I bought this a number of months ago, I didnt use it immediately. I started using it in my phone… hadnt used up all the memory but I used it for all my music, videos, apps and photos. I hadnt even used even half the memory available. No viruses or anything on my phone, opened my calendar app one of two apps in use at the time, the other being phone… and all the sudden it just seemed to die… first it says the netflix app experienced a problem and needed to close… and then chrome… and then calculator… next thing I know… all my apps are grayed out and none of my noncloud photos are there… including all irreplaceable photos of my recently deceased dog…It isnt recognized by any computers and all the information is just gone…Up until it died… it worked as expected. No app lag. But too expensive considering how suddenly… and randomly it died. Incredibly disappointed considering the hefty pricetag.

I got this card as a gift with purchase for an S7 Edge preorder and it worked great for about 2.5 years. It became corrupt and I could not add, delete or format the card. I assumed the card would be covered by their standard 10 year warranty but was informed by Samsung customer service that the gift with purchase only came with 1 year warranty. As a loyal Samsung customer who has purchased a Note 4, S7 Edge and S9 it was very disappointing that Samsung would not honour their 10 year warranty. I would not recommend this product.

These tiny things not much bigger than a fingernail are amazing. Never had problems with genuine Samsung drives from PCCG. Beware of overseas drives often counterfeit and either dont have the stated capacity or are defective.Their intended purpose, I suspect, is in fixed use ie in phones and the like. My use is for data transfer from a device to PC. Put then down upsidedown on a black surface and they disappear I feel they are too fragile to keep in a wallet or whatever.

I placed my order on the 19th of October. When I asked customer service why it hadnt shipped by the 25th, they said it was because it wasnt in stock, even though the product page had said it was in stock since the 17th. When I finally got it on the 8th, it came with a UK charger and an adapter to EU plug.But at least my phone came in one piece and is working without any problems.
