I like that it is small. In combination with my wrist GPS. I have been unable to make it read longer distances with the trees etc in the background. I do like it and would recommend it.

It is easier to get a reading on a flag than was the case with the shotsaver one it replaces. I got used to that though but inside 2 years it got damp and stopped working. This one reckons to be a bit more waterproof or at least water resistant. Time will tell, hence so far so good.

Its great from under 190 yrds but anything longer it is difficult to read. You must hold it very still and hit your target and have a great idea of your yardage so you are not hitting somthing behind it. For the money, it works fine

Nice small size, and I like that you can hold the button and scan to other locations to check other distances. Easier than my old one to center the flag for good distance measurement.

Great product it does take some practice to figure out exactly where to aim I have found if you aim at the bottom of the flag or the top of the hill or whatever is your target you will get an accurate distance and you have to hold it steady, as was expected.

First range finder I have ever invested in. I have used others, and this is by far my favorite. My golf instructor recommended it and I am very happy he did. Super easy to use and you can move from target to target with ease after you connect with one.

Quality Nikon product. Great rangefinder that functions very well. Picks up flag quickly and has scan mode so you can get yardages for other targets quickly. Accurate. I really like the 6X zoom because things are much larger in the viewfinder compared to a previous 5X zoom I had in another viewfinder. It is the lower model and priced less so it lacks on features like slope, jolt vibration, LED display, fog mode, etc. Those features are not really necessary but LED display would be nice on those low light conditions.

This unit is a fair, entry level rangefinder. Range speed isnt as fast as others and this unit doesnt have the stabilization feature some higher end products do, but it works just fine.

The range button is extremely difficult for me to activate because of my arthiritus. Others who demonstrate for me do not have this problem. I think it is a great product but it looks like I will have a long learning curve. The exposure time of 8 seconds is much too short for me to get a reading. Between the users manual, comments on you tube fellow golfers I know how to use it but having no sence of feeling in my fingertips it is a lost cause so far.

This is my third rangefinder in about 20 years…. My first was a Nikon Callaway which I loved..my second was a Blue Tees which was a piece of junk an inaccurate compared to all other rangefinders and now my Nikon coolshot is the lightest, best and my favorite of all of them Two of my friends have bought the same after using mine

Specially within 165 yards range or less works accurately and more importantly the lens captures the flag even with bright or low sun light. Definitely recommended.

I have never purchased a rangefinder for golf. I have always used a watch GPS. When the battery no longer functioned, and I could not replace it, I decided to explore a rangefinder. It was the perfectfit for me.

This device is ok. I find it hard to get on target and i use another reference now to endure I am getting the correct reading. If I am out beyond 150 yards I dont even use it. It is not accurate past that yardage. If I had know I would have spent the extra and got the Bushnell.

The Nikon Coolshot 20 is easy to use, locks onto the target easily and the best thing is the 8 seconds of continued searching. Better than Bushnell as the searching function allows you to target numerous targets such as bunker front, trees, front of green and get continuous distances reading.

I have tried other rangefinders and found them hard to align with the target. This one is really easy, very accurate and fits in your pocket if you want to carry it that way. The 8 seconds of continuous measurement is really useful for looking at multiple targets too… flag, bunker to carry, etc. etc. Great entry level rangefinder…. not sure why youd need anything else.

Ive used my Nikon for about 3 months now and love it. I can continuously scan different parts of the fairway without having to constantly press the button. My buddy has the TecTecTec and likes my rangefinder better. Smaller size and lighter weight makes it easy to carry around as well
