to the new operating system and, after a month or so, I am now happy using it.HOWEVER, I would warn others to be very careful with the screen. I have used mine in exactly the same way as i had used my Google Pixel 3a over the last 2 years. Eg putting it in and out of pockets. It hasnt been dropped or mistreated in any way, but I now have four severe scratches on the screen. Scratchresistant glass, oleophobic coating HmmmI would recommend that anyone buying this phone fit a screen protector on the first day.

Pros For the price point, youre getting a very solid phone which has most of the bells and whistles that its Pro siblings have. I dont watch a lot of movies or lengthy videos on my phone, so the fact that this has an LCD screen as opposed to the better OLED screen didnt bother me too much. Before buying this, I compared the screens of the XR and the XS which have an LCD and OLED screen respectively since there were no sample models available of these new models. While the colours did seem a little more natural on the OLED screen, it didnt seem worth the extra 300. Also, the Pro models have a Telephoto lens as well but, again, TBH, shelling out the extra 300 quid for essentially an OLED screen and a telephoto lens didnt seem worth it for me, but Im sure for some people, the extra money might be worth it.What really convinced me to upgrade from a 6S to this was the battery life. Despite having replaced the battery using the battery replacement programme last year, I found my phone losing about 30 of charge with about 15 minutes of mobile data. Id struggle to go even three quarters of a day on full charge. However, with this phone, with the same if not higher level of usage, Im easily able to get two whole days of use before the battery dropped to 6. Finally, I dont have to worry about having a charger or power bank nearby.Cons I wish the smaller screen option was available for this, as the 6.1 inch screen feels a bit unwieldy for my notsosmall hands. Also, it wouldve been nice if the Midnight Green option was available for the 11 as well. Minor gripes.

I have upgraded from my trusty iPhone 6 which I had for a long time, and the iPhone 11 is a revelation. Its lovely and fast, and has a very nice size and quality screen. While I thought I might miss the fingerprint ID, the face recognition is brilliant and doesnt annoyingly keep coming on by itself when someone just goes near it, like some Androids. The camera is excellent, and I love the new superwide angle lens. I deliberated for some time whether to get the Pro, which has the telephoto lens, but am glad I didnt, as its quite a lot more expensive and the screen is smaller.I am pleased I went for the 128GB version, it fits all my Apple Lossless music on the device, as well as loads of pictures Apple Photos seems the best for organising this. When getting the phone I decided to get also the Belkin Qi 5W wireless charger and Apple Earpods wireless ones. Ive been similarly massively impressed by these as well, which make me finally start using Siri and enjoying it. Siri, text this message to soandso….Overall amazing, just get one.Excellent service from John Lewis, fast and quality delivery as usual.

Really nice phone. We also have 12 Pro Max and 12 Mini in our household. This phone is a great deal with the ATT incentives and effectively as fast as the 12s. Furthermore, it has great cameras. The place where the 12s are ahead are the OLED displays compared to this LCD. However, if you arent comparing side by side, the 11 looks fine. The 12 Pro Max stainless steel body feels luxurious compared to this and the regular 12 being aluminum, but you also have to pay the big bucks for that. Overall, a great value if you get an ATT incentive on it. The 64GB is the best deal especially if you store your music and photos in iCloud Apple Music. You wont be giving up any real performance with this device, which is what makes it such a compelling deal.

I can say Im damn impressed with iPhone 11. As they says iPhone 11 have the toughest glass ever in the smartphone which youll find on the front and back and its totally smooth. The fit and finish is full apple quality theres no sense that any cheaping out has happened in the construction. Without saying its camera features this review wont complete. The iPhone 11 has a dual camera system, consisting of a wide angle lens thats pretty much same as found on the iPhone XR last year, but now with an ultra wide angle lens to back it up great for landscapes, indoor shots, groups and architecture. It also helps with new night mode feature, which captures extremely low light images and small revolution. The rich HDR brings brilliant drama to your photos. On the front youve got an improved selfie camera that now wider field of view, though you can choose how wide you want it to be, narrow for just yourself or wide for a group.

