Really liking this mouse so far. Its very ergonomic and the buttons are easy to reach. The programming and macro setup was intuitive and very easy to figure out. My only complaint would be the relatively short battery life. My previous mouse lasted probably 2 months on a charge. This one was at 50 after about a week. Not a deal breaker by any means but I guess they used a smaller battery to keep it light. It still has plenty of battery for my needs, and it can be used with their wireless charging mousepad if thats ever an issue. Overall this is a great mouse and Id recommend it to anybody looking to upgrade, for gaming or not. Its a great mouse with lots of features. I especially like the button to switch the wheel from free spin to notched for rapid scrolling or single click scrolling.

Finally. The G502 has wireless. Logitech has long had nearly perfect right handed gaming mice, and now the G502 has been updated offer the top of the line wireless experience HERO Sensor, Lightspeed engine, adjustable weights, and optional wireless induction charging using Logitechs POWERPLAY gaming mat mouse pad, which is sold separately from the mouse. Like all Logitech G products, the packaging for this mouse is solid and mostly recyclable cardboard. In the box is the mouse, a high quality braided cable for charging and data if a wired connection is preferred, a small clamshell container that holds the receiver, an adapter in case you need to use the cable to move the receiver away from interference or closer to the mouse, and the weights. The fit and finish are great, the rubberized grips are comfortable, and the buttons are positioned well. Everything has a premium prograde feel that you would expect from a mouse of this caliber. The mouse isnt the lightest wireless mouse you can buy, due to the physical limits of a larger righthanded mouse with multiple buttons, but for me a few grams of weight dont matter. Depending on your use case, the included weights can make the mouse heavier or adjust the balance point, so you can tune this thing for whatever you prefer. To add weights, just push down on the seam at the bottom of the thumb rest, and the magnetic door will open right up. The inside is slightly rubberized to hold the weights in their spots. Same goes for the rear circle push on the back of it and it will flip up. It can take more force than you might expect to get the circle to come up enough that you can get another finger under it and pull it out. Under there is a place to hold the receiver and the 4 gram weights can be added inside of the circle piece. This circle is also the part that gets replaced when the POWERPLAY mat is used to enable the induction charging feature. If the induction adapter is added, you cannot use the 4gram weights anymore as the adapter has no spaces for them. The wheel has the ability to either have the classic feel or with the push of a button the wheel unlocks and will spin freely, allowing for rapid scrolling. The lightspeed 1ms wireless and the HERO sensor make this a serious mouse for any application from gaming to productivity to photo editing. Features like the DPI shift allow the mouse to go from a higher DPI to a precision tool with the press of a button. The Gshift feature allows for a secondary mapping of every button to be applied when the Gshift key is held down, which lets you have up to 20 different commands mapped to buttons. The Ghub software also allows for macros to be mapped to a key, so the options are virtually limitless with this mouse. The mouse also supports RGB lighting there are two zones, one of them being the G logo, and the other being the settings lights. For maximum battery life youll probably want them off, but if using the induction charging or wired or you just like lights set them to anything you want using the Ghub software. Overall, for me, this is about as perfect as a gaming mouse can get. The right handed ergonomics are top notch, the performance is great, and it has plenty of buttons to meet just about any need, from gaming to productivity.

Absolutely love this mouse. The build quality is solid. I like extra buttons for binding them to other functions and this has a couple without being excessive. The weight is very good even without the added weights. I tried the Glorious Minus O before this one and it was just too light for me and it didnt fill out my large skinny hands. This mouse has a good weight to it and it fills into my palm nicely. The battery life is great as well. The dpi adjuster is a huge plus. And a bonus feature I didnt realise I was getting was the ability to unlock the scroll wheel and let it spin freely, makes for extremely fast scrolling. All in all, I am extremely happy with this mouse and I think Logitech will be the first place I look for all future gaming peripherals

i purchased this around 2 months ago upgraded from the 402 hero. i love this mouse so much so worth it. amazing dpi, have it on 3600 and always use the dpi shift for around 400 dpi to really get the pixels correctly when photoshoping pixel art. the mouse has 8 programmable buttons besides the main 3 left click, right click and middle click. its got a decent weight to it and it comes with weights that you can add if you feel that it is too light. its got amazing battery life. my pc is on and being used from morning to night so 1213 hours and i gotta charge the mouse maybe once a week or every 5 days. it can be used with a wire. the wire is great its braided and pretty long. overall a great mouse, its rgb is not too bad as well. most importantly tho i love the scroll wheel unlock feature. its so fun to just unlock the scroll wheel and just spin it like a fidget spinner. amazing mouse.

