One of the issues many of us gamers, especially those of us with multiple computers, have is that desk space is limited. Personally I run three computers on a vshaped desk and desk space is pretty limited. So when I saw the new Razer Huntsman, a keyboard that is a highquality and premium keyboard, but one that is about 60 of the size of a regular keyboard I knew that I wanted to give it a try. The fact that it had really cool RGB lighting was just the icing on the proverbial cake.Taking the keyboard out of the case is really an experience because you dont really realize just how much smaller it is going to be until you open the small box and see it for yourself. Its amazing in both looks and size to look at. The next thing you notice is the quality braided wiring that it comes with. Replacing my old Logitech G800 keyboard was going to free up a lot more desk space than even I had realized. Of course setting it up was a breeze, I mean you basically plug it in. The RGB lighting defaults to rainbow cycling of colors and although I suppose there is likely Razer software you could install to change the lighting yourself I did not do so as I didnt feel the need to change the lighting on my secondary computer I spend way too much time changing the lighting on my current computerTyping on the keyboard did not take long at all to get used to. As a touch typist the F and J keys are marked and I was able to quickly and proficiently type very quickly immediately on this keyboard. It also had a real good click feel in relation to gaming, so you know exactly when you press the keyboard, which is, at least in my opinion, mandatory for a gaming keyboard to have. I was able to use the WASD setup to play several games without any issue and I felt almost as if I was using my regular Corsair Strafe RGB keyboard until of course I looked down and saw the actual small keyboard.I think this is a great keyboard for gamers, but also anyone that wants to reclaim desk space and do so only with a high quality clickkey keyboard that they will not miss a beat using in a game but also be able to use to type an email for work on. Id highly recommend this keyboard for all you lan gamers out there as well since its so small and so light but yet it is corded so you will not have any issue at all with lag. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Purchased for a new. It was working fine as I installed windows which I ended up doing twice because while adding other software or new windows updates to my fresh install Id have this issue eventually where login would be slow and explorer exe would crash. On my second clean install while troubleshooting this issue I noticed the keyboard double or triple entering some of my keystrokes and bogging the system down when Id hold certain keys down. At that point I put in an older huntsman regular keyboard and everything worked fine. I used this mini in my old build that is all up to date too and it works fine there, so I dont know exactly why this keyboard was incompatible with my new build.Aside from that weird issue the keyboard is great though. Clicky opto mechanical switches are the best around and Ive tried so many different kinds of switches.

I cant give this a solid review because I owned it a total of 30 minutes bought wireless mouse and told salesman was looking for a wireless keyboard. He recommended this one but turns out it isnt wireless. Gets 4 stars bc I loved the size and feel. Too bad it wasnt wireless went with Logitech 915TKL lightspeed which is a bit larger, TKL and wireless. Also a bit more expensive but Im happy with it and the few additional features.

This is probably the best keyboard I have ever used for gaming. The best part about it is how quiet the keyboard is. My fianc would always complain about how loud my previous keyboard was and Im not a fan of the clicky Keys. This is night and day. The keys are a bit harder to click but worth it when typing normal things. Id recommend this to anyone who wants a great keyboard with noise suppression. I use it heavy for Warzone and other FPS games.

To start, please dont make the mistake I made. I love this keyboard. It is small, has a fast response and seems to withstand the brutal force I use sometimes when playing some games. The issue was that I started using it without installing the Synapse software, which allows you to customize it to your liking. Once I did it, I had only good things to say about it.Yes, it looks tall but it feels very stable although it is too loud for me. Fortunately, it is comfortable and being compact, it not only saves space but it gives me the feeling of freedom with so much desk real estate, which is a nice thing when you play for hours like me.Im not a young guy anymore but I love RGB lighting. Be it on my kitchen or home officegaming room. The glow is bright enough and definitely fits well in my echo system. What else can I say about it Other than the software interface that could be improved a little, I am very satisfied. I must admit though that I didnt get used to it when doing actual work. It was hard to not find the dedicated keypad as I would my regular keyboard but I just use the other one for other types of serious business.

As Im sure many parents reading this can relate, my son has spent a good amount of time during the pandemic playing PC and Xbox games while his school has been closed. He really loved the lighting effects of the keyboard and the fact it can be controlled without the need for extra software to be installed. There are simple presets listed on the back of the box that control the lighting, essentially the Fn Ctrl number and so they are easy to remember. The small size means its great for when he wants to take the keyboard on the road or over to a friends house and the detachable USB cable is great as you sometimes find the point of attachment to be a point of weakness on keyboards where the cable is attached permanently. The 2 year warranty on the keyboard is also a nice added extra and illustrates this is a quality product through and through.

I am a minimalist so as a result i enjoy compact and functional technology. There arent any other big recognizable brands doing 60 boards so I bought razers as soon as I discovered it. As a mechanical gaming board, there are no problems at all works very well after all its made by razer. However, I will say that after owning it for about a month, I miss the arrow and function keys. Of course you can rebind and press multiple keys to get the result you want, but additional steps are annoying. And again there is a work around this problem, but if you are looking for a small good quality board this is the one.

This Razer Keyboard is awesome. Ive had it for a few days and it has been an awesome addition to my setup. The key are tactile but not super loud for when Im on the mic. The responsiveness is crazy fast. The new smaller form factor makes my setup so sleek and clean. The RGB makes it really pop as well and the hotkeys make it easy to change without having to go into the Chroma app each time. Im so happy they used USB C for the IO on this keyboard for added port durability and longevity of the keyboard. Definitely would recommend for someone looking for a fast and responsive keyboard without all the bulk on a full size.

Just got this yesterday. So far, so good. Keyboard is very fast. Also very silent. I was thinking about getting the tournament edition, but I couldnt stop thinking about the loud noise that it would make. My room is right by my parents, so I needed a keyboard that was quiet and durable. This is what I was looking for. Its taking some getting used to, but I am very satisfied. The rgb on the keyboard is also really nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Great 60 percent keyboard. The switches I got were the red linear. Super smooth actuation and much more quiet than the typical mechanical keyboard. Very pleasant typing experience. Having a smaller keyboard let me move it around on the desk easier and position my hands in alot more different ways. The rgb is good brightness level and illuminate well. The one thing isnt clearly noted is that the when synapse is installed the FN Number hot key to switch rgb lighting effects wont work. If synapse is uninstalled or shut off completely the shortcut works. Very happy with the purchase.

The keyboard itself isnt bad, but in comparison to other keyboards in this price segment ex. HK Venus, Ducky Mecha Mini it lacks behind. Optical switches arent anything special since there are 60 compact boards running Gateron optical switches which can also be hot swapped. Plastic build is disappointing at this price.Overall a decent keyboard but should be cheaper and believe it or not, Razers switches arent special and do not constitute a price premium.

Ive had this keyboard for a while and I love it Its Linear switches are quiet and very nice to press. Also I had doubts about buying this and how it would look on my desk, but even though most of my gaming rig is black. This stands out in a good way. Only disadvantage is its mostly plastic and I wouldnt think of it very durable, but thats just personal preference as I dont smash my keyboard into my desk. IT IS worth the money in my opinion as you cant find a 60 keyboard with linear switches for this price so easily.