Pros The iPhone 11. Its the perfect phone really, and at a decent price for a 256 gig phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 6 to this iPhone 11 and the difference is night and day similar speed performance from iPhone 3GS remember them to iPhone 6. I always like to skip several generations as the prize, the iPhone 11, becomes morerewarding than, say, going from iPhone 8iphone 11 for example. I could have gone for the 12, but the difference is too small compared to the larger outlay of money required. As apple tell you really, its got everything you need and nothing you Dont The cameras are great for both day, and nighttime shooting. And 4K recording looks great when mirrored on my 4K tv, especially as it also supports 60framesper second at this resolution. Slowmo is great too. Its superb.Im full of admiration for it, I really am. and the screen is clear and bright. Nothing over the top but all you need from a phone thats also a great size very similar to iPhone 78 plus models but with smaller bezel, and yet a larger 6.1 screen so a biggersmaller phone, if you will. Looking at these new phones, and with the ever increase in technology, the word impossible should be used with caution if at all, in what can be achieved from a device that fits snuggly in your pocket. I love it. Its great It really is. Oh, and it syncs with my Apple Watch 5 perfectly.Cons The keyboard which I wrote this review on is OK but not great. The backbutton could be larger, for example anybody else keep pressing the ML letters like me to delete text Well Im sure theres 3rd party keyboards available but its fine if youve got fingers smaller and more nimble that the clunky one writing this. I did say a decent price, and not a great price. That said, and as cliched as it sounds, you really do get what you pay for. You get a lot of phone, and I expect this to last for 35 years, and up to IOS 1619 perhaps. Time will tell. Now though, I going to take a few snowyicy pics, and mirror them on my tv How cool is that Very cool At writing

After using this phone every day for nearly a year and a half Ive come to form my own take on this device. At first glance the Iphone 11 is a large yet slim looking device, much larger than my previous phone the Iphone 8. At first, I thought this would allow the phone to be more vulnerable to getting damaged when dropped although even when in a basic case with no screen protector the phone as survived every drop. For its larger size the phone is light weight and able to fit comfortably in my clothes pockets. A positive to this phone is that it is larger, I am a little bit on the taller side so the phone is able to fit comfortably in my hands, its nice to watch videos on and I had no problem adjusting quickly from the smaller size of the Iphone 8 to the size of the Iphone 11. This might be a con for shorter people, women and children might not be able to fit it as easily into their hands or clothings pockets. The battery life is outstanding with the Iphone 11 being fitted with the newer batteries, Im able to go about 89 hours with heavy usage and about 15 hours on a regular day of being active with work or school with light to moderate usage. Maybe you forgot to plug your phone in the night before I know we have all been there or youre just caught at a bad time and need a little extra charge, 2030 minutes of charging is worth a few more hours of screen time if you need it. Another addition is the new ultrawide lens camera which allows you to capture more of the environment, creating more opportunities to capture even more of a crisp clear image with the amazing camera. Videos are also of amazing making it very easy for me to film better quality 4k 60fps videos while doing various physically intense activities like long boarding or running making it very easy for anyone to get into videography or photography. The speakers are another thing to note having the ability to play a loud music in a quite room making it enjoyable listen to outside or to blast music while in the shower. As for the IOS it is as good as its ever been still loading applications at superfast speeds making everything you do on the phone like Face ID, watching Netflix or using a heavy app as smooth as butter. Overall, I have no complaints for this phone, it crosses everything off my list of things I want and need in a phone and goes above and beyond. This phone will easily last me years to come and Im excited as well as satisfied.

I am using it right now to make this review haha. This phone is great, I used to have android but in my opinion I like apple more. For people who dont know how to use apple phones I always say that once you learn one apple phone you can use any apple phone. They all have pretty much the same set up and they all are very user friendly. With each new update apple shows you new things they have done and how to use or do what has changed. I also love the camera, it is so clear and very vivid with its picture. Its zoom and focus is so great that you can zoom in on your fingerprint and see it clearly. Apple also has made a color scheme for it that is in partnership with Product. This color scheme is red. Why Im saying this is because when you buy this version of the phone you help donate money to a charity. I dont remember which one I apologize. I thought this was an awesome way to help others. It is not anymore expensive than the other iPhone 11s but just because you buy it apple helps out this charity. Also the storage on this phone is crazy. It feels like you could almost never run out of storage, and if you somehow do apple has a way for you to save your thing to the cloud that is only accessible to you. So you dont loose your data and its also kept in a save place. So overall I would recommend 1010