The mouse does not use LGS software and forces you to use LG Hub. LG Hub is not compatible with some older Logitech gear and forces you to upgrade your old gear or not use it at all. I see this as a flaw. Also the LG Hub is worse than LGS even after multiple updates. The mouse however was awesome and the feel was great. Battery was significantly long and took an hour to charge. Unfortunately, as I write this review it is because this is about my one year update after having the mouse and it has begun the infamous double click with the right mouse button. At times during FPS, when trying to use your scope you will scope in and out with one click. Also at times the right button will not even register a click. I believe something mechanical has gone bad and for 150 for a mouse that hasnt made it a year, that is unacceptable.

This mouse works pretty well for the most part and Ive had it for about a month. Its nimble, accurate, and helps me get the job done with a great assortment of nifty macro button features. However, one thing I find REALLY frustrating is the DPI change macro buttons to the left of the left click. There have been MORE then a few instances especially in FPS games where I accidentally press these buttons and my DPI goes wildly out of control. I had a G500 before and thought the sens macro button placements were better, but maybe Ill need a little more time to adjust.

I bought this mouse along with the PowerPlay charging pad for use with 2 macbook laptops. Overall, when things are working, the mouse is amazing. Very smooth motions at high dpi, no wireless lag. BUT the mouse software is super glitchy, which is very disappointing. The G HUB software loads differently on different occasions sometimes there are no config options, and often the mouse reverts back to the lowest dpi setting so the pointer is hardly movable. I have to wave the mouse around frantically in order to get the settings to kick back in, and sometimes have to sleep my laptop and turn it back on. Also, certain buttons on the mouse cant be mapped to certain functions mainly the accessory buttons on the left side. Generously giving 3 stars, but I would not buy this mouse given another chance to decide.

Ive been using the G502 for roughly 2 weeks now and it has been a joy. I typically play games up to a few hours a day and this mouse has made my overall experience much more enjoyable I upgraded from the older Logitech G602 which was already a good mouse, but the G502 is allaround a better experience. This is a nocompromise wireless gaming mouse Ive had issues in the past using other wireless mice in games, but the G502 provides all the accuracy and response of a topend wired mouse, without the annoying cable. Button placement and features are superb all of the hotkeys are within very easy reach, and the inclusion of the DPI switcher under the tip of the thumb is superbly placed its primary function is enabling better aim for sniping in FPS games. Ratchet to freescroll wheel switching is a great feature for nongaming use, and the rechargeable batterys life is generous. It also comes with some weights for finetuning the overall weight of the mouse to your preference, and RGB lighting, which I admittedly disabled straight away as I prefer the fairly substantial battery life increase thats to be had when its switched off. If RGB lighting is your thing though, the lit G logo and DPI indicators are tastefully done and fully customisable, with the lights being noticeable without causing distraction while gaming your palm covers the light when in use. Comfort is also excellent Ive never found my hand to be cramped or in any way uncomfortable after long periods of use my longest continuous use has been 4 hours in one sitting. Right from the off Ive never found myself searching for the right button to press either you can stay fully focused on the game without wrestling with the controls. Aesthetically its very much a gaming mouse it has a pointy and futuristic design, but I dont find it to be overtly tacky unlike a lot of other gaming hardware. Itll look right at home with a gaming rig, but if youre planning to use one in the office, it might look a tad out of place. Overall I cant recommend this mouse enough for gaming if youre looking for a highend mouse the G502 is a fantastic purchase, providing wonderfully considered design and high build quality.

So far, amazing. I deal with huge spreadsheets and needed the free scrolling which Im surprised isnt more common. I didnt like the new electromagnetic scrolling on the MX Master 3. I dont use the leftright scroll too often because I forget I have it but is also nice to have. The battery life seems good so far. I charged it to 100 2 days ago and its at 91 right now after about 12 hours of pretty constant use work. You can still use the mouse while its charging, connected with the USB cord. I really like how the USB cord is molded so it fits perfectly into the mouse and wont cause stress on the micro b port supported. I dont know how many older phones Ive had where the port has issues because the port isnt supported, breaking connections within the phone. you cant see this in the pictures. I think it was worth the price since I get exactly what I needed and then some.