This keyboard is great for gamers and others. The 60 form factor is great for room on the desk, the secondary functions on the keyboard are great, and the presets for lighting are great. Although the presets and other features, this keyboard can be customized on Razers software, Razer Synapse 3. There is a USB typec cord that is detachable, and is great for traveling. The purple razer optical switches are loud, but when gaming, you cant really hear it. One problem I had with it was the preset of lighting, it didnt have the color I wanted, but it didnt matter. Overall, this keyboard is great, especially coming from Razer.

Razer has always been known for being at or near the top in consumers options for computer gaming peripherals and they did not disappoint with the Huntsman Mini Gaming Keyboard. They packed everything you would hope to see from a fullsize customizable mechanical gaming keyboard into the Huntsman Mini making gaming on the go more convenient without sacrificing too much. Just like their fullsize keyboards, you can customize the Razer Chroma RGB lighting, buttons, etc. using the Razer Synapse application or via the onboard memory and lighting effects hot keys. You can also use the function key to select key options that would normally be available on a standard size keyboard. With Razers Clicky Optical Switch, the mechanical feel in the keys is as smooth and responsive as you would expect from Razer for seamless and lightning fast actuation. As you can see by my pictures, the size and layout of the buttons is similar in spacing. The keyboard does have two flip out stands in the rear to tilt it up slightly as you would normally see in a standard keyboard. The keyboard connects to your computer using a detachable USBC to USB connection although it would have been nice if it also had a Bluetooth option although I know gamers would be sacrificing speed. Another drawback with the Huntsman Mini is the lack of wrist pad making it a little uncomfortable and less ergonomic however you could always add a thirdparty wrist pad to help. I would recommend this keyboard for laptop travel gamers as it should fit easily in a laptop bag however it definitely is not as comfortable or user friendly as a full size gaming keyboard with more shortcut keys available.

DO NOT buy this keyboard unless you wanna risk the chance of your PC being unusable every time you plug it in. Basically every time I used this keyboard on my Pc Ryzen 3600, 1660 Super my Windows 10 taskbar would be unresponsive and I couldnt use any Windows Apps. I also couldnt use applications like Firefox because they would crash right after I opened them. This usually lasts for about 5 minutes but sometimes you have to restart your PC multiple times for it to work. Ive seen other customers experience this same exact problem with no fix. They even got an RMA from Razer but they still had the same problem on a 2nd Huntsman Mini Keyboard. Razer hasnt released a firmware update for the keyboard since September so I doubt theyll even fix this soon. This issue might be caused by an incompatibility with AMD CPUs but its not confirmed. Ive just read that a lot of the people experiencing this have AMD CPUs.Even after all of this the keyboard also wouldnt be recognized by the Razer Synapse 3 software so I couldnt change the keyboards RGB.Overall I loved how this keyboard felt and looked but it doesnt matter if I cant use my PC whenever I plug it in.

Amazing, responsive, and small. I sold my Huntsman TE to get this board, as Im a fan of saving space on my desk top. This keyboard did not disappoint. The technology behind these keys brings fast speed and response time, which is good for things like gaming, but, also, lets me do things like write emails without issues. The form factor is perfect, for me. You get a small bodied keyboard, but you have the functionality of a fullsized keyboard do to the key layering. If youre in the market for a 60, you should definitely consider this board. Great job on Razers part for listening to their customerbase.

Summary Its a great performer with smooth, silent switches, its a gorgeous board, especially with the backlight set to just white, and its pretty reasonably priced. Overall, my favorite 60 board by an OEM.Im shocked with how good Razers optolinear switches feel. Theyre vastly smoother and quieter than Cherry MX Reds. Obviously, like any other prebuilt keyboard, theres a good bit of chatter and rattle in the larger keys, especially the space bar and shift keys, but thats more or less expected. Damping sounds okay, I dont really hear any spring ping whatsoever, which is greatDesign is gorgeous. I love the look with no backlight or just a dim white. Not much to say here. Appreciate the matching white braided USBC CablePerformance is as expected. Razer Synapse is fine…Overall, a great board, and not even as expensive as Id expect from Razer

Beautiful keyboard, but cheaply made. Purchased the white edition and got an all white setup. Not even 6 months later the Steele finish under the caps is coming off in some places. Taser will not replace either. Also the white finish on key caps coming off on parts of the keyboard. Probably the worst Razer product I have purchased and I have been using full razer setup on multiple builds over 15 years.

Reviewing this keyboard was an experience. As Gamers you are used to massive oversized keyboards with keypads , and tons of features that you dont end up using.Enter Razers Mini Huntsman 60 keyboard. Its compact fits one hand easily. It reduces the footprint space on the desk. Is it goodPlaying AC COD it was refreshing as the keyboard was simple to use. It was responsive and accurate. The Razer Synapse RGb app was quick to recognize the keyboard and allowed for color changes quickly. If you are in the game for a compact keyboard thats accurate and precise check this Razer mini huntsman

I have never been big into gaming with a keyboard, but this device may change my play style. It is tiny when compared to a full size keyboard, however the keys fill natural and highly responsive. The smaller area makes getting to different keystrokes fluid and quicker. The keys have a loud clicking noise but this is not an issue with how well the keys function. It is well lit and the color combinations are very cool. The keyboard cord is plenty long and adds very little added bulk . It is light but seems very well built. It is also very comfortable to use in your lap for typing outside of gaming. This will be a permanent addition to my gaming laptop, as well as all my additional typing needs.

Ive been using this keyboard for about 2 months now, and I gotta say, its pretty good. It has those nice double pbt keycaps, selective rgb settings by pressing fn ctrl 2,3,4,5,6,7 nice sound to it if youre in to click keyboards and overall its a nice keyboard to use But I feel that they couldve improved on their stabilizers, as well as maybe lowering the price. I feel like this is a 90110 keeb, not a 120.Also, I wish you could just press the fn button and itd just stay like that until you turn it off. In conclusion, great keyboard Could use a little work on stabilizers, making it a lil cheaper, and the fn button could be better.

amazing keyboard. I will say, if you are a fan of the less pingy and more quiet keyboards then this item is not for you. I dont mind the ping from it and all its clicky personality but sometimes i do find it to be too much. Some foam will help and some lube but the keyboard is great and feels good as well. it comes with a braided usb c cable as well so durability is something not worth worrying about. Try it out

I love the size but this keyboard is way over priced. The shift button already broke on me, keeps on getting stuck. Its 119 for a fully built plastic keyboard. If the key board was something else besides plastic then yeah I could under stand. First gaming keyboard. I went with the 60 as I like the small form factor and all the unnecessary buttons arent there. The customization with the razer software is awesome. I also went with the purple switches as Im a fan of the clicky keys. It pairs nicely with any razer mouse. The build quality feels very sturdy and not cheap. After pairing this with the razer basilisk I dont think I could ever go back to a controller in first person shooters its a great combo that compliments each other very well. It also comes in a variety of different switch options.

The keyboard itself works well keys are silent compared to brown and blue style switches and the travel for the key to activate is very minimal. The problem that led me to returning this keyboard, was that when I would start my PC, a lot of the start up processes would hang and become unresponsive. To resolve the issue, I would have to unplug the keyboard and plug it back in several times. I thought that the problem was with the Synapse software, so I tried it on a machine without synapse and had encountered the same issue. Again, its a beautiful fast keyboard, but when it makes the computer unusable at any point, its not worth the price.