Bought this a few weeks ago so I cant say too much just yet, but what I can see is that its a great phone for basic needs. I dont game or use it for any special reason, it is my personal phone that I use for phone calls, messaging, social media, camera. Keep in mind I just went from android to apple.First of all the camera really impressed me I couldnt believe that its possible to take such good shots on an iPhone I am yet to try out the night mode but when I tried it in pitch black even then I could see the difference Amazing Front camera is lovely too.Battery life is actually very good and exceeded my expectations I didnt think it would last me a day of heavy use on social media, but shockingly it lasted all day.The new iOS in my opinion is great, I dont have any problems with the operating system, it obviously takes time to get used to especially when Ive been on android for years now, but I like it so far. My favourite feature is the MemojiBut thats my take on it, its a good phone and Im very happy with it

When I switched from android to iPhone years ago like everyone else, Ill never own a different phone. For the XR to iPhone 11 six months ago, other than better picture quality there really isnt a noticeable difference from the upgrade. Buttttt doesnt matter, my old phone was old and I needed a new one. However, purple is my favorite and even though case covers the phone color it makes a difference. Expensive Obviously. Worth it If you dont care about the iPhone 12, yep. Buttttttt this is the only iPhone Ive had where the iOS updates tend to make my phone lag in text messages and closes out apps randomly. Doesnt last long but its annoying when it does.

I bought this to replace my iPhone 7 Plus. Its not that great at all, Im contemplating returning it. It gets really hot while charging, the battery is terrible if youre using your phone a lot it barely lasts a full day. The LTE just doesnt work as it should for some reason, ot it could be the phone itself. I called the geniuses and they deactivated it seemed to help at first but it didnt last. Also, I was looking forward to a better camera, well nope. The camera sucks too, doesnt focus correctly and the display of the scene youre about to take a pic of is way smaller, its seems very weird to me.

Im happy with this phone. My only complaints1. Its hard to hold on to. The screen is big enough that I have to reposition my hand or use both hands at times, because my thumb isnt long enough to reach from the top of the screen to the bottom. The size and weight is definitely a strain on my hands, and the glass back is slippery, making it easy to drop. Im hoping a case and a phone grip will eliminate these problems.2. I hate that iPhones no longer include power adapters in the box. My old adaptor is USBA. The cable that comes with the iPhone 11 is USBC. It seems more wasteful to give everyone a charging cable they may not be able to use than to include the USBC adaptor. I can always use another adaptor, but a cable without one is not useful to me.3. Similarly the iPhone 11 doesnt have a headphone jack, yet they no longer include Airpods or an adaptor to use wired headphones. I have a cheap pair of wireless earbuds already, but if I didnt, its just more money Id need to spend on top of the phone itself. That being said, none of this was a surprise the phone is exactly as advertised and as I expected. And overall, its a very welcome upgrade from my iPhone 5S.

iPhone 11 128 GB may be one of the best iPhone buys currently in early 2021. Although iPhone 12 has just been launched, the difference in specs and features wouldnt make the 200 difference in price 30 reasonable to me, especially if I am buying this for a child. iPhone 11 looks and feels like iPhone 11 Pro Max to a great extent. The cameras are quite efficient for average daily use and quite beyond. FaceTime video calls were just as great as usual. The devices processor and graphics matched Apple quality with no significant difference from the most recent Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max. iPhone 11 is a go and an excellent buy now.

After using the iPhone 11 for a month I have only one major complaint how do I know whether Ive closed all apps. Im a very private person and always close all apps as soon as Im finished. My previous phone had a close all function. This phone doesnt have that so I sometimes come back to the iPhone and discover apps still open. I hate that.Other than that, the iPhone 11 has all the features I was looking for and a better customer rating that the other phones I looked at. I love the large screen size and that the screen uses the entire front face of the phone. My eyes are light sensitive so the dark screen setting is perfect for me.My family all have iPhones so now I can FaceTime them and enjoy a more meaningful visit. This is especially important to me during the Covid pandemic.

I bought my first iPhone 6s about 6 years ago. I loved everything about it, mainly the pretty rose gold colour but also how it spoke to my iPad and subsequently my iMac. When the battery seemed to look as if it was failing I removed some software which helped a little, I considered sending it off to have a new battery. Most people seem amazed that my old phone had lasted so long so I opted to replace it with the new iPhone 11 128Gb. Ive had the new phone about two weeks now. Of course once I removed the sim from my old phone the battery charge improved I am not great at taking photos or videos so chose this model over the pro. I was aware the battery charge was not fantastic but I am so disappointed to have to be constantly recharging it, and it is slow to charge. I am not a heavy user, a few texts, shopping list etc. It is not the computer in my pocket it is for theyounger generation, how frustrating must it be for someone using it for work And, of course it is not anywhere as pretty as my old phone However, I am very pleased with Face ID which is so quick and so much better than I believed it would be. The phone is slightly larger than the 6s which helps my ageing eyes. I wish the icon sizes could be made a little larger, apparently its not a feature on this model. I also cannot use my old headphonesunless I buy a jack or dongle because the new headphones plug into the charging port, which could be a problem for heavy users who need to charge the phone more frequently. I know Im probably not a typical user and I am still finding my way around the phone but I just dont love it the way I did my 6s.

