Had to return this phone, because I specifically typed in Verizon unlocked phone, and when I went to Verizon to turn my phone back on they told me that this phone was not compatible. So I am very unhappy. And I purchased this through Walmart.com which it specifically was labeled Verizon.

I got this phone for free from my mom and it is definitely an improvement from my previous phones.Everything is great.The display is really colourful,the camera is pretty decent for its price and the performance is good.But it gets really hot when doing heavy tasking such as playing PUBG so it isnt great for heavy gaming.But this phone is still doing great after 7 months of using it.Really appreciate it.

Screen icons are clunky looking. Bit disappointed at the sheer volume of notifications.. and difficultly keeping things private, making sure I turn stuff off. dont like any of the ring tones or alarm Options. Feel obligated to purchase ones as they dont wake me or sound great. Prefer older models with less tech, have to find everything to turn it off.

I bought a30s 7 to 8 month ago just one time it fall from my pocket, its just 2 feets and it display was broken and screen gone and it was like a rock strike to my head …… i cant do any thing because company did not give any broken warranty……

I bought this Samsung A30s because people were raving about how functional it was… But, as a person who takes a lot of video footage and photographs, I am unimpressed. There is very little in the way of control with what youre filming I have an old S4 that has more camera functionality. The quality, despite what I set it in, comes out looking like something I shot on a 2MP kids camera. I wont be buying Samsung again as I was severely disappointed in how this phones camera operated. Though I suppose if youre only buying it for messaging, phone calls and internet stuffs it will more than fit your needs…. But, imho, the asking price 449 when I bought it is too high given the low quality of the cameras in it.

Performance wise perfect.Display is super cool and has awesome colors.User Interface is better than ever. ONE UI5Camera is great but software processing is worst. This is one of 2 things i hate about this phone.And 2nd worst thing i mentioned about is updates. Still on 1st Nov 2019 security update Even A10s got 1st Jan 2020 Security update today is 25th march 2020 Still on android 9 Improving these 2 things will make this phone the best mid range phone ever

It came with an extra micro SDK card so it has 128g of memory now and a free case I still bought 1 Ive had no problems with the phone and it hasnt slowed down with all my apps. Only thing I do not like is wont let me video call but Im pretty sure that a metro issue