Honestly, if you cant get the red switches I wouldnt even consider the purples unless they updated them because they just sound cheap. The clicking is fine, but they do not handle stabs well at all. It makes a rough metallic sound from Im assuming the springs and its not a good sound at all, but that being said, the pressure to actually stab also feels like not a lot, so just pressing the key slightly too hard will give you that sound. The actual keyboard also just feels cheap, it looks nice, but it being pure plastic only weight around a pound and it feels way cheaper than a 100 keyboard should. I originally bought it because I had a razer mouse and wanted to make syncing them easy, but I ended up buying the new HyperX Alloy Origins 60 for the same price and the difference in quality is astounding to the point I just ended up getting a mouse from them as well. The huntsman mini is fine as long as youre willing to shell out more for less quality because you want razer, but if not I wouldnt recommend it.

I have a full sized gaming keyboard from another brand. Wasnt quite sure what to expect from use of a 60 size keyboard. This one does have a great feel with loud, very responsive keys. The keys are standard size. This is exactly the same footprint as keys only, no number pad, on a standard mechanical keyboard. Gaming with it is a joy. The lights are what youd expect, and there is software for programming all aspects. The software is pretty bloated, but serviceable. I will use this as my goto for gaming just for the responsiveness compared to my other one, but theres no way Id use this as my daily driver. So if you want to save space, and all youll do in that space is game, its perfect. But to actually replace a full size keyboard, I would reconsider.

Pros lightweight, solid build little to no rattle contrary to some YouTube reviews, smooth and quiet switch actuation, very responsive and good for FPS games also easy to ergonomically readjust, customizable rgb with or without synapse, braided usbc cord, and durable pbt key caps.Cons takes some getting used to if you are coming from full size board or even tkl. All other keys are remapped to fn and light up when u hold fn, which is helpful. So far my biggest readjustment is needing fn for the arrow keys. Slightly overpriced.Overall I highly recommend this board.

This keyboard is super smooth i had no problems with it and it runs amazing. This keyboard is good for both schoolwork and gaming i love this keyboard it fits on my desk and overall i give this a 1010. Writing this review i am using this keyboard and the switches are very nice because each one has sort of a stabilizer on them. Another thing is the keycaps are nice. i bought the purple clicky switches with the keyboard and it is good although the linear switches are 129.99 USD that is fine but overall this is a great pick if your have a small desk.

So I had originally bought the huntsman mini with the tactile keys and it was a little too noisy for me. but then I went back and exchanged it for the linear with no problems. Overall its a great keyboard for the price. it has 2 angle adjustments so you can have it level, 6 degrees, or 9 degrees. all in all a great purchase in my opinionP.S. it has decent RGB and its fairly simple to operate and change.

I was looking for a keyboard to play Fortnite with, after using controller for several years. I had never used a keyboard for playing games so this was a big change. I didnt know what type of keyboard I would like, just that I didnt want anything really loud. The keys are pretty quiet and easy to press. Sometimes I wonder if theyre a little too quite and too easy to press. I find that Im accidently hitting keys, but that could also be my fault and not the keyboard.RGB wasnt an imporant factor for me when buying the keyboard, but I love it The Synapse software makes it easy to customize the colors.I have small hands and the keys are easy to reach.Overall Ive enjoyed using this keyboard and have had no issues with it. Ive used it for Fortnite and for regular typing.

Overall, I am in love with this keyboard. The keyboard comes in high quality packaging and the build quality is amazing. Id ssy it was definitely worth the price especially if you buy the one with red linear optical switches. They sound amazing and the keycaps come off perfectly so you dont have to worry about damaging them. The only thing Id say that bothers me is just the stabilizers in the space bar becuase they sound a little weird. Other than that great keyboard and would recommend You can also swap the keycaps to anythijg compatible with the switch. I personally used the HyperX black pudding keycaps and they look awesome. Take a look at the picture I posted.

Didnt think I was gonna really like this keyboard for casual gaming setup.Key travel and feel are awesome. Took a few minutes to get used to it but once I did. Less spelling mistakes as it type when I used it for writing some word doc for testing. But into gaming. Now it doesnt have macro keys or those assignable keys but for movement it really works. Input lag not an issue.Even used it on my Xbox one X.Could not control color with it but does work.Easier to handle than a full size keyboard. Great for those game that dont require a mouse control also.

Needed a new keyboard since my other one was taking up too much space on my desk. Keys are very responsive though they can be somewhat clicky there is a tutorial on how to deafen the clicky sound somewhere on YouTube. Some travel time is present but Im used to it as most keyboards Ive used have a decent amount of travel time to them. Overall a decent keyboard if you need something that will take up less room, has lighting effects, and has a nice quality build to it

You can get many 60 keyboards on amazon from random companies many of them feel the same and use the same type of switches usually gateron or cherry mx However what these keyboards lack are the extra key functionality, usually they have complicated key combos. Simply hitting the fn key lights up the keys that are used for arrows, F112, Del, etc. Here everything is clearly labeled and are accessible by simply just pressing the function key, furthermore you get the razer software for greater customization.I tried out the clicky version, but the switches felt very cheap and almost sounded they were going to break everytime I typed something. By far the linear switches are the best way to go, super smooth and provide the right amount of resistance.I recommend the linear switches over the click 100

I love the click from pressing a key. The preset light options are fun and using the program included Ive been able to customize my own setups as well. The keyboard is very responsive and Ive had no issues so far. My only complaint would be wanting a keyboard with a 10 key next time so I dont need to swap out keyboards for different uses. Overall I love it though.

while using the razer huntsman mini I found everything about it excellent. The purple optical switching that comes factory lubed just sounds amazing while typing and while playing games. overall the build quality is very nice with an aluminum backplate and very soled plastic. The razer optical switches are aimed toward faster response time with the switches having a sorter distance and it is very noticeable while playing games. overall I recommend this keyboard to anyone within the price range.

The razer huntsman mini is an amazing compact 60 keyboard. This white version provides a very clean layout that actually looks like an office productivity keyboard due to its non gamery layout with the fonts and its pristine white colour.I was hesitant to buy this keyboard at first due to its originally premium price point, although as time passed by it has gotten so much cheaper and I was finally able to pick this up.The silicon dampeners make this keyboard sound great with minimal pinging and scratchy noises. Absolute pleasure to type on.There is an issue connecting to a PC that has Ryzen CPU in it where it would slow down your computer on start up causing you to wait 510 minutes or longer for everything to run smoothly again. THANKFULLY Razer did notice this issue and fixed it with a firmware update that you must MANUALLY navigate on their website in the support tab. After I downloaded it, the issue went away.I actually really love this keyboard to the point I may actually buy another one of these in black colour.Despite some negative reviews I saw online, Razer did pretty good with this keyboard in my opinion. Just make sure to do some research first because my opinion may sound a bit lacking in detail or ambiguous.

Ive used the full size keyboard most of my life. Ive been in the computers for over 30 years. This is my first 60 keyboard. The first thing youll notice is how quiet it is. Its everything you can expect from this brand. The caveat if there has to be one is the arrow keys are now function keys. Other than that, its amazing. The second version of the Cherry switches are beautiful.

Poor build quality. Feels very cheap as if it were 50. Not sure if its the switches but precisely trying to position yourself in game is extremely difficult because the slightest tap of the keys makes you move extremely far over. Even the keys feel very cheap and get stuck if you replace them with other standard keys. Go with the Glorious Gaming 60 keyboard instead as it is extremely high quality for the same price.