After using Android devices for the last 12 years, I decided to try an iphone since my wife and son seem to like theirs fine, and I thought the convenience of everyone in the family having the same devices would be nice, and my experience with google and their pixel left a bad taste in my mouth. After nearly 3 months of owning my iphone 11, I cant understand how apple could make such a clumsy and hard to use operating system. I mean, apple invented the smart phone The hardware is great, but I would figure theyve had plenty of time to refine their OS It is a very time consuming and rigid device to use. So many steps to do something as simple as changing the time of an alarm, or the volume Seems like apple is stuck in the early 2000s with their operating system. I had originally hoped some updates would come along the make it more usable, but Ive realized the usability issues are built into the ios, and Ill be taking a hit and trading my phone in for a samsung. Theres just no getting used to a bad system.

Just got my iPhone 11 a couple of weeks ago and I am loving it. The camera is fantastic I especially like that I can blur images backgrounds so easily now it saves me so much time. I just updated to iOS14 today and there are a lot of great features. It doesnt have a button on the bottom like my 6 and 8 had, so you have to swipe up to clear your pages, but Im starting to get used to it. Its also much larger than the 6 and 8. I had a rectangular case on it but had to find a new one cause it was too big to hold in my hand. I found a case that curves in the middle kind of like an hour glass and it makes it so much easier to hold so now I dont mind the size.

Yellow you say, well this yellow is amazing Im not a yellow type of person but I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone and here is this yellow phone Love it. Now the 11 itself is okay. I would prefer not to have to swipe up every time I want to open my phone but thats the new norm. The cameras are cool 2 but they seem just like any of my past iPhones so nothing special there. The screen size itself is larger. It covers the entire screen. There is no border using half of your screen on this phone. Overall, its simple, larger, color awesome and customer service who brought phone even better

Great product, a must. You buy it for the symbol, certainly not for the performance which, sadly, is better found even in lowend products. What makes it exceptional is everything assembled to get the most out of it excellent facial recognition that never misses a beat with hats and glasses or in the dark. The working camera and the new possibility of being able to enlarge the image to be able to take a photo is very convenient especially to let everyone take a selfie. Very fast and fluid, also IOS is the most intuitive system of all. Congratulations on a fantastic product. Flaws its a bit too heavy but the colors are worth it too, maybe a bit too flat without a core

Affordable, but less than a month old it has issues. This device replaced an iPhone 8 that was not yet paid for, but was starting to have problems. They dont make iPhones like they once did. This new iPhone 11, while a pretty good value compared to the iPhone 12. With the exception of 5G compatibility, they very similar specs, but the 11 is at a much lower price. Less than a month old, the device just froze, the screen dimmed and there was nothing that would break the ice. Finally, on its own, it unfroze after five or ten minutes. Not acceptable.

While my wife liked the phone, it was a little larger than what she was used to this was an upgrade from her iphone 6S, as such, all the new features did present a real learning curve with the facial recognition features, along with the loss of the home button. Not to mention, it was so hard for her to hold in one hand while texting, compared to older models. After finally starting to get used to the new technology, she sadly came to the realization that the size of the phone, and the cellular service, were the only major downsides not to detract from the phone itself, but the cell service which is extremely important for her line of work, was not as reliable as what she had from our other carrier, prior to switching to ATT. The only real reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, was the difficulty In transitioning from her 6S, to the larger 11. The only offering for an iPhone, with manageable dimensions for her smaller hands, is the new 2020 version of the iPhone SE. If you want the true advantages of the 11, in a manageable smaller package, youre out of luck. However, if youre used to the new technology, then I would say that the 11 has much better battery life than any of its predecessors, and well worth the upgrade. If youre upgrading from anything prefacial recognition technology, then be prepared, the learning curve can be a lot to take in, and get over