The keyboard has a fatal flaw with some computer systems. It crashes the Windows task bar on startup, and also every time the computer wakes from sleep. The taskbar becomes unusable for a period of anywhere from 510 minutes. This is an issue known to Razer since at least December and it has not been resolved. There are posts all over the internet about it, including the Razer forums. Some people are saying it mainly affects Ryzen systems, but there have also been complaints from people with Intel systems.

Smaller… I SAID SMALLER Finally. A nice tiny keyboard. From someone who has spent a long time playing fps games at very low sensitivity, the keyboard length has always been a problem for me. First I got rid of the num pad, now, finally, I can get rid of those useless arrow keys. Love the key press time. Now we just wait to see if Razers fabled durability or lack thereof rears its stinking head.

Great little keyboard. Reason for 3 stars is that I bought 2 of them. One black and one white. Black one works perfectly at times and my white one was a nightmare. The white one would cause my taskbar to not work and keys also didnt work. Would plug in the other keyboard and fixed. Uninstalled all drivers and razer synapse and tried just using the white one and same issue. Plugged in the black one and everything worked. Theres a suspension that it could be the pcb of the keyboard or something not clicking with ryzen cpus. Honestly I like the keyboard but its been more of a headache than anything else. Returning the white one and trying my luck again or going the Corsair route.

Amazing 60 keyboard. The typing experience is nice with the Gen2 optical red switches. Takes some time getting used to the secondary keys, but they grow on you. The look is amazing and the keycaps are interchangeable with tradition mx so you can customize your keyboard the way you would like it to look. You can also modify this keyboard to help eliminate any hollow sounds by opening it up and putting some foam inside the the casing.

Nice 60 keyboard that syncs well with other razor products. Durable and long UBS A to C cable, but the cable port is fairly deep but should fit most USB C cables without a bulky connector housing. Red switches are super quiet and smooth. Some of the keycaps have inconsistent shine through with the larger keys having some shadows around the edges of the font. Will not work on a Mac as some keys and secondary functions are not recognized. Does not come with a dust cover, which is disappointing for the price point.

Its a 60 keyboard. As long as youre good to learn some of the shortcuts youll be fine. The trade off is that its very space saving and minimalistic. Very nice keyboard to type on and play games. Im currently enjoying this at the office and will be trying it out at home with fps some games, but I dont foresee any issues. This keyboard is very light weight, due to the obvious size of the product. Also the materials keep it on the light side, aluminum top plate but everything else is plastic. Feels sturdy though and havent had an accidental slide, so I feel like it will stay planted just fine. The sound profile is alright, a little loud for some, but I enjoy the feed back noises. Its hard to describe the feel of the razer purple opto switches, they are not as clicky or as loud as a traditional cherry mx blue switch. They also dont require as much force to activate, they literally trigger right on the bump, which I like. So far Im getting used to this keyboard fairly quickly and enjoying it.I purchased the black color option and not the mercury white. The black color option seems to keep the RGB lighting at a minimal, meaning it doesnt look too bright or flashly, enough to get the job done and see the legends in low lighting. I believe the white color option would really help make the RGB reflect and shine much more, so keep that in mind if the RGB is an important factor in your decision. One con is that I wish the shorcuts that are printed on the front of some of the keys were shine thru, they are not, so in low lighting it can be difficult at first until you get used to the boards layout thats if you need to use some of a full size keyboards functions. You can use the software, or you can adjust the lighting with shorcuts without having to use the software, which is nice.If youre a minimalist or a gamer who prefers to have more desk real estate open for your mouse movements you will really enjoy this keyboard. Im using the purple switches, Im normally a linear guy so Im sure the reds are even more enjoyable and cant wait to try those out sometime soonThe switches have a very light feel to them. I like to bottom out the keys when I type, it has a foreign yet satisfying feeling to them. The switches have some odd sound feedback to them at times. Im thinking its due to the switch design, specifically the stabilizers on each switch. The price point is not bad IMO. Yeah 119 USD to start for a keyboard can seem like a bit much, but if youre a keyboard person it really does fall in line with the typical pricing trend sure I do wish overall the market wasnt so expensive though. Compared to a ducky or even an anne pro its a little more money around 10 or 20 but the trade off is that this keyboard can be bought at a big box retail store, aka meaning minimal to no wait time. Just go pick one up instead of waiting for shipping or stock to replenish from a favorite website. Also if you have any issues right away you can go right back to the store instead of having to ship it backOverall I recommend this keyboard, works good, I like how it types, and its not super flashy. You can customize it with different keycaps if you like, just know that as of right now razer and other third parties do not make any keycaps with the front printed shortcuts as replacements.

Great minimalist keyboard, Im loving how small and sturdy it is, no flex at allThe key caps are double shot PBT and have a nice texture feel to them nothing harsh. I love the lighting is strong enough, without being on your face benefit of the PBT key caps. The keys are razers optomechanical purple ones clicky and tactile, akin to cherry mx blues, however with faster actuation and greater endurance as they use a light beam to actuate.PROSOptomechanical switches.PBT double shot key caps these should be a standard, premium keyboards should ditch ABS plastic forever.Minimalist 60 design, super portable, can take it on my bag to Lan parties yes, my friends and I still do Lan parties.Letters are slim and let thru enough light without being annoying,Razer Synapse, can synchronize profiles with the cloud. You can record macros no dedicated macro keys, however you can assign macros to certain combination of keys, its possible to record them.Being 60 gives tremendous portability and desk space if you use a very low DPI setting on your mouse, this kb will give you a lot of desk space to move it.CONSMost keys keys have a double function for the keys that are missing physically like arrow keys, page up, end etc, HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT BACKLIT Razer, what were you thinking They should be backlit too, when there is low ambien light, you cannot see them at all I know Razer listens, so these should be a future improvement.Would be nice if they included a wrist wrest like they do with the Hunstman elite would pay a little extra for a version that includes this. Or maybe sell one in the future.LOUD The purple tactile and clicky optomechanical switches are loud, like cherry mx blues kind of loud. If you care about this, get the version with the red ones, I heard they improved them with silicone dampeners and lube. At least they have that option for you that care about noise.

I would love to give this key board a perfect 5 star review but I have been running into issues… my U key is no longer picking up on the changes in RGB and is just a static white color while the others change and shift. Also I find at random times my O key will just stop working I registered the warranty and I am thinking about contacting Razer .. for 120 everything should be running smooth..Other than that, aesthetically, its an awesome key board. The feel of it is high quality as well. I had to get used to not having the arrow keys but I would trade those for a more minimal set up look any day. If it wasnt so darn cute this review would prob be 3 stars because of the glitches I experienced

So… this surprised me. When I was getting this, I as thinking that the keys would be smaller, and that I would fumble with it. Lets get a couple things straightFull Size Keys, for the ones that are there. No Numeric keyboard or arrowsThe extra HomePgUPDown, nope those gone there too.And all the extra plastic around, that is gone. This is a physically smaller keyboard… it takes less space, and is SOLID. This is not a gimmick keyboard that you see out there. I can keep up with my 100 wpm while typing, great response from the keys and I actually enjoy the clicking it is not a quiet keyboardThe RGB lighting is interesting, something that I personally dont use… but gives a nice tough.Long term, this is going to be a great external keyboard for my gaming laptop, especially as space gets limited from time to time.

Ive had a cooler master keyboard for years now, do swapping out to try this was a bit nerve racking as I didnt know what to expect. But I should have known that Razer doesnt let you down. The keyboard looks and feels great. Responsiveness is superb. Ive always preferred full keyboards rather than mini but this may make me change my mind.Customizing the lighting is always fun. Its weight makes it sturdy enough that it doesnt really move while youre doing intense gaming where you may be a bit more aggressive with the keyboard.Overall a very solid keyboard that I highly recommend

Purchased 2 of these, both faulty firmware.CON The keyboard worked for about a day, then after a day of gaming, the following day about half of the keyboards keys stopped inputting. I couldnt even log into my PC due to the PC not being able to detect some of the keys needed for my log in.After investigating I seen it was an issue that has happened to small group of people for many years now, seems to tie with Razer Synapse. Razer even has a forum page on the issue where they publicly address the issue and provide a fix but the fix did nothing. I even contacted Razer Support and got nowhere. Sound and typing feel is pretty lack luster. This is definitely a keyboard built for quiet gaming. Not a bad thing, but something to keep in mind. Pricey. For a cheaper price, you can get other 60 keyboards without having to use Razers horrible Razer Synapse software. And bad customer service, and history of using cheap hardware. You can go Ducky keyboards and save money or spend more and get a custom keyboard thatll work and feel great.PRO The 60 layout and the fitting of the keys is actually pretty decent. Your fingers sit decently comfortably on the keys. The switches are nice as well, quick and quiet if you go linear. It was my first time trying linear switches and was impressed.

Great form factor and build quality. The lighting is relatively dull due to a dark backplate but thats ok I suppose just not nearly as bright as many other keyboards. The arrow keys do require the FN key to be pressed to use them which is kind of bothersome as my other 60 board does not require that but its not really a deal breaker. I would still recommend this board of someone is looking to get into the 60 space savings form factor and portability,

Amazing It is very fast and responsive with no lag. The Razer Chroma app makes it very difficult to chose lighting options which I wish they would improve on. Logitech g Hub is much easier, simpler, faster and it works. So you may run into issues with the software which is annoying but the product itself besides the RGB software is great. The form factor is of course the best thing about this product and the amount of space youll be saving on your desk Its a great buy

Solid keyboard, but has a little bit of rattle. The purple switches definitely take care of the need for that tactile feedback. The key caps are put, so no oily key caps. Took the liberty of putting foam in the case and now its the best 60 I own. Sure you could get a gk61 or a ducky, but the lightning fast optical switches are king. Come with a nice enough detachable usb c. The RGB is solid and easily controllable with the razer synapse software.

Ok. Ive had many keyboards and some Ive spend way too much money on but Ive never had a quality keyboard that was this small beforeI knew it would be but man its really smaller then I expected. On the other side it is extremely wellmade you can feel the quality when you pick it up, and you will love the clickiness of the keys. I guess its an acquired taste, some people like different keys but this ones are completely perfect for this keyboard and from what I like.Ive used many different ones currently I believe I am using the Brown key caps on my corsair but they always seem to subdued. This keyboard has the best key caps that Ive ever tried.Besides that I do want to mention that this keyboard is not cordless but the cord is a good length and good quality. From what I can say so far it does not feel dense but instead I feel just right and the RGB is quality as well. Razor seems to always make good products but theres so far is my favorite.

I had the razed black widow and recently upgraded to this keyboard for more mouse space. This is a nice keyboard but it isnt worth 130. The keyboard is light and the build quality is a little cheap. The keys feel nice and are pretty quiet and they are miles better than the purple switch version. The rgb is nice on the keyboard and the function key prints are a really nice additions since you are missing the extra keys. These switches are very fast and feel responsive. They arent the best feeling switches on earth but they are good. Keyboard is Also in stock and shipping is better than other keyboards like the ducky one 2 mini which cant be found anywhere. The keyboard overall is a good buy but is not work 130. If you find it on sale it is even more worth it.

I bought this to replace a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2016 edition with the Razer Green switches. I immediately noticed on the stores demo that the Purple clicky optical switches on this Huntsman mini are slightly quieter with a similar feel to the Green switches Im used to. The keyboards construction and finish are excellent. The LEDs are nice and bright and the keycaps are slightly textured for a nice feel. The keyboard also feels solid and heavy for its size thanks to the aluminum top plate. Using this keyboard does have a bit of a learning curve. The keys are closer together than they would be on a fullsized board and you have to use Fn key combinations for many of the missing function keys such as the F112 keys and everything that would have been on the right side of a standard keyboard. A nice touch is that holding Fn tuns off the backlight on every key except the ones that have secondary functions, which light up white. Triggering a function that stays on, such as Caps Lock results in that key staying white and ignoring the backlight settings for quick identification. Overall, Im very satisfied with my purchase and Id recommend this to anyone looking to save desktop space, as this keyboard has a very small footprint and great quality.

The Razer Huntsman Mini Gaming Keyboard 60 Keyboard Optical Key Switches Individually Customizable Chroma RGB Lighting Black is a new experience in gaming keyboarding. All the basic features of other higherend, larger keyboards, without taking up all your desks real estateI found the keyboard feel to be great, similar to the brown keys on another keyboard. Fast, responsive, accurate They claim 60 less surface, but it feels closer to 50 because there is zero bezel round the keys The only issue I had was that the arrow keys require a function key to work…PROS All the Razer goodness and quality Easy keys, great feel, fast, responsive LED lighting, programmable Small footprint Long USBA to USBC braided cableCONS Arrow keys require function key to activate.

Razer should have this available with Cherry Mx Red Switches. These razer switches are garbage and loud. The keycaps wobble a lot because of these switches dont provide enough stability. The FN key should be a toggle instead of press and hold. It becomes very annoying having to press the FN key to use the arrows. The Synapse software needs to be running on the background for the lightning effect to work. You cannot store lighting effects on the keyboard. When the computer goes to sleep, the lighting effect switches to spectrum cycling no matter what effect you had.

It would be a disservice to yourself to purchase this product over a Ducky, Anne Pro, GK61 which has hotswap featured at half the price of this productThis is an average keyboard at best, especially if you go with the clicky switches. I respect Razer for making an attempt at a 60 form factor, but at a price point of 120130 you are not getting the quality of cheaper options on the market. The rattle of the stabilizers is remarkably awful as it was with the Huntsman TE.The weight of the board is very light. This could be a benefit or a negative according to your preferences. Also, if youre purchasing this due to the implementation of optical switches you can get a GK61 with yellow optical switches for approximately 80. As I mentioned that board is hotswap as well.

This has a very small footprint and depending on your predilection and needs you may find this to be helpful or maybe not so. I like it. I can pack this into my bag and just leave home. This is not my first Razer. I had a Black Widow many years back and loved that one as well. But this one has faster really more fast response time and you will know this when you sit down and give it a strong test ride. This is smaller and overall the software works better and you can really change the color and settings. Previous generation users will know what I am talking abut. If you are a first time user, just be ready to be pleasantly surprised.Typing is not a chore but if this is your first 60 keyboard then you may need some time to get used to it.I love the loud keys. The click is just too beautiful, for me. I know some hate the loudness. But man, you can feel the pedal hitting the medal and sometimes thats a great experience.Doublefunctionality for some keys are great but dudes where is the light for those ones Backlight is important for everythingThis is great for gamers. But as a side story, I have been typing on this for the last few days and just the clicking response is so wonderful that I have my wife trying to snatch this away from me a few times though she kind of struggles a bit, at the moment, with the mininess of the layout. Buy this boys. And girls.

I bought this keyboard because I wanted something small to give me more room to move my mouse. Considering that its a 60 percent there are definitely some sacrifices, most notably easy access to the directional keys up, down, left, right which I use pretty often. However, my biggest complaint is the key switches. For general typing they are quite awful. If using exclusively for gaming this might be a decent keyboard but if you plan to spend a reasonable amount of time doing general typing id recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been a user of gaming keyboards with clicky switches for a long time. I read reviews about this keyboard and saw that the overall recommendation was to get the linear switches. I was skeptical at first because I did not know if I would get used to it after using razer green switches for so long. I got used to this keyboard after only a few hours of use The gaming and typing experience is extremely smooth and responsive. It has excellent build quality and although the 60 size isnt for everyone, I definitely do not regret buying this keyboard. Well worth my money.

Returned mine due to what sounds like a pretty pervasive issue with keys on the right side not working some of the time, seems to be a combination of a hardware and software issue. Additionally, about half of the keys are factoryset to have specific functions when Fn is pressed, important on a 60 board, and those arent remappable. Basically every other 60 board lets you map anything to anything, so its kind of baffling that Razer chose to hardcode those bindings in.I cant recommend it unless youre really into the Razer ecosystem and okay with rolling the dice on getting a good one.

I have been using this Keyboard for a little over a month now, and I have been greatly enjoying it Build quality is very good, and It has been an absolute joy to use type on. Something to keep in mind is that the keys are quite loud to use, so if you are constantly talking with people you might have to adjust your microphone sensitivity so that they do not hear it. Thats just something to know, but if you like clicky keys, like I do, then you will enjoy It is also somewhat pricey, as it is a Razer product, but if you can get it on sale then I think it is really worth it. If youre looking at this keyboard, you know what youre getting into already. There are no physical F keys, arrow keys or homeend cluster. Youll have to use the Fn key to get to those. So if your work or game requires any of these keys to be pressed quickly, consider getting the Tournament version instead.Other than that, its a great keyboard. I like the clicky optical switches a lot more than the Razer green switches on my Blackwidow Elite. The space saving is a bonus too. RGB is a little dim but nothing too bad. Its on the expensive side but worth it.

The Razer Huntsman Mini is a fast mechanical keyboard with small form factor for cheap. unfortunately theres an emphasis on cheap. while the board has little flex, extremely fast switches falsest ive tried and enough rgb to blind someone permanently this keyboards build feels and is cheap. The stabilizers were rattily, switches were loud, the plastic is cheap and flexible and the screws strip with easer if you want to customize. Good gaming keyboard that cuts corners.

This keyboard is my favorite keyboard that I have ever used. I tried out the Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition and it was just too loud for my set up and my mic could pick up the keyboard very well. I went and bought this keyboard and love the fact that it is 60 layout, which gives me more space on my desk, but it still feels very good to type on the mechanical switches but is very quiet. The switches are just buttery smooth. The backlighting is also great and customizable in razer synapse. I also like the fact that the keycaps and PBT and are interchangeable with custom keycaps if you want to change up the look of the keyboard. The port it uses for power is USBC which means you can also get a custom cord for the keyboard as well.

I love this so much Its really cute and small and fits perfectly on my tiny keyboard space. It takes a minute to adjust to typing but you catch on quickly. I have small hands but they keys are set to where I dont think people with thicker fingers will have any trouble hitting keys they didnt mean too. The colors are customizable like most razer products. Also this is the keyboard that doesnt make the clicky noises when you type. If you want the quieter keyboard buy this one instead of the other one. I double checked when I was buying to make sure I got this quiet one.

Let me start by saying I like this keyboard. I was previously using another full size mechanical keyboard which was good but it was time to upgrade. This keyboard took a few days to get in rhythm with it. It works well and seems to have great build quality. I do however think it is overpriced because there are other options at around 20 less. I think they should have standardized the Cherry Silent keys for this keyboard.

I love having the extra desk space, but I do miss the numpad keys a bit if only because theyre useful for binding to my mouse. If you wont miss the numpad keys, you dont mind the price of this product and you want as much realestate on your desk as possible, this is a great keyboard for the money Other 60 keyboards can get very expensive see the products from Drop.Something to note This keyboard comes with two different switch options I returned the Clicky Optical switch in favor of the linear optical switch. If you like the tactile feel and audible click, this is the one for you

The Huntsman mini is a decent 60 keyboard. Its switches arent as sensitive as the Huntsman elite, which is nice. Fairly functional keyboard 60. The construction on it feels good, nice and solid. My only minor complaints about it are, 1. The FN key is on the wrong side, compared to every laptop I own. 2. The FN key is required if you want to use arrow keys or tilde if you are looking at this keyboard for anything but gaming, forget it. And the default FN arrow keys, are on the same side of the keyboard as the FN key itself….. 3. You can customize the keyboard using the Razer synapse software, except you cant change default keys. If you are in need of a small footprint, tough, gaming keyboard, this is a good choice.

great keyboard for gaming. not so much for anything else lol i original had the clicky switch huntsman mini but when my i told my wife there was a silent option she made me get that one instead. the only problem i have is that the keys are so sensitive that when playing and especially typing i am constantly pressing multiple keys at once. its not as much of a problem when im playing a game but when im typing it gets really annoying. the keys themselves feel amazing and if you live with someone that hates the sound of a loud keyboard they would love this. the build of the keyboard isnt as nice as a ducky one 2 mini but its not bad at all.

This product is great for minimal space and portability. Ive tried other brands out there and this one I would say is the one. Im not into the clicky switches but this one changed my mind. Its not too loud just about right. And if youre into the tactile feel too, this would do great. RBG is good if you dont mind very flashy lights. It does however offer a lot of customization in the razer synapse which is a plus. But one thing that I dont like about this product is that it doesnt feel premium like other brands. It feels too light and its made mostly of plastic. For a 130 including tax keyboard, Im sure razer can at least add some weight to it to make it feel premium like one of the hyper x keyboard models. Other than that, Its pretty fun, compact, and comfortable to use. Ill give this 810.

The Huntsman keyboard has a lot of positives with very few negatives. It provides a satisfying noise of the keys when you click them, it offers a clean design, and the ability to customize key colors and effects with the Razer Chroma Key are nice. When you plug the keyboard in, it automatically starts a software download that, when installed, gives you a wide range of options for keyboard color customization with different effects and patterns. In terms of gaming, the keyboard feels great, it has a fast response time, and is small enough to give quite a lot of mouse space if you need it. The only negative I personally experienced with it was that I had never used a 60 keyboard before, so getting used to such a small keyboard and the fact that I didnt have arrow keys or a number pad took some getting used to.But if you are used to that or think you can get used to that, this would is a great keyboard for you.

Coming from the big boy Huntsman Elite, this feels like a breath of fresh air. The small form frees up so much space, while not being so small that its uncomfortable to game or type. The keycaps feel nice and the purple switches are my favorite. Also love the detachable USBC. However, if not on a solid surface, theres a semiaudible metallic reverb, and the lighting doesnt shine through the keycaps quite as well as the elite. Despite the downsides and niche form, I believe this is a great keyboard. Razer is doing well.

Everything works fine, I like the lights and the customisations i could do with Razer Synapse which is an okay piece of software that can be a bit buggy sometimes. The keys feel very nice and the fact that its a smaller keyboard makes it better for a more compact space. Though i believe that the price is a little high, you could get a cheaper 60 keyboard. Terrific keyboard replacement for crummy laptop keyboards. Very portable even boxed it takes up little space in luggage. If you have to travel and need to do data entry, this is a good solution. However, since its a TKL there are some tradeoffs. For example, the traditional arrow keys used for navigation up, left, down, right are available but only in conjunction with the Fn key. Same for Delete Fn backspace.Added plus variable lighting effects available with Razer software.

I got one of these for my pc and my desk doubles as a gaming setup and crafting space, so this keyboard is great because of its compactness, and I can unplug it and tick it away when I need to. I did have to change to push to talk just because the keys were so loud, but I dont mind and some people love a good clucky keyboard. The white colour way is great and shows off the rgb colours much better than a standard black keyboard. It fits perfectly without my setup and works great One feature I particularly like is when you hold down the function key and it lights up the keys that have a second function.

SO, I returned the Hunstman TE and got this one instead. Wow, what a difference. The keys still loud are quieter than that one. I know that clicky optical switches are loud, but this keyboard makes it tolerable. BONUS the function keys are printed on the front side of the keys ,so you still get full keyboard functionality while hitttng the fn button. I can still do things like windows keyshiftarrow to switch monitors , just have to add in windows keyshiftfn arrow key. Its useable for typing, and very comfortable. keys are very responsive, full individual key rgb if that means something to you reactive is very fun probably best on a laptop, when you dock it. but definitely still useable for a PC on a crowded desk. I would like to try this with linear switches, but I am enjoying this keyboard, and my daughter is as well.

I bought this looking for a silent mechanical keyboard, and realistically it met that requirement. Its an overall good keyboard and the white color is nice. There are some negatives though. The keys, whilst very quiet for a mechanical keyboard, feel quite heavy and you feel like you really have to hit them for the keystroke to register. Without a wrist support, this keyboard will give you wrist discomfort pretty quickly, as the height at the bottom of the keyboard from your desk is quite high.I eventually switched out for a tenkeyless with built in wrist support, but this is a good keyboard.

My youngest son picked this out for his computer that is used 75 for gaming and 25 for college classes online. His top reasons for picking it are the small form factor, backlit keys, and the mechanical sound of the keys is not as loud as most mechanical keyboards. Its really easy to change the lighting colors and patterns. If youre over 35 and used to a traditional full size keyboard, it takes a little bit of time getting used to a keyboard without the extra arrow and number keys those keys work by pressing the FN key and the regular keys associated with them.

Love the minimalism of this key board with out the sacrifice to functionality. The function key lay out is nice and gives you access to all the navigation and media keys you would find on a full sized keyboard. Found this while shopping for a TKL and have no regrets going even more compact. Keys are a little noisier than Im used to but feel good to press. Rgb is nice but not as bright as I expected. The only true complaint the actual media and navigation key symbols have no light pass through so using them in the dark are a bit hard but not impossible once you memorize the layout.

The app customization using Synapse also sends this keyboard to the next level. The keys are the perfect texture and sounds nice without being too loud. The Mini Minimalist KeyboardThis keyboard is perfect for those who want a clean gaming setup without all the space needed by a full size keyboard. Using a 60 keyboard you will have more room to work with your mouse and a more spacious workspace. I find the Huntsman Mini to be well built but a lot more plastic than metal. As a result, this keyboard often slides around which can be a bit of an annoyance. IMO, for this price, it should have included a wristrest but nonetheless you get an amazing keyboard overall.I must say, this is NOT my favorite for just working on typical computer tasks like word processing, spreadsheets, and surfing the internet. The key combos just for the arrows are EXTREMELY inconvenient. I dont even want to mention this is TERRIBLE if you try to use it for content creation since you need arrow keys to skip frames and perform other functions. Basically, it comes down to if you mainly game then this is for you. If you want to use this as your everyday driver, there is a learning curve and finger gymnastics that will come into play. I do love the fact the doubleshot PBT key caps come with secondary functions printed on the keys, but unfortunately they do not illuminate with the top of the keys leaving you to memorize the board. I do like when you press the fn key, only those keys with a secondary function light up to take some of the guesswork out of it. It this does take some getting used to if you happen to use the arrow keys to do highlighting text. Some will need two hands for the fn keys and others will be finger gymnasts. The responsiveness is DEFINITELY noticeable as well as how little pressure is actually needed to engage the switches. I find playing on this board to be effortless and just feels great overall. The texture on the keys is nice and the RGB lighting is top notch. USBC is great making this futureproof, and the Synapse 3 software makes it a gamers dream. In short, this is a great keyboard for those who are actually gaming instead of multitasking on a PC. I recommend this to ONLY those whose main purpose of using a PC is to game a full size keyboard will serve everyone else better.

I bought this product and I was super pleased with the nice layout of this keyboard. I was happy that the enter and shift keys were not compromised to a smaller design or typing would be very annoying. I am very happy with the changeable programs and nice bright Lights under the keyboard. The switches are very nice sounding and the keycaps are quite nice. I would recommend this product to people who would like to get 60 keyboards from a mainstream company like Razer,

This Razer Huntsman Mini is exactly what a lot of us having been asking for. For some time now, Ive watched the community provide immense feedback in terms of the type of keyboard wed like to see as well as the features. I was a big fan of the original Razer Huntsman Elite and we finally have one of the best keyboards on the market, imho, in sixty percent form factor. It is astounding how much space Ive freed up on my desk by switching to this huntsman mini. I didnt realize how much space a traditional ten key keyboard takes up over this. Im surprised its taken a major retail store manufacturer this long to come out with this form factor.I keep trying to find flaws with this keyboard but Im a bit hard pressed. Its higher quality than I would have expected from Razer. Its built like a tank. The bottom of the keyboard is constructed with a really high quality plastic with an aluminum top plate. There is no flex on the keyboard which is what lends to it feeling indestructible. We finally have stock double shot PBT keycaps. An ingenious feature of this board is the side printed secondary functions see pics. I found this incredibly convenient. While youre certainly not going to get get arrow or media keys with a 60 keyboard, these side printed keys provide with you the functionality of media keys, arrow keys, brightness control, and some page updown keys by just holding down the function button. A nice touch that I really loved that Razer included here was that when you hold down the fn key, only the keys with secondary functions light up see picsIn terms of the typing experience, I personally love Razers purple clicky optical switches. I have for some time now. Key type will of course come down to preference but if you prefer tactile keys and you are a fan of the previous offerings of razers purple optical switches, then you will love these even more. For some reason, these purples feel even more stable than on the Razer Elite that Ive tried. I dont know if its because of the double shot keys or if its because of the type of lubricant that Razer used on each one of these keys but they feel rock solid. The keys are also a lot less noisy than the traditional optical clicky purples that Ive tried in the past. I could only presume that its from the type or application of lubricant that Razer used on this keyboard. Typing on this is a dream that you have to really just try for yourself. On that note, please bear in mind that if you are coming from a traditional tenkey or TKL keyboard, it will likely take a couple or a few days to adjust to this smaller size. The keys are ever so slightly closer together because of the form factor but definitely not to the point that your hands feel cramped for reference I have medium to large hands. The RGB lighting on this keyboard is bar none which Ive already come to expect from Razer and their synapse software. They have great presets but you can also individually customize each key using Chroma Studio listed under Advanced Effects. Do bear in mind though, that there is not a lot of light bleed from underneath the keycaps if thats the look youre going for.In terms of cons its tough to find any. However, there are two things that I can nit pick. The first is Ive recently started to see some online keyboard companies with 60 keyboards start to include two USBC connectors one on the right of the keyboard and one on the left. This is a pretty neat feature as it allows you to connect the USBC cable closest to the side on your desk where your PC is located. While the included braided USBC cable is super high quality, the USBC slot is located on the upper left of the keyboard only. The second minor gripe I have is that if you decide to purchase Razers very own doubleshot PBT keycaps that are sold separately in different colors, they do not include the side printed secondary functions So bear in mind that if you do switch out the keys, you will lose those side printed shortcuts. Other than that, this is a flawless execution. Ive typed up this entire review on this keyboard and these keys make me not want to stop If youve havent had the opportunity to use a Razer product in the past, this is one that I would highly urge that you give a chance

This is my favorite keyboard that I have ever owned. The keycaps are amazing. The feel of the switches are fantastic. The clicky sound it makes is satisfying, and the overall typing experience is top notch. The RGB leds are extremely effective and pleasant as well. If youre comfortable with a 60 keyboard, this is an awesome choice, especially when its on sale.

I replaced an old cheap keyboard with this one. The purple switches work nice for typing and make it much nicer to type then a cheap keyboard. The software also allows you to customize the colors, but I turn it off after I set it up. You can also customize the keys. It is much smaller so if you have a small space, then this is nice. Since it is connected through USBC, if you take it somewhere else and have a USBC cable it will work there too.Since this is a mini keyboard, it does mean you are missing keys. The F keys are gone and the arrow plus number pad is gone. The size of the keys is standard, so the reduction is by having fewer keys, which is good so you dont need to get used to small keys. For gaming, if you use the F5 or F8 keys for savingload youll now need to do it a different way. For desktop the same for arrow keys. The nice thing though is that the Fn key actually adds these buttons back, and they are pretty intuitive like FN 5 is F5. Once you get used to using Fn its almost the same as having a fullsized keyboard, but it does take some getting used to.Overall, if you have a larger desk and need to use the keypad, F keys, or arrow keys, youre probably better off getting a fullsized keyboard. On the other hand, if youre looking to use little space and still have a functional nice keyboard, then I would strongly recommend this.

This is a keyboard. It is a small keyboard. I guess you could call it a gaming keyboard as well since it lights up. Let me say that I am torn on my review here, the high quality Razer construction is there, but it doesnt justify the price. It is well built but thats it. There is no wow factor, nothing that really pushes this keyboard to a price higher than a full sized Ornata or a Black Widow V3. Where Razer really blows it is the Huntsman Mini does not use Synapse 3 at all. I know some people may consider that a plus but I have 2 other Razer peripherals that do use Synapse 3 and I coordinate my color scheme between my Keyboard, Mouse, and Tartarus Pro. This is the lure if RGB for me. The Huntsman mini does have preprogramed lighting schemes. You can switch between static, breathing, spectrum cycling, wave and starlight basically all the basic and boring lighting schemes. Too bad I use the Fire effect on all 3 of my Razer peripherals not to mention all the custom profiles available to choose from the Community. This is a deal breaker for me. I traded my Orbweaver for a Tartarus because I couldnt sync the RGB with my Keyboard and mouse. If I want to sync these I am trapped with a choice of 5 preprogramed lighting schemes with no hope of using Community made themes The Razer quality is there but I feel this is an overpriced and mediocre product. Unless you are in desperate need of desk space, this Razer fan boy advises you to skip this one.

I really wanted to like this keyboard but it just missed the mark for me. Granted it was my first real step into the MKB space but I really didnt enjoy the hollow clack the keys produced. Additionally, I may have been a bit unlucky and had several key caps that would not stay attached to the switches. The size of the board is great, and the build quality of the board itself was solid felt great. Ultimately being unable to swap out the switches made this kb a hard no.

The Razer Huntsman Mini is an exceptional gaming keyboard. It has an excellent build quality, it has full RGB backlighting with individuallylit keys, and all keys are macroprogrammable. The Clicky Optical switches on our unit feel responsive due to their low pretravel distance, and they require very little force to actuate. You can also get the keyboard with Linear Optical switches if you prefer. Unfortunately, it isnt the most comfortable keyboard, and there arent any dedicated macro keys for MMO games.

I bought this keyboard and after I bought it I started having computer issues. My taskbar was becoming unresponsive upon start up. It took me a couple of weeks to figure it out but after installing and reinstalling windows several times I figured out that the keyboard was bugging out my computer. I think it is a driver issue with windows and razor synapse. Was frustrating because I really like the keyboard and luckily I was still within the return period of the item. I would not recommend buying this keyboard unless easer can fix the driver issues.

Pros Very silent switches. Cool new optical switches with fast actuation. PBT keycaps.Cons Over priced and feels sorta cheap. Mine already has a faulty switch after less than 2 weeks of use.Took a chance buying a Razer product because they all seems to fail or malfunction shorty after buying for me and my friends. Just as expected, a switch has already failed. This seems to be a trend with their keyboard and mice.

Was looking for a white keyboard to fit my aesthetic for my new build in a white NR200P and found this keyboard while browsing my local Microcenter and it fit the bill. It was a nice and portable to go along with the size of the mini itx case and it didnt have any loud clicky switches which Ive eventually outgrown. The switches Razer used are linear optical switches and they provide very nice feedback as well as a fast response time which is good for gaming. Overall, this is a very good keyboard for the price, I enjoy the look and feel of it and dont have too many complaints without getting knitpicky. I recommend trying it yourself at a local Microcenter to see if the feel is right.Pros1.Smooth linear switches2.Small form factor3.Good travel4.Adjustable RGBCons1.Build quality could be betterall plastic2.No dedicated arrow keysgets you very efficient with the function key3.Wired

I love the size of the huntsman mini since I always have to travel and this fits well inside of my backpack. The switches are indeed clicky but the only thing about them is that they do have a slight noise of a spring that is a little bit annoying but I got used to it after couple of weeks using it. The usbc cable that came with the keyboard is nice and braided and pretty long. Its lightweight and I can easily type of it really well without my hands getting fatigued or tired by gaming on it. It did take some getting used to when I had to push the function key first then push f5 or something like that. The keyboards keycaps are actually pretty good. They dont really show fingerprints or signs of usage. It has an oil free layer on top which makes the keycaps look like thats the specific one being used most of the time. Overall, quality is top notch, value is eh in my opinion for the regular price but I got a gift card so I only had to pay 60 dollars which is not bad for a razer brand especially. Lastly the ease of use is pretty simple. If you want to customize the lighting of the keyboard, just download the synapse 3 application on windows and you can set functions or do anything in your head that makes you work comfortably on the keyboard you can imagine
